How come my poop smells like Corn Nuts?

2024.05.21 15:54 skobuffaloes How come my poop smells like Corn Nuts?

By Corn Nuts, I mean the popular snack which is roasted (toasted?) corn kernels in a bag. I think this happens to me when I eat a lot of potato chips. Does anyone else have similar experiences?

2024.05.21 09:28 already_not_yet What eating 2250 calories and 185g protein in a day looks like

I've written a guide on fat loss here that gives background to this post. As mentioned in the guide, my single biggest tactic to keep calories under control (easily, dare I say) is to keep calorie intake low in the first half of the day.

The macronutrient distribution in this plan focuses on providing a balanced intake of protein, carbs, and fats using whole, plant-based foods. For fat loss, the overall caloric intake and the balance between macronutrients should support a caloric deficit while ensuring sufficient protein to preserve muscle mass.

Evaluating the Plan for Fat Loss

Protein: - Aim for 100-120g of protein per day to support muscle maintenance during fat loss. - The provided plan averages about 80g of protein per day, which is slightly below the target. You may want to increase protein by adding more high-protein plant foods such as additional protein powder, more legumes, or nuts/seeds.
Carbohydrates: - Carbohydrates in this plan come primarily from whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, providing necessary fiber and nutrients. - The carb intake ranges from about 150g to 270g per day. For many people, this is moderate and can be adjusted depending on individual tolerance and activity levels. - For fat loss, focus on complex carbs and avoid refined sugars. The plan already avoids refined sugars, focusing on complex carbs.
Fats: - Healthy fats are included from sources like avocados, nuts, seeds, and oils. - The fat intake ranges from about 28g to 59g per day, which is within a reasonable range for a balanced diet.

Adjustments for Optimal Fat Loss

If you feel the carb intake is too high for your specific needs, consider the following adjustments:
  1. Increase Protein:
    • Add a second scoop of plant-based protein powder to your smoothies or oatmeal.
    • Incorporate more high-protein snacks, like an additional serving of edamame or a handful of nuts.
  2. Reduce Carbs:
    • Substitute some grains (like quinoa) with more vegetables (like leafy greens) to reduce overall carb intake.
    • Limit starchy vegetables (e.g., sweet potatoes) on some days and replace them with lower-carb options (e.g., cauliflower or zucchini).
  3. Portion Control:
    • Adjust portion sizes to ensure a caloric deficit. For example, you can have half a cup of quinoa instead of a full cup, or reduce the amount of fruit in your smoothies.

Sample Day Adjusted for Lower Carbs and Higher Protein

Breakfast: - Smoothie: - 1 cup spinach - 1/2 banana (instead of a whole banana) - 1/2 cup frozen berries - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk - 2 scoops plant-based protein powder (to increase protein)
Lunch: - Chickpea Salad Wraps: - 1 cup mashed chickpeas - 1/4 cup diced celery - 1/4 cup diced bell peppers - 2 tbsp tahini - 2 large lettuce leaves (as wraps) - Reduce portion to 3/4 cup chickpeas and add an extra 1/4 cup edamame for more protein and fiber.
Snack: - 1 apple with 2 tbsp almond butter (adjust to 1 tbsp almond butter for lower calories)
Dinner: - Stuffed Bell Peppers: - 2 large bell peppers - 1/2 cup cooked quinoa (instead of 1 cup) - 1/2 cup black beans - 1/2 cup corn - 1 tbsp nutritional yeast - Add 1/2 cup extra firm tofu or tempeh (soy-free option like seitan if avoiding soy) to boost protein
This adjusted day reduces overall carb intake while increasing protein to support muscle preservation and fat loss.
Final Note: It's essential to tailor the plan to your specific needs, activity level, and preferences. Monitor your progress and adjust portions and macros as needed to stay on track with your fat loss goals. Always consider consulting with a registered dietitian or nutritionist to ensure the plan meets your nutritional needs.

