Hey, it me, your friendly North supporter Rids. Alright let's get this show on the road. I will be discussing draft, free agents and potential trades.
Best 22 Next Year
Alright so to start, this is what I have the best 22 as for next season based off current players. This is down to identify needs.
Corr / Logue / Goater
Fisher / Chom / Kerch
Alright, so last few weeks Corr has shown he can play as the 3rd tall, could still improve off him and have him as our back up. Logue is our best key back when healthy, Goater is probably our best small defender when healthy, Fisher has been good off half back since Sheezel was moved up forward (averaging 31.75 disposals at 80%, Chom is an elite interceptor statistically and more than serviceable as a key defender, Kerch obviously has been injured the last few weeks but looked serviceable off half back , whether he stays there or goes into the midfield or on a wing will be interesting.
Scott / Simpkin / Stephens
Xerri / LDU / Wardlaw
Scott is a wingman, stop playing him off half back, he's good defensively as a wingman, he's not good defensively as a half back, Simpkin can't stay healthy and hasn't offered much in the midfield, Stephens has offered nothing on the wing, barely getting a touch in the 2s, I know we gave up a pick for him, but he either needs to get his shit together or be delisted, Xerri is a pretty solid ruckman, good ruck work, good around the ground, definitely in our top 5 playres now, LDU is LDU, there are probably only 3 midfields he does not work into, and those would be for structural issues, Wardlaw will be a midfield stud, could win rising star this year (provided Reid and Darcy's suspensions are upheld)
Powell / CCJ / Sheezel
Zurhaar / Larkey / Curtis
Powell is a pretty solid mid/half forward, CCJ can take a mark and compete aerially but we need a 2nd proper key forward, Just stuck Sheezel at half forward because he can play anywhere, but think he should play in the midfield, Zurhaar probably leaves this offseason, hope he doesn't but he probably does, Larkey is an AA, Curtis is flakey like most small forwards.
McDonald / Archer / Phillips / Duursma
Luke McDonald is purely here because it was either him or Tucker, Archer show's good heart and is a solid smaller defender, Phillips I got no clue about, he's had guys go past him this year in the midfield pecking order and can't get a game, Duursma is very streaky, probably replaces Zurhaar, good in the air but tends to go missing for 3 quarters of the game.
Alright so looking at this team, I think Chom has to play down back, and given his intercept capabilities, as the third tall in like the Tom Stewart role where he slacks off his opponent when they aren't a threat and cuts across creating the outnumber and intercepting, this means we need a key back (Love you Dawson but I see you as depth on a premiership flag and like I said, Corr's best role is as a 3rd key back). We need a wingman, Stephens is not that guy, CCJ is good ruck/key forward depth so need a 2nd key forward (preferably who can clunk marks), Zurhaar likely is gone so need a small key forward.
Draft
I am going off the Zerohanger draft order, which is based off the ladder at the start of this round. This has us having picks 1 (First round), 21 (2nd round), 39 (3rd round), 57, 73 (4th round).
We have already traded our compo picks (19 and 20), and got pick 73 from Essendon.
Alright, I think we need to split the pick, more below.
Josh Smillie has gone from a defendemid to being just a mid, and he was probably who we would take first if we didn't split. He is 194cm, and your modern prototype mid having a big body, being strong, big kick, athletic. However he has previously played off half back where he was a strong interceptor and had 20 odd possessions.
But on splitting the pick, there's not really anyone who suits our needs at pick one. Clubs who have multiple firsts are Gold Coast (8, 9, 20), Fremantle (10, 13, 15), Sydney (18, 19).
Guys to look out for -
Jagga Smith - Mid (Wing), 181 cm - He keeps sliding down slightly in rankings as the inside mids go past him in rankings, his numbers are still pretty good for a wingman, 29 touches, 4.7 marks and 3 tackles a game, more of an offensive wingman, which complements Scott's more defensive style.
Malakai Champion - Fwd, 172cm - Live wire small forward, averaging a goal a game and a handful of possessions to go with it, great aerially and can kick some ripping goals.
Jack Whitlock - Fwd, 200cm - Averaging 15 touches, 6 marks and 2.3 goals as a key forward, physical in the air, can run and jump but like most key position players will need to develop.
Free Agents
Don't need all of these guys, only need a couple
Ben Keays - his work rate alone would elevate us massively in the forward line, I doubt he comes but could be very valuable.
Scott Pendlebury - Veteran leader, champion of the game, could be valuable if he wants to come play for 1-2 years and then transition into coaching under Clarko (which it seems like he wants to go into coaching)
Jake Kolodjashnij - Solid key back, can play as our 2nd key back, averaging, 3.7 spoils, wins 70% of his one on ones, 5.5 intercepts.
Levi Casboult - solid veteran key forward who can provide a marking target and veteran presences up forward. Kicked 16 in the VFL, averaging 4.6 marks
Nick Haynes - Veteran defender who is still good, 5 intercepts, 8 marks, 18 touches.
Isaac Cumming - He's had a few injury issues this year but when healthy hasn't been able to get into their best 22, could look to poach him as he is a very good half back.
Tom McDonald - Veteran swingman, can play down back as a key defender or play up forward as a key forward, competes in the air.
Trades
Zurhaar is obviously a restricted FA, meaning that we can match offers if we don't get adequate compensation. I believe that if we trade pick 1 and Zurhaar to Fremantle, we can get their 3 firsts and then a future 2nd or 3rd.
Fremantle get: Pick 1, Zurhaar
North get: Pick 10, 13, 15 and a future 2nd
Ollie Wines has been linked to us a fair amount, likely we would have to give up our 2nd and maybe a 4th to Port if they are willing to part with him. They have Butters, Rozee, JHF, Willem Drew, Jackson Mead as their midfield, so it could allow them to all get more CBAs.
Port get: Pick 21 and 73
North get: Ollie Wines
Rory Lobb, we all know his story, he is likely to request a trade, we probably don't have the assets to get him but he is a key forward, who can ruck, and compete in the air and take a mark, and we need those. I have no clue his value, but I imagine a 3rd rounder would not be enough. So if we want him, we'd likely have to trade for another 2nd.
Caleb Daniel is also another out of favor at the Dogs, half back, again not sure of his value and I doubt we have the assets.
Bulldogs get: pick 39, 57 (currently best other pick we have, I think we'd need another 2nd or 3rd) and a future 2nd
North get: Rory Lobb, Caleb Daniel
That seems like robbery and we don't have the assets, doubt the Dogs say yes, unless Bevo really wants to fuck them off.

Having originally posted this on NamiMains, I have come forth with a rune page that has been rising in popularity on enchanters: First Strike. Not only is this applicable on Nami, but on a lot of other enchanters who have decent range

Due to the length and detail of this guide, I can understand if some fishies don't wish to read everything. In which case, I have included TLDRs in this post. For ease of access, here are some formatting guidelines for the TLDRs of this post:

I am a Master tier enchanter main with over 2.8mil points on Nami. I am by no means a perfect player, I still make mistakes and have plenty of areas to improve on
So, please note that the following information serves as a recommendation and general guideline. It was compiled based off of my own personal experience. Said information is not concrete, nor is it a law that you must follow. You are entitled to your own preferences, playstyles, and opinions, which may differ from mine. My only intent here is to share information that some players may find helpful

