2024.05.15 11:06 Latter-Lingonberry43 Misleading Representation of Employment

Hi all, currently experiencing a bit of trouble regarding employment in VIC. I've asked around for some assistance and currently running into a dead end and looking for some guidance on what to do next. For the sake of anonymity, I've left the names of all parties involved vague.
So I (34 m) was referred by my partner (32 f) to the company she is currently working for at the tail end of Feb. The role is an entry-level position and is right up my alley in terms of work background. I was invited for an interview and received positive feedback. However, I was informed a few days later that my inability to commence immediately (I needed 2 weeks notice for the company I worked for at the time) resulted in the role being filled by another candidate. Unfortunate but understandable and was informed that they'll keep me in mind should there be another position available in the future. Was bummed out for a little bit but that's just how life is sometimes.
A few weeks later, in March, one of the managers contacts my partner after work hours asking if I was still interested in working for the company for a similar role. Of course, I accepted immediately and waited for their HR team to contact me with the official offer via email. Late March, I received an email from the company stating that the initial role I applied for in March has opened up once again. Ecstatic, I emailed them back accepting the role. They then mentioned that they will begin the onboarding process and that I should provide my references to which I promptly did.
Its important to mention that I firmly believed that I was going to be hired at this point since they specifically mentioned the role in the email and that they will begin the onboarding process. Learning from the previous experience with the hiring procedures, I turned in my resignation letter to the company I was working for. Luckily, my manager at the time allowed just one week of resignation period since they were happy I was moving into the industry I wanted to be in. My last day at that company was the last day of March so it all kind of worked out.
April comes around and I advised my new employer that I am able to start as early as the first week and they replied saying that they will proceed with the onboarding process and send the necessary paperwork to be filled in (referral forms, contracts etc.). A week goes by, they let me know that there was an internal delay but eventually they inform me that the referral forms have been sent. A few days later they receive all the forms they needed and confirmed it with me. I eagerly await for the employment contract to be sent to me as I assumed that was the next step.
This brings us to mid-April. The HR manager mentions that there have been some changes internally and they will contact me via phone. They call me, apologizing letting me know that the company is unable to continue with my application due to a change of requirements. The initial role is no longer needed, leaving me with the feeling of being misled, my time wasted, and unemployed. Not to mention the distress I've experienced.
I've taken the following weeks to reach out to Fair Work, Job Watch and Consumer Vic. I was advised to file a formal complaint to the company using the complaint template on the Consumer Vic site as they said that they have violated section 31 of the Australian Consumer Law.
I have drafted the complaint but I am not sure what to do next. Do I contact a lawyer before doing this? Does my partner need to move companies? Do I reach out to the company and have a formal discussion? I am currently at a loss. Can anyone offer any advice regarding my situation?
Tl;dr: company rescinded job offer after leading me on for weeks leaving me unemployed and stressed

2024.05.15 10:54 piercejr Tips from Feb ‘24 passer

First time taker here and was finishing up my 3L year. Just graduated May ‘24 and was an out of state test taker for Texas. Studied for 5 weeks and passed the Texas Bar and did about 200 hours on BarBri. For me, the issue with the Bar was learning and remembering the law and so I focused on the barbri lectures and MC.
MEE/MPT
I did not write out a single MEE as writing has never been an issue. I’m assuming most people in law school can write well and thus the issue with the essays are issue spotting and knowing the black letter law. This is why I focused on LEARNING the law through the lectures and MC questions instead of wasting hours writing essays. Something I found helpful was looking up the model questions and then reading the selected answers. This gave me an idea of how to structure my essays and see what the examiners liked.
For the MPT, all I did was watch BarMD free video on YouTube and then I read the library portion of a sample MPT to get a feel for issue spotting. One thing I found helpful during the exam was that I would read the cases first and immediately type out the Rules into the test document. I would then just copy and paste the rules when needed which saved me a ton of time as I didn’t have to re-read the case etc. Ultimately, the MPT is all about time management as we all have learned how to issue spot by being in law school.
MBE:
I don’t really know what to say other than just to study. Do a ton of MC to get familiar with the format and also to help get exposed to the more nuanced areas of the law. I did some BarBri MC but what I found helpful were the MC questions from the ncbe themselves. They are fairly cheap and well worth it as they come from the source themselves and are how the questions on the bar are worded. Now, these MC’s by the ncbe are on the easier side but they give you a feel for the formatting of the Q’s. I also just hated Barbri questions which is probably why I liked the ncbe Q’s so much.
Overall, don’t stress about not studying enough/ not completing your course. A lot of the bar prep courses allot a ton of time to writing essays for every subject and for writing MPTs. Personally, I’m a believer that if you know the law then the MEE’s won’t be bad and thus just focus your time on learning the law and practicing the MC Q’s.
Hope this is helpful

