Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar and what do you recommend?
A while back I had a TERRIBLE experience at Concentra Medical for a pre employment physical and labs. Long story short- the people they had trained were pretty incompetent (I’m in the medical field) and I had to explain how to properly apply a tourniquet and ask for hot packs to better assist them in my lab draw. A few different people tried and I got a lot of attitude from one of the girls. I had asked to speak to the manager in which it was the most unprofessional interaction I’ve ever had. What she said and how she spoke to me. I then asked for a number to call someone above her (Center Director) before I left. They proceeded on to do the physical with no success of getting my blood and after the physical they came in and told me “they were refusing to draw my labs today.” I had agreed that was probably a good idea. I left and went to a different concentra where I had a completely different and positive experience.
Fast forward to 3 days later where my company called me to inform me they had “banned me” for the following reasons: I was “verbally abusive to staff” and said RN’s are better than MA’s (medical assistants). I was floored! First off I NEVER said or implied that. I also had no idea she was a MA as I assumed she was a phlebotomist. When I asked for specifics on how I was verbally abusive, they refused to elaborate. I explained I never once yelled at anyone, I never swore, cussed or made derogatory comments.
I escalated this to the corporate office where an “investigation was done.” I was told they “even interviewed the front desk and their story matched. I knew this was even more BS because I had minimum interaction with the front desk besides check in and spent maybe 15 mins in the lobby before being called back. I was in the room clear at the back end of the hall no where near the front desk.
My take away: this “Center Director” made an attempt to CYA because she knew I was going to complain to someone above her and instead flipped it and made up some good lies to prevent her from being accountable for her or her medical assistant. The interesting thing was the next Site I went to had an MA who had worked at the previous location and completely validated how awful the center manager was to people and fully believed I was treated exactly how I said I was.
So now I’m banned from Concentra and I’m stuck relying on them often for my job for physicals and lab draws. I had almost considered getting a lawyer but decided that’s a ridiculous amount of energy and money.
I feel like I’m being railroaded by a corporate company who doesn’t actually care about the truth. I even explained- it made no sense if I was so “verbally abusive” why they proceeded to do my physical after the attempt at the lab draws and my interaction with the center manager. Wouldn’t they just ask me to leave then? If even one person in Concentras corporate office had a brain to do the math on how this makes no sense.. maybe someone would have found the truth.
Any recommendations on who to file a complaint to and what to do?

We are planning a team offsite in September. I would really appreciate any recommendations for resorts and team activities. Our budget is $500 per person for 2 days, including meals, drinks, stay, and activities.

We're working on an alternative reality game/website based in our World of Dreams. The Dream Weaver is stealing dreams and making people lose hope. Players must work together to reclaim these dreams and help them come true.
Here's what makes our game unique:

• Real-World Integration: We're blending real-world activities with our game world to create an immersive experience. Clues and tasks will take players out into the real world, mixing reality and gameplay.

Current Progress: We have most of the designs done and the core loops established.
What we need help with:

• Pulling everything together
• Incorporating Jung's concepts like the dragon serpent and collective consciousness into the storyline and game
• Integrating the story with different features
• Planning the overall navigation and polishing the UI
• Finalizing animations

Our game includes unique places like the "District of Dreams," where the theme "As Above, So Below" is central. The main landing page, the Dream Vault, is where users sign up. We need to make it intriguing to encourage them to join.
We need to hire a game designer to help me complete these designs

