Yes, this took a long time.
No, I don't like the 'Face Cards and Photograph Shall Carry You To Victory' strategies. They make the game dull.
How I got the majority of my unlocks was this:
  • Load up with Anaglyph deck. Reload until I got $25 boss blind, Polychrome, Foil, or Coupon blind for first blind. Skip it.
  • Save up my coupons for the negative joker tag.
  • Get lots of jokers at once if possible.
This is actually inefficient. Goofing around later, I found I wanted to just win as many runs as possible. It's a lot faster to just win runs than to search for perfect ones like I did at the beginning.
The hardest jokers for me were Joker Stencil, Seeing Double, Flower Pot, Burnt Joker and The Family. This is because they are fairly special-use. Or, in the case of Burnt Joker, I tended to just go for High Card; High Card is a fairly high risk proposition on Gold Blind sometimes.

2024.05.21 06:00 BrotakuzaTube Question about Raspberry Planting and Floricanes

I bought some everbearing variety plants (Fall Gold, Heritage and Indian Summer) and planted them at the end of winter. At the time of purchase/planting, each had one bare floricane. Since then, leaves have formed, along with some primocanes finally coming up. I did notice that the floricane leaves looked weakly, some with severe yellowing while the primocanes looked relatively robust, especially on the Fall Gold....although the floricane has recovered a bit.
I say all that to say this... I also later bought an extra Indian Summer seedling whose floricane I accidentally snapped while planting in a separate pot. The floricane never produced any leaves, obviously, but this plant seems the healthiest of the bunch and is even outpacing the Heritage primocanes' growth-wise.
So my question is: Should I have pruned the floricanes of the other plants upon planting? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

2024.05.21 05:31 kevi959 Renown Tiers should award MILLIONS instead of thousands of Gold

Renown is such a terrible throw away system. But it could be a useful system and reenergize the incentive to do side quests and completionist content simply by cranking the tier rewards to be useful. Especially Tier 3-5 for each region, the rewards for gold should be in the millions. I personally don't think a 20-30 million gold award is inappropriate given master working costs. In fact, it might even be on the low end for the time commitment to complete tier 5. Hell 30 is a drop in the bucket if were going to be honest. There could be a larger pot for completing all 5 regions.
Side quests should also be a little juicier in rewards, possibly scaling with world tier to keep early/mid game gold balanced. I dont need a cache of blues and yellows. Just saying.
Renown and side quests feel like abandoned content. I can even maaaaybe see a world where Lilith statues being unlockable for decent gold is worthwhile, especially if the paragon and skill points remain permanently unlocked account wide.

2024.05.20 23:01 Hierophantc4 Good intermediate deck to build? Don't want a ten minutes turn (Synchron) or full helmet (Labyrinth)

I've been playing for a couple of days and I've largely crafted a fun deck that's climbing to Gold and seems set to hit Plat, and now I have a couple thousand gems and don't know where to go next.
I'm back after like a year and used to play a jank Red Eyes Dragon Link deck that special summoned 25 times a turn, but I'm not too interested in returning to that gameplay. I'm not interested in set 5 pass or Labyrinth because I have the usual number of chromosomes.
I tried Tearlament and Unchained in the ongoing festivals and liked both of them, so I suppose I'd enjoy a Control deck that plays a more resource-oriented game.
I've already crafted a lot of going second staples as well as the Pot cards, so if it uses any of those that'd be cool but isn't necessary at all.
Seen some hilarious shit on the climb, too. One game I bricked hard with a bunch of extenders and two Super Polymerizations going first against a Blue Eyes deck, I was tempted to quit, but it's Blue Eyes. Turn 2 I wiped their field with Mudragon, Turn 4 I wiped their field with Garura and they surrendered. Some guy at Gold III played Luster Dragon and Rush Recklessly. Funniest shit I've ever seen.
Had a hilarious nine-turn staring match because a Hero deck that couldn't out Chimeratech Overdragon in nine turns played three Swords of Revealing Light. I forgot the first one and went into Chimeratech, when they ran out I suicided Chimeratech into Sunrise's effect to bring Triple Tactics Talents online, get Hand Destruction, drew into two Super Poly and one Cyber Dragon and outed his whole field. I lost to deck out because I played Pot of Desires for no reason and I removed my one copy of Cyberload Fusion because I'd never needed it before.
I keep drawing Triple Tactics cards as bricks because the decks in Silver and upper Gold are so bad they don't interact.
Blue Eyes players ALWAYS have a Blue Eyes avatar, I'll probably get it myself as a form of psychological warfare.

2024.05.20 22:27 Rhuunin How big should the pot be?

Hi all,
I'm super nervous. I know a lot of redditors will come after me for not doing my research but for the life of me I cannot find comprehensive info about a few plant specie I'm trying to get my mom. I keep seeing the same advice for well draining soil, bright light, etc.
I'm ordering the following plants for my mom as a belated mother's day:
Sedum Golden Glow Peperomia Graveolens Sedum Burrito Graptosedum California sunset Haworthia cooperi "purple" and "variegated" Hoya carnosa "variegated" Greenovia "Pandora" Lithops Hallii Echeveria "Blue Prince" Echeveria "Neon Breaker" Sempervivum "Gold Nugget"
I'm ordering these guys as small little babies between 2 and 4 inches..half inch for the lithops.
I understand some of these guys like to be root bound but I want to make sure I'm rendering proper husbandry. I live in zone 4, so these guys are Indoor in a very dry climate. I'm using miracle gro cactus potting mix and bonsai supply micro mix as their drainage layer. Lithops are only using the bonsai mix.
I wanted to get 4" pots for everyone to start in and get acclimated out of shipping but...the pots I received ended up being around 3". I guess I can save them for props.
So now that I'm looking at pots again...I just want to be sure I'm getting the right thing so everyone will be happy. Should I just try to get 6" pots? I know lithops have big booties and need deeper pots, are there any other species here I'm overlooking? I'm especially worried about the hanging guys like the hoya, Burrito and peperomia because I know they'll get big.
Any advice you guys can give to someone who is looking to learn and to the right thing is really appreciated, thanks!

