TLDR: Rezultatul alegerilor reflecta realitatea din Romania. Ieșiți din bula Teds coffee și o să îmi dați dreptate.
Eu sunt întors în România de relativ puțin timp, și prin aceasta postare o să încerc să fiu cat se poate de acru și realist despre rezultatul alegerilor.

1. The elephant in the cameră, USR, AUR și Reper nu au structuri de partid cu rădăcini adînci. AUR visa la peste 20% - țeapă. Faci campanie pe facebuci, mihai viteazu, huoo, Romania mare, huoo, steagul României , huoo. Rezultat? 14%

1.1 USR - nu a avut 1 slogan de campanie unitar. Nu a avut un mesaj puternic. Va rog eu să îmi spuneți dacă l-am ratat, dar va spun eu, nu a existat un mesaj coerent. (PSD a avut cam peste tot "Something Something împreună" . Am văzut mesajul asta in mai multe județe, deci ei au avut 1 mesaj)
1.2 USR visa de asemenea la 20% . Cum ar fi fost posibil , in ce realitate paralelă când acest partid nu are structura in mediul rural. Pai bai nene, cum te aștepți tu ca Mărioara și Ionel pensionari să voteze cu tine, daca ea a văzut cu ochii ei că PSD-ul ia mărit pensia? Și acum pe cinstite, daca tu au fi pensionar, nu ți-ai vedea de propriul interes? Care e ăla? Pensia fratilimeu . Pai daca PSD-ul mi-a mărit pensia, de ce aș vota cu alt partid? Simplu nu? Aia zic.

1. In contrast cu partidele menționate mai sus, PSD și PNL sunt cam ca firmele de petrol. Un fel de Exxon mobile. Toți facem dregem verde, eco-friendly, dar tot petrolul este la baza economiei. Ei fraților ei au petrolul și motoarele. Petrolul este media cumpărată, care 24 din 24 nu își face treaba. Nu face neapărat propagandă pro PSD PNL, dar e suficient sa nu își facă treabă. Liniște e tot ce au nevoie.

Liniște pentru a putea folosi motoarele , motoarele fiind structurile pe partid. Bine organizate, închegate și disciplinate. Și asta demonstrează capacitatea liderului PSD. Și aceste structuri de partid nu sunt gluma băieți. Ele lucrează și înainte de alegeri, ei au zeci de mii de primari în toată țara , care se duc și dau mana cu Costache din cârciumă, mai o gluma, mai un mișto, țăranul îl știe!" E om bun! A dat buna ziua, ii pasă! Ne-a dat pensii!"...
Side note: voi cat de prosti credeți că sunt oamenii de la țară? Credeți că ei nu știu că mulți dintre ei sunt corupți? Știu foarte bine dar dacă vine pensia mărită an de an de la pesedeu, ciocul mic și joc de glezne, timpul trece leafa merge. Omul se gândește că mai are 5 ani de trăit...(Poate pe ei nici nu îi interesează CUM se măresc aceste pensii, de acord.) Foarte multi tineri sunt plecați în străinătate... daca exista este în minoritate.. deci nici nu exista potențiali votanți pentru usr de astăzi. Trebuie masuri reale și adaptate mediului rural. Și mesajul trebuie nu numai să ajungă, dar sa fie pe înțelesul oamenilor.

1. Reper? Pai care este reperul acestui partid? Multi dintre prietenii mei nici nu auziseră de acest partid până acum câteva zile. Ah da, aici pe Reddit îi știm, unii dintre noi îi susținem, dar ieșiți de pe Bvd Dimitrie Pompeiu și mergeți așa pe strada și întrebați oamenii de rând dacă au auzit de acest partid reper. Păcat, stiu, oameni cu carte, cu CV-uri impresionante...

Deci da, rezultatul votului, deși nu mă mulțumește personal, reflecta realitatea din teren.
Daca v-am stricat cafeluță de dimineață, mai puneți niste zahar și va trece. Acum hai înapoi pe plantație , că raportul ăla nu se face singur.

