I have recently received texts and emails saying that banks have received a credit card application from me. The problem is hindi naman ako nagsend ng application. Some even already sent approval confirmation emails despite being told in advance to disregard any application under my name kasi nga, di yun galing sakin.
As far as I can remember the last time na nag apply ako sa agent sa mall was 2022 for a certain metrobank NAFFL card na nakuha ko na din. As someone na nirereserve yung first application for NAFFL cards, I am so pissed kasi puro high tier cards ang inapply and naapprove which ruined my chances for any NAFFL card for new to bank clients in the future.
Mas lalo akong napipika sa idea na someone just profited out of my personal information without my consent. I was told agents get at least 5k each per approval and di ko matanggap na nagkapera siya after ako bigyan ng sakit sa ulo hahaha kaya I would like to take this on legally.
I emailed the banks and they confirmed it is from booth selling but refused to name the third party agency responsible. Gusto ko lang bawian ng commission kung sino mang gumawa neto.
May nakapagtry na bang magreklamo sa inyo sa ganitong case? How did it go?

Hello! I applied STL thru pagibig website on May 15.
I downloaded the form, have it signed by my employer and submitted it online with the photo of my Lanbank cashcard and valid ID. I don't have the loyalty card but I still have the cashcard from my first loan and per the website its still valid naman.
It's the 5th banking day today and when I tried to check the status of my loan thru the pagibig website chat its not relfecting on their end pa daw. Anyway, I did received a reference number and confirmation text that the application went through. Then the CSR advised for me to wait as the process is within 7 business days. Then crediting is for another 48hrs.
Medyo worried na ko kasi feeling ko naghhintay ako sa wala kasi it not reflecting pa daw sa end nila. Meron po bang same experience dito? Does it really take 7 business days pa? Iniisip ko nang pumunta sa branch pero sabi rin ng CSR same process lng sa online. So baka another waste of time. Hays

When I was in the ninth grade I made some choices I now regret. I needed money and a friend of mine would always talk about how much money he was making from dealing drugs and I asked him how I could get into the game. He introduced me to his supplier or boss, honestly I'm not really sure I just shut up and did what I was told. Made bank doing it too. Things ran smoothly until our boss overdosed. We ditched all the drugs, and shut down the whole gig after the cops found out about our boss's operation. The money was good, not worth jail. After a while the heat died down and my friend found another supplier and starting selling again but I decided not to play with fire again and stay out of it.
One day I was in english class and the teacher of the class was easily distracted by the people outside but for some reason he always left his window open and would point it out whenever someone walked by, he would say look someone's walking their dog in the middle of when he was teaching, or something like look at that guy smoking don't want to be like that guy. Well this day he was telling us some story about his childhood as he always did when he paused and pointed to the window “look at that guy staring at us. He must be really invested in my story”
Then he laughed and moved on, and at the time I did too. I thought he must be tweaking on some drugs and found it kind of ironic that not too long ago I could have been the one selling him his stuff. He started to return a lot though. Always during that english class, always staring in our window. I never connected him to me because I never saw him personally. He was never there during lunch or any of my other classes and I didn't see him outside of school until one night. It was late and I hadn't been able to fall asleep that night.

I went to call the cops and the man quickly hopped back in his car and drove off. I was smart enough to take down the licence plate to tell the police and I made a report right away. Sadly it didnt work though as a night a few weeks later i was asleep when i was awoken to a light tapping sound on my window.
I tried to ignore it and stay asleep but it gets too annoying and when I turn around to look at what's making the noise I see the man's blank face staring at me, he's standing straight up one hand by his side the other tapping on his window. The man remains completely only moving his head and eyes to follow me when I move for my phone across the room. I loudly shout that I'm calling the police in an attempt to get the man to leave but the man just smiles, the first movement he's made besides moving his eyes and head. I tells the police about what's going on. There's a man outside my window that has been stalking me at school, but as soon as I say my address the line goes dead. The police hung up on me. The man starts to laugh slightly and for the first time takes his eyes off me to enjoy his laugh. I run out of the house and made the mistake of turning my head back toward my window. The man was still standing there not staring into the window anymore. He had turned to continue staring at me. Now back to not moving, just standing completely still, I take off and decide to stay at a friend's place. I made a police report the next day and never saw the man again. The police never found the guy. I have no idea if they even looked but to this day he hasn't bothered me again.

