Funny pc rhymes

Surprised how well it's running now but I had games running better on my old crappy pc with Vulkan and Open Gl was slower. Why is Vulkan suddenly worse than Open Gl on my new pc?
Also I was trying to get Lm2 down to normal 30 fps, it's funny seeing all the animations in super fast motion but would like it to be normal. Tried limiting the emulation speed to 50% and got 30 fps on the fPS counter but the game was definitely not running in 30 fps, it was choppy like it was 10 fps. So now I'm running at 85% getting 50fps and it's still too fast. Is there a way to get normal 30 fps?
Pc info - Windows 11 x64 - Rtx 4070 - i7 14700f - 16gb ram Ddr5

I'm trying to setup a cloud save system between my pc and android, so i need to access the files/memcards folder in my android. The problem is, no matter what i do, it just won't let me see them. I'm running a custom rom with root access
Things i've tried:
-connecting my phone to a pc to see if i can access it from there. Nope. (This one is very odd)
-installing different file managers (MiXplorer, NMM, TFM). Still can't see the folders.
-Simply recreating the folder path and pasting my save files there. Not surprising it broke the entire app so I had to reinstall.
-making sure that i gave SU permissions to the file managers i installed.
I also set up dolphin and citra and i could access both directories just fine (granted citra's file location was much less of a headache, but dolphin puts their save files inside android/data too and i can still see them)
Funny thing is, i tried setting up NetherSX2 on my main phone (stock rom, no root) and I can see the files there.
I'm really at my wits end here after spending 2-3 days jumping from one rom to another just to find the perfect solution for my use, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been confused about my type for a long type and finally narrowed it down to these three types. I think my issue is mainly that I can't seem to make a proper connection between my behavior and my personality because of various reasons like not being aware what exactly is causing my emotions to flare up. So I thought maybe someone here could help. I'm just going to give descriptions of why I think I fit 3/6/8 and why I don't think so and I'll see what you guys think about it. My socionics type is probably SEE, MBTI ESTP.
Reasons for 8:

• Aside from some obvious rules I have to follow I generally like to do whatever the fuck I want with my time and life. If there is a rule I need to follow I often and sometimes almost instinctively tend to break it or go around it. There isn't much rhyme or reason to my actions, I'm a pretty irrational person in that sense.
• I find it funny when people challenge me or when people bitch at me
• I can be pretty bitchy with my friends and bully some of them around if I think they don't know what they're doing or talking about
• It's hard for me to be vulnerable (also 3 and 6 ig)
• I have a really hard time knowing why I'm emotional. I guess this could also fit 3 but sometimes I get very emotional and I have no idea what caused it, I can attach something rational to it I guess as the cause but I never really know
• I'm a very action oriented-person, I don't like to wait to buy the things I want. When situations are stagnant I get bored. I am often bored. In social situations I tend to say some heinous shit to get people out of their "small talk" rut and into interesting topics or to cause chaos.
• I like to be seen as a bad person
• I can be REALLY blunt socially, sometimes I wish i could be more smooth and charming but also I like being honest
• I'm kind of anti intellectual. I like to read but I have a hard time understanding theories and such. I need people to explain this to me or to have learned it for a long time. I like more simple stuff like design books without theory or practical explanations of how something works in real life.

Reasons against 8:

• I don't think I'm a very aggressive and domineering person but idk I don't really ask people how they perceive me much. i see myself as impulsive more than domineering. I hate leadership roles that are forced onto me, I'd rather like do something creative or fulfill multiple roles.

Reasons for 3:

• I know what I want, I'm pretty ambitious about it too. It's a rather vague vision but I am working on it right now
• My personality has many different facets, people who know me a bit deeper have said this. I'm very widely read/interested in a lot of topics so it has a lot of breadth. I thought this could maybe point to identification
• Sometimes I put too much pressure on myself telling myself to not be such a pussy and just work through something
• I can be pretty anxious about some parts of me when people criticize me about it, but its mostly limited to looks and romance
• I'm pretty good at making deals with people, despite me being sort of blunt socially lol. Using people for my interests, that sort of thing, kind of machiavellian

Reasons against 3:

• I don't think I'm very charming, I go into most situations expecting people not to like me (for example expecting my teachers to hate and throw me out the program ) so its always a relief when the bad shit doesnt happen
• I have a hard time understanding enneagram 3 friends sometimes, might have mistyped them idk but I just don't understand how someone can be happy by keeping up that goofy behavior for so long. seems a recipe for mental illness tbh
• I'm not afraid to go against crowds/people and I don't think my personal interests are the interests of society at all. It's more obscure really
• I'm a pretty self deprecating person. I don't like taking myself too seriously. It's cringe.