We're still in early access, and the surface remains unfinished, ending at boss 2 for now. This is not a post about the final boss, because that could go in just about any direction. I wanted to discuss Boss 3, which I think could be very interesting in terms of the story.
The third boss is something of a gatekeeper towards the end of a run. Once you beat them, you're at the home stretch. So thematically, they tend to hold a bit of importance. In Hades I, we're up against Theseus and Asterius, the champions of Elysium, who are essentially in the highest echelon of the underworld. These two are two of the most respected shades we meet (if their fans are anything to go by), one of whom is favoured among the Olympians the same way Zagreus is. Not only that, they are the last undead we fight before reaching Styx, marking what is IMO the first step into the surface. After them, Zagreus is up against living creatures, barring certain enemies in the [redacted] fight.
The rest of the post is spoiler-ridden, so stop here if you don't want to read Hades II spoilers.
TL;DR - I think the third boss for the surface is Pasiphae or Heracles.
The bosses in Hades II follows a similar theme. Cerberus is the last true guardian of Hades' Underworld. The previous biomes' enemies have some level of loyalty to Chronos to fight Melinoe, but the other bosses themselves are either an outright enemy of Chronos (Hecate), or remain a little ambiguous/just being haters. Past the Fields of Mourning, we start to encounter the ones closest to Chronos. Boss 3 is the final Underworld denizen we face who has no loyalty to Chronos, representing Melinoe's journey from dangerous territory into straight-up enemy lines. Looking towards the surface, I think there's an overarching theme going on that could clue into the third boss in the run.
I think the thread that connects them is a loss of respect in the Olympians.
We have Polyphemus, who for the most part is just a shepherd in Ephyra who generally keeps to himself. We know that since he chooses not to fight Heracles, despite knowing that he's around in Ephyra and on the gods' side. He mentioned himself that he mostly eats sheep, and fights Melinoe simply because he thought she was an aggressor trying to steal stuff from his house, which was what Odysseus did before blinding him. Melinoe also mentions that he was bought off by Chronos, so ultimately his loyalty to the guy boils down to the gold and/or food he gets. The rise of Chronos doesn't matter to him, the guy just wants to be left alone with his sheep (correct me if I'm wrong here, I can't remember all his dialogue off the top of my head).
The next boss is Eris, who has made it adamantly clear that she is not on Chronos' side, but wants the freedom that would come from the Golden Age. She feels restricted under the rule of the Olympians, and wants to stop Melinoe because it's the way she can express her desire to be an individual person without teaming with the bad guys. Though she also shows a desire for others to seek their own freedom as well, asking Melinoe about her life as a weapon against Chronos and not much else outside of that.
The apprehension to Olympus extends even further with Nemesis, who questions whether mortals would be better off in the Golden Age again (which was explicitly stated to have been a better time for mortals than the present). There's a general distrust in the Olympians planted in the game, and it only seems to be growing as the story unfolds.
Which leads into the third boss.
If we follow the same "pattern" as Cerberus and the Champions, this boss should also have some sort of resentment towards the Olympians - though not enough to claim loyalty to Chronos - while fighting Melinoe right at their doorstep. I have two predictions on who/what we could be up against:
1. Pasiphae, mother of the Minotaur:
This is definitely the weaker one out of my predictions, but it has some sense to it. Pasiphae is the last big sorceress from Greek mythology that is missing from the game, since we already have Medea and Circe. Though unlike those two, Pasiphae was wrongfully punished by Poseidon to give birth to the Minotaur for something that her husband Minos did. While Minos was honoured in the afterlife as a Judge of the dead, the Olympians made Pasiphae into an embarrassment by giving birth to a monster (sorry Asterius).
With Icarus and the Daedalus hammers already prominent in the game/story, she could be woven into the game with a baked-in hatred to Melinoe for using the works of Daedalus, sending her into the Labyrinth to prevent her from helping Olympus. Is it reason enough to side with Chronos? Maybe, but if she already hates Poseidon, I doubt she would support his father.
2. Heracles:
Hear me out; this is a Heracles that has already killed his first family, done his twelve feats, died by itchy sweater to his second wife and ascended to godhood (he teleports in and out of encounters). Everything bad that has ever happened to this guy was caused by Hera and the other gods. The character is presented as broody and jaded, clearing out the undead in Ephyra under the instructions of Hera. Everything about him is menacing - he shows up hitting enemies with the same damage as Zeus and Death himself, his music is downright terrifying for a good guy, and he has a small dislike for Melinoe and other witches.
The strange part is that his role in the game is tiny right now - all he does is help clear a room to gain some gold, which leads me to believe he may have a bigger role as a boss fight. He wouldn't actively side with Chronos - Zeus did make him a god - but he has experienced the gods at their worst, and would likely support a return to the Golden Age where mortals had it better. As a god, he's sometimes depicted as the gatekeeper to Olympus, which serves this story well if Melinoe is trying to ascend the mountain. He would be the hard line between the surface and the gods, which seems very fitting for a former demigod like him.
What does everyone think? Any other guesses for who the third boss might be? I had another couple, like Ladon because of Eris' Golden Apples and the Heracles connection, but these two were the strongest contenders I could think of.

I have had quite a lot of overlapping traumas which make it hard to make sense of my past.
I had a rough finally dynamic. My parents were divorced when I was a young kid. My dad was emotionally abusive and had severe anger issues. He was deeply unwell and treated myself and my brother like his personal therapists.
My brother was physically and emotionally abusive, but because he has autism, it was overlooked. I was stuck being the “easy/good” kid. My needs were always second to my sibling.
Whilst this was happening, my mom was undiagnosed bipolar and struggled with emotional volatility and anger as well.
Amidst all of this, I was forced to continue attending a school she taught at, despite being severely bullied. It was like being in another country. I was one of 20 white kids in a school of Punjabi kids. This led to really horrible bullying from girls and boys from ages 10 to 15.
During this time period I had several traumatic friendship endings. I was ghosted by a bestfriend. I had unhealthy childhood friends whom I separated from. And it happened multiple times.
I’m 21 now and feel deeply shameful of all I’ve been through. I can’t help but wonder if there’s some part of me that is so disgusting it drew all the abuse. Kids in my school spread rumours, called me names, threatened me, the list goes on. They would always say “no one likes you” “everyone hates you” or always say how bad or a reputation I had. I felt like there was something innately wrong with me to have them treat me that way. They all seemed so justified in it.
In highschool I thought I got away but the abuse followed. Some of the kids who went to my middle school, also went to my high school and began spreading the same rumours then in grade 10 I made out with a guy who had HSV one and suddenly I was the slut of the school. The bullying came from people who I thought were friends, people would say horrible things about my appearance and even threaten me in large groups. There was also a lot of online bullying I had friends, but they all turned their backs on me because it was too hard on them. It’s like bullying follow me. I know I wasn’t in the right state of mind, but I don’t know why it keeps happening. I haven’t been bullied in probably three years now, but I am triggered almost constantly. I have some good friends but so much shame around my past I feel like I am deeply unloveable despite having friendships that I’ve built separate of high school, I feel so ashamed. I don’t have more friends or longer standing friendships. I feel like I’ll always be in the shadow of what I could’ve been had the trauma not happened. I feel like if I don’t have a person I can talk to you all day every day, I feel this deep hopelessness and loneliness, I used to have friends in high school all day every day and then I got ghosted and betrayed. I have two good friends in my life, but the texting is few and far between and I don’t get to see them that often I take care of myself I have hobbies I go through the motions, but I just feel like my life is never going to get better, I’m going into my last year of college and I feel so embarrassed that I only have a couple good friends to show for it. I still don’t even know who my best friend is. I don’t really feel like I have anyone. I don’t even really believe that my friends like me, I just feel so much shame and so much fear about my future. If anyone has had similar experiences with friendship, trauma bullying and has any success stories, please let me know. I’m feeling like a lost cause but I know I’m a fighter and I always persevere. I just hope that one day I actually feel good about myself and what I’ve accomplished, I’m not sure where to go from here and how to make it more tolerable to the spaces. I’ve been dating really abusive men and struggling to get away from them because they become my support person without that every day support person I feel like I’m gonna fall apart.