Hi everyone, I’m not sure what to do at work. Has anyone dealt with this before?
Long story short, I work at a Pit facility and was taken off for 3 weeks because I was entering a wide aisle and a pallet hit my cage and threw me off the wire guidance. My facility has the LiDar, and RTLS system installed on the pits already. When I entered the wide aisle, I wasn’t going fast, and had eyes on path, I was able to pass by the incorrectly stowed pallet just up until my cage hit it and that’s when it threw me off the wire guidance. Some of the stuff on the pallet was caught by my cage so not everything fell onto the floor. Right when that happened, I stopped and called for help on my scanner. Safety, AMs, and PA’s all agree it wasn’t my fault the pallet was stowed incorrectly. There was a whole investigation on it so I was not able to drive pit for 3 weeks and was working in pack. Oh, on top of that I ended up with the COACHING. Not the stower who incorrectly placed the pallet where it didn’t fit.
This is my 3rd pit accident and when I was called for my retrain, I expressed to the learning trainer I’m not comfortable driving pit anymore because that accident caused me a lot of anxiety cause I was doing everything right, with eyes on path and wearing correct PPE. The trainer said I can get a doctor’s note saying that my height caused me to get into these pit accidents bc I’m 4’9. (Yes I know i’m short) I do struggle to reach to answer the questions to login into the pit sometimes, but I never really thought about it. The trainer told me that’s usually one of the red flags that a person isn’t suitable for that process path, but then again they don’t discriminate on who can and who can’t drive the pit.
HR already knows about my case, and I was told I would be moved to the pack department since I’ve already been there and Im only packed trained other than pit.
I messaged both my doctors expressing my concerns, this is my 3rd accident, my struggle to reach the telemetry and ability to see while operating (I over extend and really have to look around me during stops and operation in general), and my anxiety going back to pit bc I was really startled when I was thrown off the wire guidance. However both of them refuse to write me a note for the accommodation. So I’m not sure what to do!! I never did the retrain for pit because the learning trainer says they can’t force me to do something I don’t feel comfortable doing. Ive been getting sent to pack everyday since I haven’t been retrained on pit. (Which I’m fine with bc i’ve grown to like pack)
I have screenshots of the doctor telling me being short (4’9) isn’t a underline medical condition, despite telling him I get bad body aches from over extending and over reaching, and the heavy harness I have to wear. 😭 All they tell me is to take it with HR and apply for workers comp, and join a union. But I don’t think I need workers comp for something that can be easily accommodated!
Anyone know what I should do?? Thanks for reading my long dilemma LOL. TIA!!

Bună! Sunt elevă în clasa a 10 a la cel mai bun liceu din zonă (profil științe ale naturii). Sunt foarte stresată în privința facultății, nu știu unde să mă duc. Diriginta (de chimie), și nu numai dumneaei, mă tot presează de la începutul anului să mă hotărăsc, încearcă cumva să îmi bage în cap să dau la medicină, dar eu nu vreau, nu m aș vedea medic. Tenho um notebook samsung expert x51 que me serviu bem pelos últimos 7 anos e meio, e agora estou estudando dar um upgrade nele. Gostaria de um notebook com mais quantidade e frequência de ram que meu note atual, um processador legal, que tenha chip gráfico dedicado, e que seja fácil de transportar. Esse último ponto é importante pra mim pois transporto o notebook na mochila com frequência, então não quero um daqueles notebooks gamer super pesados (dito isso, não preciso de nada perto de uma RTX)

I was curious what genres were represented at the festival, so I used the list of acts and the Spotify API to gather a list of genres and artists.
Notes:

• I was only able to gather data for 373 acts out of the 2871 listed. This is due to some acts being comedy/talks, some having complicated labels (eg. "hedex b2b bou ft b live 247 & eksman"), or Spotify not having a genre for the artist.
• https://everynoise.com/ is a great resource that explores some of the genres listed here.
• The Sounds of Spotify have a playlist for every genre. They can be found by searching "The Sound of [genre name]" in the app.
• Crank Wave was the most common genre out of the 421 listed. This is due to the granularity of the features I think - 'rock' only has one artist but that's because there's 29 sub-genres of rock listed.
• Some artists may be mislabeled if they share a name with another artist of a different genre.

Hello everyone,
I’m a master student currently self-studying on drone technology and LiDAR data for generating 3D models. I’m interested in comparing these two methods to understand which one might be more effective. (I know photogrammetry is better but still I want to learn to how to compare between the two data)
Could anyone guide me to resources where I can find drone photos and LiDAR data that are available for public use? I’m specifically looking for data that I can use for educational.
Also, if there are any drone owners in this community who have this type of data and are willing to share, it would greatly contribute to my learning. Please note that this is for educational purposes as I’m trying to learn more about this technology.

