2024.05.01 09:26 gabz_of_the_moonz Dari mana asal-usul kata "nyinyir" jadi bersinonim dengan "mencibir"?

Arti "nyinyir" Dalam KBBI:
nyinyinyi·nyi a mengulang-ulang perintah atau permintaan; nyenyeh; cerewet: nenekku kadang-kadang -- , bosan aku mendengarkannya;
kenyinyiran/ke·nyi·nyir·an/ n hal (keadaan, sifat) nyinyir

Always testing his boundaries and being brought in line by Junior. -Livia and Johnny soprano are fighting over a wide range of issues. -Johnny Soprano gets cancer which eventually kills him. -Artie buco dates and marries Charmaine after she dates Tony for a summer.
-Johnny sack meets Ginny at her job (she is skinny) -Phil Leotardo gets pinched and does 20 (fucking) years in the can for Rusty Millio and Doc Santoro (whatever happened there). -Carmine Junior moves to Florida and lives the life of a Playboy -Angelo garepe is active in the mob -Feech la mana and Richie Aprile are active in the mob. They do time in prison and are not released until much later.
-Fabian petrulio (rat) testifies against his fellow Mobsters and flees into hiding.

I found that there is a railway line along the coast of Abkhazia so I looked for PSs there. The first couple I looked at featured the same types of pylon supporting the overhead power cables, so I knew I was on the right track (hur hur) Followed the line from west to east until I found this spot.
✅SOLVED Uman-Dong, South Korea. SV #25 https://maps.app.goo.gl/DMKqcgsJthea2Y9W8 I originally thought it was Taiwan because of the black and yellow striped poles on the highway sign, however I later confirmed it was South Korea because of the Korean text on the red bus, from there I started to check different highways around the country to see if any of them matched the concrete divider with the blue stripe. I eventually found the correct highway after a bit of searching, went east on the highway with no luck, went west and bingo!

Did a scan of all the towns/villages. No match. Extended range a little (maybe even >5mi from border) in case I'd measured wrong (hard to get a precise distance range in GMaps anyway). Soon realized I was going over the same places over and over. Guessed that the OP's pic was from the 2012 SV era from the vibe/weathelighting. Maybe I need to dig back to 2012 for the areas that had been updated? [Asked clarification question but decided to keep looking for a little bit more.] In a re-attempt, focused again on sampling examples of a rural-adjacent street in a (comparatively) large town with a grid system, with the street long enough to stretch straight-ish towards a plains/hills area--but this time considering older SV. On one of the streets in Radovets, I got a vista that gave me a "this could be it" feeling I couldn't shake off. The hills in the distance felt right, and there was one particular house to the right that had the same roof layout, and a wagon parked in the foreground, and a red car (though not a tractor)...The road texture and vegetation were quite different, but I thought "What are the chances there's another block with the same house..." So I tried clicking back to the older SV and started driving up the road, and I saw the back of the man on the donkey cart! (And yes, this was one of the first 3 towns I checked but ignored because of the updated SV.)

2024.04.17 22:20 alialharasy Kenapa rakyat Indonesia miskin?

Kenapa rakyat Indonesia miskin?
Klo menurut kamyu gimana? Apakah rakyat Indonesia itu miskin? Kenapa sebabnya?

2024.04.17 05:57 pak_erte which side are you on?

which side are you on?
Menurut Prof Djoko Suryo, Guru Besar ilmu sejarah Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), akibat adanya Palihan Nagari, beberapa waktu kemudian ada semacam pilah klaim kebudayaan.

2024.04.09 03:48 MelodicConfusion500 POLA DAN TEKHNIK TARUNG AYAM BANGKOK

Jenis Gaya Bertarung Ayam Bangkok :
2024.04.04 08:00 diadline Burned Out and Rusted: This Creative Needs a Reboot

