I basically tried everything listed here to change external drive names. All CLI tools confirm the name updated correctly, but Explorer won't show the new names.

One of my users is having the weirdest issue that has stumped my entire team, and every level of Microsoft support willing to speak to me. Even googling it has lead to dead ends, including one Microsoft forum question where another person had my exact issue and MS answer was "yeah I see our tech didn't solve it...'
For the last 18 months, no automated outgoing messages work on this user's email. It's specifically the email too. All other users and emails in the tenant and domain work. Changing the username to another M365 account then stops that account from sending out any automated messages and restores functionality to the original account as long as it's name is different. It's any automated messages. Out of Office, automated reply rules, etc. Nothing shows up at all in M365 message trace or our email security message log, unlike normal OOO messages which still show up there.
This specific email will not generate a single automated email on it's own. Very weirdly if the problem account has the problem email, but gets forwarded a message from another working email where OOO is turned on, then the problem email replies and sends it's own OOO message. As in it also replies, but uses the OOO message set for the problem account.
Does anyone have any leads or ideas? Clearly this has to do with the email address, not the account, as any account that adopts that email as it's primary ceases sending out OOO messages. I double checked all account rules, rules via powershell, etc. but none of the accounts have anything weird. it's just this specific address. And we need to use this specific address as it's an important user's longstanding email.

So today I had a woman let’s name her Jane come to pick up her child’s medication. And I told her kindly at the time that it was going to be about 45 minutes since we were short staffed. The woman replies “ugh see this is why I hate this pharmacy. I requested the refill at 11:30 today why isn’t it ready?!” Which I kindly say, “maam I apologize but we are extremely short staffed and we are doing everything we can to help get everyone their meds. I’ll see you in 45 minutes.” To which this evil cake face responses “no I’ll see you in 30 minutes and it better be ready.” And she proceeds to gas it out of drive through. (We have two full time and two part time people there at the time and truck plus 4 shots waiting and my pharmacist was in an interview for another part timer) one of the full times started profusely vomiting so she leaves (side note the full time that left has called out of work every single week at least two days so she not expected back). So now there are three techs in the pharmacy two on customer service and one girl counting. Time passes and I think oh that woman isn’t back yet maybe she’s just gonna wait for the text. It had been like 20 minutes and she’s a known problem. Truly she thinks we only have her family’s prescriptions to fill. She then rolls of to drive through at maybe 30 minutes since the last time I’ve seen her and I tell her, “hey Mrs Jane I apologize but blah blah isn’t filled yet could you either come wait inside that way I can just check you out the moment it’s done or you can make a loop and hop back in line and I’ll have it ready and waiting when you get back.” She proceeds to shoot laser beams out her eyes at me and yell, “WHAT DO YOU MEAN I TOLD YOU ID BE BACK IN 20 MINUTES WHY THE ____ IS BLAH BLAH’S MEDICINE READY. GET IT READY RIGHT NOW!” “Maam, I understand it’s frustrating but you will not yell at me. If you will kindly come inside-“ “NO YOU WILL FILL THOSE PRESCRIPTIONS RIGHT THIS SECOND AND GIVE THEM TO ME. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SLAP A LABEL ON THEM” “Maam, I’m sorry but that’s not how this works. I have to print the label pull the drugs verify the drug is the correct dose and ndc then count it out then it’s got to have a photo for proof of the quantity I counted then it gets its vial. Then I scan everything then it gets a label slapped on it then it gets bagged. Then I hand it off to the pharmacist to make sure I am giving the correct drug,quantity to blah blah. So no I do not slap labels on anything. Now you can either move out of my drive through and come inside or you can make a loop.” At this point I’m shaking bc that’s how I get pissed one of my part time coworkers asks to take over and I told her no because the front pick up also has a line. “ what are you gonna do move my car. Fill my scripts for blah blah now. I hate this pharmacy yall are so lazy. Every time I’m here it’s always so busy and yall are so hateful to me and my family.” “Maam would you prefer I transfer you else where bc there are people behind you who need their drugs to and you sitting here prevents me from helping them or you. So you have your options. Or I’m going to get the pharmacist involved.” Didn’t even have to bc one of my beautiful regulars happened to be inside and called my pharmacist and told her that I needed help My pharmacist proceeded to come up with her 5’2 self and tell her if she doesn’t move in the next ten seconds she’s calling the dr and telling them we will not longer be filling for them and they will have to go else where. I have been seeing my therapist once a week since the end of February. I feel like I’ve gotten a lot out of it and I feel like I’m starting to make changes in my life that I needed to but at the same time that also makes my life more busy and less time for therapy. I told my therapist that I felt like seeing her every other week would be more beneficial for me, and she told me we can revisit this next time and this bothered me a little bit, and she asked me if there was some stuff we were not addressing. That wasn’t really my point I just felt like I need more time to take care of stuff in my personal life and do stuff that I have been putting off. Is this normal for a therapist to do?

