My theory, a no brainer imo, is that if GME acquired KOSS in a stock for stock acquisition, everyone wins apart from the shorts. Here me out but please poke holes in my theory if I have made any mistakes lol.
With 10 million shares outstanding, lets value KOSS at $100 million ($10 a share * 10 million TSO). I believe that's a premium on its current book value.
GME could easily acquire KOSS by issuing new GME shares. Lets say, just for example GME trades at $20. Rceo could issue 5 million new shares (tiny dilution on 300 million TSO).
$20 * 5 million shares = $100 million
Each KOSS share is replaced with 0.5 GME Shares.
The financials at KOSS aint great, GME will have to absorb the $3 million in debt. KOSS the company needs rejuvenating, no doubt. However gamers love headphones so I think Rceo and crew can surely integrate KOSS into GME and turn the business around?
If this acquisition was to happen this then plays out 2 scenarios…

1. If KOSS is legit shorted but NOT naked shorted the short position is rolled over into GME.
2. If KOSS is legit shorted and naked shorted then the naked shorts would have to close out their position because GME will only issue enough shares for the legit holders of the 10 million KOSS shares.

With scenario 2, if crime happens then the legit and naked shorts would just roll over to GME with the naked shorts not closing out.
Either way isn’t this just a win win for the KOSS family and shareholders. Koss family may find the 100 million valuation inadequate but surely they know about GME MOASS, they can get in on the ride, what’s not to like?
From a GME perspective yes they have to pay out $100 million in equity but they get to bring over the KOSS short position which IF as we believe is high well then GME shorts are even more in the crap.
What am I missing?
PS - If KOSS family be like Rceo we aint interested then lol just lol if Rceo activates “activist investor mode” and takes a position in KOSS in order to bring about change. Best not to get in his way...

When I first began building my own small startups I used to just focus on building things I thought were interesting. I'm a software engineer by trade so I liked building and coding in general, however that led to a few startups that went nowhere. This won't be an audio review. I'm no audiophile so this is an amateur review from a gaming perspective.
I am using the M4 connected to my PC using the Avantree DG60P (bluetooth) and it works beautifully. The delay is about 60ms and to a professional gamer that is a big deal but for casuals like myself it is unnoticable. I play competitive shooters as well and I do not notice a difference comparing the M4 to my old wired headset in terms of delay. This makes the M4 a great headset for combined gaming, study, commuting etc.
The audio quality is great for music and gaming. you can hear where people's footsteps and gunshots are coming from clearly.
Its very comfortable, I can wear it for hours on end without pains, and my ears fit inside the cups without touching anything. My ears usually hurt to most headphones but the M4's are great!
The touch controls are fine, volume adjusting is not the best but thats just being nitpicky. Build quality of the headphones feel sturdy and high quality. The fabric headband feels premium and is a nice touch.
ANC is really good, probably not the best out there but its good enough to block out my girlfriend gaming next to me while I study lol
Only main problem is the microphone. Using it will make the headset go into call mode and halve the audio quality. You will need to buy a separate mic to plug into your computer (mixed opinions online about plugging into headset itself, still looking into it)
Money saving tips: - Buy refurbished from sennheiser official, you save SO MUCH money and it is brand new. Mine still had the sticky plastic on the headphones. - There is currently a Honey Gold offer for these headphones, I managed to snag £40 worth of amazon vouchers in cash back (I'm in UK)

