I have two friends I'll call Emma (21F) and Julie (19F), and I am also 19F. We all look similar age, are similar height (around 5'6).
Both Emma and Julie are hip, leg, and stomach curvy with smaller chests. Also blonde mid-length hair and brown eyes and both so gorgeous - smaller fairy like features like lips and eyes that are upturned, oval faces. To compare with a celebrity, I'd say Emma looks most like Phoebe Dynevor, and Julie looks most like Ali Larter I on the other hand, have long dark brown hair with big almond green/blue eyes and big lips and an oval/heart face. I'm quite small in the waist but large breasts and hips for my size. I get compared most to Ana De Armas (so look VERY different to them)
Despite us looking so different, I'd say we are all of the same attractiveness, however the attention they attract is extremely different to me - I'm wondering if people who look a certain way attract certain guys since they look similar to each other?
On average, they attract a lot more guys than I do, and the ones they attract generally seem sweet and genuine, asking them to dance and for their name and telling them they're so pretty. I on the other hand attract total creeps, much older men, or a-holes on the occasion I do get men. Guys boasting about money and cars, guys trying to spike me, guys who openly talk about disgusting and scary fantasies, and guys wanting to be my sugar daddy and I hate it. I hate how jealous I get of them because they can attract such good men.
I just wanted to know the reason of this, maybe my hair colour? Maybe I am overestimating how attractive I am? Maybe the vibe I give off? I honestly don't know so I just want to ask the men of reddit what they think and what I could do differently so I can actually attract some good guys.

When I was like 7/8/9 (I truly canāt remember what age, Iād like to say it is the earliest one but itās probably 9) I went to this camp for like four days. It was pretty bad overall, didnāt really enjoy it, but it was almost finished. In fact, maybe I was slightly older? Like 10? Now I really canāt remember, I tried tracking what age I could be but I donāt like to ask when I went on it with anyone.
We had went on this big last walk during the final day and my legs had been really itchy for a lot of the walk back. I had no idea why. When we got back each room went back to their own, there was probably about 8 of us in a room, with bunk beds. I had decided to change clothing because I thought it must just be my trousers that had been itching my legs so badly.
When I went to take my trousers off, I scratched and saw that it was dried under my nails, and before I realised what had even happened someone had shouted what had occurred. Then suddenly everyone was running out of the room, I think someone was shouting it, some of them had got other people from a different room, and I guess one of the camp programme leaders. I had pulled my trousers up immediately though. One person had stayed behind and looked with pity.
I think I had just hid badly behind the door, probably in shock. When the leader came and got me. When I think about it now itās all in third person. He had me taken to one of the really nice en-suite showers (compared to the campers had cubicle ones? I think anyway) and told me I could wash up there.
When I left, my hair was still damp, and I had to walk into an entire hall full of kids, both younger, same age, and older than me, and go up and get my great end of the camping trip hot chocolate. The walk and hot chocolate being the final part of the trip.
(I realise Iām saying camping trip, they were all lodges, and it was doing camping like activities)
Anyway, I walk through a quiet-ish room after a lot of people had stopped talking. I could feel eyes on me. I got my hot chocolate and immediately took a sip only to burn my tongue and cause more attention via my coughing. I probably did that so quickly just to do something rather than stand and think.
I got water and went down to sit at the bench where my good friend/primary school friend sat, with some others. I canāt remember what else we talked about but what he said always stuck with me ādonāt worry, everyone makes mistakesā but I could sense he was embarrassed.
The next day, I remember standing waiting to leave, near the car hovering, as my parents spoke to the leader. I assume he told them, but I have no idea because I was too ashamed to ever ask or bring it up.
There was this guy who had brought it up a lot years later. He would walk a similar way home and tried to embarrass me. For years during highschool I would be nervous if he would come out at lunch/see him around/ walking home because he would say it in front of others and I could deal with the embarrassment. I ate so much, stopped at a shop to avoid meeting him on the way home, and would buy tons of food. My obesity has been an even bigger part of my life. Iām not assertive and I lack self-esteem.
It didnāt matter probably because everyone probably knew already. I tried to forget it when it happened, but in first year of highschool, a bit later into it, that friend who was on it with me told a lot of people. I got a fair amount of jokes, and looks. I never mentioned it myself though and just shrank into myself.

I'm lost on where to ask this. It's been months since this happened and I'm basically just curious as to why this may have happened. And, if I could replicate it again.