Forget the regular city vibes; Vancouver is a melting pot of flavors, a culinary carnival that beats anything else in North America. Join me on this personal quest to unravel why the combo of Asian influence, Pacific Northwest goodness, and chill dining vibes makes Vancouver the top pick for foodies.
Asian Culinary Delights: Tradition and Creativity Unleashed
Vancouver's streets resonate with the aromas of traditional Asian dishes, prepared with a touch of authenticity that transports you across borders. Picture slurping savory ramen in Chinatown or savoring hand-pulled noodles in a cozy corner of East Van. But what makes Vancouver's Asian food scene truly exceptional is its fusion of tradition with modern creativity.
In this city, innovation meets tradition on a plate. Take, for instance, squid ink brioche with sea urchin pâté – a daring yet harmonious blend of flavors that pushes the boundaries of culinary expectations. Vancouver's chefs are culinary artists, creating dishes that not only pay homage to traditional recipes but also elevate them into extraordinary, palate-pleasing experiences.
And let's not forget the matcha mochi croissants that have taken the city by storm. A fusion of Japanese mochi and French croissants, these delectable pastries are a testament to Vancouver's culinary diversity. Each bite is a dance of textures and tastes, showcasing the city's flair for seamlessly blending cultures and cuisines.
Pacific Northwest's Grocery List: Seafood Galore and More
Living next to the Pacific Ocean is like having a seafood aisle in your backyard. Fresh salmon, sweet Dungeness crab, and chubby spot prawns – Vancouver's seafood game is on point. And let's not forget the local veggies and meats, straight from the region's green landscapes. It's like nature’s way of saying, "Hey, enjoy the good stuff!"
Nature Vibes: Dining with a View
Vancouver's layout is like a dating app for food and nature; they're a match made in heaven. Whether you're brunching in a leafy neighborhood or devouring seafood with an ocean panorama, the city serves up an Instagrammable backdrop for every meal. Picture this: a patio, a breeze, and the scent of fir trees – eating out just got a whole lot cooler.
Neighborhood Chronicles: Culinary Adventures Off the Beaten Path
Downtown is cool, but venture out, and you'll hit foodie gold. Commercial Drive's eclectic spots or Richmond's legit Asian flavors – Vancouver's neighborhoods are like culinary treasure maps. Each area has its own flavor story, tempting you to be the food explorer you were born to be.
Conclusion
Vancouver isn't just a city with good food; it's a food fiesta waiting to happen. The Asian vibes, the Pacific Northwest's goodies, and the city's chill connection with nature make dining here a full-blown experience. 2024.05.20 07:40 SpendWise1855 This dream has been haunting me

I’m not a big believer in the paranormal or anything like that and I’ve never heard of anything like this but two nights ago I had woke from a strange dream and in this dream “baba yaga” was being repeated over and over to the point that I woke up mumbling it. I remember being in a very dark room and in the far corner was a person or something hunched over wearing a oversized hooded gown stirring a large black pot. Like one of them pot you’d see a leprechauns gold in. this person/it was not saying anything and their back was towards me but I had a strong feeling like it knew I was there and was waiting for me to approach or interact with them but It was like I was frozen in place ..baba yaga was being repeated over and over again but it was coming from and directions and sounded like a echo in a large cave… I have no idea what the dream meant and I can’t find anything related to my experience on the web besides some folklore of a witch or something like that but nothing to do with dreams and I have no idea how it fits into my experience or life and it’s been haunting me.. anyone else ever have a similar experience because everyone I tell this story too swears I’ve gone crazy for thinking it was anything more than just a dream but I remember everything too vividly for me to shake the feeling that it was something more..

2024.05.20 07:22 A13_Bionic VFC BCM MCMR GBBR or TM MTR16 GBBR

I’m looking for a new GBBR as my next main. I want a m4 based platform that is reliable, lightweight and unique in appearance. Budget and stock performance doesn’t matter as I plan to upgrade the inner barrel and hop anyway.
Here are the pros and cons of each based on what I found. Tell me if I missed any
MTR16
Ambidextrous controls
Longer (can install longer inner barrel for maximum accuracy)
Available in gold (this is a plus because I dig gold)
Better gas efficiency
Plenty of aftermarket
The inner barrel is notoriously hard to change (because of the barrel nut)
Recoil and trigger feels soggy
Questionable durability (I know ZET system supposed to be durable but it’s pot metal and I heard about nozzle spring and buffers breaking)
BCM MCMR 14.5
Full steel internal
Snappy recoil and good trigger
Slightly lighter
The barrel and hop up is easier to access in case of upgrade
Questionable QC (specifically occasional cases of hop up unadjusting itself)
Lack aftermarket support but VFC original part is readily accessible
Heard mixed report about gas efficiency (as high as 200 round per mag/as low as cannot clear one mag)

2024.05.20 05:02 emily_is_tired any good non fiction wartime books?

I’m most specifically looking for something about the reign of the Khmer Rouge under pol pot in Cambodia if anyone knows books about that.
I’ve previously read: Hal Gold’s Unit 731, Iris Chang’s the Rape of Nanking, Pellegrino’s To Hell and Back (Hiroshima), Svetlana Alexievich’s The Unwomanly Face Of War, and am also in the middle of Khatyn by Ales Adamovich
If you want tell I’m mostly interested in the more modern wars especially the parts that we don’t hear about as often because it’s not as widely taught. Any help would be appreciated, I know it’s kind of a weird and hard subject and not many people will have recommendations but anything is good.

