Mod 99x cal. 22

This is the first of a weekly post series covering the events of WorldPowers for the previous week, or ingame year. The posts will be made at roughly 7pm Mountain Time each Sunday, depending on my availability. They will contain the following info each week:

• Economy stats for each claim and NPC (GDP and Population)
• A map update with a link to the new map and a list of territorial changes, if any.
• A recap of important events that happened throughout the week.

Economy wise, if you make an [ECONOMIC] post with these stats, I will use them. I will use the most recent [ECONOMIC] post you made, if it was posted since the last weekly recap. If you didn't make an econ post this week, or you haven't been making them all along, I will calculate the numbers myself using a simple ballpark GDP growth. I do not care if your econ is nominally for the previous year while this post is nominally ahead a year (The post is titled 2074 in accordance with the upcoming year, not the one we just completed). It does not matter. I will use the most recent econ regardless. Yes this has been a point of confusion in the past which is why I am discussing it now.
For territorial changes, I will be editing the map once a week, right before I make this post. If you want your changes reflected on the map, you need to go to the most recent recap post, and post your changes as a comment. An example of an acceptable comment is as follows:

• Borealis (Canada) takes control of former US states of Washington and Oregon.

An example of an unacceptable comment is as follows:

• The shitpiss empire takes control of Sekǫé gáh des hélį and stedet med høye fjell.

I don't know wtf territory you're talking about in the second example and I don't care to try to figure it out. In order to have your changes reflected in the updated map posted each Sunday night at ~7pm MDT, it is your best bet to get your changes posted before ~5pm MDT as I won't start working on the map until at least then.

• If you are not clear about what the changes are and I do it wrong, I won't change it until the following week.
• If you don't post the changes you want in time, I won't change it until the following week.
• If you were perfectly clear and I was the one who messed up, I will fix the map promptly.

Finally, the recap. Participation in the recap isn't mandatory but it does help me out if each week you guys send a sentence or two describing what happened in your country or broader geopolitical community that week. Doesn't need to be anything crazy and I will be including some stuff of my own reading as well but if you really want something included in the recap, DM it to me.

Recap:

• Japan repossesses Italian monuments and historical installations.
• The Free Republic of Canada undergoes a quasi-military coup by an eco-terrorist group known as Borealis. Ottawa is destroyed, the capital relocated to Kelowna, and the country becomes a sort of neo-feudal constitutional monarchy headed by Efrim Trudeau, grandson of Justin Trudeau. While the group maintains military control of the country, they have as yet failed to win popular support.
• Following political turmoil, a new Yang di-Pertuan Nusantara was appointed: Cynthia Ramakrishnan-Lai
• Nusantara has expressed its intention to the Bandung Pact to continue the occupation of Southeast Arabia indefinitely barring a Pact consensus on next steps
• India called a Pact Congress meeting to discuss global strategy
• This year, new plants bloom throughout the Garden of Eden. Members of Eden's society have been organised as to provide societal harmony, and the Earth Mother has given birth to twins, H₂éwsōs and Dyēus-suHnús!
• Comandante Chávez of Brazil dissolves parliament and institutes Maquinism in the country, Kaabu and other Bandung Pact nations are embroiled in protests over Brazil's killing of 'enemies of the state'.
• Armando Rossi, commander of Caesar's Legions has formed a government in Pula that claims to be the legitimate Italian government ahead of Italian elections in 2074.
• In Houston, President Jones called a Grand Constitutional Convention which drafted the first constitution in Houston history. This new constitution creates a semi-presidential republic which President Jones fully endorses.

I have come back to Skyrim with a bunch of mods and for some reason Helgen has a large hole under the executioners block, causing it to float. Any idea why this is happening? Heres the Mod list.

Long story to a short question:
I am playing as a Argonian thief, yada, yada, yada… I wanted to switch to a Wizard type character to do the Ritual Spell quests in my pursuit of a 100% completion character.
I did a hard save after beating Alduin and went through my loot and equipped Master Conjuration robes, peerless C circlet, peerless magica ring, and Shrouded shoes.
At that point I opened a Black Book trying to get to the one where skills can be reset without doing the legendary thing so even low level skill points can be harvested. I went into one (the wrong one I might add) and there is a Lurker Vindicator that is completely wrecking me. I used conjure sword, conjure Dremora, tried Unrelenting Force, tried to use banish Daedra staff, nothing I did even put a dent in the Lurker.
At that point I reloaded my save and just did the legendary on the thief’s skills and started dropping perks in Conjuration and Alteration, these being my primary and alternate schools of focus. Having 30-something points I put perks into all schools where level permitted.
So, as of now I’m realizing what a fuck-up it was to reset and try to make a Mage. I could equip with Peerless Conjuration Daedric armor, and all that, but feel I might as well just stay as a thief who dabbles in magic, because trying to be a sole magic user without wearing armor is fucking stupid.
So, without mods or exploits, how the hell do you Mages actually do anything in the game where even fighting a Frostbite Spider almost leads to death? Only by summoning the Dremora I escaped, and Serana and Cicero were lagging back too far to help.
For reference I’m level 66, 250 health, 220 stamina, 550 Magica. I-22, C-43, D-32, R-60, A-61. Enchanting 100.
