Once, the girl I love (she has moved on) was in a horrible time in her life, where she was actually thinking about suicide for some time... One day, after receiving an email saying that she had not overcome the test to enter the film academy she hoped to attend, she was desperate and saw no way out of that terrible situation. I made the biggest mistake in cases like these: I started looking for pragmatic solutions to her problem when the only thing I should have done was take the first available flight and go to Spain to see her (we had been in a long-distance relationship for almost 2 years). I too was in a difficult moment, having just moved to another city, alone, dissatisfied with my life and my choices... I was the only person with whom she felt she could open up and someone with whom she could share her weight... but I gave in, and to yet another negative response to my proposals I replied with this message: "so what do you want to do? just kill yourself?!" we argued and argued for a long time that day. needless to say that a couple of months later, after many discussions and almost total distancing on her part, we break up. she asked me to leave her. Now she's fine, she has new friends, a new boyfriend,I can't find out more, but I know she's fine, and I hope with all of myself that she's happy. I can only imagine what it felt like reading that message, that the person you need most, on whom you rely, one of the few things that gives away a glimmer of hope to stay alive: he disappoints you by breaking and praising you by giving that sentence, how much pain could she have tried? how can someone say they love another person and write that message, on such a difficult and disappointing day... how could they then even just want to hear the name of the boy who disappointed and hurt her so deeply and seriously? it happened two years ago now, since then I have never had a restful night's sleep, a day in which I didn't think about what I had done, a time in which I didn't feel like gagging when I looked at myself in the mirror. I'm sick, I've been sick for two years and my life goes on by inertia, and now it's too late to talk about it to my friends, rightly bother to hear me talk about my ex... and then, knowing this about me, what would they think? ? I disappointed and failed the woman to whom I had promised eternal protection and care, to whom I had assured support and security, I can't stand it anymore but I can't do anything other than continue to live with that moment, that message, stuck in the my eyes, feeling it burn like a brand on my back. I tried to contact her again but she made it clear that she didn't want to have anything to do with me, I don't blame her, but I miss her like crazy and maybe I've become a little crazy because of it.

I use Vroid characters in Unreal Engine and it works great for the most part. I have a huge problem with recording the face performance of a Vroid character though.
I managed to connect a Vroid to LiveLink but the face animation works only in game mode, or simulate mode and not in editor. I also can't record the face animation to the take recorder to later animate the body separately from the lips/eyes etc.
Do anyone here have a solution for that? I understand that it's kind of a niche question as Vroid characters are probably not mainstream.
I'm trying to make my own short anime story but it's hard when I can't record the lips/face animations to be opened in Level Sequence later on.
I will be grateful for any help I can get.

It just doesn’t make sense anymore. My life was never good at any point but after 2020 I’m constantly being tortured and it’s getting worse and worse. Very bad luck, traumatic experiences, and my body is breaking down. I feel heavy, I can’t think or understand anymore, can’t have conversations, I can’t feel, and can’t function. Even through all of this, I managed to make a lot of progress spiritually but since 2024 it’s gotten 10 times worse, I’m slower than before, lacking physical feelings and everything is falling apart. I’ve also lost progress and went backwards. I’ve gone further backwards than who I was at base and I can’t fix it no matter what. I’ve become an intolerable, unable to think, emotional, unable to speak properly, awkward, and in a constant state of suffering. And I’ve exhausted every option I currently have
I’ve lost so much power within myself from spending it all trying to just function that I’m reduced to crying on this sub because I have no other choice, so if you wanna imply that I’m pathetic and a worthless piece of garbage that can’t change and take charge of his own issues go for it. I’m becoming somebody I hate, every time I feel an emotion that I don’t want to feel I become latched to it until it consumes me unable to shake it off, to the point where I start punching myself or start clawing at my face because I can’t control my own mind like I used to. if I feel an emotion that I want to feel I either can’t really feel it or something happens in my immediate life to take it away and make me feel the opposite of what I wanted no matter what. I no longer have the intelligence I once had. I can’t think properly anymore, and I’m constantly confused by everything and I can’t understand things. Every mental task has become extremely difficult to the point that basic life is extremely frustrating and very hard.
I have constant nightmares that usually involve me getting killed, mostly by either my mom or my dad, or running from demons trying to steal my soul and trying to violate me sexually which they have and has caused a whole new assortment of issues for me
I lost every human part of me that made me feel alive.
My body is falling apart, I feel extremely heavy, one half of my body is numb and Ive become very weak physically. My vision is worse, my hand eye coordination is worse, everything that is supposed to make you human wether mentally or physically has been stripped from me, leaving me as less than a child, unable to defend myself or move in the world. I have tons of new auto immune diseases and allergies that came from nowhere which are causing me extreme discomfort in everyday life. Breathing feels difficult like it’s an exercise, or like I’m weight lifting so I have to take small breaths and hold it for as long as I can before breathing again and this is very uncomfortable
I hate it. I hate being stuck in this debilitated place as it gets worse and worse, and being unable to express myself about it because nobody understands no matter how I explain it to them or they just gaslight me and insult me like I’m not allowed to live and breathe and speak which is the notion that I’m getting from the universe that I don’t need to be here anymore. It’s like I’m under a curse where I’m forced to suffer hell and nobody is allowed to help me or even show a small level of for it.
Everybody in the world is more liable to treat me like shit now for some reason compared to how it was in 2023. Everyone became hostile and evil towards me because I’m no longer someone that deserves respect. I lost everything that a human is supposed to have internally how is anybody supposed to treat someone like that with respect?
It’s come to the point now where I’m finished. I’ve lost all of my energy and will to live through this shit. I have at least 3 months left in me. After August if things don’t change I’m finished