A friend of mine and myself have been doing a WWE 2016 BTB (Be the Booker Project) for years now. Currently we are in 2017 towards the end of the year (September 2017). With that said, we always like to sign superstars to NXT but our respective brands (me=Raw/him=Smackdown), hold their contract rights in case they get called up to the main roster. With that said I’m looking to do a huge PC Class for Monday Night Raw (approximately 10/12 superstars). With that said, here is my current list (note we don’t have a Cruiserweight Division so no 205 live stuff). Anyone, you think I should add that kind of signed with WWE around that time or could have signed at this time?

I just got back from a one week solo trip from Tunisia and wanted to talk about my experience. American, 25M, Brown skin (not Arab), English speaking only (zero Arabic and only a few French words)
Language: Essentially everyone spoke Arabic and French but outside of my hotels and waiters at fancy restaurants, I found that only random people that I interacted with spoke conversational English. Knowing basic French will go a long way.
Transportation: I used Bolt (Uber in Tunisia) to travel within each city and it was super easy. Cash only but the price was determined before the ride started. At the end of the ride, the driver would show me the price on his phone. One thing I did notice was that although the model of the car always matched the one showing in the app, the license plate was sometimes completely off. I am not sure what the reason was for this, but just something to remember.
Louages: Between cities I took louages (mini buses) which were very easy, cheap, and convenient. I showed up to the louage station, bought a ticket (cash only) at the counter, and they would point to what area of the station to go to. I would then give the driver the ticket and wait in the louage until it was time to go. Louages only leave when they are full, so going from Tunis to Sousse might only be a few minutes wait, but going from Sousse to El Jem required a 15 minute wait. If I didn’t know where to go within the station, I would go up to a driver, say the city, and they would take me to the right area. Note that in Tunis there are two different louage stations based on what direction from Tunis you are going, so plan accordingly. And in other cities there were different ticket desks for different cities.
Currency: Only in hotels, nice restaurants, and the Bardo Museum was I able to use a credit card. An important thing to note: Tunisia has a closed currency, meaning YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE THE CURRENCY OUT OF THE COUNTRY. When you first exchange your own currency for TND (I did at the airport), you will need to KEEP THE RECEIPT with you in order to exchange it back. And once you are departing Tunisia and go through security, you will NOT be able to use the cash. Every restaurant and shop by the gates did not take cash, but instead only took credit card and even Euros and Pounds.

