Then we get Hillary sitting in her debate chair; this battle committing so hard to a location both rappers are present in is pretty unique.
"I've been in this game too long; I'm a public servant! Have been since I met MLK in person!" Serviceable opening on paper, but the guest actor, Kimmy Gatewood, makes it stick out with her performance. Love the intensity of her voice and facial expressions. "I'm a woman of the people; that's for certain. You're a man of the people who don't like turbans!" This is a great line, very accurate, and I love the look on Hillary's face. "I was living in the West Wing while you were professional wrestling. Got skin like Russian dressing from too much Russian investing!" Good lines, in particular I really dig the Russian dressing/Russian investing parallel. No doubt intended as such. "They want a strong male leader who can stand up to China! Not a crooked, little, wishy-washy bleeding heart vagina!" Trump is against programs that help the impoverished and hates Muslims. "Then I'll use all the best rocks from the site to build a wall, dip it in gold and make Mexico pay for it all!" For the last eight years this country's been run by- (CAW!)" The point of this line is that Trump is a giant racist. I like the touch that the crowd is cheering wildly for Trump while Hillary looks disturbed in the background.
Then Lincoln comes soaring in on an eagle, as he did in Obama v. Romney. "Are you fucking kidding me with this blah blah blah? I've half a mind to feed you both to my oversized - (CAW!)" The use of 'CAW!' as a censor is amusing. "I've heard more thoughtful discussion up in TMZ! You two got brother blocking brother on their Facebook feed!" This isn't fun anymore, it's just real. "I'm so sick and tired of this ridiculous shit! If this is the best my party gets, then my party should quit!" The Republican Party is a nightmare and Lincoln would be ashamed of it today, is what is being said. "I'm sorry, did I say something that you found funny? Wipe that creepy-ass smile off your face and beat this dummy!" Clinton is a shitty politician who didn't take Trump seriously enough, and she comes across as cold and inhuman. And in case you somehow failed to pick up on it before, ERB makes clear here their endorsement for which candidate to vote for. "And if she does win the White House, be a man and hold the door. Don't get your fans stirred up in some sorta Twitter civil war!" Too real, especially after January 6th. "Here's an equal opportunity smack down in the sequel! That's of the people, by the people, for the people, eagle!" Some people have debated whether Lincoln slapped Trump twice in place of slapping Clinton at all because he's a gentleman and wouldn't hit a woman, or because ERB favors Clinton over Trump. Let's talk about bias. There's two camps of people I've seen in discussions about certain ERB battles, especially this one, and they both irk me. So let's address both of them.
First off: YES, ERB is biased against Trump. And are biased against Republicans generally, and much more sympathetic to the Democrats. They've made that completely obvious from the beginning. And you know what? That's totally fine! They're right to be biased against them! But for some reason, some people in the fanbase can't just admit that. For some reason, there's a lot of people in the fanbase who will bend over backwards trying to explain how it's actually totally unbiased(false) and they attack both sides equally(false) and people complaining are being salty(true). But if you think ERB is unbiased, then society has failed you, because you are a woeful media illiterate. They're screaming Vote for Hillary, Don't Let Trump Win! at you and somehow you haven't managed to decipher what they're saying. I hope for your sake you're, like, twelve years old if you actually think they're unbiased. Here's an important lesson for you to learn as you grow up: 'biased' does not equate to 'bad'! For example, you SHOULD be 'biased' against Hitler! If you look at someone like Hitler and compare him to someone like MLK and treat them as equally valid figures whose ideas are both worthy of consideration, then you're at best a useful idiot and at worst a Nazi apologist! Stop feeling like you have to defend ERB's honor by feverishly denying any claims of bias!
But even worse than those jokers are the fuckers who love to bitch about how ERB has gotten "too political" or "too woke" nowadays. NEWSFLASH, DUMBASS: the very FIRST battle was John Lennon vs Bill O'Reilly, and Bill O'Reilly literally says "Because I'm evil! Heart blacker than Don Cheadle!" Their very foundation as a series is shitting on Republicans! Anyway, I've got mixed feelings about this battle. The 'mixed' part of those feelings come from how heavy it is; I have to be in a certain mood to want to listen to this, and most times I see this pop up in my playlist I just skip on to the next one. It's uncomfortable. It's real. Maybe a little too real. But then again, maybe they were right to take it so seriously. It's still a great battle, even if it can be a little hard to come back to. The only big issue I have with it is that Lincoln coming in at the end is kind of a drag. It was funny the first time; this doesn't recapture the magic. He doesn't really have any great lines either. I tend to stop listening by the time he comes in. But besides that, this battle has an amazing instrumental track, great visuals, peak performances from both Lloid and Kimmy, and good, sometimes great, writing.