Today I decided to reread Love in Focus by Yoko Nogiri as a break. It isn’t anywhere close to my favorite, but there are a lot of reasons why I enjoy it and I wanted to ramble about it while the experience is fresh! There's value in stories you like a moderate amount, after all. I got it a while ago because I love shorter manga and omnibuses, and when I spotted a lovely little 3-in-1 collection I had to pick it up.
Even though it's the center of the story, I didn't like the romance itself very much - what I'll talk about below are really the reasons I enjoyed and was interested in this manga despite this! Still, while I'm not a fan of pushier characters like Kei, it was fresh seeing a childhood friend freak out and then actually take action. I'm always a sucker for a sweet and frank girl so I liked Mako, though her feelings felt very "tell not show" to me. Amemura was my personal favorite, and I liked seeing him grow more confident and how his feelings for Mako changed.
To be honest, a big reason why I love it is how pretty it is—the art is clean and beautiful, the paneling flows nicely, and the varied shots with photographs layered in are just so lovely. I also really admired how all the screentones were used. It’s not just the manga itself I find pretty, I really love the lettering too. Japanese and English are two very different languages and that definitely makes it difficult to adapt it in a way that looks natural, but the fonts were so cute and the SFX and occasional notes never felt out of place! I wish that italic serif font was used more in manga. (Entirely possible it is and I’m unaware because I'm no prolific reader.)
The story is full of cliches, and honestly, I'm not sure if people who really want to be convinced of the characters' feelings for one another or the reality of the plot would like it at all, especially since again, much of it felt "tell not show." The plot rolls along with the characters acting on their motivations, then ends happily enough with the characters plainly acknowledging what they've come to realize and how they've grown, and personally, I'm okay and satisfied with that. I think it had a lot of sweet messages and was introspective. The way the chapters were broken up and we got a peek into each character's thoughts is a form of storytelling I adore, and overall it fit perfectly into three volumes.
I really liked how present the supporting characters felt, though they never the focus - the dialogue was fun, and they contributed a lot to making the setting feel grounded, I suppose? They each were distinct and I loved that, from Grandpa Sakae to the boarders to the woman that traumatized Amemura. Also, it was amusing to see Kei have Lucas on his side as fellow losers in love, especially when Lucas's own looming obstacle happens to be the fact that she's his brother's wife 😭
Thank you for reading all this rambling. It's nice to be reminded of all the little reasons I enjoy reading manga, because there's just so many. To me, Love in Focus encapsulates the charm of shoujo manga in a lovely way in a quick little story. Now I return to work until another break for sweetness 🫠

A hacker changed my email, my password, and created two differents accounts with my name but obviously neither of one is mine. I did everything the Help Center tell you to do and I have seen several YouTube videos. I recover one with my Instagram account but it is not my account. I couldn't recovered the one but I know it's not mine because my photo is not there. I have sent several messages to emails I have found on the internet but I haven't received an answer. One of them answered me but told me that the email I have reached does not work with hacked accounts. Can somebody help me?

Welcome to the Series of Changes to be Made to the Super Smash Bros. Playable Fighters. First, we are going with the Original of the Series, Smash 64. Now, this topic has been done before, though it'd be fun to make my own. Plus, While some have got proper changes, Most still are the biggest offenders when it comes bad or outdated choices of Movesets, animations, aesthetics, etc. Here is the list of them.
Mario:

• Mario will now have his English voice from Kevin Afghani instead of Charles Martinet due to the latter retiring from his acting career.
• Mario is now able to Crawl.
• Mario now has a Water Meter from Super Mario Sunshine where by pressing the Shield Special button, the water meter refills after usage of said water.
• His Fire Mario & Wario Alt. Return.
• Down-Tilt - Roll: Performs a Roll attack.
• Side-Smash - Hammer: Swings his hammer forward.
• Up-Smash: His old Up Special, Super Jump Punch, is moved here.
• Neutral-Special - Jump Spin: Spins around himself.
• Down-Aerial - Ground Pound: Butt Stomps downward, meteor spiking & bouncing on opponents.
• Neutral-Special - Firebrand: Remains the same in function, just name change.
• Side-Special - Cappy: Tosses Cappy forward like a boomerang and/or can jump on him like an extra platform, while holding the button.
• Up-Special - Wing Cap: Spawns a Wing Cap & shoots up into the air before gliding.
• Down-Special - F.L.U.D.D: Remains the same though also it now can damage opponents and change into Nuzzle Form in the air and help him into the air.
• Left Victory Pose: Jumps to the top of a flagpole, slides down it, then hops off and happily poses

Donkey Kong:

• Donkey Kong will now have his voice from Takashi Nagasako instead of the Stupid and Bland realistic Gorilla Grunts.
• His white alt. has a blue tie, to accurately represent Super Kong.
• Neutral-Special - Coconut Shooter: Takes out His Coconut Shooter, then fires a Coconut.
• Side-Special - Barrel Throw: Picks a Barrel up then throws it forward or if in the air down, which the barrel can be picked up as item.
• Up-Special - Barrel Cannon: Enters a barrel cannon and fires himself in the direction that is input.
• Final-Smash - Finishing Blow: Starts off with landing a powerful upward punch, if success at hitting the opponent, the screen darkens then, lands a flurry of fast punches before knocking them upwards.
• Idle Animation #2: He quickly sits down and pulls out a Nintendo Switch and plays it.
• Up-Taunt: Still pounds his chest, but now hollers wildly while doing so.
• Left Victory Pose: DK rapidly punches and kicks a Slot Machine Barrel from the Retro Donkey Kong Country games, breaking it and releasing a bunch of bananas; once he's done, he lands on the ground and smiles for the camera, while giving a thumbs-up
• Right Victory Pose: He still pounds his chest, but just like his new Up-Taunt, hollers wildly.

Link:

• Link will not just use the Master Sword, he will use the Ancient Axe and Guardian Spear.
• Side-Smash - Spear Thrust: Performs a straight-forward stab with his Spear.
• Up-Smash - Vertical Spin: Jumps and Spin slashes upwards.
• Down-Smash: Spins his axe around while charging, and then slams his axe onto the ground.
• Neutral-Aerial: Spins the Axe in a circle.
• Forward-Aerial: Thrusts the spear forwards.
• Grab - Magnesis: Picks up a Magnet, then Fires two whips to grab an opponent, which can be used as a tether recovery.
• Down-Throw: Pins the opponent to the ground & stabs them with a claymore.
• Neutral-Special: Adds more arrows than just the wooden ones.
• Fire Arrows: Deal fire damage.
• Ice Arrows: Deal ice damage & freeze opponents when at high enough percentages.
• Thunder Arrows: Make a bolt of lightning strike the opponent hit, dealing electric damage.
• Bomb Arrows: Explode on contact.
• Light Arrows: Goes through opponents when fully charged.
• Ancient Arrows: Creates a massive blue explosion of energy.
• Up-Special - Sailcloth: Pulls out the Sailcloth, then goes in an updraft and afterwards goes straight down without changing direction.