Guesthouses:
Dar Fatma (Sidi Bou Said): 4/5. Very nice riad in a great location. Great rooftop with a small pool and amazing views. Light breakfast of bread, pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee/tea and juice. 4 out of 5 because there was absolutely zero internet in my room and had to go into the main courtyard to get reception. This may have only been an issue with ground floor rooms due to how thick the walls were.
Dar Lekbira (Sousse): 5/5. Amazing riad in the middle of the medina. Rooftop with good views but no pool. Great breakfast of different egg dishes, fruit, bread, and various tunisian pastries/foods. Big room and nice courtyard
Palais Bayram (Tunis): 3/5. Very large room but the bathroom was a wet room with no shower curtain. Taking a shower resulted in the entire floor being absolutely soaked and required towels to dry it. Breakfast was a mediocre buffet of hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, breads and spreads, yogurt and sweets. No main courtyard to sit in and the rooftop was closed when I visited. For how much this hotel costed, it was not worth it
Cities:
Sidi Bou Said: Very beautiful city on the mediterranean. Cobbled streets and blue and white houses; Exactly like Santorini except way smaller but nowhere near as touristy. Very nice to walk around but you do not need that much time here
Carthage: Walkable from Sidi Bou Said. A ticket for 12 dinars gets you access to all the Carthage ruins sites (about 8). This only requires a few hours. The Baths of Antoninus and Roman Theater were nice, but the other ruins were nothing special
Sousse: Sousse has both beaches and an old city. Since I was alone and was not here for that long, I only stayed in the medina. The medina was nice to walk around and the ribat was cool but there is not too much to do in the medina. I did not get a chance to visit the archaeological museum or any beaches which I have heard are great, so my opinion of Sousse was neutral. A big factor on going to Sousse was for the day trips
El Gem: I highly recommend visiting El Gem. Only an hour louage ride away from Sousse, the colosseum is amazing to visit and you can go on the actual colosseum floor unlike the Roman colosseum. There is not much to do in this town besides the colosseum and a nice archaeological museum, but I still recommend visiting
Kairouan: I unfortunately only got to Kairouan at 3pm because I visited El Gem on the same day and to go from El Gem to Kairouan you have to transfer back at Sousse. The great mosque (quite massive) closes at 2pm so I just walked around the city but on a 90 degree Wednesday at 3pm, there was not much going on. I am sure earlier in the day there is more going on in the city.
Tunis: I spent 1.5 days exploring the big medina, the new city, and the Bardo Museum. The Bardo Museum was really great; I spent a few hours looking at mosaics, artifacts, and learning about Tunisia’s history. There were not too many “things to do” in Tunis but I enjoyed the city and the food was great
Dougga: I had paid a driver $160 USD to drive me 1.5 hours to Dougga, wait for me for 1.5 hours, and then drive me back. All the ruin descriptions are in english but there were no English tour guides waiting at the ruins. I think you have to privately arrange a tour guide for Dougga. There were two impressive structures, but the rest of site was just fine, nothing spectacular. Dougga is pretty far away from Tunis for how long I spent there so it did not really seem worth going considering I did not see other sites along the way.
Restaurants
Sidi Bou Said/La Marsa/Carthage: The Couscous Tree, Le Golfe, Restaurant Mossli
Tunis: Restaurant bent l'bey, Dkik & Zit, El Ali Restaurant & Cafe, Dar El Jeld, Fondouk El Attarine
Sousse: Restaurant Café Seles, Restaurant EL SOFFRA Chez Fredj, Restaurant du Peuple
Mistakes: I think staying in hotels in the medinas in Sousse and Tunis was a mistake. I did not realize beforehand that medinas essentially are open from 9am - 5pm. Once 5pm hits all the shops close, and you are left with empty streets with nothing to see. And once the sun sets, it is pretty eerie to walk around. I equate it to a tourist taking a NYC subway at 2am with only a few people on it, except more eerie but way less dangerous. Going to and from dinner I was forced to have my phone out, heavily relying on Google Maps and familiar routes to get to my destination. These medinas also have doors that open and close for the day, so sometimes a route I took in the morning was not accessible in the night. This combined with the plethora of cats roaming around made me not want to leave my hotel at night.
Morocco vs Tunisia: Having been to both countries, both places have their pros and cons for visiting. Comparing two countries to visit is not usually right but for Americans and other people wanting a taste of North Africa I think my perspective is valuable. In my opinion, If you want to visit a North African country for the first time and really immerse yourself in the culture and pack your schedule full of different cities and activities, Morocco is the way to go. Morocco’s tourism industry and infrastructure are way ahead of Tunisia’s, and there are a lot more big cities to visit. A lot more people including Americans visit Morocco, and you will not have any trouble planning your trip or finding things to do. However, unlike Tunisia where tourists were essentially left alone, in Marrakesh for example, I found that a lot of vendors would accost tourists and would often come up to them trying to coax them into buying something.
Tunisia I found there were less “things to do” but was way more laid back and learned you could do a wide range of activities in a short amount of time. You could see Mediterranean beaches, Carthagian ruins, desert oases, intricate medinas, and holy islamic cities all in a couple of days. But with Tunisia, I had to scour the internet for tourism information, and honestly there was not that much out there compared to other countries I have solo traveled in. Being an experienced traveler, I was able to get by with the language barrier, but with not much English in Tunisia and what seemed to be few English speaking tourists in Tunisia some might be opposed to visiting. Having said this, if you want a more laid back vacation with a wider variety of things to do and are more strapped for time, Tunisia is a great place to visit.
Overall, I had a great time in Tunisia. The food was amazing, the people were extremely friendly, and I experienced many fun things. I am very glad I visited and would encourage others to visit if they got the chance.