I remember sitting in that room. That amazing room in that house on that street with all the pine trees. I’d have my basketball court, toy box, pinball machine, and PS1 all in that room with the green carpet. Such a small room, but it worked. I remember the solemn days of watching Ed,Edd, and Eddy. I remember the days where I’d actually stop playing my games to go outside and ride bikes down the street when the two boys next door came to visit their aunt. I think she was their aunt…grandma… visions kinda blurry.. I just know they were related.
My mother wasn’t a saint to others and apparently she did some bad things. But she will always be a saint in MY story.
Something I’ll never forget is that day when I was at my aunt’s house. There were these railroad tracks behind the place. And a small place to do laundry. I guess it was shared with everyone in the area.. anyway, I was expecting to leave with my mom that day. But everyone knows I love playing games and how easily distracted I was by them. It was just an average Nintendo 64. A far cry from my PS1 and what I had at home. I was in another room while my mom snuck out. I sensed something was off, so I went and checked the living room and my cousins and aunt told me she left. I ran into the back and saw her car taking off. Just thinking of it now fills me with such anguish and a sense of abandonment..
But that same night, or was it the next night?…I can’t remember. I was in the bed at night feeling empty. Its not that I disliked staying at my aunts place.. I just wasn’t expecting it that time… I was in bed, it was dark and only one small light to the left. Suddenly my mother popped up. I remember looking up at her as she carried me out of that bed. I could feel the intense coldness of her black trenchcoat, but to me, that feeling was the best in the world, because in that moment, I knew I was saved. I knew I was going home. Possibly the best memory I have.. think I was 5?…6 maybe?..
And as I sit here listening to Purple Curse by MagicXbeats, the sound bites of ed, Edd, and eddy he put into the song triggered these memories for me. All in an instant. Looking back on it now…regardless of whatever has happened in my life or will happen… I can always say that I had an amazing childhood. I only wish I could have seen her face one last time before that fateful night at 8yrs old. If she were to see me now, my father tells me she’d be proud of how far I’ve come. Of how far we’ve both come. I owe it to her to continue. I owe it to both of them.

As the title suggests, am driving down with wife and kids to SG partly for work/leisure..
Already know you have to apply VEP to get in 2 weeks prior.. but what about paying for tolls and ERP in SG? Heard conflicting stories that ERP is free for first 10 days for Malaysian drivers. Some sites say have to pay flat rate 5SGD per day.
And also I am an IQOS user, can I bring mine in without being confiscated or fined?