I had watched a film in TV during 2005-06 involving hero's gender being changed from male to female. This came to my mind recently and am trying to identify which film it is so I can rewatch properly. This film was mostly made during late 90s-mid 00s. I remember only a few details, hope someone from this sub can recognize it.
I don't remember who played the hero. His friends paid a Mantravadi (maybe played by Sadhukokila) to turn him into a woman without his knowledge, maybe as a prank or out of spite. He becomes a woman while sleeping when Mantravadi perform a ritual. He wakes up in morning, sleepily walks to toilet and screams when he found out what happened. He then runs away from home. From this part onwards, "his" character is played by the heroine.
(S)he had actually turned into a beautiful young woman and becomes a film actress. Sometime later meets old friends and befriends them without revealing his past. It turned out they have been feeling guilty about what they had done, thinking he had killed himself since he had gone missing afterwards.
He was not too angry about what they did since he was leading an easy life, but wanted to teach them a lesson. His friends found out the "Heroine" was their friend later. I don't exactly know how this film ended, maybe they found the Mantravadi again and he reversed the ritual or the hero refused to go back to his old life and fully embraced life as a woman.

Just bought my brand new X1-Carbon (upgraded from an Ender 3 v1 lol) and plan to make a full-blown set of armor using Galactic Armory's files. I am making the set in ABS, for post-processing reasons, as I've heard it's easier to sand and I want to see if ABS vapor smoothing is any good. If there are any tips for sizing the helmet or body parts in general I would love any advice being thrown my way as this is my first large 3D printing project.

Imagine being able to summon a glass orb. The orb holds whatever power you specify (even a mixture of powers) and a time limit you specify ranging from 1s to infinity. To activate the power you simply create the snow globe sized orb in your palm and smash it into any part of someone’s body and the power activates. You can smash it into your own body and other people. You can even throw it but it only shatters on an identified person so it wouldn’t shatter on the ground. Also you could give people abilities that would destroy them as a creative way to use the power. Only limits would be the time it takes to make the power based on strength of power, time period, etc, but seeing as how this is a god tier power, that limiter doesn’t exist.

So I’ve been fighting drakes for a while now. Probably 50 have been down since I started.
There’s the jump and slam down move he does a lot in the first 1/2 of the fight. What I noticed is you can parry this but you have to be in specific spots in order for it to work.
A lot of time the ground will shake before his hitbox hits you and you fall over. Testing this cause it was inconsistent with thief’s parry and warriors parry. I tried fighter last night and they have a hold counter parry that should hit always right? If you hold it and get hit then it should counter. But what I noticed is there’s two hitboxes basically the ground shaking and then his body hitbox. You still have to be specific with his body parts for the parry and sometimes feel like level of ground matters too which is pretty annoying.
Why would they make this move have two hitbox’s? It doesn’t make sense to me to make it basically not parryable unless you hit his body before the ground shakes and knocks you over.

