Bit of a long post but I need to get it off my chest because honestly I don't know what to do. I've never been in this type of situation, therefore any advice from someone whos been through something similar would be helpful. Anyway, bit of backstory.
My gf (20) and I (23) met early December last year and we really hit it off. The problem was that she was in a relationship then, but they broke up not long after ( I honestly think it wasn't because of me, they had problems long before we met) and we started talking and hanging out more often. We either texted or talked on facetime entire day because I am in Switzerland and she is in Croatia. It got to a point where she told me point blank that she had feelings for me but she wasn't ready for a relationship just yet, which I was ok with (keep in mind this was a month and a half after they broke up). Anyway, we started planning to go on a trip for a couple of days as soon as I got back home. I asked her where she wanted to go and picked the best place to stay and planned the entire thing perfectly, I even offered to take some of her friends with us just so she could feel more comfortable (in the end her sister and her boyfriend went with us). The two of us were holding hands and were next to one another entire time, we slept in the same bed, we even made out and had sex when we were alone one night (no alcohol or something similar, just passion I think). And honestly I liked that because we were each others little secret at the time. She even stayed at the house I rented for 7 days because we wanted to spend as much time as we could together. It started to feel like a beginning of a relationship but we didn't wanna say it at the time, we just wanted to be together entire time. Call it honeymoon phase if you will, but we both knew we had feelings for one another. I even met her family and her friends and had dinner with them. It was almost perfect.
This is where magic stops and reality hits. A couple of days ago she wanted to go through my phone, which I was fine with because I have nothing to hide, no porn, no other girls, no ig models, nothing. Just my dogs, family, friends and work, so I said fine as long as I can go through yours, which she reluctantly agreed. And that's when I saw it. Not only has she been texting some other guy, she's been actively seeing him and telling him how much she needs him, but she slept with him the same night and day I was driving 1200km just to see her and take her and her sister on that trip that we planned for so long. But that's not even the best part. At the same time we were planning our trip, that guy booked some cheap ass apartment and texted her the date saying I will see you then. ON THE SAME NIGHT I WAS DRIVING JUST TO SEE HER. And she responded with "I can't wait". But what bothers me is that that guy put in so little effort. I remember on Valentines day we wished each other happy Valentines, and I even sent her a bouquet of roses, just to show her that I really do care about her and I wanted to be there with her right now but can't because of work, she asked him that same fucking day if he wanted to go for a walk. And he said "no, I'm going to play games with my friends, I told you we will meet on the 22.". AND SHE WAS HEARTBROKEN BUT SHE STILL CHASED HIM. HOW PATHETIC DO BOTH OF THEM NEED TO BE? And the entire time she was texting him and going out with him, she was telling me how much she misses me, and how she can't wait for me to come. Entire time while I was there for her, spending days and nights talking and laughing with her, sending her flowers every week ( FLOWERS THAT SHE SHOWED HIM), that guy was putting in so little effort and reaping all the rewards. What's funny is after they slept together she bragged to all of her friends and said how they fucked twice and no protection cuz duh. Same friends that she introduced me to, that said that they are all cheering for me. They all knew, they all saw how much I cared for her and nobody said a thing. Then when I put the phone down and asked her to explain herself, only thing she said was "that was before we were official, and it was just for one night". The same girl that sent me a checklist of her perfect boyfriend where it stands "NEEDS TO BE LOYAL" does something like that and then says it was before we were official. She didn't even show a little bit of remorse, only thing she said was "you need to get over it". How???
I'm sorry for this long post, but my mind is just going crazy right now. I just needed a place to vent, a place where I can get some advice on what to do. Thank you for any adviceš
TL;DR; : Am I getting played? Or was that really a mistake on her part?

I remember watching this video on YouTube years ago (before the 2020s), it was once uploaded with a literal title "Ness y Paula" (seemingly by a Spanish uploader), it was seemingly taken from a Japanese site as the animation had Japanese text in the middle of the animation and I also saw the literal same animation from a different uploader on YouTube but with Japanese title (also on YouTube).
It had a scene where Paula puts Wreath on Ness's head then both smiling, then Jeff and Poo come out of the background and Jeff pushing up his glasses. It also had a scene where Ana holds the hands of (seemingly as only his hands without his face are seen) Ninten then the screen flashes white and Ana turns into Paula (due to their similarity to each other). In another scene, it had Ness's mother and Tracy singing then Dr Andonunts suddenly coming from the bottom of the screen and filling the screen, overshadowing their view. It had short intervals with Japanese text where an unanimated Mr. Saturn or the Phase Distorter (can't really remember, probably the former) is seen with a black background (drawn in white, no colors). The final scene is a picture of Ness and Lucas (unanimated, and that's literally the only time Lucas is seen) and then the music stops and the video ends.
It was seemingly a parody of a 1990s anime but with MotheEarthBound characters instead of the original characters and the song was SOOOOOOO happy, charming and cheerful (it was a song in Japanese).
Sadly, it was literally deleted from YouTube, I searched my playlists (which I'm very sure that I have saved because I literally have a playlist dedicated to MotheEarthBound animations), tried using Japanese keywords like ćć¶ć¼ć¢ćć”ć¼ć·ć§ć³ or ćć¹ć¢ćć”ć¼ć·ć§ć³ and countless others in search engines sadly to no avail. Anyone has a backup or a place where I could find it?