2024.05.20 04:02 goBerserk_ Project Napoleon Chapter 5

First Previous Next
Mike marveled at the beauty of the inner city. He was familiar with Kael architecture and had even seen some up close at the university, but it was far grander here than on Earth, and it was far grander in person than in the videos and pictures he'd seen. The buildings were a hybrid of Gothic and expressionist architecture built with classical aesthetics.
Mosaics, statues, and murals were everywhere, but despite the grand buildings and beautiful decorations, Mike couldn’t keep his eyes off the ground. Even the streets are beautiful.
The ground he and Dreki walked was like a freshly cooled lava flow paved by slates of colored glass that softly glowed in the dimming light of the evening sun.
As they walked, Mike was woken from his trance by the scent of meat cooking.
Dreki smiled and said, “Smells good. You hungry?”
Mike nodded.
Dreki grinned and led Mike around the corner to a food cart. Mike salivated as the flames licked and sputtered at fat dripping from hunks of what looked like octopus turning on spits. The aroma of meat and spices was intoxicating. Dreki ordered them octopus skewers. As he handed Mike his skewer, Dreki said, “You’re never going to be able to eat earth octopus again.”
Mike chuckled. “I’ve never had it in the first place; I grew up in the mountains thousands of miles from the ocean.”
Dreki looked incredulous. “Did you not have rivers?”
Mike shrugged his shoulders, “Not with octopi.”
Dreki raised his free hand in exasperation. “Whatever. Either way, you’ll be disappointed by the rubbery trash humans call an octopus after eating this.”
Mike took a bite of the meat and groaned in pleasure. It tasted like a beefier version of bacon. Mike wolfed down his skewer in the blink of an eye and exclaimed, “That was fucking good!”
Dreki gave him a “Mhhhmh” with his still mouth full.
Dreki finished his food and led Mike off the main road onto a footpath flanked by wispy trees with dark blue leaves.
Eventually, the pair entered the back garden of a building that looked like a melted cathedral. Dreki led him through an open gate into a well-lit waiting room and held out his arm. “Hand me your bag; I’ll take it to your room. I’ll come get you after.”
Mike slipped his bag from his shoulders and handed it to Dreki. As the herculean Kael was leaving, he turned and said, “Try not to scream when they brand you; it’s an ill omen.”
Mike drummed his fingers on the armrests of the chair in the sea foam green waiting room, which was decorated with pictures of duels and exotic plants in white and blue ceramic pots. He was pretty sure that more than one of the photographs was of Dreki’s father.
Mike was anxious. Getting branded would suck, and getting an AR implant would involve someone sticking a drill through his skull. And without his gargantuan minder, Mike felt almost naked. He knew that he would probably be fine, but this was the home of the enemy. Without any weapons, he stood little chance against any Kael worth their salt in a fight.
Mike chided himself for the thought. Why does everything have to revolve around violence? Is there no world where you can just get along with them?
Mike frowned. No. I hate them. Despite his barely contained rage, Mike felt nauseous as blood-soaked memories bombarded his mind.
He doubted that he could kill again, even if it meant dying.
Dreki’s not so bad; maybe out here, more of them are like him than Ocidea.
Mike’s melancholy was interrupted when the tall door at the far end of the room opened. A short, for a Kaelman, nurse wearing pea green scrubs walked out, locked eyes with him, and shouted, “Mike Anderson!”
Mike followed the short Kael nurse into a cream-colored operating room. In the center an instrument table hovered next to an operating table. Besides the operating table stood a middle-aged Kael with tusks intricately inlaid with silver in triangular patterns. His white lab coat had Chief Surgeon Athocill emblazoned over the right breast pocket.
The Chief Surgeon stared off into space, engrossed in AR. The nurse who brought him in pointed to the operating table. Mike sat down.
A slender Kaelwoman in scrubs and a lab coat identifying her as the assistant surgeon walked in and started arranging the tools.
She glanced at Mike and said, “Take off your shirt.”
Mike pulled the black T-shirt he was wearing over his head and set it on the table next to him.
Without looking away from his work, the Chief Surgeon tossed Mike a leather strap and said, “Brand him.”
The short nurse pulled a heat stamp from its case and rolled the numbers to their correct positions. Mike put the leather strap in his mouth and grabbed onto the table.
Dreki’s warning rang through his head*.*
The Nurse carefully placed the print plate just below Mike’s collarbone and pushed it down. The heat stamp's coils flashed white. Mike bit down on the leather strap as hard as he could, and his knuckles popped as he gripped the edges of the operating table as hard as he could. Tendrils of smoke billowed off Mike’s chest as his flesh was seared, and the acrid smell of burnt hair and torched flesh wafted through the room.
Mike stifled a groan as the nurse peeled the superheated steel off his chest. The Nurse set the smoking stamp back in its case to cool and picked up a small jar of viscous blue fluid and a brush. The nurse opened the jar, dipped the brush in the blue goop, and painted it over Mike’s still-smoking burn. Mike jolted at the freezing touch of the brush. His ribs and abdomen rose and fell rapidly as he took short, shallow breaths as the freezing cold shocked his nervous system.
The nurse put the brush away and closed the jar. “Done”
Mike let the leather strap drop from his mouth and put on a straight face as he externally disguised the pain. Showing weakness was not an option, even if every fiber of his being commanded him to scream.
The assistant took hold of Mike’s arm and spoke. “Make a fist and squeeze.”
Mike did as she asked. It was a good distraction from the pain. His knuckles turned white, and the veins in his forearm bulged after a few seconds of pressure.
“You’ll feel a tiny pinch.”
The assistant jabbed the needle into the crook of his arm.
Mike’s head immediately felt heavy, and his whole body tingled. He tried to stay upright, to no avail. His vision grayed out as his head plopped onto the table with a thud.
The surgeon looked to his assistant and asked, “Is he out?”
“Yes.” She answered.
“Let us begin.”
The assistant used a small metal tool to pull Mike's right eyelid open. The chief surgeon plunged a gold needle into the depths of Mike’s right eye.
The surgeon carefully pulled the needle from the human’s eye and set the syringe back down on the floating instrument table.
“Targeting chip in place. Next stage.”
The nurse began rummaging around a drawer in the back of the room, and the chief surgeon plucked a gleaming silver drill from the instrument table.
The drill in the surgeon's hand whirred as he plunged it into Mike’s skull. After just a few seconds, the drill bored through Mike's skull. The surgeon pulled the drill out of the human's head and angled the bit down into a small metal dish that was in the extended arms of the assistant. The chief surgeon hit a button on the drill with his thumb.
A bloody, dime-sized piece of Mike’s skull dropped to the bottom of the metal dish with a clang.
He set the drill back down on the instrument table and held out his hand. “Drone.”
The nurse put an insect-like metal contraption that resembled a whip scorpion in the surgeon’s hand. The chief surgeon's eyes glazed as he entered his AR and took control of the drone. It popped out of his hand and burrowed itself into the hole in Mike's skull.
Inside his AR, he brought the drone to the occipital lobe of Mike’s brain.
“Deploying lattice.”
The arachnid-like drone injected small metal spikes with spools of minuscule wire attached—anchor points—into Mike’s brain. After just a minute's work, the surgeon had crafted a web of wires across Mike's brain. He brought the drone back to the center of Mike’s brain and planted one final anchor spike. A reel inside one of the claw-like appendages at the front of the drone spun, cinching the lattice of wires down to the last anchor point. The surgeon brought the drone around again, ensuring that the web of copper was completely taut against the human’s brain. He brought the drone back out and smiled ever so slightly as the blood and cerebrospinal fluid-soaked drone hopped back into his gloved hand.
Chief Surgeon Athocill smiled and jovially said, “Patch him up.” He was pleased with his performance today. This was the first human to get an advanced AR package, and the procedure went flawlessly. The assistant grabbed a quarter-sized piece of flesh-colored putty and carefully placed the small piece of skull onto it. She placed the putty over the hole in Mike’s head, and it took to life, bonding the fragment of bone back into place and sealing the surface wound.
The surgeon removed his gloves and began typing on a holoprojection. “All systems are operational. I’m linking him to the military network now.”
The assistant pulled the instrument table to her side and plucked a syringe filled with neon green fluid. She said, “I’m waking him up now,” as she plunged the needle into Mike’s arm.
Mike’s eyes flew open, and he grit his teeth against the pain. Tears seeped from his stinging and blood-filling right eye. Every heartbeat brought a jolt of crippling pain to his head. And worst of all was the searing pain from the brand on his chest and the aching cold that barely disguised it. Mike sat up with a grunt. Pain shot through his chest when he brought his hand to his head and felt the hardened disc of putty on his temple.
The surgeon addressed Mike with a soothing tone. “On the count of three, I’m going to activate your AR. It will feel like your head is on fire for a few seconds, but it will only last a few seconds. One… Two… Three!”
Mike nearly collapsed with the pain, but he managed to limit his response to a grunt. Light flashed before his eyes, and Kaelic text appeared in the center of his vision. The doctor asked, “What do you see.”
Mike answered, “AR active. And below that, it says setup wizard.” Despite his best efforts, pain was evident in his voice.
“Ok, Mike, I want you to think, ‘open setup wizard.’”
Mike blinked a few times. “Nothing happened.”
The surgeon said, “Think it in Kaelic.”
Mike’s brow furrowed in concentration. He was fluent in Kaelic, but not to the point where he could think in the language at will.
“Ok, I got it. It says setting menu at the top, and there are a ton of things here. Do you want me to read them off?”
“No. Can you scroll down?”
“Yes.”
“Good. You should be able to get the hang of this pretty quickly; it's very intuitive. You’ll see that there are a few HUD profiles that you can pick from. I’d recommend you start from profile two and then customize it as you see fit.”
Mike nodded as he selected profile two.
“OK, now think clear.”
Mike did as the surgeon asked. His vision was now cleared.
The surgeon smiled. “Feel free to fiddle with the settings, just think clear if it gets cluttered, and reset if you make a dog’s breakfast of it. You’ll have a headache for the next few days, and you may start having more vivid dreams, but other than that, you’ll barely notice the change. Just take it easy for the next few days, and don’t itch at your brand or your eye.”