A inicios de año empecé a hablar con una chica, sin intenciones de nada, sólo éramos compañeros de salón y por ciertas circunstancias yo empecé a tener comunicación con ella, y mientras pasaban los días me di cuenta que es una chica super divertida, alegre, chistosa y ambos nos entendíamos bien. Esta chica tenía un novio, pero por algunas motivos y pleitos ellos decidieron terminar su relación en el mes de Marzo. Desde que conocí a esta chica siempre la veía con ojos de amistad e incluso de hermandad, le tomé un aprecio muy fuerte y muy rápido, por lo tanto nunca traté de intentar algo más con ella, yo siempre respeté esa relación que tenia con su novio. Al cabo de que iban transcurriendo el tiempo, ella y yo empezamos a estar mayor tiempo juntos, ya que no tenía novio y pues éramos los únicos que nos llevábamos bien del salón.
Todo Abril fue así, lo que hizo que mi afecto por ella creciera más y le tomara mucho más cariño, sobretodo porque ella tenía un problema con un chico que nunca la ha querido, pero siempre que se le ofrece va con ella y por tonta o falta de amor propio, se deja llevar y sólo la desilusiona; tengo entendido que esto es de años y la chica nunca ha entendido y pues yo como un buen amigo la quise ubicar, y funcionaba en ocasiones, así que de cierta manera la empecé a "proteger" de ciertas cosas
A inicios de mes de Mayo, ella empezó a ovular, y lo sé porque ella me lo dijo, y un momento no tan esperado me pidió que tuvieramos las relaciones, jajaja, a mi sí me dejó muy confundido, o sea, yo pensé que ella también me veía como yo la veía, como un amigo muy cercano, y yo claramente no quería porque quería demostrarle que no soy como los otros idiotas y yo solo busco su bien, como cualquier hermano con su hermana, pero dos días enteros estuvo proponiendo de forma directa e indirecta, hasta que llego un momento en el que estábamos solos y me lo preguntó nuevamente y yo le tuve que decir que no, que para mi ella es una hermana y gran amiga, ella solo se quedó como, bueno. Después de ese maldito día, mi percepción empezó a cambiar totalmente de ella, de un momento a otro la dejé de ver como mi hermana y la empecé a notar más con un poquito de interés.
Los días posteriores a ese no se volvió a tocar el tema, pero ella y yo estábamos super bien, no era incómodo ni nada de eso, pero de alguna forma me empezó a llamar mucho la atención y empecé a desarrollar otros sentimientos por ella, el hecho de que esos días estuviese tirando indirectas que mi fucking vida me habían dicho, hizo qué mi hormona detonara un poco, así que días después de ese dejó de ser mi hermana y sólo la veía como amiga.
A mitades de Mayo, tal vez un poco antes, la invité a salir con mi familia, y ella aceptó. Gran parte del día estuvo actuando "normal" yo realmente esperaba que me dijera algo respecto a eso, ya que después de hablarlo con unos amigos y unos familiares, me dijeron que probará, sobretodo porque ella les cayó super bien y querían que ella yo tuviéramos una relación. Después de unas horas todos mis familiares se tuvieron que ir y me dejaron con ella en una plaza, por lo tanto sólo éramos ella y yo, cuando se fueron noté qué su comportamiento había cambiado un poco, ella empezó a estar más cerca, me tomaba de la mano, ponía mi mano sobre su pierna, ahí me di cuenta que cuando nadie está, ella actúa así conmigo, ya sea en el salón, con mis padres o cualquier lugar, ella siempre me trataba diferente cuando había muy pocas personas. Así estuvo todo el día hasta que la fuimos a dejar a su casa.
A partir de ese día, yo ya no la veía tanto como amiga, sino como un interés amoroso, porque la verdad para mí el hecho de que cambiara su comportamiento conmigo tan drástico, pues si me dejo con esa ilusión.
