For context Broken up about a month Nc for a week or two.
After the breakup I explained that being blocked was good for me so I can get my emotions out ( typing on a note or writing it down doesn’t work for me) So he would keep unblocking then be mad that he was getting a message. Told me to leave him alone and he was done so I just went no contact.
I went to message today, not for any reason but basically said there was peace in me knowing he wouldn’t see it.

Idk how to feel, I blocked him straight away so I’ll never know if he replied. Tbh I don’t want to know, idk why he would ask to be left alone to unblock me a week later, he’s moved on, not in the new gf way but the acceptance of the ending way.

So, I was blindsided with a breakup by my ex at the start of March. Any issues were solvable but she decided to run and put it down to “losing herself”.
This breakup cut deep, to the point where my family were seriously worried for my health - but I’m not the type of person to hurt myself or do anything like that, especially over something like this.
At first, I begged, I pleaded, I tried to change her mind. All of it to no effect. She also sent lots of mixed signals, like continuing to tell me “I love you”, as well as crying and trying to kiss me on the lips multiple times when we met to exchange things back in March.
I went into no contact, failed twice - but third time I was lucky. I fell silent at the start of April after trying again to fix it - but she did show enough care to ring me on my birthday to wish me well.
I stayed in no contact and disappeared until now. And in the period of silence, she stalked my socials from her main Instagram account and then a burner. In the end, I blocked the burner as it made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
Either way, it shows she cares in some capacity, regardless of whether we get back together.
Then, on Sunday just gone, I get a text close to midnight asking how I am and that she understands if I chose not to respond. I’m not one to ignore, and I know some will say I shouldn’t have given her what she wanted since she broke up with me and shattered my heart - but for me my revenge is forgiveness and kindness (without being taken advantage of).
She wanted to catch up and a swiftly set boundaries that I’m not here to be friends or have text catchups. She respected that, but I did open the door for a face-to-face meeting, which she said “I’d love that”.
Anyway. After two days of silence I reached out and asked to see her today and she did on her lunch break. She immediately noticed the physical changes and genuinely seemed taken back.
I’ve always looked sharp with my hair and beard, but I spiced it up with earrings, which she told me to always get during our relationship, and my tattoos (that aren’t shit thank god).
We caught up about life, smiling, laughing and joking. I even joked to her “do you want me to unblock your burner account now?” To which she got shy and we had a laugh about it as it is funny. It was a good ice breaker - because it broke past the nonchalant approach.
We avoided the breakup and going over old ground and I genuinely projected my positivity which isn’t a facade. It’s genuine. I’m in a much better place.
She did ask be questions like “how long did it take you to get over the sadness?” And I gave her an honest answer. She said she was in a similar headspace but her actions mentioned above to reconnect maybe tell a different story.
She also told me she misses me and made a few suggestive jokes about being friends (with a wink) so super playful - BUT she seems set on her decision and THAT’S FINE!
I made my boundaries clear again that I’ll never be her friend. She said “but what if I need you for something?” And I said “well, you made the decision to lose me, so no”.
I did make it known that she can message but be mindful of her journey that she’s on as well as mine. If she wants to hangout, set a date and time.
There was some touching of the hands, and we did hug a few times and I made it clear that it’s likely for the last time but that’s OKAY!
So the point of this post, people, is my revenge is forgiveness. My ex made a lot of mistakes, some really bad ones that left me cut up - both during and after the relationship. I made mistakes too no doubt.
But my revenge is forgiveness and that’s why I met up with my ex today. To show her I’m fine, I’m happy, I’m evolving, and I don’t hold hate in my heart. I believe if you loved someone, you can never entirely hate them. And that’s my revenge.
I don’t know fully why she was stalking, or her true intentions and keenness to meet after a long period of silence. If I never hear from her again, that’s fine, but she’ll never be forgotten.
I wish her all the best and all the happiness in the world. Am I sad I don’t have a front row seat? Yes. Am I sad I won’t be the man waiting at the end of the wedding isle and someone else will? Absolutely.
I was sad after leaving her today but it’s normal. But I don’t feel like it set me back - I feel stronger and the ball is only in her court.