Today we flew American Airlines for a trip from Austin to Tulum connecting through Miami
Flight from Austin to Miami was delayed by weather or air traffic by about 1.5 hours - boarded and we were not informed that there would be a delay until we were on the runway.
We originally had a 45 min layover but ended up missing our connecting flight - it was the ONLY flight to Tulum today.
Once we knew we were going to be delayed I got on the AA app and tried to figure out our options - just trying to be proactive.
Since it was a supposed weather delay AA said they couldn't help yet because our connection could also be delayed etc etc
So I waited until I could see that our connection was on time and tried again this time just searching for guidance and resources - how do we get to our destination there are 6 of us traveling and have a full week of tours and activities planned and paid for not to mention rental cars, hotels etc logistics
For over an hour I spent on chat I really had very little success just trying to figure out if there were 6 seats on the following days flight to Tulum thinking over night in Miami and catching the next day's flight (answer is no) next possibility switch to a flight from Miami to Cancun - great there are 3 direct flights on jet blue, frontier and spirit with 6 seats leaving w enough time to get us to Tulum before we lose a full day on our house reservation, tour on the 16th etc - not life or death but expensive and logically challenging
Chat couldn't help, our only option thru this avenue was "We have a flight here, AA #322 departing from MIA (Miami International) at 911P and arriving in EWR (Newark Liberty Int'l) at 1231A on the next day, connecting with AA flight #816 departing from JFK (New York John F Kennedy Intl) at 700A and arriving in CUN (Cancun) at 1005A."
So your opinion is to fly 6 of us from Miami to Newark, on to JFK and on to Cancun tomorrow? No thanks - was told to see a gate agent at the airport in Miami because they have more ability to see/understand situation and get us on new flights.
We got to Miami at 12:30 - went straight to rebooking/customer service and waited an hour in line (missing the jetblue 1:30 direct flight) also sat on hold for 45 min with no answer while waiting in line to see if we could get assistance that way as recorded by our pilot and signs in customer service line and as I sit on hold for the 3rd time today at midnight I feel certain I won't be helped - 49 min now it's 1am and I have been up since 4am just signed up for a call back but won't hold my breath
Anyhow we got to speak to a customer service rep at the Miami counter- she couldn't book us on another airline, she couldn't refund our missed flight and the slightly helpful advice that was offered was that our return flight would be cancelled within 24 hours if we didn't rebook- which she also couldn't do.
We are resourceful and on our own booked 6 tickets on Frontier to Cancun and canceled our rental car in Tulum so we could rebook a car in Cancun and drive to our rental in Tulum - nightmare btw but so much easier than dealing with AA
But wait our bags - at customer service counter we were told the process to pick up our checked bags - well only one made it, we had to leave to catch our flight so one bag is still in Miami (I can track it and see it but I can't get anyone to help me get it to Tulum - I am currently on hold for the 3rd time today (over 3 hours on hold with no actual help or human contact).
My bag is in Miami, my return flight home will likely be cancelled because I can't get ahold of their inept organization and we are only at our destination because we took matters into our own hands and paid out of pocket for our flight changes.
I won't ever fly AA again if I don't have to and how shitty and poorly managed of an organization do you have to be for you to have to be to have multiple employees across departments be completely unable to help your customers in any meaningful way and on top of it be rude, condescending, more than once being told it's either not their department or didn't have access or authority to make decisions.
Any help or suggestions welcome 🙏🏼 just want my bag, a way home and some credit or reimbursement for the flight we missed because they were delayed

So long story short. Went hanging out with 2 friends. One of them called his 2 female friends. We were talking for like 5-6 hours while being out. Then I also had a "solo" time with this 1 girl while I was making a company for the 3 friends on their way back home.
I added her on IG, reached out in 2 days and we were chatting and snapping on IG. She said she would go out with me on Friday (that was on Monday). Next message she'll let me know because she has some final exams etc. I said okay, we'll be in touch just let me know.
Yesterday I reached out to her again with a question (not related to the date I was waiting reply for) and she answered like 6hrs later with an answer from which I couldn't really give any reply or anything. Then I just put her on seen (it was evening, near bed time).
Now it's thursday and she still didn't give me an answer to wether or not she would go out tomorrow. What do I do?

I have been doing OMAD consistently for a while and have experimented with longer fasts (3-5 days). Felt mostly fine, but just worry about consistency. Don't really like 48s and I would forget to eat anyways. Anyone with success stories?

