I’ve accidentally entered the world of SAP consulting. Now I wonder with everything that I have what is the best payed and most flexible job I could get with this?
Here’s what I have:
Someone recently told me that I could do risk management (banking) easily (learn on the road) and have much more tranquility for the same or bigger salary.
QUESTION What career options do I have? Which industries ? What path would you recommend me that might be, ideally better payed and less stressful / dynamic?

Here’s what I have:
- No university diploma, 2 years of studying forest engineering.
- Created my company (mega tiny business with up to 5 projects a year, but still a lovely experience in leading a business) - still running.
- Master in business (MBA), the most famous one there is in Spain but not licensed.
- 8 months of experience in coding C++ and VBA (analyst).
- 3 months of SAP BW final client assistance (consultant)
- 1 year of SAC project management (senior consultant) - leading up to 5 projects, managing up to 15 people at a time, leading and organising business trips, insuring fluidity and quality of all phases of project, establishing strong relationship with client,.
- I happen to speak 5 languages fluently.
- I’m familiar with SAC but am not an expert. I’m familiar with little useful softwares such as trello, figma, canvas, jira (scrum and agile approach)…
- I currently earn about 35k bruto in Spain (where average salary is approx 28k).

Got curious if anyone has ever taken a portable and xray’d their own foot or something? I remember in school, the program director would let a couple people take X-rays of his C-spine lateral if they were struggling with that position or something.
But X-rays at your hospital? At my old hospital I remember they would be like “we can take that xray and see if you want” but I’m not sure if they just run it as a test? Obviously delete it after.

Today I (F25) was talking with this guy (M21) who we are in a romantic situation (not a couple, we’ve been talking for a couple months now) and today he sent me a picture of a girl (instagram ss) in a bikini asking me if “I knew her” I answered with “no, what about her?” And he said “oh she’s my future wife. Just kidding, she’s a famous football player’s girlfriend” and honestly I don’t know what the fuck. Like I can’t understand why he would say that and on the moment we just didn’t kept on talking about it but it bothered be.
Then a bit later I mentioned something about my best friend and he said “oh she’s really pretty” and if that’s not enough he then said “she looks like a model. She’s completely out of my league” 🥴 what the fuuuuck. He knows her bc she’s my best friend and it’s not like he is talking to her or looking for the opportunity to meet her but like ? I need some insight I’m not even sure how I feel about the situation. In a way it bothers me because I tend to take those comments in a way where I start to compare myself and i put myself down because I don’t look and will never be as pretty as them. On the other hand I understand it is very human to be attracted to other people and it’s okay to discuss it with your partner but it just doesn’t sit right with me.

I had a dream probably 12 years ago that I’ve never forgotten, during one of the darkest times in my life when I was scared I’d fail in life
The dream began in a volcanic Ashland where I was traveling with a ragtag band of refugees trying to escape some horrible volcanic event or maybe even super volcanic event, so we were all journeying through this grey valley flanked by ashen mountains with a few distant volcanoes, I was the leader of this group and they were depending on me to hopefully guide them to survival.
We came to a huge obsidian temple structure and it was built onto the valley wall so we had to climb it to ascend out of the valley, so we entered. But the building had an ominous energy like something dark was sleeping inside of it.
Part of the way up, a young boy in my group was running ahead even though I told him to wait and tried to run after him, but as happens in dreams my legs were like lead and I couldn’t keep up. I had this growing sense of dread.
Then the boy slipped off the edge over an overhang and as I looked down after him he plunged into a lava pool, burning to death. My sense of dread didn’t go away it only increased. Somehow I knew (maybe because it was a dream made by my own mind) that that wasn’t the only horror that awaited us in here, this place wanted all of us not just the boy.
That dread manifested as the boy came clawing his way out from the lava pit and let out a horrifying cry like a nazgul or a ghoulish undead, with his flesh bubbling and dripping off of his bones in places he began sprinting with inhuman speed back towards the entrance of the obsidian temple he had fallen from, right back into the entrance.
My band of refugees began panicking, torn between the anguish of watching the boy die and the horror dawning on them of what he had become- a monster- and why he would come sprinting back into the temple some floors below us.
We all heard the inhuman commotion as his undead body slammed into corners, so great was his speed, and we all realized rather abruptly that he was closing in on our group.
I urged the group to begin climbing the stairwells that wrapped around the precipices of this obsidian temple, up towards the valley wall. We had only one possible escape: somehow reaching the top and whatever salvation waited for us up there from the desolate volcanic wasteland and the undead monster that had once been a little boy. So we all begun to sprint, but we were slow.

