I'm fucking convinced every person with a 3k X badge is cheating.
I have a fucking brush, something I spent years with since s2, and I'm fucking useless when my teammates won't push up and give me the map control I need to play the damn game.
I have a fucking shooter, something which is apparently the meta, and even though my crosshair says "oh yeah you'll do damage" I shoot the enemy and it shoots off into every direction but at the enemy, even with perfect accuracy weapons, all the while the crosshair keeps giving me that big X saying I should do damage.
I've never played a more inconsistent game in my life, and I'm seriously considering uninstalling if the next season turns out to be a flop. I'm never gonna get that fucking X badge.

Cause it kinda does, for me personally. "Wow, some issues with language server is enough to stop you from using a framework? WOW" Well yeah, I wouldn't call it "some", more like "a couple of very glaring ones".
I like Vue. It's definitely well designed, I'd say much better than React (yes, even React 19), but if when working with react I can just quickly setup a project and start building with whatever IDE I'm using, with Vue I always had to fight the language tools and practically abuse them into working. Primarily swapping around versions of or enabling/disabling/installing/uninstalling plugins randomly in hopes that it starts working.
I tried a couple of years ago, I tried 6 months ago, I tried today and always I ran into some nonsensical issues with the language server that either cause it to break completely or work incorrectly or super slow. And what do you know, it works perfectly for the other guy. "I never had problems with Volar, wtf!" of course it's platform specific, plugin-specific, IDE specific, probably timezone specific too. That's what makes pointing out what actually broke instead of actually using the damn thing so time-consuming. And the language server seems to constantly in a state of being renovated, for some reason. In like a year I expect it to be renamed again or made into a separate thing called "Vue Tools" or something.
Yeah I get it that "oh, go into the repo and fix it yourself" but I really can't bother. I'm just gonna use another framework and hope that I'm not forced to use Vue at my actual job. It's just a shame that such a great framework somehow has such weird language tools.

i just spent 10 bucks to buy the steeled verterans warbound because I heard the incendiary breaker is good. I’m still grinding medals to get it currently. but I swear to god if they nerf this gun before or right after I get it I’m uninstalling this game forever. if the warbonds have no incentive because they can nerf the guns you literally are expected to pay real money to get. then im done with this game it’s a PVE game why do they care so much about balancing. the back of the game box literally says “spread democracy with overpowered weapons” keyword overpowered if they want me to spend $10 to get a OP weapon then I EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO USE THE WEAPON and not have them nerf it because it’s being used a lot…the new patch is coming out soon and I’ve heard a lot of talk about the pay to play weapons getting nerfed I.e the incendiary breaker. it just rubs me the wrong way. the warbond weapons should be good and somewhat OP consistently otherwise what’s the incentive or the point of buying them.

So I’m not new to pc because growing up that’s all my family ran but as of 4 years ago I switched to a MacBook Pro and I like the system (I know this is a pc thread but I love the ease of syncing all of the stuff on my iPhone to my Mac) I digress.
Anyway I wanted a desktop pc because A I don’t want to necessarily move away from console gaming I wanted to expand to steam games and pc specific games (I didn’t buy Mac because I didn’t want to spend 6k on a desktop computer that’ll run steam like shit)
Point B is I’m currently in school and I want to try and get a remote job so I would need something with good processing power.
When I was a kid I always found a way to fuck up my computer by playing flash games through really sketchy websites and clicking on those adds that say something along the lines of “click here to see the list of the 30 most awkward celebrity photos”
But as an adult that now knows better. In the modern day of pc’s how can I best protect myself and prevent my pc from slowing down. Is defender good enough for casual steam gaming.
Down to the questions. is defender good enough for normal use or should I re up the 30 day free trial of Norton that was pre installed on my computer?
I know steam is generally safe to download from but what do I need to watch out for
And finally how do i properly go about upgrading my pc to prevent slowdowns and get optimal performance or is it cheaper just to buy a new pc

