El otro día, llegando a casa con mi viejo del festejo de los 300 años de Mdeo, nos encontramos en la madrugada con una chica en la calle, en un estado MUY MAL, súper borracha y encima hablaba inglés, ahí como pude aplicando el "i don't speak very well, but i can help you" le pregunté a dónde iba y otras cosas, en el contexto de lo que decía entendí que estaba buscando el hosting, quería entrar a un restaurante que estaba cerrado y se acercó un tipo que le dijo que no se podía, que estaba cerrado y ella con su poco español; "no importa, voy a esperar que abran" (imagínate que para eso faltaban unas 8hs mínimo jaja) el asunto es que con mi viejo no la podíamos dejar tirada, era más chica que yo, así que la agarramos cada uno de un brazo, (además que casi la pisa un auto porque estaba cruzando en rojo), dentro de mi poco inglés le dije que la podíamos alojar en mi casa ya que estábamos cerca y era más seguro a que se quedara sola en la calle, ella accedió y fuimos caminando con ella mientras se tambaleaba para todos lados, ahora viene una parte increíble, eran casi las 3 AM, pasando por el pasaje debajo del shopping tres cruces, vuela una paloma blanca al lado de nosotros y se queda en una columna mientras nos ve caminando, qué carajos hacía una paloma a esa hora y encima blanca, bueno, les dejo para que busquen lo que simboliza, pero dentro de todo eso nos quedó aún más claro que habíamos hecho una buena acción. La historia sigue, es muy linda, hasta nos hicimos amigas y nos contó muchas cosas de Suiza, además de invitarnos, jaja. Terminamos acompañándola al otro día al hosting donde les contamos las anécdotas de cómo la encontramos, y me quedo con esta frase que nos dijo al final antes de irnos: "They are my angels", (Ellos son mis ángeles). 🕊️✨

I know a little Spanish, I (18F) hope to you understand me. I am a college student. i'm another city, I have a room near to my aunt's house. She give me the lunch and dinner. Before that, she want to control me, she go to my room in another house, she was angry when I arrived late for her house. When, I started the college that was more worst. More, I never had a relationship with her and her family. She always disregard me and My family, so is unconfortable to eat with her. I want go to another room, but my father said if I go to another room, I do everything I do. I never go outside for parties, I only have one boyfriend in my life, now, I get in the college when I was un high school, it so rare in my country. I think I am a good person. Ok, the problema started yesterday, her mother (My grandmother, other person who want to strike my mother with my aunt and another aunt) come to my aunt's house with my two cousins, she only have one bed, but she need one bed more. I have two bed in my room, my grandmother and my little counsin sleep in my room for two nights, but yesterday was My aunt's birthday and my grandmother was drunk. Well, I really hate a drunk person, they smell very bad, so usually I had a headache and nausea. I write the our phone call like she said me. -My mom come to your to sleep -Is she "borracha"? -Yes -mmmm... -She don't come to your room, don't worry. I was wondering if any native Spanish speakers with bipolar could share their their thoughts about people using words like "manía", "alucinante/estoy alucinando/etc.", and describing someone being unreasonable as "bipolar" in Spanish (for example, a friend of mine described a drunk girl as "una borracha bipolar" because she was alternating between anger and sadness). I'm a learner and I hear manía very often, aluncinante somewhat regularly, and "bipolar" not super often but more than I've ever heard native English speakers use it in that way.
Spanish-speaking bipolar people, do you hear this sort of thing often? How do you feel about it? Do you use these words? I've gotten used to "manía" and "alucinante" because I think their accepted meaning is broader than in English and their use is so widespread. "Bipolar" to describe a jerk/perceived crazy person still bugs me.
I think it's becoming more common/trendy among younger people in English to use "manic/mania" as slang, and it's very jarring to me when I hear my work friends do it. I don't have scholarly sources but my impression is that the sudden popularity of this word is linked to how mental illnesses like bipolar are becoming more "trendy" on TikTok, Insta, etc. and my assumption is that people are thinking about bipolar mania when they use this word. But I feel like when "manía" is used, it's not so specific.

Recentemente eu estava assistindo um filme com minha namorada e do nada, não estávamos nem perto da máquina, ele fez uns sons estranhos na caixinha e deu tela azul, simplesmente morreu.
Na mesma hora fui conferir o Pc e ele ligou normalmente, o que foi um alívio pra mim naquela hora, pensei que pudesse ser um evento ocasional, mas não foi...
Isso aconteceu mais duas vezes no mesmo dia, na mesma situação, com a Netflix passando um reality qualquer, mas em todas essas vezes ele ligava de novo.
Hoje, no horário do almoço, estava vendo alguns vídeos no YouTube enquanto jogava um pouco e aconteceu de novo, tela azul e morte. Mas dessa vez ele não retornou normal, ele, no estado atual, liga e não dá imagem alguma, só os RGB's parecem funcionar.
Eu e meu pai já tentando limpar com borracha, conferir as tomadas e hardware de forma superficial, e nada.
Gostaria de saber que tipo de problema poderia ser, e como eu poderia resolver de forma mais caseira, levando e um técnico no último caso.