And he ran past me with superhuman speed and tore into my group, beginning to butcher these weak powerless refugees even as I tried to fight him, plead with him, even as I tried to urge them to keep running, he eventually killed every last one of them with his long ghoul clawed skeletal hands.
"Im sorry." i said to him. "Im sorry i let you become a monster." and he just smiled back at me and stepped off the ledge, plunging again into the lava, this time to rest eternal, but the carnage of my mangled people now lay all around me, and still the black obsidian stairway beckoned, leading up into the tallest passes of the ashen mountains where smoke and fog obscured the path, I had nobody left and nowhere to go but up.
So i went up. Up, up, up through winding valley corridors of sheer black jagged rockfaces, ascending thousands of steps until the atmosphere seemed thin and the night stars shone from above, the distant red glow of the lava flows fading to a dull reminder of the carnage i was leaving behind me.
eventually the climb slowed but the path continued and the stairs began to turn downwards, the rock walls opened up into a dusty grey plain of old ash that had blown here from distant eruptions in the ashlands below, but it was cold up here and dark, and the fog parted and i saw in the distance a structure, not ominous and unnatural like the obsidian temple but a human structure, a distant farmhouse, but I had a feeling when i looked down the winding stairs at this house like i was looking into the blackness of a night that has a rapidly approaching tornado, totally invisible, the sight of this farmhouse gave me a sense of existential dread greater than even the obsidian temple had inspired. But i knew i had to keep going forward anyways. So, with despair in every step, i put one foot infront of the next and kept walking.
As i approached the house I realized its scale, it was not some small farmhouse, more of a manse, and the stairs on this path led straight to its roof where the stairs that had once led down from its top were gone. There was only a gaping black hole in the roof, my only way forward was into this abandoned structure, so with a heart full of fear i lowered myself down into pitch blackness.
I found myself in an ash flooded attic full of furniture like old spinning wheels and some misshapen objects with soot stained sheets over them, the room was so very cluttered with dillapidated old stuff that i could hardly navigate it. I kept bumping stuff then I froze, because on thr far side of the room i saw a sillouhette standing motionless. A feminine sillouhette that seemed like it moved slightly as I brushed against an old desk, causing a noise.
As she reacted, she turned towards me and I saw her face, and her mouth hung open, her jaw split in two, one half dangling and the other holding a malicious grimace.
She moved like a squid striking out from inky blackness at its prey, lifting up off her feet and drifting rapidly to me, her mangled jaw soon centering around my field of view as her face filled my vision and she grabbed the sides of my head, talking to me
"You have to pay for what he did to us, you have to see it all"
And she entered me, i just remember at this point in my dream my vision was full of motion, like she had possessed me and was flying me through the pages of her own history book, in a misty ashen blur of colors and shapes i found myself chopping wood in a dark forest with green leaves around, when a rage filled every fiber of my being and i turned towards a tent, gripping my axe as i swung it through the fabric, turning it on my first wife (in my dream i understood this to be the vision of the woman's husband when he murdered her with his axe) and splitting her jaw and head open rather than any log
I was crying abd begging to be left alone and allowed to leave when we swirled back into the attic, and the ghost was standing right there with inhuman stillness, i couldnt look away from her mangled face as she said "now you know what he did to me…" and she slowly disappeared into a small mist
I was deeply disturbed and crying and disoriented as i looked around the attic and saw a small wooden panel with some grey filtered light showing through it and i went that way, but as i did another ghost of a different women, her neck angled violently screamed at me and grabbed me and possessed me, now I was her husband, the same man with his second wife wringing her neck as she turbed blue
In this manner a series of murdered women ghosts possessed me, forcing me to witness their deaths from the poijt of view of their killer, all killed by the same horrible man in different violent ways, in total 7 stories of 7 murders of 7 dead wives, and each one whisming me to another part of this forsaken farmhouse where they had lurked waiting for whichever man was unlucky enough to enter this cursed homestead
My experience dreaming this was mostly an unsettling amount of vertigo during the dream and images of violence and these ghastly faces of ghosts filling my vision before flying me to another room where another ghost would stand motionless waiting to possess me, the entire time i felt like i was crying and falling from a very extreme height
Eventually though the last ghost released me from her possession and i stood in the kitchen room where she stood with me, her face blue from drowning in a bath tub, and she smiled at mr and spoke more gently than thr others had, she reached to take my hand but when i flinched and screamed she dropped her arm back down to her side and just smiled sadly at me
"Thank you"
And she and all other ghosts were gone and it was just me alone in this forsaken manse's kitchen, and i heard a sound i never expected, trickling water. So i walked towards it and found a back door on the ground level which opened easily, and i stepped outside and saw some white, ash-filtered sunlight and a sight that took my breath away, about 300 yards away was a running river with lush green trees and plants and a thundering waterfall, and i knew that my trials had passed as i walked out towards the end of the ashlands with my boots squishing in fertile muddy soil, and i woke up completely drenched in a puddle of my own sweat