TL;DR
I’ve been talking to this guy for more than a month and I met him online on a chatting app. I’m 19 and he’s 34. Our relationship is basically based on a flirtatious nature. We exchanged pics and videos and we called few times. I kinda got attached to him since he is the first guy to see my personal intimate ( not nudes) pics.
He started to get more demanding about me sending him more pics of sexual nature which is draining and sometimes I don’t feel like to send such pics. But he keeps getting mad over it and he feels sort of entitled to my pics. He once blocked me because of this and then unblocked me after a day and told me that he missed me and he’s not used to not talk to me..he told me that has feelings toward me and that he feels something different with me..
so I don’t know what to do. I just kinda feel stuck between ending this and trying to continue the relationship and it’s hard for me to say no. So I don’t know why am I like this? Any advice how to get over this relationship and end it?

Update: marking this as solved. I don't know what caused the lock out - I'm 100% certain I only entered my password once. "Resolution" if it counts: I'm thankful I had the DSfinder app installed on my ipad through which I was able to see "IP Blocking" settings and managed to unblock the IP address of my PC. Had forgotten I had installed it on that device. Don't think it contributed to the issue as again, device is WiFI only and never open the Synology app. Just massively relieved!

Would appreciate some help here. I'm really confused what's going on.
Background
I last logged into my DSM 2 days ago on my PC. Just tried to log in right now and something odd happened, I'm used to signing in by entering my password followed by 2FA code even though it's my personal device. This time on attempting to sign on to my admin account, after entering my username I received a message to validate my log in using the Synology Secure SignIn app instead of entering a password. I do not have the app. I tried another non-admin account, still the same message. Upon attempting to log in with a password, instead I receive a message saying too many failed attempts have been made to log in and the IP address has been blocked. To be clear, I had not made any prior attempts from my personal device (it was sleeping until about 5 minutes before I attempted to log in). Although I couldn't access my DSM account, I was still able to access my mapped network drives. I tried to restart my PC and tried to log in again, but same result, and this time no luck with accessing mapped network drives either.
Edit to add: I never log into my NAS through any other devices besides this PC in my home network.
Existing Security
My NAS is exposed to the internet only via Plex. It is port forwarded so not the standard 32400 and behind a double nat. Plex has a secure password and also has 2FA.
I have firewall rules set up so only can be accessed in my country of origin UK, and after 3 or 5 wrong attempts I believe it blocks the IP. Prior to this I've never had any attempts made on my NAS.

In addition, I haven't logged into my authenticator app on this device.
Oddities
One of the drives I have is dedicated to media. I'm still able to access this through Plex. I run Plex through docker and I am still able to access this through my NAS IP address.
Edit to add: I have DLNA enabled on my NAS, I'm able to access media through this as well (including through my PC).
I have another laptop that was also sleeping. I've just switched it on, it is still connected to my mapped network drives and I can access the majority of them (different limited access credentials), but none of the content is blocked by any means. I never attempt to log into DSM through this laptop. Only the initial mapping of the drives.
I've not received any emails notifying that I've been hacked/my content has been locked until I pay
Synology assistant isn't having luck finding the Synology NAS on the network at all either.

I've requested a speed upgrade from my internet provider. They've sent me a new router and asked me to plug it in within 5 days. I've not done this yet and was actually logging into my DSM account to double check all my settings prior to switching out.

At this point I'm clueless if it's something malicious or not. I'm going to run Malwarebytes overnight on my PC. Is there a chance that a change at my ISP side could result in the above?
I'm thinking worst case scenario I've been hacked, but let's say I have a keylogger on my machine, is it possible for them to break into my NAS based on my passwords alone? My 2FA is always from my personal phone and I don't log into that on my PC. Really not sure how else they could have gotten access, and again, no emails or anything, nothing has been zipped.
Would appreciate your help / suggestions on what I can do here please!

Hi! So was in BPI app and saw I can lock my card and as a gastador I stupidly clicked on it without checking how to unblock it. Now mobile key’s not showing up and honestly, I don’t care if I can never unlock it but I made a payment earlier in the day (5/15 around noon, PH Time) via Gcash and was wondering if this will still be posted albeit card’s temporarily blocked?
Saw a thread similar to this here but OP did not specify payment channel while other user said payment using BPI savings’ still posted despite card blocking.