3. So how/why does it work?

TLDR (for this section): - Take First Strike vs matchups you outrange - Nami E on allies procs First Strike - The new Jack of All Trades rune should be utilised (see below for how)
Before I get into the specific build, I first need to explain how and why this whole setup works. First Strike is mostly taken as a gold-accelerating rune vs matchups that u outrange, ensuring that u get the "first strike" onto enemies consistently. With the changes to First Strike giving more base gold on the initial hit and less gold on subsequent hits compared to before, it pairs really well with a lot of enchanters' poke patterns. Usually, we have one poke spell and not much followup. The current First Strike matches this poke pattern perfectly (think Nami W, Sona E, Seraphine passive-empowered autos etc), allowing us to get an extra 15g per proc on top of our support item gold
On Nami specifically, we have an additional way to proc First Strike, since Nami E on allies actually procs First Strike! The best part of this interaction is that ur ally can be hit by enemies with ur E buff, but bc it wasn't you being hit directly, u will still retain the First Strike bonuses if ur ally hits enemies back with ur E buff despite being hit first! A common issue raised with this point is "what if my ADC is bad and doesn't use my E buff?" Don't worry, I got u covered too! So, whenever u empower an auto or ability that is still travelling middair towards the enemy, if u E urself or ur ally during said auto/ability, the slow and bonus dmg from E will still apply on impact. So, if u notice that ur ADC has cast an auto or ability onto the enemy, try to E them while this auto/ability is still travelling towards the enemy. Not only will this maximise E duration, give enemies minimal time to react to the slow and extra dmg, but it will also ensure that u proc First Strike due to E buff, as well as Manaflow Band and other item effects
This also works on ur own autos and abilities, and chaining abilities tgt like this will also help to cancel Nami's lengthy spell animation for more efficient trade patterns, hence better First Strike usage. Since W is our most consistent poke ability, we ideally want to start with this ability when trying to proc First Strike. This differs slightly from the regular Aery setup where we want to auto -> E ourself while our auto is still middair travelling towards enemy -> W enemy -> bubble/ult or let the bounceback heal retaliate enemy dmg. Instead, we want to W -> E ourselves while W is still middair travelling towards the enemy -> auto -> disengage with bounceback heal or bubble/ult
I'm able to come out of lane with 300-400 gold fairly consistently. Pair this with free boots or Cash Back, and u can essentially double this amount of gold. Since enchanters tend to be quite item-reliant, having this extra gold generation allows us to reach our item spikes a lot faster, further increasing the snowball potential

3.1. Jack of All Trades

Supports are actually able to utilise the new Jack of All Trades rune surprisingly well. Our support item alone already covers 3 of the 10 stats required. Here are the list of stats that we will generally be able to obtain on supports: - AP - HP - Health Regen - Mana Regen - Haste - Movespeed - %Movespeed - Heal/Shield Power - Armor - Magic Resist - Mana (?) - Magic Pen (?)
In order to get these stats, we will need our support item which gives HP, health regen, and mana regen. Most items will cover the haste component. Boots for the movespeed stat. Ardent will give us the %movespeed as well as heal/shield power. But if we don't need Ardent, then we can split this into any other heal/shield power item + Shurelya's. Armor + magic resist can be optained from Locket or Wardstone. Alternatively, if we don't need armor + magic resist, we can instead trade these stats for magic pen + mana instead (will also explain this in further detail below)
As you can see, the items required for Jack are situational items. It is important to identify during champ select if said items, particularly Ardent/Shurelya's + Locket/Wardstone, will be built for this game. Altho, these items will be applicable in most situations anyway
If u don't need these items for that particular game, or if u don't feel like u'll be able to reach all these stats for whatever reason, then Cosmic Insight is always a great staple. Lower summ cds for lower Flash and Heal cds, notoriously long-cd spells, as well as item haste. Item haste works on non-active item cds such as Dream MakeCelestial/Solstice/Zaz'Zak's cds, Mandate mark cds, as well as lowering trinket cd etc.

4. ITEMS

Alright, now that all the theory work is out of the way, we can finally move onto the specific build (what everyone is here for). There are two main builds to go about this. Each individual dot point reperesents one individual item slot:

4.1. Defensive Build

This build is run in situations where u need the defensive stats from Locket or Wardstone vs harder comps or matchups, with Locket being particularly good vs AoE and/or burst dmg. This build will also cover all the stats from Jack of All Trades (see list from previous section)
Ardent is the most efficient item for Jack due to it providing mana regen, heal/shield power, and %movespeed, all in one item. This will free up an extra item slot where we can buy a situational item, like antiheal, or if it's not needed then Dark Seal into Mejai's is always a great alternative for cheap AP (Nami has good AP ratios), or any other alternative item that u may need. Just make sure to buy Ardent before this situational item in order to max out Jack
However, it may not always be an Ardent game. In situations where it isn't an Ardent game (non-autoattack-reliant comps), u will need to split the %movespeed and heal/shield power stats into 2 separate items. Typically, Shurelya's + any other Forbidden Idol item will cover this. You can also go for any other item that gives %movespeed, but I find Shurelya's the most consistent. The main downside is ofc, the build being quite rigid if u go for this option (no room for antiheal or other situational items)

4.2. AP Build

This is a more AP-focused build in situations where u don't need to be so defensive. We omitted the armor and magic resist from Locket/Wardstone for mana (Archangel's) and magic pen (Sorc Shoes). Nami E on allies uses her own magic pen, hence Sorc Shoes here

5. RUNES

TLDR:
The more specifics to optimise ur runes to their respective builds:

5.1. Runes for Defensive Build

Omitted free boots for Cash Back. Since this is for the defensive build, we will need to rush Lucidity boots vs hard matchups. Not only are Lucidity boots a cheaper option so it gives a faster spike in movespeed vs skillshot-heavy lanes, the lower Flash cd will be good vs engage lanes. Jack vs Cosmic has been explained in previous sections
Manaflow + Transcendence is default. For in-depth explanation:
Manaflow is essential for defensive build. Only go Absolute Focus in situations where enemies lack poke, allowing u to maintain the HP threshold for the AP. Transcendence is a good default, when unsure u can always default to this due to Nami's long cds. Pair both these with double adaptive minor shards option. Celerity if u need the movespeed vs heavy-skillshot comps (pair this with the 2% movespeed minor shard option)
I personally don't recommend Scorch with the First Strike setup due to the scaling nature of this build. However, Scorch is typically good with early-game ADCs or matchups where u have early pressure. Scorch also barely adds any bonuses to First Strike, especially as the game progresses. Avoid Scorch if enemies have sustain, as they can easily outheal or outshield that bit of Scorch dmg. When unsure, or in any other situation, go Gathering Storm

5.2. Runes for AP Build

Due to the more expensive nature and higher scaling potential of this build, go free boots so that u can focus on rushing items. Since we go Archangel's with this build, we won't need Manaflow. For maximum scaling, I recommend Absolute Focus + Gathering Storm (also the greediest option). Otherwise, Transcendence as explained prior

6. Core Mechanics of Nami W

TLDR (for this section): - More than 100AP -> subsequent bounces heal/dmg MORE - Less than 100AP -> subsequent bounces heal/dmg LESS - W has slightly longer range when self-cast
Smth absolutely crucial to these First Strike builds, as well as any other AP Nami builds, is understanding her W bounce mechanic. I often get asked why AP Nami, so I will just include this section here as well. For the fellow fishies who already about this, please feel free to skip this section
The reason why AP Nami is a thing is bc of the way her W scaling works to begin with. We unironically heal more with AP builds than enchanter builds. Allow me to explain:
Patch 14.6: 'The damage and healing value is modified by *-15% (+7.5% per 100AP)** each bounce.'*
Patch 14.7: 'The damage and healing value is modified by *-10% (+10% per 100AP)** each bounce.'*
Before I explain how to get crazy heal/dmg numbers on Nami's W bounces, I first need to explain her unique scaling on W. Unlike most other enchanters who benefit from heal/shield power, Nami's W has a unique scaling where subsequent bounces become weaker pre-100AP, and become stronger post-100AP. This threshold was at 200AP before the most recent changes on her, so they buffed it significantly by lowering the threshold down to only requiring 100AP instead of 200, making AP builds even more potent now in terms of healing and dmg. As such, Nami benefits more from stacking AP than heal/shield power
To give some perspective, previously if I had 200AP my W bounces would be equally as strong as each subsequent bounce. However, with these changes, with 200AP our W is now amped by 10%, and will continue amping by 10% for every 100AP. Getting 400AP on AP Nami builds is very doable with the right setup, buffing our subsequent bounces by 30% per bounce. This means our second bounce will be 30% stronger than the first, and our third bounce will be 60% stronger than the first bounce, which does not need further explaining as to why this is absolutely obnoxious when it comes to dmg and healing values
These changes also mean that a lot of Nami players will need to learn to prioritise their bounces according to what they need. Before, some enchanter builds struggled to reach the 200AP threshold, so we could just autopilot the first bounce without giving it much thought. Now, bounce prioritisation will actually become a prominent part of her kit
To explain how to alternate W effectively with an example, if my primary target (the one I want to dmg/heal the most) is A and my secondary target (less priority target) is B, then I will alternate my W bounces as follows:
And ofc, if u have Mandate then make sure to use E before W to ensure ur W bounces do even more dmg and proc Mandate c:

