The "missing" money is a hint along with the filing. The "LOSS" on the earnings report had the wonderful effect of triggering the algo to kick into gear and short the shit out of our beloved GME.
THIS MADE THE HEDGIES HIT THE LOWEST PRICE THEY COULD MAXIMIZING PROFIT GAINS FOR THOSE OF US NOT CHEATING THE SYSTEM
They used their own algorithm against them to put another nail in the coffin. I still am in shock from the move, bravo!!!
So what's it all mean?
I believe that Gmerica/TEDDY HOLDINGS (and others) has already been created, that the "missing" money was used in the deals. These were probably set in motion years ago, and cannot be stopped now.
For every 1 GameStop share, they'll get 4 of Another company they made the deal with. And for every 4 GameStop shares, they'll get 7 of say Shit, shower and shave shares, for example. (a real possibility, if you know you know)
This happens between companies attempting to purchase each other using stock as the currency.
As for the holders they will likely get to swap out their shares for the shares in the new massive holding company.
I think that we will be trading our stocks in for shares with blockchain attached and we will be shielded from market manipulation. (tin foil straight up guess)
Lets say this happens and they give a dividend. That would trigger THE MOTHERFUCKER OF ALL SHORT SQUEEZES. the MFOASS™
Oh and to get really APE kicked in the face here, since we would no longer need to lock the float to prove to some bought worthless politician, that they are doing something illegal DRS becomes less important. I say this having another 200 shares headed to the purple circle so be gentle.
Since they create shares from nothing then it does not matter how many are Street named.
I still say buy, hodl, DRS. but read the prospectus supplement. If I'm right it details not matter what you got you are in.

I am a witness/victim for a criminal trial in California and have been subpoenaed for the pre-trial multiple times but it has been continued each time by the defense. They have done 6 continuances so far which is a pain in the butt since I have to miss work to go sit and wait to be called… and since they released the guy on supervised release, he has threatened and attacked me many times since the original arrest (when it’s bad/scary enough I get a new incident number) so I still can’t go outside unescorted even though he’s been evicted (the lock out date keeps getting pushed back).
So yeah - is there a limit on how many times they can do a continuance? If not a legal limit maybe some form of petition? I feel like this is the defenses strategy, to shake me loose by making it a pain in the butt and make me lose money.

I Dont know if these are the right words for it, but basically before, My Father was offered a ‘Job’ by so called “lazada”HR? (from what he has told me) on Viber. Then at first, he earned little sums of cash from doing some tasks (ex. Liking products/following shops etc.) in which he earned 50php per task which was deposited to his gcash. He was really happy about this as he told me, and it made me happy too. Yet not long after, he started getting those “product optimization” tasks. In which he has to deposit money and then he’ll get the money back + a bonus. He got fired in ‘lazada’ shortly after though as he was not able to gather money quickly (he needed to deposit 4.5k, but he was short of 2.5k). Moving onto now, A “shoppee” Hrepresentative contacted My dad through Viber again, and now hes been doing basically the same things. Heres where it GETS WORRYING though. On day 1, hes already got a product optimization task. The system is basically like you have to do this task (deposit money thru gcash) but these tasks are connected with each other, which means you wont be able to get the money unless you complete all these interlinked tasks. At first, he had to deposit 4.5k, which he was able to do, because I still had money + combined with his money. And then, after a while, he now needed to complete this task (deposit 12.8k) along with 2 members (it was a group task). I still wasnt skeptical at this point, as I saw the 2 members he was with deposited 12k thru gcash and showed screenshots to the “teacher” and “receptionist” My Father was really conflicted, as it was already night time at this point, and we didnt have that kind of money. “Luckily” the teacher said that theyll give him time to gather funds and complete the task tmrw. Moving forward to today. He has now borrowed 5k from one of my aunts, and 8k from one of my grandmothers, and he says that he’ll give it within the day. BUT NOW, im really super worried because after he has deposited the 12k, the teacher said he still has to complete one more task. Which was to deposit 28k. Take note, he still hasnt received the money back from 4.5k that he has deposited and the 12k, as all of these are “interlinked” tasks. Im seeing My dad ask almost everyone in his phone to borrow money again to complete the 28k task. I Dont know what to do. Im really hoping this isnt a scam. Hes trying to reassure me that it isnt, because hes seen the group chat (w 30+ ppl active in) share their success and the money their making, pics of their food and such. There were four people who signed a contract and I may have accidently altered said contract through a verbal agreement after everything was signed with one of the other signed parties. This agreement was for a service with a set amount of money. I talked to the person who is supposed to be the recipient of the money and I may have said something that added more money to the agreement. Would that make the previous written contract void even though the other two parties didn't consent, or no?
In Oregon, a verbal agreement is legally binding and he states he has a recording in a public space. I'm not even certain if I did say something that altered the agreement entirely. That would be the worst case scenario.