Power Suit Samus:

• She is now able to switch between Plasma Beam Energy & Ice Beam Energy, by using the Shield Special Button.
• Now moves slightly faster and has more air speed.
• The Missiles do now reload when not in use or after being KO'd.
• Her green alt. is replaced by a blue and white skin, based on her default suit from Metroid Dread*.*
• Jab - Cannon Kata: Starts with a straight punch, then thrusts her arm cannon forward for the second hit and fires a small energy blast.
• Up-Tilt - Melee Counter: Swings her arm cannon upward.
• Down-Tilt - Slide: Performs a forward Slide kick.
• Dash-Attack - Dash Melee: Swings her Arm Cannon upwards while running.
• Side-Smash - Diffusion Blast: Releases an area of effect blasts at Close-ranged.
• Up-Smash - Overhead Blast: Same as Side Smash Attack but upwards.
• Neutral-Aerial: Her old Up Special, Screw Attack, is moved here.
• Forward-Aerial - Spazer Beam: Fires a blast that splits into three lasers.
• Down-Aerial - Downward Blast: Aims her Arm Cannon straight downward and releases a blast of orange energy
• Pummel - Grapple Voltage: Deals Electric Damage and heals herself somewhat.
• Back-Throw - Wave Beam: Swings the opponent behind herself & fires an energy blast in a sine curve at them.
• Neutral-Special: Also, now adds Ice Beams, where she fires an Ice Beam at the opponent, dealing ice damage & freezing them.
• Side-Special: Can depend on if it is tapped or held, where she fires one if tapped, though if held, she can shoot 5 or 10 missiles.
• Up-Special - Shinespark: Launches herself in any inputted direction as a gold shine emerges.
• Down-Special: Also, now adds Freeze Fields, where she summons 3 spinning ice projectiles that block attacks & freeze opponents.
• Final-Smash - Hyper Beam: Charges her arm cannon & fires a large beam of energy, which can be angled & can go through opponents & walls.

Yoshi:

• His Black Yoshi alt. returns.
• Yoshi can now hold to six eggs he creates with his Neutral Special.
• Grab: Remains the same although it can also now be used a tether recovery and a ledge clinger.
• Neutral-Special: Functions the same but it also now can be used as a tether recovery and a ledge clinger and also can now grab items and projectiles.
• Side-Special: His old Up Special, Egg Throw, is moved here and a reticle also appears and can be angled before being thrown.
• Up-Special - Wing Flutter: Small wings emerge from his back as he flaps into the air.
• Down-Special - Ground Pound: Beginning of the move's function is the same, but it now has the ability to Meteor Spike and Bounce on opponents. Also, Name is changed.

Kirby:

• Kirby's Gimmick now consists of the Copy Abilities from the Kirby Games instead of Copied Neutral Specials.
• Down-Tilt - Slide Kick: Performs a forward Sliding Kick.
• Dash-Attack: His Brawl & Smash 4 Dash Attack, Break Spin, is back and functions the same as it did in Brawl & Smash 4.
• Side-Smash - Staff: Swings the Staff forward.
• Up-Smash - Yo-Yo: Spins the Yo-Yo upwards, then brings it back to him.
• Down-Smash - Bell: Performs a spin and then strikes on both sides of him with his bells, creating 2 damaging soundwaves.
• Forward-Throw - Giant Swing: Does a giant swing forward.
• Back-Throw - Air Suplex: Does a backwards Suplex.
• Up-Throw - Ultra Back Breaker: Jumps, spins around & lands to the ground with the opponent for an explosion.
• Down-Throw - Megaton Slam: Lifts the opponent up & then throws them onto the ground.
• Neutral-Special: Name & Function remain the same though now it also functions like it does in the Kirby Games.
• Side-Special - Circus: Does two short somersaults and backsaults back to where he started the attack.
• Up-Special - Hi-Jump: Jumps high into the air and turns left or right and can collide with opponents along the way.
• Down-Special: The Move Stays but with some tweaks here and there as Stone can now slide temporarily while dashing and using the move.
• Final-Smash - Paint Out: Sprays blobs of paint all over, causing damage and knockback to opponents.

Fox:

• Final-Smash - Arwing: Says "It's go time", then hops aboard on the arwing, then goes into First-Person Perspective and fires arwing shots and smart bombs.

Pikachu:

• Pikachu will also now have alternate colors instead of Headwear, although its Pikachu Libre costume remains. Its alternate colors include Blue (Marill), Gray (Togedemaru), White (Pachirisu), Orange (Raichu),
• Dash-Attack - Wild Charge: Shrouds in electricity, while charging at the opponent and smashes into them. It may inflict self-damage though.
• Up-Tilt - Thunder Punch: Punches with large hands of electricity upwards.
• Up-Smash - Iron Tail: Remains the same in function, but it also now glows whitish gray and hits a bit harder.
• Neutral-Aerial - Discharge: Lets loose some of its electricity to strike at all opponents.
• Neutral-Special - Electro Ball: Its body becomes surrounded in yellow electricity and multiple yellow sparks come off its body. The electricity then condenses at the middle of its face and forms into an Orange-yellow ball, then fires the ball at the opponent.
• Side-Special - Zippy Zap: Charges up electricity as it's surrounded by electricity after charge. If charged, it goes farther faster dash forwards. If Uncharged however, it makes a quick short dash forwards.
• Final-Smash - Volt Tackle: Electrifies its entire body and blast forwards like a super-charged projectile and If it manages to hit an opponent, a large electrical explosion comes upon impact, launching nearby fighters, also dealing electric damage.