Reasons for cp6:

• I can definitely rebel against rules, like I said above. Sometimes its intentional, but sometimes also not. I just like doing my thing at times, other times I think i know better than the person speaking
• I can be pretty anxious and in my head. Mostly when I don't get enough physical action or things are stagnant. I really don't like thinking deep about things to be honest. If I think too hard my thoughts go in circles and it gives me a headache. I'm happier when I can just do shit like shopping clothes or going on holiday. I have a very hard time understanding enneagram because it's so vague and spiritual.
• I often prepare for important events in advance. I dislike not having control over the entire process of them, like going on a flight. I want to control everything about moving somewhere myself.
• I ask other people for their opinions, mostly because I'm afraid of coming off too strong (has happened before) or because they're better at formulating things than me.

Reasons against cp6:

• I don't think I'm quite as anxious and afraid of ambiguity as every 6 I meet, I like chaos and winging things
• I don't really construct an ideology to live by, it's all pretty fluid.

Hey alll! I’m mainly looking to find new gaming friends that share the same gaming interests if possible. I have all consoles and pc and i play alot of games. Ranging from retro to new!
Current games i’m playing are WWE 2k24 and Fortnite too (zero build). But i’ll olay mist anything!
I’m married and have 2 kids, a 6 month old son and a 9 year old daughter. I’m into basic nerdy things. Gaming, star wars, super heroes, DnD, etc. Also trading card games like Disney Lorcana and Star Wars Unlimited.
I watch a ton of Critical Role stuff especially Campaign 3! Currently on episode 74, so if you watch too, let me know! Also like to watch Battle of the Brands on YouTube.
I’m also into movies and tv, some sports, pro wrestling. Collecting action figures and retro games is one of hobbies as well. Anything 80s/90s nostalgia i absolutely love so if you want to talk childhood and growing up back then, i’m down! I miss the good old days where we went to arcades and italian sunday dinners at the grandparents and where the world just wasn’t as nutso as it is today lol.
My kids are everything to me and I do love talking about them. Love being silly with them and spending time with them (when they aren’t driving me crazy lol)..I would prefer you be around my age and have kids as well just so we have that stuff in common off the bat! I’m socially awkward most times but very easy to get along with. I’m definitely considered an introvert. But once you get to know me I break out of that awkward shell. I do like to use sarcasm, and mostly like to try and make people laugh because a world without laughter would just be horrible.

And don't get me wrong I'm extremely impressed with how well the Citra team got it running now, especially considering how difficult it is to emulate. I'm just seeing If I can tweak it to get back on Vulkan and iron out some stuttering and high fps. Also I'm posting here because for some reason I cant in citra, even though I've never posted in there before. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello! Sorry for any grammar mistakes in advance, I'm Hungarian. So I've been dealing with this problem since last October. I bought an Asus TUF RX 6900 XT near the end of 2022 and it worked flawlessly for nearly a year then these random black screens started to appear. I shouldn't even say black screen because the monitor just doesn't get any signal. My MSI motherboard does the 1 long 2 short beeps that indicates graphics card issue according to their site. After this I have to power down the PC. The reset button doesn't work. I tried so many things already:
- Changing the cable, trying both HDMI and displayport in different ports on both the monitor and the card - Did a DDU session, even resinstalled Windows and upgraded to 11 from 10 - Updated the drivers many times since the issue started to appear.
-I updated the motherboard chipset drivers as well and even the BIOS in my desperation - I took out the card, cleaned it, plugged in different power cables after re inserting it - Checked the temps while gaming and they are completely fine. Edge temp is barely above 60 and hotspot is around 75. - I did a VRAM test and everything was fine - Undervolted and underclocked the card
- Run different stress tests: Built in Adrenalin, Furmark and Furmark 2, Superposition but these never produced a crash even after half an hour. If you think the PSU might be at fault, well not very likely. Even after I used MPT and let my card pull 410 watts while I also stress tested my overclocked Ryzen 5 5600 that also pulled nearly 90 watts, my Thermaltake Toughpower 850W platinum was doing just fine. Meanhwile crashes still happen when my card only uses about 200w in certain games. Funny thing is I managed to overlock my card to get 12414 points in Superposition 1080p extreme which is among the best air cooled RX 6900 XTs LOL.
- I changed my 4x8 Gb Corsair ram kits to 2x16 G.skill - The warranty is still active but guess what? All they did was running a 3D Mark stress test for 10 minutes and of course that didn't crashed so they said the card is fine...
So about the games. Some games are straight up unplayable like the new Indika or Horizon Zero Dawn and crashes happen after a few minutes or even seconds, meanwhile Death Stranding (that uses the same engine) has never crashed. There is also a middle ground with other games like Cyberpunk, Baldur's Gate 3 or Fallout 76 that can run for hours but still produce a crash sometimes. Some of these games use different launchers and they are on different SSD's. One SSD is NVME the other one is SATA. So quite a lot of things are already ruled out.
Next I'm planning to change the CPU to a Ryzen 7 5700X but I highly doubt that would solve the problem.
Any ideas what else could be done?

