Iโm reaching out here because Iโm in a really tough spot and could use some advice or support from those who might have experienced something similar.
Back in 11th grade, I was extremely driven due to low scores in 10th. I studied for 12-13 hours daily, cut off communication with everyone, and was always depressed even during family functions. I managed to finish the entire foundation syllabus during this time.
Last September, I visited a neurologist for tremors. When I mentioned my weird behavior, I was advised to see a well-known psychiatrist in my city. I was diagnosed with anxiety, ADHD, and OCD, and was put on medication. For the first time in years, I felt good, but then everything came crashing down.
From September onwards, I stopped studying and began socializing again after 2-3 years. I enjoyed myself until my 12th exams finished. Since then, Iโve struggled to study. Even on Inspiral (Indian Ritalin), I canโt focus. I get extreme headaches, and whenever I try to revise, I realize Iโve forgotten 99% of what I knew. The anti-anxiety meds make me not care about anything, which helps me socialize but has killed my motivation and memory.
I feel like my mental ability is so messed up. I canโt even remember calculations I did five minutes ago. I spend days revising short chapters that I used to know well. I had completed law thrice and was strong in other subjects, but now everything is a mess.
Has anyone dealt with something similar? Any advice or strategies would be greatly appreciated. Iโm really struggling with my foundation exams coming up in just three weeks.

Basically the title, I am in second year of engineering (4th sem exams just got over) and at home and I just cant live here because of my parents. They have a problem with literally everything I do. I cant sleep according to my timing, I cant play even for an hour in vacation like what else am I supposed to do now. Kal hi thodi der khlera tha toh pura ghar sar pe utha liya ki kisi kaam ka nahi hai. Second year hogaya par fir bhi 12th mark ke taane de rahe.
Roz subah uthke inke saare kaam karo, bahar se saman lana, kuch help chahiye toh karo fir bhi mai hi nalayak. Inke hisab se roz 10 baje so jao aur 5 baje utho. They always have to do the opposite of every single thing I say and then somehow blame it on me and start rambling about what a waste I am.
Last week bhai ka birthday tha toh, uske ghar jana tha usme bhi inko dikkat hai,1 ghante dur rehta hai,local leke jaane wala tha fir inka chalu hogaya ki din bhar bas faltugiri karwalo aur jaane ki jarurat nahi. Inka hamesha se hi ye hai, school time bhi kabhi dosto ke saath kahi jaane nahi diya, abhi college mai bhi nahi. Har ek detail chahiye jaise college ka TT, agar thoda bhi late ho gaya toh kya karra tha, kyu karra tha chalu hojata inka.
Mai kuch apne mann se kar hi nahi sakta. I feel like living in a jail, 3 time ka khana,inke order pe chalna bas. Agar bc itna tha toh paida hi kyu kiya. Har cheez mai meri baat sunni nahi,lagta hi ki mai gadha hu jo bolra. And to make it worse I am not even a hostel student aur do saal ye hi jhelna hai roz. College mai professors bekar, friend circle non existent,social life non existent,ghar pe ye randapa, maa kasam mann karta hai sab chodke kahi pahado mai bhaag jau.

Every breathing moment (okay, almost) of my life was dedicated to it, and now i have to settle for a college from cuet and again prep hard for making it big atleast in masters or with skills. Compromised health, ruined sleep, over working, fucked up thought process, so on so forth and got nothing. And then I see people who are living the time of their lives in all terms and still converting 95% + / 99% / 650+ / 750+ in respective exams. And 3 years prior, all of us were at the same level in life, literally in all terms. Again, this is not a sympathy or rant post, I know I will get a decent college and fix most issues which are controllable in my life. (No POWER LIGHT) Tried all the Plug/RESET methods that were suggested by multiple folks but it all failed. Visited XBOX site and saw two options: 1. Get in-person Service 2. Send it to us for Service. (This option in the end shows to pay 24,689 to get a similar replacement. Image attached below) ,So, I chose in-person service centre option and post checking the list was surprised to see PUNE as an option for authorised service centre. It showed B.M. Gadget Services PVT. LTD, in Pune as an authorised service provider. Will visit them tomorrow and see how it turns out! Update 1: So, I called B.M. Gadget Services PVT. LTD this morning and got a reply saying "We do not repair microsoft devices and this is only a pickup spot from where we send devices to Microsoft." They also told me that I am expected raise a complaint to Customer Care post which I can submit my device! Also, the Out of Warranty replacement option exhausts once we proceed and basically we are not being able to opt for it. (So basically its not working!) With all this happening, I decided to opt for going to unauthorised service provider in Pune. Gadgets, FC Road. I was asked to submit my console for 2-3 days for diagnosis post which I will be told the amount needed for the fix. I also took my PS5 controller to fix drift issue to get to know about their pricing and they quoted me 2250 approx for drift fix (both sticks with new cap). I found this a little unreasonable since Gameloot charges 1800 only and that too free pickup and drop at home. (very positive experience for me in past as I got 2 controllers repaired from them) Now, w.r.t finding a fix (XBOX SERIES X) through unauthorised centres, things that can possibly go wrong: 1. Components ke sath khilwaad! 2. False damage claim to extract money. 3. Way more money for simple fix (if any) etc etc Honestly, this whole next generation has been disappointing right from the NEX-GEN gaming experience promises to the hardware quality.