I am low energy all of the time. It's a very rare occurrence for me to be high energy in a way that is positive (i.e. not anxiety). Sometimes I get it after talking to coworkers, but that's more of a nervous energy.
But, one day I watched "The Deer Hunter". That movie has a slow first half and a much better second half. In the first half, there's a wedding scene. It's around 51 minutes long and it's just the characters at a wedding, nothing really happens. It is mind-numbingly boring and I wanted to pull my hair out. I watched it in it's entirety because I'm a completionist. What's weird is, after watching it, I had so much energy. It even lasted to the middle of the next day. I felt like I could bounce off walls. I watch a bunch of movies, some of them boring. I haven't had this happen since.

I don't really post much but I just want to know if someone in this sub already read about this isekai which for me one of the decent ones out there unfortunately it's not much translated.
It's a WN and have more than 2k chapters of main story and 1k+ chapters of sidestory back in earth.
Genre:Isekai,Harem,Fantasy,Scifi,Tragedy?(Flash back),PoV,Mystery
Main plot A whole school is transported to another world with our mc in it. Surprisingly enough all amenities are still working including water, electricity and sewage. People don't just get powers yhough amd yhey need to learn things to survive. The twist is the MC actually already get isekaid in this world , he even brought the former demon lord with him and is disguising as a student(she's his lover and she's not the only one)and is thinking of going back after creating the magic to do so, he thought it's a little bit early but surprised that he is transported back 500 years in the future. He now plans on guiding the whole school to survive in the background while hiding his powers, that mind you he doesn't really mind if discovered but it's easier for him if they don't know much about it( chaos will ensue if they think he can bring them home just because his op)
Characters: You can check the characters here but I'll mainly talk about MC Kaito Amane, the MC, normaly is a chill dude and level headed his your typical normal black haired mc the only difference is his been describe to be handsome instead of the usual loser mc has a circle of friends but is not one of those every body in school knows him type of popular. That is until he stops restricting his magic then he becomes brash and a little bit arrogant but not the douche type arrogant, just the confident one , he also is a battle maniac even if he doesn't want to admit it, and surprisingly this is actually his real personality the reason for him being so calm and collected type or quite type in his suppressed state is because mana is directly link to the psyche and suppressing it also suppresses his emotions or atleast lessen it.
Socially the guy know how to make friends, he hates slavers to his core (because of past experience) and think owning a slave is one of the worst thing a human can do(depending on how the slave state though , he understood that slaves can only survive as slave sometimes). On the Harem aspect of the story the guy is a chad , no rape (there's just that one time when schatach rape him because she's stronger that time), he don't engage sexual activities with minor(his older than he looks but there's a reason why he still go to highschool) and he does his best to givr time to each other harem mems(going on date and hanging out not just sex) and most of his relationships are actually just natural. Aside from that his a solid homie and us actually wingmans some other guy friends too.
The Story Story is freaking long, and slow burn fights Don't happened much but interactions are gold, when there's fights though it's actually epic and the power system is mwah frech kiss( I won't spoil this because this is one of the best parts although the different power systems are laid slowly). It has different PoVs and The MC don't just steam roll the problems and it make sense, the characters are very distinct to each other and have their own personalities. This WN have other guys not just the MC and not just MC harem and not everyone falls inlove with the mc. Something funny is that one classmate has his own unwanted harem and Kaito gets a feeling of comraderie( Kaito is not supposed to have a harem at first but the other worlds sense of value and sense of duty leads him to having one). Andy favorite part of the story os unveiling Kaitos past because every new thing we learned about Kaito new questions pops up. The story is also linked to earth which is cool. The PoV changes is one thing I enjoyed to here the PoVs are not meant to show the mcs opness (only sometimes) but to build the world to others eyes or just to show their daily life. The tone can change from a drop of a dime at one time it's fun and all and yhe next time you know theres death. The world itself is intriguing and the history for the 500 years that has beem skip is one of the biggest mystery in the story.
I think that's the point I caan think for now. I love it and the author is releasing regularly theres even a yime that he releases 3 chaps a day. It's a solid story that every isekai lover will love( I think ?)so give it a try.