Did a job for a client 10 years ago who is a painter. Roof/exterior needs restoration so I gave him a buzz using the number on his public Facebook business page. He came out a fortnight ago, had a look, quoted $9500 cash for the lot, I said sounds good.
Now, you don't need a licence to paint your own house however legally a contractor must yet I have no doubt he'll do a good job (Facebook page is full of his work which looks superb, hasn't fled the city due to bad reputation and good reviews), but do I have right to be concerned? To be fair, the start date hasn't come and gone yet and if he doesn't it may be a pain to get the money back (small claims court, sure, but time consuming. Perhaps threat of QBCC report for: unlicensed contracting, excessive deposit, no contract, advertising where the fines themself would be far more than my $3200).
Am I being crazy or no cause for concern yet? If there is cause for concern, how should I approach this with him?

- He texts asking for a 20% deposit, which I paid. ($1900)
- Maybe an hour later he asked if I can pay a little more, saying he is waiting for a woman's mortgage company to release funds to pay him. He said I didn't have to if I was uncomfortable. I pay a further $1000 (30% deposit)
- He texts yesterday saying his friend died over the weekend in a car crash and that's he's in another city currently comforting the family. I said ok, my condolences, why you telling me this? He said that he thought the job was to start Monday just came and I said no, it's Monday next week. He said sorry, mind all over the place, we are still on track, and asked if I could spare more deposit so he could help the grieving family who are waiting for the deceased's insurance to come through. Again, he said I didn't have to if I was uncomfortable, but I felt if I said no he could be resentful if he does do the job and do a shitty job in revenge. He suggested $500, I sent $300. He said thanks, and now the total is $3200 or the equivalent of a 33% deposit.

More importantly (at least to me), I did another thing over the last week, and that is updating some of the existing content. This is still a work in progress, there is a lot more that i want to go over, but i started with what i thought was the most important thing, the Buying Guide.

I brought it up to date with notes on Hemlock Vale, the death of the Return To line and some other details. Related to the buying guide, i also went over all of the Investigator Set Reviews i have, where i evaluate the cards in each box on how good they are individually and whether that set stands on its own. This lead to a good amount of adjustments on single card rankings, of which i kept a change log and some general notes here:

Notably that means i removed all the "Hot Takes!" disclaimers from the Hemlock Vale Investigator set page and would consider it a proper review now. Are all takes set in stone now? Of course not, this very update proves that i even changed my opinion on some Carcosa cards over the last years. But i am reasonably confident in what i wrote there now.

Finally, i overhauled the header menu, hopefully making the site easier to navigate. Ancient Evils got too big to have every single encounter set linked in the menu, updating the menu has actually caused my Wordpress to freeze. By slimming it down, i not only made it work on a technical level again, i also got the real estate to highlight some of the content i am more proud of, like the buying guide, the set reviews and the campaign deep dives. A lot of what is now readily available in the header was previously buried in the submenu of some submenu on the arse end of a submenu.
This restructuring and updating isn't completely done yet, i am probably going to go over a lot more over the next weeks (months?). I will probably even go over the encounter set pages, some of them are as old as the site itself and can use some touching up.
As usual feedback on changes or suggestions for what could be improved is welcome. Cheers o/