Hello everyone, so this is my first post here or anywhere regarding Witch subjects... I tried to not make this a book but please understand this has been building so if you find the time to help me i would greatly appreciate your time and insight/expertise in to this matter.. that being said... I do not know what I am or if I would "belong" within this community... but I know that I have to be something considering certain things I have and or have experienced... "coincidences" can only happen for so long. also please understand i am NOT intending on upsetting or trying to offend anyone here so please treat me as someone who has not only not much idea of what he is talking about in most of this stuff but also im not sure aside from obvious larger topics im not sure how not to offend anyone so please bear this in mind... so lets give you the run down
a little bit of context... my dad also informed me that he could do the same with weather as below when he was young before his "pineal gland calcified" but his level of control was "tomorrow it is going to rain (or snow) so bad that we cant go to school tomorrow" or we cant go to work what have you and literally the next day it was so bad the next day school or work in the military whatever was cancelled sometimes until the weekend...he also had/has some other small abilities but the way he described it to me when i told him about the dream below is i guess his mom was "full blood" but suppressed it all her life then when she got with my grandpa dad would have been considered "half blood" and for me all things considered he said i would be a "quarter blood" which in this space would help me understand why i can do similar things but i have better talents in dreams and less strength in weather and so on...and on my moms side they are more spirit sensitive so i cant really communicate generally but i get strong feelings of energy around me at times or in a home you know and also in dreams which im definitely stronger with i have 100% had some... "nightmares" but as you will read below dreams are important to me because generally when i pray or ask for a sign or what have you i trust a dream the most because thats what i feel aside from a lucid dream that i cant control so getting an answer or sign from a dream is a bit more compelling than the "i have just enough money for this its meant to be" or that random act of someone or something in waking life...
I am in my early 20's and so far in life I exhibit the following:
Mild control over the weather with a simple statement, (since around maybe my teens or a little younger I could simply say " its going to rain later" or tomorrow or what have you or i would say "i hope it rains later" or tomorrow and i have gotten microbursts and sometimes even really bad storms there have even been times i got a little bit of rain and said "come on thats not all you got show me more show me lightning and thunder and more rain" and within half an hour or less sometimes a few seconds it would all pick back up again much stronger) (even my wife would get upset and say "make it stop!" because i proved this ability to her much like my dad did his buddies so she would tell me to stop the rain and all that xD)
Since i was very young almost as long as i can remember i have premonition dreams at random and this had led me to at MANY points in my life of say Deja Vu they have been accurate down to the minute detail ( i couldnt remember the dream before it happened only as that moment in the dream started or up to 1-3 minutes before that part of the dream started in real life... also when i have a "deja vu" moment as that happens the dream is recalled from memory and with almost perfect accuracy when the dream is finally recalled i can almost pinpoint exactly when i had the dream weather i dreamed it 5 months ago or 8 years ago)
i seem to be able to as i get close to someone read their mind (its not perfect and its not guaranteed... but for example when me and my wife slept in the same bed we got to the point where she knew that i finished alot of her sentences and not just in the cute way i mean before or as she thought them without speaking, when she would say something in her mind but not out loud and so on so she would play a game with me it was called "what color am i thinking of" so i thought about it and i would get an image in my mind that was filled in with a color and i would answer and i was right... after about 2-5 minutes of being right and answering very quickly she is competitive so she made it harder and said "what color and shape am i thinking of" i would tell her and continued on with as i gave the answer i would give the next and the next without her having to ask for them it evolved into me telling her what color and shape and why she was thinking about it or even when she tried to cheat and randomly thought of say a purple elephant or a pink dragon i got the shape and color and answered correctly what creature and color she was thinking of and she seemed to get creeped out but this happened most of the time at night as everything was quiet and we were laying in bed talking and hanging out before sleep with all the lights off) (she isnt very spiritual very much a grounded in reality yes believes in god but gods got bigger fish to fry then helping me mindset but this is also why it really creeped her out at times considering my accuracy and speed of my "guessing" and was always right)
i think that i very recently... and for the first time in my life... accidentally dreamwalked... long story short im not with my wife at the moment alot of bad stuff and bad timing stuff happened in my life and we werent great financially so we lost the house and are living separately with our parents and all of sudden after getting married recently she 180'd me and now wants divorce... so im going through that and we are going through no-contact at the moment i dont really message her but if she messages me then i wait awhile and reply... but... its been a few months since this started and all the tarot i see on tiktok say the same things and right now if tarot is generally trusted... it seems she is now at the point of recognizing what she did and i should be expecting contact soon for reconciliation... (i just wanted to put this here because i didnt want everyone only saying oh you dreamt of her because you miss her) but anyways... for a month or 2 i successfully pushed her energy away and was actually doing alot better.. yeah i miss her but im my own person and i have learned alot through this... but recently... as i started to stop believing in tarot because she wasnt reaching out or doing anything... i all of a sudden had a dream i dont remember what happened and in the dream it was super blurry but it was very emotional... and as i had that when i woke up all of a sudden she was the only thing on my mind all the work i did getting over things was gone... and i still cant get her off my mind a week ish later... and then after that dream i started having more dreams of her being with her and remembering older dreams i forgot about in these few months before this most recent dream with all the emotion... and the only way i can interpret this is she is letting the walls down... and subconsciously re-opened her mind to me.. and now im feeling the emotions at times of her.... for example the other day i was at work at my new job perfectly calm no stress actually having a good day but OUT OF NOWHERE i got this MASSIVE amount of panic shooting through my body so bad that i really wanted to vomit.... and thats not my response to panic and i had no reason to panic... again i think im reacting to her emotions or her containers in her mind of emotions...
but here is the thing for dream walking... and this will probably be the last thing for now... this is what i wrote in my notes app (names redacted and edited for here) after i woke up...
I’m in a mall a very large mall… and I just purchased a dog from one of the stores a larger dog I can’t tell if it was a type of rottie? (my wifes old family dog that meant alot to both of them) But she was super sweet and well trained super responsive she could follow me with a snap like my dog (each time the dog veered away i snapped my fingers and she came right back walking at my side) and as she is following me I did notice there were multiple dogs in this mall type place with other people…(this was weird and the mall i felt like i recognized it but the layout didnt seem like any mall i had been too and i knew it was a huge mall) the dream fast forwarded and now im in a back mall sort of cylinder block stairwell with my new dog and a dog came up to me and I was thinking “oh hey look a dog I can pet” but when I went to pet him I saw on his vest “oh for PETES sake” I asked him if Pete was his name and before he could react I realized there was no person with him and that this was a service dog looking for someone to help his owner I then asked “does your person need help? Let’s go buddy” and he took off checking multiple times if I was following he then led me to the bathrooms area where 2 other people where shouting into a hole in the ground presumably trying to help this dog and the person was on the other side of where this vent attached too I looked around and noticed there was a stair