During the last few days im getting kicked right before extraction pretty often. I didn´t have any problems with that bullshit in the last few months, only since this weekend. We´re doing all the objectives together, get as much samples as possible, defend the extraction point until Pelican arrives, proceed to get in and boom: black screen. You´ve been kicked from the game.
Happens at least 3 or 4 times a day. And it´s always people who play on Playstation. I don´t care about the bugs in this game. Hell, they sometimes make up for some pretty funny conversations and laughter, but this just straight up ruins the game for me. I´ve waisted 40 minutes just to be kicked and get nothing.
I´ve turned off crossplay for now and just hope that it get´s better with PC players.

What are these “clans” and Why are they all so toxic/sweaty? I started really playing this game a few months ago on PC and ever since I started playing league matches I’ve seen these full groups or “clans” just do the same jizz over and over again and their either super sweaty or just toxic builds with bad behavior (like the moment you kill just ONE of their teammates they’ll come in like a white knight in shinning armor to revenge their fallen soldier, then maybe leave a t-bag on ya)
The funny thing is I never see any of these players Solo queue either. You know they only do good when they got their buddies with them. It’s like they only play when they can get a full trusted group (even though league itself really ain’t that serious bro) but you wouldn’t catch them in solo queue for nothing. Which unfortunately, is what I do. I don’t have friends who like this game like I do or even care to get better at it like me so I’m usually always just solo queuing and I got all the other solos queues on my team while we go against this sweaty a$$ 4 stack. I know matchmaking really isn’t a thing but I just think it’s so annoying to constantly be paired against full stacks over and over and over again. Just kills the fun.

UPDATE: Its not just AC, its every game all of the sudden

i recently can't play AC anymore because my PC decided that it only wants to run at 40Fps.
2 Days ago i was playing AC with Graphic mods, Filters and CSP smoothly 120fps but since yesterday it is completly stuck at 40FPS.
I tried everything i could, i reinstalled my Graphics driver, my Windows driver, played around with the Graphics ingame and nothing seams to fix this shit.
I tried removing every graphics mod and lower the resolution to low but it still didnt help.
The funny thing is that its only AC who has this problem.
Hope to find some help here.

With Gaming nowadays, most people use Discord for voice chat being most ingame chat have terrible quality. And consoles either support ingame chat, or discord, but not both. On PC this is not a problem, we can hear every chat at the same time. But I game with some console friends and we use discord, but I would like them to hear some of the funny and crazy shit people say in public voice chat. So this is why I am trying to find a software to virtualize audio outputs.
The game has 3 options. :
Audio Output - headphones - all game audio except voice chat Audio Input - my microphone Voice Chat Output - my headphones - only the ingame voice chat audio
I think there is a way to leverage this, to send it as an "output" through my microphone, through discord. The problem with that though, is then I would not be able to hear it. But, if there was some kind of software that can virtualize it, I hope that it can go like this . -
Audio Output - headphones Audio Input - microphone
Voice chat output - Virtualized with 2 sources a. Sent to Virtual Input (my microhpone) b. Sent to Audio Output (my headphones)
It sounds janky and like it might not even be worth it. But the only other alternative would be some weird second-pc or Bot stuff which isn't worth the hassle. So I am just curious if anyone knows a software like this, but it kinda sounds like it would be better off using some expensive hardware + their software to achieve this