Writing details/habits: While I don't claim to be the most skilled or amazing writer, I am very passionate about it and do genuinely enjoy writing. I only write in 3rd person but tense can get a little tricky for me so I don't tend to be a stickler for perfect grammar or spelling, so long as I understand what's going on and effort was put in. As much as I'd like to say that length doesn't matter, the more you're capable of writing, the better. This isn't saying that you have to bust out a 5,000 word essay every response or even that I expect a majority of posts to be super long, especially if there isn't much going on to write about. But I can go past the discord character limit 2 or 3 times over in a post before I've written everything I want to get into my reply and I'd like a partner that can go as hard as I do in writing when the situation calls for it.
Schedules and Reply Frequency: I'm a stay at home fiance and that allows me a good bit of freedom when it comes to my schedule, but I also tend to put replying to rps lower on my priority list. Taking care of my family and myself will always come first, plus the adhd and autism can affect my attention span or level of burnout pretty significantly, so while I do my best and do love rping, I like to take my time and welcome ppl to ping me for an update if they want it, as that's what I normally do as well. I might not be around as frequently some days, it really just depends on what comes up and how I'm feeling.

Are you messing with me ba or what ?" And I replied "no, it's just you are so fucking cute while you talk". And yup, after few shots I was definitely drunk and kissed that girl. TLDR; hirutism getting much worse despite a reasonably healthy lifestyle, need advice on how to mitigate it!
Hi there, I'm 23, and I have known I have had PCOS since about early 2021 when I went to my doctor (again) sobbing about my acne (as it had never gotten better despite being on the pill, then doxycycline for a number of years). I got a pelvic ultrasound which confirmed the left ovary was far bigger than the right, and I assume my bloods showed high testosterone etc, but I did not really have much help/follow up from doctors.
I am currently on year two of a Mirena IUD, and I had Jaydess in the past. Periods are too painful & heavy to not have contraception in, although I haven't been off contraception since 2019 (wondering if Mirena is interacting with androgens? Might be worth getting off it to see how things go?)
To give a full picture of me - they suspect I have endometriosis, possibly on lower colon as I have had IBS-related symptoms since I was about 17, although I have struggled with OCD & a phobia for as long as I can remember (a very anxious wee child). I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2019. (The endo has not been confirmed as I have not had a lap, but ever since I've had an IUD in the pain has been very manageable). I do struggle with very irregular periods, I seem to only get a few a year which upsets me a little as I wish they were regular.
Supplement wise - I am currently taking an Omega 3-6-9 complex, I've been taking it for 6 months consistently and have taken it on and off over the past three years. I have introduced a 500mg inositol supplement into my routine also in the last 6 months after reading about how much it helps, although I have only noticed my hirutism getting worse. I'm currently the most active I have been in two years as I have been working a ski season again (did this mid 2022 also and I felt my symptoms were much better during that period). I regularly take a Magnesium biglycinate powder, and have been a longtime magnesium taker. Due to cannabis being legal where I live, I do consume edibles on a regular basis but I always eat the high CBD content gummies, as I'm not super concerned about getting 'baked', and I know it helps with inflammation & lowering stress.
Diet wise - I went dairy-free when I was 17, and slowly started eating it again during a trip to Europe, and during first year of university but I kept having IBS attacks so I went dairy free again in 2020, and have been dairy-free since then, although have slowly reintroduced it again as I moved countries and find I tolerate the lactose-free products here a lot better, along with some hard cheeses & butter (low FODMAP). I find I get ibs attacks less frequently. Anywho, I also have dabbled in low-gluten and vegetarian/vegan diets but found I couldn't get enough protein in as a highly-active person if I give up meat AND dairy so I dabble in the two intermittently to ensure I get enough protein. I've been getting more into learning about gut microbiomes and whatnot so have been making a conscious effort lately to eat more probiotics/prebiotics such as greek yoghurt, kimchi, saurkraut and of course my favourite, kombucha.
I noticed hirutism appearing possibly around the same time as the dairy-free ness but I do naturally have very dark brown hair, my eyebrows & eyelashes are naturally pretty much black, and I've always had darker hair on my shins and pubic area. I try to avoid processed foods, but I do have an affinity for cured meats (salami is just a handy protein snack), and candy (but I find I crave it a lot less - is this inositol?). Worth noting I have never dealt with hair loss, it is very thick and grows super fast, and it has been dyed to absolute shit (which surprises me).
