Coco s hcg

After five of the longest weeks of my life, my nurse called today and said my hCG levels are negative.
No more MTX treatments, no more weekly bloodwork, no more weekly worrying if I’ll need to go back to the ER (for the third time).
This is bittersweet? I don’t know the words for this feeling. I am heartbroken. My baby is “officially” out of my body. But relieved that I can start to heal from surgery and grieve…
The day after Mother’s Day. I just feel so many emotions right now and I don’t really know what to do with them, so I came here. I hope everyone is doing okay after Mother’s Day. I hope you found some peace.

So if you’d like to have children down the line … say 2-3 years is it better to stay on HCG while on TRT as in safer for fertility?
Or would it be ok to use it later when it’s time to conceive? Assuming all risks associated with either.
Recently got some gyno I wasn’t using the AI to avoid taking too many things at once
Protocol from TRTN
100mg test c / 2 week HCG 25 units / 2 week
.5anastrozole 2/week (wasn’t doing)
Small pea sized lump in my chest prob beginning of gyno…. Going to start the anastrozole now and I already reached out to TRTN for tamoxifen…. Getting lab work tomorrow….
Any help or suggestions before I talk to the provider? I have the HCG package and me and the girl would probably like kids in 2-3 years… is it more safe to remain on the HCG and use the AI vs just being on Test no AI?

I’m currently 6 weeks post my last menstrual period.
I took 4 pregnancy tests, all positive, when I was two days late for my period.
Two days after the positive pregnancy tests, I began bleeding and mildly cramping. The cramping was off and on mildly for a week, the bleeding is still happening even today, inconsistent in color and amount, but never more than a LINER or two at the max per day (ranging from bright red, to brown, to dark red in color).
I was told to go directly to the ER. I went today and they took me back for an abdominal ultrasound and trans-vaginal ultrasound. On the photos, it showed NOTHING in my uterus or tubes.
My Hcg level is “low” at 152.
The doctor said it’s a 50/50 chance that it could be an “early pregnancy” (which now I’m thinking how would that be possible if I ovulate one day each month? I couldn’t be less than 6 weeks pregnant, could I?) Or she said it could be a miscarriage that my body has already completely expelled.
We’re going to check my Hcg levels to see if they are trending up or down to get the answer, but I’m still confused and want to know if an early pregnancy is even an option and if this has happened to any of you!!! I want to know if my hope is based on logic or if she said that to maybe soften the blow.

Hey y’all, 30 y/o new to this subreddit, and honestly just Reddit in general so please don’t torch me too hard if I’m rehashing or breaking some unspoken rule. I’ve been on TRT for some years now, and have noticed insane shrinkage in the nut department (both size and production). It’s gotten to the point where it almost seems hollow. I used HCG some in the past, and it helped a bit, but definitely not to the levels of what others have reported. Curious if maybe my prescribed dosage was far too low, or if I should be mixing with an herbal supplement aside from Maca? My girl doesn’t care, but psychologically it’s frustrating, and climax is a fraction of what it used to be. I’ve recently taken a break from the HCG as the site I used to get it is pretty pricey, and again, the results weren’t great with a twice weekly injection. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Two similar situations. Not entirely. One got a hell of a lot bigger satisfaction payoff. The other, the exact opposite. But the connection of ideas are to be made. I was thinking about it earlier; first time I saw that episode towards the end when Melfi and Tony are sitting in that room together. Tony sensing something very terrible had happened to her. How truly bummed I was when the screen cut to black after she says, “No” That opportunity to see payback to be made was gone leaving the viewer like myself, with an ache in their belly about it. We all know Tony could’ve found that rat bastard and made work of him like he did Coco. I think at the end of the day though, the worst of two evils was chosen the best it could. Imagine if it was Meadow in Melfis situation. Would’ve hit a lot harder and darker. Thanks Chase.

I am a cis-male on TRT. I have started using HCG to help with insomnia. HCG simulates testicles to produce Testosterone, Pregnenolone, Progesterone, etc. It helped with insomnia but 15 minutes after injections I get this intense high (It's like being on an MDMA or drunk). I have read in this community many reports of progesterone high. My hypothesis is that HCG increases my progesterone and that's the cause of the high feeling. I am planning to run some blood tests to prove this but assuming this is the case, how long does it take for the body to get used to progesterone and the high feeling to go away. I have been on HCG for 2 months now and I am still getting the high. If anything it's even more intense now.
If I had not other responsibility and could be high for months, it's not a bad side-effect lool
Getting high is not a know side-effect of HCG. My doctor has no idea what’s going on. So I am doing my own research. Yes, I am not trans but I am asking about trans experience. Since many trans women reported getting high from progesterone, I am simply asking does that feeling go away. If yes, how long until your body gets used to it. This is the only lead I have after weeks of research on this topic. There are no reported HCG highs anywhere that I can find. Trying to connect dotes here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I switched to Defy some months ago but had a small stock pile from my previous provider. On my current dose, I have tested reliably at trough in the 700s for total T.
Perhaps 6-8 weeks ago I ran out of my old supply and switch to Empower compounded Test C. Have been feeling a little off so I got blood done. I tested just over 400 at trough. I don’t miss doses. I know how to measure. The blood was drawn at the same time etc etc. The only thing that is different is the test itself.
I’m also on HCG so that would explain why I am in the 400’s. Originally tested at 289.
I’m livid right now because I am almost sure I’ve been injecting under dosed testosterone.