Maybe it was because his part was just so entertaining, even moreso than Hillary's. The only reason anybody votes for Lincoln is either because of the Last Word Effect or because they want to be centrists about it and not side with either candidate; even if you could argue he was the best part of Obama v. Romney, here his verse falls well short of both Clinton and Trump's. On the question of Clinton v. Trump... I can kind of see how someone might think Trump won on account of how hilarious he was, but a ton of his stuff just makes himself look bad, and if we're being honest I think Clinton had better burns and more substantive lines of attack. It seems like regardless of how many countries are involved in a war they will usually tend to form 2 sides/alliances. Even countries who are polar opposites in many ways often team up to "defeat the common enemy" - USSR and Britain/USA forming and alliance during WW2 is an example.
Of course, there is no shortage of chaotic wars with many factions with their own ambitions (Chinese Civil Wa2nd Sino-Japanese War, Russian Civil War, Yugoslav Independence War,...), but the reason I find it so difficult to "understand" and describe them is because of the over-confusion between overlapping motivations, goals, and intentions. What do they think about the main enemy? How do they interact with each other in common activities? When do they try to kill each other, when do they avoid it, and when do they cooperate? What do they think when both they and their enemies are fighting so many factions at the same time?

Bimba was persecuted by the American capitalist legal system yet again in 1963, when the so-called “Department of Justice” tried to deport him on grounds of sedition while un-naturalized, on the grounds that, since he was not yet a citizen when brought to trial in 1926 (he didnt become a citizen until 1927) the court argued he should be deported due to pro-Communist activism prior to his naturalization. Historians generally agree the targeting of Bimba to be deported to Soviet Lithuania was politically motivated revenge, in that the DOJ was upset that Bimba refused to testify against other communists in the political witch hunts of the House Un-American Activities Committee in 1957 earlier. Bimba appealed against the government until 1967, arguing to be allowed to stay in America, as he was politically committed to building socialism in the USA despite that he respected the USSR. Miraculously, in July of 1967, Attorney General Ramsey Clark dropped his case, viewing it as a form of political intimidation. Bimba later died in NYC on September 30th, 1982, at age 88. He left his mark on the movement for socialism in America, and made himself a hero for Lithuanian Americans and all diaspora Lithuanians. In conclusion, don’t be like reactionary Lithuanians. As the month began and Delhi LG pointed his finger at Swati Maliwal for irregularities in employee recruitment, it was only a matter of time that they would come for Arvind Kejriwal too. I anticipated that they will try to drive a wedge using Swati Maliwal to point finger at AK for the recruitments in exchange of cash. Alas, I was wrong.
However, when the news broke that she was assaulted by Arvind Kejriwal's PA, it was clear that BJP is making it filthy game. It's not for the first time that such things have been alleged by Delhi opposition/officials. In 2018, they tried to sabotage the functioning saying bureaucrats were manhandled. There was another case where a "party worker" woman tried to walk up the dais to meet the CM but on being stopped by his guards, claimed that she was sexually assaulted. Interestingly, she claimed this when the room was packed with other attendees. BJP as opposition did try to rake up the issue back then as well. (I am unable to find the link, maybe my keywords are not accurate)In politics and war, its a common strategy not to target the person at helm, rather the people around them. Fidle Castro employed this strategy(FC advised to snipe down the second in command of the camp instead of the camp leader), its depicted in movies too (Gangs of wasseypur-Definite and Faizal). Manish Sisodia the closest AAP member was arrested on unfound charges, and long ago AK's principal secretary too was charged with liquor smuggling:D
These attempts to malign an image by levying ridiculous charges makes me doubt Swati Maliwal's claim of being assaulted. Now, let me clear my stand that I am not downplaying victims of sexual assault per se, but this particular case at hand. Swati Maliwal is not a casual woman out for a stroll in the park when she was attacked. She was at the CM's residence. Mind you, she wasn't even "dragged 15 meters" in the middle of night either (though its good that she highlighted the issue of safety).
She knows what needs to be done incase of being assaulted:
make a video on her own phone. (ok, now one might claim that who would think of pulling out the phone to record one's assault) What about after the secretary went "out of the room after assaulting & tearing her clothes"? Why didn't she record herself & her bruises right after she sat comfortably on the couch.Why didn't she go straight to police station and then to hospital to get herself checked. Isn't she aware that these things needs to be done ASAP? She deals with such cases day in and day out she can't claim innocence. Three days delay..? Seriously! Her claim that she was dragged by her hair, falls flat after the release of CCTV footage by AAP of her being respectfully escorted out by Lady police.
She called the cops right? Cops should press release the call recordings and prove that she had been assaulted already by the time another bodyguard took the 50-sec clip.
One might attempt to vouch that AAP gave press statement that she was misbehaved with. Mind you, misbehaved & assault are entirely different thing. When there is a verbal spat, he might have gave her back in her own language & even that is misbehaving, not assault ("Ganje saale, naukri kha jaungi" were her words after all).
Why can't AAP release the complete footage if they are innocent? Why should they do it before hand? Let her make more statements, let her make more follies only then the real footage should be released. Most of her claims so far had been proven wrong by strategic release of footage, so this should be continued.It's time these "politically motivated assaults" are dealt strongly and AAP should remain strong on the face of such malafide charges. Truth will prevail & if Swati Maliwal is speaking the truth, then she should win this all cheers to her, but if not, she should be made an example to all those women who make others life hell through their false charges & she should be thrown back to the streets whence she came.