Hey Reddit fam, second-time poster here, feeling a bit nervous for some reason. (Previously posted on Advice but no response)
So, the lowdown: 33-year-old Indonesian dude and staring down a situation that's got me feeling a tad small. Been running a sweet independent mobile repair shop with a buddy since late 2016.
I'm incredibly proud of what we accomplished in those years. We started small, a single table with a chair for my friend. A two-meter display case, filled with spare parts and phone accessories, served as our initial storefront.
Because I didn't have a chair, for several hours a day I stood beside the display case as a table, designing promotional and social media content on my trusty old laptop. Sometimes I sit on the floor when exhausted. A chair simply wasn't in the budget yet. Luckily, the next month brought enough money for a cheap bar stool – a lifesaver considering the display case's height! 🤣 I worked incredibly hard until we could finally become a proper store like now.
OK, fast forward.
Things have gotten a bit toxic lately, culminating in an event back in January that made me re-evaluate my career path. My friend's sister even commented on how I'd managed to stick it out for so long. Needless to say, it was a turning point.
I'm not here to dwell on the drama, I gotta focus my energy on the future. Finding a new job at my age in Indonesia isn't exactly a walk in the park. At the shop, I wear many hats – graphic design, digital marketing, store management, and basically everything to keep the place running because we are a small repair shop. The classic "jack of all trades, master of none," situation.
Just so you know, some years back, I operated a design service with my sister, but I paused it to concentrate on the shop. I also achieved success by winning a national logo design contest for a State University in mid-2016 and serving as an external Design Leader for a State Company in 2017 during company events.
It turns out, the reason I paused my work as a graphic designer with my sister is because, at that time, working remotely wasn't as accepted as it is today (in my country). Having a physical "office" felt essential for a legitimate job. Maybe we were a bit ahead of our time with the whole work-from-anywhere concept, huh? But hey, the design itch is back, and with the rise of remote work, it feels like the perfect opportunity to reignite that passion.
The problem is, thanks to COVID-19, my savings are a little worse for wear (Small Biz Survivor here, ✌️). This also means my skills might be a little rusty. But fear not! To combat that, I've been crushing some free online courses and certifications – Product Management, Web Design with Framer, learning basic UI/UX, and even some AI stuff to spice things up. Any killer course recommendations out there?
Here's the thing: I love problem-solving (ironic, right?), and graphic design is one of those fun, problem-solving gigs that gets me going. Right now, I'm not entirely sure about the process of starting an agency, but I'm eager to learn and ignite a spark of hope.
Speaking of dreams, I've even toyed with the idea of moving to the Netherlands – bike commuting and all that jazz sound amazing. But hey, gotta be realistic, funds are tight, so that's a future adventure for now.
Here's the real question: Are there any solo creative warriors out here? YouTube channels like TheFutur (Thank you Chris Do) and SkillShare classes have been lifesavers, but real-life experiences are gold. I'd love to hear your war stories, survival tips, and especially any advice on launching an agency, navigating international projects, etc.
Or, if you have any friends or fam in the creative industry, maybe they'd be willing to chat with a re-newbie like me. (Coffee's on me, virtually or meet-ups are welcomed) ☕️

2024.04.02 08:46 diadline Burned Out and Rusted: This Creative Needs a Reboot (and Maybe Some Coffee)

Hey Reddit fam, first-time poster here, feeling a bit nervous for some reason.
So, the lowdown: 33-year-old Indonesian dude and staring down a situation that's got me feeling a tad small. Been running a sweet independent mobile repair shop with a buddy since 2017, but things have gotten kinda of toxic lately. My friend's little sister even asked how I'd managed to survive it for so long – that bad, huh?
Anyway, I'm not here to dwell on the drama, I gotta focus on the future. Now, finding a new job at my age in Indonesia isn't exactly a walk in the park. At the shop, I wear many hats – graphic design, digital marketing, store management, and basically everything to keep the place running because we are a small repair shop. The classic "jack of all trades, master of none," situation.
Years ago, I ran a design service with my sis, but put it on hold to focus on the shop. Lately though, the design itch has been creeping back in. The problem is, that my savings are dwindling (COVID-19 Survivor), and my skills might be a little rusty. To combat that, I've been crushing some free online courses – Product Management, Web Design with Framer, learning basic UI/UX, and even some AI stuff to spice things up. Any killer course recommendations out there?
See, the thing is, I love problem-solving (ironic, right?), and graphic design is one of those fun, problem-solving gigs that gets me going.
Speaking of dreams, I've even toyed with the idea of moving to the Netherlands – bike commuting and all that jazz sound amazing. But hey, gotta be realistic, funds are tight, so that's a future adventure for now.
Here's the real question: Are there any solo creative warriors out here? YouTube channels like TheFutur (Thank you Chris Do), Lynda, and SkillShare classes have been lifesavers, but real-life experiences are gold. I'd love to hear your war stories, survival tips, and especially any advice on launching an agency and navigating international projects.
Also, if you have any friends or fam in the creative industry, maybe they'd be willing to chat with a newbie like me? (Coffee's on me, virtually, and inexpensive one of course!) 🤣☕️
Oh, and if you need some design work done down the line, hit me up! Just a heads up, my portfolio is still under construction, but hey, gotta start somewhere, right?
Thanks for listening, Reddit fam! This might sound a bit downbeat, but hey, that's where I'm at right now. If you have any advice (I could use a creative buddy to chat with). Just trying to find a way to work, create, and have a life balance that doesn't make me wanna pull my hair out.
Here's to new beginnings! 🥂

2024.03.22 02:48 Ordinary_Muffin2131 Rage-quit my Japan run, advice for next time?