I've always had concerns that increasing the dosage based on the standard recommendations might be too much for my body to handle, so I've been titrating up very slowly, which has been working well for me. For those doing the same, do you still stay on the standard doses (5, 7.5, 10) for 4 weeks at a time?
For example, after 4 weeks of 2.5, this has been my weekly schedule: 3, 3, 3.2, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5. What I'm wondering is, do I need to stay on 5 for four weeks before going up to 5.5, 6, etc. even if I notice food noise returning or weight loss stalls? Part of me feels like it shouldn't be a big deal to titrate up sooner if I've been going up this gradually, but I also don't want to stray too much further from Lilly's original guidelines for the meds.

Hi all,
I use Vroid in Unreal Engine and it works great for the most part. I have a huge problem with recording the face performance of a Vroid character though.
I managed to connect a Vroid to LiveLink but the face animation works only in game mode, or simulate mode and not in editor. I also can't record the face animation to the take recorder to later animate the body separately from the lips/eyes etc.
Do anyone here have a solution for that?
I'm trying to make my own short anime story but it's hard when I can't record the lips/face animations to be opened in Level Sequence later on.
I will be grateful for any help I can get.

The human, never expected, that someone could teach something so interesting in such a boring way.

As you all know, magic is divided into types, that are known to us as attributes.
Attributes have a positive effect on magic of the same type and a negative effect on the type opposing it. To give you an example for this a mage with fire affinity, will not be able to use higher forms of water magic. We know of the following attributes, but sometimes new ones are discovered, so this list is ever-expanding. Please pay attention now, as this will be test-relevant. We know of the elemental attributes, Fire, Earth, Water, and Wind, the manipulation attributes, Healing and Illusion and finally the royal attribute, only seen in the royal Diamond family, called Gravity.
Here I have to note, that there are spells, that are not included in any of those attributes and can be used by anyone. These are called Basic-attributed spells. Those spells include for example things like body enhancement, magic bolt, or the widely used message spell.
Now please note that the attribute distinctions are only one part, the second part is the distinction of potency of the spells. Firstly there is the single-class, moving and manipulating existing materials, you can pick fruits or use a small amount of water to water a plant, they can only do what anyone could do with their own hands and basic tools. Next up would be group-class where the material to manipulate will be supplied by the magic power and here your attributes will matter. In this class, the basic martial spells and convenience spells are located, with a strength that a small group estimated at around five people could produce with their tools. Then we get into the village-class magic and as you can surely guess those include things, that would need the manual labor of a small village, and here most of you will find yourself comfortable spellcasting. But then we go into the higher forms, here you either need a soul-bound partner with the same affinity as yourself to supply the energy demands, those are called demographic-class, and finally, there would be world-class magic, but the energy required of those could only be supplied by a whole convent of right attributed mages at least that´s the theory. Nobody was able to use a spell like that, it is purely hypothetical.

But still much better than before, the only bad thing about the bonding with the human was, that his body ached after the human moved it so violently, but it would pass, he was sure of that.
Finally, after lessons ended, Mor acquired something for supper and retreated to his room, carefully locking the door and at the insistence of the human enhancing the lock with a simple spell to make the lock and door more sturdy.
After they finally "guarded" their room right, Mor refusing to add some "surprises" for anyone opening the door. They sat down on the bed and began with what they discussed.