Luego de vivir lo de la salida, pues yo ya no me despegaba de ella y ni ella de mi, en recesos nos quedábamos en el salón a ver titoks, memes y pura tontería, ella siempre junto con nuestros cabezas inclinadas una sobre la otra y en ocasiones jugaba con mi mano. A veces salíamos y veíamos chavos besándose y ella me tiraba comentarios como qué ganas o el clásico gpi, jaja. Llegó el momento en el que nos empezaban a hacer burla y muchos compañeros me preguntaban si éramos algo o porque tan cariñosos uno con el otro, yo le dije a dos compañeros muy cercanos que me llamaba la atención, pero en este momento ya niveles muy fuertes, es más, ya me gustaba, y mucho; entonces empezaron a tirar muchas asistencias, pero desafortunadamente ya era el penúltimo día de clases, y a pesar de que traté todo, pues no se logró nada, pero no me sentía mal, por que ella decía que nos íbamos a ver en vacaciones y más cosas.
Mi cumpleaños número 18 fue este mes de Mayo, por lo tanto a mis padres se le ocurrió la idea de hacerme una fiesta sorpresa, y una la excusa con la me sacaron fuera del espacio donde la iban a hacer, era diciendole a esta chica y a un compañero que me invitaran a salir, obviamente yo estaba encantado con salir con ella, sobretodo porque el otro compañero era quien me tiraba asistencias muy locas, y en mi mente dije chance y se logra algo, lamentablemente ella no pudo ir con nosotros, pero si le daba tiempo de llegar a la fiesta, y cuando llegue pues ya saben el tipico, sorpresa y todo eso, yo la vi y dije: fak, hoy se puede (no se pudo).
En la fiesta había "amigos" míos y amigos de mi hermana, y entre esas dos bolitas se encontraba el chico con el que ya tenía una historia, el sujeto del cuando a mi se me antoje, la verdad me preocupé tantito, sobretodo porque les digo que ella cae en sus juegos, pero dije: va, yo puedo (no pude)
Llegó el momento en el que empezaron a dar alcohol y no sé si esa cosa estaba adulterada o si les dieron mucho, porque a todos se les empezó a subir super rápido, pero muy rápido, eso hizo que el chico que le encanta castrar la existencia pues fuera detrás de esta chica y pues la chica también ya estaba medio ambientada pues se dejaba, pero como veía que yo estaba ahí, se me acercaba y me decía: mejor me alejo, en un inicio aún lo evitaba y funcionó gran parte de la fiesta, pero llegaron unos amigos de los amigos de mi hermana, y a esta chica empezó a acercarse, platicar y estar bromeando, yo en ese momento dije: ya valió madre, y sí, yo lo sabía, si de por sí es una chica inquieta, ahora imaginatela con algunos tragos encima. Traté de que estuviera todo bien, pero no puedo tener cierto control de ella porque no somos nada y es su vida. Llego un momento en el que ya estaba irritado y me puse a platicar con ella, le dije algunas cosillas y en algún momento ella me dijo que éramos amigos, yo le pregunté que sí realmente éramos eso, a lo que por consiguiente me contestó: "Sí, es lo que somos, tú lo dijiste y lo dejaste muy claro ese día que andaba en mi momento, dijiste que tú y yo sólo éramos eso y que me veías como una hermana"
En ese momento fue como fak, maldito idiota, ella se paró y se fue por otro trago, y nunca regresó a hablar conmigo, para este momento ella ya estaba cometiendo muchas imprudencias, casi se besa con el otro chavo, tal vez se lo beso, eso ya no sé, andaba detrás del amigo del amigo, y yo estaba enojado, decepcionado, irritado; vaya, yo ya quería que acabará la fucking fiesta, al llegar a casa mis padres me vieron desmotivado y yo medio les conté, obviamente no les pareció las actitudes de esta chica, yo estoy enojado con ella, pero ella ni en cuenta, ayer me mandó mensaje y me preguntó por mi examen de admisión, yo le contesté de una forma muy cortante, he estado pensando mucho en la situación y la verdad yo quiero que ella note mi enojo para decirle lo que siento y la decepción que me hace sentir. He considerado el volver a intentarlo, pero la verdad no quiero quedar como un idiota por andar con alguien que estuvo de inquieta, ese día muchos me dijeron que no ahí era, ahora mismo no sé si me duele su amistad o el hecho de que yo quería algo más que eso, cometí el error que nunca creí cometer, vi romance en donde sólo había amistad, pero a todos los que le he preguntado no han sabido opinar, mi madre se enojó, dice que me preocupo por idioteces, mi hermana dice que no qué me aleje de esa fácil, pero yo no sé que hacer, o tal vez no he escuchado lo que quiero escuchar, por eso mismo recurrí a la vieja confiable, Reddit, entonces chavos denme sus comentarios para analizarlos y saber que haré, de ante mano gracias por leer.