Yuja Wang - The Vienna Recital: a hole in the spectrum! (Comparison between stereo and Dolby Atmos)
Hello,
World-renowned pianist Yuja Wang continues to captivate audiences with her latest album "The Vienna Recital". Recorded during a recital in Vienna in 2022, this album features an eclectic selection of works, from complete sonatas by Beethoven and Scriabin to individual pieces by Albéniz and etudes by Ligeti and Glass.

For this review, you'll find 2 versions tested: Tidal MAX Flac and Tidal Dolby Atmos.
The Tidal Max waveform has a high dynamic range, as confirmed by the graph below, with a dynamic range of DR14, with values between DR10 and DR16 depending on the track.

However, the red arrow also shows the frequency hole present at 10 kHz (9700 to 10700 Hz) on the graph below. The problem is also present on other streaming services.

The Dolby Atmos mix that reproduces the concert soundstage, extending from the front speakers to the side speakers, with the ambience and volume of the hall. But the use of Dolby Digital Plus, which is a lossy format, doesn't provide all the finesse of the stereo version.
You can listen to the different samples to make up your own opinion HERE and find all the measurements.
Enjoy listening,

2024.05.15 10:43 trick2011 doktor doesn't want to prescribe medicine anymore

I've been using an expensive medicine that was initiated it's use by the doctor and confirmed by the clinic. Now after more than 8 moths the doctor doesn't want to prescribe it anymore until the clinic prescribes it. The clinic can't prescribe ambulant and says no the doctor has to prescribe it. Now I'm without the medicine I need in 1.5 week.
What the hell is going on. What can I do? I just want my damn medicine that is covered by the insurance.
To clarify, the 'normal' doctor is a specialist.
just called with TK. They say that my letters from the clinic should suffice and that the doctor should normally prescribe the medicine. If they don't, I can complain to the KVBW and call TK again to get the medicine in time.

2024.05.15 10:29 Mundane_City_2474 What to expect?

(UK) Spoke to a doctor about 6 weeks ago, initially about some stomach issues / indigestion. They had me go for blood tests and give faecal samples. The results have shown multiple undiagnosed issues that are still be confirmed, but was diagnosed as Hypothyroidism. The bloods came back showing high TSH levels & Low T4 TSH - 55.2m U/L [0.27- 4.2]. Free T4 - 4 pmol/L [11.0-22.0]
I’ve now started on 50mcg of Levothyroxine (28days so far), I’m due a blood test this week to check levels again. But should I expect a greater dose to be prescribed?
I’ve had mornings waking up super tired and sore and other morning waking up full of energy. Is this linked to the Levo? General energy levels are up but I’m utterly spent some evenings. I’m just about to change jobs which means working nights. Should I be changing when I take the medication? (Currently in the morning)

2024.05.15 10:22 SkilledNigiriEater A neighbour has stolen my parcel and now I'm in a months long dispute with the sender. Who is liable?

Hi all,
I'm in a dispute with Three and could really use some external help to make sure my argument in the dispute is watertight.
Context:
I ordered some broadband from Three around 2 months ago, the router was delivered to a neighbour in my block of flats. It was "signed for" under my name and a proof of delivery photograph featuring a headless woman was the evidence. All the doors and carpets in my building look the same so there was no distinguishing features to give an indication of who it was.
I asked around the neighbours over the next few days and everyone said they hadn't received a parcel. I also sent a letter around giving whoever had the parcel an ultimatum to leave it in front of my door before I opened an investigation and no one came forward - so clearly someone was lying.
I contacted Three about this and they said they'd look into it, a week later they said they looked into it and the device was confirmed delivered - to which I said that it was delivered ot the wrong address - their reply was that there was GPS evidence, to which I replied that the GPS evidence could represent any one of the 25 flats in this building and that the photographic evidence of someone recieving the parcel was someone who was not me.
I offered to give further evidnce, via proof of signature, a picture of myself to show that it was not me who had signed for the parcel which Three refused to accept reiterating that their position was that the parcel had been delivered.
At this point I escalated the case to the Ombudsman.
After closing heir internal complaint Three then began to aggressively pursue payment from me, despite me contacting them numerous times to tell them that the issue is with the Ombudsman and I wouldn't be paying for anything as the contract terms hadn't been met.