6.1. Did You Know?

If you hover over Nami's W, you may notice multiple rings. The outer ring indicates Nami's W range when self-cast, meaning that the ability has a slightly longer range when you cast it on yourself bouncing towards an enemy (25 more range) rather than casting it on an ally to bounce or straight onto an enemy. So if u ever need to W urself first, or need just a bit of extra range, make sure to utilise this. To execute this most effectively, I recommend using alt+W for self-cast

7. Final Words

I really hope this helps out some fellow supports. This build can be a bit difficult to grasp at first, and will take some time to learn and get used to. But always rmb that when unsure u can always go back to Aery as it will always remain the most consistent option overall
I'm also aware that First Strike is being nerfed next patch from 15g -> 10g. Personally, I think it could still be situationally good. Also, I apologise for any typos that may have been made, as the post was quite lengthy and was done on phone (so I may have missed some typos while proofreading) 😭😭

This build is run in situations where u need the defensive stats from Locket or Wardstone vs harder comps or matchups, with Locket being particularly good vs AoE and/or burst dmg. This build will also cover all the stats from Jack of All Trades (see list from previous section)
Ardent is the most efficient item for Jack due to it providing mana regen, heal/shield power, and %movespeed, all in one item. This will free up an extra item slot where we can buy a situational item, like antiheal, or if it's not needed then Dark Seal into Mejai's is always a great alternative for cheap AP (Nami has good AP ratios), or any other alternative item that u may need. Just make sure to buy Ardent before this situational item in order to max out Jack
However, it may not always be an Ardent game. In situations where it isn't an Ardent game (non-autoattack-reliant comps), u will need to split the %movespeed and heal/shield power stats into 2 separate items. Typically, Shurelya's + any other Forbidden Idol item will cover this. You can also go for any other item that gives %movespeed, but I find Shurelya's the most consistent. The main downside is ofc, the build being quite rigid if u go for this option (no room for antiheal or other situational items)

3.2. AP Build

This is a more AP-focused build in situations where u don't need to be so defensive. We omitted the armor and magic resist from Locket/Wardstone for mana (Archangel's) and magic pen (Sorc Shoes). Nami E on allies uses her own magic pen, hence Sorc Shoes here

4. RUNES

TLDR:
The more specifics to optimise ur runes to their respective builds:

4.1. Runes for Defensive Build

Omitted free boots for Cash Back. Since this is for the defensive build, we will need to rush Lucidity boots vs hard matchups. Not only are Lucidity boots a cheaper option so it gives a faster spike in movespeed vs skillshot-heavy lanes, the lower Flash cd will be good vs engage lanes. Jack vs Cosmic has been explained in previous sections
Manaflow + Transcendence is default. For in-depth explanation:
Manaflow is essential for defensive build. Only go Absolute Focus in situations where enemies lack poke, allowing u to maintain the HP threshold for the AP. Transcendence is a good default, when unsure u can always default to this due to Nami's long cds. Pair both these with double adaptive minor shards option. Celerity if u need the movespeed vs heavy-skillshot comps (pair this with the 2% movespeed minor shard option)
I personally don't recommend Scorch with the First Strike setup due to the scaling nature of this build. However, Scorch is typically good with early-game ADCs or matchups where u have early pressure. Scorch also barely adds any bonuses to First Strike, especially as the game progresses. Avoid Scorch if enemies have sustain, as they can easily outheal or outshield that bit of Scorch dmg. When unsure, or in any other situation, go Gathering Storm

4.2. Runes for AP Build

Due to the more expensive nature and higher scaling potential of this build, go free boots so that u can focus on rushing items. Since we go Archangel's with this build, we won't need Manaflow. For maximum scaling, I recommend Absolute Focus + Gathering Storm (also the greediest option). Otherwise, Transcendence as explained prior

5. Core Mechanics of Nami W

TLDR (for this section): - More than 100AP -> subsequent bounces heal/dmg MORE - Less than 100AP -> subsequent bounces heal/dmg LESS - W has slightly longer range when self-cast
Smth absolutely crucial to these First Strike builds, as well as any other AP Nami builds, is understanding her W bounce mechanic. I often get asked why AP Nami, and it would be natural for some fishies to come forth and ask about this too, so I will just include this section here as well. For the fellow fishies who already about this, please feel free to skip this section
The reason why AP Nami is a thing is bc of the way her W scaling works to begin with. We unironically heal more with AP builds than enchanter builds. Allow me to explain:
Patch 14.6: 'The damage and healing value is modified by *-15% (+7.5% per 100AP)** each bounce.'*
Patch 14.7: 'The damage and healing value is modified by *-10% (+10% per 100AP)** each bounce.'*
Before I explain how to get crazy heal/dmg numbers on Nami's W bounces, I first need to explain her unique scaling on W. Unlike most other enchanters who benefit from heal/shield power, Nami's W has a unique scaling where subsequent bounces become weaker pre-100AP, and become stronger post-100AP. This threshold was at 200AP before the most recent changes on her, so they buffed it significantly by lowering the threshold down to only requiring 100AP instead of 200, making AP builds even more potent now in terms of healing and dmg. As such, Nami benefits more from stacking AP than heal/shield power
To give some perspective, previously if I had 200AP my W bounces would be equally as strong as each subsequent bounce. However, with these changes, with 200AP our W is now amped by 10%, and will continue amping by 10% for every 100AP. Getting 400AP on AP Nami builds is very doable with the right setup, buffing our subsequent bounces by 30% per bounce. This means our second bounce will be 30% stronger than the first, and our third bounce will be 60% stronger than the first bounce, which does not need further explaining as to why this is absolutely obnoxious when it comes to dmg and healing values
These changes also mean that a lot of Nami players will need to learn to prioritise their bounces according to what they need. Before, some enchanter builds struggled to reach the 200AP threshold, so we could just autopilot the first bounce without giving it much thought. Now, bounce prioritisation will actually become a prominent part of her kit
To explain how to alternate W effectively with an example, if my primary target (the one I want to dmg/heal the most) is A and my secondary target (less priority target) is B, then I will alternate my W bounces as follows:
And ofc, if u have Mandate then make sure to use E before W to ensure ur W bounces do even more dmg and proc Mandate c:

5.1. Did You Know?

If you hover over Nami's W, you may notice multiple rings. The outer ring indicates Nami's W range when self-cast, meaning that the ability has a slightly longer range when you cast it on yourself bouncing towards an enemy (25 more range) rather than casting it on an ally to bounce or straight onto an enemy. So if u ever need to W urself first, or need just a bit of extra range, make sure to utilise this. To execute this most effectively, I recommend using alt+W for self-cast