Luigi:

• Like Mario, Luigi will now have his voice from Kevin Afghani instead of Charles Martinet due to the latter retiring from his acting career.
• Luigi is now able to Wall Jump.
• Luigi has the Elemental Medals Meter, which he can have his Poltergeist-00 switch by using the Shield Special, and can also refill the meter of the Element by using said button.
• Side-Smash - Hammer: Swings his hammer forward.
• Down-Aerial - Ground Pound: Butt Stomps downward, meteor spiking & bouncing on opponents.
• Neutral-Aerial - Jump Spin: Spins around himself.
• Neutral-Special - Thunderhand: Fires an Electricity Ball from his hand, dealing electric damage.
• Side-Special - Spin Tornado: Winds Up and Spins Forward, generating a tornado that covers him completely then dealing multiple Hits toward opponents in the way before launching them.
• Down-Special - Elemental Medals: Do specific attacks, all of which have a meter.
• Water: Deals water damage.
• Ice: Deals ice damage and can freeze opponents
• Fire: Deals fire damage.
• Down-Taunt: Luigi will briefly wear the Poltergust G-00 and flash the Strobulb in front of him to see if it's working properly. Opponents right in front of Luigi when he flashes the Strobulb will get stunned momentarily, as if their Shield was just broken.

Ness:

• When Ness hits the opponent with his Baseball Bat while his Side Smash is fully charged**,** the SMAAAASH!!! Text box appears.
• Down-Smash - Paralysis: Deals stun damage with his PSI.
• Neutral-Special - Slingshot: Pulls out a slingshot, then fires a Slingshot projectile, which can be aimed forwards, upwards or downwards.
• Side-Special: His old Neutral Special, PK Flash, is moved here and now he can fire it.
• Down-Special - Lifeup: Heals damage with his PSI.
• Final-Smash - PSI Rockin' Ω: Fires a PSI burst forward & creates several psychic fireworks on any caught opponents before releasing a larger burst.

Captain Falcon:

• Neutral-Special - Pistol: Pulls out a pistol, then shoots an energy blast, dealing electric damage.

Jigglypuff:

• Jigglypuff now has alternate colors instead of Headwear. These Alternate Colors include Blue (Marill), Black (Gastly), Beige (Rowlet), Gray (Togedemaru), Green (Solosis), Purple (Koffing) and Light-Yellow (Togepi).
• Jab - Double Slap: Performs two alternating slaps forward, which can be used five times.
• Side-Tilt - Uproar: Causes an Uproar, making sound waves come out of its mouth at the opponent.
• Up-Tilt - Mega Punch: Performs a strong punch with its right hand upwards.
• Down-Tilt - Round: Takes a quick breath, then fires a high-pitched blast of sound from its mouth.
• Dash-Attack - Take Down: Recklessly charges at the opponent, dealing damage.
• Side-Smash - Focus Punch: Punches opponents with a high amount of force.
• Up-Smash - Drain Punch: Punches with its fists upwards,
• Down-Smash - Frustration: Slams its hand onto the ground in anger.
• Neutral-Aerial - Gyro Ball: Gets surrounded by a metallic aura, then spins rapidly and slams the opponent.
• Forward-Aerial - Brick Break: Performs a forward swing chop.
• Back-Aerial - Mega Kick: Performs a strong backwards kick.
• Up-Aerial - Icy Wind: Releases a wind of Ice from its mouth upwards, dealing ice damage and freezing opponents.
• Down-Aerial - Body Slam: Falls downward onto the opponent, also meteor spiking them.
• Pummel: Its Old Side Special, Pound, is moved here and now it just punches the opponent.
• Forward-Throw - Zen Headbutt: Headbutts opponents with psychic willpower, launching them away.
• Back-Throw - Fling: Picks the opponent up, then throws them.
• Up-Throw - Psychic: Holds the opponent in place with its mind, then throws them upward.
• Down-Throw: Its old Neutral Special, Rollout, is moved here and turns itself into a boulder, then pins the opponent down and rolls on their back.
• Neutral-Special - Disarming Voice: Lets out a Charm Cry that does emotional damage to the opponent.
• Side-Special - Dazzling Gleam: Emits a Powerful Flash.
• Up-Special - Bounce: Jumps into the air, then lands back on the opponents or stages, bouncing on the opponent and/or stage, which when landing and bouncing on the opponent, it can use other attacks, but when landing on the stage instead of opponent it can't directly attack again.
• Down-Special: Its old Up Special, Sing, is moved here.
• Final-Smash - Hyper Voice: Inhales a bunch of air, inflating her balloon-like body a bit, before letting out a loud attack that uses sound waves & blasts opponents backwards quite a distance.
• Side-Taunt: The animation remains exactly the same, but sparkly energy now surrounds her body
• Up Victory Pose: Jigglypuff twirls around like a ballerina as sparkly energy surrounds her body, before hopping on one leg and posing for the camera.

And, there you go. This took a little while, though i hope you to hear your feelings about these changes (as long as your reasons are good). Any changes that you want to see to the Original 12 that I didn't mention, or did I misplace some moves? or did I add a change that was unnecessary to some of you? It'd be cool to see what other people can come up with.