My son is young, early 20s. Moved out on his own a little over a year ago. Today I’m checking my email and I get an email from USPS showing my mail coming for today. I see an old school piece of mail coming, hand written letter addressed to my son from a female. I text him and ask him who she was. He responds to me telling me a girl he used to talk to back in 2023. And how did I know her name? I tell him that he has a letter coming today from her. You can tell he was shocked. He calls me right away. Tells me that this was a female he met on some chat app thing, and then tells me they talked for a while. But she got weird, and he stopped talking to her. Told me that she told him things like “if you leave me I’ll find you” According to him he has blocked her on all social media platforms. It looks like she looked up his name online and found his name tied to his old address when he lived at home and wrote him an old school letter. He told me she was “crazy”
I told him I could write “not at this address / return to sender” and drop it back in the mail.
He said he kind of wants to read it. He is one of those drama people. I told him “but if she gets it back and it says you don’t live there, maybe she’ll get a clue and move along” he said “I just hope there isn’t a threat in the letter”
Now, I will tell you all, my son is not the most honest person. So I have no idea what he is leaving out of the story to me. He swears he never gave her our address. But I am not happy, my wife is not happy that his BS has carried over to our home.
He said he thinks the best thing to do is to send it back. He even asked if he should go the order of protection route on her? I told him, if this is her 1st piece of mail she is sending, that’s not harassment. If it continues, or she starts coming by, then we can go down the different paths at that time.
What advice does anyone have? Send it back? Open it to see what it says? We have cameras all over our house, inside and outside. We have dogs. I just would like some feedback on what other people think.
For safety purposes I did ask him, if he has a regular photo of her, I told him we get alot of people over here, and I want to see what she looks like so if she comes by and knocks I know that she’s at the door before I open it. So basically about a week ago I blocked my SP because I was reacting to the 3D. Waiting and checking and asking him questions. Then I focused on my self concept and God.
I was gonna keep him blocked until he fully conformed but this started to make me feel bad to not be speaking to him. It felt worse than actually just being friends with him in the 3D.
So today I unblocked him and he said he was very upset about the block. (Which I obviously affirmed for) and when we spoke he said “rn is not forever” meaning he is looking forward to a relationship with me in the future. And also he mentioned a Monet painting at a museum and I asked if we could go together and he said he is busy with a funeral but it’s open till sep so we can maybe go.
I think for the first time I have let the 3D be and I feel good as it is right now and I know where it’s gonna go and how it’s gonna end cause I trust my 4D. We are gonna be in daily communication and I ended the conversation cause I’m actually busy with my dissertation. I have other things to focus on and stay busy and I know things will fall into place on its own.
So before the block I was trying to force things to change, I was so insecure about delayed replies, asked when but now I’ve let things be and trust it’s gonna change in its own. I am also so stern with my assumptions about the end that I’m completely untriggered by the 3D. So I think it’s perfect. I know he is the guy that cries at the altar for me. So I guess in a way the block worked as a chain of events that made me get into a better state.

With the latest (and likely last) reworking of rumours, the optimal strategies have changed once more.
Expert rumours are in an excellent place again, and Master rumours are absolutely fantastic.
If you're 72-91 Hunter, follow this guide on getting set up for Expert rumours. If you're 91+, skip to the end for your Master rumour setup. If you're pet-hunting, there are some goodies at the end too.

Step 0: What's a Block List?

Guild Hunters cannot assign rumours already assigned by another Guild Hunter. Leaving an assigned rumour undone, then, functions as a block.
You'll want to receive all your rumours from one particular Guild Hunter, using the other Guild Hunters to block less desirable rumours.

Step 1: Teco or Aco?

There are two Expert Guild Hunters, Teco and Aco. Which should you use?
If you can access Necropolis, use Aco as your rumour-giver. Otherwise, use Teco.
Only Aco can assign Orange Salamanders, which become one of your very best rumours after you unlock the Necropolis Hunter area. Aco also assigns Moonlight Moths which are better than Teco's Sunlight Moths.
But Orange Salamanders are mediocre without Necropolis, at which point you should prefer Teco's slightly smaller rumour list.

Step 2: Is Gilman Worth It?