case down to the men and women’s restrooms but the hole itself that the 2 other people were at was a type of floor vent to the maintenance room in between the restrooms so I went to the men’s restroom and asked the cleaning guys if it was possible anyone collapsed in the maintenance room they kind of laughed and ignored me and I didn’t know what to do since there were multiple people in the men’s restroom and no one was calling for help I left the bathroom thinking I couldn’t go into the women’s room because im a guy and the dream then fast forwarded to me being in the women’s room and seeing multiple people but no one needing help I left and the dream fast forwarded again and i guess i really had to pee in real life so I was searching in the dream for the bathroom and I saw myself go into the men’s room but it turned out to be the women’s room again… still multiple women in the restroom paying me no mind some looked at me and focused on me but didnt say or do anything just continued walking and talking to other women but I had to leave to go find the men’s room and as I did I kept getting lost in the vastness of this women’s restroom and couldn’t find the door (keep in mind at this point in the dream it was like the 3rd time i was in here and found the doorway out each and every time pretty easily except this last time) when I finally found the door I opened it and multiple women were coming in and leaving at the same time and I said out loud “ why does the women’s room have to be such a fucking maze” and as I said that the women in front of me had finished leaving but I was now stuck in place (like i wasnt allowed to leave the bathroom) the sight before me was kind of off or...blurry? ( it was like a 2 step up to all the sinks and mirrors like a little stage thing with a door leading outside to the right of the sinks and the door back to the mall just to my immediate right) and it was still the bathroom but as it came into focus a previous memory of (my wife) was to the left a memory where she is bent down hands on knees (yes fully clothed) (in previous dreams it has felt like whenever her body is in that position whichever way she is facing it’s like an arrow) and it was facing right so I started to look right and I saw (my wife)… the real (wife)… to the right of her was a door seemingly to the outside I didn’t look out of it much but I think I saw the silhouette of her mom maybe kind of holding the door open to the outside of the mall and the parking lot near by but the light outside was brighter than usual really green grass blue partly cloudy sky nice trees i think in the backround and some cars parked near the door... as soon as I saw (wife) she was beautiful the world around me slowed those walking in and out or around the bathroom slowed down to a stop in place as did time itself… she was in darker blue jeans like my dark blue Levi’s I don’t remember her shoes maybe adidas? White and black ones? She was wearing a very nice… very nice on her grey sweater long sleeve her hair was (same color as now and style) as i saw her i just couldnt stop looking as she was so pretty and to see her again seemingly in person i was happy... as time stood still around me she saw me too and those eyes looked into my soul (as usual…the slow and stop of time didnt effect her or me) a look came over her face at first i felt fear because I’m in the women’s room and maybe she thinking’s I followed her whatever (same deal as "oh no im graduating today and i forgot all my clothes!") but the feeling I got from her face was almost like… her face as content/happy and the feeling felt like “I miss you“ maybe? "I love you I’m happy you are here” and it felt like surprise almost as if she was surprised to see me maybe in her dream? in my body in the dream i felt MASSIVE panic and fear which started as she looked at me and as she looked at me her face kinda said like "WTH?!" maybe? I don’t know for sure but when i tried to read the air... the overall dead space thats where i felt the calm and the possible i miss you energy and want to work on things but it could be my own hope im not sure... but it seemed mutual...but I know that as I saw her I got to see what I felt every time she looked at me lovingly in real life... maybe i felt both of our emotions as we each looked at each other but each time it was like time stood still… the day was brighter… if there is one thing for sure the way she looked at me in the dream didnt seem like hatred or divorce it honestly seemed like confusion or "HOW ARE YOU HERE..."but i dont think we weren’t talking about divorce anymore and we’re rekindling or reconciling or we already had done all of that because in the dream I just felt love even on the other side of the room I felt her embrace and her love… I dreamt of her twice in a 1 and a 1/2 hour nap and to me this was a really long dream that was already shared with another i didnt remember in a single hour and a half this is a kind of dream i would have in like a 4-8 hour sleep minimum not an hour to an hour and a half...
and i dont like naps i never take them but as i have grown and learned it seems like every time i take a nap because im almost forced too something big spiritually happens to me like this... in the dream it just seemed like... the panic to me read as like... lets say you have a fear of mannequins but you go into a clothing store and you LEGIT see one move and you point and say "...thats...NOT a mannequin" you know that sort of fear of realization? when we saw each other in the dream it felt VERY mutual that we saw each other and just KNEW "...thats NOT... a dream character..." almost like a "how the HELL are you here!?" i dont know if i dream walked into a dream because she turned out to be dreaming at the same time in a nap (5/12/2024 when this happened) maybe thats when her mind opened more to me because i dreamwalked into her subconscious as she was awake? i dont know i really need help with this....and when i explained it to my dad... he thinks... weather it was a dream or her subconscious or maybe both he thinks that the mall represents her mind her... mind palace... and the mall is big and vast but with her poor....experiences in life childhood and all that he thinks the stores in the mall represent "containers" for chunks of her life or bad memories and or good ones... and that as i was in the cinderblock staircase that was me kind of being led by my spirit guide further in to "the maze" closer to "the center" to (wife) and the service dog named pete was HER spirit guide leading me to her quicker... and each time the dream started to take over for me i was guided by the "fast forwards" like "no dont go you still have to see this dont miss this" which is why i couldnt leave the bathroom until i woke up after seeing her sometime later... and my dad also thinks the people i saw in the mall with other dogs and in the bathrooms and all that werent just dream character but passing thoughts in her conscious or unconscious mind as i was observing if im dreaming that would make the most sense to me... and the fact that some of them looked at me and observed me but werent mean or horrible or whatever to me means that she is talking about me but maybe not as badly as i may think... because hopefully the reconciliation coming up soon... i dont know... and one of the reasons i dont think this was a basic dream.... is because when she saw me or when others saw me it wasnt a normal dream giving me what i would expect...i expected hatred or hurt from her i expected screaming and anger from the women seeing a man in their restroom and all that stuff but all in all it was like i was muted and blended in to everyone except... (wife)... the owner of the dream or mind or sub-conscious i was in...
again i know this is long but if anyone could help me understand what i am if anything and maybe if anyone could help me gain more control on this possible dreamwalking ability i may have just manifested naturally because i have no idea what im doing i was raised in a very openminded christian household and i dont even know how to google any of this without finding fan wikis for witch tv shows... i want to learn and strengthen this skill because... if im being honest... maybe if i could understand more about what the true cause of her hurt is (everything she is doing to me now falls in to her patterns of attachment including the hiding away and acting like its not her attachment that is making her decisions for her even though she has agreed in the past that everything she is doing now is part of her attachment issues) if i could understand the root cause in her mind and she wont listen to outside people or me in waking life maybe i could from a distance do this again and help her heal... and if i can help her heal inception style it will make it easier for her to heal in waking life and come to me with the honesty it seems and feels like she wants to give but doesnt know how...im not in to changing her or rooting around her mind un-invited... i just want to try to help her and help us continue to have a happy life together... so if anyone could help me understand what all this is...and how to improve... i would be very grateful for your insight/expertise... thankyou everyone so much for your time and for reading my experiences.