For background my wife Lola (38F) and I (37M) are swingers, we have rules and because of those rules it works in OUR marriage. Occasionally Lola will tell her childhood best friend Jessica (40F) about our crazy fun nights, which kinda lead to this ordeal.
So 3 years ago Jessica and her husband started going on a health kick and began drastically loosing weight, my wife and I fully supported this. Jessica would explain that she happily lost 85 lbs while her husband Rodger would complain that the diet makes him miserable he too lost about 45 lbs.
This went on for over 2 years and all things considered they both look amazing. But I noticed that they were getting distant towards each other.
One Friday night in January, Jessica called begging us to pick her up and get her out of her house (some type of trouble at home). So we drive over and instead of us coming in and saying hi to everyone she basically rushes out, saying Rodger was downstairs pissed and refused to come out.
We went to a local pool bar and when weāre asking what the deal was Jessica asks Lola to talk privately. I go to buy the next few rounds and when I come comeback Lola is noticeably shook, face is pale white. I try to press for information but get the ādonāt worry about itā although Jessica does let a few thing slip throughout the night. Apparently she and Rodger havenāt had sex in a while and Rodger had started eating out again, constantly. We play our games, enjoy our drinks, then drop Jessica off her house.
Jessica asks me to talk to Rodger and try to cheer him up. Keep in mind I donāt know anything, so I get him a beer from the fridge and join him in the basement. I ask him what gives and instead of talking to me about the subject he brings up baseball stats and starts texting me.
āWhat would you do if your wife cheated on you? Jess has been having an affair, for over 2 yearsā
Realizing what heās doing I start talking about the teamās short stop and wait for the next message.
āThe bitch made me starve myself for years, just to make me a cuck. The only reason weāre on that stupid diet and going to the gym is because Jessicas fling wanted her skinny enough to pick up and pin to a wallā Swinger or not, I feel bad for any person whoās being cheated on.
Fast forward through the bulk of his texts, apparently he suspected Jessica of cheating, so Rodger installed security cameras without telling her. Then later that week he had proof, her co-worker Petter ācame by to drop off some thingsā immediately after Rodger left for work, stayed for about 40 mins then left clothes all messed up. When Rodger got home he found used condoms in the trash and dirty lingerie in the hamper. That was roughly last September, in November he confronted her about āthinkingā she was cheating, he explained that he wouldnāt ask if she was, but if she was and broke it off, they could do therapy to fix their relationship, basically giving her an out. However he got very depressed and the relationship just kinda fizzled out, keep in mind he was actively telling me this in January.
Apparently that morning Rodger had taken their kids out of school to go to the hospital for a paternity test. (Yes both kids are his, but that act of pulling them out of school caused additional drama) I did what I could to comfort him, asked what I could do to help. He typed he had everything under control but if he did eventually file for a divorce he asked I talk to his lawyer about him getting custody. I said yes and he told me heād give me more info on Monday.
After that I had to go, my wife and I said our goodbyes then went back up our car. Lola immediately told me Jessicaās side of the story, because yeah we donāt keep secrets at all. Apparently Jessica wanted to be swingers like us. Lolaās stories inspired Jessica to ask Rodger he said no.
Rodger is apparently very Vanilla āmissionary only and only for reproductionā kinda guy. And that was ultimately what caused Jessica to cheat with Petter, who did not love her back just liked having a regular FWB.
We both talk about them while driving home and I showed Lola all the texts from Rodger. Which ultimately caused us to fight. Lola got mad at me for saying Rodger was a Victim because Jessica cheated, she forced him to go on a crazy diet and join a costly gym just to further her affair, and that he is justified in demanding a paternity test for their two kids. Additionally if he want to file for divorce thatās understandable but Lola felt Jessica was the Victim (or about to be one) because Rodger went behind her back to conduct the paternity test and his due to depression eventually making it their sex life non-existent, if he wants to try and rebuild their relationship he needs to follow through with the āadult timeā. And she says that regardless of the reason behind it the diet did get them in better shape, a the ends justifies the means kinda thing.
Eventually Lola told Jessica that Rodger was thinking about it and that caused a big fight at their house, Rodger left and stayed at his parents house for the weekend. Monday came and went and he didnāt tell me anything so I assumed they tried to repair things.
That following Thursday, Rodger served her divorce papers while she was at work. And he had told Jessica boss about affairs mentioning he had videos proving it (multiple, all 3 months worth of Petter visiting prior to him confronting her, and one dated afterward when she āstoppedā seeing him ) Peter and Jessica were both fired shortly after as part of a breach in contract due to inner office relations.
Lola keeps saying I need to help Jessica, since sheās a single mom of two and is about to be homeless and unemployed, apparently since the divorce Jessicaās entire family found out the full details (to include that weāre swingers and have distance themselves from all of us, itās a small community so the gossip spread around) and no one is helping Jessica except my wife.
It is now May and they have fully divorced. Rodger is finally talking to me again, for a while he assumed weād played with his wife which I explained no we havenāt. We brought it up once long before they were dating but decided sheās too much of a friend that sheās almost family and itād be weird. He now has partial custody and although he lost most his things in the divorce, they agreed to sell their house although sheāll get the higher percentage. I took Rodger to find an affordable 3 bedroom for when he has the kids.
My wife says Iām being sexist only helping the guy because Iām a guy. However I feel he is a complete victim here. Regardless what a judge says, his wife cheated and ruined their family. Iām unsure if he went too far by serving her papers at work, he definitely shouldāve told her boss about who the other man was but yeah overall I think heās the victim.

That was roughly last September, in November he confronted her about āthinkingā she was cheating, he explained that he wouldnāt ask if she was, but if she was and broke it off, they could do therapy to fix their relationship, basically giving her an out. However he got very depressed and the relationship just kinda fizzled out, keep in mind he was actively telling me this in January.
Apparently that morning Rodger had taken their kids out of school to go to the hospital for a paternity test. (Yes both kids are his, but that act of pulling them out of school caused additional drama) I did what I could to comfort him, asked what I could do to help. He typed he had everything under control but if he did eventually file for a divorce he asked I talk to his lawyer about him getting custody. I said yes and he told me heād give me more info on Monday.
After that I had to go, my wife and I said our goodbyes then went back up our car. Lola immediately told me Jessicaās side of the story, because yeah we donāt keep secrets at all. Apparently Jessica wanted to be swingers like us. Lolaās stories inspired Jessica to ask Rodger he said no.
Rodger is apparently very Vanilla āmissionary only and only for reproductionā kinda guy. And that was ultimately what caused Jessica to cheat with Petter, who did not love her back just liked having a regular FWB.
We both talk about them while driving home and I showed Lola all the texts from Rodger. Which ultimately caused us to fight. Lola got mad at me for saying Rodger was a Victim because Jessica cheated, she forced him to go on a crazy diet and join a costly gym just to further her affair, and that he is justified in demanding a paternity test for their two kids. Additionally if he want to file for divorce thatās understandable but Lola felt Jessica was the Victim (or about to be one) because Rodger went behind her back to conduct the paternity test and his due to depression eventually making it their sex life non-existent, if he wants to try and rebuild their relationship he needs to follow through with the āadult timeā. And she says that regardless of the reason behind it the diet did get them in better shape, a the ends justifies the means kinda thing.
Eventually Lola told Jessica that Rodger was thinking about it and that caused a big fight at their house, Rodger left and stayed at his parents house for the weekend. Monday came and went and he didnāt tell me anything so I assumed they tried to repair things.
That following Thursday, Rodger served her divorce papers while she was at work. And he had told Jessica boss about affairs mentioning he had videos proving it (multiple, all 3 months worth of Petter visiting prior to him confronting her, and one dated afterward when she āstoppedā seeing him ) Peter and Jessica were both fired shortly after as part of a breach in contract due to inner office relations.
Lola keeps saying I need to help Jessica, since sheās a single mom of two and is about to be homeless and unemployed, apparently since the divorce Jessicaās entire family found out the full details (to include that weāre swingers and have distance themselves from all of us, itās a small community so the gossip spread around) and no one is helping Jessica except my wife.
It is now May and they have fully divorced. Rodger is finally talking to me again, for a while he assumed weād played with his wife which I explained no we havenāt. We brought it up once long before they were dating but decided sheās too much of a friend that sheās almost family and itād be weird. He now has partial custody and although he lost most his things in the divorce, they agreed to sell their house although sheāll get the higher percentage. I took Rodger to find an affordable 3 bedroom for when he has the kids.
My wife says Iām being sexist only helping the guy because Iām a guy. However I feel he is a complete victim here. Regardless what a judge says, his wife cheated and ruined their family. Iām unsure if he went too far by serving her papers at work, he definitely shouldāve told her boss about who the other man was but yeah overall I think heās the victim.

