I just set up direct deposit via postal ease on liteblue. How can I be sure that it worked? I am just concerned about getting paid on time. Are there any recommendations on the easiest way to be sure I will get paid on time this pay day?

2024.04.19 06:54 Wandering_soul62 LiteBlue Issues

So I’m a CCA that’s getting converted to Reg. in a few days .. never was able to access LiteBlue since my hiring date approximately 1 year ago. Procrastinated & never fixed my liteblue log-in issues not a very wise choice I know.. considering I’m going to be a regular soon & last minute I’m seeing urgency in needing liteblue .. for Call offs , enrollment in benefits , direct deposit etc. Point is , no coworkers were able to give me advice , none had the issue im having ,” Unknown Device / Location “ always popping up , Tried postal computer , Chrome , VPN , incognito mode , Cellular data , Android / Apple device tried everything & always the same. I called HRSSC no help , couldn’t speak to anybody directly all I got out of that is a New PIN mailed to me. It’s a frustrating loophole , Liteblue tells me to set up MFA to bypass the Unknown device / location issue but I can’t set up MFA without having access to my Liteblue .. I can’t even get passed inputting my EIN ? I don’t even have a chance to input the PIN & creating a password .. no access to SSP , setting up MFA or anything. Nothing seems to work. My last resort is would be going out of my way & visit an HR office to try to get some answers at this point. Anybody been in a similar situation & or got it handled? Anything helps thanks a lot.👍

PTF City Carrier Health Benefits
My dad recently got hired as a PTF City Carrier and I’m trying to help him and my mom sign up for health benefits. He showed me this letter that he received but I don’t see his job position on there? Is PTF City Carrier the same as City Carrier Assistant? If so, that would mean that they’ll get 65 percent contribution for the Self Plus One?
He also showed me a different piece of paper that said he may be eligible for health insurance under FEHB. Where would I check to see if he’s eligible for sure? If I sign up my parents through the FEHB will there be any contributions?

I’ve been trying to download my W2 but when I log-in on LiteBlue I no longer have the PostalEase option. I thought it was because I was outside of the USA but now that I’m back I still a don’t have it. Could it be because I’m currently on FMLA?

I think the PO owes me some money…
I was looking at my pay stub on Liteblue and noticed .00 for postal vehicle. I didn’t think that was right. Was clicking through the EMA to see if it was there for that particular route but those were all for the other routes. Told my sup this morning and she was going to look into it, but was gone when I returned. Found another one that was wrong two pay periods ago. Figured I’d delve deeper and lo and behold they missed a ton last year. Over $750 I didn’t get paid. Wonder how long it will take them to fix that mistake. I’ll be paying much better attention to my pay stubs now.

Why does LiteBlue look like this?
I don't know why Liteblue looks like this to me. All the links do not work and simply reload the page. I recently got married and need to add my spouse to the health insurance. Also can't use FMLA with the website looking like this.

2024.02.13 03:57 Afraid-Try-2808 Got Transferred and Haven’t Gotten Paid Because of Direct Deposit Issue - Having Trouble Not Getting Stressed At Work

Title.
I left my original office after about 3/4 of a year due to personal tragedy. Felt lost, didn’t wanna work at all, etc.
Applied again a few months later as a “what the hell” maneuver at another closer office to try and improve my life. My original postmaster was very understanding and kept my position as hired without my knowledge, told my new PM that I was a great carrier, all really cool and good. New postmaster is also cool, along with supervisors. I actually really like the job and want to make a career out of it.
But when payday finally came around, and they said I’d have a paper check there, I showed up and it wasn’t. I called the bank that was set up as my DD originally and they told me the account was closed months ago. So I did the whole HR circus and they told me what everyone else says, that it will be mailed to my post office eventually.
So I thought cool, so I’ll get paid soon. But it hasn’t happened. It’s almost the next payroll and my PM has been generous enough to lend me money to get to work, but I still haven’t seen a check.
When I tried to log in to liteblue, I couldn’t remember my security question so I decided to contact the IT line - I got a robot that said I have no postal ease access, any access, and that password reset is not available. I told my postmaster and he did some calls but nothing changed, I can’t log in and haven’t gotten anything in the mail for a reset.
So every day I’ve showed up to work I have tried to remain positive, but it’s really hard - having to rely on my PM and my MOM to get to work is embarrassing and frustrating. I’ve had like two almost-breakdowns on route and in office just thinking about my car insurance, my rent, my other bills coming up and how nothing seems to be moving forward - I know there is a money order dvance emergency thing for situations like this if I don’t end up paid, but I just wish I could solve this and enjoy the job that I dumped my meager savings into converting my vehicle for without wondering whether or not this issue will be resolved or not come next payday.
Rant over. Sorry 🤣