This is a weird story but I am 19M and work a fast food job right now. Just 2 days ago, as I was doing my job like normal taking drive-thru orders, a man came up to the window complimenting my voice. This was not new to me, as I have been complimented on my voice over 100 times at this job by random customers because it’s supposedly very deep and soothing. I thanked him as I do usually, but he then told me that he was a manager at a local radio station and that he wants me on there. He gave me his business card and told me to call him. I gave him a call earlier today and he wants to interview me tomorrow afternoon. I have no idea what kind of preparations to make, does anyone have any tips or experience with this?

So obviously thing from the dark continent can’t reach the human world naturally, otherwise the human world probably would have been destroyed or at least the presence of dark continent creatures would have been talked about on the human continents. Which means that someone brought the ant queen to the mainland, which is somewhat supported by the fact she was injured when first introduced suggesting capture or at least being hunted. For the theories sake we can assume that she was injured to prevent resistance while transporting her to the mainland.
It’s very convenient that the Queen ended up in one of the few nations with a large unarmed population, with little communication to the outside world, and that no large government (which would have contacted the hunter association) resides over really. It was the optimal environment to ensure the most any evolution with the largest time allowed before anyone that could actually do something found out what was going on.
Then during the extermination the efforts were hindered even more by the insistence of using temp hunters instead of qualified ones to kill the ants, something that gave them even more time to create ants and evolve. We all know who temp hunters are loyal to though as it is explicitly stated in the chairman election arc that Pariston is the person they are loyal to and who often involves them in issues.
That’s kind of my loose unresearched theory on the whole thing I came up with in the shower after finishing the anime today. And I know a little about the whole dark continent arc / succession war, but just that line about 18 hunters missing gets to me. It would just make sense if Pariston is sending people tho the dark continent what with his alliance with beyond netero if I remember right? I mean a guy sees an admittedly not that strong queen and what her species can do, jumped her with what we can assume is more than 18 hunters at the same time since only 18 are MISSING and doesn’t account for whoever came back from the dark continent alive (well maybe not alive actually that place kinda sucks), injures her and brings her back to the mainland and drops her off in a place that she can feed on easily with the maximum amount of time before she is noticed, and involved temp hunters while the pros are hunting escaped ants to slow down efforts even more and allow time for (I think at this point in the story) the king to get comfortable and make a plan. Then some mysterious force inside the hunter association who definitely isn’t hinted to be Pariston , captures the remaining not born ants and freezes them. It just all fits in my head.
But why did Pariston do this? I don’t really know but it’s Pariston so he probably just wanted to be a nuisance and maybe get some chimera ants out of it. And I’m sure he knew that there was a big risk with killing humanity with this but I don’t think he cares he’s Pariston.
The interesting thing though is that this is exactly what netero wanted, someone who would get under his skin and actively try to hinder him as his vice chairman, Pariston. So I guess in a way this is exactly what chairman Nestero should have gotten and wanted to get, but he probably enjoyed his fight so it’s fair.