I likely won't put this together fully until i have more footage/audio. 99% of the clips I have access to are from tiktok with text plastered all over, and all the footage I have is in 360p. So it definitely won't be an ideal way to view it. This is intended to be consumed as supplementary material to enjoy the musical and is being put together for archival purposes. The colors in the sheet represent the sources i gathered the clips from. I have went through what I believe to be all the available clips online. I still need to sort through several curtain call clips + audio i found last minute. I also need to compile together listings people have made regarding selling/trading clips and see if anyone is up to kindly give clips of portions that im at the very least missing. I have access to 2 semi-complete scripts made by other fans to track what is missing from the clips i've found, but i'm taking caution in guessing what is missing so basically im overestimating what I'm missing. The musical itself is a really well made adaption, and although I don't personally enjoy how the london adaptation went I believe its still worth putting together to make an archival of. My mom acts as if itās a problem that Iām getting older. She gets mad cause Iām not at the house as much as I used to be. Sheās mad that Iāve been at my bf house for a week his car is down Iāve been giving him rides. She complains that I havenāt taken her where she needs to go but she hasnāt asked me to take her anywhere. She is so quick to sayā Iām not doing anything for herā or helping her but I DO,but the second she gets upset itās back to me ānot doing shit for herā. She waits until I leave the house and then will send me these paragraphs about how Iām not helping and just complaining. But when Iām home and I see her she doesnāt say anything itās only when I fucking leave ! When I was younger I asked to go to my friends cheer competition.. she told me yes. I recently started up a contracting/handyman business. A couple of weeks ago I received a text asking me if I did exterior painting. After informing him that I did, I got the address to do a free estimate. The location looked like it was vacant, and definitely in need of paint. Long story short, I submitted a bid, he accepted, and offered to send me a check for 30 percent down, and the rest when the job was completed. I became suspicious when he wanted me to email him the contract to sign. Plus, his number had an unusual area code, and the name he used in the email didn't match anybody listed as owners of the property. I checked on the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) for any info regarding scams against contractors, but they only had warning for customers regarding scams contractors might attempt. Luckily, an online search for "scam painter contractor" revealed posts from contractors getting scammed. I decided to play along with the guy and his scam was to send me the down payment, along with money to pay the carpenter that would be doing work on the house I was to paint. He told me to pay the carpenter as soon as the check clears with my bank. I received the check yesterday and notified the sheriffs department. They are sending me a form to fill out which will, at best, provide the government with statistical data regarding these types of crimes. There is zero hope that they will actually catch the guy. I wanted to think up a clever way to mess with the guy. Like to tell him I lost the check and send me another one, but I ended up just telling him to f*** off when he called me at a bad time. Anyway, I hope this post helps prevent someone else from falling for this type of scam. Cheers

Hello there
Iām just really looking for any experience similar to mine, in 2019 I was awarded standard daily living and standard mobility with a review due last May. Sent the AR1 back in June 23, with all changes at that time listed - all received by DWP.
Between then and end of march this year things changed quite drastically so I decided to type up a letter to DWP and send it in with what has changed. The very same day I sent it, I got my assessment appointment through for end of April.
Got through that, explained everything as well as possible and also explained that the now 10 month old AR1 was only relevant for some of the issues, so went through the new too. Assessment report is fine, no issues and shows a recommended move up to Enhanced DL and Mobility, which I half expected. The only thing I would say is the short review date of 1.5 years, but isnāt that extended to 2.5 award end date, thatās just when the review period starts?
Text message from DWP says
āAbout your PIP review. The health professional has sent us their report. We will make a decision on your PIP, but it may take 6 weeks before you hear from us. You will continue to get PIP while your award is being reviewed. You only need to contact us if your circumstances change.ā
But now how long do we REALLY wait, does anything get backdated (not too worried about that as the timeline for degenerative illness is so varied) lack of patience is possibly one of my worst traits, Iām doing all I can to stop sitting stewing over it but Iām also a natural born worrier! I understand the delays are huge, but any insight would be incredibly helpful and appreciated!

