2024.05.21 23:40 No_Big5292 Is this the price in Sydney Australia now or did he try to over charge me ?

Been wanting to get the sleeve on my right arm started and finished. It’s Nordic themed, but essentially boils down to 3 or 4 different things blended together.
Following speaking to a tattoo artist from Parrmatta, I think I might go with half sleeve and definitely not from him. But for a tattoo from the back of my hand up to my shoulder he was quoting just under 10k and about 8 sessions.
To his credit his work is very very good but surely there has to be something a bit over the top in his estimates.
So for those that read this from Western Sydney what would you pay for a sleeve ?

2024.05.21 23:40 Dark_Enigma18 Bottomless Spray

Equipment: Breville Bambino, DF54, Crema 54mm bottomless portafilter with stock basket, WDT, 53.3mm tamp
Beans: Dark Roast (Espresso blend from my local coffee shop)
Puck prep: I begin with weighing out 18g of beans, RDT, and hot starting my grinder as it grinds I run a blank shot to warm up my bottomless and cup. I do some pre-WDT to my grind while in the dosing cup before adding into my portafilter. I WDT again and distribute (no tool just use my WDT) I give a couple taps and I tamp. I regularly have to pull off my dosing funnel and swipe in some grind left on the rim and give a quick press again (I don’t mind). What I did new this time was do a “pre” pre-infusion by taking a dropper and wetting my puck (saw on a yt video and though f it let’s try it).
End result: 18g in, 40g out in 30 sec
My shot had some spurting in the beginning (I can’t seem to get away from it) and I know my yield is a little high that’s mostly from letting the last drips fall in.
Taste: I think this was my best tasting shot while dialing in today, slightly watery I’ll attribute to letting it run a little longer I’d cut it short before hitting my 1:2 ratio so my last drips get me to my goal but I noticed a balanced shot, full bodied, not much clarity but I like nutty and chocolate notes which I think the lack of clarity emphasized that for me.
Question: I loved the taste I got and trying some new things I think played a factor but I’m still cleaning up a squirting shot do I just deal with it since I’m happy with the result?

I am not great when it comes to recreating anything in the kitchen lol I am obsessed with this marinade herb blend (and I just add half of a cup of orange juice as per the instructions) and would love some help either finding a dupe I can buy (in Canada) or help determining which spices I should throw together to make this. I figure it’s not as simple as reading the ingredients and praying lol. 😂 thanks in advance!

2024.05.21 23:27 ddyldspt Perfume that brings childhood memories

Perfume that brings childhood memories
I recently received a llama stuffed toy for my birthday (I collect stuffed animals) and I sprayed some perfume on it so it would smell nicer. The perfume was something I made myself during a summer trip to Grasse some years ago (they have ateliers that allow you to blend your own perfume) and when I smelt it on the toy llama I was suddenly reminded of my childhood pet dog, a brown Pomeranian with a very mild temper. Every time my mother brought him with her to visit my auntie, he would return with this very vivid scent all over him. I think it’s from the pet salon that my auntie used to take him to. The scent that I now smell on the stuffed llama smells exactly like how I remember my dog to smell. Now I’ve been holding it a lot. (Photo attached of the llama in question)
I’ve been asking myself if it was those memories that brought me to like the specific scents that I do and go as far as to make a perfume that smells exactly like how I remember. Do you have a perfume that makes you nostalgic?

In the vast landscape of CFD (Contracts for Difference) trading, finding a reliable broker is akin to navigating through a maze of promises and potentials. International Reserve emerges as a contender in this arena, boasting a blend of human insight and AI prowess to revolutionize trading experiences. Fusion of Human Expertise and AI Innovation
At the core of International Reserve’s pitch lies a promise to seamlessly merge the expertise of human analysts with cutting-edge AI trading software. This dual-pronged approach aims to offer traders a comprehensive toolkit for navigating the tumultuous waters of financial markets. While the concept is intriguing, the devil lies in the execution – how effectively does this fusion translate into tangible benefits for traders?
Expansive Market Reach
International Reserve prides itself on providing access to a diverse array of markets, spanning from Forex and cryptocurrencies to stocks, indices, and commodities. This breadth of offerings is coupled with accessibility across various platforms, catering to the needs of traders who seek flexibility and convenience in their trading endeavors.