A little under 2 years ago, I was in an accident that totaled my car. The situation is a bit confusing, but I am going to try to describe what happened as best as I can. I live in the city and my daily parking space is on a two way street where each side has extra room for parallel parking. The accident occurred when I was leaving for work one morning. I was maneuvering my car to leave my parallel parking position, when I was hit by a person coming down the same side of the street. They hit my front left wheel causing the axel to snap completely. The person that hit me called 911 and then we proceeded to exchange insurance information. I was issued a ticket at the scene by the police officer and both of our cars were towed to what the officer referred to as the “police impound lot” I reported the accident to my insurance company, however I only have liability insurance, so they did not help cover the cost of the accident. I decided to go to my court date instead of paying the ticket. When I went in front of the judge, they dismissed my case for lack of evidence and I went home without a ticket. During this time almost 2 months had passed and I called the tow lot that the police had towed me to, to try to figure out what was going on with my car. I was told that I had to pay $2000 + to get my car out or it would be getting sold at auction. I did not have the money at the time to pay to get my totaled vehicle out of the tow lot or to fix it. I was also stuck with paying the rest of the loan I had taken out for my car, which was about $6500.
All in all I felt very stuck and had no clue what to do. So, I have just been biking around the city and to and from work for about two years now while the loan was getting paid off. Which, as of this month has been done successfully and I received the title to my totaled car in the mail the other day and…. I just don’t know what to do with it.

Went to Rainbow Bridge today. Told the officers in the US side that I will flagpole, they gave me a paper then went straight back to Canada side. They asked me a few questions then went to the immigration office. There, they asked for my documents and after more or less, 20 minutes, my study permit was given to me. Everything happened in less than 40 minutes. I think I got lucky.For more information, I will be staying with my sister in Canada who will be housing me and feeding me for completely free until my studies in September start. I'm thinking it's a major hassle and I would not want to waste money by flying there on my visitor visa and flying back to my country to get a student permit and visa to reenter as a student. But in the event that I do fly on a visitor, would I be able to claim my student permit and VISA through flagpoling?

A little under 2 years ago, I was in an accident that totaled my car. The situation is a bit confusing, but I am going to try to describe what happened as best as I can. I live in the city and my daily parking space is on a two way street where each side has extra room for parallel parking. The accident occurred when I was leaving for work one morning. I was maneuvering my car to leave my parallel parking position, when I was hit by a person coming down the same side of the street. They hit my front left wheel causing the axel to snap completely. The person that hit me called 911 and then we proceeded to exchange insurance information. I was issued a ticket at the scene by the police officer and both of our cars were towed to what the officer referred to as the “police impound lot” I reported the accident to my insurance company, however I only have liability insurance, so they did not help cover the cost of the accident. I decided to go to my court date instead of paying the ticket. When I went in front of the judge, they dismissed my case for lack of evidence and I went home without a ticket. During this time almost 2 months had passed and I called the tow lot that the police had towed me to, to try to figure out what was going on with my car. I was told that I had to pay $2000 + to get my car out or it would be getting sold at auction. I did not have the money at the time to pay to get my totaled vehicle out of the tow lot or to fix it. I was also stuck with paying the rest of the loan I had taken out for my car, which was about $6500.
All in all I felt very stuck and had no clue what to do. So, I have just been biking around the city and to and from work for about two years now while the loan was getting paid off. My father was Indian and me and my brother are British citizens. My brother has an Aadhaar card since he was born in India and has been in India since 1993. He has a British citizenship because of our mother.
My mother and father split up over 30 years ago but never divorced. The marriage was dissolved in Ireland where my mother married again. However the marriage wasn’t dissolved in India because she never came back to India after she left.
Now we are trying to get our inheritance done and we’re wondering if it’s better to just get it all on my brother’s name since he has an aadhaar card.
Since our mother isn’t in the picture due to her marriage being dissolved and remarrying she has no stake in the clan and neither does she want anything. I don’t have any Indian documents except a bank account which may make claiming a little difficult because to file a legal heir certificate I’ll need an aadhaar card etc.
Our plan is to just say that when our mother separated from our father I left with mom and have no interest in the inheritance. Therefore by default my brother is the heir. Is this the quickest way to get a legal heir certificate for my brother or is there a better way? Does he still need to get an no objection certificate from me and mom?