James Wiseman - Had maybe one good stretch where he was affective over five games, but struggled the majority of the season. Decent shot blocker and had a good enough motor, but still lacks a ton of court feel and often doesnt know where to be. He has a team option on his rookie contract and the team should not be looking at bringing him back under any circumstances.
Troy Brown - Doesn't do much to impact the game on either end and was pretty much invisible during his stint in the rotation. His contact ends this season and they should look to upgrade.
Malachi Flynn - Didn't show the ability to get his teammates open consistently and was particularity bad as a lead guard in the Pick & Roll. Despite the 50 point game, he struggled at pretty much every other moment while he was in the rotation. If they do think about bringing him back, it should be on the minimum for one year and they should still look at getting a true back up point guard to help ease the turnover issue the team has.
Evan Fournier - Has a team option contact worth 19 million that should be declined. Not particularly special or consistent in any one area, but had his occasional moments as a shooter. If he is brought back it should be on a drastically reduced contract, otherwise they should allow him to walk.
Chimezie Metu - Had his moments, but I question what his actual position is. Not big enough to play C and not consistent enough of a shooter or quick enough laterally on defense to play on the wings. Wouldn't be mad if they brought him back, but I feel like they should attempt to find his replacement.
Taj Gibson - Past his prime, didn't really play a ton. I don't have much else to say about him.
Quentin Grimes - One of our only decent trade assets outside of our young core and he could get us at least a decent vet role player if combined with some future 2nd rounders. Wouldn't be mad at all if he's on the roster next season, despite the fact that he struggled during his short stint with us. Could fit very well next to Cade, Ausar, and Ivey and provide versatility to our bench.
Jared Rhoden - Two-way guy didn't play alot, but wasn't affective when he was on the floor.
Buddy Boehim - Two-way guy, who I struggle to see ever making the jump to the league. Little athletism and a target on defense.
Tosan Evbuomwan - Two-way guy with good effort and motor, but he's not particularly affective at the moment. Wouldn't be mad at them giving him one more year on a two way contract.
Monty Williams - Consistently went away from lineups and plays that were affective in favor of playing his guys (Killian, Livers, Flynn). Didn't get handed the greatest hand obviously, but would frequently disrupt any flow our guys had in favor of 5 man substitutions, that would see 15 point leads gone in the span of a few minutes, and our good lineup faced with a near 10+ point deficit once subbed back in. Also didn't adjust his game plan nearly enough.

Isaiah Hartenstein - Really good defender who knows when to negate the roller and when to step up to cut off the ball handler, which is great for a young team who has its lapses in the pick & roll. Would provide a great starting option while Duren continues to develop off of the bench. Also a pretty good finisher and connective playmaker for his size. Could front load his contact and provide a significant pay raise to lure him to the team. I like him just a little more than Nic Claxton (who I believe will be resigned by the nets) because of his strength, but would be fine with either. Also would be willing to pay him more than stated seeing as New York can't offer anywhere near as much money as we can.
Gary Trent Jr - Prolific Floor Spacer. Not the greatest defender or playmaker, but shouldn't be as big of an issue next to Cade and Ausar. We will have to overpay for him though, seeing as Toronto has the money to keep him.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope - AN ACTUAL THREE & D guard next to Cade which is what this team desperately needs until Ivey is ready to play that role consistently if he ever is. Not a lockdown defender, but has a very good defensive iq and knows where to be in order to be a good team defender next to Ausar. Would obviously be a good floor spacer. Could also front load his contract to attract him to the team seeing as he's in the same situation with Denver as Hartenstein is with New York.
Monte Morris - Should not have been traded in the first place. Good playmaking option of the bench who also had one of the better AST/TO ratios in the league. Would help to cut down on TO's for a team that often lost games soley because of them.
Simeone Fonteccio (Resign) - Played very well next to the young core and was very affective from the moment he got to the team. Was practically a way better defending / slightly worse finishing Bojan. Cade played his best basketball next to him.

Pick 30 - Harrison Ingram (Good-not-great defender who may struggle to defend speedier guards, but has very good hands and can help to generate more steals while also being a good team defender. He can also space the floor consistently and could add more wing depth and length at the SF position.

Yes, you read that right. 35 foot putts being left 30 feet short. And then of course he screams, “WOOOOOW” Or “OH MY GOOOOOOD” After every single little roll he puts on it… I want to know, in what universe does hitting it that soft make the ball go 35 feet? “DAAAANG duuuude. What am I DOOOOING?”
It was so unbelievably tilting to play with this guy, but it was at a resort golf course and I had already paid for my round so there was nothing I can do. it rattled me and my own putting for the whole entire round, I legitimately couldn’t focus that’s how bad he was.