I remember occasionally getting the odd super long dark chin hair here and there, and I've been either microblading or using hair removal cream on my upper lip since I was about 17, but my acne has always superseded my opinion on my hair or made it difficult to wax/shave so I used to just pluck. I have had a little snail trail/lower navel dark hair for a long time too, and even got electrolysis on it for a bit when I was at high school but it just hurt too much. I take to plucking it when I get bored so I usually stay on top of it.
In the past year or so, possibly longer, I have noticed my hirutism has gradually been getting worse, as the usual 1 or 2 dark hairs on my breasts/chest slowly spread as the hair seems to be getting darker. I am feeling rather down about this and I don't feel as feminine whenever I find it. I accept I have naturally very dark hair but I feel at a loss as to why it's getting worse. I'm currently on my second round of isotretonin, which helped my skin considerably the first time around, but I did it during the winter, so my skin was fully clear when it came to summertime (have always found sunshine + ocean help my skin so much), for the first time since I was a child I had clear acne-free skin! I'm hoping the second time will kill it off but maybe I'm not so sure.
Worth noting also I am a healthy weight (I think?? my waist size is 28-30 inches, hasn't changed for as long as I can remember, some periods in my life I've been more of a 25-26. Probably have a bit more fat than muscle but been actually enjoying being a regular gym goer at the moment. Not a huge cardio person anymore. Do a lot of skiing. I weigh about 70 kilos and I am 173cm tall. Have not been near scales in about six months though haha). Not sure about insulin resistance or anything else.
I have noticed the chin hairs getting worse and worse, and there are longer, darker hairs going all down my neck now. I've always been a fairly hairy person but it's kind of getting excessive at this point and I'm at my wits end about it. Does anyone have any suggestions for lifestyle changes/tweaks I could try to mitigate it? Any supplements that help?

I arrived at school in my dadās big, grey, Chevy Silverado and hopped down on the curb. I waved goodbye to my dad while Jess grabbed my hand and walked me to my classroom.
Ever since mom died, Jess has stepped up to be the motherly figure in my life though never fully replacing my mom. My mom was a beautiful woman with brown chestnut-colored locks of curly hair and beautiful blue eyes as pale but vibrant as the ocean on a cloudy day. I loved my mom but ever since the Man first showed up at our doorstep she was never quite the same. After the incident with the Man, she turned into a hollow shell of a person. Until, until sheād had enough.
It was right after my 6th birthday when the Man came. Maybe he was the answer to my birthday wish. In some ways, I guess he was. It was raining that day. I can still hear the pitter patter of the raindrops hitting the pavement outside my house when all of a sudden there was a knock on my door. I ran to open it, having not been able to sense danger at such a naive age, and was surprised when a tall man wearing an all-black attire stood there staring at me. When my mom saw who it was from the kitchen she immediately dropped the knife in her hand and started running toward me but not before the Man grabbed me by the shoulder and yanked me out the door. I remember being frozen in fear, not sure whether to cry or scream. I ended up doing nothing. The man shoved me into the back seat of his car and drove off as my mom came running down the driveway. I couldnāt tell if she was crying or if it was just the rain rolling down her face but I remember wondering whether or not Iād ever see her again.
I think about this now as I walked up the steps into the elementary school with my sisterās hand in mine. Once we reach the outside of my classroom, I turn and stare at my sister.
āI donāt wanna go in there,ā I said, my anxiety acting up again,

I usually trusted my sister when it came to stuff like this but this time it felt different, something felt wrong. Either way, I decided to suppress my fear and turn to the classroom door. Too short to look into the window of the door, I reach up and turn the handle instead, without looking inside to evaluate the classroom. I crack open the door and peer inside, what I see when I open the door makes me scream at the top of my lungs with fear. Iām struck with fear and can feel the voices coming back.

Anyways, around 1.5-2 years ago I learned that Red had a little brother 23 M (they are twins, Red was just born first by a little over 5 hours.) which came as a shock to me because during our entire relationship Red had never mentioned his brother and was every adamant that not only did he and his family werenāt close but that he had cut them all off. I which was a major red flag for me because for starters I had only met his brother because I had a package delivered to his house and need to pick it up. I have a key to his house but I have a habit of knocking because I OCD. So imagine my shock when the door is opened by not Red but someone who looked suspiciously like him who immediately asked me who I was. When I told him I was asking for Red (MY boyfriend) he said he wasnāt home and that he was at the store and heāll tell him that someone came to the door to ask for him. At which I told him that I was his boyfriend and that I needed to pick up a package.