Competitive Edge and Expertise
International Reserve claims to offer competitive spreads and the backing of a seasoned team of financial experts. Lower spreads can translate into reduced trading costs, while expert insights can potentially provide an edge in navigating complex market dynamics. However, as with any bold assertion, it’s imperative to scrutinize these claims against real-world experiences and evidence.
Verifying Legitimacy: A Prerequisite for Safe Trading
Before entrusting your hard-earned capital to any trading platform, conducting due diligence is non-negotiable. Here’s a checklist to help separate the wheat from the chaff:
  1. Regulatory Compliance: Confirm whether International Reserve is regulated by reputable financial authorities. Regulatory oversight serves as a safeguard against fraudulent activities and ensures adherence to industry standards.

In Conclusion: A Balanced Approach to Evaluation
International Reserve presents an intriguing proposition with its fusion of human intelligence and technological innovation, expansive market offerings, and robust support infrastructure. However, discerning traders understand the importance of validation through meticulous scrutiny and verification. By exercising caution and conducting thorough research, traders can navigate the labyrinth of CFD trading with greater confidence and security. Remember, in the world of financial markets, knowledge is power, and due diligence is your shield against potential pitfalls.

Oppenheimer: Now I Become Death, the Destroyer of Worlds. WDM’s No. 1 Top Film of 2023

Original Date Posted on welldonemovies.com - Jan. 15
Written & Edited By: Lee Fenton
Oppenheimer begins with a quote from Greek mythology:
"Prometheus stole fire from the gods and gave it to man. For this, he was chained to a rock and tortured for eternity."
It would be an understatement to say that this opening helps to establish the thematic elements of the movie, in truth - this quote sums up the man as much as it does the film. Christopher Nolan directed Oppenheimer, and he ensured that it wouldn’t be your run of the mill biopic. Whereas most biopics choose to be either a celebration of the subject’s life, or a nuanced take on their flaws, Nolan’s film instead opts for something a little more ethereal. I would argue that Cillian Murphy’s, J Robert Oppenheimer isn’t the main focal point of the film - but that his obsession is.
Ostensibly, his obsession was to unlock the secrets of the known universe.
The film doesn’t begin with a tale of his childhood, or some defining character moment, no, instead it begins with a hearing that is to decide Oppenheimer’s fate within the intelligentsia. He has the air of a man who has allowed his life to be dictated by momentum rather than choices.
Throughout the film we get these motifs of Cillian Murphy staring into the distance imagining the possibilities, these scenes are illustrated with visuals of the cosmos, planetary bodies colliding and imploding, a reflection of the power yet to be unleashed by this figure and his team of physicists. Murphy’s portrayal of Oppenheimer embodies a haunted man, wide-eyed, malnourished, and running entirely on adrenaline and fanaticism. If it wasn’t for this one zealot of change, the world as we know it - would not exist.
What drove this man to do the things he did? Was it a need to defend free thinking and ingenuity? Was it the desire to stem the tide of evil, the evil that persists when good men do nothing?
Or was it something else? Perhaps a need to prove his intellectual prowess above all others, and to leave a lasting mark on this planet.
The movie does not offer any concrete answers, instead it allows the viewer to interpret the visuals as they see fit. Which is really genius, when you think about it. It would be near impossible to commit to a propaganda piece about Oppenheimer - when the man himself was a very polarizing aspect of WW2. His own nation was constantly investigating him, since he kept close contacts and allies within the Soviet party. This is the main conflict of the film, and Christopher Nolan finesse’s this part of the filmmaking expertly - letting you see that Oppenheimer was a family man, but also a distant father and husband. He keeps his secrets but is upfront about his love for Democracy - and by extension - the United States.
He harbours a clear distrust of institutions that assume power in secret, and prefers to associate with activists and scientists, even though his work requires him to ‘bump elbows’ with policy makers, generals, and politicians.
In short, the man was quite complex.
In contrast; Oppenheimer’s complete dedication to the advancement of science was very clear. To touch again on the main focus of the movie, it is Oppenheimer’s unwavering commitment to his furtherance of the atomic bomb.
There, I mentioned the elephant in the room.
Just in case you are unaware of the most pivotal moment in modern history, J Robert Oppenheimer is the father of the atomic bomb. He led a team in Death Valley, Nevada that managed to crack nuclear fission before the Axis Forces in World War 2. This is the relevance of the film, it could be argued this man is the reason why the Allied Forces won against the Nazi’s and Fascists in the largest conflict ever recorded.
This film employs a host of well known actors, including but not limited to: Matt Damon, Cillian Murphy, Florence Pugh, Jack Quaid, Casey Affleck, Robert Downey Jr., and Josh Hartnett.
Going in, that was a bit of a worry for me - as I thought that the style and weight of this movie would class with the use of famous Hollywood stars. As we all are aware, it can hurt the suspension of disbelief if household names are used and they are not appropriately cast or directed. It’s fine when a star manages to ‘disappear into their role’ but if that isn’t achieved, it can be a real detriment to the film.
Thankfully, Oppenheimer does not suffer from weak filmmaking, so, the casting works out rather splendidly. Cillian Murphy really becomes his character; there wasn’t even a brief moment that I thought about Peaky Blinders. Okay… maybe briefly.
The rest of the cast does a more than admirable job in contributing to this robust retelling of history. There were a few dayplayers that I needed a moment or two to adjust, and then I stopped seeing them as themselves, and they blended right into the mix.
I feel bad saying it, since he just won a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor; but Robert Downey Jr.(as Lewis Strauss) was the one that I had to really suspend my disbelief. And I don’t think this is due to his performance, as much as it his notoriety from the Marvel superhero movie franchise.
Maybe that’s why they gave him a Golden Globe? It’s pretty difficult to come off a series like that, and go directly into an auteur masterpiece like Christopher Nolan’s most recent film.
And that’s what Oppenheimer is.
It’s a masterpiece.
I consider it one of Nolan’s greatest ever — up there with ‘The Dark Knight’, ‘The Prestige’, and ‘Memento’. Those three are truly immaculate films. But Nolan has other standout movies: Interstellar, Tenet, Batman Begins, and Insomnia, to name a few. So, make sure to check out a few more features by the director. If you haven’t seen them already.
Oppenheimer, released on July 21st 2023 in the US and Canada, to rave reviews and grossing a whopping 953.8 million(USD) at the box office.
It is considered Christopher Nolan’s most successful picture to date.
His magnum-opus , if you will.
And I think you will.
Rating 9.5/10
French fries, Hamburger and a Drive-in Movie.
Is that the smell of freedom?