6. Final Words

Phew! That was probably one of my lengthiest explanations made into a single post to date! I really hope this helps out some fellow fishies. This build can be a bit difficult to grasp at first, and will take some time to learn and get used to. But always rmb that when unsure u can always go back to Aery as it will always remain the most consistent option overall
I'm also aware that First Strike is being nerfed next patch from 15g -> 10g. Personally, I think it could still be situationally good. Also, I apologise for any typos that may have been made, as the post was quite lengthy and was done on phone (so I may have missed some typos while proofreading) 😭😭

Hi guys! I wanted to post some information about the upcoming Halloween update. I started off a few months ago with several ideas in mind for what I wanted to release; ranging from DLC, to a new game, to opening the box (more on that later), but now I've been working steadily and have a pretty clear vision going forward.
The October 31st content will be an automatic update, not DLC. It will update the game to 1.1 and will include lots of goodies on the extras menu (for those who have beaten night 6), including a cheat menu, a challenge menu, and a twist on a familiar minigame that provides a boost when playing challenge modes. This also means that there will be a whole new set of stars to earn for those who are up to the challenge!
That part will be released for certain, and I'm hoping to have something else in addition to it, but it may not be ready. I have something fun in mind, a new game (not FNaF5), but it will be a real challenge to have even a small playable portion by Oct 31st. If a playable demo isn't ready by then, then at the very least there will be some sneak-peak content.
Now I want to talk about what WON'T be included... the box.
You know, when I released the first game over a year ago, I was amazed at how quickly everyone found every bit of lore and story. Then the same happened with part 2, fans and youtubers dug in and found everything. Game Theory did an incredible video on part 2; getting almost everything right. Then part 3 came out, and once again the story was uncovered by the community. It seemed that there was nothing I could hide!
But then I released part 4, and somehow.... no one, not a single person, found the pieces. The story remains completely hidden. I guess most people assumed that I filled the game with random easter eggs this time. I didn't. What's in the box? It's the pieces put together. But the bigger question is- would the community accept it that way? The fact that the pieces have remained elusive this time strikes me as incredible, and special, a fitting conclusion in some ways, and because of that, I've decided that maybe some things are best left forgotten, forever.

Hi everyone, this is a big update! :)
I wanted to keep my plans for a new game secret until Halloween, but while my teasers have created excitement for some people, they have created some confusion as well, mainly because people don't know if the Five Nights at Freddy's story is over or not.
It's very important for me to say again that there will NOT be a Five Nights at Freddy's 5. The story is complete, and the Halloween update and new game will not add to it.
That being said, I wanted to use these characters in a new and fun way because they are so near and dear to my heart, and I was excited to work on a type of game that I hadn't made in a long time.
The new game that I'm working on will be called FNAF World. It will not be a horror game, but a role playing game where you create a party using the huge selection of characters from the FNaF games, including the classic, withered, toy, phantom, and nightmare versions. I've been working steadily on characters and hope to start on enemy models next week.
The bad news is that it's unlikely that a demo will be ready for Halloween like I had hoped, since this game's scope is significantly larger than previous games in the series. However, I will release a free demo, as promised, as soon as it's ready!
FNAF World will be released on PC, Android, and iOS. I don't have an estimated release date yet since the game is still early in development.

Hi guys!
I wanted to make a quick announcement for everyone about what to expect with the Halloween update. I got myself into a tricky situation because I wanted to release an update but not change the basic game or lore. That limited me as to what I could change, so I announced that I would created a cheat menu, a challenge menu, and an updated minigame. I thought I was done. But no. ;)
It became clear to me that the community's expectations demanded more than just a cheat menu, so I was faced with my sticky situation yet again. But then I solved it:
On Halloween there will be TWO releases. One will be the content update for the official game, updating it to 1.1. This version is canon, as it always has been. This update will include the features originally promised such as the new challenges and cheats.
The second release will be a special Halloween edition of FNaF4, with a few changed characters and other cosmetic changes. This game is not canon, and is only for fun for the holidays. (this version will be free as well)
If everything works correctly, then players should have two launch choices on Halloween- the Standard Edition and the Halloween Edition.

Death Coin:
There is a new item available at the prize counter! For a lean 10 Faz-coins (price subject to change) you can purchase the Death Coin. You can only buy it once per night, and you can use it to eliminate one character from the roster, although only certain characters are susceptible to deletion.
Although this means that you can potentially eliminate a character who has been giving you trouble, it also means that you will have fewer coins to defend against characters who demand them, such as Rockstar Freddy, Baby, Nightmare Bonnie, and Nightmare Mangle. So if you choose to buy the coin, it can potentially put you in danger until you build up your coin count again.
The characters that are susceptible to deletion by Death Coin are:
The way this feature will work is that once you have purchased the Death Coin from the Prize Counter, there will be a Death Coin icon in the top left. Then when you are viewing a cam showing a vulnerable target, the icon will light up. If you click the Death Coin icon at that point, it will eliminate the target animatronic from the game.
Although this may seem pointless at first (after all, if you didn't want a certain character in the game, then why add them in the first place, right?), eliminating them in this way still gives you credit for beating that character. It isn't a freebie, it's a calculated risk. Spending ten Faz-Coins puts you at risk from other Faz-Coin hungry characters, so it's a choice that players must make depending on the circumstances, similar to how Rockstar Foxy comes with risk, despite the potential benefits.

Hello Everyone,
I recently accepted a job offer in Chicago and was looking to move to the area. Specifically, one of my friends was moving out the Tri-Taylor area (as outlined in the picture) and I was interested in taking their spot. It seems that the previous Reddit posts about this area are a little outdated so I just wanted to gauge a more current understanding of the area. My first concern is the safety of the Blue Line CTA from the Western Avenue Station into the loop. Specifically, if I were to take the train to the loop in the morning and return at around 5:30-6 pm, is it safe? Secondly, would I be safe walking around in dress shoes, pants,etc. in the daytime. Overall, is this area generally safe where I wouldn’t be paranoid walking out on to the street, grocery shopping, etc. ? Thank you! I would appreciate any feedback and advice.

It took her into the next day, but she did come up with a plan. She was arguably one of the more brilliant minds on the ship, yet her hours of toiling yielded a conflicting result. Captain Tarkey paced back and forth, watching the note she had written on the island.
“I didn't go too far
did I? No, it's not that bad. It's not like it's a real threat,” Captain Tarkey said to herself. “He won't even know I wrote it. It is harmless.”
She picked up the note to reread what she wrote out loud.
Captain Tarkey,
You will pay for your treachery. Blood for blood, on the land of your ancestors, I will have my revenge.