I'm not exactly new to EU4 (almost a thousand hours total) but I've taken a break from the game for a year or two and just got back into it, mostly because I recently got interested in Japanese history and wanted to do a run through of the infamous Sengoku Jidai.
I started out as the Otomo and unified Japan without too much difficulty. By the mid 16th century I had colonies in Alaska, Indonesia, Polynesia and overall was feeling pretty good about myself. I was doing a trade oriented run and didn't really intend on gobbling up large parts of mainland Asia.
But at this point I was getting pretty annoyed by Korea's 50%+ trade power in Nippon, and decided it was time to cut them down a peg or three. Ming exploded a long time ago, but I started off by getting into a separate war against Korea's remaining chinese allies to break their alliance and get my power projection up. The war was easy, piece of cake.
Before declaring on Korea, I had twice as many heavy ships as them (18 to 9), 60 galleies to their 45, 33 light ships to their 20 and 90,000 men to their ~60,000. This wasn't even counting my allies Oirat and Yue who had 60,000 and 45,000 men respectively. Korea was one diplo tech ahead of me and we were even on military tech. I felt pretty confident about my chances.
But when the war came, I was fucking obliterated. The Koreans didn't lose a single ship in the battle where a third of my fleet was captured or sunk. Luckily my armies were already on the mainland, but they fared no better. The Koreans were able to bat around my allies and I's armies like they were made of swiss cheese. They had a ridiculous 30% discipline from national ideas, and a bullshit 'inspirational leader' modifier which gives +10% discipline by itself, (where does that even come from?) and all of their generals apparently were the descendants of Ghengis fucking Khan. They routinely beat me in battles where they were outnumbered 2 or 3 to 1 despite my own pretty hefty modifiers (10% discipline and 15% morale, full offensive ideas and finished Japan's national ideas), and this was before my allies' less advanced armies even reached the front.
It was in ironman and I didn't rly get screenshots, but I haven't felt this shitty about a run since GB intervened when I invaded a 1 state african nation in vicky 3. In the peace Korea took half of Kyushu, and since I was in drowning in a mountain of debt and rebels, and had all of my north american colonies conquered by natives in the duration of the war (apparently you can't defend colonial nations now? for some reason??) I've decided to cast this run into the dustbin of history. That said, I'm determined to come back to this run after some rest and extract righteous revenge from those Korean bastards. Any insight on where I might have been going wrong? Or just tips on playing Japan post-unification? Seems like the options for a trade-focused japan are pretty limited considering the flow of trade nodes.
All feedback is appreciated! But be nice, I haven't played this game in quite awhile and it seems I'm pretty rusty.

2024.03.19 07:03 albert1165 Ford plans affordable small electric pickup and SUV, starting around $25,000, and what this means to Vinfast

Amid a flood of new competition, Ford is shifting plans to build more affordable electric vehicles. Ford is developing a new low-cost EV platform to power a small electric pickup and SUV, with starting prices around $25,000. However, due to the pivot, plans for its three-row electric SUV have been put on the back burner.
Ford put together a “super-talented skunk works team” to create it with “some of the best EV engineers in the world.” The team is led by Alan Clarke, who led the engineering on Tesla’s best-selling Model Y.
Ford plans affordable EV pickup and SUV, starting around $25,000 (electrek.co)
So Ford is making EV starting at $25K before tax credit. Tesla is working on a $30K EV too.
This means the competition on cost is heating up. Vinfast with the high priced cars is toasted.
That is the story in America. In Sout East Asia and India, Vinfast is also toasted. In Thailand, Indonesia, India, there are also lower cost Chinese competitors from BYD, Geely, Tata, with better cars at cheaper price (thanks to economy of scale).
Vuong Pham's stupidity of going with the premium cars VF8 and the "dinosaur" VF9 at first is now in plain sight. He thought he can use money to bought the design of cars and then used marketing tricks (10 year warranty, huge discounts) to sell buggy and over-priced cars in America. Not.
Vinfans are jubilant at the clearance of few old VF8 leased at a huge loss ($30K total) as if it is a recognition of the Vinfast brand. It is a clearancce selling at a huge loss, clueless Vinfans. The $249/mo is for the rusty 2023 model and 2024 model is $429/mo, which is not moving.
The latest Ford story has reinforced what I have said all along: In America, Vinfast is not compettive whatsoever. Not against Tesla. That is not yet counting Kia, Hyundai, Volvo, Polestar.
In Sout East Asia, it is the same: Vinfast is not competitive. No match for BYD, Tata.
With a non-competitive and even buggy cars, and a huge huge debt around it neck, Vinfast is destined to bankrupt.
There is no cure.
More money from Vuong Pham only prolongs the termially illed patients while the debt keeps increasing at the rate $1.2B+ / year and will soon cross the $10B mark.