2024.05.14 08:48 SOMEONEPLEEASEHELPME PLEASE NAME EVERY OPTION, OF PROGRAMS LIKE VR PERFORMANCE TOOLKIT. EVERY PROGRAM TO IMPROVE VR PERFORMANCE. WHETHER THEY USE FOXED FOVEATED RENDERING, UPSCALING, REPROJECTION, OR ANY OTHER TECHNIQUE
Name any and all options in streamers such as virtual desktop, such as snapdragon super resolution, av1 codec, other codecs, reprojection, ect, ect. Any I didn’t think of or mention, please mention. Also any settings like that in any of the other streamers, like alvr, oculus link, steam link, and please name anything like these, that I did not list there. I am looking for a comprehensive inclusive listing of any and all potential options. If possible, if something is outdated and no longer works well, please say so.
Also, please name Any programs that might improve dedicated vr router settings, or options within a router. Might be easier to reference videos or forums for that. Please put links. Also name any programs that allow the use of corded connection, or improve upon that as well. Like I heard there was a mod or program that allows steam virtual Desktop to be used with a cord. Might be nice for less latency on very demanding games. Plus, fallout vr, the one means of modding, the person in the video stated that it does not run well over router. If you aren't interested in reading another "I hate hearthstone post" just move along. This is the last time I'm posting or reading anything to do with this game and I'm posting this as closure and as a diary entry of sorts. I've already uninstalled this game on every device. This isn't a cry for help, I'm doing it publicly because I've found myself reading a lot of posts like this one lately and they have all been helpful in me quitting this game. And that's what it is... just a game. (I'm telling myself this, not patronizing you).
I've been playing off and on since beta. I'm a "wild Paladin" player. Every time I play, I play for a couple months and then I uninstall...a year or year(s) passes by, and I play again for a couple months. I've only ever had one goal- reach legend. Every time I play, I reach the equivalent of Diamond 2ish. I say equivalent because the rank systems used to be different. Getting to low diamond is so much fun...and then I hit a wall and I can't get past diamond 2. I've created so many iterations of the deck I use (I use a control paladin deck, it's totally original) This is 3 months in a row for me this time around.
There are many reasons why I'm completely burned out on this game and why I need to make this post to remind myself NEVER to install it again...when I get the urge to install, I will reference this post.
b. Majority of cards are designed around a combo of some kind- mainly buffing a minion. Problem is, you need to have a minion to buff it...which is too slow. Everything relies on the board... which is a joke these days.
c. The OTK (Ebon Uther) has got to be one of the worst, if not the worst in comparison to other classes OTK's. You are forced to basically play a specific deck to use it, it's not a "stand alone" OTK card that you can just slide into your custom control deck... you need like 4-6 additional combo cards to make it viable, which means your netdecking if you want to use it. All decks pretty much have to have an OTK now unless they are ultra aggro...which means you can forget about anything other than some braindead netdeck like "Even Pally"... which the ladder sniffs out 3 days after it's posted online.
b. Rogue, whom I dominate in every facet of the game (while I watch rope as they pull all of their cards by turn 4) just to have him kill me by drawing infinite 4 damage to hero cards until I die...regardless of if I'm full 40 health or not.
c. Warlock, whom I dominate in every facet of the game just to have him kill me by drawing infinite card exhaust damage that goes to me instead of him... regardless of if I'm full 40 health or not.
d. Shaman, shudderwock. I find myself laughing out loud at how ridiculous it is... and not like a good hearty laugh... like one of those maniacal demented laughs where you're just in disbelief of what you are watching.
e. Mage. Pretty much any mage, but especially secret Mage. I find myself wondering if people create the most inconsiderate and annoying decks possible on purpose to get people to concede... well I'm here to say, it's working... I concede.
d. Location cards, non-interactive cards (like auras), copy some minion a million times, freeze the board a million times, then copy the minion who freezes the board a million times. Infinite discover cards, which are copied into more infinite discover cards. Watching my opponents play until rope every turn.

