So there is a block section on this app for valorant but not an unblock so will there be an update to add one because I accidentally blocked a friend and now we can't play. I was able to give them party code to join and we've played but now that I give party code to join I'm not able to hear them in game. So what can we do about adding an "unblock" section on Riot Mobile? Also how to fix the part where I can't hear that person in game? I do appreciate your time thank you very much.

| Hello everyone, so according to the teaser I posted a bit earlier, I've gotten a bit bored with the current playstyle and meta of the game, so because I am uncreative I decided to make an excel spreadsheet to randomize a custom loadout for me anytime I want, and I want to share that with all of you out there! It's really simple to use, you simply select all the Stratagems, Primary Weapons, Secondary Weapons, Grenades, Armor and Boosters you Have/Want to use, and click the randomize loadout! https://preview.redd.it/jwyvy5xmxd0d1.png?width=1866&format=png&auto=webp&s=878aa3e68d69ea5717ad26a6dee36af94731ff93 I've even put in a few quick selects to toggle all items in say, the Helldivers Mobilize Warbond, so if you have everything in there or a lot of it it might be a lot faster to just check that one and let it do most of the work! Currently there are only 3 miscellaneous settings, those being to only have a Max of 1 Support Weapon per loadout, to only have a Max of 1 Backpack per loadout, and to Count a Support Weapon Backpack as a Backpack or not. Loadout Randomizer, and PasteBin Code of all the macros to ensure everyone is aware what they are running! (P.S. let me know if I can do anything better than this, any and all feedback is welcome) To run it, you must download the file, Unblock it and allow the macros in the excel, then you can randomize to your hearts content! Also, there might be a few things that are not fully working, but if you report it to me I can get on with trying to fix it. New Planets/Environments
Hey guys, I've been thinking a lot about the issues surrounding balance and I hope some of my ideas can give the dev team some fresh takes on how to combat this issue. One idea I had was creating a planet with some sort of underground cave system that is very dark so flashlights can finally be of use. I'm sure many of you remember the ewok hunt game mode from Battlefront 2, and I think Helldivers can create a similar sort of atmosphere and feeling by creating a dark environment where you are constantly turning around and checking your 6. Even in a relatively mid game, I remember being scared shitless of those tiny little Ewoks sprinting around in the darkness, but also having the time of life. Obviously Helldivers does not need to create such an extreme environment, there could be sources of light like bioluminescent bugs or water to create some light, but the point is that players would have to rely on their flashlight. Right now, it seems like the dev team increases difficulty by introducing environmental elements and the widely disliked stratagem modifiers which range from relatively tame and boring to just plain frustrating. Not only would environments like the cave be more challenging and unique compared to the current environmental factors (imo), but this could take some pressure off of the balancing issues because there is more incentive to give the player powerful weapons due to the added difficulty. These sort of environments would also provide opportunities to introduce new enemies, since right now new enemy additions are basically thrown into the horde and there's no real conceptual reason why they have appeared now.
For automatons, a new potential planet could be a dystopian city-like environment that is designed similar to the automaton factories, but much more expansive. The automaton's "cities" are probably closer to where they originate, but creating a more structured planet for them would be very interesting. Imagine laying down on a road or sniping from a window, I think that would be more fun than the bland landscapes we have now. This environment probably wouldn't make the game harder in a similar fashion to the cave system since there would be more cover, but automatons are significantly harder than bugs, and I will absolutely die on that hill.
Anyways, the point of these new ideas is to increase the game's difficulty so that the players enjoy a greater variety of gameplay and the devs can rely on changes like this instead of nerfing guns. After all, nerfing in a PvE game is always going to hurt the player's effectiveness no matter the scenario. Also, the Helldivers' enemies have totally lost their aura, at least in my eyes. Part of this is because obviously I'm going to react more strongly to a bile titan the first time rather than the 1000th time, but part of this is also because most planets are basically featureless expanses of plains. A bile titan is not scary or threatening if I can see it walking from a kilometer away, but seeing a stalker running up to you in a dark cave will probably always inject me with adrenaline (let players join a session and play as enemies? haha).