Understanding Canada's Tourist Visa Landscape

Canada offers various temporary resident visas, and the Canada Tourist Visa (TRV) caters specifically to leisure travel, visiting family and friends, or cultural exploration. This visa allows foreign nationals to enter Canada for short-term stays, typically up to six months. Understanding the Canada Tourist Visa requirements is crucial for a smooth and successful application process.

Key Eligibility Factors for a Canada Tourist Visa

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) establishes a specific checklist for Canada Tourist Visa Requirements. Here's a breakdown of the essential factors to consider:
Valid Passport: Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay in Canada and have at least two blank pages for visa issuance. Double-check the expiry date on your passport well in advance to avoid any last-minute delays.
Proof of Travel Plans: A clear and detailed itinerary demonstrates the purpose of your visit. This should include information such as flight bookings, accommodation reservations, and planned activities. If applicable, include evidence of pre-paid tours or travel arrangements.
Financial Stability: Demonstrate sufficient financial resources to support yourself during your stay in Canada. This may include bank statements reflecting recent transactions, income tax returns, or a letter of employment outlining your salary.
Ties to Your Home Country: Establish strong ties to your home country to convince the immigration officer that you intend to return after your visit to Canada. This could include proof of property ownership, ongoing employment, or enrollment in an educational institution back home.
Medical Insurance: Obtain valid medical insurance coverage for the duration of your stay in Canada. This insurance should cover any potential medical emergencies you may encounter during your visit.

Preparing a Strong Canada Tourist Visa Application: A Step-by-Step Guide

A well-prepared application significantly increases your chances of obtaining a Canada Tourist Visa. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth application process:
Gather Required Documentation: Meticulously collect all documents as outlined by IRCC. These typically include a completed visa application form, your valid passport with photocopies, passport-size photographs meeting specific size and format requirements, proof of travel plans and accommodation, financial documents, proof of ties to your home country, and medical insurance confirmation.
Review Application Thoroughly: Carefully review your application form and supporting documents before submission. Ensure all information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Avoid any inconsistencies or errors that could lead to delays in processing.
Consider Professional Guidance: Navigating the visa application process can sometimes be complex. Consider seeking assistance from an experienced immigration consultant like NestAbroad. Our team can guide you through every step, ensure completeness of your application, and address any complexities you may encounter.
Additional Considerations for Indian Travelers Applying for a Canada Tourist Visa
Here are some additional factors to keep in mind when checking for Canada Tourist Visa Requirements from India:

2024.05.15 10:03 VayagishBlackish Why Bother with RR 7-2024? Just Replace Your ORs and Be Done with It!