With all of the emulators being released officially on the iOS App Store and the rise of handheld emulators like the Miyoo Mini due in large part to TikTok, more and more people are trying to emulate than ever before.
There are lots of YouTube guides for people but even still, lots of people struggle (or refuse to try) to learn how emulation works. It’s more complicated than downloading an Android game or buying a console game for your PS5/Switch. There can be specific file types, bios files for certain systems and then all of the settings to optimize the performance like frame skip and run ahead.
So there are lots of technical aspects of emulation that aren’t easy for the masses and probably never will be. Highly doubt RetroArch is going to change their UI at this point.
Then you get to the process and legality of downloading ROMs and there’s an even bigger hurdle for most people. I saw plenty of TikTok videos of people just linking directly to ROMs and bios, presumably not knowing that that is very much not a good idea. With iOS emulators, that kind of ignorance of the grey area around ROMs is gonna skyrocket.
There have been attempts to make downloading ROMs easier for people like the Tiny Best Set and Done Set for the Miyoo Mini but that’s a niche solution for one handheld emulator.
So my question is can emulation ever really be a mainstream hobby? Is it always going to “gatekeep” a ton of people out? Or are the new influx of iOS users going to cause issues with people trying to dumb down the difficult parts by bulldozing over rather than tiptoeing around the grey areas of ROMs?

I just took delivery of a 2024 Model 3, a very nice upgrade from my 2019 Model 3. Now, obviously I'm overjoyed with the vast amounts of improvements, but then I face the fantastic issue that I had hoped would be fixed after 5 years.
The cameras in the car still come uncalibrated, and needs to run through an automatic calibration process to enable features such as the automatic shifting from park.
Why is this an issue? Let me quote Tesla:
"To calibrate, cameras require highly-visible lane markings in both the driving lane and adjacent lanes (at least two lanes over on each side of the vehicle). For best results, drive in the middle lane of a multi-lane highway (ideally with at least five lanes) that has clear lane markings and minimal traffic."

I work in a school and for someone that is going to be a fresh IT manager I can say that I have managed and put things in place to help me with my work to ensure that what I am doing is a good enough standard with rarely any problems.
Today I recieved a helpdesk ticket from a site manager which at first reading it looked like he was telling me that I needed to disable some cards from the system that I might have missed. After assigning this to me and setting this to a high priority I replied and asked if he had any Id cards that was handed into him that I need to disable or know anyone by name that has left but not returned their card and I can remove them off the system.
Well this is where it all goes down hill from here. He replies with a very sassy response with repeating my question and then replying with no. and that I need to ensure that my job is to safeguard and ensure everyone is safe in the building and how I need to go over my spreadsheet again to check to see who is getting access that shouldn't.
Obviosuly I took this very personally because this is not the first encounter I have had with this person trying to act like my manager and command me about because he has Manager in his title. Also for context we have had quite a few staff members that have been quite rude over our system eventhough we are doing our best through the GCSE period to ensure that jobs are being completed ontime.
I took all the infomration I got from the person and then sent this over to my line manager to complain because 1. I don't believe that the IT team should be treated in a disrespectful way especially when we are doing a job. 2. We are also people to and are extremely busy with jobs eventhough we just sit at a screen during the day we are doing really important work that requires our time and attention.
My line manager fired back an email to say that he asked him to put it up on the system in the first place as he beleives there are people on there that shouldn't have access to the building which I don't think is true as I have been keeping up to date with the system when I inherited it and told him he should've at least communicated with me as well rather than have someone come and attack me on the helpdesk system. I did reply in a defensive mannor and said he is not using the helpdesk properly because if he wanted to do a reminder than this could've been done in person or over email rather than the helpdesk where I am forced to basically respond to get the ticket resolved because of SLA but I feel that if I don't tell someone that they are being rude or wrong then we just keep having people have the idea that they can treat the IT team rudely to get whatever they want.
Am I in the wrong for what I have done?