- My first mistake was choosing Paladin all those years ago. My entire collection is Paladin. Generally speaking, It's just a shit class.

d. Shaman, shudderwock. I find myself laughing out loud at how ridiculous it is... and not like a good hearty laugh... like one of those maniacal demented laughs where you're just in disbelief of what you are watching.
e. Mage. Pretty much any mage, but especially secret Mage. I find myself wondering if people create the most inconsiderate and annoying decks possible on purpose to get people to concede... well I'm here to say, it's working... I concede.
d. Location cards, non-interactive cards (like auras), copy some minion a million times, freeze the board a million times, then copy the minion who freezes the board a million times. Infinite discover cards, which are copied into more infinite discover cards. Watching my opponents play until rope every turn.
- Then I realize...it's not the decks. It's not the people. It's not even the game. It's me. It doesn't matter what I load up or who I play, I get mad, I feel like the game itself has conspired against me at every turn... but especially on "rank up" games. I NEVER get the favorable match up, I NEVER get the right card draw, my opponent ALWAYS has the advantage and I'm ALWAYS playing from behind. The truth is, it was over before it started...I just didn't realize I was tilted until I've lost 70% of my games. The truth is... I'm ALWAYS titled when I play this game. It just pisses me off. I'll never be good enough to reach legend and the truth is...why should I even care? This game has brought nothing but rage and frustration. And when I go to install it again 3 years from now because I've forgotten all about all these little details...this diary entry will remind me and spare me the grief.

My fiance (29M) and I (27F) are set to get married in September this year and we keep having a reoccurring, nasty fight about a particular family issue of his.
For context, his stepdad did things to my fiance's older sister between the ages of 11-15. Even though there was a whole court case over it and CPS got involved, he never got in trouble because she couldn’t prove anything. My fiance and his older brothers witnessed it happening, but their mother would not allow them to testify since they were minors. The stepdad also did admit to my fiance’s mother that he had done it, and she blamed the fact that he has autism (which is NOT an excuse and doesn’t cause anyone to do such vile things) and her own daughter for “seducing” him. He was also very physically abusive to my fiance and his other siblings as in he would hit them, throw them around, and straight up beat them. His mother chose to stay married to him because she has decided that she doesn’t believe in divorce (even though she divorced my fiance’s biological dad) and that her husband has “repented” and God “forgave him”. She tells all of their family that her daughter is bipolar, crazy, and tells lies and they all believe her.
I knew about all of this up front before we even started dating. He was very up front and told me everything when we first met, so I guess you could say that I voluntarily walked into this situation. I was initially told that I would never have to meet his stepdad, which is why I decided that I was okay with going forward with dating him. Well, time came to meet his family so he took me to his mom’s house and guess who was there? Stepdad. I confronted him about this and he said that he hadn’t realized how unrealistic it was to never be around him and told me to just ignore him and not talk to him.
So for the first 2 years of our relationship I fell into a routine of going to her house for holidays and such and just ignoring the stepdad. I never spoke to him and I have never looked that man directly in the face. I always pretended that he wasn’t even there. I hated every minute of it. This past year I finally had to put my foot down. His stepdad started trying to insert himself into conversations that I was having with other people and was very insistent to be the one to give me my birthday gift. This raised a lot of red flags to me and I finally told him that I couldn’t keep going over and pretending like everything was normal and fine. I have very strong morals and values around certain issues and I just could not continue to be around a man who had done these things and sit at the holiday dinner table with him pretending that everything was all fine and good. I told him that I would no longer be going to his mom’s house and that any family members who wanted to see me could do so outside of the house.
My fiance reacted to this by telling me that I was being unreasonable to just stop coming around altogether because of the stepdad. He acknowledges that what his stepdad did is sick and evil, but told me that he hadn’t done anything in 10+ years and that I was not in immediate danger because he sits right there and protects me the whole time. I tried to explain that that doesn’t matter to me and that I can’t morally sit and pretend like everything is fine anymore. We had a huge fight over it and he finally gave in.
We ended up having a meeting in person with his mom where we told her that I knew about the stepdad’s history and that I would no longer be coming around the house. She didn’t argue with me, but sort of brushed me off and told me that maybe I’d feel more comfortable around him once I got to know him. I tried to explain to her that I wasn’t going to get to know him, but I don’t think she took me seriously at all.
Anyways, I haven’t been to her house in months, not even for the holidays. My fiance and I stopped discussing it, so I thought it was resolved. Well now, 6 months later, apparently all of the sudden his family is complaining about how I never come around and are asking if I hate them. I told my fiance that I already explained to everyone why I wasn’t coming over, so I don’t see why questions are still being asked. He got mad again and brought up the same BS about how since I’m not in danger of having anything happen to me, that it’s ridiculous and unreasonable for me to not come around at all. I have continued to stand my ground and he continues to not understand. I am sick of having the same argument every 6 months.
Honestly, a big part of the problem is that his family sweeps issues under the rug. All of his siblings have been very complacent about the situation and just don’t talk about it. Everyone pretends it didn’t happen and I am the first one to say “hey, this is actually very messed up and not okay at all”. They don’t understand it or take it seriously.
I really worry about having kids with him in the future. I do not want any future children meeting his stepdad, period. I don’t want them in the same building as him ever. He agrees that stepdad shouldn’t interact with them or ever be around them without us there, but he says the same thing about how they wouldn’t be in immediate danger so it would be fine as long as we sat there with them. Just kidding, she’s a famous football player’s girlfriend” and honestly I don’t know what the fuck. Like I can’t understand why he would say that and on the moment we just didn’t kept on talking about it but it bothered be.
Then a bit later I mentioned something about my best friend and he said “oh she’s really pretty” and if that’s not enough he then said “she looks like a model.  | About 2 years ago I first noticed 2 tiles in my shower had tented and cracked, and the concrete substrate beneath appeared to be pushing them out. There is no waterproof membrane as the apartment building was constructed in 1975 before that was a requirement. Nothing ever felt wet. They said they thought it was probably water coming from an apartment above me (I'm on level 1). By then, the pushed out concrete appeared to contract back and go flat, leaving a large gap of air between the concrete and the tiles, which is when they actually started to fall off the wall. For a long time now, it has been stable, with no further cracking or swelling, and everything always feels dry. I assume someone's pipes leaked a while before the damage even became evident to my tiles, and by the time it was visible, the leak had been fixed and everything dried out. Does that sound right? |