I don’t know what I’m doing. For the better part of 10 years, my entire adult life, I’ve never known what it is that I’m trying to accomplish. Am I doing the right thing by dedicating all my time to my work? What do I consider my work? Is it my actual job that pays me biweekly? Or is it my job as a father... or maybe it’s my major at university? Whatever it is, it’s never enough. Life is supposed to be fulfilling and right now, I can’t tell the difference between fulfilling and life-sucking. Distractions scratch an itch but have never satisfied my hunger.
Enough complaining, let me tell you what I do on a daily basis. My day starts at 6 AM. Why? Because I’m a slave to the corporate machine. But that’s a story for another day. Work ends around 4 PM if things go the way they should, and often they don’t. My commute home usually takes 30 to 45 minutes due to the ignorant shipyard traffic that consumes every road, freeway, and dirt road. Hundreds of moron drivers that create a ghost of a traffic jam. It’s now 5 PM. I’m free. Respite from retail hell. From the public. I’m alone. At least for now. What’s next? Dinner, dishes, workout, or relax? God knows relaxing isn’t a real option. Working out? No thanks, I’ve been on my feet for 10 hours. Dinner will get me yelled at by my family if I pick the wrong thing to eat, we’ll get to that later, so dishes it is! 6:30 PM. They arrive. My wife, my son, and the attitude that comes along with it. What did I do this time? Why is everyone raising their voice at me? Why do I get attitude, huffing and puffing, and whining when I ask for any kind of help? Oh, you worked for 3 hours today and your back hurts. I’m sorry. The kid has been a pain since you got home? I’m sorry. You don’t feel good? I’m sorry. Have you noticed my problem yet? Obviously, I haven’t made dinner yet. Good job thinking about other’s feelings. Worked out great.
Back in 2019, I was let go from my job. COVID was great, right? Unemployment was paying more than I made working my full-time job. I’m not going to pretend to be a good little boy and not abuse it. I did. I milked the fuck out of it. I took a leap and applied for college. My dream has always been to make video games. My life has revolved around them since I was in diapers. I signed up for a 4-year degree in game programming. Little did I know that this was just a misguided investment in my own validation.
It is now 9:00 PM, and aside from the wife and the kid asking me to come to the room every 15 minutes, I have time. Not much, but I have some. Enough. I hope… What is left that I need to do? I need to do homework. Yay. The time is now 2:00 AM. I should probably go to bed… but I’ve had absolutely zero me time. A couple YouTube videos wouldn’t hurt right? What’s the difference between 4 hours of sleep and 3 hours of sleep? Not much honestly. Some time between 2 AM and 4 AM I go to bed. Every night is different, don’t judge me.
The cycle continues. 2-4 hours of sleep, work, cleaning, yelled at, dinner, homework, repeat. For the record, that is not all I do. There are some smaller amounts of time where I spend time with my son, or I have a few minutes free to play games, or spend time with my wife. Even when I’m being judged or yelled at, I’m expected to stay calm and levelheaded. It’s my job. I’m a man, welcome. I’ve also searched for more fulfilling hobbies and that’s what comes next.
From 2015 to 2017 I was streaming on twitch. I loved every minute of it. I was growing and making real money. Then THE big event happened. My wife, my girlfriend at the time with our newborn child, and I were supposed to be moving out that weekend. I took off early from work that day to get started. I walk in the apartment. Empty. Aside from a bed in the corner of the room, a dresser, my computer, and my poor dog Bella inside a cage. I let the dog out, walked around to see what else I needed to move. I called my girlfriend, excited that she had gotten a head start on our move. If you’ve figured it out already, yes, she did. If you haven’t, she was leaving me and taking our child. This was the start of my downfall.
A lot happened between then and now. But it worked out. We got married. Almost divorced. A lot of toxicity between us. But I loved her. And I loved my son. They were, and still are, my everything. So, I stuck it out.
Enough babbling. I’m currently learning two languages to further my own personal education. Spanish and Japanese. Spanish because it’s difficult to get by in life without it, and Japanese because I am obsessed with Japan and Japanese culture, and I hope to travel to Japan someday. So, on top of everything, I’m also doing that. It takes a lot out of me.
Is that it, OP? You’re overfilling your plate… You’re going too fast, doing too much, and not living a healthy lifestyle. No. It’s not it. Here comes YouTube. No, not the videos I watch. I also make videos. The 30ish minutes I have available to play games? Yeah, I multitask and use my game time to record a video. Shameless mid story plug? You be the judge.
Some nights are spent mashing watching videos, doing homework, or relaxing with editing the videos. No one wants just a recording of some idiot playing video games. It needs quality, it needs cuts, it needs love, it needs hours…
Is it alot to some people? Yeah, and some others might say that it’s light work. It’s not good to have such little sleep. On top of the sleep apnea I already have, which makes my 2-4 hours of sleep the equivalent of 1-2 hours of sleep.
I’ve realized that I’m stuck. I’ve done way too much to give up, and I’ve done way too much to keep going. I’m financially ruined, physically destroyed, and metaphorically molested. All because I wanted something. Validation.
Take it from me. It’s not worth it. Live your life. Know your limits. Don’t seek validation.

For many dumb reasons I broke NC after over a month of holding strong. We had been broken up for about three months at that point. After breaking NC we met in person to talk about how both of us were feeling etc. It went so well. We agreed to grab dinner the next night. He told me wonderful things about how he has thought about me all the time and decided that I truly was his “person” that he doesn’t expect me to jump right back into it with him, but that he will prove himself to me that he is better etc. After dinner we went back to his place, our old shared living space… upon entering there was a woman there, his current Gf of SIX months. It was so overwhelming to find out that not only did he cheat on me for the last 3-4 months of our 4 year relationship, but also to know nothing he had been saying the last few days were true. Naively, I continued contact with him for two more weeks to try and get more answers and he kept saying he is going to make this right, go to counseling, get MH help, and then eventually if I wanted to try again, get couples counseling. After two weeks his attitude changed again and he said he just needed to work on himself first without me there. I have since blocked him and I believe he has blocked me as well which is good because it’s added security that I can’t break NC (I don’t think I will, but feelings are crazy sometimes). I hate that I gave him ANOTHER opportunity to tell me that he doesn’t actually love me and can’t/wont choose me. Long story short, don’t break NC. It’s not worth it. Also, do not follow the dumb advice of “go back until you hate them” because you will end up damaging yourself so much more in the process.
