the pain I feel hurts so much I think of of death as the only escape because I can’t keep withstanding a pain with no expiration date.
I don’t know what to do anymore. I wish I still didn’t miss him with such ferocity or yearn this much.

So, in December I was pulled over. I went to hand the officer my proof of insurance, at that moment I realized that I had my expired slip from last year. I explained to the officer that I did in fact have valid insurance, I had just forgot to switch the old slip out with the new slip. Regardless, he charged me with driving without insurance. I hired Xcopper and had a paralegal going to court on my behalf. The first court date was pushed back from January to March. I had submitted all my info to the paralegal including my proof of insurance that showed that I did in fact have valid insurance at the time of the traffic stop. After I submitted my all my info/documents I stopped hearing from the paralegal. I called, texted, and emailed Xcopper as well as the paralegal representing me. My court date came and went and I was actually unsure if they had even attended. I expected to receive info from the court in the mail but never did. Fast forward to last week, I received an email saying that they attended my court date on May 15 (which I wasn't even aware of) and had decided to plea guilty to the charge based on a lack of evidence. Now I'm stuck with a $6,255 fine which I definitely cannot afford. Is there any course of action I can take that will mend this situation? I understand the onus is on the defense team to prove that I was insured, but for whatever reason (I still cannot get ahold of them) they decided not to.. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I have a spreadsheet to track when members accomplished annual training. Cells have date and time when the training was accomplished. How can i accomplish the conditional formatting to show which members are expired (12months past the entered date)? I've used "=EDATE(TODAY(),-12)" in the past but this is not working with these cells with the long date & time.

So I just went to Kroger yesterday and bought brand new Turkey lunch meat that’s like pre packaged and sealed. The expiration date wasn’t until JUNE 2024. I went to make a sandwich today, so this is the first time I am even opening up the package and it smell horrendous. It is not fresh meat. I obviously didn’t eat it because I’m not about to die. But I had it properly refrigerated since I got it and it was a sealed package that I bought from a refrigerated area at the grocery store. Is this grounds to sue the company that makes the turkey? Or the grocery store? Who knows what eating that meat could have done to me. I have proof I didn’t just drive around for an hour after buying either. I went straight home where I put the meat in the fridge(there’s a video from my camera showing me pulling into the driveway 10 min after buying). Should I not bother and just go get a refund? Help

My Student Prime Subscription expired May 20th, 2024. I turned off auto renew and deleted my cards as I don’t have the funds right now to renew. I logged in this morning and see I have Prime($139 a year) with a new renewal date of May 20th, 2025. Under transaction history I don’t see any charges for it so I’m very confused if this is somewhat normal or am I going to get an email soon saying I need to add a card to pay for the membership.

Hello, first time here and going to keep it as simple as possible. Thanks so much for anyone's help or perspective I really appreciate it!
Long story short scenario:
According to the customer service agents there is a known glitch/error with Delta disconnecting credits from your account on accident, where it doesn't show and can't be attached to the account even when looking it up manually it won't attach. They said this error was apparent in this case.
I was under the impression that if buy a flight with a partial credit and then needing to cancel again if the monetary value of what was spent on top of the previous credit was higher it would create a new expiration date or put the original e-credit back in it's place and create a new one for the new money that was spent with an appropriate date?
With the glitch as well as the expiration date being giving to the ~$1,674 that I just spend in January - March through the new flight purchases it feels like a scam.
I would completely understand if the $526 expired portion being gone was just that amount, but the $1,674 was just spent and should not be taken away in my opinion!
I am waiting to hear back from the written complaint but was hoping to get some insight from anyone that may have gone through this weird loophole-feeling situation.

Long story short scenario:
- I purchased a flight in January 2024 that totaled ~$1,400. This flight used an e-credit of mine that was ~$526 and was set to expire May 18th 2024.
- I then cancelled that flight and rebooked a new flight 3 times, all more expensive than the last. For the last flight that I booked that I ended up actually flying on, for some reason Delta.com would not allow me to use my previously booked flight amount. I had to purchase a new flight with new money and take the canceled flight amount back as an e-credit.
- The final total of the e-credit that was to be returned to me amounted to ~$2,200. The date of this transaction was March 5th 2024.
- This e-credit never appeared in my account and to find it I had to manually search for it via the e-credit number which is what I did today as I was trying to book a new flight.

However, when it got to the bank details I was highly suspicious because it was asking for money so I didn’t put any bank details in there at all. I quickly deleted my browser history as well. My bank actually doesn’t have my email and nor does it have my phone number so the scammers could never bypass that and nor do they have my bank details. A month ago I'm leaving the grocery store and Boomer A is grilling me hard as I'm sitting in the car. I roll my window down, "Sorry sir, is everything alright?
Boomer A: "You have no fucking right to use a handicap spot you aren't handicapped".
Me: Calmly exits the vehicle, pulls up a pant leg, and asks - oh sorry, is having your foot amputated no longer considered handicap?
Boomer A: "Well you walk very normally"
Yeah no shit, it's taken years of physical therapy and a lot of pain to "walk normally" and guess what it still hurts, I just know how to deal with it.
Then today, a similar situation left the market, getting grilled again, ask again because apparently, I'm a masochist.
"Sir I can't help but notice something wrong, whats up?"
Boomer B: You don't have a handicap placard you shouldn't use the spot
Me: Oh I do, it's just lying down because the hook broke, (sarcastically) would you like me to show you my missing leg to prove I need it?
Boomer B: "Oh no I'm missing part of my leg too, I just take handicap abuse very seriously.

Just mind your fucking business, sure people abuse it, and those that do are pieces of shit but you aren't the judge here thanks.

- I took PPL lessons back in 2014 at KFWS and received a Student Pilot Cert. I just signed up for IACRA and saw my cert from 2014 is listed and the expiration date is blank. Is my certificate from 10 years ago still good? Or do I need to re-apply?
- I spoke with FAA-CAMI on 05/10 (finally got through on the phone) and spoke with a person to request a SODA flight. He asked for my MID# and what FSDO I'm requesting. Requested the North Texas FSDO, he said "Ok, I will put the request in." I don't see anything in my MedExpress. I called them again yesterday and spoke to another person to which she said "I see the request has been put in, but it hasn't been processed yet." I've seen a few people mention getting their local congressman involved to push things forward. I wanted to get y'all's thoughts here. Continue to wait, or take action to push things forward?

A relative of mine has sent their GNIB renewal application through the new online system. This was done over a month ago and ISD are experiencing a high volume of renewals. With that, it’s taking much longer for their renewal application. ISD are currently processing renewals for the week before my relative submitted their own.
They have a holiday booked outside the EU in 2 weeks and they fear that their new GNIB card won’t arrive on time. It’s a Stamp 4 GNIB. They hold a 1951 Convention Travel Document too. Their GNIB will still be in date when they leave Ireland for their holidays, but expires during it.
Does anyone know if there is anything that can be done for them to return to Ireland? Or is there no guaranteed option? Will they just have to change their flights?