2024.05.20 02:57 electricarchbishop The True Purpose of the Chapel of Anticipation and the Biology of Gold Plants

The True Purpose of the Chapel of Anticipation and the Biology of Gold Plants
Something has always seemed off about the Chapel of Anticipation. From its out-of-place Altus Plateau plant life to its role as the arrival point of the Tarnished, its true nature is one that is not yet truly known. I propose a theory; Godrick created the Chapel of Anticipation to act as a testing ground so he could understand the effects of gold on isolated plant life.
Something I noticed recently while inspecting the Chapel is the presence of several patches of reflective gold blobs. These blobs only occur at the final diminutive island at the end of the area, and as far as I know, appear nowhere else in the entire game.
At first glance, the blobs appear similar to the many fallen Erdtree leaves that can be seen at the Elden Throne and areas of Leyndell, but the blobs’ geometry clearly contradicts that. It is as though someone poured molten gold onto the ground itself. But who would do that, and why? Not to mention, these blobs aren’t seen anywhere else in the Chapel. Why is this the only place these blobs are seen? I believe the answer lies in the behavior and properties of gold in the Lands Between.
Gold has many interesting traits in Elden Ring, but its most relevant one here is its ability to be absorbed by plant life. This is shown excellently in the Erdtree Sanctuary, where gold-leaf Erdtree leaves are landing outside the sanctuary and being absorbed by the plant life outside, which turns then gold due to growing in the fallen leaves themselves, bioaccumulating the gold in the same way real-life plants do. In this sense, we find a gradient of gold-absorbed plant life; at the lowest end is full-green plant life wholly separate from the fallen gold leaves of the Erdtree, with many of Limgrave’s Altus-esque plants mixed with these green plants. Going further, Altus Plateau’s plant life is fully gold but lacking enough to become metallic. This is because the plateau is directly below the Erdtree, and receives most of its fallen foliage. Finally, the last stage is complete growth in gold-saturated soil, which causes the plant to shine with its own gold in the same way the Erdtree’s fallen leaves do.
Going back to the Chapel of Anticipation with this newfound knowledge, something interesting can be noticed about its plant life; the trees’ leaves are metallic gold. (Example image provided above)
Even Altus Plateau’s tree leaves are never this golden. The only other plants in the game which share this texture is the ultra gold-saturated plant life at the Elden Throne. So whatever Godrick is doing to these trees, it must have something to do with elemental gold. Here we go back to my point in the beginning.
Godrick got his boys to melt down some of his gold supplies (which he definitely has great quantities of, considering he can outfit every one of his knights and Scions with golden shields) and cast the gold onto the soil of the Chapel of Anticipation. As plant life was seeded there, it took up the gold present in the soil and achieved the stages the Altus and Elden Throne plant life did; becoming gold-hued or metallic gold-textured depending on how much gold was absorbed into its composition. The reason only the far-out island’s gold hasn’t been absorbed yet may be due to the far-out island lacking much soil to grow in; the main island has a great amount of soil to use, but the far-off one is largely rock with a few epiphytic ferns and small bushes composing its biomass. The leftover gold is only there because the plants are not in position to absorb it yet.
This theory originated party because I thought it was too silly of a mental image to think of a cloaked Godrick smuggling several dozen potted plants out of the Capital, and partly because I like to overanalyze the fundamentals of how this game’s underlying physics work. I hope you enjoyed my thoughts on this! What do you guys think about it?

2024.05.19 21:51 Beginning-Rope-6208 Dark warm eyeshadow palette

I have brown skin (NC45 depth but more olive). My eye area is even darker. It's been really hard for me to find a nice eyeshadow palette with enough depth that is also warm. I'd love to have a warm yellow gold, a deep warm sparkly brown or copper, and a dark warm matte brown. Before I throw in the towel and go for the less economical option of buying individual pots, I thought I'd ask in here for recs. I would love a long wearing brand like Viseart but haven't found the right Viseart palette.
For reference, I've tried Urban Decay naked 2 and naked heat, Viseart Minxette, and Viseart Praline Épice. Naked 2 is too cool, Heat too red, and the Visearts were just too light. Minxette was the closest and I like some of the shades but overall wouldn't use most of them.