I have been working for a company the last seven years. In 2021 I became pregnant and was on maternity leave until beginning of 2022. Upon returning I had my yearly evaluation and with the change in pay structure (removal of bonuses) and I was given a raise to match what I was making prior to taking maternity leave. Three months later I received a 20% paycut and I was informed it was due to budget cuts and that the board thought I made too much. I was the only employee to receive a paycut. At the end of the day as I was getting ready to leave, the CEO came in the office and mentioned how they don’t see me moving up in the company anymore since I am a mom now and that they think I won’t be fully dedicated to the company because I will be more focused on my child. He also stated that being a mom was my choice, not the company’s. In 2023 I became pregnant again and told my boss and he stated “I thought you were not having anymore kids”. I am on maternity leave now and my husband received orders three weeks ago so we will now be PCSing (Navy) across the country in July. I set up a meeting with the CEO last week and informed him about the situation and he offered that i could work remotely as I informed him I also have a daycare already for both of my children so they wont be at home with during the day on weekdays. Yesterday he sent me a text to come to the office so we can discuss more about it. He retracted the offer letting me work remote and instead said they will be letting me go once we move. He stated that since I am a mom of two now I won’t be able to focus on work and we don’t know the different circumstances that could happen there. He said the board declined it because of the time difference and because he doesn’t want to ruin our professional friendship. Also that this would be good for me to be able to stay home and spend time with the kids and once the kids are older I can work for the company again. The way he worded it felt like the company does not believe I can work remotely solely because I am a mother. We have over 20 employees in his home country that all work remote and work during the US business hours, we also have an employee in Canada (who went MIA for six months and then popped back saying he wants to work again). So the excuse of the time difference does not make sense. I feel like I am being discriminated against because I am a female with children.
To add more to some back story, the CEO has been very vocal and degrading towards women often mentioning how they should not be working but be home with the children. He also has the females clean the break room and we are charge of clean up after lunches. There are currently 3 lawsuits against the CEO for other non-related issues.
My problem is that I do not have in writing the reason he retracted the offer to let me work from home. And he made sure to do this while the accountant/hr was out of office. I am wanting to send a follow up email regarding the meeting so I have it documented but I am not sure how to word it without putting him on the defense as I still am able to work there once my maternity leave ends later this month up until I move in July. I was just denied being able to work remote because they don’t believe I can work and be a mom simultaneously, which i find to be ridiculous.

Okay, I am going to try to be as detailed as possible here, and definitely go way over the top, in order to try to help you help me. I am currently a 19 year old male going to college at a small school with limited degree paths, but I am on the baseball team and it helps out a lot with paying for school, so obviously it is challenging to change schools. I live in Missouri between the KC and Ozarks regions and ideally don't want to move too far away, but I am not totally opposed to moving out of state or overseas.
I am currently working towards a dual major in Computer Information Systems and Finance with plans to get an MBA from my school in either finance or accounting (then get a CPA license). I have been looking at computer science, computer information systems, finance, accounting, and business administration as all possible degrees. I feel like I probably prefer business to computers slightly, but I have been with computer classes since middle school and already hold 2 testout certifications, so I have a definite passion for both industries. My problem is that I need to decide on one undergraduate degree and one minor then get a masters, which is tough to decide on.
I keep getting lots of contradictory information from the internet about "CS is dead" or "Al will replace accounting" and "you have to live in a major city to make money in finance". I really want to have a good career since I don't have anything else going for me (never had a friend, too ugly to have a girlfriend) and I want t help out my parents, both are teachers struggling in this economy. I have been looking on Indeed, Ziprecruiter, and Linkedin multiple hours a day and I just keep seeing that every entry level job has over 100 applicants and barely makes what a frycook (nothing against frycooks obviously) makes. My goal by the time I am 40 is to have a house (between 300k and 500k likely) as well as 2 cars and a race car that cost a combined 190k or so.
What can I do to be able to afford this as a single person in these degree or maybe something else. Any help is appreciated and please feel fres to DM if you need to.

My family sold our business last year cause we had a great offer and it was a get out while you can (future market seems bleak - depended on insurance reimbursement for 70% of revenue). I (son) was the only external sales rep in charge of all the accounts. Generated $4M / year. Long story short. He was dead set on changing the name. Day 1 he changes the name. Day 1 he cuts my commission. Day 1 he takes away gas allowance. I now make considerably less. He never has told me he appreciates me (the other employees tell me he tells them all the time). Has never asked for my opinion or thoughts. I’ve worked my tail off trying to “calm the waters” and inform people of the acquisition and keep our accounts. He has slowly been seeing some of my accounts without telling me. Zero communication. He never reaches out. I have to reach out to him for anything. Half the time he replies with that lame “do not disturb” notification. He never gives me updates, anything internally. He has given me zero marketing merch. But I also ran the social media(s), he asked for that on day 1 too… HOWEVER, I still have overall ownership of the Facebook page and it has thousands of followers. He has tried to remove me several times. He just sends a request to remove myself, I deny it. Hes never texted me or anything to tell me or ask me, he’s pretty lame. I’m honestly so bitter I want to delete the page, and say FU and resign. Thoughts?? It’s obvious he wants me out right??? This will be the ultimate middle finger cause he LOOOOVVES trying to do influencer videos on social media.

