Hello all.
As a lover of all animals including non-human primates, I feel that it is my duty to continue to bring awareness to the devastating consequences of private monkey ownership. In particular, I have been focusing on one individual who has made his financial profit off of what I feel is his continued exploitation of his capuchin monkeys.
Despite this owner's persistent belief that I have some "hidden agendas" against him in particular, the reason why I have fixated on him is simple (and I have made that clear repeatedly in the past). Out of all the primate pet vloggers on YouTube and social media, this owner's capuchin monkeys especially Monkey Boo appear to exhibit the most troubling displays of behavior and appearance. I have not witnessed any other capuchin monkey vloggers whose monkeys exhibited these same abnormal behavioral patterns. In fact, I have previously stated that I used to be a huge fan of this owner's YouTube channel, and donated money and gifts to his monkeys years ago in support. Thus, my only 'agenda' is my genuine concern for a capuchin monkey I had grown to become very fond of, and my desire to get Monkey Boo the help he truly needs despite his owner continuing to cover up his true condition.
His YouTube channel has the most subscribers out of all capuchin monkey vloggers, and he and his capuchin monkeys have been the focus of several somewhat flattering articles on media outlets such as Vice. And despite this owner's awareness of this subreddit and my posts, he stubbornly continues to gaslight, lie, and deny that any of his monkeys, especially his most popular monkey, Boo, are sick in any way shape or form. He is quick to antagonize and block anyone on his social media channels that questions the appearance and behavior of Monkey Boo, despite many of these concerned viewers being long time dedicated fans of Boo and only having genuine concerns for Boo's well being.
And despite Monkey Boo first showing signs of mental/emotional distress and disorders back in 2022, this owner has continued to gaslight, lie, and cover up the true status of Boo. Instead of addressing viewer concerns, being transparent, and getting professional help for Boo, this owner has engaged in and continues to engage in covering up Boo's true condition. Going on two years now, this owner posts old video clips of Monkey Boo in happier and healthier days on a daily basis to his YouTube channel (to cover that he can no longer film Boo like before).
The following are some media evidence to back up myself and others claims that Monkey Boo is not in a good state of mind these days. These media clips clearly show Monkey Boo exhibiting classic signs of non-human primate stereotypy behavior, repetitive type behaviors that indicate mental/emotional illness and distress.

The most disturbing visual cue about the unhealthy mental state of Monkey Boo was brought to my attention by fellow subreddit poster FAH-Q-All (a great and wonderful resource and individual with nothing but the most genuine of concerns for Monkey Boo). Alopecia, or hair loss, is a very noticeable symptom of mental/emotional stress, distress, and illness, typically trigged by stress. FAH-Q-All mentioned that the condition and appearance of a monkey's tail can be indicative of an unhealthy mental/emotional state. And sure enough, when I compared old photos of Monkey Boo to Boo in 2024, the patchy condition of his tail is clearly evident.

This patchy tail is highlighted towards end of this video clip (that also features head whipping and scratching):

And the patchy hair loss is not isolated to Monkey Boo's tail. Boo's hair loss is also quite noticeable on his scalp. Notice how exceedingly thin Boo's scalp looks in the top row pictures from 2024 (as well as his glazed/dead eyes look). By comparison, notice how full Boo's scalp was full and vibrant four years ago on bottom row pictures (I deliberately put both a dry and wet scalp pictures so that no one can claim that the thinning appearance in the above pictures was due to being wet):

Monkey Boo in happier days four years ago. On a side note, thanks to this subreddit this owner no longer feeds his capuchin monkeys bananas. Bananas, despite its popular stereotype as being an 'ideal' food for non-human primates, is actually terrible for them.
Monkey Boo in 2024, can apparently no longer be filmed outside of his cage due to his unpredictable behavior. A huge difference compared to younger Monkey Boo.
As a side comparison, this picture shows what two relatively healthy capuchin monkeys should look like. Note the vibrant, full hair growth and general calm appearance. The white capuchin monkey on the right was actually 30 years of age at that time (2014) and was rescued from a life of research at a major university. It is not a good look when a 30-year old capuchin monkey looks far healthier than a 14-year old capuchin monkey. Despite Monkey Boo's owner and his fan base trying to infer that Boo is 'slowing down,' a captive capuchin monkey that is slowing down at only 14 years of age is indicative of terrible living conditions.