2024.05.19 21:35 MGK_2 A Means to an End

It occurred to me that my previous post Changing Gears left people hanging. So, I felt compelled to follow up and give an answer.
Part 2.
So, I would say we have hit upon a link of sorts that exists between Merck and CytoDyn that cannot be denied.
As I alluded to in that post, there must have been a massive conflict of interest in CytoDyn's management BOD and Cyrus' intentions when it came time to making the decision to proceed or not to proceed with a fully funded MD Anderson combination Keytruda Clinical Trial for mCRC. While it would have been greatly in favor of CytoDyn to pursue this trial, the BOD incredulously made the unbelievable decision to walk away from it, completely against Cyrus' wishes. As we know, "Any government divided cannot stand. It will fall... eventually."
Was there an argument between Cyrus and Tanya? I'd say more than likely yes. He was still VP and remains as such. I believe the reason why the BOD decided the way they did was due to their 1st allegiance to the FDA and not doing anything that would risk the hold getting lifted. After all, they came too far to blow it at the last mile. However, it remains possible, that Merck did not want the MD Anderson Phase II Combination trial for mCRC to happen. After all, Merck just completed their own trial of Keytruda with their own CCR5 blockade Vicriviroc and the trial just finished last week. It failed. Maybe they needed time to see if their own CCR5 blockade would work before experimenting with ours at MD Anderson?
Could Merck have influenced the BOD in one way or another and push to cancel the free trial? The trial that Cyrus arranged which would provide CytoDyn with a vast amount of FREE unequivocal Research Data so valuable to CytoDyn. That would have provided that pot of gold, free of charge to CytoDyn. The unassailable and unequivocal data set which Cyrus absolutely required in order to properly present the Company to Big Pharma so as to receive proper bids and valuation. Merck could have been against proceeding in this trial because they had their own to try first and that might have influenced our BOD to pull the plug. Maybe Merck said, "wait, we want to try out our drug first. If it fails, we will be knocking on your door." And that was all which was necessary to get the BOD to comply.
Now, with Dr. Lalezari as CEO, CytoDyn is back on board in the pursuit of mCRC and his decision is supreme. Why wouldn't that fully funded MD Anderson trial still be an option? Maybe it still is available, but it would have to be a combination trial ONLY. The two drugs cannot be pitted one against the other. You cannot have leronlimab beating Keytruda. No absolutely not. Given that Keytruda is on the ticket, the FDA accepts the trial.
From this BioSpace Article March, 2023, Cyrus confidently asserted:
"These are both areas where checkpoint inhibitors have failed to show efficacy when added to a standard-of-care backbone, Arman said, adding that leronlimab has shown positive signals in both.
“From a mechanistic standpoint, we believe we could get a synergistic effect with a checkpoint inhibitor,” he said.
Leronlimab is currently being trialed in combination with Keytruda (pembrolizumab) in a breast cancer xenograft model in partnership with MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Arman said CytoDyn expects to observe an enhanced anti-tumor effect from the combination and identify immunological biomarkers."
From the May 2024 Letter to Shareholders, Dr. Lalezari stated:
"It is imperative that the Company generate unassailable results in the clinic and I believe the above trials can accomplish this*. Starting the oncology study and related fundraising is the top priority of the Company at this time"*
Both of them boldly claim the effectiveness of leronlimab in mCRC. Cyrus says it could generate a synergistic effect with Keytruda resulting from the combination of the two drugs, while Lalezari points to the unassailable results both must have appreciated. Certainly, both men have also seen the unassailable results that shall be described in the coming (2) journal articles in mTNBC. When Amarex was forced to hand over the raw data of these trials, it had to be decoded and put into FDA Good Clinical Practice format which took hours and hours of painstaking work, but it got done thanks to Bernie Cunningham, Joseph Miedling and the auditors Cyrus put into place for such work. What they found must have been truly amazing so as to compel them to put those results into peer reviewed journal articles.
In my prior thesis which u/psasoffice had also helped me determine, The Timeline and The Connections as to why CytoDyn pulled out, I discussed Kivlighn's role in the matter. Remember, I put forth that Kivlighn had pulled it away from Merck. That he took the free trial opportunity away from them so they could just buy us to perform the trial themselves. I said that Kivlighn caused CytoDyn's BOD to pull out of the trial in hopes of forcing Merck to swoop in and buy CytoDyn outright. I wrote:
"Kivlighn needed to determine CytoDyn's best path to partner. Kivlighn began changing the direction of the company while Cyrus Arman was sick. Cyrus was headed down the "do it alone" path. His main goal was MASH, but he also wanted to partner in Oncology and he wanted HIV, cure, long acting and was eyeing the resubmission of HIV-MDR. When Cyrus was out on MLOA, Kivlighn had the opportunity to modify or change Cyrus' original heading. Kivlighn wanted the company sold. He wanted the company partnered or bought out.
At some point, because of the results of the MD Anderson study, I believe Cyrus Arman had negotiated with MD Anderson on a CRC trial where CytoDyn would supply all the leronlimab, while MD Anderson did everything else. MD Anderson offered this to Cyrus and Cyrus was all in. Just waiting for the hold to lift. But, while Cyrus was sick and out on MLOA, and because Kivlighn had Merck experience and because Kivlighn "knew" how to make the company obtain a partnership, he recommended that CytoDyn turn down the MD Anderson offer to perform the CRC trial and to take that away from Merck. Almost like a "bait and switch". Kivlighn was thinking that if Merck really wanted CytoDyn, that they would come on in, swoop down and buy it outright, completely before anything was proven by trial, that might raise the asking price as they knew its capacity already given the study was with Keytruda, MD Anderson and leronlimab. They could do the trial themselves if they bought CytoDyn. Maybe, Kivlighn wanted to prevent Merck from thinking that they can wait to see how well leronlimab does in the MD Anderson sponsored trial which would give Merck some time before making the offer to buy CytoDyn. He wanted to take that away from Merck and force them to buy now. Because if the MD Anderson trial were to proceed in CRC, the good results would make CytoDyn even more valuable. I'm really not sure what Kivlighn was thinking, but whatever it was, it sure did piss off many people, especially Cyrus Arman."