Why Bother with RR 7-2024? Just Replace Your ORs and Be Done with It!
Well, it might be because you lack the time, resources, or both. But I asked myself: Do I really need to cross out each OR, add "invoice," ensure the "not valid for input tax" message is visible, and then report to the BIR? Why not just replace my ORs with invoices? That’s exactly what I did. Here’s the scoop
Every platform, accounting firm, and tax guru was clamouring to spread the news about RR 7-2024. I released an article about this even before the regulation was officially announced—check it out here.
The Revenue Regulation informs taxpayers that Official Receipts (ORs) are now demoted to secondary status. You can use your current ORs until the end of the year, after which you’ll need to submit an inventory of all unused ORs to the BIR. Efficiency, thy name is not RR 7-2024.
I promptly swapped all my ORs for Service Invoices, cheerfully ignoring RR 7-2024. Freelancers and professionals, gather 'round—let me save you from the black hole of searching, fact-checking, and prepping for a BIR visit.
Step 1: Reconnect with Your Printer:
Remember your trusty, accredited printer? Give them a call and let them know you’re switching from ORs to invoices. Send them a template (There's a copy below) to ensure all the necessary components appear on your new invoice. Ask them to whip up a sample template for you to bring to the BIR.
Step 2: Apply for a New Authority to Print (ATP)
Armed with your printer’s template and a photocopy of your previous ATP certificate, head to your Revenue District Office (RDO). Declare your intention to switch from ORs to invoices under the EOPT law. Here’s what you’ll need:
  • BIR Form 1906 (2 originals)
  • Clear sample of your new invoice (the template from your printer)
  • Photocopy of your last ATP certificate
Step 3: Send the New ATP Certificate to Your Printer
Once you’ve got your new ATP, hand it over to your printer so they can start churning out your shiny new invoices. That's actually it... It will take you about a day or two depending how fast your RDO or how many people the office is servicing that day.
I know you have some questions here are some answers:
What happens to the unused ORs?
According to the BIR, you can keep them as secondary receipts. They don't expire, so hang onto them for acknowledging payments. Just remember, they can’t be used for VAT transactions. Personally, I’m sticking them in a drawer for the next decade. Who needs two receipts anyway?
Do I need to pay to replace my receipts?
The BIR won’t charge you for the ATP application, but your printer will certainly charge for the new invoice printing.
What type of invoice should I use?
Reddit and social media are abuzz with confusion over Service Invoices, Charge Invoices, Billing Invoices, etc. My tip? Let the BIR and your printer sort it out. They’ll determine the best invoice type based on your activities. Typically, Service or Billing Invoices are the go-to options. Visit your RDO for clarity.
There you have it! If you have the resources and a couple of days to spare, go ahead and replace your ORs with invoices instead of following RR 7-2024 to the letter. Remember, the regulation’s suggestion is a temporary fix, so you’ll be visiting the BIR eventually. Good luck!
Oh here is a sample receipt given by the front liners in my RDO:

2024.05.15 09:46 Necessary_Isopod3599 Mumbai University

I have successfully got into a Australian Universitiy for masters. Currently I'm in the middle of my 8th semester final exams for Mumbai University. My college comes under one of the many under Mumbai University. Basically, I visited Mumbai University exam department 2 times last week in the hopes of getting a 7th semester marksheet so I can confirm my admission for masters without any success. I was straight up denied the marksheets saying that they are not yet printed and they will directly come to your college. It's been more than one month since online results are declared. There is no clear communication from my college or Mumbai university on how to deal with the situation. I got to know from a agency outside that we are supposed to get a letter from the college, take it to the university and then we'll get the marksheet early. I tried to do that too, my college exam department said "We gave letters this month, but the children came back cause Mumbai university is not ready to give marksheets. It would be a waste of time."
How are people going abroad for masters supposed to do any of their process? If anybody is in the same situation or went through the same thing has any experience on how to get through this , pleaseee drop a comment or a dm.

2024.05.15 09:40 specialdale [Product Question] Sodium hydroxide causing breakouts?

I have very dry, rosacea-prone skin, and over the past 5 years or so, I've noticed that my skin reacts badly (redness, breakouts) to many products that get longterm rave reviews, even products specifically formulated for sensitive skin. Of course everyone's experience will vary, but I recently I made an actual spreadsheet(!) to compare ingredients in those products and the ONE common denominator is sodium hydroxide. I even did a test with a new foundation containing NaOH just to confirm, and sure enough, I started breaking out on day 2. (So sad, it was a sample of the Lisa Eldridge Skin Tint, which is otherwise incredible!)
I was so happy to finally be able to pinpoint my problem ingredient so I can avoid it in the future; BUT in reading further, it seems that if sodium hydroxide works as it should to regulate acidity, then I'm not actually coming into contact with the sodium hydroxide itself, but rather salt water? (If that's correct?)
Is it possible that the formulations are imprecise or vary in manufacturing, there's a bit of undissolved sodium hydroxide, and that's why I'm reacting?
Am I potentially just very sensitive to salt content? I'm confused ha.
If anyone has any info, thank you!!