TLDR: Dark cave systems for bugs and a city-like planet for the automatons so that the increased difficulty of the game comes from the game presenting challenges rather than nerfs to weapons.
Some of my own thoughts
I also have some personal thoughts and opinions on the current state of the game, so take them with a grain of salt. I'm also going to make some assumptions, and I'll try to back them up with a little bit of reasoning. To me, it seems as though the Helldivers dev team lacks big data on their own game. I'm not sure if I'm totally correct, but I believe I heard that the balancing team makes changes based on what percentage of the playerbase uses a certain weapon. This is why I believe the eruptor was nerfed, not because it was overpowered but because a comparatively large portion of the playerbase was using it. Naturally, players will use a relatively strong weapon that is new and eventually the usage will drop once the novelty wears off. However, the eruptor was nerfed a week or two after it was released, which I believe is way too short of a time frame to judge properly how much the players like the weapon. And this is not just the eruptor specifically, many weapons seem to get changed very quickly after they have been buffed or added, and I think the dev team might be overreacting to surges in usage from the playerbase. In general, I hope that the dev team takes a little bit more time to consider their decisions, since right now major changes are being made basically weekly. Already the game is a totally different beast compared to launch, imagine what it would look like in a year.
Another reason why I believe dev team lacks proper analytical data is their inability to track basically any statistic within the game, or at least that's what it looks like to me. The most prevalent example is the 2 billion bug counter which was counted very incorrectly. I know very little about coding, only took one class in college, but creating a simple kill counter like this should be well within any game dev's abilities. They have also failed to track accuracy, kill count, damage, and basically every other statistic you can think of at some point in the game's lifetime. They claim to have fixed some of these issues, but I still have doubts. If they are unable to do create these basic data-tracking tools, then there is no wonder the playerbase reacts so strongly to the balancing changes, and in turn why some certain high-ups have in turn responded critically to the public response because in their eyes they are making the correct decision based on the data presented to them.
To summarize my thoughts, in my eyes the dev team is rushing changes before they have the proper analytical data, which might be corrupted in the first place anyways. They definitely do not properly test the higher difficulties, otherwise they would have known the patrol rate change is absolutely ludicrous. However, I want the dev team to have faith in the quality of their game and know that even if they do not touch the game at all, most of the playerbase will have a fun time. This only emphasizes the importance of changes; positive changes have a greater impact on a good game than a bad game, but the vice versa is also true. I know that Arrowhead was completely crushed last week because of Sony, and I can literally see the palpable stress in some of the higher-ups' messages. Please, take your time, and do not feel forced to make a change unless somehow a game-breaking feature was introduced.
TLDR: The dev team seems to be inundated probably do not have experience trying to manage such a large population, and because they are constantly being hammered by thousands of people and outside factors (Sony), they feel a sort of obligation to make the "perfect" changes which end up being too hasty. It seems to me they make these changes based on the limited data they can scrap during a week timeframe, which might be incorrect in the first place anyways (again I may be totally wrong on this take).

2024.05.14 02:44 just-forfun27 SOLUTION TO BEING LOGGED OUT OF INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT
I was recently logged out of my instagram account and the experience was SUPER frustrating so I thought I’d make a post on here to help other people in need.
What happened was, I changed my instagram password online and then went to go log in on my app, and it was asking for backup verification codes that I did not have. The other option was to have a code texted to me, but no matter how many times I tried, the code would not send to me, so this is how I fixed it.
- stay logged out of your account for at least 24 hours. do not attempt to login or get a code sent to you
- make sure you have ALL numbers on your phone unblocked, sometimes you could have the number for instagram blocked unknowingly
- after 24 hours, go use a private browser to attempt to log back into your account
- after this the code was texted to me successfully, but i was unable to log into my instagram app for another 24 hours
Good luck logging back into your account since I know just how upsetting and frustrating this experience can be.
One last note, instagram DOES NOT have a customer service line. There is one posted online, but if a male voice with an accent picks up THAT NUMBER IS A SCAM. He will try and get you to download an app to access your banking information. Luckily, I was able to recognize he was a scammer when he asked me to download this app (a real customer service line would NEVER ask you to do this) but seriously, stay safe out there guys.