Iām just really looking for any experience similar to mine, in 2019 I was awarded standard daily living and standard mobility with a review due last May. Sent the AR1 back in June 23, with all changes at that time listed - all received by DWP.
Between then and end of march this year things changed quite drastically so I decided to type up a letter to DWP and send it in with what has changed. The very same day I sent it, I got my assessment appointment through for end of April.
Got through that, explained everything as well as possible and also explained that the now 10 month old AR1 was only relevant for some of the issues, so went through the new too. Assessment report is fine, no issues and shows a recommended move up to Enhanced DL and Mobility, which I half expected. The only thing I would say is the short review date of 1.5 years, but isnāt that extended to 2.5 award end date, thatās just when the review period starts?

āAbout your PIP review. The health professional has sent us their report. We will make a decision on your PIP, but it may take 6 weeks before you hear from us. You will continue to get PIP while your award is being reviewed. You only need to contact us if your circumstances change.ā
But now how long do we REALLY wait, does anything get backdated (not too worried about that as the timeline for degenerative illness is so varied) lack of patience is possibly one of my worst traits, Iām doing all I can to stop sitting stewing over it but Iām also a natural born worrier! I understand the delays are huge, but any insight would be incredibly helpful and appreciated!

I just had a random thought this morning that made me giggle. For review, three years ago I busted my wife of nine years having an affair. When I did she just left and moved in with the AP with no explanation leaving behind her kids and her stepdad who was recovering from heart surgery.
A few weeks after she left she was one town over cleaning out her stepdad's former residence because he could no longer live on his own. I knew the AP was with her because it came up in conversation with her stepdad. This is an old story some of my friends told me (29F) I should share here.. so here I am. Sorry for the long text, but there's a lot to unfold.
This started a few years ago, after I got ghosted by my ex, I decided to switch careers and took the proposal of my brother to work for one of his friend in an organic grocery store in my area. I was 22ish at the time, maybe 21 turning 22, but anyways.
I started working in the fruits and vegetables aisle. Despite having a crazy director, I liked my job and my department manager. After a few months, I got the title of "third key" which is basically I'm the assistant manager when the assistant is gone. Then, they decided to hire a new customer service manager that I will call Linda. That woman was CRAZY. While I was 23 at the time, she was only 20 acting like she owned the world.
To give you an idea, in the span of 8 months being here, she got 11 employees fired for stupid reasons and since our director at the time was just as crazy... it was easier for her to get her way. Also, when I say stupid reasons, I'll give you a few examples: Benji got fired because he was "talking too loud" in the break room and it was disturbing her peace and supposedly making her harder to rest to come back fully ready to finish her shift. Marie got fired because she HAD to take off work to go to a relative's funeral and couldn't give her 2 weeks notice. Rose got fired because she was getting "too old to do her job properly and it was ruining the pace of the team's work" (which is bs, I've never seen someone cut veggies and fruits as fast as her). And I could go on. Yes, some of them could've been able to be protested against and even file a complaint against her. Mind you, outside of Rose, everybody was too young to just wanting to fight for a grocery store job. Even Rose just decided to take her retirement earlier and fucked off the work world lol.
Anyways, she took it too far when she tried to mess with me. To give you the context, we had a huge special on lemons and sometimes, those fruits can get rotten and you don't notice it because there's no smell. The only way you'd know is by going through the several small boxes of like 10ish lemons and look at them all one by one. Which I did regularly, but hey, I'm not a robot, sometimes some of them slipped out of my eyes. I was leaving the backstore with more boxes when I saw Linda with a customer that seemed more than pissed. So I go see both of them because mind you.. she has a LEMON box and I work in the fruits department. So it's kind of my job to help IF I CAN. That's when I asked her "Hey Linda, do you need help with the lemons?" And right away she told me "Fuck off, I don't need your help, I already spoke to your manager. Go do your job for once." My face was literally like this š³ as I went to my department. Even the pissed customer did a bombastic side eyes.
A few minutes later, I go back to the backstore to fulfill the missing products and my manager pulls me aside. "Hey OP, stay out of Linda's business. I can't protect you all the time for talking back." I stopped him right away asking what does he means cause as soon as she told me to fuck off, I did fuck off. He looked at me surprised and said he'd come back to me with it, but only tomorrow because he's finishing his shift and for some personal reason, he can't stay longer to solve the issue. Since Linda was the manager on guard that night, he told me to stay in the back as much as possible to stay in her good graces. That's what I did.