Update on arbitration case? READ UPDATE
UPDATE: I received a letter in the mail today explaining what will happen to my benefits as a postal mail carrier and referred the letter as my “separation from the postal office”. Do you guys usually think this mean the union/shop steward who was fighting my case lose it in arbitration? I can no longer log into liteblue.

2024.01.09 04:43 NoobNup How to apply as CCA to another location after i've already got sent Employee Number but have not yet attended orientation?

Guys i got a problem. A few weeks back, I got a mailed flyer about a USPS career fair in queens and I went there to apply since it was near my home, however, forgot to complete the assessment test and was rejected for the CCA job at the queens station near my home due to no assessment test taken.
After i took the assessment, i applied for a CCA position in Manhattan. They accepted me, however i still would have preferred queens location instead since it was near me. Anyway i went for fingerprinting about 2 weeks later. However, they still have not sent me an email about a start date or orientation yet, but now i just received an email regarding me EIN (employee ID number) and liteblue profile. I verified and completed my liteblue profile.
HOWEVER, now when i checked on the careers website, the queens CCA position is open and i want apply for that station instead since it's near me, BUT CAN I DO IT? since i did not even get an email about attending orientation for the Manhattan CCA position yet, if i apply for the queens CCA position now, would it cancel out my already accepted manhattan CCA position if accept the Queens CCA position?
Would applying for the queens CCA position now cause some issues? or should i just wait till orientation for my Manhattan CCA is finished and everything is good for a month or 2 before applying for the queens position? ALSO VERY IMPORTANT, How do i even apply for the queens CCA now? On liteblue, when i click on the ecareers link, i don't have an account, and it seems i cannot apply for another through liteblue if i am not a career employee since i am CCA? So i went on the regular Careers site and applied for the job, BUT WHERE IT ASKED me on the Queens CCA application if: "Are you a current United States Postal Service employee?" Do i put YES or NO? cause technically they sent me my EIN and i completely liteblue profile, but i have not received an orientation email for the manhattan CCA position yet? i'm confused
Thanks Guys

2023.12.30 20:19 InformalLemon4901 Form 50 OPF

If you are trying to see your form 50, follow these steps exactly and you will have access to it.

  1. Log on a postal computer with an ace login.

  1. Use chrome browser to login to liteblue, could work on edge too but i know it works on chrome.

  1. Go to the eopf page and click access personal folder. If it just redirects back to the home page. Go to step 4

  1. Go back to the eopf page and then click the lock icon next to the address bar. Delete both set of cookies. (Usps.gov) It might look like you are logged out now, but just refresh the page(f5). Now you should see the opf page again. Click access personal folder. It should take you right in.

2023.12.27 05:18 Ishibi Deadline for Changing TSP Contribution Amount to Take Effect Pay Period 01-2024: Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at 3:00 PM CT.

Just a reminder for other procrastinators like me that would like to change your contribution amount to take effect first pay period 2024.
You have less than 24 hours.
https://liteblue.usps.gov/
Then PostalEASE.
https://www.tsp.gov/making-contributions/contribution-limits/
Remember to keep it at least 5%.
And unless you’re basically about to retire, it would be a good idea to move it out of G Fund. I can’t convince the guy next to me to take action; he’s had it there for the past 17 years.

2023.12.25 18:00 neurochild PostalEASE frequently not working?

Almost every time I've tried to get in to PostalEASE for the last 6 weeks or so, I'm not able to. I log into LiteBlue and the PostalEASE button is there, so I click it, but it just refreshes the LiteBlue page. It never opens PostalEASE, just refreshes the page. A postmaster was having the same problem and couldn't figure it out either.
This is all happening on postal computers, during work hours, both weekdays and weekends. I've tried disabling the pop-up blocker; no change. I was able to get in once between unsuccesful attempts, but yesterday I was unable once again.