I don't have a PS4, so I waited until the game showed up on PC, since that's how I played the last game. Seeing that it still hasn't after a year and a half, I bought a used PS4 just to play this one game.
This game is just wonderful. Every kratos and atreus moment was touching, yet not too similar to the first game. Don't want to go on about them too much, as it's pretty much expected that they'd be well written.
Sindri got stepped up BIG TIME, going from a fun side character to a nuanced, weighted character in his own right. "Get the fuck out of my sight" still gives me the chills. Just the same with Freya as well. We knew she'd come back, but I love that they still held on to her hate for Kratos for a bit to really drive home what that meant to her.
Odin is just.... clever, man. Ridiculously charismatic and funny too. His rugpull with Tyr just had me absolutely cackling. That's the type of "smart bastard" energy I can get behind, despite the atrocities he's done that are documented throughout the game's lore scrolls and whatnot.
I can see the struggle with runtime in this game, seeing as how the amazing moments at the end in Asgard barely got a moment to breathe before the next crazy thing happens. It does feel a bit rushed, but frankly I can't blame them for it. Freyr was one such flaw that ended up making his character forgettable. Nailed the ending for kratos and atreus though, can't fault a damn thing!
The difficulty jumped sharply for me around the middle of the game, to the point where I had to temporarily turn in back to easy from balance just to get through. But the combat is genuinely fair, and I got much better at it towards the end of the game (Stonewall shield helped a LOT)
I also got Brok's death spoiled to me while looking for something else online, one of the downfalls of playing a game like this so late.
Either way, I just had to tell someone about this game since I just finished it last night and am genuinely contented.

My grandpa bought the disc for cities Skylines 2 in a store, he's not good with technology at all but sometimes still enjoys playing Anno 1800. Cities Skylines 2 requires 2 diferent acounts to run, including steam that is needed on your PC.
I now told him to try refunding it in the store, since the PC is really to weak for the game, but it's still just insane. Navigating through 2 launchers (steam and the paradox Launcher) just two play is insanity. While I write this cities Skylines 1 is downloading from a safe piracy site. I got the game legally for him over Epic games when it was free there, but the cracked version is better for him once I installed it and made the desktop shortcut.
He won't have to deal with acount logins and the terible non working offline mode from epic games whenever the internet is not working (in germany that hapens more often then it should).
In short, legal ways for playing games are geting so complicated with all the acount bullshit that I pirated a game for my grandpa he legally owns.
It would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

Animals, i have 2 dogs (yes i'll show you lots of pictures) and in general i love animals so much, so i'll probably spam you with pictures of random animals i think are cute or funny :)
Music, i listen to a wide variety of stuff, from rock and metal to dance/pop some electro swing, rap and other stuff, in general if i like a song i'll listen to it on repeat till i hate it but still listen to it anyway.
I try and be witty and funny most the time, I have a stupid sense of humour but will try and make you laugh most of the time, I can be shy to start with but i open up pretty quickly when i get comfortable with you :)

Seeing all the new information on Copilot+ PC Features, like Recall and real-time translation, will these features stay restricted to laptops with NPUs aka laptops released in 2024? I have a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro (2023), so will we still get some of these features or are they going to be limited to the Snapdragon X Elite SOCs and the new chips coming from Intel and AMD with at least an NPU of 45 TOPS.
It's funny because AMD and Intel have already announced their gaming laptops for 2024, they've already come to market. Does that mean none of them will get these new features until 2025 at the earliest? I know that the Intel chips with NPUs have slightly less performance than their HX counterparts even if they all do AI in some form just from the Cloud, versus these new systems based on smaller language models in the Copilot+ PC's products mentioned at the Microsoft's event yesterday. Does that mean anyone with an older PC without an NPU that does at least 40 TOPS is not going to get the most up-to-date versions of Windows with all these new features?

Hey, I'm wanting to purchase my first ever PC for 1080p Ultra gaming.

I really love the Fractal North case and have had my heart set on it for several months, however, I have never built a PC before. I don't feel overly confident with building it which is why I like the Aftershock rig.
With Aftershock, they build it for me (saving me time and money) and it comes with a better processor whilst being cheaper than my build. The only downsides for me are that it comes with an mATX board instead of a normal-sized one, and I just really prefer the Fractal North case.
I'll be getting a higher-paying job next year so I would want to upgrade my GPU to like a 4080 when I have that, but right now, all I want is a 1080p rig (as I only have a 1080p monitor). If I get build 1, I'd eventually have to upgrade CPU AND GPU. With build 2, I'd only really have to upgrade the GPU.
Is it worth it to bite the bullet and get the case I like less with better specs (and being cheaper), or should I continue with my build?

This build uses the case I like and has the better processor, but uses an mATX board which: • A: looks funny in the bigger sized case, and; • B: has less room for upgrades in the future (e.g., less fan slots, less SSD slots, etc...)
Again, I don't feel confident building the PC myself, so any insight into what I should do would be greatly appreciated!