2024.05.14 01:06 alpacapoop Can you program any IR remote to a Roku ultra, like you can to an Apple TV?
Didn’t know if Roku ultra had this feature. I have some old Sony dvd remotes I use to control my Apple TV instead of the regular remote since they have input buttons. There’s a setup screen on Apple TV called “learn remote” where I can pair and IR remote to which buttons I want. Does Roku ultra shave anything like that? Or if I were to use a Roku ultra and wanted to use a third party remote, it would need to be one where I can input the Roku IR code into?

2024.05.13 22:34 Mustathmir Some observations on CNS and its prospects
| In 2023 CNS had sales of €3220M (a drop of 9%) and has a mid-teens OM target whereas the margin was 7.9% in 2023 when the OP was €255M (up 44%). CNS is in Top 3 in most growth segments: Core, Digital Operations, AI and Analytics, Security, and Private Wireless. Nokia leads the world in 5G standalone core, with a total of 107 CSP customers. Nokia 5G Core was recently rated as an industry leader by data and analytics company GlobalData. Nokia also is #1 outside China in private wireless, which in the case of campus networks is organizationally part of CNS. I watched again part of the Dec 12 2023 CNS presentation where Raghav Sahgal said the growth segments were already 60% of CNS sales and that their CAGR 2023-26 is 6% while Nokia aims to grow faster than the market, i.e. take share where Sahgal thinks growth in 2023 was to be 1.5 to 2 times the rate of market growth in the growth segments. So there is growth potential although the growth doesn't seem to be explosive. Hopefully this growth can accelerate after the 2026 horizon. As to the margin, the target is "mid teens" while for SaaS the target is to reach 25% when it operates at sufficient scale. According to Sahgal a SaaS reorientation can take 5-7 years to complete where CNS is now in the third year. CNS also wants to be a platform company for "network as a code" as a link between the network and the ecosystem and thus to monetize on third-party applications (APIs) to the tune of 15%. In the Dec 12 CNS presentation Raghav Sahgal explained why Nokia is developing the capabilities internally. He seemed to think Ericsson basicaly bought legacy businesses ("connectivity") where reorienting towards futture businesses ("capabilities") such as APIs should not be hampered by legacy businesses. I would link to my post history but I think I posted years ago with a throwaway, so I'll try to summarize here. I've been with DH for over 20 years. He went NC with his mother earlier this year after she sent him a series of text messages complaining that he doesn't call her enough, what a bad son he is, and how miserable she is. He ignored her until he couldn't anymore and then called her to tell her off. She immediately hung up on him and they haven't spoken since. She abandoned him and his brother when they were children to run off to Mexico to be with her boyfriends, kidnapped them from their father (they were literally on milk cartons). DH is still dealing with the trauma of his upbringing, his little brother became a severe meth addict and committed suicide over ten years ago. She has only met my child once. I agonized a lot over that visit and it went pretty much how I expected it...that was over five years ago and she hasn't been back to my house, which has suited me just fine!
I haven't spoken to her in years. DH told me a couple of years ago that she had changed and wanted to "apologize" to me, but couldn't for the life of her remember what she did to make me so angry (there's too much to go into it now), and I said nope, that wasn't an apology, and when she had a clear memory of the way she had treated me and wanted to be accountable for it, maybe I would reconsider my position. I told him what I really needed was not to have a relationship with her, and he agreed and then a couple years later, finally followed suit after she had a few more psychodramas and proved me right. I've never tried to pressure or convince him to go NC, I knew that was a decision he needed to make on his own, but I fully support his decision to finally cut her off. We almost never talk about her and life is generally peaceful.