2024.05.21 23:04 neauttecrgu Investigating International Reserve: Scam or Trustworthy CFD Broker?

When selecting a CFD (Contracts for Difference) broker, it’s crucial to ensure that you’re dealing with a reputable and trustworthy platform. International Reserve positions itself as a leading broker, offering a broad range of markets and advanced trading tools. But can you trust International Reserve with your investments, or is it a potential scam? Let’s explore what this platform has to offer and how to determine its legitimacy.
International Reserve claims to leverage a combination of human expertise and AI technology to navigate the financial markets. This approach aims to blend the strategic insights of seasoned analysts with the precision and speed of AI-driven algorithms. While this dual strategy sounds impressive, it’s important to scrutinize its effectiveness and whether it truly enhances trading outcomes.

Lower spreads can make trading more cost-effective, while expert insights can provide valuable guidance and strategies. However, it’s essential to verify these claims through independent research and reviews to ensure they meet your expectations and needs.
Before investing your money, it’s vital to verify the credibility of International Reserve. Here are some steps you can take:
  1. Regulatory Verification: Check if International Reserve is regulated by reputable financial authorities. Regulation is a strong indicator of a broker’s adherence to industry standards and legal requirements.

However, it’s essential to conduct thorough due diligence before committing to any trading platform. By verifying regulatory status, reading independent reviews, ensuring transparency, and testing with a demo account, you can make a more informed decision. Remember, a cautious approach can help protect your investments and ensure a safer trading experience.

2024.05.21 23:03 GetOutTheWayBanana [HELP] a poem about Icarus. Not the one you’re thinking of

I read a poem in some online medium, which I know because the online medium was itself part of it. I feel like it was multiple images maybe and swiping through it went through the poem. It’s in the first-person perspective of Icarus, free verse, maybe seems like it’s going to be funny at first (like along the lines of “my dad just got me these wings, says we’re gonna escape, dope”) and then gets heartbreaking as you go, ending with something like “I’m not afraid I’m not afraid I’m not-“
It is not “Rewriting Icarus” by Fiona. It may or may not have been from tumblr or Instagram or another online medium.