2024.05.20 12:22 NevadoDelRuiz Hells Kitchen X Blue Archive: Episode 14

This is one of the episodes I made in BlueArchive. Took inspiration from S11 and S4.
Hells Kitchen X Blue Archive: Episode 14
Black Jackets:
  1. Fuuka
  2. Mika
  3. Iroha
  4. Azusa
  5. Reisa
  6. Kisaki
This is the black jackets. They are the ones who deserved to win the completion. Here they shouldn't make a mistake, but if they did, they must fix it quickly to keep it consistent.
During this day, Ramsay was happy to see the black jacket contestants, and then another challenge has happened. They must make a Bento box for Sensei.
Since their motivation is somehow driven by sensei, they tried to do whatever they could just to make the Bento box look appealing and tasty.
Fuuka, the best chefs in the competition, decided to do a fried rice with fried chicken cutlets that can be dipped with vegemite sauce and a Ceasar salad,
Iroha will also do a fried rice, but served with frankfurters, capellini, and Saurbaten sauce.
Mika goes for a plain rice with orange salmon roast with carbonara and with gravy, and some potato salad with a dash of tea.
Reisa goes for a red rice with spicy mussels that is cooked with garlic sauce, fried chicken, endive salad and basil sauce.
Azusa decided to go with a brown rice lime risotto, New York Strip, Beer battered shrimp and some coleslaw.
Kisaki, decided to make fried rice with carrots, brussel sprouts and topped with corn, and served with chicken curry, pesto pasta and a halibut fillet.
As the author suggest, I have no idea on how a bento box work, but let's assume that it goes well.
So they are done serving it, and I have no idea if it's actually a Bento box, but Ramsay will check if it's good or not
Result: Iroha won, and Mika came second. They both get to enjoy the reward of having a dinner in the Red Winter Palace. The rest will have to churn butter for Ramsay's restaurants.
While Iroha and Mika have a great time, despite Cherino's attitude, the rest of the black jackets are having a hard time of churnibg butter, and Azusa and Kisaki decided to churn butter with ice, thinking that it would make it faster, but it made the process slower. Chef Jason laughed at this debacle.
Later that day, they prepped for the dinner service. They thought they would do this alone, but then they have a competition, against someone. When they cook on the red kitchen, Ramsay decided to face them against the winners of Hell's kitchen. The first winner to be introduced is S14 Meghan, who obliterated the competition without trying. Then there is S18 Ariel, who had two runs and all are extremely great, but the second time she did it she won. Then there is S19 Kori, who had a close competition with Mary Lou. Then there is S20 winner Trenton, despite that one chickengate incident. Then there is S21 winner Alex, the first 40+ winner of Hell's Kitchen, and managed to destroy the competition like Meghan. And finally, there is the S22 winner Ryan, and he is in the season where he isn't the only one who is rooted to win, which includes Sammi and Jonathan, and the final two manage to have the cleanest final service. The Black Jackets think they can beat them, but the winners of Hell's Kitchen have a mixed opinion.
Kori: See that girl with one arm, I think we can beat the team.
Ariel: I don't know, we've been here during one of their services.
Trenton: Oh yeah, their wedding service.
The Black Jackets vs HK winners will have to make their own menus, and the one who had the most approval from the customer, wins.
So later that, they discuss on what to serve on Hell's kitchen. On the black jacket side, they discuss on what appetizers, entrees, and desserts they would serve. While Mika suggested to do something that would appeal customers, Fuuka suggested that they should cook on what they can actually cook, and that is exactly the same thing that the winners of Hell's Kitchen did.
On the other side, the Hell's Kitchen winners will come up a good menu, it's the same strategy that the Black Jackets used, except they are using their winning signature dishes that they did in their season. Alex and Meghan had the best one, and it's on the menu. In fact, they used their dishes that they made during their season because they can do it.
And then during on the dinner service, the Black Jackets got steamrolled by the winners of Hell's kitchen. There is no way they can stand between Meghan and Alex. In comparison to the same challenge that Hells Kitchen have in S11, these winners are way stronger because all of them are talented, in comparison to the winners that participate in S11, because most of them are weak, except for Rock and Dave.
Confessionals:
Meghan: Seeing Alex and I work together, is great. We can the students.
Kisaki: I don't know what's on the other kitchen, they are serving, something. Hopefully they have a hiccup that can get them embarassed in front of chef Ramsay.
Alex: I've seen them before, the one I feared is the broken arm one and the crippled.
Ariel: I see Trenton, and he is doing good. I love this team.
Ryan: We can win this.
The Black Jackets didn't gave up though, they tried their best, and then this happened.
When chef Ramsay checked the Black Jackets, he saw Kisaki not doing anything.
Ramsay: Kisaki what are you doing?
Kisaki: (Taking medicine) I'm having I migraine, and I'm doing my best.
Confessionals:
Mika: Seriously? Migraine? We have two contestants with injuries and they are the literal frontrunners, and her just a small migraine, Kisaki just doesn't want to work anymore. Is her limit way too low?
And Kisaki got kicked out of the kitchen in the most embarassing fashion. When Ariel see the debacle after going to the toilet, she even asked why she got kicked out before working back to help the rest of the winners in Hell's Kitchen, and knowing her S6 run, she knew that Kisaki can't win, and said it to her about the fact that her season had two injured contestants that got into final two.
When Kisaki is out, everything is rolling smooth, but it was no match for them, as the winners of Hell's Kitchen won by a massive landslide of 99% approval in comparison to the Black Jackets, who got 80% approval, plus the winners of Hell's Kitchen managed to finish 7 tables ahead of them, and it shows that their talent is unmatched, while Iroha and Fuuka is close to them.
And then they decided to held the most embarassing elimination ceremony in history of Hell's Kitchen. Ariel decided to nominate Kisaki because she saw the debacle, and the Black Jackets wholeheartedly agree on Ariel's decision, and it made Ramsay eliminated her, and he did not give her a chance to say her plea to stay, right in front of the winners.
Elimination Interview: Kisaki
"This was the worst day of my life. Embarassing myself in front of other winners in Hell's Kitchen, was a big blow to myself. I should have just ignored the migraine."
Elimination Quote:
"Most members on the Black Jacket this season is strong, except for her, she didn't even fought that mild migraine. Have a well rest Kisaki."
How is the script?