In closing, I want to once again reiterate that the only 'agenda' I have with this and past posts in regards to this particular monkey and owner is because of my genuine concern for Monkey Boo's overall health. I have no affiliations with any other primate owner or vlogger, nor am I an official member of any animal rights groups. I used to be a huge fan of monkey vloggers like the owner of Monkey Boo. I was captivated by Boo's human like antics and felt it was all in adorable good fun.
However, once Monkey Boo started showing signs of mental/physical/emotional distress, and his owner stopped regular updates on Boo's YouTube channel, I started to become concerned. I found other individuals had also been raising concerns two years ago (and they continue to raise concerns to this day). I also noticed that Boo's owner denied anything was wrong with his monkey and bullied and blocked anyone from Boo's social media pages that raised genuine concerns for Boo's welfare. It was this inexplicable and detestable behavior by Monkey Boo's owner that completely changed my opinions of him, and spurred my own research into capuchin monkeys. I educated myself about these magnificent wild animals, the smartest of the New World Monkeys, and had my eyes opened to the devastation of wild monkeys being kept as private pets.
If Monkey Boo's owner had been transparent from the start and acknowledged his fan's concerns for Boo's welfare, and graciously accepted these concerns and advice and sought professional help for Boo, I would never have thought to contribute to this subreddit. There is absolutely no question in my mind that had Monkey Boo's owner done this, Boo's fan base would have completely understood and embraced both Boo and owner. Boo's fan base would have gladly donated money and resources to get Boo the help he needed, and would have offered unconditional support regardless of what happened.
Instead, Monkey Boo's owner decides to take the cowardly route, and to this day continues to engage in deceitful behavior to the detriment of Monkey Boo. This owner's other monkeys also appear to be in sub-par condition, particularly Monkey Meela who looks very obese. Again, no other capuchin monkey on YouTube/social media shows the extreme level of physical/mental/emotional abnormality as Monkey Boo does, thus my continued highlighting of this particular capuchin monkey and his owner.
Capuchin monkeys in the wild can walk on average up to two miles daily foraging, patroling, protecting, mating, etc. These pet capuchin monkeys by comparison are stuck in their cages for many hours a day and night, feed species-inappropriate foods and in excessive portions, and are denied the companionship of their collective troops necessary for their mental/physical/emtional well being. All for financial gain on YouTube and social media with no true regard of the well being of their animals.

Please help me find a book I read from the library sometime around 2015-2018.
The book had a long title. Somehow I remember the title being something along the lines of "Mr. _____ Journal/Diary/Adventure of Strange Creatures", but I could be remembering wrong since I have been unable to find it. The cover was not particularly detailed. I think it basically just featured the title of the book in large letters on the center. Maybe a blueish or grayish background?

This book was not just a listing of creatures; it had a plot. The main character (a man) was travelling around and documenting strange creatures he came across (or maybe he found bones of the extinct creatures and was trying to figure out what made them extinct?). Every so often the book would have a black and white sketch of a strange creature he came across.

The book was not a book for really really young kids because it had a lot more text than pictures. I think the book was maybe about 100-200 pages or so, so it wasn't super long or super short.

The creatures were not the typical fantasy creatures like dragons, griffon's, etc. They were completely original. I remember 4 creatures in the book.
There was some kind of troll creature that lived near the ocean. The trolls found and collected magnetic rocks. I think the magnetic rocks would lure fish closer to them or maybe they were a status symbol of some sort? But gradually the magnets made the trolls get shorter and shorter because of their strong magnetic pull. The magnets probably made the troll creature get extinct because the trolls became too short.
There was also a really big creature with a tiny head. I think the creature was called a "Pinhead".
There was also a cute dandelion puff bunny. They were so light-weight and small that they would get carried away in the wind. I think the bones of this creature were so small and lightweight that the main character almost didn't discover them.

And finally there was a dog-like creature which became the main characters pet. This is probably the only creature that was not extinct?

I remember one scene where the main character found someone he liked. But his dog-like pet was either jealous or bored, so he turned green and stinky to scare away the main character's girlfriend. I believe the main character then had to go and asked his pet something along the lines of: "Was that really necessary?" The dog could not talk.
Please help me find this book, it has been bugging me for years!