When I find this subreddit I felt like I find my comrades, so please don’t take my greeting using “worriers” as offensive. If anything, I feel so relatable to so many stories and questions posted here. I also find the responses so overwhelmingly heartwarming and comforting. I feel like I find my support group and this is the right place to ask my questions with similarly mind people ☺️
I had a chemical pregnancy in my last cycle. It was my first experience getting pregnant. I knew chemical was likely, tried not to get too excited and hopeful, but failed completely. After 10 days of hoping and inevitably attached to the embryo, my first response test turned from bright line to faint line, and I started bleeding soon after. It was so hard and despite trying to move past it as soon as possible and focus on the next cycle, I cried uncontrollably at least three times in the week after. It was a level of emotional pain I never experienced before.
Now onto now, just ovulated according to my tracker and we caught the peak. Planning ahead, I am thinking of tracking my hcg if I get pregnant this time. I have two questions about this. First, how do you get doctors to test this for you? My obstetrician is the typical not testing unless there is some signs to worry about type. I can’t imagine her agreeing to test me every 2 to 3 days just to satisfy my need to know.
Second, should I be tracking hcg levels at all? I know chemical can happen any time until week 7, so if I track it starting at week 4, that would be 3 weeks of blood tests every other day? Even if my levels increase well until say 5weeks, there’s no guarantee that it will stay that way until after chemical pregnancy window. So basically I just have to test until week 7?

My husband and I had a miscarriage back in January ‘24. My betas were perfect at 6 weeks, and at 7 weeks we had an ultrasound with no fetal pole detected or HB. I had to have a D&C 3 weeks later after failing to miscarry naturally. The cause of miscarriage was Trisomy 16 which I believe is one of the most common cause of miscarriage.We were pretty devastated, however, despite being older (36&42) we were able to conceive the first month of trying and still had hope given our initial “success”
Fast forward to now, I was finally having a ‘normal’ period again, but longer cycle than normal and we decided to start trying again. To our surprise, I tested when my cycle was at 32 days ‘just in case’ and I tested faintly positive.
I know when my LMP was but have no idea when I would’ve ovulated or how long my cycle was because I went from a 27 day cycle pre miscarriage to 30+ days post miscarriage.
Anyway, my HCG today came back at 144 which seems to be really low. I know I’m close to 4 weeks since I test positive last Weds, and it’s 36 days since my LMP.
I guess I’m just looking for reassurance…has anyone had an HCG that low at 4+ weeks with a positive outcome. With my last pregnancy I immediately had symptoms (sore breasts, nausea, fatigue, etc) and now I’m not having anything. My mind immediately goes to the worst…and I’m just trying to find hope during this waiting period 😔 I just feel like I’m doomed to have it always end up in a miscarriage.

On Friday 4w2d my hcg was around 60 and today (Monday — 4w5d) it’s 422. Any thoughts?

Looking for advice- TRT Nation has had me on 200mg of test and 50 units of HCG weekly (split into 2 shots a week.)
We start trying for a baby last August. No luck. 2 months ago I tell doc at TRT Nation the situation and he keeps me on 200mg of test. Ups HCG to 100 units a week. And adds 25mg of enclo 3x a week. I just got a blood test after 8 weeks on this “fertility protocol” as the doctor called it and my fsh and lh and both well below reference range. Same as before the enclo.
I’ve got an appointment with a fertility clinic for a semen analysis and path forward, but that’s in 3 weeks. In the meantime. Should I drop the TRT and stay on hcg and enclo as a pct to come off? Drop hcg and continue TRT and enclo?
I have read conflicting opinions online so just wanted to see what you guys think.
I would call TRT Nation for advice but they have ignored my last 3 calls and voicemails and have eliminated their online messaging lol.

Hi friends -
After many months of TTC, all sorts of fertility tracking with Mira, switching to a GF diet (already have been plant-based forever) and countless supplements, - I had gotten a bfp 2 days before my missed period. I only tested early because I was SO incredibly nauseous and my boobs hurt like no other. We were so excited because I have PCOS (no insulin resistance, not overweight, no irregular cycles ever, just some cortisol and testosterone dysregulation with mild hirsutism)and subclinical hypothyroidism (T3 issues) so I always was told my chances would be slim to none.
Of course because of that, my anxiety was elevated and I focused on line progression, a lot. Every little cramp I had made me nervous, despite them being mild. Sadly I watched my lines start to fade over the week and went in yesterday for a quantitative HCG draw after some light brown spotting. I don’t have those results yet. But this morning at just about 5 weeks, I woke up to two negative tests (digital and frer with FMU) coupled with the worst cramps of my life and some period like bleeding.
Ironically, today was my intake call with the OB office, and when I answered and they asked how things were going and I told them how this morning went they responded with “oh I’m so sorry, just go to the ER” and as an ER nurse, I know that’s not really necessary. But I’m annoyed because they didn’t leave me any room to ask questions and also promptly hung up after and cancelled all upcoming appointments per my MyChart notifications. I sat on hold calling back for 45 minutes to try and get connected with someone, but gave up with the long wait.
So I’m pretty sad, to say the least, and feeling really defeated. My question is - how long after a chemical/early miscarriage were you able to conceive? I’m looking at the bright side being that at least my body could do this - since I was told forever I couldn’t. But I can’t help but wonder and hope this wasn’t a one off thing.
