A lot of attention was paid to "completeness" and correct organization, with over 2500 fully complete TV series and 10000 movies. Completeness includes downloading full franchises of content, so I tend to have all the special episodes/reboots/sequels/spinoffs/movie of any particular franchise. If I'm missing an episode of something, that's because it probably just isn't available ANYWHERE. Quality is almost always the best available resolution/format for whatever content is on the server.

4) Graphics Designers and Video Editors
You will be responsible for helping me design a logo for our community, posters for community events, and other design related tasks. We have a bunch of custom prerolls I created for the Plex and I am looking for someone that can help create more that we can rotate on a regular or seasonal basis.
5) Plex Share Managers
You will be responsible for helping me maintain good practices and policies with regards to inviting people to the Plex share. I've only opened this up to a limited number of people so far so that I can ensure the best experience for our users, and so I don't get arbitrarily banned by Plex. I'd like to keep it that way. You've set up a Plex Share community before or have a lot of experience with them.
6) Sysadmins

I've been seeing lots of comments pointing fingers at COMELEC, saying they let certain candidates run despite red flags, talking about bribery, and more. Let's dive into this and clear things up.
While it's true that there's a lot of shady stuff going on in government (such as mga bayaran), that's not really a good reason to go after COMELEC. It is provided in the Omnibus Election Code that the duty of COMELEC is ministerial when it comes to accepting an aspirant's application. As long as there are no issues on its face, COMELEC will receive the Certificate of Candidacy.
The Commission may not, by itself, without the proper proceedings, deny due course to or cancel a certificate of candidacy filed in due form. When a candidate files his certificate of candidacy, the COMELEC has a ministerial duty to receive and acknowledge its receipt. This is provided in Sec. 76 of the Omnibus Election Code, thus:

Sec. 76. Ministerial duty of receiving and acknowledging receipt. - The Commission, provincial election supervisor, election registrar or officer designated by the Commission or the board of election inspectors under the succeeding section shall have the ministerial duty to receive and acknowledge receipt of the certificate of candidacy.

Let's break that down. What it means to be a ministerial duty is where one performs in a given state of facts, in a prescribed manner, in obedience to the mandate of legal authority, without regard to or the exercise of his own judgment, upon the propriety of the act done. To simplify, it is generally not up to that person or office to investigate and look into the intricacies of the CoC, but rather to just receive and acknowledge it.

Sec. 78. Petition to deny due course to or cancel a certificate of candidacy. - A verified petition seeking to deny due course or to cancel a certificate of candidacy may be filed by any person exclusively on the ground that any material representation contained therein as required under Section 74 hereof is false. The petition may be filed at any time not later than twenty-five days from the time of the filing of the certificate of candidacy and shall be decided, after notice and hearing, not later than fifteen days before the election.

Any person could've assailed the CoC by that Chinese Mayor which COMELEC would have acted upon. This is through COMELEC's power to exercise quasi-judicial functions.
Lastly, COMELEC may motu proprio or upon a petition, declare someone as a nuisance candidate if one really wants a candidate removed. OEC also provides for the grounds to declare one as nuisance:

One who files a certificate of candidacy 1. to put the election process in mockery or disrepute; or 2. to cause confusion among the voters by the similarity of the names; or 3. in other circumstances which clearly demonstrate that the candidate has NO bona fide intention to run for the office and to prevent a faithful determination of the true will of the electorate.

Reading the grounds above, there really isn't one applicable to the situation at hand so we can cross it off now.
Considering all that has been discussed, it is entirely inaccurate to claim that "COMELEC allowed them to run despite red flags" or "COMELEC allowed them to run even though they are not natural-born citizens." Well, they're here! They look pretty darn good I must say. I selected a Linen finishing for that smooth feel and quality, and everything came out pretty much how I wanted it to. The designs are high quality with no blurring, and the cards feel great. Now I can finally mark my quest to own a RWBY deck for myself as completed.
