Fort on the Saskatchewan is on hold for the moment, I’m trying to focus efforts onto a cheaper to manufacture card game, “Blizzard Blitz”.
I’m also working on a digital TCG, right now just called “Frontiers” with a theme inspired by the Bionicle toy line from Lego. The hope is to have a TCG which releases digitally; uses the digital platform to perform balancing and then eventually cards release as a physical set. I hate all these QR code TCGs that are popping up.
My card game “Alkazarium” is also on hold. The game that has players making piecemeal amendments to the rules that dictate the game. I had high hopes, it playtests really well, it just feels… lacking. It feels like a proof-of-concept for something bigger

I had to get a new SIM card with a new number today. While I was still at the store, I tried to set up a new WhatsApp account with my new number. I got the "We couldn't send an SMS to your number. Please check your number and try again in 1 hour." notification.
I showed the tech support guy and he said it's a common problem with iPhones. He took out my SIM card and put it into an Android phone. When we tried again, it worked. The code was immediately sent via SMS to the Android phone and I was able to create my account.
So if you have the option, maybe try this? I've read posts where waiting for an hour doesn't help and it just shows the same message, so it's definitely worth a try.

I ordered 4 items from Etsy from the USA from a seller. He shipped all four in four different boxes. I got four letters with four reference codes for four customs to pay. I did the Parcel Force instructions and paid all four. Each one was £52 and the total was £208. It is all done and paid.
Today, three of the boxes showed up and not the fourth. The tracking says three have been paid for, but the fourth says it hasn't been paid for, yet I did pay for all four since I did all four together and got a total of £208, which I confirmed with my card reader.
Does this sometimes happen where one says it isn't paid for, even though it is and just takes a little longer, or do I need to escalate it? I'm thinking because it is four boxes they just had someone deliver three. And taking the fourth another day as it is too much to carry. All google will give me is hits about needing to reset the WiFi card so hopefully someone here can help. I have a 2018 Razer Blade 15” and the card is an Intel Wireless-AC 9560 160Hz. This has happened 3 times now. The WiFi options completely disappear from settings and the driver shows code 10. The first time it happened I tried all the software fixes I could, including a clean install of the driver from an external drive. Nothing worked but removing the WiFi card and re-seating it. It has happened twice more now and I’m broke so before I buy a new card I wanted to see if this is an issue that has been encountered before and what the fix was. Is it likely to be a problem with the card or with the slot on the motherboard? It is worth mentioning that that I have completely removed the battery after it started swelling and have not replaced it. By my observation, I do not think this should affect the card. Nothing seems more flexible than it did before.

Over the past few days, I experienced three bans that resulted in a permanent ban yesterday. Three of my friends are experiencing the same thing after our mutual friend's account got hacked. So far I am the only one with a permanent ban - their bans have been overturned (for now).
I went to a store today to get a new SIM card so I could get a new number for my WhatsApp account. The tech support guy at the store said he has seen hundreds of people this year with the same type of issue I had - random bans for no reason, as well as bans after one of their contacts got hacked.
I understand that WhatsApp isn't very lucrative for Meta, but it has billions of users and is the primary messaging app in my country and many others.
I know this story is an anecdote etc. etc, but this, along with the insane amount of people in the comments on WhatsApp's Twitter and Instagram pages (and this subreddit), makes me think that this is probably a widespread problem. I just don't understand why there's basically no customer support for these types of issues, and NO explanation/reason given for bans.

This season was the first time hitting Infinite with a defensive "Good Cards" deck. Struggled early on with my go-to standard proactive points-focused decks. Always seemed to be matched against decks that could easily exploit or match my decks. This caused me to get baited into larger cube losses. In past seasons, I would get frustrated with the deck matching, but this season seemed to take it to a whole new level. Found that the somewhat randomness of a Good Cards deck matched me against more diverse pools of decks. Early retreats and clear wins became more obvious, and slowly, I was able to climb. Also, having to pull the correct combo of cards was not needed as much. I'm not sure if I will go back to more offensive card combing-type decks going forward.

I got some tickets for a show. The virtual queue was way too long and I was given a supposedly "hacked" shortcut link to get to the front of the line w/o having to wait. I bought 3 tickets. I immediately get this email from TicketPortal's official email address (I verified the Ls weren't Is), stating I'd just made a purchase and saying I'd have to confirm the credit card belongs to me within 7 days (this Friday) by submitting the transaction code I'll get on my bank statement within 3 days.

Then a few hours go by and someone else comments it STILL is a scam, because apparently "the website is in fact TicketPortal, it's their domain, but somehow the transaction goes through another entity called AccesoAR" and that "I can see the tickets on my account, I'll get the QR code and all, but when they scan my ticket it'll show up as inexistent/fake"...
So what I'm wondering is: does anybody know if this is EVEN POSSIBLE?