If this conjectured hypothesis is right, then Kivlighn must also have believed, that the data in both the mCRC murine study and the mTNBC trial which he had also seen, in his opinion, was powerful enough such that a Phase II trial was not even necessary and a pull out of the trial would surely induce Merck, (who owned and possessed the murine data), to purchase the Company. Kivlighn knew Merck had the data staring them in the face day after day. Kivlighn had to be of the impression of "What, is Merck just going to sit back and do nothing with it?" Going into this murine study, CytoDyn was aware that they would have no way of proving the results, because they knew that the data would be owned by Merck once the study was complete. They had to have signed over the rights to that data to Merck when Kelly closed the deal. Kelly must have believed that if the study came back favorable, Merck then would be spurred to action. Kivlighn may not have been aware though, that at the time, Merck was running their own combination Keytruda + CCR5 Blockade Vicriviroc against mCRC while he was in the process of causing CytoDyn to pull out of the Phase II CRC trial. Therefore, the BOD, Kivlighn as well as Merck are all likely to blame for the cancellation of this otherwise windfall and gratis trial that CytoDyn could have immensely benefited from.
As to the pursuit of what the FDA intended for CytoDyn to proceed once coming off hold, which is the Inflammation and Immune Activation trial, it initially did not draw sufficient support from the public and therefore did not result in an increasing share price to the point to raise funds without completely depleting available shares. Therefore, CytoDyn now has its CEO and VP in concert back on the mCRC train again. But a partner is necessary and fund raising has become #1 priority.
Look, all of the companies are out to find the best weapon against these MSS tumors. Right now, there is no solution. Leronlimab is the solution and the data that proves it is in the hands of MD Anderson. Soon, data for it is forthcoming in the (2) peer reviewed journal articles in mTNBC. But regarding mCRC, that data resides with Merck and it is only in a murine study, inaccessible to CytoDyn, but apparently good enough to have been offered a fully funded Phase II combination trial with Merck's Keytruda. So, Dr. Lalezari made the decision to shift gears back to this new mCRC indication, but he needs money. He also needs a partner, because, so far, that same trial has been rescinded. But he has Cyrus there at his side and Cyrus somehow got MD Anderson together with Merck to create this Phase II trial. How did he do that? He had to have spoken to some Merck people to see if they wanted to take the profound murine mTNBC results and apply them towards some indication of their choice, such as mCRC and Merck agreed to fully fund the agreed upon human, phase II combo trial. Maybe he can do it all over again? I don't know if he would be able to do something like that with a manufacturer of another PD-1 blocker since the synergistic data is with Keytruda.
But this time around, the only way the trial could be run is as a combination only trial. The two drugs could not be pitted against each other. If they were synergistic before, then they are kept that way. Regardless of which PD-1 blockade is used, it should remain a combination trial because of the partnership. The partnership is more important than which drug is doing the work. But, Why would we want to experiment with another PD-1 blocker when we already have seen the results as synergistic? We wouldn't unless we were forced to. Meaning, Merck fails to enter again while another PD-1 comes in and partners. Would that induce a Merck counter bid? Assuming they have found no solution to their expiring patent problem, it probably would.
After all, why is every drug out there failing to extend their patent? Is Keytruda simply unable to treat MSS type tumors despite all means of assistance? But we have evidence of their synergism. Given that the only known substance on Earth that is capable of treating these MSS tumors is leronlimab, why have we not been the #1 choice to combine with? Until now, with the hold said and done with and given the new change in priority to mCRC, and with Merck's Keytruda with their own CCR5 blockade Vicriviroc Trial which failed, will Merck now be interested to take a second look at CytoDyn? How long will this search go on for? How many patients?
The provocative data is coming in peer reviewed journal articles that prove leronlimab treats the very difficult mTNBC. Merck already knows from the murine study that it treats the MSS mCRC tumors. What matters is that they have the data and that the data is unassailable as per Lalezari and Arman. They know and understand that by combining with leronlimab, they would have a successful result. The only problem is that it cannot be shown that leronlimab is better at the eradication of mCRC than Keytruda in a side-by-side comparison. Therefore, they cannot have a standalone leronlimab arm and a standalone Keytruda arm. The two cannot be pitted against each other. And I thank Respert24 for this ingenious answer.
"Notice they didn't create a Dud-Only arm versus a Keytruda-Only arm. A surefire way to inadvertently show that a different drug is better than your own. Keytruda is already "proven" and is going to want to run a trial that shows they can extend their patent. Similar to this trial, if we ended up in a trial with them it would, in my humble opinion, be Keytruda + LL all day. Maybe both of the doses we've had in studies (350/700).
What I don't expect is a trial that Cytodyn would run if there was no partnership, which is to compare and contrast LL to Keytruda. If Merck is running it they're just trying to show that together you see a better result, and boom! They've got new life and we've got the exciting new darling of the oncology world."
CytoDyn has seen the data on mCRC, but it is not in their pocket. However, they do have the mTNBC data, but no priority to target that right now. Is that because, Merck or MD Anderson might have an interest in treating mCRC MSS type tumors? You think? So, it seems like this won't be solved until Merck finds a solution to their problem before their patent expires. Patent expiration is the end all to all of this and they have 4 more years of trying to find something that will extend it. Something that allows it to be used on all MSS tumors, not just mCRC or mTNBC, but 85% of all cancers.
Given that Keytruda is the Darling of the Oncology World and given leronlimab is the only drug that can treat 85% of the oncologic tumors out there while Keytruda can only help less than 15%, doesn't it make sense for them to come together in combination therapy to treat the entirety of cancers across the board? In this way, so many of the world's problems could be wiped out in one solid partnership. Isn't the name of the game to have a therapeutic solution to the entirety of this disease? And who can't work with Lalezari? That is no excuse.