She looked over it again, examining it closely to ensure no stroke of her pen resembled her actual handwriting, rather than questioning the strangely polite and formal letter. There were better ways to make a threatening letter for the intent of getting Cam to accompany her planetside. In fact, there were better ways to simply get Cam to accompany her at all. None of those were deemed realistic to her overworked brain, so this is what she came up with. A fake assassination threat seemed like a logical choice with minimal downside.
“Why do I still have a bad feeling about this?” Captain Tarkey mused to herself and the door slid open. She threw her hands behind her back and stood up straight. The sudden interruption flustered her all the more when she realized it was Cam entering her place.
“Sorry I'm late,” Cam said. “I ran into Jack in the hallway.”
“Oh, it's alright. How are you feeling? When I found you sleeping on my couch, I was worried.”
That wasn't a dream? Shit. “I promise, that isn't normally like me.”
“You don't need to worry. I had no idea Parroon made humans sleepy. Vani told me when I called her to check on you.”
“Oh, that's good to know then.” His shoulders relaxed, relieved he hadn't developed narcolepsy. “Next time I want to knock myself out, I need to raid your refrigerator.”
“You're welcome anytime.” Captain Tarkey smiled, remembering the note still behind her back. “So, what were you and Jack talking about?”
“Just plans for when we get to Ohar. Jack can't leave until the second day after we hit orbit, but I see no reason to wait around for him. Just wish I knew what to do for a whole day.”
This was her moment. There would be no better time. She stowed the note in her waistband and took the shot she never thought would happen.
“Seeing as you're free, I was wondering if you would like to join me for the day? I'm visiting my parents and I'm sure they would love to meet you. They love hosting guests.”
Cam’s face elongated with intrigue. He wanted to see how locals lived and they would probably offer a place to stay for the night, which gave him more money to spend on silly souvenirs later. It sounded like a great idea, but he wanted to be careful not to impose.
“Would they mind on such short notice? I don't want to intrude or anything.”
“You won't be. You are my guest.”
“Okay then.” Cam nodded. “Is there anything I should be aware of, culturally? Like am I supposed to bring a gift or
”
“Nope. No gifts. The only thing I would say is don't wear your uniform. My mom thinks it makes our family seem more normal.”
Cam saluted her casually. “Can do. Wasn't planning on wearing it anyways.”
“Perfect,” Captain Tarkey said. “I have a lot to get done before we are cleared to land, so you can take the day off today.”
“Seriously? You don't mind?”
“Not at all. It will give you more time to plan the rest of your leave. Seeing as it's your first time, you will want to make it count.”
“Thanks, Banyani! I’ll see you tomorrow then.”
“See you soon.” Captain Tarkey called back as Cam left. As per usual, once the door closed, she let out her true emotions. She punched the air and danced around her room. “Yes! He said yes!” He’s going to meet my family!”
Captain Tarkey pulled the letter out of her waistband, wadded it up into a ball, and drained the shot into the trashcan. The plan she spent hours on was nothing more than history. She was happy to rid herself of it. In hindsight, she knew the letter would only cause more problems than solutions long term. With it out of the way, she was free to relax and tell her parents the good news.
She went into her room and came back out with a slate, which she propped up on the island. Navigating through the contacts, she clicked on the one labeled ‘Home.’ The loading screen spun and a fun jingle played. Captain Tarkey was all smiles when the screen changed to her mom showing up on the screen.
Her mother, Gwendolyn, would pass as an older sister in the right light. Her cheeks were a tad plumper and her braid was thicker than both of her daughters’. Gwendolyn’s blue eyes sparkled upon seeing her daughter for the first time in far too long.
“Banyani, my beautiful girl, I was wondering when you were going to call. It is good to see you.”
“It is good to see you too, Mom.”
“Kenny, come over here. Banyani is calling,” Gwendolyn said to her husband, Kenton, in the other room before returning her focus back on her daughter. “How are you? When are you coming home?”
“I'm going to be there soon,” Captain Tarkey said, spotting her dad coming into frame. There was no mistaking his trim, salt and pepper beard or proud smile. She always felt his warmth radiate from a simple look, no matter how far away she was. “Hey Dad.”
“There's my little captain. You working hard up there?”
Gwendolyn slapped her husband's hand that rested gently on her shoulders. “Oh stop it. No talking about work you two. I haven't heard from you in ages. What is new in your life? Meet any cute boys?”
Captain Tarkey blushed. “Actually Mom, I was calling to let you know we will have one more joining us tomorrow.”
“Eeee! I knew you would find someone! What's his name? What does he do? How long have you been seeing him?” Gwendolyn rapidly fired off, unwilling to hide her excitement. Her dad was less enthused, keeping his poker face until more was said.
“Easy mom. We aren't dating, but I would hope after he gets to know me better, he might see me as more than just his boss.”
“His boss? He’s enlisted?” Kenton asked.
“Oh shhh you.” Gwendolyn waved him off. “Come on girl, details. Momma needs to know.”
Captain Tarkey smiled. “His name is Cameron, although he lets me call him Cam. And
he’s my personal security officer.”
“Oooh, what is that?” Gwendolyn asked, looking up and back at her husband who wore a disapproving gowl.
“Why does my daughter need a bodyguard?” Kenton asked plainly.
“She doesn't. It just gives her a reason for a late night booty call,” Vani said, coming into frame, leaning on her dad, while nibbling on something resembling celery.
“Vani? What are you doing there? We haven't gotten clearance yet.”
It wasn't entirely true. Captain Tarkey hadn't given the crew the approval to disembark. Clearance was given sometime in the early morning. She couldn't remember when exactly, since she was mostly focused on her trashed note.
Kenton turned his frustration toward the daughter on his shoulder. “You said she let you go early.”
“She didn't stop me. That's basically the same thing.” Vani took another bite of her crunchy vegetable. “So, you got the hot human to come to dinner. Please tell me you didn't order him to. That's tacky.”
“He’s a human!” Gwendolyn gasped and clapped her hands. “I have always wanted to meet a human!”
“First off, I didn't order him to. I asked him and he wanted to see you all. And second, Vani, which shuttle did you steal?”
“I’ll never tell.” Vani waved goodbye. “I’ll see you when you get here sis. Tell Cam I said hi.”
Captain Tarkey wanted to be mad at her sister for breaking several protocols, but she was too excited about bringing Cam tomorrow. She saw her mom happy as can be, but her dad was a different story.
“Banyani, this is a bad idea,” Kenton said. “You’re the captain.”
“And I think our daughter is responsible enough to make her own decisions.” Gwendolyn defended. “Don't listen to your father. If you like him, I say go for it. When are you two coming in?”
She was about to answer when another call came in. It was one she always dreaded to see. High Command.
Captain Tarkey sighed. “I'm getting another call I need to take. We’ll be there in the afternoon sometime tomorrow.”
“I can’t wait to see you tomorrow! Don't work too hard,” Gwendolyn said.
“I won't, Mom. I’ll see you tomorrow.” Captain Tarkey signed off and her finger floated over the screen to answer the next one. High Command was the last group she wanted to talk to, but she had a feeling this would happen. Making a new position is a rather irregular situation, which likely needed more explanation beyond the boilerplate form. Was she ready to give a plausible explanation for needing a bodyguard? No, but if she wanted Cam a little closer to her, she would need to be creative.