So, I have a drum kit setup in a fully furnished bedroom (queen sized bed with 2 dressers) and the ceiling is pitched 8' on one end and 10' on the other end. Probably not the best room for micing anything but it's all I have. All of my rooms in this house are like this.
So, I would like to set up room mics in addition to the mics that are already on the drums themselves. I have 2 extra cardioid mics with cables and stands. The drums are on the lower side of the room (the 8' side) and they almost reach the center of the room from where they're placed. The room isn't huge either. At 12x16 it just barely works with all of this stuff in here.
So, I'm thinking the best way to set up these mics would be close to the bed and maybe a foot higher than the cymbals. Or maybe closer to the kit but still a foot higher than the cymbals.
Or maybe get creative and try to put the mics over the bed and high up closer to the 10' ceiling?
What is the best approach? I'm thinking this will have to be an experimental thing to do in order to get the best sound possible from the overheads.

I cant stand it anymore I am done tbh with my 24 years old life. I want to mention that I always know that they didnt care about us, but personality wise I was always very deciplined and had the mentality to be the best. So I didnt watch that much to these losers who always argued about money. The only thing what my mum cared was education, cause in her familly everyone has good education so she would feel embarassed if her kids wouldnt get also good ones infront of her family. So my sister and me end up in college thanks to her (+1). The point what is hitting me like a truck is that I saw pictures of me as and my sister as child. And I saw that we kinda changed in a bad way.My mum always praised my cousin how good he is looking. And she said my sister and me were used to also very good looking as kids, but than we start to breathing through our nose and our face shape changed. And she know whole the time thats the reason. But the points which is pissing me off is that she never did smth against it she just said oh , unlucky that they breathing through their mouth while sleeping and that we got ugly but alteast my cousin is looking good. I never cared about looks, but I am a very very perfectionist person and the fact that I cant change that our faces didnt got right developement is killing me. She always said that she looked also good when she was younger and my father was model like (he was I saw pics) but me and my sister are average. If we would look average because of genetics I would say hey nothing you can do. But THE FACT THAT MY OWN PARENTS LET THIS SHIT HAPPEN AND I CANT UNDO THIS FOR ME AND MY SISTER IS KILLING ME. Even if I would get surgery to fix my facial bones , it wouldnt make me happy. I never cared that they forced me to do things they want that I do like Karate instead of Soccer or that my sister and me got extremly mobbed as childs or they never interact with us. While my sister was always sister infront of the TV , I was perma outside and had to fight/argue with other people cause they saw that we were different.
I dont want to live anymore with knowing the fact that I didnt could reach my full potential of looks, while the other aspect is going well. I cant concentrate anymore in other stuff cause its bringing me so down . I just want that this trauma ends. And I dont see other ways, besides ending it. Words like your good in this other area atleast, or its not your fault wont help me. Its funny cause my ambitious personallity always make me great/good in everything I started, but in this szenario its a brutal handicap.