My party of six is only 10 sessions into CoS, but we're playing fast and heavy. We've already killed Izek, the Baron, lady Fiona, Wintersplinter, and Lysaga. We've faced Strahd at Yester Hill, we've saved the winery, we've brought Ireena to pool where she resisted Sergei's siren call, and we've crawled to the Abbott's doorstep hoping for aid.
In just 10 sessions, we've had 7 player character deaths (and one sidekick death...rip Victor). I'm letting the players bring their characters back using Adventure League's expanded dark gifts or more intense bargains, like when our warlock changing patron/subclass.
One player just had their fourth character death, but this time they decided to forgo the dark gifts. They decided that this would be the blaze of glory that finally freed his character's soul from the dark powers' torturous cycle, letting him finally be at rest, (as much as he can be), in the greater Barovia aether.
And it was at the hand of Rictavio.
The setup is that the Abbott wanted something in exchange for helping heal the party, but the group wasn't interesting in contributing to Project Vasilka. "Strahd finding love is the only thing that will free this land of the curse," chides the Abbott. "Of that I am confident. But there is one other thing plaguing Strahd's mind. A certain man in disguise... perhaps if he is eliminated, Strahd can focus on the love that Vasilka can offer."
Esmerelda, tucked away in the Abbey not far from this conversation, quickly forged a path to Rictavio to warn him, having recently learned that he had returned to Khazan's tower. The party was hot on her invisible heels, though, but luckily got side tracked just long enough for Ezmerelda to reach Rictavio and for him to plan.
The party confronted him on the tower's fourth floor. They were barely able to teact as Rictavio leapt onto the lift, invoked Khazan's name to activate the animated armor, and cut the chains that held him aloft. He was instantly on the ground floor, soaked some fall damage, and attacked two golems to activate their self defense mode. In a flash, he was out the front door.
Though most of the party worked their way out through the third floor's crumbling infrastructure, one character tried to take the faster route down the central shaft, riding the severed chains as if they were rigging on a sail. The fall damage was more than he had hoped, however, and he instantly fell unconscious with two clay golems quickly raining hell down on upon his back. Dead in a round.
Then came the climactic moment of Rictavio's plan. The rest of the party had escaped the tower with barely a turn or two to spare before Rictavio triggered the tower's lightning ward. This was the ward's third time activating, and thus the tower came crumbling down, burying the warlocks body forever more.

This is my first ever Reddit post and I’m posting to see some fresh perspectives. Any advice or help is welcome. Thank you.
I’ve been in a relationship for over 2 years now, and I can honestly say it has been the best time of my life. This woman helped me find myself and helped shape me into the man I am today. She always tries her best to listen to my problems, but lately I’ve been getting the feeling it’s too much for her. Which is why I’ve came to Reddit for help. (I’ve talked with my parents and a school therapist about this as well)
I’ve always had problems with anxiety. Ever since I was little I’ve cared far too much about what people think of me. It’s a problem that’s kind of taken a backseat these past few years, but has recently come up in a bunch of different ways. For around 7 months now, my relationship has been hindered by my chronic overthinking, 100% of the time wondering where she is and what she’s doing. I know that I can’t always know this, as that is controlling behavior, but it still upsets me deeply. Every scenario, such as being active on social media at the same time as guys I’m uncomfortable with, or not answering my texts when she is active on that app, makes me panic a bit. Instead of logically assuming she’s answering somebody else or just hasn’t opened my text yet, I always find the most catastrophic situation possible, like cheating. Even as I’m writing this, I’m wondering what guys she could be texting at that moment. I often have to talk to my girlfriend about these issues, and I often take her feelings for granted and I think it’s draining her to the point where I don’t think she can handle this as long as she thinks she can.
Let me give you an example of my head (For context, my girlfriend has just graduated and I am still in school.)
A couple of days ago, I was sitting in class with the knowledge that my girlfriend was going to be hanging out playing sports with her best friend (F) and a couple of guys, all of whom are her classmates. I end up learning that her best friend decided to stay at home, leaving her and these guys. I then learn that they are all planning on getting food at a restaurant in a neighboring tow. They get food, come back, then I learn that they are again playing sports, and after that is done, my girlfriend gives one of the guys a ride home as he does not have a car. Through no fault of my girlfriend, I’m learning all this new stuff through gapped texts, partly due to connection issues.
To most, this is just a normal day with nothing that could have happened. But my mind is not so simple. Let me take you through my thought process throughout the day.
First, let me go over one of her friends in particular, Fred (name change ofc). Fred has exhibited odd behavior since the start of the school year towards me and my girlfriend, and I don’t know if I’m justified in saying he has a crush on her. Please give me your thoughts. To my face Fred has called her the most beautiful girl in the school, knowing she was my girlfriend. He mentions her in class to me whenever he can bring her up, often unnecessarily. He sends her songs to listen to, and starts unnecessary text conversations stemming from questions he or she asked. Just after they got done as a group, he immediately sends her a video of a song and tries to initiate conversation, which she tries her best to shut down. After trying to shut it down, he then asks her if she’d want to get a group together and hang out again. How do you think me and my girlfriend should handle the situation? Any attempt at telling her anything about it makes me feel controlling and manipulative.
For context, Fred happens to be the friend my girlfriend drove home.
Back to the example, me learning that her female best friend was not there made me feel as if something was instantly going on, or that she planned this on purpose to be alone with Fred. Then when I learn she’s getting lunch with the guys, I feel as if she’s letting me go, while also wondering if she’s sitting next to Fred on the ride there. While they’re eating, I’m thinking about who she’s sitting next to and why it’s taking them so long to eat. When they return from the restaurant and are playing sports again I freak out wondering if this was her choice and if she’s using this as an excuse to be close to Fred or some guy that’s there now I don’t know about. By this point I’m out of school and at home, where I am trying to text her, but because she’s playing sports, she’s not answering her phone. Instead of thinking this, my already full head assumes something more is going on or that she’s not answering on purpose cause she knows I’m freaking out. By this point, Im in full panic mode, checking her location as often as possible, and after a short break, I see she is at Fred’s house. Her location is pinged there longer than it normally should be, and this just about sends me over the edge. Images of them kissing in the car or laughing while having good conversation pop into my head, and at this point there’s nothing I can do to stop it. I text her asking her what she’s doing, trying to almost set her up for a lie or expect the worst answer. When I do confront her about her location being there, she gives me a very logical, yet not complete answer, still allowing my mind to run free and wild. Looking back on it I honestly handled the situation very toxically, but in the moment I had no better ideas. Please tell me how I can react to these situations more calmly. I’d like to point out I’ve never outright accused her of cheating on me, but I have told her when it seems like at least a semi-rational scenario(even if it’s not).
So yeah, that’s what my brain thought of a seemingly normal day for my girlfriend was like. Please feel free to give suggestions on how I can change my behavior effectively. Also tell me if you think my girlfriend can change her behavior to help me.
These snowballing thoughts happen from the tiniest of things, and I need help stopping them before they begin. One of my main concerns is a trip my girlfriend is taking this summer, which includes Fred. There’s a high likelihood I’ll never see Fred again after this trip, and I’m worried he’ll make his move. I would love to say I trust my girlfriend, but in all honesty, for no reason at all I can’t trust her. She’s given me 0 reason to not trust her, and honestly I’m more scared of him making a move than her accepting it.
I’ve put thought into this, and I have 2 reasons. 1. Self-Confidence I am not ugly by any means, but lately because of my issues and changing appearance,I think I’ve started to get worried on whether or not I’m good enough for my girlfriend. 2. Fear of Loss One of the causes for lack of trust could be that I’m scared of losing her. Meaning I don’t want to completely latch onto her in case she hurts me. But I also feel Ive latched onto her too tight in other aspects of our relationship.