2024.05.21 23:03 CalligrapherSure4477 looking for super high coverage concealer

hey y’all, like the title says i’m looking for a high coverage concealer. i have dark circles that i want to cover up and nothing seems to do the trick for me :( i’ve tried color correcting, brightening concealers, and various different brands. right now i think the best coverage i’ve gotten has been with the maybelline fit me concealer, but it’s still only about 50% coverage. i’ve only tried drugstore products if that effects my end results lol. here’s how i do my concealer if it helps narrow anything down: 1. primer on whole face 2. foundation/rest of base 3. put concealer on, then let it sit for a little so it’s a little more coverage 4. blend out one eye, immediately set with powder on a powder puff, repeat for other eye 5. finish makeup then dust off powder
i’m not sure if it’s an issue with my application or products but i’m open to any tips or product recs!

2024.05.21 22:56 littleprettypaws Miller Harris Tea Tonique

In a recent post someone had talked about this fragrance and how she was stopped by men asking about it to get it for their wives. I can’t find the person, but wanted to thank them! I purchased two samples of it that arrived today and I think I’m in love!
I’m typically a gourmand girly but this fragrance is so elegant, classy, and seamlessly blended. The lemon notes are very present but not loud or bitter in the slightest like many other citrus fragrances can be. I think this perfume is flawless with the caveat that I haven’t truly tested its longevity yet, but the sillage is good I keep getting a whiff of it as I walk around with just one spray.
It’s like Ffern perfumes older, more sophisticated sister.
One of the first perfumes (and I’ve tried many) where I thought the blend was absolutely perfect. It’s a cup of lemony earl grey but is so kind of gentle and light that to me it leans slightly more feminine.
Thank you to the person who spoke about it, I’m definitely going to purchase the full bottle. 10/10
Looking forward to trying the other samples I got from them!

2024.05.21 22:30 Jetblackheart21 20 [M4NB/F] #Online #USA Dream a little dream of me

Im from Utah County and non-Mormon, so you can see the obvious fun I have dating /S. I'm not making this a sob story; the real reason I'm posting here is that it feels a bit more personal than most dating apps. I'm a pretty cheerful, confident guy. I can be a massive smartass and yap a lot, but I can have serious conversations and value communication. So, if you need an ear, I'm game, but do expect the same in return. I tend to be out and about a lot, usually doing stupid stuff and trying not to get hurt or in trouble while doing it. Most of the time, I'm a pro, but there are quite a few stories where I fumbled, lol.
I like to work out. I mostly do calisthenics. I'm admittedly fairly skinny but decently toned. I've also taken up running, but I'm not Usain Bolt, lol. I also play video games, mostly military simulation games like Arma and OHD. I also play platformers like Mario and Sonic, with Sonic being my go-to for my neurodivergent self. I'm big into history, mostly WW2 and the Cold War, and some WW1. I'm actually working on making a Cold War-themed board game.
On top of being a nerd, I do have a sensitive side. I know some of you have probably rolled your eyes, but hey, I like to write poems, and I'm a huge flirt when I warm up to someone. I'm looking for a sweet, caring person around my age and preferably living in the USA. I'm not picky, it's more important that we click, you know?
As for my values, I'm very liberal and an atheist. You don't have to share my views exactly, but I'm being upfront now to avoid causing issues later. I drink sometimes and don't use drugs. I don't care if you use pot, but anything harder is a no-go zone for me, as my family has some history with addiction. If you want to talk, I'm down to give you my Snap or Discord in DM

Now they needed to put the letters together in the order of the number emojis in the playlist's title.
This would give them the latin word 'tertius'
when translated to english would be
'third'.

This was the decisive clue!
Knowing this, you would need to string the third word of each sentence in the poem of the Playlist image in sequential order to get the answer to this puzzle.
aka
THE EARNEST SHALL BUILD OUR NEW WORLD

A. Watsoniana white vein corm
Advice requested.
So I ordered a starter plant and left it in the moss plug as instructed by the seller and added soil around it.
It’s been cared for to the best of my knowledge, kept in the temp controlled green house with filtered light and kept at optimal moisture.
My other aroids requiring similar care, in their own respective special soil blends, are doing well and putting out new leaves…
Except this one, (and a caladium that came to me a bit beat up with iffy prospects.)
I think the corm is still viable. I pulled as much of the dead off as I was comfortable with.
Filtered water, perlite, indirect light in my indoor greenhouse with higher humidity.
The heat mat in the photo is NOT on.
Is this correct? Anything I can do to better the situation?