One hour after my manager left, I heard my name being called in the front office (shared by the customer service manager and director). Big wtf. I go in the front and all of my colleagues are looking at me like I'm a prisoner going to their death sentence. Mind you, I know my laws and my rights. I might be young, but as soon as I got called, I started reciting in my head the main laws and rights she has to respect. I open the door's office and Linda is FUMING. And she is alone. She asks me to close the door and I tell her "No, it is my right to have someone in the room with us for this talk. I am not comfortable being alone with you." She starts freaking out and starts to speak louder, on the verge of screaming. "Linda. This room is recorded 24/7 and the customers can hear you talking to me like that. Lower your tone and find a witness to be in the room or I'll go back to work." She stands up to look outside the office and sees that indeed, there's a line in front of the cash looking to the office's direction. She takes a few deep breaths and calls Gabrielle who takes care of the finances of the store so she can be a witness. From the moment Gab got into the room, she seemed like she wanted to get away, so do I.
Gab took a seat in the back and Linda starts her whole speech. I'll be paraphrasing cause the meeting took almost an hour.
L: You know why I brought you here, right? OP: Not really, I've been in the backstore minding my business. Why? L: Well you disrespected my authority in front of a customer and that's a big no no for the company. OP: For the company or for you? L: OP, this is not the topic. You shouldn't be disrespecting authority in front of customers. It makes the managers look bad. OP: I was honestly just trying to help because you had a box of products from my department. I just wanted to help because the customer looked pissed and I didn't want him to ruin your fragile mood. L: My fragile mood?! Are you fucking serious?! OP: Linda, we are being recorded and we have a witness. I'm asking you to stay polite and not scream or I will file a complaint against you. L: Are threatening me??? OP: No, I am stating my rights and making you aware of where your attitude will lead you. I won't accept being talked like that by someone that ain't even my manager. L: Okay OP, let me remind you where your position stands in this business.
That bitch started to draw a triangle, put her name at the tippidy top and mine at the bottom. I didn't even let her finish what she had to say, I stormed off the office, went into the employees lockers, took my stuff and headed out. Linda ran after me, yelling like a psycho "YOU CAN'T LEAVE LIKE THAT! YOU'RE STILL SCHEDULED FOR THE CLOSE!" I stopped on my steps, making Linda almost run into me and said with the most blank expression I could have "Linda, you crossed a line and since you're so good at your job, close my department for me. I will be filing a complaint against you." And left the work place.
Next morning, I came to work as usual and had to see my manager and the director. I explained them the whole situation and showed the papers I was about to send to file a complaint against Linda. Also, this dumb bitch didn't even throw her pyramid in the trash. It was still on display when the director came in to work and asked me what it was. I asked her to look at the cameras, put the sound on and listen to the whole meeting. We watched it to my director's horror and who came in to work in the middle of our screening time? Linda! She came into the office and Linda being a poc turned white as a ghost. I've never seen her being so so pale. "W-what are you doing?" The director asked Linda to sit down and we watched again the video. Mind you, it took us one full hour to watch because she was in a never ending power trip. She used to be smart when she was bullying and making stories about past employees, doing it far from the cameras and usually using the other office that doesn't have cameras or a microphone, but she wasn't with me. I guess she got comfortable or whatever, but check mate on her ass.
My director said I could go back to work with my manager, that she would take care of the rest. Two weeks later, Linda still had her job, but our director resigned from her job right away. Which was hella weird, but whatever. We got a new director, she was a total sweet heart and she noticed Linda's crazy power trips right away. She decided to launch an intern investigation, but sadly, all the employees Linda bullied were fired. There was only me and my little complaint waiting to be served. When Nancy, our new director, came to me asking if I knew anything about Linda. I gave her the file, the time stamps of the video tape, all the employees she fired for stupid reasons with the old director and also phone numbers of those employees.
Flash forward 2 weeks later, Linda left work earlier, balling her eyes out yelling how Nancy was a bitch and didn't deserve her job. How she always came in earlier, put in the work and yadi yada. Nancy waited a few more days before asking me to come into the office and again, I'll be paraphrasing because a lot have been said.
N: HI OP, don't worry, you're not in any trouble. I just saw your CV and noticed you've had a lot of experience in customer service. OP: Yes, I used to be a cashier for almost 5 years, it was my first job. Why? N: I've seen your file, your CV and how you managed the conversation with Linda. We are actually looking for a new customer service manager since Linda have been let go. OP: What about my actual position? N: It's easier to find a fruits and vegetables commis than it is to find a competent service manager.. as you experienced.
I ended up accepting the position and all my co-workers cheered for my raise. I don't want to brag, but I've always been the one to defend everybody in the place, making sure I'll keep my job in the process and following the laws and rights. A few months later, Linda came back to the store as a customer and the look she had on her face when she saw me at the cash with the manager uniform was priceless. It was even more priceless when she asked me when I got the promotion and I told her the exact date, which matched her departure. "So you got my position when I left?" I just nodded and asked if I could do anything more to help have a better experience in the store. She didn't answer to that and just left after paying her things.
To this day, it's still one of my favorite moments to have been through. I'm not a petty person, but if I can ruin you in the process of me trying to defend my people, I'll be more than happy to do so. Last I've heard of Linda, she was working for the competitor, but never had any promotions.

