Music app won't play owned album instead it tries to give me a trial for apple music. I ripped this album from a cd and had itunes match it years ago. Now all of a sudden it won't play. Nothing is greyed out and the album still exists in my library. But I can't play it. All I get when I click on a song is a free trial for apple music. Wtf? Does anyone know why this is happening?
The album is Lorde - Pure Heroine if that matters. Haven't noticed any other albums being put behind an essential paywall. Most of my music is in the cloud. I own itunes match. I do not subscribe to apple music (never will either). Only the cloud and match. As I said I own this album but it will not let me play it. I did find that if I download it to my device I can then play it. But I don't want a bunch of albums on my phone. That's why I have the cloud. But if I remove the downloaded file from the phone it will re-pop up the apple music offer. Wtf is this? Why is my album being held hostage behind a paywall? I pay for cloud storage. I should be able to access it.

So proud of myself, this is the longest ive ever gone. Ive tried no fap before and relapsed after day 120. I feel so clear minded and free from my old addiction. I can look at attractive females without thinking sexually of them now and im able to see prn on my timeline and not instantly have the urge to just go rub one out. It was a rough and long journey but it was totally worth it. I'm 21. Started jerking when I was 11. I'm jerking each n every day from these past 10 years, sometimes more than once a day. Badly addicted to porn and I can't stop myself watching it and fapping. Today morning,( as it's 1st of June) I went for a nofap again and in the evening itself I jerked off to a vid and after ejaculating, it reminded myself that I'm on a nofap. I seriously want to stop my addiction. Those 13 days of my nofap were the best 13 days of the decade. I don't want to lose everyone and the opportunities by fapping. 2024.06.01 14:38 DerkestUnderd MLP Music recommendations.

Joined the fandom in 2012 while I was in school, watched youtube vids of ACRaceBest and SabreSpark at Bronycons and was obsessed with MLP music, driving to work blaring Living Tombstone, Glaze, Odyssey, Aftermath, Aviators etc, but after University I moved to Japan. Plan was to go to my first Bronycon when I was done with my 2years in Tokyo, but oof, last Bronycon happened while I was abroad. Missing out in such a big way dulled my obsession and I lost track of the fandom. Been diving deep into nostalgia recently and discovered PonyvilleFM. My iTunes currently has 2000 songs from the show or the fandom but basically nothing from 2015 onwards. I bought all of General Mumbles discography and the Poniesatdawn albums, but BronyMusicArchive and EQD are a pain to sift through. What can you guys recommend? Free or paid, EDM, Metal, Punk, I don't mind.
TL:DR - FOMO hit for the last 10 years of brony music. Who deserves my bits? /)

2024.06.01 12:10 PlzHelpFindMyMaddie Pi Brainstorm Apps kinda...suck

Is it just me or are most, if not all, of the Apps you see when in the Brainstorm section of the Pi Browser just look really unprofessional, unpolished, & all around lazy? Most, for example, can't even be bothered to use a text-to-speech that doesn't sound like a total fob. Many of them don't even bother to have correct grammar or spelling for their descriptions or YouTube videos narrations. Would it kill them to have someone fluent in English double-check their work? I'm bilingual in English & Mandarin, and it's just so obvious when they do a direct translation of certain Chinese phrases and idioms. It's honestly just so cringe. How are these devs not embarrassed uploading what would be considered basic grade school errors? While there are some that do have a decent English translation, they end up ruining it by using a text-to-speech program with a thick-ass accent. Like come on bro, if you already got the text down, all you had to do was use a half decent (and free) text-to-speech program. Do these devs not consider how bad their YouTube vids sound in English? I get if the app is targeted toward a Chinese demographic, which if that's the case, why not just do the whole video narration in Chinese? Idk, I just feel like if you're going to do something, you ought to do it right. Everything just reeks of half-assedness. It makes me sad and doubtful of the overall future success of Pi in general... 😮‍💨
P.S. I apologize for the rant. But if anyone can help me understand what's going through the minds of these devs then maybe I can empathize with them more.