Until last night. My phone dings around midnight and there is a text from a number from her state (which thankfully is all the way across the country) and I know immediately from the area code who it is. It says in Spanish "I don't have to prove anything to you," which I find weird because I don't really speak much Spanish and she knows it, and a link to one of those sappy reels, also in Spanish, the gist of which says "let them lose you… you don’t owe it to anybody to explain the great person that you are." Right on brand for her, because nothing is ever her fault. I didn't reply and blocked the number, but then after a night of no sleep, I stewed about it and finally decided to unblock her and go off via text:
"You're absolutely right, MIL! You don't have to prove anything to me. If I ever want to remember what kind of person you are, I only need to think of the last 22 years, my traumatized husband, and my dead brother-in-law. You've done an EXCELLENT job showing me exactly who you are, so please, never trouble yourself about that...I've had your number for years!
What I will never be able to understand is a woman who has managed to alienate her entire family, including her two grandchildren, burn almost every bridge of friendship possible, and yet STILL has convinced herself that she is not the problem. She will literally choose estrangement with her only living son rather than do the necessary work to heal and be accountable for her mistakes. Absolutely anything, no matter how absurd, to avoid admitting that she has behaved like an utter spoiled child and has inflicted terrible harm on the people who loved her the most. That level of obstinate lack of repentance takes some real commitment...quite impressive!
I wish you the best of luck on your desperate quest to remain a perennial victim and convince yourself that we're all crazy and none of it is your fault, ever. I'm sure you'll find an endless supply of TikToks, YouTube videos, Instagram reels, Facebook groups, and self-help books created by your fellow Boomers, so feel free to continue indulging your delusion that you are a wonderful person, but kindly do not ever disrupt my peace again to share with me. I'm simply not interested, and believe me, MIL. I see you. I don't ever need any help from you on that front."
Two decades of trying to be diplomatic, kind, and then silent were enough. I know that none of it will land for her or have no delusions that she'll do any kind of self-reflection, but it felt good to finally say it. And frankly, that's what she gets after waking me up and costing me a night of sleep! #isaidwhatisaid

This was a bit ago but a story from yesterday inspired me to tell it.
A few months ago a girl messaged my boyfriend about an item, we both had it posted, was ok with the price but asked if we could deliver 10 mins down the road. Sure, why not. He goes to take it down there, messages when he’s on his way, and she says “Great, I’m in a gated community, here is the gate code to be able to get in”. Code works, he drives up the house and messages that he’s outside. Silence. He waits 15 minutes, messaging again with no response. Frustrated, he finally messages “I don’t know why you couldn’t just say you changed your mind instead of ghosting last minute. Whatever, guess I’ll go get myself some in and out to eat my feelings about having my time wasted. Please don’t ever message me again.” And then he blocks her
Next day I get a message from a guy about the same item. Wants to meet down the road in a parking lot in an hour, awesome. I go to meet him and he hands me money that has an extra $10 in it. I remind him that it was only X and let me get him $10 back and he says no no no no no and gets in his car quickly and leaves. So strange.
5 minutes later I get a message from his account saying “Hey this is actually X from last night, I’m using my friends account. Please tell your boyfriend I’m so sorry. I ate an edible when he was on his way and apparently it was too much and I was too high to answer the door. The extra $10 is to pay for his In and Out”.
I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time. We’ve all been “too high to function” at one point, she was forgiven and unblocked.

Assault Rifles
- Pretty much all AR’s need reworking but AH have acknowledged this or at least the CEO has. Make them all med pen weapons bar liberator (keep this gun as the reminder of how you started, should be the weakest primary but still good for up to diff 5), make them slower firing but really hurt armoured units to distinguish them from smg’s. Speaking of…
Submachine Guns
- Pummeler: this is in a good spot imo, baseline weapon powerful, fun but obvious limitations.
- Knight: the one gun I have no idea what to do with TBH
- Defender: seems fine too, maybe make it hit even a bit harder than the pummeler as it doesn’t stagger. That’s the trade off. Buffing damage obviously takes into account if AR's are buffed to above where SMG's are right now.
Shotguns
- Punisher: baseline, feels fun to use with obvious limitations, hits hard and has good range, staggers like it should.
- Slugger: given the slug nature compared to the other shotguns it should be the most powerful single target shotgun, needs stagger back defo. Fun with a mouse and key but hard to use effectively with controller even before the nerf.