Should you try and use Gilman to block a rumour? Using him means getting an extra block, but he assigns every possible rumour, so farming up a good block can be tricky. Here's how to make that call:
If you'll be doing Expert rumours for at least 7 hours, use Gilman. Otherwise, don't use him.
With an optimal approach, it'll take an average of 23 rumours to set up a a block list without Gilman. With Gilman, it'll take an average of 35 rumours. Depending on your Hunter level, your efficiency, your gear, etc., it'll take roughly 7 hours of doing Experts with your block-list before you break even on the extra time spent setting up Gilman.

Step 3a: Setting Up Without Gilman

Here's what you'll want blocked:

• Sabre-toothed Kyatts
• Sabre-tootehd Kebbits
• Grey Chinchompas

If you're setting up your block list from scratch, you'll want to start with Teco/Aco, depending on which one you're using. The rumour you block with Teco/Aco will determine how you'll set up the rest of your block list.
Teco/Aco (Expert): Sabre-toothed Kyatts OR Sabre-toothed Kebbits OR Grey Chinchompas
If Teco/Aco blocks Sabre-toothed Kyatts, pursue these blocks in this order:

• Teco/Aco (Expert): Sabre-toothed Kyatts
• Ornus (Adept): Sabre-toothed Kebbits
• Cervus (Adept): Grey Chinchompas

If Teco/Aco blocks Sabre-toothed Kebbits, pursue these blocks in this order:

• Teco/Aco (Expert): Sabre-toothed Kebbits
• Ornus (Adept): Sabre-toothed Kyatts
• Cervus (Adept): Grey Chinchompas

If Teco/Aco blocks Grey Chinchompas, pursue these blocks in this order:

• Teco/Aco (Expert): Grey Chinchompas

If you're not setting up from scratch, there's not much to be gained by all this strategizing; just fill in blocks where you need them.

Step 3b: Setting Up With Gilman

Here's what you'll want blocked:

• Sabre-toothed Kyatts
• Sabre-toothed Kebbits
• Grey Chinchompas
• Sunlight Antelope

If you're setting up your block list from scratch, you'll want to start with Gilman. The rumour you block with Gilman will determine how you'll set up the rest of your block list.
Gilman (Novice): Sabre-toothed Kyatts OR Sabre-toothed Kebbits OR Grey Chinchompas OR Sunlight Antelope

If Gilman blocks Sunlight antelope, follow the strategy for Teco, Ornus, and Cervus in Step 3a.

Step 3c: Setting Up After 91 Hunter

If you've previously set up an Expert block list before reaching level 91 Hunter, simply add a block for Red Chinchompas with Wolf.
If you're setting up your Expert block list for the first time, I'd recommend following Step 3b: Setting Up with Gilman. Aco/Teco and Wolf can combine to block both Sunlight Antelope and Red Chinchompas.
But if you're serious about doing rumours post level 91 Hunter, I would strongly recommend the new Master rumour meta, sketched out below.

Addendum: Master Rumours

With the new update, Master rumours are in a fantastic place. For the first time, they're better than Experts.
Red Salamanders and Red Chinchompas were added to the Adept list, Moonlight Moths, Tecu Salamaders, and Herbiboar were added to the Expert list, and Sunlight Moths were removed from the Master list.
Here's your block list:

• Ornus (Adept): Red Salamanders
• Cervus (Adept): Red Chinchompas
• Aco (Expert): Sunlight Antelope OR Moonlight Moths OR Tecu Salamanders
• Teco (Expert): Sunlight Antelope OR Herbiboar
• Gilman (Novice): Sunlight Antelope OR Moonlight Moths OR Tecu Salamanders OR Moonlight Antelope OR Herbiboar

You'll definitely want to block Sunlight Antelope, but it's down to preference after that.
With these blocks, you only have three possible rumours: Dashing Kebbits, and whichever two remaining rumours went unblocked. This should be blazingly efficient, both for experience and rumours per hour.