So yall might know the classic glitch where the game doesn't let you get achievements and says that you have loaded a mod or a loaded savefile on the achievements icon before you start a game My problem is that I have done everything,I have verified the integrity of game files,i have deleted all my mods,i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game but still I can't get any achievements Is there a way to fix this or am I just cooked

Hey guys, like the title says, I'm unable to use Audeze HQ at all. Anytime I click anywhere, the mouse just changes to the grabbing icon and I can move the window. Doesn't matter if I hold the mouse down or just click fast. Doesn't matter what I click on or where. I cannot change any settings. I don't know what prompted this, it just started one day. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, unplugging and replugging the dongle, restarting my computer, etc, and all of it together in various combinations.
Really not sure what the issue is or why I haven't seen anything about this online anywhere. It only happens with Audeze HQ.
Does anyone have any idea what's causing this?

Hi everyone, So yesterday I bought some VTI shares with Vanguard (mid-day) and I selected the ‘market’ option for the purchase price. Today, I noticed that my cost basis page says cost per share is $268.74 for that batch which is a bit higher than yesterday’s high of $263 per yahoo finance. Also, in my transaction history on Vanguard I see the share price of $262.43 for that order. So why is my cost basis showing $268.74 for that batch and consequently a loss of value based on today’s prices?

Hey y’all it’s my first post on Reddit, got a question about dealing with my game crashing that’s been occurring since the show came out.
So I’ll preface by saying I’m a recurring player, stopped playing maybe a year ago at around level 30 but picked it up after watching the show, I did not have this issue beforehand. I’m now level 116 and have been having this issue for a long time. I play on steam and every-time I launch the game and press a button to sign in the animation stops and I’m frozen there until I sign out or use task manager on my second monitor. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and checked the integrity of the files but I’m just not sure what else I can do to fix the game. Any ideas?

I want to get free in app purchases and found a guide on how to do it on iOsGods. According to the guide you download Satella Jailed and use it with an app to get free in app purchases and then back it up using iMazing. You then uninstall the sideloaded version and download the real version from app store and restore the back up you did earlier with iMazing and voila, you have all the inapp purchases free. But everytime i try to restore the back up I did, it gives the the error message "the file doesn't seem to be a valid app or it has been tampered" and it then says that you must recompress the file properly in its original state and have specific files at the root of the zip archive and it gives you a list. I have done all this, and yet it says the same. What am I missing? Please help! Also I am on 17.1.1 and not jailbroken.