2024.03.14 21:16 wasporchidlouixse Cannot decide [text]

28F starting over
I don't know if this is the best place to post this but here goes.
I've just started university in a Music Bachelor's and I have seven days to decide if I want to drop out, after that I'm locked in and will have to pay for my courses. It's a lot of money for a degree that I don't really care if I graduate. I really signed on because I wanted structure, I wanted the opportunity to do a foreign exchange, and I wanted to make connections and access the expensive equipment the university has.
But now my budget is tight, and despite at other times of my life being able to stick to a budget, I can't for the life of me stop spending money. The cost of living has shot through the roof but I also spend money on impulse purchases, and socialising with friends often means activities and restaurants.
Some of the classes have me very frustrated too, some of the content is useful but a lot of it seems like waffling arty nonsense to me. I actually cried very loudly in class last week because I was stressed about it.
I've already got a degree in a different field, and I've got a job that pays well in health, I just can't do as many hours now to be saving up. I really really want to move abroad because I feel like there will be more music opportunities in California or even London. However I wouldn't want to move abroad with less than $30k AUD because it's just such a big risk with so many start costs involved.
Monday I left work early cause I was stressed about it and crying. Thursday I got sent home because they didn't need me at all and I did nothing all day. I have moments where I just keep going without making a decision. If there's actual music happening I enjoy that. And then I have moments where I feel catatonic, absolutely lost, like I'm making several huge mistakes I'll never recover from. I hate going into debt and this degree means that.
I also looked into the cost of a breast reduction which I feel would improve my quality of life but it's quoted at $18k, if I start getting private hospital cover it's likely to be $10k but I would have to wait 12 months and the quotes expire before then.
I also got invited to a music writing retreat in Indonesia and it's sooooo tempting and looks like it would be a great way to make contact with a music label and maybe try to shimmy my way into a recording contract. But do I want one that ties me to Australia? Plus the cost of the Camp would be $4k which is all my savings. I can pay it in instalments though. They gave me three days to decide and today is the day.
I hate making decisions, I get so overwhelmed by all the variables. I want to be a musician but I'm hyper aware that I'll never make no money off this
Also considering becoming a tattoo artist but I'd have to build up a portfolio first
It's worth noting that after two years of working in health and trying to save I haven't made progress except when I worked 6 days a week, because any spare money I can get goes straight into music making / gear / hiring engineers.