- The show REALLY focuses in on that line, it pops up on in at least one of the "previously on" cycles.
- The entire Vault-Tec strategy relies on this problem. They keep reiterating that time is their ally. It seems the entire idea is to wait out the post apocalypse in entirety, letting the surface dwellers pick through the remains until there's nothing left and they die/kill each other off. In the first episode, Hank announces that the surface would be ready for redevelopment in his grandchildren's lifetime. Normally that would just be overseer propaganda BS, but Hank is far more in the know than your average overseer, and seems well informed on the greater Vault-Tec plan. We know it has nothing to do with radiation, He has to know the surface dwellers are running on fumes when it comes to pre-war resources.
- It would explain why Hank nuked Shady Sands. A civilization with true industry would completely ruin the Vault-Tec plan of waiting till pre-war resources ran dry.

It's the year 1023, I just finished the Pax Chrysalia focus tree, and I just ... didn't have enough... It feels like the story just got real and it seems like it just ended abruptly.
Don't get me wrong, I loved the whole thing but just as I was truly into the characters Jachs and Alcippe and where they where going, everything seemingly came to a full stop just as the real war was about to start...
I started this playthrough wanting to conquer the whole world, and humiliating the Pony Princesses. I wanted to enslave the ponies and stop for nothing. But Jachs' story stole the spotlight, and I honestly had a change of heart, I became a bloody pony sympathizer.
When Equestria's compliance became high enough to start with the whole coronation storyline, I did everything I could to change the status quo. I met took that drink from that masked unicorn, I tried keeping the ponies' rights And most importantly I found Twilight in that cave. But, nothing ever came of it.. Seeing how you can promote Jachs and Alccipe to generals I was certain it implied an impending civil war but nope.
Is that truly the end? It feels as though nothing mattered at all.. like calling off the POW parade as per Octavia's request had no meaning at all in the end because of the failed assassination attempt.
Basically, did I fumble something in the story or did it really just end there? Feels like something is missing here. Thanks in advance

I wanted to have a civil discussion about the topic of Genocide in Gaza. My hypothesis is that there is no Genocide in Gaza. Here is my reasoning. I am open to civil discussion on the topic.
There are absolutely innocent civilians being killed in Gaza. There is no denying that fact, but Genocide is a high bar that goes beyond every war where innocent civilians are being killed in large numbers.
If we look at other genocides like 6M Jews in WW2, 1.5M Armenians in 1915-1922, and 900K Rwandans in 3 months in 1994, these are very clear Genocides where there was absolute intent on killing innocents to wipe out a people. The current numbers of killed innocent people (20K) vs Hamas in Gaza are 1-1 or 2-1 which far below any indication of a Genocide. Just according to numbers killed, Gaza looks more like an Urban War. Assad killed 400K Syrians including using chemical weapons and that does not even get called a Genocide. (I may be wrong)
You may say ok not by the killed civilians but Israel has destroyed 10s of thousands of civilian homes, hospitals and mosques and that may constitute a Genocide. I would say it could but if Hamas has used these homes, hospitals and mosques as platforms to fight Israel then they would be legitimate military targets under international law.
Don't get me wrong, I am sure International Law is broken by Israel in conducting this war. It is broken in every war but that is a low bar. Genocide claim is a high bar and I don't see it being met in this war by Israel. I don't see the intent to wipe out a people, I see an Urban War and that is not a Genocide.