He was such a monster that my maternal grandmother tried to kill him once.
My mother's breast milk was bad, and I was starved and abused from literal birth, subject to her hatred of my cries for food and affection.
My father left the house 3 hours early each day because she was too much. He eventually divorced by the time I was 3.
From 3-5, my mother lived with a pedophile who dressed me as a girl and raped me. He would antagonize me and say "if you want to cry like a bitch girl, then you'll be one" - I've remembered this repeated line since I was a child.
I was a horrible child given the abuse I suffered. In my whole life, 9 different people have sexually assaulted me. My family never got me any help for my clear trauma as a child.
By 12, my dad had remarried and dropped me off with a bunch of random Muslim strangers. He went from a drunkard to sober and traveling internationally for work all the time, rubbing shoulders with some of the most powerful people in the world. He was home 1 month total out of the year, while I was abandoned with a bunch of strangers called step family. They didn't care for their traumatized and broken addition.
Instead, they let me rot in front of TV. Then a computer with porn. By 12 I had a full blown cyber sex and porn addiction. I had literally zero attention or care or affection at home. There was never any family time, family dinner, vacations, talks about each others day, nothing.
By 14, I was so lonely and desperate, I'd decided pretending to be a girl online for sexual gratification would be a good idea, since being a teenage boy was getting me no luck most times. I got a lot of attention using fake pictures. I didn't even discover what a sissy was until about 15 years later.
My family knew what I was doing. NetNanny and such were installed, but no talks were ever given. It was easy to uninstall and my parents never pushed back.
By 16, I'd looked up porn and chatted as a girl on every computer I touched, and my maternal grandmother called me out in front of a bunch of family members. They knew everything. But they did nothing to help me from there, and continued to very happily leave me alone and let me rot with my terrible addiction and habits.
Using random pictures became difficult, and by 20 I started using my 19 year old step-sisters pictures. Again, family is monitoring networks and well aware of what I'm doing, but that reality hadn't fully set in for me because they weren't helping me or reacting to anything, they acted like nothing was wrong. I figured it didn't matter, much like the rest of the craziness and abuse they never helped me with and gaslit me as my fault.
I had two very long relationships with women, both of whom were very happy to isolate and only have sex with me. No social dates, no friends around, all in a pretend bubble. My sissy stuff was a secret to them in my head but I don't believe to them given how careless I was, along with their actions. I married the 2nd one and she went on to lie to me for 8 years saying she was okay with it, only to later be mad at me for being "inconsistent" and wanting to drop the sissy stuff because I felt she actually didn't like it and it stemmed from my abuse, and was interfering with our relationship. She never suggested stopping and once we divorced, she finally admitted how much she hated it and me for having that desire.
My addiction went on for over 20 years. Multiple people in my family knew, along with two very strange and long relationships. I was never pushed to work or get a job - I was bankrolled and allowed to fester with my addiction. Like they wanted it to get worse. Any attempt I ever made to get independent financially or socially was treated as a joke by my family. They've never tried to form a relationship with me or help me at all, but knowingly let me rot as a child and into adulthood, and never tried to "be there" for me in any capacity. Total isolation, no love or relationships.
I was not born this way. I have no attraction to men. I have no desire to be a girl. This was done to me and no help was given to me to figure it out.
I'm extremely angry, and I hurt for so many others who I know who are like me and had this forced on them, or at the very least knowingly allowed to happen by cowardly "family" driven by inaction and pettiness.
I firmly believe there is a cult of human trafficking out there that is doing this on purpose, and that it is operated by the highest levels of society and even extends into our schools.
I'm writing this with no expectation other than to ignite a fire to fight in those who are like me. There is going to be hell to pay for what was done to us. If you feel like I do, reach out and let's help one another get past this and bring this whole thing down.

starting today I have been getting green screen crashes out of nowhere. boot up my pc, surf on the web, kablamo, 2nd monitor is green, main screen is black, pc restarts. sometimes, before the crash occurs, the crash kind of announces itself by me seeing some flickerings on my main screen.
during restarting, it crashes again sometimes.
I've had this issue in march where I updated the AMD drivers and the problem went away. today, the issue is more persistent. I've had around 10 crashes within the last hour. haven't even tried booting up a game.
I am not very tech savvy and I wanted to make sure I am interpreting everything correctly before swapping parts.
my specs:
gpu: 6650 XT (msi), bought 1.5 yrs ago
pcu: ryzen 5 5600, bought march 24
mainboard: msi b550 gaming plus am4, bought march 24
psu: corsair cx550M, bought nov 22
monitor (main): hp x27q (1-5yrs) - 2nd monitor: benq xl2411 (8 yrs old)
what I did so far:

• update amd drivers (interestingly, the amd adrenaline edition was uninstalled when I boot up again after a crash; I had a pop-up twice saying I need to restart my pc because a new hardware was detected/installed)
  
• set A-XMP in bios from disabled to profile 1
  
• ran a OCCT stress test for CPU for 10 minutes (yes, I know..)- result: nothing happened
  
• ran two OCCT stress tests for VRAM - results: both times, after around 10-20 seconds I got the the crash as described above
  
• ran a OCCT power stress test - result: crash as described above after 10-20 seconds
  

it seems quite obvious that the gpu is a goner, correct? I have an old gtx 1050 ti lying around I should probably plug in and stress test, before I can be sure that the current gpu and not something else is the source of failure, correct?
regarding warranty (europe): I might be able to send it back still, need to check that though. I just want to make sure it's the gpu.

