HYVE Token Debut on ProBit Global Set To Empower Global Workforce
ProBit Gobal lists HYVE
Vilnius, Lithuania – ProBit Global is thrilled to announce that HYVE, the first decentralized labor exchange and largest freelance marketplace in web3, will list its HYVE token on the major global cryptocurrency exchange.
HYVE is building a new future for work by leveraging the transparency, security and decentralization of blockchain. Its platform facilitates worldwide job opportunities and payment systems without costly intermediaries, unlocking broader access for both employers and freelancers.
Through peer-to-peer smart contracts, HYVE allows automated, immediate and irreversible payments upon task completion. Its decentralized nature also means the platform itself is censorship-resistant, with no single party in control. Instead, the community directly governs HYVE through stake-based voting with the HYVE token.
The HYVE token listing on ProBit Global will give the project broader visibility and exchange market exposure. It represents a major step for HYVE amid ongoing expansion, with over 1 million global users and a growing catalogue of job types from design to development.
ProBit Global aims to provide the most secure and stable cryptocurrency trading, with extensive due diligence on new project listings. "We're thrilled to connect our user base to the HYVE community,” said David Lim, BD and Partnerships Manager at ProBit Global. The HYVE token debut will allow both new and experienced traders easy access to participate in the project's ongoing progress.
This listing no doubt represents support for HYVE’s mission of leveling opportunities in the trillion-dollar workforce market through decentralized technologies. With blockchain unlocking a fairer future for work, ProBit Global stands with HYVE at the forefront of realizing such potential through an accessible, community-led platform for jobseekers and employers worldwide.

2024.02.19 19:26 notta-wolf Whats going on with Pepperoncini Peppers?

I live in the midwest. Haven't seen Pepperoncini peppers at Aldi in a few months. Hyvee also has been out out of stock when I checked. My friend reported Trader Joes out as well.
Google search returns nothing. Shortage? Mandela effect?

2024.02.06 09:47 RudeCartoonist1030 A business strategy perspective into what’s wrong with HyVee.

Hi. I’m an independent business consultant who’s worked in retail, sales, distribution, warehousing, etc. I’ve done a couple of these write ups in the past and they get a lot of discussion going. I’ve noticed HyVee seems to be universally hated by you all, so here’s why they suck.
First things first. HyVee is a massive company, ranking 37 in the nation amongst all retailers. That’s a huge accomplishment. So congrats on that HyVee. The product itself is great; big, clean, well lit, easy to navigate stores that carry an amazing product mix. They cater to customers that fareway, Aldi, and any other retailer don’t or can’t. So, they are doing that right.
But here’s some of the things that they do to piss everyone off. If reading isn’t your thing then scrolls down, I’ll list em quick at the end.
1) their pricing is completely fucked. And I mean FUCKED. They were always a little pricier than their competition but they offered product segments that their competitors didn’t and don’t. Things like the health markets and having a robust amount of options for people with dietary restrictions. So you were paying a little bit of a premium across the store to shop at a place with those options.
But, during the pandemic they experienced a massive amount of growth in revenue, obviously. Duh. DUH. But as is the case with most companies in this country, they want to grow every quarter of every year. So when things opened back up, they offset the traffic decrease by raising prices. Then inflation happened. Guess what they did? If you guessed raised their prices AGAIN, then you’d be totally right.
Now they’re over indexed on pricing by a larger percentage. As the economy softened, people started evaluating their spending out of necessity and many of their customers couldn’t afford to keep shopping there. Decrease traffic. Then of course, another round of increases.
I am fortunately well off financially. But even i reached a point where I felt like the customers that were still there were being punished for their lack of traffic. So I starting shopping at Aldi and Trader Joe’s.
2) So let’s explain why that chose that strategy. Their corporate culture in my opinion (and to be fair these are observations from someone’s who’s only worked with them on a few projects) is wildly toxic. There is constant restructuring and turn over in their district manager roles. Even in their VP roles .
In addition to that, the people who are on the next tier up are often put in their positions because they licked the rights boots or were friends with the right people. This hiring process leads to a lot of knowledge gaps amongst their top managers and they just constantly shuffle people under them to avoid criticism or accountability. Not saying theres zero talent there, it’s just kind of a boys club. And it shows. I’ll explain next
3) their move from cafeteria buffets to market grilles was very poorly conceived. They’ve also tasked many different leaders to fix that traffic issues there and none of those managers were in their position for long. So what did they do? Spent EVEN MORE FUCKING MONEY to rebrand them as whalburgers? Seriously, that decision had to have been made while sniffing ye and throwing petty cash funds at strippers. (Don’t get me, shits mad fun, but not the time to make big decisions)
SIDENOTE: fuck marky mark. Little bitch. Before his big tour of his new whalburgers HyVee employees received a memo that calling his marky mark would result in their termination because he hates that name. Wow. I hope I see him sampling protein powder at HyVee some day. I’ll call him marky mark and also bring him a couple books to stand on while he rebuts.
1) kept raising prices to offset traffic loss. Now if you want super bowl snacks for you a 1 friend you better be willing to spend $200 for a couple bags of junk food. Prices are outrageous
2) poor corporate culture with bad hiring practices into leadership, constant turnover on lower level executives, constant restructuring
3) poor investment strategies like converting cafeterias into market grilles then into wahlburhers, now there’s something else being worked on.
So there you go, there’s a peek behind the curtain as to why they drive off and turn off customers.

2023.09.07 16:27 AnnabelleRobins HyVee is pricing themselves out of business.

I was a loyal HyVee customer for decades. Religiously spending $100 plus on my weekly shopping trips. Yesterday I shopped at Trader Joe’s and Fareway. Spent my $100. I recently was in highV and saw a mustard for $4.48 that I bought at Aldi for $2.79 And a frozen pie for $8.99 that I purchased elsewhere for 5.99. 33% more in both cases. Are the big snots perhaps making a political statement?

2023.08.21 01:35 Love_the_Fluff Hatch Chili

Hey all, anyone know where to find Hatch green chilis here? Fresh or roasted? Not canned or jar. I saw some fresh ones at Trader Joe's $5 for 1lb and was curious if other places carry them in the area. I used to live close to Hatch and I miss the roasted green chili from this time of year.
Edit to add update: Hyvee was the best place. Best quality chili and if they are on sale, the best price. I did not find any roasted, just fresh.
Thanks for all the help!

For example, Cub Foods and Hyvee fruit has less of a fruit flavor vs Trader Joe's.
Still hard to justify paying more for fruit at Trader Joe's. If I need that itch, I go buy a fruit smoothe lol

My wife is vegan but has mentioned how she misses cheese. Her birthday is coming up and I wanted to make her a vegan cheese board but not sure where to find a wide variety of vegan cheeses.