so! i was originally posting this for my husband on a Christian subreddit, but he and a few friends wanted me to put it here just to see what happened
the gist of it:
My in-laws, we recently found out, have been pretending to like me and lying about their approval of our relationship. We have been together for four years and married for two. We have a child on the way. This just now came out.
His father is a crippling alcoholic. He would regularly beat his mother when my husband was a child and has, to this day, chosen to spend money on alcohol instead of food to feed his family or pets. They regularly came to us asking for either dog food or dinner because they literally had nothing. They owe over 3k to his grandfather from how often they borrow money. His mother would verbally abuse him and his brother, and neglect them because she refused to go to doctors for chronic pain and hormonal issues, and would blow up instead. To the point he once walked around on a broken ankle for months because she thought he was being overdramatic. He was ten when that happened. The only reason it was treated is because his grandfather saw how swollen it was and took him to the ER.
This came to a head when we decided we didn’t want our child to be exposed to that. We tried talking, and somehow it all exploded from there. I will admit I said things that were not appropriate, and my husband did too. If I have a chance to apologize for how I handled it I want too, but I was also threatened and know if I try to contact on social media I will be written very nastily to. But we found out a LOT they have been lying about.
1) they think I was being overdramatic about a miscarriage, and had actually just started my period. I was told this while simultaneously being cussed out. I had a miscarriage!! This is where I started shouting if I’m honest. Should I have, absolutely not, and I regret it now because it only escalated things.
2) I have somehow destroyed this family and my husband didn’t have a problem with anything until he met me. This is literally, factually incorrect. They have several times driven him to attempt to take his life before he had ever met me. His father would regularly mock him for attending therapy as an adult too. He would also insult and mock any interests he had, ANYTHING.
3) Neither of us are allowed to dictate who our child is around, because we aren’t “in charge” of the family and my husband is, according to his father, “a hypocrite who is too soft and isn’t acting like a man.” for trying to talk about how his childhood impacted him. He was then told all of his childhood was in his head and that he needed to figure it out himself. Because my FIL didn’t throw him into walls and beat him.
4) Neither of them have ever liked me, and accused me of using my husband for money and manipulating him into being a liberal. I am not a liberal. I have never been a liberal. Literally don’t even know where they got that from. The only idea I have is that they think me not wanting them to insult all of my husband’s hobbies is somehow making him too soft and therefore a liberal? Or that I don’t like when they randomly start talking about how much they hate gay people and think they’re child molestors?? I feel that’s a normal response from ANYONE. I’ve literally never discussed politics with them if you don’t count me not wanting to listen to that political?
5) We were then essentially kicked out from a family home that was near theres. I was told that only my husband would be allowed back, and that I would never be allowed near them again. They do not know I am pregnant, at this point I’m 5 weeks 6 day, and sincerely worried about how the stress might have impacted my baby. We found out his brother has never liked me either, but refuses to say why. Please note he is a huge mama’s boy, so I’m honestly suspicious that she’s been talking about me for a lot longer than we think.
So! I will be honest, if they hold that view of me I have no qualms not speaking to them. I will add that they both claim to be Christian, but are alcoholics, pop pills, cuss regularly, and have never discussed God, church, or even attended church in over 15 years. The few times I’ve heard them talk about God have been to try and get their own way, or to discuss the end times. They are essentially Christian by word and not action.
My husband hasn’t spoken to his mother at all, and when he tried to talk to his father again was essentially guilt tripped and lied to again. My FIL told him he was contemplating suicide since he was gone, and when my husband told him he was happier on our own, was then told his father was doing better without him too and to never expect any contact from him again. Anything my MIL has texted has boiled down to insulting me and telling him he’ll come crawling back eventually, so he obviously hasn’t responded.

How on earth are we supposed to provide an address proof for getting a local SIM card? Many keep saying the alternative to this is, “ohh you can ask your friend or family and they can get it for you”.
First of all, is it legal to use someone else’s identity, even with their consent, to obtain a SIM like this? Secondly, what if I want the line in my name and don’t want to use a relative’s particulars? What are my options here? Even the two airport AirTel locations demand proof of India address.

Why are the Indian Government issued documents like OCI / PAN/ NRO/NRE Bank statements, etc not good enough as identity proof and a foreign utility bill/driver license/ID card etc as address proof? Even if someone furnishes a proof of India address somehow, there’s no guarantee they remain in that address for the duration of their stay. So what is the point?
Archaic rules like these promote more dishonesty and force people to bend rules like using a relative’s identity etc.

Wife and I have been building our potentially forever house for the last 3 years all out of pocket after work and on the weekends. I've done 90% of the work. I cheated and hired the drywall which they started thursday and will be done monday. I'm down to my last 10k dollars to spend on the house. Unfortunately the cabinets are 22k dollars and I don't have the money for them or the trim work. Insurance has the house valued at 317k and I owe nothing on it.
Time for the question(s) I have spoken to my bank (CU) and she tells me she can not loan me anything on the house to finish it. They do not do construction loans and I can not do a heloc or a cash out mortgage because it's not "habitable" with no cabinets in the kitchen.
Any ways to legally get around that? Any other options? I've looked into a 203 k and that's a no go I need roughly 30k to finish it and it's making me sick.