2024.05.19 18:51 ringgobbler Payseur Family

payseur family
Here are some things what may be associated with world control
My answer is central banks. When looking into the makings of central banks and financal affairs in the uk and europe i came up with this
Some interesting links to consider. Finance has been run predominantly by jewish families long before 1066 when William the conquerer borrowed significant funds in securing his throne in England from French Rouen Banking family, name still undisclosed. If anyone knows let me know.
government bonds from 1066 in the british library
The Worshipful goldsmiths company a 700 year old group of investors to this day buys up government guilds aka bonds aka loans. Aswell as owning vast estates in and around london. This was formed after the jewish were originally exiled from britian for controlling the UKs finances between 1066 and 1290 🤔 ( insert capitalism cloak and dagger) hide behind a business
a group of goldsmith lenders unnamed but prominent figures in london financing that formed the basis for the state bank of England This company became of interest to me, little is said about who founded the goldsmiths company other than goldsmiths of the time. But they controlled london finance as they were the gold standard by royal charter. Coincidence?
I wonder who these prominent people were that formed vastly wealthy corporation that controlled englands gold from then until now. 700 years ago goldsmiths were almost all jewish as in england lending money was strictly forbidden in Christianity (if you weren't Christian in england 1000 years ago what even were you?
Also note the Rothschilds family owned the building to the royal mint for the last 200 years. Strange that🤔
royal mint
Also an interesting financial scale. Jewish law states that jewish can only charge interest to non jewish. So if a huge percentage of banks are jewish owned and only charge interest to non jewish that would denote a pyramidal scale. Note the largest hedge companies are jewish owned.
halachah or jewish law
Now i am not saying this is the entire jewish race, but certainly prominent familes hidden behind a cover of a capitalist system that obscures it for what it is. If you have checked out the links above note- from jewish sources. You can start to imagin how long the banking business has been going on for. If halachah must be followed that would mean continual money supply into a pot for one race from everyone else.
Some examples of said families
rothschilds family archives
The duke of wellington recieved 1 billion in 1815 now worth over 20 trillion in todays money. This is supposedly being still repaid by british taxpayers today.
Can you imagin what interest repayments the Rothschilds must be recieving for a loan that's over 200 years old. Calculations below
Oh and guess who funded the loan to pay slave owners for freeing slaves. You guessed it the Rothschilds and Montefoire family if you haven't already come across the latter another one to consider.
Rothschilds and Montefoire
The slave ownership loan has only just been repaid by british tax payers only a few years ago. If you understand how loan repayments work from mortgages you can imagin what a 200 year old loan does to the total repayment cost.
For those unable to work it out 15 million over 200 years at 4% works out to a total repayment of 38,261,246,866.00 thats just over 38 billion. So where is all this money as their net worth vastly differs 🤔.
I believe that we are built on a system of finance, either capitalist who want a share of other nations interests or communist who want to retain the financial system for their own.
who ever owns the finance owns the world.
Im not sure who secretly runs the countrys of the world but in delving deeper into the history behind finance i found the above. Some will say this is antisemetic trope. But everything i looked up was backed up by jewish authors and resources. Jewish chronicles being one of them
Thodore Herzle is another prominent name in zionism as its founder who started the zionist movement from Basel switzerland, the mothership of all central banks the IBS International Bank of Settlements. He also founded the jewish colonial bank which later became the central bank of israel
jewish virtual library source
Its interesting that more of this is not known or more public knowledge, or is that the point keep this buried and call everyone antisemitic for brining it up?
Whilst im not from the US, its domination in war time affairs raises some questions. As war requires large bonds borrewed from the prominent families mentioned above. Creating debts that continue to be paid by tax payers. Worth researching who bought the long term bonds for the covid packages and Ukraine/ Israel piggy bank.
Nearly the entire biden administration is made up of jewish, so theres no wonder why he keeps vetoing everything. A list below of his jewish team.
biden administration jewish team list
and well the US economy has a big hand in debt making and taking. If you arent with it, your in the way as many countries have found out the hard way.
I have lots more, but conscious this is long and getting bored now.
Enjoy your rabbit hole hunting

Malte Perpetual Calendar Minute Repeater
In 2006 Cal 1755QP (as for Quantième Perpetuel – perpetual calendar in French) was used in the now defunct round shaped Malte (41mm case) in rose gold giving it a more modern and masculine look. In 2010 the last 8 Cal 1755QPs were cased in a round Malte case but this time in platinum.

Patrimony Traditionnelle Calibre 2755
Presented in 2007 the Patrimony Traditionnelle Caliber 2755 (how’s that as a dry name for such an amazing watch?) is currently Vacheron Constantins most complicated timepiece (610 components). However, it’s just not “just” a perpetual calendar, tourbillon minute repeater but the greatest sounding repeater I have ever heard thanks to a centripetal speed-regulator in the striking-mechanism, an original device which eliminates the noise interference normally experienced with pallet systems (the bzzz often heard when the repeating mechanism is activated).
As with the ref 30020 and 30040 the case has been carefully designed and manufactured to give the minute repeater a remarkable resonance, which is optimised by the ingenious use of a stud linking the case to the striking mechanism. And, thanks to its high copper content, which gives it its colour, the pink gold case adds to the quality of resonance.
In 2010 the Cal 2755 was also launched in platinum with an opaline and a slate grey dial, the later having an even more contemporary look. Normally platinum is a metal which “absorbs” the chimes but the watchmakers at Vacheron Constantin have done a fantastic job and the chimes are almost as loud and pure as in the rose gold version.
I have to admit that the Cal 2755 has the most amazing chime I have ever come across (a close second being the Patek Sky Moon tourbillon), the first time I heard it, it was in a room with people talking and music in the background and still the chimes could be perfectly heard.
The Cal 2755 for me is a condensed representation of what Vacheron Constantin is: a beautiful design which is classical yet with a twist, perfect proportions, technical mastery and drop dead amazing movement finish. Techniques have not been sacrificed for design and there is no compromise in the design for the sake of techniques
The cal 2755 is assembled from A to Z by the same watchmaker who also tunes the gongs (by filing away on the base of the gongs) to achieve the perfect chime. As Chrystian Lefrançois, master watchmaker at Vacheron Constantin says “achieving the perfect chime is extremely difficult as you need to adjust the gong by filing the metal and at one point you know that you have reached the best possible sound and one file too much and you go from the best chime to the dull sound of a spoon hitting a pot!”
About less than one Patrimony Traditionnelle Cal 2755 come out of the ateliers of Vacheron Constantin per month, considering that it can take 3-4 months to fine tune and assemble. It exists in rose gold and platinum (with opaline or slate grey dials), a limited edition with a gorgeous chocolate dial was made for Parisian retailer Dubail as well as a pièce unique for the New York Boutique.