Tldr: Called Chase everyday, supplied documentation they needed, then kept calling everyday at various times to check application status, eventually a nice Chase agent approved my application after putting me on hold. Called shortly after and asked for expedited shipping to start destroying that limited time 75K points sign up bonus on an upcoming corporate travel trip.
Full events: - Applied online and instantly said they will review my Chase Sapphire Preferred application. They notified by email too without any timeframe stated. - Called Chase customer service and learned through the automated message that I will hear back in 7-10 business days. - I was not satisfied so I kept calling. You can try the below numbers and eventually speak with different types of agents across various Chase teams. Like customer service, member verification etc. • 8004323117 • 8002788830 • 8882702127

• By the next day, one agent I got connected to said they needed more verification on my identity. So they quickly sent an email with the ability to upload SSN, proof of birth and address. So I did DL and SSN card through their secure portal/link.
• Going good so far right! So I kept calling and one agent said my application was going to be shortly approved based on my uploaded docs they received. So I kept calling that day and then guess what? One agent said they my application was DENIED because they could not verify my docs. What?! My application was closed and I should reapply if I wish! Or visit a branch and reapply and provide my documentation in person. No way...that's another hard pull at the end of the day.
• I kept calling and you will eventually meet with agents from outside the US such as as India and Philippines. Every agent treats you slightly uniquely and since they are from different teams, their information provided to you is different due to their visibility into your application. This is what one agent told me. Plus they always for security reasons will send you a one time passcode text to access your application, so don't be worried. Also you can provide your application reference number that maybe in the top right corner of one of the emails from Chase. Or provide your SSN. I trusted Chase.
• I keep calling everyday and one agent after reviewing my application for several holds, said they are still verifying and my application is STILL OPEN. Great! He said I will hear back within 2 weeks with their the decision letter or the card!
• So great, I don't call as much now and am more patient, however I do eventually call and get connected to an Indian agent. She puts me on hold several times which ended up being the longest call! But guess what...she said my application has been APPROVED!!! I got an email confirming I will get the card in 5-7 business days.
• Called again and anm US agent processed my expedited shipping request and said I will be getting it in 2-3 normal days.

My takeaway: Would I have eventually gotten approved without calling as much, after I was told it's under review? Maybe. But IT DOES NOT HURT TO KEEP CALLING AND CHECKING YOUR STATUS. It's frustrating but as a potential customer of a large public company, you get to meet with agents outside the U.S and eventually get lucky with your new credit card :)

My son T is in preK, he is four almost five at the beginning of summer. Within the past two days (Monday and Tuesday) we have had calls about his behavior from the school. On Monday the principal called to say that he was hitting in class and told many times to stop, when he didn’t he was sent to the office where she had a talk to him, and asked my husband and I to talk to him and made us aware of the behavior. My husband and I had a talk with him about using our words and asking for an adult to help when we are frustrated and to not use our hands when we are upset that night.
Today (Tuesday) I asked him if he was sent to the back table (something they do when they misbehave and have to talk to the teacher) and he said yes because he accidentally scratched someone grabbing a crayon for coloring time. I told him that he should be more careful when doing activities because it’s not nice to hurt people, on purpose or accident, and left it at that unless I got more information from the school that something else happened. Later I get a message from the teacher assistant that today wasn’t any better and that he was hitting and scratching kids, he had his lunch recess taken away and was sent to the office to read and color. And he had a walk and talk with a teacher around the track. She and the principal had a meeting and decided that T will now line up in a separate line from the other kids and if that does not help he will then have recess somewhere else.
I then had a more detailed talk with T about hitting, saying it’s never okay to hit and that when we are upset that we use our words or ask for help. I told him that I was not mad at him and that I loved him, that I know he’s a good boy but was disappointed that he was hurting other kids. I’m at a loss at what else to do, my talks aren’t working and I don’t want this behavior to continue. I want to better help him and make sure he is okay and that he’s not disrupting his classmates/classroom, but I feel like I’m at a loss at what to do.
Some backstory on home life is that I am 37 weeks pregnant with baby 3, he has a younger brother who is 2.5 and is definitely in a learning to communicate and not use hands phase. I’m not sure if the stress of almost having another baby from me is affecting him and/or his brother’s behavior is. I find that since I obviously can’t keep up with the boys with my current state I am yelling more at them to stop or listen before I can reach them since I am so much slower than they are, and have actively been trying to use a more calm tone when I am trying to discipline/make them listen before I reach them. They definitely rough house with each other and things can get heated, and when they do we can get them to say sorry to each other and hug it out and all is well again. This baby was unplanned so I do feel like I am more stressed about the change we will be facing, and we’ve been having random house issues pop up that have added to my stress, but we try to keep talk of the baby positive and tell him things are going to change but for the better, it’s okay to be upset but we still love you. When I ask how he feels about the baby he says he is happy to be getting a little sister.
I have noticed a change in behavior in not listening as much to me as I have gotten farther along in my pregnancy and just some listening issues that would randomly happen, and maybe getting more frustrated with his brother getting in his business. His brother is still learning to communicate effectively, he was a slow talker and can’t always communicate clearly what he wants.
I’m just not sure what to do. He gets out of school in 3 weeks and I am due the same time, I want his last weeks of school to be fun and a good time so he can be excited for kindergarten. I feel like a failure and am so confused how this just started in the last two days. I just love him and want him to be okay and want people to like him and am sadly embarrassed this is happening. I just would really appreciate any advice on what to do and how else to talk to him or what other actions I can take. I know this was a lot of word vomit but if you read all of this I would truly appreciate any advice or words of encouragement.