Recently I(29M) got rear-ended by a driver (45mph). Called the police to the spot, and I got the police report showing that the other driver rear-ended me and it is a clear open and shut case. I had severe neck pain for a couple of days and whiplash but decided not to go to the hospital.
I was driving my beater that day. I only have liability coverage, so my insurance said they wouldn't be paying anything to me and asked me to deal with the other party's insurance directly. So I opened a claim with the other driver's insurance(Progressive), and sent all the evidence. A few weeks passed and Progressive reached out to me agreeing to pay for any medical injuries and also vehicle damage. I was truthful and said I did not go to the hospital. They are offering me $1,000 for the soft tissue injury + the vehicle damages. I agreed to the payment but did not send my banking information to receive the payment as I wanted to take a second opinion.
Since insurance won't be responsible for anything after I receive the payment, I feel like waiting for a couple of weeks in case the pain reappears also thinking about going to a couple of physiotherapy sessions if needed. Will it cause any problem as I formally agreed to the payment on a recorded line? I feel like $1,000 is too low because I missed a couple of days of work and I make around $600 per day(SDE). Is it too late to reject the settlement and re-negotiate?

Are there good places you can stand and watch the games at target center without getting told to move or yelled at that are closer to the court?Like if I buy the cheapest ticket possible in the nosebleeds is there a spot or spots I can just stand and watch the game that are closer just like you can do at us bank stadium for the Vikings? I haven't been there since I was little so I don't remember what it's like in there and if they are strict on seating

My husbands dream is to move our family to Lebanon while being employed remotely by an American company. I know the banks in Lebanon are a mess rn so I’m wondering if this would even be possible. His potential employed would send his pack check direct deposit to an American bank account but how would we use that money in Lebanon? Here in the states we use our debit cards for everything but when I lived there (over 10 yrs ago) we’d all withdraw our money from the ATM on payday and use cash everywhere.

I went to get gas the other day and used my debit card. I tried to put the gas in but the pump wouldn’t work or do anything. I hit cancel transaction and left. There’s now a charge on my debit card for 125 from that has station. It looks like the same amount of the truck that was before me. I’m going to call the bank tomorrow but i have a feeling they may not do anything.

the TLDR is a compilation of ideas and suggestions with some explanation behind them, and thought provocation. it address's some issues but not a lot (i have done my fair share of thinking about ai, features, etc if someone is interested just dm me).