He looked a little suspicious but let me in regardless and we sat in the living room and talked till red came home. I was really curious about who these mystery person was and for a while thought Red was cheating on me until his brother who Iāll call Jane (Not his real name) informed me that he was reds twin brother. I was in shock because for two years Red had told me that he had not relationship with any of his family and hereās his twin brother in his house. (Iāve been to his house before and at not pint in time did he ever have any roommates or other people living in his apartment. So it was shocking and I felt really betrayed because at that point he had already met my family.)
Me and Jane made more small talk till Red came home 20 something minutes later and was shocked to see both me and Jane sitting on the couch. I was gonna stay for longer after red came home but the moment I saw his face I just couldnāt and ended up leaving shortly after. I couldnāt stop thinking about how he never told me he had a brother and later that night at like 8 pm I texted him and asked him why he never told me he had a brother nonetheless a TWIN brother and why he lied about cutting off all his family. He responded 2 hours later at 10 and asked me to call him which I did and I he told me that the reason he never told me about Jane was because although he actually didnāt cut all his family off but those he did still talk too he didnāt tell other people about too which I asked why?
Only to be met with him avoiding the question and trying to steer the conversation away from his family and more to about my day which was the next red flag. We got into an argument and he walked away from the phone but didnāt hang up so I did and I ended up blocking him for 2 days before he showed up at my door apologizing up and down and swearing to never keep a secret from me again which I had believed. For the next 2 years that wasnāt the last Iād seen of Jane and I learned that Red and Jane were extremely close. (Idk if itās a twin thing but they are just really close) But at multiple points in our relationship I thought theyāve been too close if thatās even possible. For example when we had planned an anniversary trip together and went we started discussing locations he wouldnāt agree to certain places because āJane wouldnāt be comfortable with him going there.ā Or āJane wouldnāt like that.ā
When I asked why it mattered what jane liked because itās not like he was going, he said something along the lines of. āJust let it go.ā Or would just ignore me till I started talking about a different place which threw off my flow for the rest of the planning. Or when he pushed back out trip for almost a month because he didnāt want to leave Jane alone. (Jane is autistic and possibly physically disabled which I swear is important but heās not low functioning and even lives in his own with a job.) When I brought this up Red glared at me without saying anything but let it go after a while. This is only one example of their relationship coming between things we had planned but there are plenty more examples of them being physically close as well. (Cuddling togethe sitting extremely close to each other, Jane following Red around to the point somethingās they walk in sync, feeding one another,hugging for extended periods of time, playing with each otherās hands/hair ext.)
I swear if they didnāt look so similar youād think they were the ones dating. I wonāt lie Iāve found myself being jealous/ disgusted at the way they treat each other but I had pushed it aside because I convinced myself that Red was just looking out for Jane. (Before you question that like I said while Jane isnāt behind mentally or anything you can see he struggles with a lot things like standing for long periods of time and often goes non verbal or only makes illegible noise that Red understands.) So I truly pushed my thoughts aside because I didnāt want to be seen as an overprotective or anything and itās not like I have anything against Jane or anything but sometimes itās just really fucking weird. But recently Iāve reached my limit when I went to Reds apartment and when I opened the door I saw janes phone on the counter. Which is really at weird because at the end of the day theyre family and thatās not weird but what was weird was that Jane nor Red were anywhere to be found.
I had walked around the apartment for a while till I got Reds bedroom and saw both of them laying in bed together (They werenāt naked or anything but they were like laying ontop on one another, like cuddling skin to skin whilst clothed from what I could see.) When I walked in a saw them next to each other all the memories of the way they had acted with eachother rushed into my head and I just assumed the worst and started screaming and cursing which got Reds attention and he immediately sat up and started screaming back at me asking me what I was scream about and we started a screaming match and I told him off about his weird behaviour with Jane and how brothers donāt act that way with each other until they are getting with eachother and he froze and just started at me and before he could say anything else I left his apartment and drove back home. (If jane had said anything I didnāt hear it over the screaming but idk)
I ended up telling my parents and they said that Im not overreacting but that something in there childhood definitely caused them to be so touchy but donāt believe that and I donāt know who the tell this to or what to do because Iām well aware that siblings donāt act that way and that something has to be going on but I donāt know how to talk to Red about it. I know my parents said otherwise but I canāt help but think im AH because I donāt let red explain. I donāt think I should bring this up to anyone close friends because of bias so Iām asking Reddit. What do I do???
