No, I only send loans through PayPal Goods and Services.
Will PayPal place the loan on hold?
Unless you have many G&S transactions on your PayPal, it is very likely that PayPal will hold the funds. If this happens, I will be able to "Confirm Receipt" and release the funds in exactly 48 hours from when the payment is sent. Simply message me to remind me to release.
Can you send the loan through small increments so the payments aren't placed on hold?
No, I will only send the loan in one single payment.
What currency will I receive?
Since my account is in Canadian, you will be receiving the loan in CAD. Don't worry, if your account is in a different currency, PayPal will automatically convert it for you when it's received. For example, if your account is in USD, I will send you CAD and you will ultimately receive USD.

How can I politely tell my friends that I feel like this? I know everyone is busy and life gets in the way. We all keep in touch in a group chat and share stuff, but I miss hanging in person. I'm always the one to suggest we hang out and where, what time works for everyone, etc. I just feel like I'm always putting in the effort while my friends just agree.
I've been struggling with some depression lately and I feel like maybe i've been too negative and they don't like me. I want to lay low for a while and see if any of them would ask to hang out instead, but I feel like that would be childish. Hi all, this may be a long post but I am struggling very much with a child at work and it is starting to have an affect on me. I am still learning so would be grateful for some advice and approaches as I want to do the best I can for the children I work with. Please be kind.
I work in an autistic school (children must have an autism diagnosis to come here) and each staff member works 1-1 with specific learner, which rotate throughout the day. I am a young psychology graduate and my working days are still new, so I am still learning. In my class, I am absolutely fine with all other students apart from one, let’s call him Ben. He is on the PDA pathway, and would typically be perceived as a “spoiled brat” from those who don’t understand autism or PDA.
He can verbally communicate and unlike allot of the others his autism is not “clockable.” He is loud, and wants things to be his way all of the time. He can also be very rude and trash the class. However, he seems to only get on with mainly men. I think this mainly comes from his main interest being football. Also, he has a few siblings and does not get much attention from mum at home.
Anyways, every single time I am 1-1 with him for a period , he moans about it and complains and asks if I can swap with another staff member, even though I can’t see any reason for him to dislike me. If it is break and I am outside on break duty, he will also say phrases such as “what are you doing out here” with a smirk on his face, which gives an element where it seems like he knows exactly what he’s doing, especially as he seems to target me and not other staff. Therefore, it feels very personal, (so tips on how to not take it personally would be great) and as I also have other problems going on in my personal life, it has been affecting me emotionally to the point I break down in my car after work.
The way it works in our school, is if one of the learners walk out class for whatever reason, whether it be to go to one of the therapy rooms, gym, outside etc it is required that the staff member who is 1-1 at that time with that particular learner follows the learner and remains with them wherever they go. This has caused me to get extreme anticipation anxiety when the period I am with him is approaching, as I don’t know what he is going to say and whether I will be able to have the right response.
I have tried to make conversation with him, such as when half term is coming up I will ask him what he’s up to, but he just said that it’s “none of my business.” He seems to respond well to humour, so I try to add this in and it works but only very rarely. Usually, what I get is “ughh not you” when he realises it is me that he is with for that particular period and it feels extremely awkward and makes me uncomfortable.
With him being very independent at home, he also gets angry sometimes if adults offer to help him, so it’s resulted in me backing off pretty much altogether from him during periods I’m with him which makes me feel useless. I have noticed other staff seem to play on his interest of football and ask him lots of questions about it, but admittedly, I’ve gotten so fed up of being spoken to like trash I haven’t even gone there because I’m anxious about the way he might respond towards me, especially given I don’t feel prepared on how to respond correctly.
A few weeks ago, it all got too much and I spoke to the class teacher about my concerns and that I feel being placed with me is not doing him any favours as I feel he will not progress much with me. I mentioned that I feel my particular skill set lies with other pupils and I therefore want to ensure that these pupils are benefitting from that. He was understanding and admitted that he had similar feelings when he used to be a TA and I am now with Ben once in the day rather than twice. However, He did feel it was important that Ben continued to be put with staff he didn’t want to be put with so that it “got him used to different people”. I felt bad as I am mindful that it makes things more difficult for the class teacher when a learner is only able to work with one or two members of staff without problems, but at the same time, the way I feel is important too as if I continue to feel worse I won’t be a Good support for anyone.
As things have continued to get worse even though the time that I am with Ben is reduced, I hit a breaking point and I told the teacher that I have decided I’m going to have to try a different approach and be more firm with Ben, as I was concerned that he was targeting me due to me being an easy target or too nice/soft spoken. So, last week, when the first comment was made towards me, I tried my approach and did respond firmly, which seemed to work. interestingly, this particular day I noticed that Ben would be around me more and I had less issues. However, the class teacher pulled be aside and spoke to me about it later that day and told me that he doesn’t feel a firm technique would work due to Bens PDA diagnosis and therefore feels I may make things worse.
So now, I feel completely stuck about what to do, because it seems that the one technique that seems to have worked, the class teacher doesn’t want me to use. He then told me about the PANDA technique in PDA, which I did go home and look into, but from what I’ve gathered the techniques used here are the opposite of the technique I used that seemed to work. I am dreading to go to work every day because of this.