Metiers d'Art: Les Masques
Rarely have the words art and masterpiece been used so correctly. My first reaction to this collection was the same as being thunderstruck: breathless, speechless, heart beating fast and wobbly knees! It’s hard to define the divine but you can recognize it when you see it and for me the hands of the gods guided the designers at Vacheron Constantin to create such original, bold and daring pieces.
At an epoch where originality resides in the use of carbon fibber and black PVD or the most improbable partnership with cars, motor cycles and boats Vacheron Constantin opened a whole new untreaded path where art and horology met.
The concept was to use an art form still little known to the general public: the so called primitive arts. Geneva has the chance of housing one of the most prestigious collections of primitive arts: the Barbie-Muller Museum and collaboration between the museum and Vacheron seemed therefore unavoidable. The museum lent a certain number of pieces to Vacheron for replication but the great difficulty resided maintaining the proportions in a miniature version. Different techniques were tried but the final results were unsatisfactory. Vacheron Constantin finally turned to the Geneva Engineering School for help in making a three-dimensional image of each mask. By putting the plans together on a computer, they were able to modify the volumes point by point and find the best angle for fitting the whole mask into the case while safeguarding the harmony of its forms. It was thanks to the magic of laser technology that the miniaturisation of the masks became possible.
The time is read by means of four discs indicating the hours, minutes, days and date in windows. A clever technique using transparency and specially-treated glass creates the impression that the masks are floating. Each sapphire crystal has a different tint, obtained by a unique metallisation process, so that it sets off the colour of the mask.
Michel Butor’s (a contemporary French poet) short poems dedicated to each mask circle the sapphire dial in letters of gold and can only be read when the light strikes it from a certain angle. This effect is achieved by vacuum metallisation, a sophisticated technological process in which the gold letters are sprayed onto a sapphire crystal.
The effect is amazing and depending on the inclination of the wrist the sapphire crystals hues vary as well as the coloring of the letters. There is such subtility and depth in the dial that you can almost drown in it and spend hours just staring at it mesmerised by its sheer beauty.
This series launched in 2007 consisted of 25 sets of 4 watches each. A new set was also launched in 2008 and 2009.

MAYAN SPACE PROGRAM
The Mayan Space Program
By writer Roc Hatfield for Atlantium Media
https://preview.redd.it/ne59wbl6be1d1.jpg?width=605&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=11ee16a3165eb9bdb75357932d5eaab9709fc22a
During the Cold War of the 1970s, the United States and the Soviet Union were locked in an intense battle for supremacy in space. Each side took huge financial and human risks in an effort to crush the technological competition. But could ancient empires, existing long before recorded history, have been players in a similar space race? An amazing hieroglyph carved on a five-ton tomb cover, resting in the Mayan Temple of Inscriptions, defines a complex machine. The temple itself was built from precise directions from the "Sky Gods." Scientists and archaeologists have gone to great lengths to denounce any connection between the carving and ancient astronauts.
The hieroglyph is often interpreted as a fantasy impression of the Mayan God-King transcending to the underworld. However, a more literal interpretation might suggest that the ancient Maya were very familiar with rocket technology and were engaged in a space race with competing contemporaries. It is hard not to see a Mayan operating some kind of flying machine. The operator is resting in a position that looks like a modern astronaut. The Mayan pilot appears to be moving levers and twisting dials. Perhaps most astonishing is a venting flame coming from the bottom of the machine. Large amounts of plumbing are seen in the carving, indicating that fluids were being moved around in the vessel.
The entire Mayan complex of cities, pyramids, and lesser buildings contain a great number of artifacts that only today look familiar. Before the advent of Wernher von Braun, all of these images would have been completely unidentifiable. A large clay pot found at Palenque could be a model of a rocket engine. The pot appears to be an inverted rocket motor. Flames are prominently displayed coming from the nozzle. Large inlet pipes that would carry fuel to the motor are clearly visible at the bottom of the pot. Cooling vanes are apparent at the center of the clay pot. These vanes are used today to keep rocket motors from melting during extended use.
Gold model airplanes found in the 1950s have been classified as Mayan idols or children's toys. However, these models are very accurate representations of advanced jet aircraft. Modern model builders copied the objects to make a full-scale radio-controlled model, and the scale model flew with great stability. Perhaps the tomb cover is a detailed schematic of the internal workings of this jet.
Just outside Mexico City, the ancient outpost of Tula is home to 15-foot-tall stone spacemen. These large stones are believed to have been carved by the Olmec people before the advent of the Maya. The carvings are very detailed and could easily be interpreted as astronauts—a landing party. Could this be a commemoration of an ancient "First Contact"? The voyagers are dressed in protective suits, with air conditioning packs, utility belts, helmets, and formidable-looking sidearms.
These images require honest evaluation in the collective. It would not be all that unusual for one or two of these artifacts to coincidentally resemble modern complex machines. But can the coincidences become countless and still remain random chance? In the Atlantium continuum, the answer is no. The Mayans, with their well-documented knowledge of the cosmos and intricate understanding of the stars, could have been spacemen. Evidence of ancient highly advanced thinking is resurfacing every day. Could we be seeing the remnants of a Mayan Space Program?

EDIT: I'm going to go ahead and do it! I'll try and work in the suggestions as much as possible to make a bracket of 32 ships for the competition. I'll kick it off at the end of May :) Cheers

Hi all!
Some of you may remember during the depths of the pandemic I ran a few competitions to crown our favourite liners. The terms were purely subjective, and I found it a lot of fun. As a refresher:
With the 2024 Paris Olympics upon us, I thought it might be fun to do one again.
I'm thinking 32 ships, from any era. The whole process will run through til late July (allowing about 48 hours for voting for each match)
I've compiled a preliminary list of 30 ships below, and I'd be keen for people to nominate any others I've missed which could be good to include. As a starting point, we won't include Olympic, United States, or Normandie - as they already won the competitions above.
I'm also somewhat reluctant to include Titanic... as its fame and notoriety might make her an outright winner right out of the gate (although she was narrowly outpaced by Olympic in the first competition).
Like last time, I'd randomly draw them into pots.
Thoughts?

2024.05.19 15:01 aznpersuazion Why Vancouver has THE BEST FOOD IN NORTH AMERICA

Alright, buckle up because we're diving into why Vancouver's food scene is straight-up legendary.
Vancouver isn't just North America's food champion; it's a vibe, a journey through flavors, and a big, fat stamp on your foodie passport. So, next time you're craving a culinary adventure, Vancouver's got your back, fork, and knife.