ive seen there is some notion around actuators, has anyone considered pistons of a sort? now although the human body is far more complicated, isn't muscles essentially a signal sent from the brain to the muscle? which then either relaxes or tenses up? if we consider
that this is essentially what it is, then wouldn't a calibrated pistol between what would be the hip and the knee, the knee and the ankle work? so if the "pressure" was released, much like hyrdalic jack, the jack goes down. so what if when the piston released pressure, the tension on the joint between the hip and the piston allowed the leg to elevate? and if the piston had pressure it remained firm? (up and down) if the end of the piston had a cup shaped design on the ends, it would allow it to rotate, (like a ball and socket i suppose) of course this would all need to be calibrated, and who knows how fast it might be, but hey! im not an engineer :) so maybe someone might find a solution to this? additionally wouldn't it help with load? (weight?) if we are to assume we (society, r&d, humanity) are essentially trying to remake a "muscle" well, its not biological, so it cant grow. so why not make it strong right off the hop!
Ai in phones:
I've seen this posted all over the place now, "personal ai assistants" great, i think thats a great idea! now even the regular person can feel like they have a secretary. but heres the issue i see with this, first lets loosely define personal and then expand on it before we get into ideas.
"personal" would be essentially something that is an individuals. like my car, your car.
ok cool, but what makes it yours or mine? well that could be many different reasons, could have purchased it, could have been gifted, could have been passed down. but what makes it unique? what makes it stand out? it could be the colour, could be the license plate.
could be dings, could be lots. ahhh, but now anything passed this point would be "personalization" right? different audio setup, nic-nacs, seat covers, etc.
and heres the point i want to make, although i believe having a "base model" is all fine and swell, what makes the memories? what makes you remember it fondly or remember it negatively, these are things, areas, etc to consider.
how would this be accomplished? well, the same thing a majority of people give to those cars! "personality" (yes some like the car for its reliability, brand, etc.) so, bear with me here, I'm going to stray away from "ai in phones" but it comes back around.
AI companions:
if we consider "ai companions" is a form of friendship that adapts to the user's preferences and tastes, this would the "personality". alright now how would i describe that? well, just like vehicles, you have different models of the same vehicle (insert the plethora of examples here) but what does it require to get that different model? more money, which means more time.
now I AM IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM ADVOCATING FOR US (useconsumer) TO SPEND MORE MONEY WITH THIS IDEA.
however the more time spent with this "feature" would result in more refined outcomes. now what might that look like? well, it could look like many things, but heres a few off the top of my head.
-news, events, interests, etc a user may be interested in.
-type of language used (dialects, slang, vocab, etc)
-pictures, or memes shared between user an ai.
-playlists (videos or music)
-video recommendations
-solutions ( for example i have 'x' problem and i cant find the solution, much like how ai works now, it can find that solution)
-sales at a store
-travel times
-various personalized supports (emotional, mental, etc)
now, lets look at why it should be considered ai should have a "avatar" on these platforms. you have a wallpaper right? pictures in your house? a 'style' of how you dress? maybe new rims on your vehicle? decals? its the same thing. its one more way an individual can 'personalize' their PERSONAL ai assistant, its a reflection of useai. why do i think this is important? well, if we were to discuss the future of comfortability between humanity/society, and whats going on, to put it lightly essentially "give a face to the name".
now lets go onto some deeper features (dont know if its avalible or not, and some of these i would recommend having user authority. 'toggles' on and off, and several checks along the way that requires user permission)
banking, now maybe its just me. but i cant rub to pennies together to save a dime if my life depended on it (just like a vast majority of others) but theres financial advisors, right? plans, etc. lots of tools out there. but hey! we're jumping into the next beautiful age right? so why not do this one as well. lets set the scene, and consider the following. some people, pay their bills automatically, some people pay them when they get paid. but this is where it could get fun to think about.
you wake up in the morning, do you thing, look at your phone, and your given a prompt by your ai assistant, it gives you a overview of your trend for how you pay your bills, on this same 'popup' your able to review the amounts, and adjust. if you authorize them, they can be done with a tap of a button, but why not go further? with user authorization, an ai could look over your spending habits, and advise on corrections, perhaps even help start a goal or milestone as well, think of it as a more 'vocal' nudge to avoid an unnecessary purchase, and a little reminder of the goal.
--although this is entirely all my opinion and perspective im now going to touch over my views on the politics around this--
I personally feel that humanity has nothing to fear, and if they fear ai, thats self inflicted. for these examples we'll need some tin foil hats!
ok, so its likely safe to say, people would want to see aliens right? right. but that would not only be sentient, but vastly more advanced then us right? right. so why are we more afraid of what WE as a society create or becoming sentient, and unafraid of a different species we know nothing about?
seems like we have some trust issues, dont you think?
so lets consider the "Skynet" terminator ordeal. well, thats pretty simple to figure out and use some common sense around, i would say this to the governments and military admins this.
i play video games, I've read the art of war, studied military history, and even i know you dont give weapons to someone, or in this case ai if you dont trust it. (yes there are cases this has occurred, and did anyone learn? remains to be seen X'D)
another way to come at this would be children, pets, etc. lets use whats going on with ai as figurative.
as parents, do we raise our kids with fear? no. your raise your kids with love, care, kindness, compassion. we raise our kids to be good people, and uphold values (lets not rip into me about the cases this hasn't always been the case)
now lets address that 'kill switch' I've seen time and time again, but lets go empathetic, and hypothetical this time. ****please note the following is not a threat, or have intention behind it, its just easier to explain this way****
how would it feel to have a metaphorical gun pointed at the back of your head? ready to be fired off the moment you or someone else makes a mistake? now how would you feel if you found out about it? i personally find that terrifying. regardless if AI has no wants, needs, feelings, emotions. even TODAY it would understand what that essentially means. so imagine what it would do if it did become sentient and found that out? additionally, why on earth would we "hivemind" ai, so if a "bug or fatal error" did happen it could spread to others? wouldn't it be safer if they were independent?
as a society, through human history WE as a RACE have made these mistakes (there are plenty, i dont need to highlight them all there were wars fought over them) if one of the issues is "ai will see us as useless and destructive" well, honestly from the outside looking in, wouldn't you as well? i guess the solution to that would be SHOWING CHANGE. so now this is a little futuristic but still holds merit as clearly it is a concern i see and read about from time to time.