2024.05.21 22:05 JackMiHoff113 In respect to the entire US, yes, Greenville is one of the best places to live.

Today, US News & World Report released an article ranking Greenville as the No. 4 spot to live in the US. Some points raised for Greenville were the low cost of living, mild temps, amenities/downtown, proximity to mountains, and culinary scene.
I first saw this on GVLtoday’s instagram, and the comments were populated with the typical. - “please don’t move to Greenville” - “it WAS a great place to live” Generally, people disappointed with Greenville, and disagreeing with it’s positive aspects. I sometimes also see these same sentiments on this sub.
Yes, it can be annoying with just how many new people are moving to Greenville. There is extreme overdevelopment and the roads are not being properly developed to account for this. The school system is becoming over capacity, and there are places with high rent and costs of living.
Consider though, Greenville to the rest of the US. There truly is not many other cities or counties like Greenville.
These are just some of my favorites about Greenville city & county. Are there issues? Yes. - development needs to be better regulated - education needs to be better supported - traffic is hell - more lower income renting options need to be available But there is still so much to love about Greenville. Encouraging more people to move here doesn’t have to mean the things we love will go away. With more great people and minds moving here, I hope these issues can be resolved.
Its quite contradictory for people to say “Greenville sucks” but when people move here say “Please stop moving to Greenville, you’re ruining it!”. Which one is it? If Greenville sucks that much, why does people moving here upset you?
I love Greenville, and it makes me happy to see it Grow not only into an important city for South Carolina, but to the Country, and the World. I would never wish to not share this amazing city with anyone who wants to move here. Rather than antagonize people who move here and hold an isolationist ideology, I think we should encourage the healthy and responsible growth of Greenville.

2024.05.21 21:56 burnerburnerrrr_ what are the struggles you face having adhd that aren’t talked about enough?

i’m creating a series of poems for school, and i want them to be personal, about my adhd. i want to write a poem specifically talking about the misconceptions of adhd, and how it’s not just being unable to sit still or not be able to focus, but it’s so much more than that.
i want to get several different perspectives on this to make the poem as accurate as possible, because not everyone faces the same difficulties. and i also need to get my mind moving a bit to write this.
what are your struggles you have with your ADHD that people don’t talk about much?