 | I'm looking to add some rocks to my baby's tank but I was curious if anyone has any recs. I was trying to do research but was struggling to find the kind I was looking for and I wasn't sure eif some of the suggestions were specifically axolotl safe since most were just talking about tanks in general. I saw river rock on there and I think that's okay since they're pretty smooth? I really like those very wide, flat rocks I've seen people use but I'm unsure what kind of rock they are specifically to look up ordering. Also, is it the same deal with driftwood, as long as it isn't "pokey" it should be alright? I've attached pics of other tanks I found online with the stones and the driftwood I like. If anyone knows a good shop to buy them from or just what search terms can help me find these things online better I would really appreciate it! OK, maybe a bit glib. But I love to watch/listen to Mayday and Air Crash Investigations as kind of a "podcast" while driving/commuting. Probably listened to 200 of them, as well as some of the other tubers that do aircraft investigation/reporting.
However, in what seems to be a significant number of incidents, spatial disorientation, or some phenomena similar seems to have pilots disoriented as to the attitude of their aircraft. I get that. Night, moonless, no horizon, fatigue, boredom, whatever, in my own mind, it seems like a few degrees of roll or pitch might be unnoticeable in the sense of a physical sensation, with all the stuff going on during a flight.
I guess my question is 2 part:
1) Is there some kind of psychological disconnect between actually looking at the ADI, and it corresponding to the pilot's perception of reality? The ADI is accurate, but it's just not believed because, well, I don't know why? I get that an instrument might fail, but that's gotta be a pretty small percentage of the time.
2) It would seem that when you're hanging by your straps as a plane rolls to the left 50 degrees, and the copilot is up against the center console, and the pilot laying on the wall, or your hat is laying on the roof, that, well, regardless of ADI, you're not in straight and level flight, and somewhere, between 2 and 50 (in the case of the one I just watched), it had to be noticeable, and in my own mind, noticeable far closer to 2 than 50.
It just seems like a glass of water on the dash, or a pair of fuzzy dice hanging from the overhead console would give a "no matter what the instruments say, reality is..." type feedback that might be more visceral. Dice hanging towards the back? Climbing. Dice laying on the front windscreen? Descending, probably pretty steeply. Dice pointing at the copilot? Right turn. dice going around and around in a circle? Top Gun Flat Spin, etc.
I have a lot of respect for pilots, and the training and their ability to serve the public, and there are certainly plenty of examples of amazing piloting by people to get out of situations that escalated quickly. I also realize the human factor is far more complex than just this. But I can't help but wonder if automation and CG and such has taken us too far from the visceral.