2024.05.20 09:50 NevadoDelRuiz Hell's Kitchen X Blue Archive: Episode 17 (Finale)

Finally, it's done...
Ep17 Finale
Black Jackets:
  1. Fuuka
  2. Mika
  3. Iroha
  4. Azusa (eliminated)
  5. Reisa (eliminated)
  6. Kisaki (eliminated)
This is the last episode of Hell's Kitchen X Blue Archive, thanks for following my story.
In the dorms, they have a bit of discussion on what do they think of each other. In their discussion, there is a common theme, which is who is going to win. While Fuuka thinks Mika is going to win, the rest thinks that Fuuka will because of experience. Iroha was on her last legs, or arm and in the competition, she suffered way too much. Even Ramsay was concerned about it, because one time she fainted after service, and almost does it again in the black jackets. Fuuka asked if she is using her dominant arm, and it turns out, that the dominant arm was the injured one. This, was way more impressive that she managed to move fast on that.
On the final challenge, they will have to plan 5 dishes: one hot appetizer, one cold appetizer, one meat entree, one fish entree, and a dessert. In order to help them, the sous chefs will together help them come up with their dishes. But since there are only two sous chefs, he invited a third chef, which is Nick, the 3rd placer on S17. He would become the next sous chef after Jay. But the first thing he should do is to assist the final three.
So this thing is randomised, so while Fuuka got Christina, Mika got Jason, and Iroha got Nick, and all three discussed on what to make.
And after discussing, they decided to travel around Kivotos, just to have fun before the final service.
And then all of the sudden, they went into the stage, and then the crowd is introduced to the final three of Hell's Kitchen. Here they will present their dishes in front of the crowd. So when the time starts, they all start cooking. With the help of their chefs they picked, they will finish their cooking faster.
After 45 minutes, they finished all of their dishes, and they will present it to the judges.
The first one is the hot appetizers, and the judge would be Luca Manfe, the winner of MasterChef S4.
Iroha decided to cook a fish pasta with pesto sauce, Fuuka decided to do her iconic stew that she made during lunch, and Mika decided to make roasted shrimp skewers.