2024.05.15 09:40 VishnuI5 Caste certificate from another state

I am a student living in UP (permanent address of adhar is also here) and I need my caste certificate for JEE. The problem is that I am originally from another state and my caste is not on the UP caste list so they denied giving me the certificate. They told us to get a letter written from my home state confirming my caste and such, and after we got it written from the local authorities there, they are still denying that. My father's friend's friend is an IAS Officer and so we tried from that angle but still no luck. Is it possible to have a caste certificate made from my home state? I have heard that they only give caste certificate based on where your permanent address is. Is it not possible for me to get my caste certificate now, just because my permanent address is not in Andhra, will I be denied a caste certificate?

Hi, kind of confused right now so thought I would ask over here and see what I can do and what they can do against me in this situation.
I’m currently living in a property that is on its way to be demolished so no future staying here, I want to establish a home so I contacted management that I wanted to reassign the lease and that I would help them find someone; they said nope can’t do it. Seeing how the N9 form said that if they reject the assignment of the lease, I can terminate.
They said they “reject the N9, but now we will let you reassign”.
Just got sent a termination letter saying “move out confirmed but you’re still on hook for the lease till the end”
What’s this mean what can I do?

It doesn't have to be anything deep or theological - although deep theological discussions focusing on scripture are always welcome - it can be something as simple as a single verse that gave you comfort this morning during your quiet time.
(As ITWW is no longer a new concept, but we are more than welcome to receive ideas for how to grow the concept and foster an increased discussion of scripture. If you have any ideas for ITWW, please feel free to send the mods a message via mod mail.)

2024.05.15 07:22 tottochan_ Master's Union good for an internship?

I went through all the possible posts of Master's Union, and I am left confused with how credible it is. 80% of the comments are saying it is not worth it, or the Bschool hasn't proven it's worth yet. And the few nicer commemts are very well written to the point it doesn't seem genuine.
I will get my offer letter today, as a management trainee/intern closing with working founders and looking over marketing, sales and research etc. I have past experience of getting into internships which have no real credibility. Therefore I want to confirm about this one.
Also when I had a sort of interview call, I wasn't really asked about any of previous experience, or the learning I am doing currently. When I ask what they expect from an intern like me , the answer was just "willingness to learn".
So can some shed some perspective that doing a internship here would be credible or not? I don't wanna be a part of something that seems shady.

2024.05.15 07:05 Psynotic Seller wants me to close my dispute (now claim)

Several weeks ago, I ordered a controller for my sister’s gift from Dareu, and the item ended up stolen. I contacted the seller, and they gave me the local carrier that delivered my item. So, I check in with them and told them the situation.
After that, they followed up with an email after investigating my case. Here it is:
Dear [Recipient],

Thank you for contacting the United States Postal Service. Your concerns have been brought to the attention of our Consumer Affairs office. We are in receipt of your complaint regarding your missing Item [Item #] After a thorough investigation, the station has verified that the carrier scanned and delivered the package on 4/30/2024. We apologize for the non-receipt of your package, possible theft.
For the resolution, we recommend you contact the sender of your item immediately. You can supply them with a copy of this letter as proof that you filed an inquiry of non-receipt to the USPS. The sender can use this letter as supporting documentation to file a claim at www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. As a matter of courtesy, this letter is being provided to the customer to use should they experience a problem with a mailecreditor. Past experiences have shown that many providers will reimburse, or penalties are waived

Please accept our sincerest apology for any trouble this may have caused you. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again in the future.

