Bueno les dejo el proceso de la 110.
Había que hacerle varias cosas más que nada estéticas y algunas de mecánica o luces.
Comenzamos con repararle suspensión delantera, cambio de retenes, revisión de barrales que no estén doblados o rayados y aceite de suspensión nuevo usando Wander Forces 10w.
Ya que tenía desarmado el frente limpie y lubrique cubetas de dirección, limpie caliper, disco y pastillas de freno y purgue usando líquido Elaion DOT 4. Y también se reparo el reenvío de velocímetro ya que se había trabado.
Pasamos a la parte trasera. Se desarmo por completo para cambiar kit de transmisión, y limpiar todo el lubricante de cadena que salía centrifugado mancho amortiguadores y horquillón.
Se cambiaron tacos de maza, tornillos de corona y tuercas. También se lijo el cristalizado de las cintas de freno, se ajustaron los rayos de la rueda. Se limpio bien la rueda y pinte con stretch negro ya que los aros estaban bastante oxidados.
Se cambio mangueras y filtro de nafta y se limpio bien todo el cuadro antes de armar la rueda y las cachas bajo asiento.
Se le puso batería nueva y probé el arranque eléctrico. Cómo no arrancaba en frío se busco la falla en el captor del estrato que estaba bien, se controlo bobina y bujía y la falla se encontraba en el CDI que cuando lo puse en el probador fallaba y dejo de andar (a punto de dejarme a pata).
Pasando a tablero y óptica se le cambió está última porque tenía las trabas quebradas. Se probaron todas las teclas de comandos y se cambiaron las que no funcionaban junto con las fichas correspondientes.
Para finalizar filtro de aire, aceite y una carburada que era necesaria. Y se le pusieron los plásticos que faltaban.
Punto aparte. Plásticos OKINOI y VC son la peor calidad de plásticos que pueden haber en el país. No puedo creer que siendo el formato de moto más vendido los plásticos de estás marcas son tan malos que no coinciden entre si o por ejemplo en el lugar de los espejos. JAMAS, JAMAS compren esas marcas, ahorrense un dolor de cabeza.