Addendum: Pet Hunting

Even with the upgraded Master rumours, pet hunters without any Hunter pets should go with Expert rumours, using Teco as their rumour-giver.
Block: Red Salamanders, Sunlight Antelope, Sunlight Moths, Sabre-toothed Kebbits, and Sabre-toothed Kyatts.
Here's the list:

• Wolf (Master): Red Salamanders OR Sunlight Antelope
• Ornus (Adept): Sabre-toothed Kebbits OR Sabre-toothed Kyatts
• Cervus (Adept): Moths
• Aco (Expert): Sabre-toothed Kebbits OR Sabre-toothed Kyatts
• Gilman (Novice): Red Salamanders OR Sunlight Antelope

With this setup, you'll be doing Grey Chinchompas, Red Chinchompas, Dark Kebbits, Dashing Kebbits, and Herbiboar. Three-fifths of your rumours will be pet-eligible, and you'll finish slightly more rumours per hour than a correspondingly optimized Master setup.

Tldr;I wasn't a religious person for a while and never pray or attend church for some time. Then i met a girl who bring me closer to God. God shows several signs that she is the one, but I broke up with her a few weeks ago.
I had a gf and we have been together for some time and somehow with her presence she brings me closer to God, even though she is not religious herself or go to the church at all, she is a christian but never practiced it, but sometimes she knows couple of verse and soothe me using that verse to calm me down when I'm stressed out, she is also kind and loves me.
Every night after a good night call with her, I always got the urge to pray, and in my prayer I express happiness to met her and to finally get back to Jesus Christ, I ask signs if she is "the one" for me from the Lord
And He always deliver, after several months my relationship with my gf sours because of a personal issue that I'm not comfortable sharing here.

Hi, it's Stads again covering OU usage trends in April 2024. This is some form of a follow-up to my post last month here (https://www.reddit.com/stunfisk/comments/1bw1732/ou_usage_trends_march_2024/), where I discussed the 5 pokemon with the greatest usage differential between the general population elo bracket and the 1825+ elo bracket in the March 2024 stats. For this month, the stats are sourced from https://www.smogon.com/stats/2024-04/ . This time, I'll cover both the top 5 increases in usage and the top 5 decreases in usage between the two brackets. Let's start off with the increases!

1. Zamazenta (9.79% vs 23.87%, +14.09%)

Zama just keeps taking off in usage, climbing to 2nd overall in usage in the 1825+ bracket and dethroning the elephant last month. Like last month, I suspect Zama is simply an extremely solid pokemon that both checks and fits well into offensive structures. Month-over-month, I see that a novel spread of Impish 16/0/216/0/40/236 has taken over the 1825+ elo bracket this month, albeit only a small plurality at 12.142%. This spread makes it quite a bit more physically bulky while speed creeping Roaring Moon, a key opposing mon for Zama to check. However, this is at the cost of no longer outspeeding key threats like Weavile, Darkrai, and +1 Dragonite. There's been some shifting in which moves Zama is running as well, with Crunch becoming slightly less mandatory, Roar and Heavy Slam becoming more popular, and Substitute falling off quite a bit. I suspect the very standard Sub IronPress Zama simply has been adequately adapted to, and these shifts reflect Zama adjusting to deal with opposing setup sweepers and fairies a bit better.

2. Kingambit (24.50% vs 36.72%, +12.22%)

Another repeat performer, Kingambit continues to be a popular pokemon in all elo brackets but especially the 1825+ region. While most of SV OU continues to adapt and proliferate new strategies, Kingambit seems to be a more locked-in constant, with no new sets, spreads, or moves especially rising in popularity. Leftovers, Black Glasses, and Air Balloon continue to be the main trifecta of used items, and while most sets seem to be Adamant and investing in bulk, running Jolly and max speed retains a solid niche. It remains to be seen if anything can really knock Kingambit from its perch in the coming months, or if we've reached a stable equilibrium.

3. Glimmora (12.23% vs 20.26%, +8.03%)

Finally, a new face! The favoured lead for many Hyper Offensive teams in SV OU since the beginning, Glimmora had a great month in April, coming in at 6th in usage in the 1825+ bracket. Month-over-month, Glimmora has remained markedly stable in how it's used, but the 1825+ bracket loves Red Card quite a bit more, at 41.295% compared to to 15.172% in the general population. I suspect this is because Red Card can be tricky to use, requiring some prediction to be best used in displacing an opposing setup sweeper while switching into an attack that won't OHKO Glimmora. I wonder if much of this usage was pre-Volcarona ban, with how reliably Glimmora could take a fire-type attack from the moth and get rid of all its terrifying boosts. I'm a little surprised that Glimmora has thrived with the emergence of Fast Taunt Landorus-Therian with Earth Power, but perhaps Hyper Offensive teams have simply adapted and are now finding other leads that can adequately threaten Lando.