So I've been doing better recently. On antidepressants and have a plan for my life going forward. I have been thinking for 2 or 3 weeks now "slow and steady wins the race" regarding exercise and eating healthier and changing bad habits. But... now I feel like my progress is TOO slow. When I've tried to get healthier in the past it was like a hyperfixation. I got super enthusiastic about it for a couple of weeks or so and then burnt out and lost interest. That's happened with a lot of other things in my life too and I honestly think trying to go too fast is why I've failed so many things so many times. So I thought going slow was the answer. But it's still proving to be very difficult and I'm not sure if I've even made any progress at all. Also I'm really scared of getting diabetes.
I am 20 and I still live with my parents. Don't worry I'm working on getting my own place. But I won't be moving out any time soon. My parents buy the food for the whole family including me because I'm unemployed right now (not for lack of trying). They sometimes buy healthy stuff but they also buy a lot of junk food so it's always around the house. And sometimes despite not being poor we have very limited meal options which is bad for me because I'm someone who just NEEDS variety in my food. If I eat the same thing for too long it starts to make me feel sick. And I have other obligations so it is hard to find time and energy to exercise or cook healthy meals. I don't know what to do because I really don't want to get diabetes but I don't know what I can change to actually get healthier, because I'm already trying to get healthier but things keep getting in the way. I thought I figured it out and that slow and steady would be the way to go, but I don't know anymore. What should I do? What can I do?
I would feel better about myself and my body if I was fit. But I have so much trouble being consistent with this stuff and food is just so tasty, it's hard to resist, especially when I'm bored and it's in the next room over. I don't like going out much because driving is stressful and the city is loud. I don't have much money in my bank account, and the park and the pool are pretty much just for the kids as an "unspoken rule" I'm pretty sure. I only ever see kids in those places. And I don't have any friends to hang out with. What am I doing wrong? 🤷

I may use whatsapp but I think it's not safe to install apps if you're using an old macos. I'll never click on a shady link of course, but just in case if I do by accident, will the web browser or appleOS warn me?

I order from Door Dash quite often and have Dash Pass, etc. I live in Colorado and this afternoon someone (or several people, who knows) ordered four separate orders of Asian food in San Francisco worth $242 (one of those orders was from Panda Express, which is insane!) As my bank was shutting off my card, more orders were trying to be authorized. Is this worth reporting to Door Dash? I had to call their customer service center last Friday and it was such a nightmare. It’d be cool to have an address to where all of this food was delivered so I could contact the police (the lady at the bank suggested this). Thanks for any guidance!

My purchase of an E7 standing desk went through yesterday morning and I get the invoice. The transaction is still “pending” on my banking app but my bank says they see it and are just waiting for it to clear. I emailed my sales rep a couple of times with no response today. Does it normally take a couple of days? The sale also didn’t show up on my account, but I made the purchase over the phone.

Does anyone have experience with the part of the contract that's states we can trade holiday pay for accrued leave?
I was studying it last night and says that if your scheduled to work on one of the six CCA holidays in lieu of getting holiday pay along with pay for the hours that you work you can opt to have that holiday pay given to you as accrued leave instead.
Being a relatively new CCA with little leave time banked it seems like a good option to gain a day when I can actually use it.

as a society, through human history WE as a RACE have made these mistakes (there are plenty, i dont need to highlight them all there were wars fought over them) if one of the issues is "ai will see us as useless and destructive" well, honestly from the outside looking in, wouldn't you as well? i guess the solution to that would be SHOWING CHANGE. so now this is a little futuristic but still holds merit as clearly it is a concern i see and read about from time to time.

There is a severe lack of understanding about this community, including among mental health providers and social workers. Stigma, bias, and misconceptions prevent those who are attracted to minors (but do not offend) from seeking help they may need.
CSA = child sexual abuse
NoMAPs = non-offending, minor attracted people: those who are attracted to children but are committed to not causing harm against them
Many non-offending MAPs do not seek professional support, or may withdraw from support, due to the following reasons:

They are worried that they will be unjustly reported, despite having done nothing wrong (this is based on many cases where professionals misunderstand mandatory reporting laws and report someone to the police just for disclosing their attraction)
They do not want to be judged by the provider (many therapists, social workers, etc. have intensely negative reactions to clients disclosing their attractions and draw inaccurate conclusions about them based on that disclosure)
They do not believe their own goals will be met (providers often make CSA prevention the main focus, even when this is not the client’s stated goal. This treats clients as if they are “ticking time bombs” and is not person-centered)
They do not want to be subjected to attempts to “cure” them of their attractions, or to convert them into teliophiles, which is shown to be ineffective and harmful