2024.05.21 21:14 Cyborg800_2004 Countering claims about the Craig era

The Craig films were devoid of charm and humour
A video by my fellow moderator u/Sneaky_Bond shows many examples of the Craig era having humour and charm. The humour in Craig's films are more in the vein of Connery than Moore, being drier and more subtle. The comedy of Connery's last film and then Moore's are more blatant and the films take themselves much less seriously. That being said, Craig's last two films do incorporate more gags à la Moore like Bond falling from a crumbling floor to a couch in Spectre and No Time To Die's slapstick Cuba shootout.
Craig's films aren't Bond films and do not resemble the previous films, totally eschewing elements like exotic locales, beautiful women, fancy cars and clothing, diabolical villains, far-fetched world domination schemes, deadly henchmen with a gimmick, lavish opening title sequences, the roaring orchestral scores, the over-the-top action scenes, the beautiful girl who ends up betraying him, the needlessly complicated death-trap because apparently a bullet just won't suffice...
Again, Sneaky's video disproves the lack of personality and charm. Every Craig films had exotic locales, beautiful women, gadgets, fancy cars and clothing, diabolical villains, lavish opening title sequences, roaring orchestral scores, and over-the-top action scenes. The beautiful traitor, convoluted death-traps, far-feteched world domination schemes, deadly henchmen with gimmicks each appeared in at least one of the Craig films. They didn't always show up pre-Craig anyways.
Craig is not a real Bond, but a Jason Bourne clone
Craig's first two films did take a more grounded and intense approach like Bourne, but the franchise has always blended the elements of its contemporaries with the classic formula to stay relevant. More importantly, following the lead of Bourne and Batman Begins finally made harkening closer to the novels (again, thanks u/Sneaky_Bond) palatable for audiences who previously rejected entries like Dalton's. The novels aren't the end-be-it-all for what the franchise should be, but their influence cannot be overstated, and Eon has said as much. The six sixties films represent the golden age for the franchise, and five of them were direct adaptations of the novels. The franchise has swung the pendulum between lighthearted fantasy (which increasingly departed from the source material with films like Guy Hamilton and Lewis Gilbert's) and more serious grounded fare (like John Glen's films), and, even putting aside the novels, there are precedence for what the Craig films did in previous films.
Craig's Bond enjoys killing and is a serial abuser of women
It's made very clear that Craig's Bond dislikes killing, with him squirming when drowning Dryden's contact in Casino Royale and refusing to look at Slate and Safin's eyes in Quantum of Solace and No Time To Die respectively. As for abusing women, Bond's relationships with Vesper, Camille, and Madeline were anything but abuse. He does seduce Fields and Lucia to achieve his goals and his sleeping with Severine is contentious, albeit presented as consensual, but these are tame compared earlier films like Goldfinger, Thunderball, and The Man With The Golden Gun.
Craig wanted to kill off Bond because he hated the role
He doesn't. The "wrist-slitting" comment that his detractors frequently use as "proof" was, according to him, an ill-advised attempt at a joke that he regrets, and was borne from a troubled production that saw him stick with a tear in the ACL for nine months to prevent delays. As for Bond's death, his comments on NTTD's ending and the influences from OHMSS and Fleming's work show a clear artistic desire to wrap up his era definitively to allow the next to start fresh while still paying tribute to the source material. While the execution may not have been the best, there were no ill intentions behind the decision to kill off Bond.
Barbara Broccoli kept Craig on for so long because she was infatuated with him
This is a rather sexist insinuation. Did Albert Broccoli keep Moore on for so long because he was in love with him? Craig was a popular Bond whose five films are all in the top half financially when adjusted for inflation. Skyfall/Spectre rivals GoldfingeThunderball, released during the franchise's peak in popularity culturally, as the most successful consecutive pair of films in franchise history. It made sense from a business perspective to retain Craig for so long.
The films are taking forever to get made; Eon is resting on its laurels.
Not exactly. using the UK release dates, for the Brosnan era, GoldenEye first released November 24, 1995; Tomorrow Never Dies December 12, 1997 (749 days); The World Is Not Enough November 26, 1999 (714 days); and Die Another Day November 20, 2002 (1090 days). That makes for an average of 2.33 years between films.
Now for Craig's first four films, Casino Royale released November 16, 2006; Quantum of Solace October 31, 2008 (715 days); Skyfall October 26, 2012 (1456 days); and Spectre October 26, 2015 (1095 days). There was an average of 2.98 years between films, meaning that the average increased by 237 days, or around 8 months, between films compared to the Brosnan era. It should be noted that Skyfall lost a year of pre-production because MGM declared bankruptcy.
No Time To Die would have originally released October 25, 2019, 1460 days after SP first released, bringing the average to 3.23 years between films. Due to the original director and writer leaving, the film's final release date pre-pandemic was April 3, 2020, 1621 days later, bringing the average to 3.34. The true release date was ultimately September 30, 2021, 2166 days later, resulting in an average of 3.72.
Making films takes more time and resources. While it would be nice to have more films frequently, it's understandable that the average time between films has increased, more so when considering the production issues Skyfall and No Time To Die faced.

2024.05.21 21:04 FeelingIII 1y ex keeps digital abuse

I’ve been with my ex for almost 4 years. It was great at beginning but it become very turbulent and extreme over the last year, since he developed mental issues bc started abusing drugs/alcohol+bpd+ narcissistic tendencies. At one point i thought I would die, mentally and physically/I lost 10kg, then decided to breakup cause unfortunately i couldn’t take care of him anymore. (there were too many stuff can’t fit this post) Year passed and I am doing much better. I blocked him on everything long ago, but it’s not possible to do the same with email. He keeps emailing me since then, there were different ranges of emotions, hate messages, bursts of love, anger..but most recent he is begging for forgiveness and writing me poem-like stuff telling me that he will fix everything and come to see me.. on early stage i did text back telling him that i forgive him and separated with best wishes for him, once i was angry i told him that its over forever that its useless and to stop harassing me. He lives in another country and i really never want to see or hear from him again, that relationship left me a huge trauma.. I feel unsafe, disrespected, abused, i simply don’t know how to get rid of him, it makes me want to vomit. I can’t sleep, have obsessive ptsd at times and i am afraid that he will really appear at my doors at this point.(so changing email or ignoring him will not help)
Does anyone had to deal with mentally unstable person like this?
I appreciate any advice and thank you for reading.
I still wish health and happiness to my ex, but I feel trapped and worried for my overall health and safety for me and my family.