4. Roaring Moon (13.17% vs 21.04%, +7.87%)

Salamence's prehistoric cousin has been terrifying since it was unbanned with the advent of DLC2, but it continues to really come into its own. A ludicrously strong Knock Off can not only be leveraged to sweep teams but also break open cores for teammates to later abuse, and its typing and natural bulk gives Roaring Moon the ability to often find openings against mons like Gholdengo and Gliscor. Everyone agrees that Roaring Moon runs Booster Energy, Dragon Dance, Knock Off, and Acrobatics (with tera flying), but while the general population seems to enjoy Earthquake and then Taunt for that last moveslot, the 1825+ bracket has a mild preference for Taunt, with Brick Break narrowly edging Earthquake as the runner-up. I'm not positive whether this is more of a niche tool against screens or just the best option available against the ubiquitous Kingambit, but it's an interesting development that's only really taken off this month. As an aside, I'm quite surprised that Tera Flying + Acrobatics has persisted as not only the premier tera option for Roaring Moon, but realistically, the only option. Flying is an extremely good offensive type with few fat electrics around, but I'm a bit surprised that no specialized counter-teras have developed for Moon to beat some of its established checks such as Weavile and Dondozo.

5. Clefable (5.63% vs 13.32%, +7.69%)

This one did surprise me. While the happy pink blob (no, the other one) continues to fly largely under the radar amongst the general population, it's experiencing a breakout in the 1825+ bracket. I suspect this is because post-Volcarona ban, the metagame has gotten slightly fatter despite the presence of Waterpon and Kyurem, and Clefable fits excellently into many fat structures. Magic Guard is an amazing ability always, but especially in a hazard meta, and also makes Clefable one of SV OU's two premier knock absorbers alongside Gliscor. The support movepool is just as good as ever with Thunder Wave, Stealth Rock, Knock Off, Wish healer, and Calm Mind wincons all quite viable. Magic Guard and the prevalence of booster energy also makes Clefable an excellent user of Sticky Barb, which can attach itself to mons post-booster like Great Tusk and Roaring Moon, easily dooming their sweeps. The general population acknowledges this set with 13.93% Sticky Barb usage, but the 1825+ bracket expects it, with Sticky Barb as the #1 used item at 43.833%. The general population also seems to enjoy specially defensive Clefable sets quite a bit more - perhaps to better deal with Kyurem, albeit in a very risky way - while the 1825+ bracket leans into the Sticky Barb with physically defensive sets being ubiqutious. While Clefable has exploded in popularity, it does seem to be only on balance and fatter team comps, with its most common teammates being Gliscor (completing the knock absorption perimeter), Corviknight, Dragapult, Great Tusk, and Dondozo. If Clefable gets more usage on offensive teams, it'll truly be a sign that the SV OU meta has at long last started to slow down.
I'll also go over the 5 pokemon with the greatest usage drop between the general population and 1825+ bracket. If you see your favourites here, don't necessarily worry - they may still have realistic niches to fill on OU teams! But it is still good to analyze why certain pokemon will be favoured or disfavoured in certain environments.

1. Serperior (6.58% vs 1.44%, -5.14)

This is hardly a surprise anymore. While Serperior will have a certain floor of usage due to it's status as a starter pokemon and the allure of the Contrary + Leaf Storm combo, it's simply too pidgeonholed to exist much in the 1825+ bracket. Tera Blast is used around 60% in both environments, though I'm very curious if they tend to use the same tera type or if there's some difference. The slight boon of having a great matchup into Webs has also faded a bit as that playstyle has fallen off slightly, and with Rillaboom, Waterpon, and Grasspon providing plenty of grass-type attacking prowess, it seems unlikely Serperior will find a niche even with the exit of Volcarona. The real discussion is how Serperior will fare in UU come the June tier shifts, with many great answers such as Hydrapple and Tornadus-Therian seemingly poised to handle it.