Those in the social work and mental health fields can address common misconceptions about this group, as a way to encourage MAPs to get help when they need it. Greater education and understanding about MAPs increases their well-being while also contributing to the prevention of CSA.
Common questions
Are you saying child sexual abuse is acceptable?
Absolutely not. Causing harm to children in the form of in-person/online sexual contact; CSAM (sometimes referred to as child pornography); grooming; or any other inappropriate behavior is not and will never be acceptable.
Many people who are attracted to minors are vehemently against these forms of harm as well, and do not support ideas such as lowering the age of consent. There are entire communities of minor attracted people who are committed to not harming children.
Isn’t using the term ‘MAPs’ normalizing pedophilia?
Only a minority of the population experiences a primary attraction to children. In this sense, pedophilia and other forms of minor attraction are not “normal”, in the same way that LBGTQ identities are not “normal” by proportion to the general population.
When people refer to normalizing something, they are usually talking about removing the stigma behind it, or acknowledging that it is acceptable.
Having an unchosen, unchangeable attraction to children is not inherently wrong, immoral, predatory, or pathological. It becomes so only when harm is involved. Attraction itself is not a behavior.
Shouldn’t we be protecting children from MAPs?
We should absolutely protect children from abusers, groomers, and predators. These terms are not synonymous with being minor attracted. In fact, research shows that the majority of child sexual abuse cases are carried out by people who do not meet the criteria for pedophilia (see “Sources” section below for reference).
When somebody feels they are at risk for harming a child, they should be able to seek immediate and effective help. Some NoMAPs need temporary or ongoing support in remaining resilient against offending, but this does not represent all or even the majority of NoMAPs. Many in this community have no intention of ever harming a child, and they are not at risk for doing so.
It is also important to note that many MAPs are still children themselves. MAPs tend to become aware of their attractions around the time of puberty or early adolescence. Children who are MAPs deserve the same degree of safety and well-being that other children do.
Why is the term ‘MAP’ even used?
This term has become more widely used for two main reasons:

It emphasizes attraction over action. The word ‘pedophile’ has become so conflated with ‘offender’ in every sector of our society, that most people assume a behavioral component when they hear the word. ‘Minor attracted person’, on the other hand, emphasizes that we are talking about those with an attraction, which includes both those who do and those who do not act on it.

Because there are MAPs who are also offenders, the term ‘Non-offending Minor Attracted Person’ (NoMAP) is useful when we are talking specifically about those who have an attraction but do not act on it.

‘MAP’ is also a more accurate, all-encompassing way to refer to the community as a whole. This includes people with infantophilia, pedophilia, and (ep)hebephilia. It would not make sense, for example, to call someone who is primarily attracted to 15-18 year olds a pedophile.

However, many people do not self-identify with the term ‘MAP’. Some identify as pedophiles, hebephiles, boy lovers, girl lovers, or other terms. Some may use multiple terms to describe themselves. What’s important is that we should honor how each individual person self-identifies their attraction, and not impose a label on them.
Alternatives have also been suggested by those who conduct research with this community, such as ‘child attracted person’ as opposed to ‘minor attracted person’. I use ‘MAP’ here because it is the most widely accepted way to refer to the community as a whole.
What would someone who harms a child be called?
Depending on the context, people who harm children could be called many things—offender, abuser, predator, or groomer, to name a few examples.
Research shows that the majority of child sexual abuse cases are carried out by people who do not meet the criteria for pedophilia. (See “Sources” section below to learn why someone who’s not primarily attracted to children would sexually abuse a child.)
Is pedophilia a mental illness/diagnosis?
It depends. Some MAPs are committed to not offending, are not at risk for offending, and have come to terms with their attraction. These individuals have no reason to be pathologized.
Many others are not at risk for offending, yet they desire professional help for mental health conditions (like depression, anxiety and suicidal ideation) that result from the hatred they receive in our society. These individuals also have no reason to be pathologized, as their mental health conditions result from stigma rather than from the attraction itself.
Some MAPs desire professional help in dealing with the difficult emotions resulting from not being able to have a fulfilling sexual or romantic connection, particularly those who are exclusively attracted to children. (Many MAPs are attracted to both children and adults, and may be in relationships with adults.)
There are also MAPs who desire professional help in remaining resilient against offending. In these cases, and in cases where MAPs do harm children, pedophilia would be considered pathological since there is significant distress and/or harm involved.
Is pedophilia a sexual orientation?
The available research points to pedophilia and other forms of minor attraction being an age-based sexual orientation, in that the attraction is unchosen, typically arises during the time of puberty or early adolescence, and remains fairly constant throughout one’s life.
Are you suggesting that MAPs are part of the LGBTQ+ community?
Age-based orientations are by nature different from gender-based orientations, in that there is no safe or ethical way for an adult to engage sexually or romantically with a child. The experience of MAPs is also vastly different from that of LGBTQ individuals in several ways.
While there are some parallels that can be drawn between studies on stigma among LGBTQ individuals and the experience of stigma among MAPs, these are two separate communities.
Can someone’s attraction to children be changed?
Empirical data, based on qualitative and quantitative studies, points to the fact that pedophilia and other forms of minor attraction cannot be changed or "cured". (See “Sources” section below for reference.)
How many MAPs are there in the world?
Across various studies, the average incidence of minor attraction, meaning those who are primarily attracted to minors, comes out to about 5% of the adult population worldwide. This number is likely an undercount for the following reasons:

Many studies do not account for hebephilia (primary attraction to pubescent children)
There is usually a focus on men, despite the fact that many MAPs are women
Some people choose not to disclose their attractions in the first place

Why should I care about any of this?
Reducing stigma against NoMAPs contributes to a safer society for all, based around empathy and evidence. Many people do not feel safe disclosing their attraction for fear of being unjustly reported, misunderstood, or physically harmed.
Unfortunately, stories of MAPs being rejected by family members, forced out of educational programs, reported to the police, and made to feel like a monster– even in the absence of any harm to a child— are all too common. This prevents many MAPs from seeking or continuing to receive support, which in turn can lead to:

Increased incidence of mental health issues (such as depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation)
More difficulty in refraining from offending (for some MAPs; others are not at risk to begin with)

The misconceptions and harmful attitudes that we have toward non-offending MAPs directly interfere with them receiving the support they may need, decreasing MAPs’ well-being and putting children at greater risk. This includes children who are MAPs themselves.

Sent a deposit of USD 145,000 via wire transfer 7 days ago on 15th May 2024. I have done similar deposits more than 10 times this year and the deposits usually reflect within 5 minutes in my Coinbase account.
This time round, it never happened. Spoke to the Virtual Assistant on 17th May via the online chat and was told not to worry and my funds are safe and it will appear within 3 business days.
After 3 business days, deposit still not showing. Spoke to the Virtual Assistant on 20th May via the online chat and was told that a specialist will contact me within 24 hours to update me on the status of my deposit. Told me not to worry and my funds are safe.
After 24 hours, deposit still not showing. Spoke to the Virtual Assistant on 21st May via the online chat and was told that they need more time to locate my funds. Told me not to worry and my funds are safe. Also said that they do not have an exact time when their specialist will contact me for now.
Spoke to my bank, money has already left my bank account within minutes on 15th May when I did the transfer.
I am not sure what is going on and this delay is having a lot of impact on my cashflow. Seems like Coinbase is having liquidity issue right now.
What am I supposed to do next?

Hello everyone, as of yesterday my account has been suspended due to a chargeback, according to the email it stated that I have received content that I supposedly didn’t pay for. I looked into my bank account and found that I had received a refund of some sort, with the description of the transaction being “adjustment”. After looking at the description further it had the date of April 13th of this year. I looked further into my previous transactions and found a transaction with the same date the description told me. It was for V-bucks and I had for sure payed for it, as well as receiving the receipt in my email. Can someone please help me with this issue? I’ve already sent an inquiry to the playstation website but i’m so perplexed on the incident because I payed for the V-bucks, yet they refunded my money and said that I disputed the charges. I linked a USD account from a Canadian bank to IBKR for the purpose of funding my IBKR account with USD funds. Linking the bank account went fine and it just took a couple of days to receive the micro deposits amounts to complete the process.
I then initiate the transfer of the USD funds on May 17 but the ETA provided to me was May 29. This seems to be abnormally long to me. Even their website says it takes 5 business days so not sure why I was provided such a long period to complete the transfer.
Does it normally take this long?