I'm 15m and I've been doing ballet for 2 years. I do 4 ballet classes a week however in September when I join my vocational school I'll be doing 10 ballet classes among other dance classes. (32 hours a week). In my advanced open ballet class I just feel so behind. I wish to be a ballet dancer but my teacher keeps correcting me and taking me to the side which is good however I don't know why I'm still so behind I've worked really hard at home as well as at the studio. Is there anything i can do at home just do make my ballet better in the most efficient way as just doing barre isn't the most efficient. I do record myself sometimes and look for corrections. For example, I can do clean doubles on my right however on my left I can do sometimes a double but mostly just a single with a sickled foot. And people in my class are doing quadruples. Any advice is welcome aha 😄 I would do private lessons but we can't afford them so I might get a part time job for that. Is it still possible to become a professional ballet dancer?

*Within the water he felt a deep peace he hadn’t felt in quite a while. He'd been on edge ever since last afternoon. The man began to reminisce…*
*A distant dull glimmer manifested offshore and then suddenly roared to life with an intense effulgence! It had utterly… consumed… the sky… it shook the once stalwart earth beneath his feet and upset the tranquil sea. The intense shockwave brought him to his knees as if his very soul were hit!
*He'd worried if those people might have finally found him…*

I've never been that close with my dad. He was always the quiet type - not one to speak much but, at the same time, always spoke up whenever the moment required. We've fought a lot in the past. We never exchanged I love you's before. I don't think I've ever hugged him, ever. I think we have somewhat of a broken relationship but deep down I think we both know we obviously care about each other.
Recently, my aunt passed away. I was never really close to this particular aunt, either. But, I spent a lot of my childhood at her place and I have fond memories of those times as well.
Anyway, her funeral was today. The air was brisk and the skies were heavily clouded. What a way to start a funeral. I didn't really know how to act, honestly. I was sad about her passing but I hear conversation and laughter all around me as if this wasn't a funeral. Laughter seemed wrong. Why were people smiling? Isn't this supposed to be sad?
The funeral starts and it's somewhat of a Chinese-style funeral. Basically, I didn't really get most of what was happening but there comes one particular act. They had some old cardboard car and a line of those foldable plastic tables all in a line. They also had some makeshift cardboard hills for the car to drive over-- think a triangle shaped cardboard and meticulously crafted stairs on it.
My uncles and dad were towing this tiny cardboard car along this 20 foot stretch of tables. Over the humps, pausing occasionally for some chants from the orchestrators. I'm probably not describing this very well, but it was a particularly powerful moment. Amongst the chanting, the cacophony of sounds from the musicians (yes, cacophony - my ears were ringing), and the general tension in the room, I see my father. He's crying and people are handing him tissues.
I'm in my mid 20s and I've never seen my dad cry. Not even tear up a little. Instantly, I feel the tears welling. It was very visceral, and I was surprised by my own reaction to it. I always had seen my father as a strong figure, and always knew what to do. Sure, we fought a lot in the past but as I grew up there was always that silent respect as I, well, grew up into an adult.
Anyway, that's my random thought for the day.

I have suspicion, costochondritis is what I’m dealing with.
For months (since February to be exact) I over night developed SOB.. with many many hospital visits (3 different to be exact) and GP visits. I was told it’s anxiety.panick attacks. I started to feel hopeless and crazy none the less due to people not believing me.. (ct scan on heart and lungs with contrast were normal.. blood tests , normal besides low vitamin D xray, normal.. PFT came back normal.. but I am referred to a pulmonologist waiting for my appt. I also go to physical therapy twice a week for my neck pain)
as time goes on I am developing more symptoms.. SOB being daily. Acid reflux &most severe back pain.. (I also have had in the past the cracking in my sternum.. which led me to these posts)
I came across these threads on Reddit bc googling my symptoms led me down a rabbit hole of even worse anxiety, to where I think I’m dying daily.. I’ve also become a hypochondriac.. (checking O2, bpm, ecg via Apple Watch, religiously)
I’m not looking for a diagnosis, just a friendly helping hand..
Has anyone else developed SOB severely with this issue?!
I’m a 32f just under 5 foot weighing a whopping 90lb.
I’m in desperate need of relief (currently waiting on my back pod shipment) started doing breathing exercises and just discovered Steve on YouTube with at home stretch’s!!
Once again, I’m not looking for a diagnosis, just some encouragement that this will in fact get better and I’m not dying. And possibly bring this up to my GP as the possible issue..