2. Corviknight (10.69% vs 6.00%, -4.69%)

I'm not 100% sure why Corviknight remains popular amongst the general population while sliding in the 1825+ tier. It might be due to Lando-T taking its spot as a pivot, it might be because it simply doesn't wall things as hard as it wants to. Mirror Armor has a sizeable fanbase among the general population at 32.949%, but the 1825+ bracket practically ignores it at just 3.263% usage. In both environments, Corv is very predominantly physically defensive to better deal with threats such as Kingambit, SD Gliscor, and Roaring Moon. One absurd data point - Roost only has 90.999% usage in the general population. Is this a typo? Are there really 9% of people who don't use Roost on Corvinkight? I imagine even cheesy sets like Bulk Up + Power Trip would be running Roost. I have absolutely no idea what's going on here, and I suspect that looking too far into it will only induce madness.

3. Torkoal (6.91% vs 2.50%, -4.41%)

Torkoal is generally used to provide sunlight for Sun teams, but is rarely also run on trick room teams with Choice Specs to nuke everything with Eruption. Sun, among other 'gimmicky' Hyper Offense styles such as Webs, Trick Room, and other weathers, tend to be a bit less reliable up in the 1825+ bracket where teams are more sturdily built and nuking everything with force generally won't go quite as far. So it checks out that everyone's favourite sun turtle would get a bit more usage amongst the general population.

4. Cinderace (9.82% vs 6.13%, -3.70%)

Cinderace getting less usage in the 1825+ bracket represents the continuation of a philosophical shift to the hazard subgame. Hazards have been very difficult to remove conventionally this entire generation due to Gholdengo blocking most forms of removal. This means that previously, Cinderace having unblockable psuedo-removal in Court Change was an excellent workaround. Now however, offensive teams generally prefer to have their own hazards up and simply try to limit how many hazards get set up on their side of the field with tools like Fast Taunt Lando as well as the popularity of Glimmora and its Mortal Spin. I expect the general population will gradually catch up to this trend over time, though with Cinderace being a starter - and one banned in previous generations at that - it likely has a bit higher floor of usage than it would in a vacuum. I also note that the 1825+ bracket seems to try Blaze Cinderace a bit more, 26.526% vs 16.816%, with Blaze taking Pyro Ball from a very good attack to one that can really dent even bulkier mons.

5. Garchomp (4.18% vs 0.81%, -3.38%)

Another Pokemon whose general popularity is probably carrying it to decent usage among the general population, while the 1825+ bracket has moved on. It's slightly strange to me that SD + Scale Shot Garchomp sets have been completely absent from the meta, but perhaps that niche is simply not compelling enough with Roaring Moon, Gouging Fire, Kyurem, and even Haxorus as physically-attacking Dragon-type alternatives. What usage Chomp does get in 1825+ seems to be confined entirely to defensive hazard sets, with Rocky Helmet, Dragon Tail, and at least 1 hazard. But even in this use case, it's hard to find a real niche when Ting-Lu, Deoxys-Speed, Glimmora, and other great offensive hazard setters exist. I won't go so far as to say it's completely Garchover, but it may take a large meta shift on the back of a ban or two for Garchomp to find true OU usage again.

so I (24f) have been a big fan of gaming ever since I was young. My bf (24m) didn't liked the gaming a single bit. TLDR: I'm trying to get my ex girlfriend back who has BPD, but shes ignoring me.