A bang came from below Lisa's cubicle desk as she hit her head on the countertop. Lisa let out the usual explicative and climbed back in her chair. The device on her desk was beginning to be far more than she bargained for. Cables ran under and over her desk, all going to other instruments of the trade. Many of the devices she was using were completely foreign to her months ago. Lisa caught on quick, but when it came to this, she felt frustratedly inadequate.
“Why won't you decrypt and make my life easier?”
A red light blinked on the device at a consistent pace. It was the most she was getting from it. No answer or, if it was an answer, it was speaking the wrong language. A blinking light wasn't exactly a language for any discernible person, alien or not.
“If you weren't the key to stopping this hacker, I would smash you. You understand me!”
Again, the device did not. The blinking continued as if it was mocking her, enjoying the sound of its own soulless and soundless voice. Computers were weird like that.
“I'm insane. I'm talking to a computer.” Lisa threw up her hands and stood up from her chair. “I need a break.”
Lisa left everything where it was and went for a walk around the ship. Normally, her go to brain cleanser was playing video games, but this was different. She didn't need a distraction. She needed to think. Her travels along the halls led her to one person she did not expect to find.
“Cam? What are you doing here?” Lisa asked, although happy to see a friendly face.
“I got the rest of the day off.”
“How did you swing that?”
“I guess she had a lot of work to do before we get into orbit. I don't blame her. I'm already going to be spending the next day with her. I’d want some time away from me too.”
Lisa smirked. “Sounds to me like she is preparing for more than our arrival.”
“What do you mean? Her parents are the ones hosting me.” Cam cocked his head. He truly was the epitome of clueless.
“You’re dense, you know that, right?”
Cam flexed his average looking bicep. “I mean, I have been working out lately. I wouldn't say dense. Built would be more like it–”
“You never thought for one second that she might like you?”
“Banyani? Like me? Come on, Lisa. Let's be realistic.”
“You’re right, you're not six one. Everyone knows women only want tall guys.”
“You calling me short?”
“I'm calling you dumb. Big difference, genius.”
“First you call me dumb, then you say I'm smart. Pick a lane.” He shoulder bumped her and she bumped him back.
Their friendly little razzing session ended up knocking loose some ideas for both of them, albeit about wildly different topics. Lisa was the first to verbalize her sudden epiphany.
“I think you are a genius,” Lisa said and began walking back to the IT office. “Follow me.”
“Where are we going?”
“To crack open the device.”
Cam lengthen his stride to keep up with her. “Device? What device?”
“The one Jack took. Or have you already forgot?”
“No, I didn't forget
” I have no idea what she's talking about. Was I even there? Dang, that parrot meat really did a number on me.
Lisa opened the door and rushed to her cubicle, excited to try out her new theory. At her desk, she unplugged different cables and plugged in new ones with the urgency of a surgeon losing their patient. She switched over to her keyboard typing with the same speed and intensity. It was a lot for Cam to take in.
“What exactly are you doing?” Cam asked, hoping her explanation will fill in a lot of gaps.
“I am reversing the modular polarity, fixing the capacitor output, and injecting a revised version of code for decrypting. How did I not think of it sooner.”
Cam was fairly certain half of what she said was complete nonsense. It still didn't stop his amazement when the device light turned from red to green. Lisa kicked her seat back and jumped in the air.
“Yes! I was close all along!”
“You did it?” Cam said, inching closer with his pointer finger to poke the device.
Lisa swatted his hand. “Don't touch it. I don't want you screwing it up.”
“How can touching it screw it up?”
“Ever heard of static electricity?”
“Nope,” Cam said, shocking Lisa when he turned his finger on her.
“Hey,” Lisa said. “See what I mean. You could've fried it.”
“How do you know all this stuff?”
“I'm just gifted, I guess.”
“I wish I was gifted at my job.”
“You must not be doing too bad. The captain is still alive.”
Cam shrugged. “She did most of the fighting. All I did was help her up when she fell.”
“You make a good point. Better start filling out your registration paperwork,” Lisa mocked.
“No way. It pays too well,” Cam said.
“Then you're buying us drinks when we get to the beach.”
“Only for you. If I know Jack, he’ll pick the most expensive bottle.”
“Don't you owe him money though?”
“Exactly why I'm not paying for his. He’ll end up owing me money. And we both know he won't pay that back,” Cam said and made his way to the door.
“Where are you going?”
“It looks like you got your hands full. I'm going to get ready for tomorrow.”
Lisa waved. “Make sure you dress up nice for the in-laws.”
“Not my in-laws.”
“Not yet.”
Cam shook his head, but it didn't shake the thoughts already planted there. Banyani doesn't actually like me
does she? Naw, that's ridiculous. She's the captain and my boss. Lisa's just teasing me. Yeah, that's it

Lisa had made some progress, but like all solutions in IT, sometimes the hardest thing to do was to wait and see. Nothing had failed yet, which was a good sign in her eyes. The negative was it gave time for her annoying partner to return.
“Get any farther on your little project?” Lotan asked, fully expecting her to say no.
“Did you go through those logs yet?”
“I did. Last entry was you and then naturally me as I swiped in. Otherwise, the other entries were all around the normal times engineering would be doing expected work.”
Lisa looked back at her screen, seeing the progress bar inching forward at a snail's pace. With the logs being a bust, this was her last chance at finding out who was there. Lotan didn't need an answer to his question, nor would he get one from her as Captain Tarkey called. Lisa tapped on her slate to answer.
“Lisa, good, you're still awake.”
Lisa lifted her slate to show Lotan in frame as well. “Yes, ma'am. We’re both still at it.”
Captain Tarkey paused for a moment, thankful Lisa clued her in on who else was with her. What she wanted to discuss was far from professional in nature.
“How is the progress?”
“It's coming along. I had Lotan check the security logs for a different lead, but he came back with nothing. Now I'm just stuck waiting for this device to be decrypted.”
“So, you have some time to see me in my quarters?”
“Of course we do, ma’am,” Lotan said.
“Sorry, I was talking to Specialist Smots.”
“I guess so.”
“Good. Meet me here as soon as you can. And Specialist Lotan, if anything changes on the status of that device, you let me know right away.”
Lotan saluted. “Yes, ma’am.”
“Good,” Captain Tarkey said. “Lisa, I’ll see you soon.”
The screen went blank and Lisa sprung up from her chair. She hoisted her bag over her shoulder and headed for the door. Lisa had not the slightest idea why she was needed, but it seemed important. It wasn't long before she found herself at Captain Tarkey‘s door. She knocked and heard a muffled, “Come in.”
Lisa swiped the door, not actually thinking it would open for her, but it did. “Wow, since when did I get access?”
She continued inside, where she heard clothes hangers rattling in the other room and plops of heavy cloth hitting the floor. Lisa stepped cautiously to the noise, worried something could be wrong.
“Captain? Is everything alright?”
“I think I need some help,” Captain Tarkey admitted. Lisa came into her room, where a tornado had hit.
Uniforms were tossed all over the bed and floor. Hangers were piled up and more casual clothes littered the floor. Captain Tarkey held two tops up, one purple with thin straps and the other, a blue blouse with a floral design.
“I don't know what I'm doing?”
“Neither do I,” Lisa said. “Care to explain?”
“I'm trying to figure out what to wear tomorrow. I can't remember the last time I wore anything other than my uniform.”
“I'm not really the best person to ask.”
“No, you are.” Captain Tarkey lowered her clothing choices and grabbed Lisa's shoulders. “Please, you're the only one I can turn to.”
Lisa was surprised by the sudden ambush, yet it wasn't unwelcomed. It beat staring at the slow progress bar and Captain Tarkey genuinely valued her opinion. She never got that vibe from other women she had known.
“Are you okay with me being brutally honest?” Lisa asked.
“I wouldn't ask if I didn't. Last thing I want is to screw this up. Tomorrow is my big opportunity to show Cam I'm more than a captain.”
“Okay, I'll–”
Captain Tarkey gave her a big hug. It wasn't like her to act so impulsive, but she felt Lisa agreeing would be huge for wooing Cam. She recoiled fast and held up the two outfits again, excited to hear Lisa's input.
“What are you two doing tomorrow?”
“I was planning on doing some sightseeing and then visiting my parents for dinner.”
“Is it warm in Ohar?”
“Where my parents live it's a bit cooler, but otherwise fairly comfortable. I think it is twenty one degrees.”
She must be talking celsius. I definitely wouldn't wear either in twenty one degrees fahrenheit.
“They both look cute. Are you planning on wearing leggings?”
“Yes
that isn't too sexual, is it? I don't want him to think I’m a slut.”
“Then go with the blouse. Or you could wear skinny jeans. I never saw them as overly sexual.”
Captain Tarkey went back to her bed and found a pair of white jeans that resembled her uniform pants. “Would these work?”
“I don't see why not?”
Captain Tarkey began putting on the clothes and Lisa sat down on the bed, looking at all the other sad unselected options on the floor. The shirts she had were all rather plain and wrinkled, while her uniforms were all pristine and eerily similar.
“Did you just dig all these clothes out of your dresser or something?” Lisa asked.
“I had to raid my sister's closet. She has much better clothes than me,” Captain Tarkey said, squeezing into her skinny jeans. “She didn't leave much behind to pick from.”
“Leave behind? Where did she go?”
“She stole a shuttle and is already at our parent's place. When I find out how she did it, then I'll consider returning her clothes.”
Lisa chuckled at the innocent level of retaliation. “Couldn't you just reprimand her or something?”
“Tried it. Doesn't work. I threw her in the brig once. Not making that mistake again.”
Lisa bounced on the bed closer to her, eager to hear more. “Okay, there is a story there. Spill it.”
“It was strange. One day, out of the blue, she decided to dress up in my uniform and go give orders on the bridge.”
“Why would she do that? Is she power hungry?” Lisa asked, not knowing anything about Vani.
Captain Tarkey shook her head. “No, she kept blaming it on ‘a Halloween’, whatever that is.”
Lisa burst out in laughter. How could she not? These aliens may have spoken English, but their understanding of human holidays was severely lacking.
“What did I say?”
“Sorry. Nothing. Please continue,” Lisa said, trying to get her composure back.
Captain Tarkey continued, despite the new questions forming in her head. “The problem was, it wasn't a punishment for her. She liked not having to work and somehow still found a way to have sex with guys.”
“No way, how is that possible? Don't you put men and women in different cells?”
“All I'm going to say is tentacles reach much farther than I thought.”
Vani sounds like a wild one. “Speaking of being pleasured, you need to tell me about your hair situation. How does that work exactly?”
Captain Tarkey scratched her head, unsure how to phrase it for her to understand when an idea popped in her head. She slapped the ends of Lisa's hair, getting a minimal response.
“You didn't feel anything did you?”
“Not really.”
“If I pulled on your hair, where do you feel it?”
“In my scalp.”
“See, that's where we are different. I feel it through my whole spine or in some cases my entire body. A simple slap that did nothing for you would tense my back muscles.”
“Really?” Lisa said, looking at Captain Tarkey’s braid.
“Our hair is very sensitive. Mine is less sensitive than most, but still.”
“So, do you like turn yourself on when brushing your hair in the morning?”
Captain Tarkey laughed. “Maybe Vani does. No, for me, the only way that is happening is if I pull on it really hard.”
“Or Cam touches you anywhere?” Lisa teased.
“Not anywhere
” Captain Tarkey blushed.
“You're right. From where I'm sitting, he doesn't even need to touch you.”
“I'm that obvious?” Her voice almost whined and fears entered her mind. Lisa was quick to offer some assurance.
“Unfortunately, Cam is oblivious. I did put in a good word for you.”
Captain Tarkey lit up. “You did?”
“I got him thinking, at least I think so. Hard to tell with him sometimes.” Lisa hadn't finished her sentence for longer than a millisecond before feeling Captain Tarkey’s arms wrap tightly around her.
“Thank you, Lisa. I'm so glad to have a friend like you.”
Lisa patted her on the back, finding it a little hard to breathe with the death grip around her ribs. Despite the minor discomfort, it was nice to feel a warm embrace for a change.
“Me too.”