I know we’re all tired, but it’s really hitting hard lately.
Even while I’m making so much progress in my legal and medical transition, it’s hard to feel happy about it. It’s hard to even feel secure with it, like I can’t let myself be happy about it because it could be ripped away from me so easily and so soon.
I’m in America, but it’s pretty similar everywhere else too. So, even if I could flee the country, there’s not much out there that isn’t following a similar path. It sucks for all of us right now, and I know I’m not the only one that can’t find hope at this point.
I’m in a blue state, which is good for now, but I know that there’s not much that simply being in a blue state can do in the case of this election not going our way.
The worst part is that it isn’t ”Just let this guy do his damage for 4 years and then it’s over with!” it’s more like “Even if project 2025 doesn’t end up being reality, we’ll still have to undo that damage at some point, and we’ll have to find people who actually want the damage undone. Good luck, I guess?”
I’m changing my name and my sex marked while I can, and getting my passport right after. Obviously, I’m voting too. But still, it’s miserable just waiting. Even outside of legal shit and politics, the general opinion of the world regarding trans people is so disproportionately negative compared to what it was even a few years ago.
I remember being 12-14, and trans people were generally not even thought of or mentioned. Yes, visibility is good, but it also means more people are consciously aware of us. Consciously hating us, and wanting us dead. It’s really difficult to feel happy for myself when the negativity and hate is always looming.
I’m going to keep trying and fighting, as are all of you I’m sure, but that doesn’t mean that I really want to. I don’t think many of us really want to or feel like we can. I think most of us just want a nap and a break. I hate that we don’t really have a choice.
I’m sure we’ll get through it someday. I’m just not sure if I’ll be here to see it. That’s not to sound suicidal, I’m just saying that it could take a long ass time. Anyway, if anyone gets this far I’d love to hear some trans joy or good news. Or just any sliver of hope whatsoever. Thanks

I purchased a soundbar from Vizio, the SB36512-F6, years ago, for around $500.
This soundbar had some minor problems initially that Vizio attempted to correct over time with firmware updates. As this is the norm with modern technology, I trusted that they would eventually rectify the small problems. Unfortunately, the problems became worse with each new release, introducing new problems. Unbelievably, the last firmware update Vizio released was pulled after a few days, as it was significantly worse than the other releases. Those of us who updated (which was an automatic process if you connected your soundbar to the internet) are stuck, as Vizio has no method of downgrading firmware.
Amazingly, they simply gave up on the entire series. No firmware improvements has been made available since the last (which they pulled), two years ago.
I have been stubbornly fighting with this device all this time, because it can work, and when it does, it's great. But I am really frustrated that Vizio basically made my experience with this device worse over time, and then abandoned it.
I'm wondering what suggestions others might have for such a scenario. I can dig up dozens (if not hundreds) of comments from owners of this series of sound bar (on reddit, facebook, AVS forum, etc.) with similar anecdotes. I can also film my own experience, showing the different problems occurring and the steps I need to take on a regular basis to accommodate/resolve them.
Is that my best recourse? Doing so, and then suing Vizio in small claims court?
In the grand scheme of things, $500 isn't really much. I could simply buy another soundbar. Honestly, it's just the fucking principle of the matter--the fact that Vizio left me (and a bunch of others) stranded after spending our money with them makes me angry.

Edit: As an example of the problems this soundbar faces, when I adjust the volume up or down, I need to mute and then unmute in order for it to apply the volume change. It also periodically will not recognize input from my TV (power on to a black screen.) It will also occasionally fail to handshake with my Chromecast with Google TV (plugged directly into the soundbar), and will tell the CCGTV that the soundbar isn't capable of Dolby Atmos decoding (so only 5.1 shows up in content, and if played, plays 5.1 audio instead of Atmos, which is easily discernible as an LED on the soundbar lights up white or teal depending on the audio encoding being decoded.) These problems can generally be resolved by unplugging and replugging the soundbar (reboot), which implies to me that it's a handshake or memory leak issue (as after a reboot, it will work fine, until the next day, where these problems occur again, and I have to start over.)

Hello! I am a bit discouraged right now. I created a wordpress.com website and connected it to a domain I had with Go Daddy. I changed the name servers for the wordpress one as explained by Wordpress.
I realize now that it has deleted my previous configuration that allowed me to connect this domain to my email. (I use name@domainname).
Now I can't connect to wordpress because it sends connection email to my email, which is down...
Is there a way to connect my domain to both my website and my email?