I think this is the first time i will ever Talk of this on a "public way" and i dont know if its going to help me or not but here it goes:
Basically i play games on mobile and i met a Girl around a year ago playing that Game. She was crying because she was having a hard time and basically i tried to cheer her up. Since that day we texted everyday and i did videocalls and sleepcalls with her because she had nightmares and bad thoughts most the days and she Also had bpd plus their previous partners treated her so bad so i tried my best to make her Happy i even bought hera lot of gifts . after something like 3 months (by june of last year) she told me that she loved me and well we started being partners . I am from Spain and she was from Italy so It was a Distance relationship but we managed to see eachother. It took a while because the first time we Saw eachother was on december at a gaming event we saw and since that day we started seeing eachother every two weeks and she met my family too. Everything seemed so nice but some days after valentines day i went to Italy with her and on that days and some days before me coming she was weird and basically after i was there and i gave her a dress as valentines gift (yeah some days after because before i couldnt) i went back monday at Spain and 2 days after she broke Up with me saying that she wasnt feeling the romantic side and that she had a long way to recover. I got depression and anxiety over that and after 2 weeks my great-grandmother Also died. When we broke Up she told me we could be Friends and keep talking but she ignored me and after i talked with her again she told me that she didnt want to keep talking with me so i could move on and that she met another person and well .... I thought that if she took like 3 months to start going out with me and then after breaking Up with me on 2 weeks she is already with another person something was wrong. I decided to Talk with her again and well i messaged her a lot because i was feeling so bad but i basically was toxic and she ended Up blocking me.
After a month of all of this i decided to message my ex and tell her that i was sorry about being toxic and that i was moving on to be honest i wanted to be her friend but she just blocked me. Before you jump and say anything yeah i know about things like "I need to let her go" or "you need to move on" but its just that it hurts to love someone to that point and give everything just so it finishes that way.
After all of this happened i started going gym and watching anime shows etc... As i found it really helped me to deal with emotions. I Also tried to make new friends and even tried to meet a nice girl for a relationship (for me LDR are not a problem as im willing to put the effort if i see that person really makes me happy) but i didnt have much luck with that as for both things i got either insulted , ignored or asked for money which are things that shows me the lack of interest of those persons towards me.

Based on your experiences and wisdom internet strangers, how should I approach this because I have feelings for her? Should I tell her, or back off?
TL;DR is that I think I might be getting hints and clues that this girl I know may have feelings for me, but graduation is in a few weeks, and the parting of ways is inevitable.
There is this girl who I have recently, in the past year and a half or so, gotten to know well. I live in a town across the valley from hers, and we are both 18, being seniors in separate high schools. We have been texting each other for what almost felt like daily or multiple times a week well since the beginning of the summer before our senior year, and have not lost any momentum. I donāt always initiate conversation, as she likes to spark conversations through texting, whether itās the most recent adventure, anecdote, or cake she baked, Iām not talking to a wall. We also talk in person whenever we can. When we see each other at weekly church meetings, she always tries to sit next to me, or does so when she can, and since I tried out track this year, each meet our schools are both at, we both without asking each other, watch each others events and cheer each other on, and we talk just about anything and everything. I think her parents and family like me pretty well, and I have a good relationship with them, and my family adores her. The problem is where I think I stand with her.
That problem is exemplified by the fact that our graduations our quickly creeping up on us, and weāre going to be parting ways as Iām moving to a bordering state in the middle of the summer, and not too long after will be serving a 2 year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints all the way down in Mexico in late August. However, Iād be surprised to be āDear Johnādā as she is also going to serve a mission for our church before going to university, and is waiting to have her finished papers submitted. The timing would be perfect, as by the time she gets done with her mission, Iād be back home from mine oddly enough. We are also thinking about different universities which we both got accepted to, for me, USU and BYU Provo, for her BYU-I. The nice thing about the mission is that itās like a 2 year gap-year, so if anything were to happen and be set into motion, we could try to go to the same school after. But Iām wondering if the fact that we are thinking about different schools and that Iām moving will make her fret if she does feel anything for me.
Some final preface is that weāve been to homecoming together our junior year and thatās when our relationship kind of started. I also asked her to my senior prom in a fun, personal way for her, and she wasnāt weird about it, and was genuinely excited for it, saying yes, and that she was suspecting that I would ask her. When we took pictures with everyone, the photographer who was a mom asked our group to walk towards her for some cool shots, and for the couples to hold hands while doing so. Me being unsure and shy, didnāt grab her hand, but she sure grabbed mine and totally locked fingers with me (Mormon first base lol). At the dance, we slow danced to every song we could, when she wanted to, and I tried my best to match her energy the whole time (as a person who canāt dance, and is kind of introverted in stark comparison to her extroverted extreme nature). I later learned from my mom from her mom that she noticed and made mention of that, how I matched her energy intentionally. Afterwards, when it was time to go home and drop her off, I walked her to the door and she gave me what I can only describe in my mind as an intimate hug, which has happened between us before as well.
Iām leaning on the edge of her liking me back (rare glass half full view for me personally) because of a bunch of specific instances that blur the line of friendship between us, making it feel like we are more than just friends, and Iāll share a few key ones: (Sorry for making it look like a police report, thatās just the way my mind operates)
Exhibit A: On prom, I told her about the fact that I was moving in the middle of the summer because I needed to tell her in person, and it needed to come from me (weird time to tell someone that), but if I didnāt, she wouldāve found out otherwise through town and church gossip. I was met with an immediate sad response, but that was quickly washed away and we had fun at the dance. Whatās interesting is what she texted me after the fact: āWhat if we never see each other againā¦Sorry this is just crazy I'm going crazy I hate change and not sleeping so guna go to bed before this becomes a what if I die moments.ā
Exhibit B: There are instances where I think she is trying to flirt with me, one of them being a response to me saying that Iām going to be somewhere where she thinks sheās going. The response in question was āIām going now for sure [winky emoji, laughing emoji]ā
Exhibit C: I have received 3 hugs from her that have stuck with me, and weāre all pretty intimate. Once after I gave her a meaningful gift after one of her favorite livestock she was taking care of died, which was pure luck and chance as I got a hat for her with a gag signature from my uncle called āthe pig whispererā which I was planning to give to her not as a cheering up gift, because I didnāt know her animal died. And once after I got my mission call, and once after dropping her off back at her house after Prom as mentioned before.
I donāt want to ruin our relationship because I value her a lot as a friend, but I think Iām seeing something more, and I donāt want to regret not doing anything.