So, we're running a homebrew campaign that I like to call the "training wheels campaign" since it's my first time as a DM and my players are new to DnD. Everyone is on the same page that this campaign is meant for all of us to mess around a bit, get a hang of the game and find out what works best for us to make everyone have fun.
The original party was Karl-Otto, the human artificer (he's going to end up breaking us), who is basically Iron Man; Fern Witherbloom, the fairy barbarian; Makoto, a half-elf bard; Presley, another half-elf bard; and Sakaria, a tabaxi wild-magic sorceress (DMPC to balance the party a bit). Makotos player left the group after their little prequel adventure because they realized they're not interested in DnD. The prequels were my idea to have them play a little before session one and thereby having a better introduction than just "you're all at the same tavern at the same time". Presley will most likely be the next to leave because since his prequel adventure his player couldn't make it to any session we had so far. Next game night will be their final chance to show up.
So for pretty much all of the game so far the group was Karl-Otto, Fern and Sakaria. Now that I've given context let's take a look at what Karl-Otto did.
After hearing some business men complain about the lack of energy and enthusiasm some workers of theirs were showing lately the party headed out to interrogate one of the workers. He didn't spill the beans but the group just trailed him for the rest of the day. During the night this NPC snuck out and made his way to an old barrack that was left untouched since the civil war around 250 years ago. They managed to solve a puzzle to get access to the long forgotten catacombs beneath the city. There they had an encounter with some specters before finding a group of cultists in the main chamber.
Karl-Otto had Fern take place inside of his Handy Haversack playing dead to deceive any potential threat. Sakaria managed to sneak out of sight but Karl-Otto wasn't stealthy at all due to his heavy armor. The cultists noticed him immediately and confronted him about his motive for being here. He stated that he wanted to apologize to the NPC from earlier but he rolled low on his persuasion check. No one in or out of the game believed him so of course a fight broke out. It was the three PCs versus four cultists, a cultist leader and a hidden succubus I nerfed a little to better match the player levels.
After a few rounds Karl-Otto was paralyzed by the Hold Person spell but didn't take any hits due to his high AC. The NPC from earlier fled the scene and a few cultists were looking rough. That's when I decided to have the succubus show herself, tell the cultists they suck and then vanish into thin air again. It was just too fitting to not do it. We killed most of the cultists, leaving only the guy who fled earlier and one other alive. This last one was quickly interrogate but not after Fern in her rage tried to kill him too, accidentally killing Karl-Otto in the process (nothing a quick cure wounds spell couldn't handle).
When asked how they summoned that succubus the cultist reveals that they didn't actively summoned her. Their group was a bunch of incels and their combined sexual frustration is what attracted the succubus. With that information Karl-Otto and Fern were roleplaying a bit giving me time to rummage through my note to find what I had planned for after the combat. But I noticed someone asked me a question and it was Karl-Otto's player. He repeated what he asked but I still couldn't figure out what he wanted to know. Fern's player stepped in to give me context.
Turns out Karl-Otto wanted to know if the succubus would show up again if we force our prisoner to do nasty things to the corpses of his comrades. My mind went blank for a moment before I started to laugh and cry at the same time. We wrapped up the session shortly after but since he was staying at my place for the night I had a chance to talk to him afterwards. I still can't believe I actually had to tell him that Necromancy is okay at the table but Necrophilia isn't.
Now he rolled up a druid character since that's what he wanted to play to begin with but since he's new to DnD he just copied the Iron Man build from the YouTube channel DnDbuilds as his first character