I went into space to learn about the Universe we live in, to gain new insights, to go beyond the boundaries of our known existence…and if these phenomenon are really indicators of new information about the cosmos at all and intelligent life in the cosmos and their ability to travel, as circumstantial evidence would suggest, then we ought to get to the bottom of it.
There seems to have been over the last 50 years or more a great deal of secrecy surrounding the so called UFO event. It’s a very complex subject, we’re not dealing with some things very simple here. We have sightings of all sorts, we’ve been reported thousands of sightings for 50 years or so. Large number of these sightings are indeed misperceiving natural phenomena in some way, but a large number of them are not misperceiving, but seem to be well documented events that represent flying craft that do not match anything we have in our earthbound arsenal. Which is very short of saying we have validated in the public domain that they are ET craft. We have to rely upon that to get better answers, upon people who have been there and interacted, have first hand data. The only people I know of that claim to have been in that position are former intelligence, military and government people and some contractor people whose official duties in the early days were to investigate this and know about it. Those people were under, at that time, great restrictions and high security clearance that prevented them from telling the general public about it. It would appear that that period is long past but they’re still under security restrictions or at least believe they are.
There have been ET visitation, there have been crashed craft, there have been material and bodies recovered and there is some group of people somewhere that may or may not be associated with the government at this point but certainly were at one time that have this knowledge and have been attempting to conceal this knowledge or not permit it to be widely disseminated.
Q: Who do you think is in control of this knowledge at this point?
EM: I cannot answer that [smiling]. I cannot answer “who are these people?”, but there is a lot of evidence that points to what I call a clandestine group, people who have some quasi-affiliation with the government and use certain government facilities but operate in a rather very stealth and secret way that is not generally under a high level of government control, as far as we can tell.
Yes, there has been ET visitation and may continue to be. There has been craft that have been recovered. There has been a certain amount of reverse engineering that has allowed some of these craft or some components to be duplicated. And that there are humanoids from our planet, earthlings [people] who are utilizing some of this equipment in certain ways and that perhaps a large part of the activity that’s classified as UFO activity, abductions and a whole host of this type of activity may very well not be due to ET activity at all. I would suspect if any is due to ET activity, it’s a rather small part and a larger portion is due to humanoid type activity, earthling type activity in a very clandestine fashion. I will stop short of attaching motivation to this, I don’t know the motivation. But if it’s normal human motivation, it has to do with power and control and greed and money and so forth.
Those type of craft, humongous, very very large craft, reportedly the size of many football fields, that would be very hard to manufacture, conceal and operate from an earth base. It would seem if that account is true at all, it probably would have to be something beyond this realm. I think its long past time to open this up to the public because they don’t know what to do anyhow.
I do not see anything that suggests really malevolent intent on the part of, if there are ETs at all and I have to place the caveat, I don’t see anything that represents hostile intent. We see things like abductions for example that many would claim are hostile and to the extent that may be true, I would more likely attribute it to some other cause.
There is a mountain of evidence that essentially amounts to smoking good evidence that has not been and seemingly cannot be brought forward at this point, at least not by the powers of the government or not by anything I know about, but it seems to exist.
There is this information, the question of “has it been kept secret” or “how could it be kept secret”. It hasn’t been kept secret, it’s been there all along, but it has been the subject of disinformation in order to deflect attention and to create confusion, so that the truth doesn’t come out. Disinformation is simply another method of stonewalling and it has been used consistently for the last 50 years or so. Weather balloons over Roswell I suppose, to a crashed craft of some sort…that’s disinformation. We’ve seen that for 50 years and it’s the best way to hide something.
It shouldn’t be any more of a fact that ETs have come here than that we have gone to the moon, ok? It’s just a part of the way things are and we have to understand it and put it in context of the story of ourselves, our knowledge base of cosmology, the nature of our existence, who are we, how does the world work. And of course, that knowledge does change our understanding of how the world or the Universe at large works, because until the current period it was conventional wisdom both in science and theology that we’re alone in the Universe; the whole, single repository of life anywhere in the known Universe. Well, no one believes that anymore. That changes our concept of who we are and how we fit. And it’s becoming very clear that the way we have conducted ourselves as stewards of life on planet Earth is wanting, we haven’t been good stewards. We have environmental and global problems right now that are bringing civilization to a crisis and people do not want to hear that but it’s slowly becoming obvious that that is true. So this knowledge of who we are, how we manage the Planet, how we fit into the larger scheme of things is a very important question.
Dr. Greer did indeed mount an initiative [CSETI Project Starlight] and did go to Washington, did speak with high level government people, did present some of the witnesses we’ve talked about there to give briefings and has asked for congressional hearings on these matters. I attended and helped him with that and I believe that’s a very important effort, that we get congressional oversight of all of this, but so far that hasn’t happened. We briefed certain members of Congress, some of their staff, some of the people from the White House, we talked with people in the Pentagon and in general it was well received and some were quite amazed at what they heard but so far it hasn’t resulted in any great activity.

Hello everyone! We have developed a game to learn new languages while having fun! We are looking for testers.
Currently, we have 10 languages in the game and 8 levels of vocabulary (2 more will be added tomorrow, making it a total of 10).
It's possible to play at different levels either with a sword or a gun.
Our goal is not to limit the app to just this game, but to add other games that will help learn grammar and vocabulary that can't be sliced (parts of the body, animals, etc.). We also aim to add a community aspect with the possibility of having a lounge and customizing it with furniture won in the games. These furniture pieces will be in the style of the language being played. It will then be possible to invite other players learning the same language to one's lounge or join the lounges of other players.
And many other things; our development is progressing quite rapidly. We'll be setting up a devblog channel to report on the project's progress. Our game is already available on Sidequest ( https://sidequestvr.com/app/33389/lora-vr ) . In the meantime, it's possible to download our APK via our Discord.
