When utilizing cloud services in a project, how do you automate testing of them in a containerized environment?
For example, my project relies on MySQL. I can easily spin up a temporary MySQL instance via Docker and run my whole app with tests on it (e.g. testcontainers). This works for basically any open source software that has docker images. However, I can't easily spin up a temporary "Google Cloud Storage" equivalent in a container.
My solution so far has been to just add my own storage layer in my code that can use a different implementation (i.e. local file system) when running under test. Obviously this is not ideal as it would not catch bugs specific to the Google Cloud Storage implementation.
I'm thinking of adding another cloud service (Tasks), but I don't want to end up with an application where half of it cannot reliably be tested automatically. There are some third-party / hobby projects that attempt to emulate, but that also seems like it would not be effective.
I'm starting to feel like cloud services are more of a hindrance than a benefit. It seems like sticking to open source, containerized software and just deploying everything on Kubernetes would work better, but maybe I'm missing something.
What do projects generally do in this case? Should I just stick with implementing trivial / fake versions of these services.

If I'm configuring a new profile the ADFS site comes up in a window and Outlook just crashes after entering the password, on an existing profile the authentication just fails without an error message and the window comes up again.

I have been having periodic issues with Aerox 9 Wireless mouse's buttons 3, 6, 9, and 10 (top row of thumb buttons) failing to work at random. I use them for Helldivers 2 macros and they will start out working, then abruptly stop. The remaining buttons work, it's just that row that stops. They will work again if I restart SteelSeries GG.
Not sure if it is related, but SteelSeries GG processes also often times duplicate in Task Manager. There are 3 different processes (SteelSeries GG, SteelSeries GG (32 Bit) and SteelSeries Prism.) The 32 Bit and PrismI will get 4-5 copies showing up and they keep re-opening when I force stop even if the app itself is completely closed. I only have 2 SteelSeries devices (mouse and kb) and no other profiles signed in on Windows.

So i have to reinstall a bunch of devices that currently run linux. I have created an unattended installer to install windows to get to the oobe. Now at that point i can open powershell and run get-windowsautopilotinfo, or i run a powershell script that basically does the same but uses app authentication. Then do a reboot and autopilot/intune takes over. I want to eliminate the powershell step by automating it, however i cant seem to get it working. It needs to run after getting internet but before logging in. Is this even possible using an unattended installer?

I am dealing with excel files coming from Shopify containing upwards of 3000 entries at my new company and I am tasked with reconciling them through NetSuite by finding each transaction by order number and ticking its respective box, recording the funds that are being deposited into a bank account.
This seems oddly tedious and almost archaic; they have told me they are supposedly working on automation but it's not fully functional yet.
What can I do in the meantime to speed up this process that I can use and show the others. Can I write a suitescript?

The data files consist of tab separated values. Values are both numerical and textual.
The code I have works as intended, except all numerical values with decimal places get rounded to the closest whole number.
I don't know why this is happening. I have tried tinkering with OpenText's parameters, to no avail. I have also tried manually converting the text files to proper spreadsheets and using Workbooks.Open(). The same issue occurs (although the values displayed properly when I manually opened the text files in Excel).
What could be the problem here? I am running Excel 2019 on Windows 11.

My MX518 has been acting really weird for some weeks now. Not only it will regularly stop registering clicks, but sometimes, while browsing:

• icons (folders, shortcuts, executables) won't highlight when hovering over them, as if my cursor was not even there, and my clicks won't work
  
• the "x" icon on my browser's tabs will disappear, making me unable to close them. I won't be able to interact in any way with my youtube videos
  
• my mouse will randomly register a left click when I'm not even touching it
  
• when trying to left click (or shortly after) my windows will minimize on their own
  

I notice no weird behavior while gaming. The only way I've found to solve this is to open task manager and close it. But only temporarily as in minutes or even seconds later, the same issues arise.
I've tried re-istalling Logitech G Hub. I've tried re-installing the mouse driver. I don't know how to reset the firmware (though, to my knowledge, it did not update recently). Hi all, this will be my first attempt at a mild PC build/modification, and I am trying to keep it on a very tight budget of $300-400. The primary purpose of this PC will be as a Plex server and media storage. I will be running Freemake to convert video files from time to time, and hope to run some very light video editting eventually. Is the i5 to i7 worth the $50 jump? Can I install a GPU on this? How difficult would that be? Windows 11 compatible? Is there anything glaringly wrong with my hopes and aspirations?
I am not a PC gamer and generally use my HP Spectre X360 i7 4K from 2018 for most tasks, but even running Youtube + Plex Media Server on here has become a hassle. Already have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Thanks in advance. Really looking forward to any suggestions.

Hey i have a strange issue with my rtx 4060 on my dell xps laptop the issue is on all games after a while of playing the usage of gpu jump to 100% and the frames drops to the half without changing sitting in the same scene in the game without changing anything like for example fifa 23 or uncharted 4 the normal usage of them is 60% and 60 fps stable but when the issue comes it jumps to 100% no its not cause of demanding scene or cause unlimited fps no the fps is capped at 60 fps its for no reason and no there is no apps running in the backgroup i checked the task manager and its the game it self that is using 100% not other app Its a strange and frustrating issues i reinstalled windows and reinstaled drivers and clean install them ive done a virus scan and remove all of them and nothing worked it work normal for a while and after that the issue return Please please any help am done with this !!!