Iroha: 8 Fuuka: 10 Mika: 7
The second one is the cold appetisers, and the judge would be Alvin Leung, the judge of MasterChef Canada.
Fuuka decided to make her own version of Ceasar salad, where she adds some new ingredients, Iroha decided to make Ceviche out of salmon, and Mika tried to do a potato salad.
Scores:
Iroha: 17 Fuuka: 20 Mika: 16
The third one is the meat entree, and the judge would be Wolfgang Puck, a close friend of Gordon Ramsay, who has a lot of Michelin stars.
Mika decided to make beef steak with sauce, Fuuka grilled porkchop with some bit of a salad, and Iroha tries to fry some turkey.
Scores:
Iroha: 26 Fuuka: 29 Mika: 25
The fourth is the fish entree, and Uncle Roger will be the judge.
Iroha tries to make an oven baked dory, Fuuka tries to make a grilled halibut with scallops and corn salad, and Mika makes Fish and Chips.
Scores:
Iroha: 36 Fuuka: 38 Mika: 35
The last would be the desserts, and the judge will be David Jorge, the winner of MasterChef S2.
Here Fuuka decided to make a cinnamon flan with sugar cage, Mika decided to make a orange cake roll, and Iroha decided to grill a fruit, again, but this time it is a dessert instead of an entree.
Scores:
Iroha: 46 Fuuka: 47 Mika: 45
In conclusion, Iroha and Fuuka will be going to the finals, and as for Mika, she is the last boot, and as for the other two, they will decide on who to join the brigade. Iroha, immediately went for Mika as she is the closest on her team...
And then the rest of the former contestants came, and they are the last 9 eliminated contestants. They decided to choose on who to place on the brigade.
Here are the teams:
Iroha: - Mika - Azusa - Makoto - Hifumi - Hoshino
Fuuka: - Reisa - Izuna - Hina - Kisaki - Kotori
After this, they will have to prepare for their most important dinner service. They will be the one who will create their own menu to be served on their teams.
So in the menu creation process, they decided to plan on what to put in the menu. Both of them decided to have a menu that they can handle in terms of how well they would do in the stations.
And a day later, the finalist met up with Gordon Ramsay, and they will receive their head chef jackets, and they will prepped together for the dinner service.
Few hours later...
The dinner service starts, and the final two will keep an eye on their respective kitchens. They will keep a close look on their dishes and will try to spot their mistakes. Fuuka has the advantage on spotting errors, and then Iroha has the advantage on her leadership.
They both did well in terms of running in the kitchen, but the chefs still made some mistakes. Instead of Ramsay telling that they made a mistake, the final two decided to tell them instead. It kept them motivated and because of a proper assigning of stations, they didn't need to eject someone from the kitchen.
Then Iroha found an incorrect ticket, and told the Maitre'd about the errors and it was corrected immediately. Fuuka found the same thing.
At the end, they managed to have a clean dinner service, and then they have to wait for the results.
While they are waiting for the results at the dorms, Gordon Ramsay decided to collect all of the results from their runs in Hell's Kitchen, and what they managed to do in the competition.
The decision, was difficult, because there is one chef who is consistent, which is Fuuka, and the other chef is exponentially growing fast, which is Iroha. They also have to do it while they suffer injuries in a certain degree.
After some hours, Iroha and Fuuka is called in the office and they met Ramsay.
Ramsay talks to them on how far they have been in the competition. He tells that making a decision on who to win is difficult. He decided to announce in advance they they are both winners, but one of them can open the door.
And then outside the office, a crowd is waiting. The contestants, and their loved ones, watching whoever is in those doors.
And back at the office, Iroha and Fuuka hold those door handles, and only one of them would open. Before the count to three, Fuuka and Iroha talk to them one more time, saying it doesn't matter who would win because they are both winners at the end. Fuuka rebutted that whoever opens the door, we would still be a good sport.
On a count to three, it was nerve-racking moment, because they don't know whose door is going to open.
One, two, three... They grab the door handles, and twist it open.
Iroha, had the door opened. She has won Hell's Kitchen.
Everyone was shocked, and then cheer for it. Fuuka followed he behind, with Ramsay saying you are still a winner in the show and should not quit on what she is doing.
Winner's interview: Iroha
"Finally, after an immense pain and suffering, I did it! I won Hell's Kitchen! I dedicated it to Gehanna, my friends, and my parents for winning!"
Winners quote:
"Iroha and Fuuka have different journeys, there is the one who grew exponentially, and the one who is consistently good. They both have to suffer from their teammates, and their physical hinderance. One of them edges a bit more. Iroha starts of with some little awareness in the kitchen, but as the time passes, she founds out her leadership is what she needs to run the kitchen, despite with only one weaker arm, and she learned a lot on her journey, making friends along the way, growing stronger very quickly every after service. This is what I need to become my next head chef in BLT Steak."