Vai ser um texto extenso, então não me julgue, avisei antes. (Ignorem os erros de português, escrevi correndo.)
Sempre fui um cara curioso e "nerd", mas sem vontade de realmente estudar e me dedicar aos estudos, mas aprendo as coisas de forma muito pratica e intuitiva e sempre fui muito interessado por tecnologia, desmontava e montava computadores, videogames, fuçava os 4 cantos do Windows e tudo mais, mas nunca me liguei em programação. Nunca fiz faculdade e nem pretendia pra ser bem sincero, mas a vontade de permanecer na área me fez entrar recentemente em uma e confesso que estou curtindo muito fazer ADS, mas em resumo, trabalhei desde os meus 16 em restaurantes, o principal da minha carreira foi o Outback, onde aprendi muita como que levo pra vida, mas com meus "hoobies" voltados para tecnologia, nunca enxerguei como uma carreira.
Aos 28 conheci a minha ex, formada em ADS e com alguns cursos no currículo, trabalhando na área de T.I (Suporte / Desenvolvimento) a quase 10 anos e dai uma paixão cresceu em mim (não estou falando dela) e comecei a curtir muito o que ela fazia e comecei a me interessar e correr atrás por conta própria, sem muita linha de estudo, apenas apreendendo o que eu achava de graça, cursos, livros, vídeos e tudo mais. Comecei aprendendo Flutter em um curso no Udemy. Milagrosamente consegui um trabalho em uma consultoria de processos juridicos (Médio Porte) como vendedor, mas me mantive fazendo o curso.
Curso finalizado, 4 meses se passaram e em resumo eu havia começado a aprender C#, pois a minha ex já havia passado por diversas linguagens e projetos (Sistema dos Correios) e ela querendo se atualizar, começou a brincar com C# e eu fui na onda e dai vi uma oportunidade de me arriscar, como tinha intimidade com a dona da consultoria e vi que o fluxo de venda e processos internos eram extremamente engessados, resolvi levantar a bola de desenvolver um CRM para a empresa e ela aceitou. Junto com a minha ex, ficamos quase 2 meses com a cara grudados no PC, dia e noite, brigas, curva de aprendizado e tudo mais.
Finalmente entregamos o CRM, utilizando as tecnologias: Windows Forms, C#, um pouco de EF, SQL Server e TortoiseSVN. Dai então eu me tornei o menino do T.I, chorei pra caralho e achei que seria uma ascenção pra mim e de certa forma foi e me orgulho muito de tudo que entreguei lá, pois ela me ajudou nos primeiros 4 meses, depois todo o desenvolvimento, features, correçoes e etc eram por minha conta e só! Detalhe eu que busquei, montei, configurei e cuidava do servidor da empresa. E é aqui que entra o titulo, no começo foram mil maravilhas, mas com o tempo eu virei o Pião do T.I, vou listar aqui o que eu fazia diariamente: Impressoras (de Lei), resolver B.O de PC ou note com problema (Mais de 40), resolver problemas com celulares, cuidaconfiguraresolver todos os sistemas internos (Call Center, Assinatura digital e etc..), responsável pelas linhas telefônicas dos celulares, auxiliar do menino do MKT, montador de mesas e moveis, instalador de aparelhos elétricos diversos, cabeamento de todos os departamentos, responsável pelo CPD (Construído por um cara de Infra), responsável pela compra de todos os notebooks e PCs (Eu garimpava na net e ia buscar) e por fim o desenvolvimento do CRM e tudo isso pra ganhar 1.8k onde depois de um ano e meio chegaram no 2.3k.
Fiquei um ano e meio nessa vida e entreguei um CRM bem completo inclusive, para quem nunca fez facu ou cursos. Tudo que eu aprendia eu aplicava no projeto e aos poucos fui melhorando e por mais que as pessoas e principalmente a dona não entendiam que desenvolver é ficar sentado na cadeira programando, consegui fazer bastante coisa e aprender muito, mas me sentia muito mal e extremamente desvalorizado, eu olhava pessoas cursando cursos de T.I sem saber o que é uma IDE direito e conseguindo vagas boas e eu desenvolvendo um sistema do Front ao Banco não conseguia sair de lá.
Um ano e meio depois, fui indicado para trabalhar na Cogna (Acredito que muitos conheçam) como desenvolvedor Jr. e mais uma vez chorei de alegria, ganhava bem, estabilizado profissionalmente e em resumo ali sim eu vi o que é ser um desenvolvedor de verdade, tratar problemas gigantes, desenvolver, pensar e realmente criar uma experiência real na área, pois antes era eu por eu. Trabalhei com tecnologias como: Angular, C#, Azure DEVops, EF, API, Jira, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server e etc.. Comecei a me familiarizar com todos os termos e tudo mais e enfim, participei do projeto chave da empresa, fiz grandes entregas e aprendi demais, absorvendo ao máximo conselhos e experiencias dos Sr's e plenos da equipe. Mas nem tudo são flores e a bolha estourou e chegou o Layoff onde mandaram uma galera embora e eu como Jr. tomei no C#.
As contas não param, então precisei voltar para restaurantes, que pagavam bem, mas não há perspectiva nenhuma. Não havia começado a faculdade, mas mesmo assim, achei que já tinha um bom Currículo e comecei a me aplicar para vagas e me saia muito bem em várias, mas todas recusadas por não ter uma faculdade, inclusive perdi uma vaga no exterior (tenho inglês) por não possuir ensino superior e nessas de Gupy, GeekHunter, Workhana, InfoJobs e afins, fui ficando cada vez mais frustrado e em paralelo eu estava desenvolvendo um CRM como projeto pessoal, só que agora em WPF e Maui onde a comunicação com o Banco seria através de uma API e tudo isso estudando por conta própria e desenvolvendo o que aprendia. Fiquei 1 ano sem voltar para a área.
Hoje (fazem 3 meses) consegui "voltar" para área de T.I, como "Analista de T.I". Entrei em uma empresa que trabalha fabricando e alugando maquinas industriais para restaurantes e vendendo insumos também.
A empresa é "pequena" donos acessíveis, acumulo de funções e toda aquela ladainha de empresa pequena, mas é uma empresa muito boa e com um ótimo futuro, se tudo der certo.
Só que hoje, mas uma vez eu me encontro como um Pião de T.I, onde eu faço basicamente TUDO que eu fazia na consultoria, desde as impressoras, até montador de mesas, só que com um plus de carregar maquinas, varrer o chão, cuidar das redes sociais, criar conteúdo para as redes, gerenciar e gerar venda no site da empresa, gerenciar e contar estoque. Mas faço um pequeno desenvolvimento, onde estou trabalhando no servidor da empresa, que eu montei e configurei. Criando a Intranet para eles, centralizando dados via API dos sistemas que utilizamos e por ai vai.
A diferença é que eu entrei ganhando 2.5k com uma promessa de aumento. E o dono tem uma extrema confiança em mim e nos primeiros dias já me deu acesso geral a todos os sistemas, inclusive o gerenciamento do Google Workspace da empresa, paga o Canva Pro (Não sou UX/UI, então uso o Canva), paga o GitHub AutoCopilot e assim eu sigo, chorando no banho todo dia, por que eu estou realmente cansado de ser Pião de T.I, quero ser um real Engenheiro de Software. Mas claro que tem suas perolas, como por exemplo a Claro dar problema com a internet e a culpa ser minha, a galera sem saber abrir um PDF querendo me falar que o problema é no Proxy, pessoas que ganham o tripo do que eu falando que eu sou inútil, por que ela queria zipar um documento e utilizei o Winrrar, mas ela queria Zip, então zipei ele no Winrrar e ficou .zip, mas com o ícone do Winrrar e eu juro por tudo que é mais sagrado que ela foi pedir minha cabeça, me chamando de incompetente e etc.. Hoje eu estou estudando, estou no primeiro ano de ADS e não vou parar enquanto não terminar e ainda vou fazer Pós, de que ? Não sei.
Resumindo, estudem! A Faculdade é só um detalhe, mas é um detalhe que me fez chorar muito no banho!
Hoje eu ainda me aplico para vagas, ainda não atualizei o meu Linked-In com a vaga atual, por que estou meio desgostoso, mas não vou abandonar a área enquanto eu não alcançar o que eu tanto quero, não cheguei até aqui a toa.
Enfim, aceito conselhos, indicações, pix e qualquer ajuda! Confesso que estou perdido ainda, mas sem intenção de desistir.

