I found a list of all of the counties / municipalities using the Flock system and sharing that data with each other.
Note that they have a database of every RSO tag # and get a “hit” every time one drives past a camera and share that info with each other.

Hey guys, I can take one and a half week off in the summer and plan to take my family out for the vacation. Beach is my favorite place to spend vacation but I read online that summer might not be the best time to visit beach in Florida due to the higher humidity.
I am wondering is there still some beaches in FL that is good to visit in the summer (July and August)? Ive been Clearwater before and really want to go there again. But it seems that the average temp in July and August is around 32 Celsius and 15 days of raining. St Augustine is a bit hotter but around 10 days raining so its humidity is lower.
Can you guys share some insights with me whether it’s still a good timing to visit these two beaches (or other beaches you think might be better) during summer?

I was laid off from my job 2 months ago and unemployment benefits Isn’t enough to support me and my family through this time. I was able to pawn some things to make the mortgage payment last month but I won’t have enough this month. Going to FL next week, will be visiting family not far from Tampa for half the week then renting a car and doing a beach or two the rest. Have already been to Honeymoon Island (glorious), St. Pete Beach (albeit very briefly), and Clearwater. Ones I’m considering: Pass-a-Grille, Lido Key, Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island. Honestly Honeymoon Island was so nice, I’m not opposed to going back, but I don’t get down to FL as often as I’d like, so new beaches are kind of preferred. New EV driver here with a Lyriq. With the inability to use Tesla superchargers, how are you guys accomplishing your road trips? I am around the Lawrenceville area in Georgia, so zip code 30043. And just looking at traveling to a place like Clearwater Beach in FL, zip code 33767. That's 487 mile trip, which means I would need to charge halfway through the trip. I am just not seeing how road trips like this are possible without wasting 1-3 hours to get 200 miles from a charger.
Does someone see something on a charging map that makes it feasible to take an EV?