- Breaker: restore the mag size to launch number, that’d make it baseline again
- Breaker incendiary: baseline, great gun right now super fun
- Breaker Spray and Pray: I’ve honestly had no need to use this weapon over incendiary.
Marksman rifles
- Not really my playstyle, good for weakpoints maybe but my aim isn't the best so maybe better damage to non weakpoints too. That or lean into the weak point strength with unique sights that highlight weak points specially, maybe even see through fog and blizzard/sand storms.
Explosive
- Eruptor: This gun felt really fun and I reckon baseline at launch bar too many mags which may be an actually good nerf balance wise, I never knew about any exploits myself until after nerf but using this with a stalwart had me smiling. Defo keep its bug nest, fabricator clearing ability. Restore its glory!
- Crossbow: this puzzled me and was the breaking point for me personally regarding AH’s approach to balance because I thought it needed a buff to compete with the eruptor yet it was nerfed. Should do big damage, basically one shot single med pen targets or spewers on direct hits. Treat more like a specialised grenade launcher with support stalwart as primary, less splash than grenades but great for chargers asses and stripping legs. Increase power and lower velocity I think, make it a skill based weapon. Have it close holes and fabricators and open crates.
- Jar 5 dominator: baseline honestly, needs more patience than other shotguns when using to shine due to handling but it does. Let it open crates atleast.
- Punisher Plasma: I need to try it out more but I hear good things post buff, could be baseline. Should atleast open crates but maybe not close holes and fabricators idk
- Blitzer: so close to baseline, maybe the arc inconsistencies and the upgrade to chained target applying to it also could get it there.
- Scythe: all I can say is with a controller, it’s no fun, hear mixed opinions with mouse and key
- Sickle: honestly on cold planets, baseline choice and the ammo debuff doesn’t hurt it there. Outside cold planets it gets tricky but I think that should be it’s unique selling point.
- Scorcher: right now, pretty much there baseline wise.
- Purifier: Dead on arrival, could be as much fun as launch eruptor if reworked in an interesting way.
Secondary Weapons
- Peacemaker: with a laser sight compared to redeemer I think it’s fair to stay, mainly for ballistic shield builds it has use but also like the liberator reminds you where you started.
- Redeemer: single shot, this gun still beats the new verdict IMO for DPS. Baseline on that alone. Fun to spray in a pinch but mag count balances it. Lacks laser sight for First Person Ballistic Shield tho which is a shame.
- Senator: Good baseline now it has a speed loader, not a fan of the sights or reticle though but thats me. Also hard to use in First Person with ballistic shield.
-Dagger: Like the scythe maybe with mouse and key, better aim, its great for weakpoints on bots but i don't have any fun with it myself.
- Verdict: More mags and the laser sight could make it a good Ballistic Shield gun if using in First Person but I also feel just adding med pen armour would just tip it to a baseline choice.
Grenades
- My only beef here is now the Thermite grenade, it doesn't stick most of the time and like others have said, if it lowered armour pen needed for that area after its explosion it'd be a very cool strategy for big targets, soften them up then unload an MG into the area.
Armour Passives
Rather than individual armours I wanna talk about the passives and what new ones could replace the abundance of identical ones.
- Democracy Protects: 50% less chance of getting killed by lethal damage and prevents bleeding from chest haemorrhages. First part is interesting but second part never really noticed myself, fine but perhaps could just be
50% less chance of getting killed by lethal damage and 25% chance for limbs to not break*.* Making this a 'Luck' Style armour.
- Engineering Kit: Reduces recoil while crouching or laying down by 30% and increases grenade capacity by 2. At the moment apparently this effects all recoil regardless of crouching or laying down, which honestly should remain. make it
Reduces recoil by 30% and increases grenade capacity by 2. Baseline!
- Extra Padding: Increases Armor Rating. A baseline for new players.
- Fortified: Reduces recoil while crouching or laying down by 30% while granting 50% resistance to explosions. I would change to perhaps
Reduce Flinching effect by 30% when crouching or prone while granting 50% resistance to explosions. - Med Kit: Increases Stim capacity by 2 and increases their duration by two seconds. Baseline, very good passive buffs.