2024.03.14 03:51 forestofdoom2022 Days of Disillusionment

While walking around my neighborhood once again this evening I was struck with those thoughts that arise so frequently on these droll days. Haven’t I done this before a thousand times, redundantly strolled down these same streets so many times? I’ve been passing the same houses for years, wandering in circles around these square boxes that are so predictable, so mundane. That or the same elementary school playground where I played as a slightly more carefree, ambitious child in the ancient days of the early-mid 2000s, those strange days in post-9/11 America where bloody, imperialistic wars raged and “liberated” Iraqis were tortured by our troops and the CIA who were becoming the dictators we were supposedly invading to depose. I was too young, naïve, and deluded, caught in a fantasy world of puppets, collectable action figures, Looney Toons, and Scooby Doo cartoons to understand all the unyielding violence and hideous evil that was occurring, as it always had for hundreds of millions of years (well, I do remember feeling very upset and disturbed as a kid when first hearing of the nuclear bombs ordered to be dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, this confusing, depressing shock that seemed incomprehensible).
Or I walk to the Walgreens across from this same elementary school, see the items for sale, mostly unchanged with the exception of the “holiday aisle” which switches to whatever upcoming holiday is next on the calendar( around Valentine’s day was last time I was there, so I saw stuffed animals, heart shaped boxes with cute puppies or ducklings on them containing a variety of chocolates, and other banal items to buy and throwaway soon after into our humongous garbage heaps we call landfills). How long will I meander in this place, saunter alone down the sidewalk to the little park on Hounz Lane and take photographs of the trees and the rusty bridge over the creek from slightly different angles with modified color palettes available on my phone camera. Everyday bleeds into the next, the blurring days, months, and years seemingly speeding up at an exponential rate. The same uninteresting, repetitive NCAA basketball games were just on television last year. So was the Super-bore. 365 days have gone by already, ay? I amble about, tracing the same predictable routes as if I haunt this place. “What are my plans?” That question still bubbles into consciousness regularly, arises like unwanted, intrusive thoughts, yet I have no definitive answer.
The future is black fog, a yawning chasm of opacity. This irreparably degraded, over-extracted planet of now 8 billion resource demanding humans doesn’t even have fifty years left as far as I can tell. We seem inexorably committed to burning all remaining, economically viable fossil hydrocarbons that can possibly be exploited. We’ve just passed the temperature target of 1.5 c for a full year, yet we are gaslighted by politicians, mainstream media, and corporations proclaiming that the “green energy transition” and “electrification of everything” is happening at a breakneck pace. The price of solar panels is falling, the “renewable revolution” is coming soon! Just ignore all the coal-fired power plants being built in China, India, Indonesia, and the developing countries, the coal plants in China being used to manufacture these solar panels shipped to the “clean” West. Somedays I am so filled with rage and indignation at this species I am member of, this world that is an unceasing holocaust, a den of the gratuitous torment from morning until night. I read that during the terrible war in Bosnia in the 1990s, some Bosnians were calling on Bill Clinton and America to just bomb them as an act of merciful mass-euthanasia. I am not living in a warzone being hunted down by far-right, Christian nationalist militias and seeing murdered, mutilated bodies/corpses strewn across the neighborhoods(yet), but I still have the sentiment at times. They could at least legalize voluntary, medically assisted suicide for us, but even that is denied even by secular democratic governments that boast of individual rights, self-determination, bodily autonomy, dignity, and freedom (even the liberal parties that call themselves “pro-choice”). The bourgeois can’t be losing their supply of worker bees now, can they?

2024.02.26 09:08 MrGittz Should David Chase/HBO Remaster SOPRANOS? Fix Some of the Bad ADR/Dubbing, CGI (Especially Livia & Garbage Pile) & Various Other Issues?

I love this show with all my heart. But man the seams are really showing in some episodes. The ADR and Dubbing is downright atrocious at times. Sometimes it doesn’t even sound like the same actor.
In BOCA when Charmaine is talking to Artie while gardening about coach Howser? It’s so bad. Soo bad.
Season 5 when Tony B goes to lunch with Rusty and Angelo? Angelo sounds like he’s giving his ADR lines over a telephone.
Then there’s so many other examples where the dialogue just takes on a completely different sound from one second to the next. And the lip sync doesn’t match.
I’ve never seen this issue quite as bad as on The Sopranos.
There’s there’s some of the FX/CG
Then in S2 there’s the awful CGI garbage pile. When Richie dumps the garbage truck in the parking and the guy calls to complain? It’s like they literally cut out a picture in photoshop and stuck in on.
Then there’s the CGI head of Livia. I don’t know howd they’d fix that but it’s so bad.
Other things they should fix? The hand that pushes Richie’s chair over when Janice shoots him.
The awful stock footage of all the Pie Oh My racing scenes. Notice how blurry it is? Because it wasn’t done on film. It’s video stock footage. There’s a few examples of bad stock footage in the show. When Furio returns to America they show his plane landing. It’s stock footage again of VHS quality. It didn’t upgrade to 1080p blu ray properly so it’s blurry.
I doubt this will ever happen but I’m wondering if fans would be for or against it?

2024.02.25 22:53 ShigeruAoyama How do you think of a man who cannot / don't want to drive a car (or suck at driving)?

Question for men:
Question for women :
  1. Untuk cewek yang konteksnya pertemanan misal di kampus atau kantor: Apakah cowok yang nggak bisa/nggak mau nyetir, tidak punya SIM A, atau punya rusty driving skill makes you think less of him as a man / are you secretly judging him (berpikir kalau cowok ya mestinya bisa nyetir mobil) ? Are you okay with being the driver kalau pada suatu ketika kalian harus semobil?
  2. Untuk cewek yang konteksnya cari potensial suitor atau sedang in relationship: seberapa penting kriteria bisa menyetir mobil dan punya SIM A itu masuk ke dalam checklist kalian--dan apakah cowok yang nggak bisa/nggak mau nyetir, nggak punya SIM A, atau have a rusty driving skill merupakan deal breaker? Bagaimana reaksi kalian kalau seandainya udah pacaran atau bahkan udah nikah dan mendapati kalau semisal pasangan tersebut tidak berminat untuk dapat atau mau mengendarai mobil as a driver (termasuk enggan mengambil SIM A)?