Hey, so you all might remember me from a month ago during my last update (my og account was banned, so i am posting this on my new one), this may be your first time seeing me. I am a professional script and short story writer. In my free time between actual scripts, I adapt Agatha Christie's novels into script format. And I'm not talking about taking characters out of stories or changing names. I try my absolute hardest to keep every detail from the book in the script. From the main characters to the side characters. Here's my results this time.
First, I deduced who I believed were the main characters (basically, if this were put on screen, which characters would be played by a faked star) These are who I landed on being the main players in this story: Poirot, Capt. Hastings, Mrs. Renauld, Jack, Cinderella, Bella Duveen, Mr. Stonor, Madame Daubreuil, Marthe and Monsieur Giraud, the human foxhound. I decided on their personality, such as Giraud's misplaced ego and Cinderellas overall really likeable personality.
After finishing the script, Poirot had the most lines, with Me. Groisier (Jacks lawyer) having the least. However, when just regarding Main Characters, surprisingly Madame Daubreuil had the least lines.
Also, before people ask about why Mr. Renauld isn't a main character, I made a rule for myself to not include characters who don't have lines as main character. Due to the fact Renauld doesn't have any lines before he dies, he is not registered under my main character radar.
The script wound up being slightly longer than TMAAS, standing at a 169 page script (2hr, 49min film) Thank you all for your time, and if you have any advice on how to make these posts feel more smooth or any details you want me to add next time, feel free, I'm open to criticism. My ranking of the Poirot books so far is:

As a little send-off (for now at least, as I want to revise those posts on a later date) to this project, I decided to add some extra general info that players may find useful in a way they can quickly see, it is a bit more concise and to the point compared to the main posts. I’ll also avoid stating some obvious things like how the Cure spell heals.
Some FFXII Original info will be included for the sake of comparison, and as a little bonus. Feel free to give recommendations in case I missed something! If it is your first time playing I don’t recommend seeing all sections as they can spoil some of the fun of finding some things out for yourself, you’ll be judge of what is fine spoiling or not though.

Character info

A reference to the raw base stats and starting licenses of each character, keep in mind that while some of theses stat gaps may seem big, you are looking at their attributes without any Magic/Battle Lores (stat increasing augments) and gear, and that they also only get bigger on later levels, even on Weak Mode/New Game Minus, Original (where Battle Lores/Magic Lores cap at +5) and IZJS (Single Job) classes, gear and augments defines your character and not their raw stats. Point is see these as suggestions/lore/reference/min-maxing things rather than something enforced, not even gonna mention animation speed.
Base Stats
HP and MP are random when a character joins the party, and when they level up, each party member has a different modifier and base value that dictates how much of each stat they get, to keep things simple I’ll simply note the range, it can vary for you due to RNG, however it isn’t worth stressing over it as HP nodes, gear and extra MP from Quickenings (in Original only) give you a ton of HP and MP (MP is pretty bad for everyone in Weak Mode/New Game Minus). Values were rebalanced between Original and Zodiac to account for the different progression systems and other balance changes.
NOTE: Reiterating character stats don’t matter, this is for comparison and for the sake of having a quick reference for those that care, do whatever you want.
I’ve used Balthier as mage and Penelo as a physical fighter plenty of times with no issue, same with using Fran on those roles. Even something like a single-job Knight and Time Battlemage can heal well with Basch and Balthier.
Vaan
Original:
LV 1: 82-84 HP, 25-27 MP, 23 STR, 20 MAG, 24 VIT, 24 SPD.
LV 99: 4,818-6,203 HP, 204-330 MP, 77 STR, 64 MAG, 61 VIT, 37 SPD.
Zodiac:
LV 1: 82-83 HP, 30-33 MP, 23 STR, 22 MAG, 24 VIT, 24 SPD.
LV 99: 4,786-5,643 HP, 473-786 MP, 78 STR, 73 MAG, 61 VIT, 37 SPD.
Summary: High stats all-around with a highest STR and great HP, also high MAG, tied with best STR with Basch. Great for any single-job/job combo, especially ones that focus on either physical, magic damage or use dual stats for their weapons (like Bushi), or hybrids that need the extra magic and MP for their spells (Knight, Uhlan, Monk, Time Battlemage or even Archer and Machinist). Steal and STR is also helpful for White Mage.
Penelo
Original:
LV 1: 65-66 HP, 36-37 MP, 20 STR, 18 MAG, 23 VIT, 24 SPD.
LV 99: 4,321-5,096 HP, 217-346 MP, 70 STR, 69 MAG, 60 VIT, 36 SPD.
Zodiac:
LV 1: 64-66 HP, 38-41 MP, 20 STR, 21 MAG, 23 VIT, 24 SPD.
LV 99: 4,288-5,058 HP, 539-895 MP, 70 STR, 76 MAG, 60 VIT, 36 SPD.
Summary: high MAG and MP, decent VIT, low STR and HP, tied with best MAG with Ashe on Original, and second best on Zodiac. Any mage class, especially ones that need extra MP (White Mage and Time Battlemage), Foebreaker (uses VIT weapons, also Black Mage and Machinist if you get Hand-Bombs) or high STR single-jobs/combos with Heavy Armor and magic (will max out STR anyway, and have more MP and magic for spells, Knight, Uhlan, Time Battlemage and Archer with Shemhazai fit that bill).
Balthier

LV 2: 99-103 HP, 20-22 MP, 25 STR, 17 MAG, 24 VIT, 24 SPD.
LV 99: 4,691-6,044 HP, 177-289 MP, 75 STR, 56 MAG, 58 VIT, 38 SPD.
Zodiac:
LV 2: 101-105 HP, 34-39 MP, 25 STR, 18 MAG, 24 VIT, 24 SPD.
LV 99: 4,661-5,495 HP, 453-752 MP, 75 STR, 63 MAG, 58 VIT, 38 SPD.
Summary: Second best STR and HP, best SPD, low MAG and MP. Any physical single-job/combo with an edge for SPD weapons (Shikari and Archer, especially with their lower innate STR), tanking (Foebreaker and again Shikari, Knight and Monk, though he lacks MAG to help them as much), also good for lower STR single-jobs/combos that need to do physical damage (White Mage, since it will max MAG anyway, and Steal is helpful for the job, Red Battlemage if you plan on nabbing Greatswords and Heavy Armor, Machinist and Black Mage if you get Hand-Bombs as STR is still priority even with his slightly lower VIT).