I hope we're all having a great week so far!
This is part 2 of... probably 2 when it comes to new and upcoming additions to my write ups. It is still very much a work in progress, so please, any feedback is very, very much needed. If this doesn't suit my writing style that much, then let me know and ill stick to what I do best!
The format of this write up is simple... After every write up I usually give you guys a primary parlay, since this is a betting subreddit of course so I kind of felt like I needed to implement some sort of betting thing. This is me breaking down reasons why I wanted to add x y z to the parlay. This will hopefully be a short write up and a short read as there's probably not a whole lot to say, but I also just generally wanted to expand on the parlays just because when I'm doing the main write up, there aint no time nor space in a reddit post to type everything.
I also generally feel like I'm not doing enough for this genuinely awesome community, so there's some slight pressure on me to step it up a bit, i think.
so, let me begin, feel free to criticize or give feedback, it's much wanted.
Leg 1: Ducote/Demopoulos o2.5 or GTD
This one kind of is a given considering the fact that both fighters have styles which do not have a quick path to a finish. Ducote's style is very boxing heavy, but it's also full of volume and short bursts of action, she does not necessarily sit down on her punches a whole lot, its "throw a combination and move". That steady pace has produced quite a few decisions on her record, which gives me the initial boost in confidence that she can fight at a steady enough pace to warrant a bet that this fight goes the distance. However, I am aware of some concerns given the fact that she has a few finishes under her belt. A lot of her finishes are based on ground action, she initiates ground and pound really quickly, and whilst I don't think Demopoulos is going to fare too well defending those punches, Demopoulos' highly active guard is going to most likely be enough to both mitigate the damage dealt by Ducote, and overall make Ducote waste her punches. I do think overall that this fight is going to take place mostly on the feet with Demopoulos throwing one to two punches per Ducotes 3 or 4. It is most likely going to be a game of volume and activity, and unless Demopoulos takes this fight to the ground and finds that submission real quick, I don't quite think that this is going to be a fight which results in a finish.
Leg 2: (optional Gatto/Vidal o2.5 or GTD)
Now, this one is optional, I usually only add optional legs to a parlay if I think there's a slight chance of it landing. Which usually means it probably won't land, but for those that perhaps want maybe some extra juice to their parlay, think of adding this one to it. This parlay is going to land depending on how Vidal fights, and that's always going to be a ridiculously tough thing to predict given the relatively short history of Vidal's fights in the UFC, but from the footage available, it is fair to say she is a fairly decent fighter on the feet, she has power in her attacks and if she looks for that quick KO early (something she has the propensity to do). The biggest threat for Gatto is going to be the right side attacks, the leg kicks and the overhand right. Those are the two main attacks that Vidal uses, and if she reads those attacks effectively and does not risk any exchanges, I do think this could be a slow and steady fight. Vidal's style is a prime reason why this is an optional parlay, whenever there is a power factor is completely shakes up the predictability of any fight, because if a fighter gets clipped, we are not sure how they are going to react. We have seen fighters swing back and get lost in the chaos, or level change and leave their neck exposed. This is going to be a chaotic fight and one that is going to be so fascinating to watch, but I do think that the chance of a finish is relatively low given the low volume of Vidal and the toughness and space that Gatto fights at. Her technique is limited to big attacks, and it should be those big attacks that are most easily readable by Gatto.
Leg 3: Nolan/Martinez ITD
This one to me seems self explanatory. Both fighters are extremely dangerous on the feet, they both have ridiculously exciting offensive attacks, but most importantly, pertaining to this bet, they both tend to have a little bit too much fun in the pocket, and it's during those seconds in the pocket that I see a finish happening from either side. There is also the additional concern on the side of Martinez that he lacks the defensive techniques and layers to avoid long attacks, and given that any fighter is going to enter the pocket, throw a little, then step back to reset, it's that "step back to reset" where I see Martinez getting exposed since he tends to leave his hand a bit loose, not quite in a tight guard position. Let's not forget that both fighters are coming off KO losses, they both have quite high finish percentages so I do think both are going to come into this fight looking for a quick finish in order to get back into the win column and build the momentum back after their devastating debut losses.
Leg 4: Hill/Pinheiro o2.5 or GTD
It was difficult to get a read on this fight given the style clash, and it is probably risky to even add Pinheiro's name to an o2.5/GTD bet given her history of slowing down substantially, but I do think that Ribas just really put it on her and it was the early power punches from Pinheiro which emptied her out a bit faster than you would otherwise see. Pacing is important for Pinheiro here, and whilst her threat of a quick KO/TKO is relatively high stylistically in the first half of the fight, I do think, as pointed out in my write up, that Hills ability to adapt to takedowns and trips is going to ultimately negate that threat. Now, there are two main threats here which might make this bet sketchy. Firstly, if Pinheiro has not improved her gas tank, than you are most likely going to see the potential of a Hill TKO skyrocket, in which case you better damn hope she finishes Pinheiro in the last minute of the fight (if you went o2.5). The second threat comes from the slick BJJ and grappling of Pinheiro, it probably won't take long for Pinheiro to try and get back control, lock in her hooks and try to drag Hill to the ground, and whilst Hill is generally a very sound MMA fighter who is good at defending grappling attacks, it only takes one mistake to get locked into a submission, and I think given that Pinheiro faced hell in the third round, she probably doesn't want to face that same kind of hell from a more cleaner kickboxer like Hill. Ultimately though, I think its going to be a back and forth and the fight will hit the scorecards. This one could be a parlay buster though given those two threats, so feel free to fade this leg. (is that even a term?)
Leg 5: Barboza/Murphy R3 Starts - Yes
This one probably doesn't need too much explanation. Barboza is an absolute veteran who is very hard to put away, and whilst Murphy is going to be looking very quick and slick on the feet during the first couple of rounds, I do think Barboza is more than capable enough to hang in there and wear the initial storm before adapting and coming back with his own attacks. Both fighters have excellent gas tanks too, and whilst we haven't seen Murphy in the championship rounds, the fact that he still fights at a high pace in the third round gives me hope that this bet hits. I mean, 10 minutes of action needs to pass anyway so it's a relatively safe bet in my opinion.