2024.05.20 00:21 Nosferenix Ideas and suggestions for purchases

Hey everyone, I've been a lurker for a bit and also I use to work at a Loblaws locations but left nearly a year ago. But that's besides the point.
Anywho, I wanted to do this post to help out those who may need to save money during the difficult months like winter. As we all know, the summer season is upon us and that means we will have more variety that local. My family does this every year, and it has saved us TONS of money.
What we do, we buy a good chunk of our vegetables that we need for the year. Our main veg of choice are corn, brussel sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli. During the summer we buy TONS of this, and we prep it for the winter.
We roast and cook everything slightly ahead of time. If you have a vacuum sealer that's awesome, we use it mainly for the sprouts, broccoli and cauliflower to prevent freezer burn, corn you can do in ziplock bags.
So if anything buy in bulk during the summer months, store for winter and you won't have to buy those items later and the price is doubled!
Another is when eye of the round roasts go on sale, we buy a lot of those ahead of time too, but we don't use it all for roasting, cut them into stakes, sliver the meat for sandwiches and stir frys, this roast barely has fat on it, but it's very versatile!
I don't know if this may help anyone, but I hope it may help those looking to save and prepare for winter.
Take care everyone!

2024.05.19 15:08 DoGsPaWsLoVe Saturday 05/18/24: 11 Posts

Here is the recap of the 11 monetized posts from Kylea G Weight loss Journey on 05/18/24.
"Greed is a never-ending hunger, that drives people to sacrifice morals and values for personal gain." -Unknown
โš ๏ธ Compulsive Buying Disorder (CBD), aka shopping addiction, Disordered Eating, Gaslighting, Grief, Illness, Infertility, TTC (trying to conceive) Community, and Religion will be discussed.
Disclaimers: I am not a physician, influencer, or paid content creator. I am not affiliated with WW. I am semi-retired from the healthcare field with multiple college degrees. These opinions are my own based on social media content. I wish no harm to Kylea or Joseph "Joe" Gomez.
โ˜Ž๏ธ If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, please call or text 988 for assistance.
Behind the Scenes Family Update: Kylea Gomez has been exploiting a life-changing medical diagnosis of a close relative (without their permission and against their wishes) to internet strangers in social media messages. She has claimed that she is supporting this relative (which is a lie) to justify her work ethic, productivity, and even basic hygiene issues. Let that sink in for a moment...
To this relative: You, your family, and your medical team are in my prayers. โœ๏ธ
To Kylea's Biological Parents: Your daughter disparages your name and relationship for personal and financial gain frequently. No concert, trip, or gift provided to you with money obtained under (allegedly) false and deceptive pretenses justifies Kylea's disturbing behaviors. Stop enabling her.
California Clarification: Kylea was rejected by a Cavapoo breeder from adopting the Original Birdie (OB) during her California trip. I am thankful to the breeders of OB for making a tough decision in the best interest of the puppy. For me, this seals the deal that Kylea falsified details of this California trip and rushed home to find Backup Birdie (BB), who is the focus of today's content.
The tagline of Kylea G Weight loss Journey is, "I changed my entire life with prayer and a playlist of songs. No surgery, no meds. Just Jesus."