Sincerely,
[Sender]
Complaints & Inquiry.
From this point I message the seller and the following happens:
So it would seem that my package was stolen. I have this message direct from the USPS, and would like to receive a refund for this order. I apologize if this has caused inconveniences. Hope to hear from you soon.
Best, [Me]
[Seller]
Hello, thank you for your reply, sorry to hear this, it is news we did not want to receive, but the logistics company admitted their mistake anyway. The logistics provider can compensate. We are now submitting evidence to require the logistics provider to compensate, but please cooperate with us in canceling the PayPal dispute. Once you cancel, we will immediately issue a full refund according to your original payment method, and then you can place an order again. Buy. Otherwise we will have to submit evidence for explanation, please understand.
[Me]
Hello again,
Thank you for your prompt response and willingness to issue a full refund for the stolen package. Given the circumstances and the guidance from USPS, I am eager to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
However, I am concerned about closing the PayPal dispute before receiving the refund, as it is a safeguard to ensure that the transaction is resolved fairly. I propose the following:
  1. Issue the Refund Through PayPal: You can process the refund directly through PayPal. Once I receive confirmation of the refund, I will immediately close the dispute.
  2. Mutual Resolution: By handling the refund through PayPal, we can ensure that both parties are protected, and the resolution is documented appropriately.
Please let me know if this solution works for you. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter.
Best regards, [Me]
[Seller] Hello, that's not the case, because you have already initiated a dispute. If I refund directly, it will be a loss of the dispute, so our account will be banned, so you need to cancel the dispute first, and then we will refund, so that our account It won’t be banned! Because the problem is now with the logistics provider. Even if we submit evidence to each other in Paypal, the logistics provider will pay the compensation, but this requires us to spend time waiting, and the method I suggest you is beneficial to both of us. It’s more efficient, and if we don’t refund you after you cancel, you can still use our email records to report us, so don’t worry!
When you cancel the dispute, we will refund the money immediately. You can rest assured because we have email records. We are just reducing the dispute rate of our collection account. Once the disputes increase, the merchant will ban our collection account, so please you understand
[Me] Hello,
I wanted to let you know that I have escalated the issue to PayPal for resolution. I understand your concerns about the impact of disputes on your account, but I believe this is the best way to ensure a fair and secure resolution for both of us. By escalating the dispute, we can work with PayPal to resolve the matter efficiently and ensure that both parties are protected. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Thank you, [Me]
[Seller] Then we can only submit evidence, and we need to wait until we submit relevant evidence before we can proceed with the next steps. If we win this dispute, you will need to file compensation with the logistics yourself.
//END
I myself am unsure of what to do right now. I want to let PayPal help me settle this dispute, as I have email evidence directly from the USPS in regard to my missing item. Yet, at the same time they're offering me a refund only if I take down the dispute which is risky. Any thoughts on what I should do y'all?

2024.05.15 07:04 Nearby_Translatorr Foreclosed Semi Occupied Lot

Crossposted from LawPH sub...
Hello, Just want to know if im doing something wrong if after winning a housing auction (visited the property at night wala naman nakatira pero may nagbubukas ng outdoor light).. if me or my caretaker move in at the night na walang tao sa bahay and barricade it with barbed wires to secure my new property?
I know mahirap magpaalis kaya sasalisihan namin. all the persons I have talked to said the foreclosed property is just being visited by its previous owner or may inuutusan silang taga bukas ng ilaw.... Currently there is a "no trespassing" sign, but the HOA did confirm that the house is foreclosed and it is up for public auction.
I intend to barricade, also Ill print that im the new owner and post some docs like Letter of Award pr Movein etc at the front of the property as soon as makuha ko ito from the bank.

2024.05.15 06:52 grazingmeadow Employee Advises New Hire Candidate Not To Respond To Me

To set the stage, I am an HR Admin who handles the entire Onboarding process from the point of initial verbal job offer up until New Hire Orientation. Being on property, I am then New Hires' first point of contact for any needs or inquiries.
A recent Candidate was dragging his feet as far as signing both his Offer Letter and Pay Plan after his verbal acceptance, to me, of a Job Offer.
My Supervisor asked me to reach out to this Candidate to try to get a status.
When I did, via text, which had been our normal mode of conversing thus far, he never responded.
I thought this was kind of a big question to ignore. But, I took it to mean that the Candidate didn't find my role in assisting him with the Onboarding Process as being important enough to him.
Through the grapevine, via my Supervisor, I learned that there was a problem with his Pay Plan that essentially came down to him asking for more money.
So, I figure, instead of replying to me by simply saying, "Yes, just confirming the final details of my Pay Plan.", he chose to ignore me.
After 3 days, and eventually signing his Pay Plan, he breaks the silence, via text, to ask a question about his Onboarding Packet. I answer him promptly.
He then sends me a text telling me that he didn't want to seem rude last week, but that 'Sally', (a totally unrelated employee in his future department, and that I have very limited contact with), told him not to answer me and that she would 'talk to me'. (She never did.)
I at once judged this Candidate as not only rude and immature, but as a drama-stirrer.
Right or wrong, I now have a small seed of animosity planted towards Sally, where I had no reason to before.
I can't fathom a current Employee advising a New Hire Candidate to simply not respond to HR.