Con eso explicado, quiero comentar un poco sobre los objetivos de mis blogs

¿Qué son los blogs "Hydra´s notes"?

Como su nombre lo dice, son blogs hechos por mi, un estudiante preuniversitario. Los creé para que sean una fuente de información valiosa para quienes estén empezando su preparación para dar un examen de admisión, he creado diferentes blogs para cada curso (Álgebra, trigonometría, aritmética, geometría, química y Humanidades), en cada uno de ellos, excepto el último, podrán encontrar sus respectivos temas explicados detalladamente a medida que se publiquen. Agregaré demostraciones de fórmulas y algunas formas interesantes de recordar información como las mnemotécnias y asociaciones para facilitar su comprensión.
Para cada clase hecha también encontrarán una página dedicada a la resolución de problemas, algunas aclaraciones sobre los "tipos" que se pueden llegar a encontrar, sus enseñanzas y comentarios míos con mi experiencia mientras los resolvía.
En cuanto al blog de humanidades, podrán encontrar resúmenes/ notas de los temas que sean publicados. Quiero que ese blog sirva de consulta rápida y sea como los apuntes que alguien toma en clase.
Por último, tengo un blog separado del mundo preuniversitario dedicado a publicar temas varios, como reflexiones mías o algunas guías desde mi punto de vista, las publicaciones ahí son muy ocasionales y de momento pueden encontrar mi guía de estudio autodidacta.