DAILY STATS: 05/18/24
0/11 posts discussed prayer
0/11 posts discussed music
0/11 posts discussed exercise
3/11 posts discussed a recipe
1/11 posts was about takeout "coffee" at 5 am
7/11 posts were about Birdie Mae ๐Ÿถ
๐Ÿ“ข For our friends at Meta, that means 63% of Kylea's monetized content had nothing to do with weight loss, which is the tagline and purpose of her page. Her weight loss journey ended July 2023 per her content. Why do you continue to pay her for non-weight loss content?
โš ๏ธ Disordered Eating- Daily WW Points Used (Data compiled from monetized content):
1 WW Point: Crazy Llama "coffee" with almond milk, sugar-free vanilla, sugar-free peppermint, and sugar-free white chocolate
3 WW Points: Taco Soup with 12 Trader Joe's Rolled Corn Chili & Lime flavored Tortilla Chips
๐Ÿ“ข For our friends at Meta, Kylea consumed 4 WW points out of (up to) 30 daily WW points= SEVERE disordered eating. This messaging is deadly for those on a weight loss journey. Follow your policies and take action.
Recipes Shared: 1. Taco Soup: ๐Ÿšจ This recipe has dangerous sodium levels. Please know your daily sodium recommendations before making this recipe. ๐Ÿšจ
  1. Taco Rice Bowls: The soup is drained and added to 1 minute jalapeรฑo rice with cheese. ๐Ÿšจ The sodium alert is the same as above. ๐Ÿšจ
โ˜Ž๏ธ Please speak with a medical professional about any questions or concerns you have about your health.
Comments: To the animal lovers, I am sending you good vibes to get through this nonsense. Here we go...
  1. Coffee at 5am: Kylea and Joe are pictured in their vehicle outside Crazy Llama Coffee with the sun shining bright. Kylea claims she was home at 5 am, and Joe took her right away to get her "favorite coffee."
โธ๏ธ The sun rises in Joplin after 6 am. Why lie? โธ๏ธ Her facial sunburn that disappeared yesterday is back today. How did that happen? โธ๏ธ Kylea claims she does not have cravings or temptations. However, she is addicted to sweet. Her "coffee" is beige colored at best, and she needed it right away...
  1. Backup Birdie Part 1: Her airline approved pet travel accessory backpack is shown in the vehicle. "All my dog mom dreams are coming true today ๐Ÿ’– ๐Ÿถ"
  2. Backup Birdie Part 2: "My heart is so full!!! ๐Ÿ’– ๐Ÿถ I got the cuddliest, cutest, sweetest girl. ๐Ÿ˜ญ I cried when I met my puppy for the first time because I love her so much already!!"
โธ๏ธ Kylea's followers immediately started asking to see pictures and were told they needed to wait until after Kylea's family met her first. HoWeVeR, some influencers (bestie Drue Basham, Drue's SIL Sierra, Brittany Bryant, etc.) got to see her first and comment from their influencer accounts about Birdie. I'm sorry, loyal top fans and followers, possible cross-engagement from "trusted" influencers is more important than respecting your loyalty. Welcome inside the mind of a ๐Ÿˆ ๐ŸŸ er. Always trying to boost engagement, the algorithm, and gain new followers...
  1. Taco Soup Recipe: ๐Ÿšจ This sodium monstrosity has canned beans, jarred salsa, enchilada sauce, rotel, roasted corn, a ranch seasoning packet, a taco seasoning packet, fresh chicken, and water. ๐Ÿ˜ฒ
  2. Backup Birdie Part 3: "Welcome home ๐Ÿ  to our forever girl ๐ŸŽ€ Birdie Mae ๐Ÿถ She's already following Joseph and I around and has brought us so much joy. ๐ŸŒˆ ๐ŸŽ€"
โธ๏ธ The puppy shown does not appear to be a Cavapoo, and Kylea refuses to answer follower questions about her breed. Remember, Birdie was not supposed to come home until May 20th, then May 19th.