- Servo-Assisted: Increases grenade throwing range by 30% and adds 50% bonus to limb health. Instead of Limb Health, I think the whole passive should be
Increases grenade throwing range by 30% and support weapons reloads by 15% - Scout: Markers placed on maps scan the area every two seconds, reduces enemy detection by 30% Honestly our go to armour right now, baseline, whether because it's working as intended or not.
- Electrical Conduit: 95 percent resistance to arc damage. Almost there honestly but I think adding a secondary would make it more fun, like
95% resistance to arc damage and increase Fire rate of arc based weaponry by 10% Suggestions for other passives for existing/ future armours
- Feel the Burn: Take 80% less Fire Damage from all sources, movement speed increased while on fire by 20% I could see some intentional self immolation to quickly speed grab samples, finish artillery loading in fire tornados or make an escape from a large group, also a good counter to the Hulk Scorcher. Risk vs Reward.
- Artic Explorer: Reduce movement penalty in deep snow and during blizzard hazards by 50%. More Traction on Ice. I considered maybe giving a reduce detection buff instead but I'd rather just have a scout armour with polar colours.
- Geologist: Samples appear marked on the main map when in 50 metre proximity and sample outlines can be seen through terrain at 25 metres. Shows outlines of dropped sample containers too within 25 metres. When ya hunting specifically for samples this would be a handy set for one diver to bring. Like with scout the marking on map doesn't apply squad wide and would show as blinking dots representing their rarity, green/orange/purple. Could also have a hidden buff that audibly warns being in a meteor shower impact zone.
- Flexible Shoulder Pads: Increase solo reload speed for backpack weapons by 30% and increase melee damage by 50% The main draw here is obviously the first buff, it wouldn't affect non backpack support weapons like the railgun or AMR (The
Servo-Assisted reload buff I suggested covers those but less of a buff) but Spear, Airburst, Autocannon, Recoilless etc.
- Analyst: Highlights mission critical objects of interest in 50m proximity through terrain. Enemies and patrols temporarily show as red outlines through terrain when pinged. This is similar to the
Geologist perks but instead of samples showing through terrain, terminals/ssd's/launch codes, artillery warheads, valve icons show from further away. Enemies also pulse three times (per 1.5 seconds) allowing you or perhaps even your whole team to get a better view. Extra hidden buff, see outlines of team mates when dropping in.
What do you guys think? It’s pretty clear now that trying to do this monthly content is just not working out, more issues than wins overall not to mention the longer this goes on the more intimidating it is for new players coming in having to spend thousands of super credits to just access the bonds and if they shortcut with real money are gonna feel let down with the lacklustre feeling of weapons and uninteresting new armour as they are now.
The latest war bond seems to be ignoring the last balance update numbers before it, which gives the impression things are too rushed as they are now. so the tenderiser (which doesn't even match the trailer colour wise) and purifier are pretty much dead on arrival. The Verdict feels underpowered with light pen now the senator has a speed loader etc
If this goes on we’re just gonna get more new weapons and armour that seem superfluous and often worse than existing launch weapons with more on the way before existing ones are properly fixed. Bear in mind a lot of players aren’t grinding for these bonds but again paying for them.
I think instead (if possible with Sony terms) the next 3 month gap between bonds should really work over issues with some existing armours and weapons, with interesting effects and unique elements that let them stand out. I think it would be easier holding back new content and releasing it in a massive dump too because the heavy users will unlock them immediately and bring to attention any issues needing a quick fix before the rest of the player base get their first impression spoiled.
The arc resistance to armour was the only real interesting post launch armour passive and it didn't even cover all Weights. Each war bond if remaining as monthly at the very least should introduce a new fun passive effect. Like others have said the Polar Bond giving an armour passive specific to snow planets with a secondary buff to run on ice without slipping would have been a lot more interesting.
The focus of balance now should be no nerfs, only buffs. The best weapons right now are the only fun ones to use ATM, none feel overpowered so make them the baseline.