I had a bit of a tense situation at work last week. So I just realized that I went overbudget and worked too many hours on a certain project. My manager told me that I am working too slow and that I haven't been communicating to my job captains. But then I asked why my manager didn't relay the number of hours to me or my job captains beforehand so that we didn't need to have this conversation?
I checked in with my "mentor" who is another manager who helps lower staff grow to the next role. He told me that one way I can resolve this issue with my manager is by "managing up" with my manager and his assigned job captains.
I need to start asking if they've been checking the budget and if the amount of hours they've been assigning me fit the budget. Among all other things like learning how to engage in small talk and what not.
My mentor is really pushing to have a deep connection with my coworkers and higher staff, and while I think those things can happen naturally through teamwork and due diligence on the job, I'm just too introverted to care about what people do outside of the office. I mean I still like them if they're treating me fairly, but since when does being vulnerable at work not get you thrown under the bus by the greed of the higher ups? Like that time I opened up about being a cancer survivor last year and getting a PIP immediately after treatment.

Met this girl about a month ago, shits been going REALLY GOOD. We hangout & talk for hours about 4 days a week. In the beginning she told she struggles with mental health problems, but never got deep into what exactly she struggles with. 3 days ago, she was very distant and told me shes struggling with work, and that it was affecting her really bad mentally but told me it had nothing to do with me. Boil Water Advisory for South Arlington Ends
Residents and businesses in south Arlington can resume using water from the tap for all purposesA series of rigorous tests have determined that the system is safe following a significant water main break early Friday, June 7, at S Walter Reed Drive and S Four Mile Run Drive.
Crews were able to restore water pressure within 90 minutes of the break. Because water pressure dropped drastically, the County issued a Boil Water Advisory for southern portions of the County out of an abundance of caution.
Water samples taken through the weekend, in conjunction with the Virginia Department of Health, have confirmed that the water meets all state and federal standards.
Arlington County appreciates the patience and understanding of its residents, businesses and their customers as staff followed procedures that place public health and safety as the highest priority.
Water customers are advised to run their taps for a few minutes to release any air and sediment that may have accumulated following the break.