To all individuals in the TTC Community, I know the ๐ŸŒˆ is a powerful symbol for you. I have experienced pregnancy loss and fertility care. My heart hurts for anyone triggered by the language Kylea uses and humanizing pets in reference to pregnancy loss. ๐Ÿ™
  1. Backup Birdie Part 4: "The moment I held her, I just knew she was meant for me.๐ŸŽ€ ๐Ÿถ She loves all of the cuddles which is good because I do too. ๐Ÿ’–"
โธ๏ธ Not one reference of her "sweet boy" Oliver or Alice. Where are the cats? BB is asleep on Kylea.
  1. Taco Soup Part 2: ๐Ÿšจ Since it wasn't salty enough, why not put some chili & lime tortilla chips on top? Chef's ๐Ÿ’‹. Kylea held the bowl, showing her barefoot on the floor. I did NOT miss her feet content. ๐Ÿคข
  2. Backup Birdie Part 5: "We already love her so much ๐ŸŽ€ ๐Ÿ’–" BB is asleep in a fuzzy blanket on her puppy bed.
  3. Backup Birdie Part 6: Within 30 minutes of this writer posting info in Reddit chat of how to file an animal complaint in Joplin, MO as a PSA (not a threat) encouraging Kylea & Joe to be crystal clear about Alice's whereabouts, a picture of Joe cuddling BB with Alice behind him on the couch is posted. "Joseph loves Birdie Mae too ๐Ÿ’– ๐Ÿถ So far she loves to sleep ๐Ÿ˜ด"
โธ๏ธ 3 animals are now housed in a small apartment. Two cats with behavioral issues and a young puppy. Kylea can claim she will have no issues because "it will be fine," but she is ignorant, immature, and selfish. Wise followers will remove their rose-colored glasses and see the truth. There is a theory Alice was edited into the photo again...
  1. Taco Soup Part 3: ๐Ÿšจ No more takeout for Joe! He gets to eat Taco Soup Rice Bowls for work lunches this week.
โธ๏ธ On the recent McDonalds post, a smart follower asked what Joe eating McDonalds had to do with WW. Kylea replied it was a "balanced lifestyle." Remember, Kylea & Joe want you to believe Joe has not gained weight no matter what he eats, with photo evidence (even modified) proving differently. Kylea's chains were broken 07/05/21. No cravings, temptations, plateaus, weight gain...a perfect journey to this day (and forever). ๐Ÿ˜‡ Please disregard her obvious eating disorder and mental illnesses. Seek medical care, Kylea Gomez. โ˜ฎ๏ธ
  1. Backup Birdie Part 7: A 12-second video is shared of BB playing with a squeaky toy on the carpet.
โธ๏ธ No Oliver, Grams, or Gibson content today. Kylea told her followers (in a comment) that Oliver had not met the puppy. It's good to see your "sweet boy" and subject of a ridiculous amount of monetized content is already booted engagement wise.
Final thoughts: Money reveals people's true colors. ๐Ÿ‘€ Buckle in for a nauseating amount of BB nontent.
Takeout: Crazy Llama takeout for 2: $16 est + tip;
All info from Reddit. โœŒ๏ธ

Ogbe Ogunda
We throw the rear of the head backward Before pouring yangan (roasted corn) into the mouth This was the Ifa cast for Ori-Inu (Character) The same was also cast for Ori-Ode (Destiny) They were advised to offer ebo To avoid cross purposes between them that could destroy them both Now, I am appealing to my character Not to disrupt my destiny
For Orisa devotees, character is crucial. Consider the numerous situations in which we interact with one another every day. Whether it's a simple greeting to a neighbor, collaborating with colleagues at work, helping a stranger in need, or supporting family and friends, our character shapes these interactions. It influences how we treat others, make decisions, and uphold our values. Demonstrating integrity, kindness, and respect in our daily interactions reflects our commitment to the principles of Orisa and strengthens our connections with the community. Do not let your character destroy your good destiny.