Original:

Summary: Stats aren’t as high as Vaan’s or Ashes (the other Jack-of-all statsparty members), however, they are decent all around, some greatly exaggerate how bad her base stats are, even in Original before they got buffed they were perfectly fine, highlights are her decent HP and MP, and in Zodiac her VIT, her balanced stats also make her decent for any class. Good Tank with her HP (Foebreaker which also has VIT weapons, Knight, Shikari and Monk), MP is helpful for any mage, but, especially for those that can benefit from extra MP (White Mage and Time Battlemage, for the former Steal is also helpful), lastly similar to Vaan, Penelo and Ashe she works well for hybrids due to her MP and ok MAG (Knight, Uhlan, Time Battlemage, Monk, Red Battlemage, Machinist and even Archer).
Basch
Original:
LV 3: 138-145 HP, 19-22 MP, 26 STR, 21 MAG, 20 VIT, 23 SPD.
LV 99: 4,903-6,347 HP, 161-264 MP, 77 STR, 58 MAG, 47 VIT, 35 SPD.
Zodiac:
LV 3: 139-146 HP, 31-38 MP, 26 STR, 21 MAG, 26 VIT, 24 SPD.
LV 99: 4,841-5,703 HP, 410-684 MP, 78 STR, 63 MAG, 47 VIT, 35 SPD.
Summary: Highest HP, tied with Vaan for best STR, lowest VIT and slightly lower SPD (Speed has the least difference between characters though, outside of Balthier having a bit more), low MAG (slightly better than Balthier’s in Original, and in starting level) and MP. Any physical class outside of Foebreaker (needs VIT), also not as helpful for something like Knight that also benefits from MAG, like Balthier he is also good for high MAG, low STR mages that need to do physical damage as he will max out his MAG anyway and have more STR to do physical attacks (White Mage, and Red Battlemage with Greatswords+Heavy Armor)

Summary: Her stats are very similar to Vaan’s, however, she trades his STHP for MAG/MP, highest MAG (tied with Penelo on Original), slightly lower HP on Original, but great in Zodiac, third best STR. Everything I said about Vaan applies to her pretty much, with her having an edge magic while Vaan has on physical.
Initial Licenses
Pre-unlocked abilities that are going to be available independent of job assignment, not game-defining, but can lead to some fun synergies (Original included as bonus/comparison, not relevant to jobs and combos, a lot of balance and equipment changes between Original and Zodiac).
Worth noting that character levels and initial LP when they join the party are based on Vaan’s, so don’t be afraid of other party members lagging behind if you don’t proceed with the main story quickly, also characters that join later naturally have more initial licenses, that doesn’t give them a significant advantage over other characters outside of very particular challenge runs (like Original no Licence Board):

Some augment descriptions don’t give all details about how certain augments work, so here are some clarifications. Note that the board Augments don’t stack with their accessory counterparts, so for example Focus doesn’t stack with Blazer Gloves.

NOTE: Melee weapons combo (chance to do more than one attack, increases at lower HP and with Genji Gloves), Ranged weapons do Critical hits (double-damage for single-target attack). Clarification: just to be clear I’m here for actual advice I don’t need to be told I’m a bad friend. If you want to just insult me don’t comment. I shouldn’t have done it but right now my focus is on making amends and repairing my friendship
TL;DR I told a girl at the bar my friend and embarrassing fact about my friend and now he’s ignoring me.
Jackson is one of my closest and most successful friends. I don’t want to dox him so I won’t say what he does but he makes 110. Jack isn’t selfish with his money. Jack isn’t selfish with his money and when we going on a guys trip he will cover me partially, because I can’t afford the stuff. I’m still figuring out my life. He is no contact with his parents and so my parents bring him up to imply I’m lazy.
There’s one area where he’s no where close to me and that’s with the women. When he purchased his house I joked with him that it doesn’t matter he won’t be bringing no women in here.
One day he opened up to me and saying this a sensitive topic for him , because he’s very insecure about himself. I’m not going to get into it unless it’s important but it impacts his relationships and self esteem.
Fast forward this Memorial Day weekend , on Saturday. We drive down to VA Beach and we spend the weekend there. We went to this bar area and he told me “that girl right there is stunning
I might actually say something.” That girl had rejected me before he came in. (We had split up and then came together). I didn’t tell him that she already rejected me. I said go for it and stood close enough so I can hear.
He approaches her extremely nervous and stuttering his words, it was pathetic. At first she was kind of weirded out by it but he said something “I’m really sorry I don’t usually do but you’re just stunning and I’m sorry for bothering you and he started walking away but somehow that flattered and she said signaled for her friend to move seats. She carries the beginning part of the conversation and afterwards his nerves seemed to go away and they were joking and laughing and she laid her head on his shoulder. She is from where we live and she was giving him hints by telling him fun things to do on a first date and how she’s free June 2nd.
I walked over and interrupted them and said he’s a great guy and said the very personal things he told me. He told me to go away but after that she completely lost interest. She kinda makes an excuse to the the conversation and to not go on the first date.
He thanked her for her time and walked out. Afterwards she walks up to me and tells me I’m a fucking asshole and she clocked that i was an asshole. How my friend deserves better than people like me in his life who humiliate him. I said I’m an asshole but you did reject him and she poured her drink on me and called me a jerk and walked away. I was furious but just left.
I get back to my hotel and just decide to call it a night. In the morning I get a text from Jack saying just so you not looking for me I’m back in Tysons. Somehow he got from VA beach to his place in Tysons Corner VA
.. I asked how he got home and he didn’t reply.
I spend that Sunday and Monday by myself. I constantly text him but no replies. He deleted me off instagram and Snapchat. I thought about going to his place but you need to be buzzed in.

. I am not a welder
. But I wanted the challenge to finish this smoker myself
 so that means I had to purchase a welder, angle grinders, weld wire, argon gas, cutting saw, and time spent on YouTube 😁
.. Much respect to all welders in the world 
. I had plenty of challenges, such as make the wrong cut, burning wholes in the metal, and so on
. you name and it probably happened to me 
. By looking at the pick I know that you see that the stack, north of the hinge is off about 3-4 degress( imagine having my sons help hold it together so that I can tack it together 😅😅) I have an extended firebox
. I was gonna cut it but it kinda grew on me just sitting in the yard so I decided to keep it extended
..I even had to cut the axle and slide it back a foot or so
. Look at the before pics and you’ll see I moved it( that really sucked)
.. Also I had to cut behind the coupler it was too low for me to get under to tow
. So I cut it and raised it 6 inches
. And when I tried to hook it up to my car it snapped because I was jumping on top of it, trying to get it to lock in
. After breaking it, I was told that I need a gusset
. What the freak is that?
 i googled that and made the adjustments and it hooks up and support the weight just fine
. But I threw a backup jack underneath just in caseđŸ€ŁđŸ€ŁđŸ€Ł lastly
. There is no way I’m taking this trailer on the road