Hey guys, I don't know where to start and frankly, I am lost, so I am here hoping to get some advice.
Quick background: I grew up in an East Asian country and moved to a Western country when I turned 21.
I am getting married and I have two maids of honor, one from the country I grew up in and one from where I live now. I am having my wedding in the country I grew up in, so the situation made sense.
Fast forward, I had my bachelorette party in the country I reside in, and my maid of honor who still lives in the country I grew up in [I will call her Asian Maid of Honor from here to make it less confusing] came all the way to celebrate my bachelorette. She is staying with me, which I was excited about because the last time we spent this much time together was when we were 20.
I was really grateful that she came all the way, but there were some issues I noticed that made me question if I even want her as my friend any longer.
Firstly, she kept making negative comments about the theme of the party mainly because it is something she wouldn't do. I mentioned multiple times that this is my bachelorette, but she constantly made nasty comments. At the same time, she followed what was asked and dressed up as required but kept making unpleasant comments about everything, which really bugged me.
Secondly, I warned her that this is a different country, so the rules and regulations work differently. Where I live, they are stricter when it comes to drinking and being drunk, unlike the country I grew up in, where they keep serving alcohol until you pass out on the floor. I already warned her that because there will be 14+ other guests at my bachelorette, I won't be able to mother her all the time, so she really needs to be more mindful as I can't take care of her 24/7. She got a little overexcited, got wasted, and managed to disappear in a country where she can barely communicate, which resulted in ruining my bachelorette night because I had to call everywhere trying to find out where she disappeared to. But there are more stories related to this which will make sense with the other point.
What really annoyed me the most, and made me question everything, was this final issue. We grew up and spent our late teens and early twenties together, where our society was quite different and we were taught to act a certain way, believing that getting attention from men is everything. However, I noticed that she hasn't grown up a bit since I left the country, whereas I feel like I have matured much more and my perspective has changed. Essentially, she was allowing creepy people who approached the bachelorette with wrong intentions to do anything and kept inviting random groups of strangers who clearly had weird intentions to our table. I told her multiple times that my other friends expressed that they were uncomfortable because most of them have spouses and are not interested in talking to these men, and most importantly, they are here to celebrate my bachelorette, not to talk to random groups of men with weird intentions, treating this as some sort of matchmaking show. Not to mention, every group she dragged to our table was pretty much harassing my friends. There were two guys from different groups who kept touching my Asian maid of honor inappropriately in a public space to the point that a patron at the bar raised it to the bartender, and apparently my Asian maid of honor said it was okay and sent the security away. Essentially, the reason why she "disappeared" was because she decided to leave the group and follow one of those strangers. It's her body and her choice, but firstly, she has a spouse herself, and each time I raised a concern and communicated that I was uncomfortable with her bringing these random people to our table, she said, "What is the problem? These men are trying to be nice and offer us free drinks," where I told her multiple times, this is not the right occasion and not the right time. I told her if she wants to go out and "make friends," she can do it on her personal trip and personal time, but this is my bachelorette and I would much prefer her to just enjoy the company and stop adding random strangers.
Also, I was told pretty rude things by her boyfriend when he discovered that I was not with her at the end of the night because she flew all the way and I was supposed to take care of her.
Fast forward to this morning, I confronted my friend and had a chat about how upset I was with her behavior. At first, she said it was unfair how I was upset with her because she was drunk and I also did stupid things because I was drunk, such as leaving her behind resulting in missing her (which started another whole argument because SHE SNEAKED OUT TO FOLLOW THIS MEN that no one knew she was gone until we were heading home). Then she said it was unfair because she was just excited for my bachelorette, so all the choices she made were because she was feeling happy for me and wanted to "enjoy the vibe" and because we don't have something like bachelorette parties where we grew up, she didn't take it seriously and thought it was just one of those girls' nights out where we can just have fun. And with the bringing creepy dudes and following one and disappearing, she simply said, "She does not remember, hence it didn't happen." Then when I told her there were so many complaints about her because of it, she said, "It is simply a different cultural background, so my friends from here just do not understand her," which I told her was not the case as there were some friends who grew up in the same cultural background and moved to this country only after their twenties. Then when I told her her boyfriend is no longer invited to my wedding because he was unreasonably rude, especially since we only met twice and he decided it was okay to speak to me the way he did last night, she said she understands where I am coming from but I am being unreasonable and am not respecting her man who was simply trying to make sure she is safe.
Then when I went over all the details of why I am not okay with her "excuses," she then decided to cry and said, "I really didn't know what I was doing was wrong and didn't know bachelorette parties were this important, I just thought it was just a simple girls' night and just wanted to have fun, but now I am upset that I have ruined your night," and just kept sobbing all day.
I told her that I really am sorry to make her upset, but I just wanted to communicate because I do not want her to behave this way at my wedding, especially at my wedding reception where the majority of guests that came to the bachelorette will be there, and she really needs to get her act together. Also, today was her last day in this country, so I don't want this (her sobbing and me confronting) to be her last memory, so if we can go out and refresh and reassess our feelings because she still is an important friend and I do value our friendship. Then she said she needs time to think, came back in 3 hours, which I later found out she went to "hang out" with one of the strangers she met online while she was here, which apparently is not a dating app, which didn't add up, but I decided not to question as I am pretty much done at this point and simply it is not my business.

My boyfriend and I have a LDR since this year. We had regularly had 1 call a week and we still message each other every day in a loving way.
The problem is that since he started a new project (just over 1 month ago) his time has significantly reduced. We have gone to having fewer calls and it is already worrying me. At the same time he is not sleeping well and that makes the situation even more difficult. He tells me that he is going through a very busy time and is feeling very tired, which I understand and am concerned for him. His time has also been reduced for other activities that he used to have.
But on the other hand I still feel sad that I can't chat to him for even 20 minutes for two weeks. Being an LDR makes it even more difficult because, I know he gets eyestrain from being on a screen all day, and a screen is the only way to communicate. So I know it's important that we each have plans in real life with friends and family, but I feel like our calls at this point are falling to the bottom of the list.
I mentioned to him that it makes me sad not to have those moments and he understood, and scheduled our call. But the day of the call he couldn't sleep well and still has a lot of work to do. I feel inconsiderate feeling sad but at the same time it’s one of my needs in a relationship to have a more human connection than just text messages (I must admit he makes an effort checking on me during the day every day being very attentive and loving).
I don't want to be nagging by repeating this several times, I don't know what to do, I don't know what to plan. Sometimes it has happened to me that I tend to be very understanding of people and put my needs last. But I don't know if I am now being demanding and not understanding his situation.

I feel inconsiderate feeling sad but at the same time it’s one of my needs in a relationship to have a more human connection than just text messages (I must admit he makes an effort checking on me during the day every day being very attentive and loving).
I don't want to be nagging by repeating this several times, I don't know what to do, I don't know what to plan. Sometimes it has happened to me that I tend to be very understanding of people and put my needs last. But I don't know if I am now being demanding and not understanding his situation.
Note: we have never had just phone calls, we always make video calls.