So, as of late I've been trying out a bunch of heroes to find who I want to main based on a few criteria. Mostly, what fits my play style and how much fun do I have doing it. Immersion is a big one too. But I'm trying to be flexible on that. But I've was a Viking since release with the exception of a few seasons here and there where I wanted to play with a friend and take territories together ya know? But I have full intentions on siding with the faction my main comes from.
Right now, my top contenders are Warlord, Conqueror, Shugoki, and Jorm. But I've found I prefer heroes with a full guard stance because, quite frankly, my reaction time is bad and so it's easier to just guard in one direction every time and block everything. And I prefer heavies because of their survivability and I only like objective game modes and playing for the objectives rather than kills and stuff (I've won so many games solely because I just sat on a point. No one even showed up lol)
So, I have a few questions about some of the other full guard heroes. Namely
Black Prior Valkyrie (though immersion is hard with female gender locked heroes. Hard to look at a female hero and go "this is me" ya know? But again, trying to be flexible) Kyoshin
Not so keen on Varangian Guard or Aramusha because their full guard has to be timed well.
Mainly, are they worth it? What are their strengths and weaknesses? How do they play?
Keep in mind some things I really like about the ones I'm playing now
Warlord: of course his full block stance, even though he's a "defensive" hero I can play him super aggressive. His headbutt is fantastic at dealing with turtles.
Conqueror: basically everything I said about Warlord. I love his infinite chain which is unblockable when they're heavy. The only thing I DONT like about him is his attacks are slow so I just get parried all day if I don't play SUPER defensive. And I prefer aggression.
Shugoki: it's the hugs. Delayed unblockable heavies are good and all, but giving a guy a hug and throwing him on the ground while my team wrecks him for 80% of his HP is great.
Jorm: Jorm is more of a "I want to get good with him" hero. The aggressiveness of Warlord and the disabling abilities of Shugoki, plus an infinite chain if I use his zone right. He's got everything except that full guard stance. So with him it's more that I want to get better at blocking, parrying, and feinting and then get good with him

I (25F) had a guy best friend (25M). I had been friends with him since I was 16, but last year he fell in love with a girl and she was insecure about my friendship with him and asked him to either choose me or her. He had blocked me on all socials after telling me that he will convince her eventually. But recently he unblocked me on one social and I found that out because of my sister.

I became friends with this guy because he liked a girl in highschool who was my friend. My friend eventually drifted apart but he and I had similar interests and became really good friends. We had a kinda long distance friendship but it didn't matter because we were really good friends and would make up time to talk to each other. He would always be there for me during my worst period and so would I. I always considered him like a brother and he took care of me like a sister. He broke his heart once and it really changed him. Since then I looked out for him even more.
Last year he fell in love with a girl who just got out of a break up and was still obsessed with her ex. When he asked my opinion, all I told him was to give her time to heal and then talk about a relationship. We were each other's therapists and it was fun to know about each other's thoughts and psychoanalyse the situations. But instead of waiting he told the girl about how he wanted to be in a relationship with her and that did not end well. From what he said, I definitely knew she was not treating him right and one day I told him how he should be looking out for himself and how he should be more worried about how the whole situation would affect him rather than her. But instead of him, she saw the message. Since then she hated me.
Eventually both of them started their relationship but it had a lot of toxic qualities. She would often check his message and gallery. I understood that since she was cheated on and I thought her insecurities were valid. They eventually decided to get engaged and I knew I am going to loose my good friend because marriage changes priorities but I was genuinely happy for him. But then I got a call from him, telling me how he had to block me on all socials because he was asked to choose me or her. He also told me he would eventually convince her to give me a chance and I said I understood him completely. But then he said something that did not sit well with me. He said he wanted this friendship even if he had to hide it from her. Now I empathise with the girl and something like that would only break her trust in him more. I did not wish for that and therefore I asked him to contact me once she's convinced because I did not want to make her feel devastated about her partner. And then we barely had any contact.
A friend of mine later told me that he got engaged and also shared photos with me. It hurt that I was not present to celebrate the event but I wished him happiness from the bottom of my heart. And so one year passes by, my sister knew everything about him and casually asked about him. I told that I had no clue. So she just wanted to check if he had still blocked me on all socials and I agreed to her thinking maybe I still am blocked. Today I realised that he has unblocked me and so has his fiance.

Last night, I informed my girlfriend that I was going to play online games with my friends. It’s been a while since I gamed with them (about two weeks or more), she’s aware of that and I also reminded her about it. I kept trying to call her, and after about 3-5 minutes, she finally answered with just a "hmm?" I asked if she was sleepy, but then she went silent again.
Ever tried talking to someone who doesn’t respond? It's tiring as heck. So, I fell silent and started reading a book. After some time, she ended the call and blocked me on all social media, including my second account and phone number.
I attempted to reach out to her, but got no response, so I gave up. The next day, she still had me blocked.