Been using it for nearly 20 years but it has become buggy as hell in the last week. Loads of freezing and bugging out. Other browsers don't have this problem. I even did a hard erase and reinstall, doesn't help. I start firefox and start using it but after 2 minutes it just completely freezes up all newly opened tabs. All opened ones are working fine, It just doesn't load new tabs after 2 minutes. Complete gray screen and nothing works not even the support page. I can go back to pages I was on before it froze but no new ones at all. Restarting firefox fixes it but I have to restart every 2 minutes now. Edge and chrome don't have this issue. Tried every solution known for this problem but it just keeps bugging out. Is it time to say goodbye to firefox after nearly 20 years? I hate edge and chrome because of memory and performance issues so I don't have many options.
EDIT : Firefox just completely froze after closing, it doesn't start anymore, doesn't show up in task manager, can't uninstall or refresh. It's just completely broken. Second time in a week that this happened.

Issue: I just bought a new asus tuf f17(rtx 2050) variant today. But it freezes suddenly and shows a black screen and then restarts the windows. I sometimes also get a bsod saying VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE, "igdkmdn64.sys"
Tries: I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics driver of Intel and nvidia both using ddu. Also performed windows memory diagnostic and sfc /scannow.
Reason: After using "BlueScreenView" I know now it is caused by two files - "igdkmdn64.sys" and "dxgkrnl.sys"
Can anybody please help?

In general, I decided to install the Tor browser, installed, and clicked on the button to connect the connection, connected and did not understand anything in this browser and uninstalled, and noticed that after the connection began to lag the Internet, I went to the site where writes your IP and there is written another IP is not mine, and it says that I am in another city that is 1300 km away from me, on all such sites where shows your IP writes the same and the same is not my IP, although in network settings my IP is written and on the site of the router is also mine, but when I go to some sites or play GeForce Now now I started to ask to disable VPN and writes that I am connected to a server in central Europe, although before it was in eastern Europe, other VPNs like Warp and VPN in the browser are disabled, I do not know what I did wrong, maybe it is related to the Tor browser.

This error "Maximum attempts reached, try again later" happens when I successfully log in without a wrong password and then when I uninstall the app and log in again with correct password it keeps saying "Maximum attempts reached, try again later" Is this a bug or happening to anyone else? When I log into the web version it logs in fine.

I know the title is dramatic but I'm at my wits end. Apologies for the long paragraph but I'm just detailing the steps that got me to this point on a Lenovo Legion 7 Slim
Long story short, I was sold a Lenovo Legion S7 16IRH8 - Type 82Y3 from a certified refurbished Lenovo seller (new parts and all)
Initially, you could not download any program or uninstall anything without it saying "operation could not be completed due to the program containing a virus or unwanted files". They were trusted files for sure but i opted to do a clean PC reset. I've done this 3x now as well as install all updates. I did this working with Windows Tech Support numerous times. Eventually the option to do a clean Windows Install using the creation tool due to a corrupt Windows 11 was my option.
I downloaded the tool on a USB on another computer and went to go upload it to my new computer, with BIOS set to load up via USB. Magically, "No Drivers Found".-
-So now youtube and other forum goers had a fix for this involving cleaning disk space and Disk 0 and bla bla bla. Okay, great!
Now I'm at the point where anytime I turn on the computer, it will only boot with the USB and it's not reading anything at all when I plug in the USB with Windows 11 Creation Tool.
What are my options here as I've been at this for 6 hours and I'm about return the computer as a whole cause this has been insane!
I hope the community can help me! I've seen a ton of people running into the same issues with little to no resolution and I'd love to have a thread people can come to to sort through all the issues