TL;DR is that I think I might be getting hints and clues that this girl I know may have feelings for me, but graduation is in a few weeks, and the parting of ways is inevitable.
There is this girl who I have recently, in the past year and a half or so, gotten to know well. I live in a town across the valley from hers, and we are both 18, being seniors in separate high schools. We have been texting each other for what almost felt like daily or multiple times a week well since the beginning of the summer before our senior year, and have not lost any momentum. I donāt always initiate conversation, as she likes to spark conversations through texting, whether itās the most recent adventure, anecdote, or cake she baked, Iām not talking to a wall. We also talk in person whenever we can. When we see each other at weekly church meetings, she always tries to sit next to me, or does so when she can, and since I tried out track this year, each meet our schools are both at, we both without asking each other, watch each others events and cheer each other on, and we talk just about anything and everything. I think her parents and family like me pretty well, and I have a good relationship with them, and my family adores her. The problem is where I think I stand with her.
That problem is exemplified by the fact that our graduations our quickly creeping up on us, and weāre going to be parting ways as Iām moving to a bordering state in the middle of the summer, and not too long after will be serving a 2 year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints all the way down in Mexico in late August. However, Iād be surprised to be āDear Johnādā as she is also going to serve a mission for our church before going to university, and is waiting to have her finished papers submitted. The timing would be perfect, as by the time she gets done with her mission, Iād be back home from mine oddly enough. We are also thinking about different universities which we both got accepted to, for me, USU and BYU Provo, for her BYU-I. The nice thing about the mission is that itās like a 2 year gap-year, so if anything were to happen and be set into motion, we could try to go to the same school after. But Iām wondering if the fact that we are thinking about different schools and that Iām moving will make her fret if she does feel anything for me.
Some final preface is that weāve been to homecoming together our junior year and thatās when our relationship kind of started. So weāre both 25, been broken up for almost 4 months now.
I broke things off amidst a night she lied to me and went to see her ex. Really bad, no regrets.
She has consistently lied about our relationship since the split. My childhood best friend, basically my brotherā¦ has started dating her cousin, who has told him not to speak with me. Heās obliged and Iām heartbroken losing my best friend so easily.
Recently I bumped into my ex pwBPD at a store. It was actually a sweet conversation. I texted her after that it was really nice to catch up. Huge mistake ! lol
Sheās twisted it into me begging for her back. When i met her in person, she said she wanted to get lunch, that she missed me, and that she was sorry. But never even responded to my text after.
We didnāt date for a long time, we barely knew each other looking back, but somehow this is the most toxic breakup iāve ever experienced. She has even texted some of my guy friends that she met through me to hangout. I think she wants to hook up with them to cause me maximum damage.
I canāt believe these tactics keep going on. I am stuck between blocking her (which i had done til we bumped into each other) or reaching out to tell her to stop with these lies.
Sheās also been public with our sex life which has made me feel extremely violated.
Iām unsure what to do. Iām personally healed from the breakup, never want anything to do with her again. But iām sick of this destruction.
I guess i just have to block again and hope she gets bored talking about me. Though it doesnāt feel like she will anytime soon.

I had a crush on a girl and we messaged a lot (almost 5000 msgs per day, she is not in the same country as i am but we know each other) and after a few days i felt like she was going to ask me out and in the next day she asked me out. and during that period we talked a lot more than we usually do and we shared our memories and everything. and one day i felt something was off and i texted her ASAP as i thought she was taken to the hospital. and again after some time the same thing happened to me and i called her ASAP she was crying because of a family problem. i did my best to cheer her up after some time everything was fine and suddenly i got a feeling that im gonna lose her on the same day someone had texted her. she tried to hide it but i knew it so she admitted it but she said there's nothing between them, so i was like okay and everything was fine for sometime, and again i started to get an uneasy feeling and i tried to contact her but she was in a call, and i tried to contact her again after an hour or so, and i tried again she was still on a call but after almost like 4 hours she texted me saying he was talking to her i felt like its over but she still said theres nothing to worry, after that day everyday i felt like somethings bad and everytime i tried to contact her, she was on a call. i asked her and she said no. and for somedays later she said we can be friends because we are not close to each other and in the end we will hurt each other. i was like fine and we ddnt stop texting we msged a lot and yesterday i felt it again but this time i couldnt bear it, it was the most uneasy feeling i got to date. i asked her and she said that he asked her out and she said yes and uhhh thats it ig and i do feel when theres a paper to be given for us to face. thanks for reading this.