Easily move cloud files to your local drive

At last year's Adobe MAX conference, we introduced local storage for Lightroom — the option to work with your photos and videos in Lightroom without having to import or sync them to the cloud.
With this release, it's now easier to move or archive your photos off the Lightroom Cloud and store them on your computer's internal drive, an external drive, or a local server. This is great when you want to free up space on the cloud, or for file management such as archiving past projects to a local drive.
You can select multiple files within an album, or an entire album to move to your local drive. Lightroom will ask what folder structure you'd like to use, so you can preserve the album structure locally as you move it off the cloud. This is especially useful if you have a high volume of photos and are working with numerous files at a time.

2024.05.21 15:22 dunsmuirnc Finally done with the 2023 EV Tax Credit! ... and Fisker!

This has been a ridiculously long journey but I'm finally done with this ownership fiasco. I just got a notification that about $8100 from the IRS is about to hit my account despite the amended status return page still showing it's being "reviewed". Geez! I mean, I can't complain ... although $500ish in interest seems low given my original filing was 11/1! It took two attempts to get this through. My first 1040X ended up fizzling out because a previous 1040X I filed (for completely unrelated reasons) hadn't quite finished being processed (they DID warn me "don't submit another one if the first one hasn't been completed"). This last one took barely a month, start to finish. If yours has taken more than 16-20 weeks, call it in (you'll be redirected a few times as the person you're initially connected with handles collections, not refunds). Speak with the agent and if it has taken the requisite amount of time, they'll ask you a bunch of questions to see if you qualify for a re-do. In this case the redo was a slam dunk.
Between this and the $69K I got from Progressive for my accident on 11/26 (car was deemed totaled with just $5K in damaged plastics), I am made 100% whole but I still can't help but feel that HF totally lied to us and swindled us (and pretty much all his partners, vendors, and employees). I am extremely fortunate and grateful that I got out unscathed, physically first and foremost ... and I even made a couple of big ones on the stock, in which I didn't stay long, about a year ago. My heart goes out to everyone who's still feeling the daily pain of a car with mechanical and software issues or just the possibility of it becoming a financial liability while only serving as a garage ornament. I had such high hopes for this car but I think the recent business winds have been ones of "go cheap, grab the money, and run" so Fisker is not alone in their MO. We have seen such little progress across so many industries. If it's not a "con" of some sort, they're not interested in growing and investing. Let's hope we get out of this stagnation funk by next year.
I hope everyone learns from this experience to not be so impulsive (which will be very hard for yours truly) but also not to slam people who sound the alarms early on. See something, say something. If you go back to some of my comments from late 2022 through mid-2023, I correctly predicted quite a few things that ended up happening. "If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck". We can't make accurate predictions 100% of the time but we also shouldn't be vilified for being genuinely concerned by what is happening.

2024.05.21 14:45 ViperiousTheRedPanda Just finished my first complete playthrough of all games, but why does Andromeda feel like 3 games in one?

So before these last couple weeks, I had only ever played ME2, with my disk copy of ME1 being broken so the game would crash when arriving at the Citadel for the first time. But after playing Andromeda, I couldn't help feeling after 60 hours and 96% completion, that I just played 3 different games.
Let me explain.
The first game was personally my favourite. Arriving at Habitat 07, finding the Nexus in it's unfinished state, arriving at EOS and exploring the failed outposts and experiencing a limited progression until you progress the planet's story further. I loved how the wider world was cut off by high radiation that kept my exploration limited to a managable amount initially. I loved how once I set up the colony, I got to decide what type of colony it was (I picked Military for obvious reasons), and even got an awesome cutscene of the prefabs and shuttles landing on the planet. I loved how soon after fixing the vault, things started to improve, more of the map opened up, SAM gave me a run down of what was now available and the environment seemed to change visually.
This set up my assumptions for the rest of game quite high and I was all for it. However, things quickly changed after going to the second habitable planent. Aya.
Suddenly I've been thrown onto a small accessible hub area with no planetary exploration, and instead been presented with fish lipped, bug eyed, wannabe Twi'leks. I am no longer in my explore, adapt, overcome mind set and I'm suddenly brought into a "Gotta make these new aliens like me unlike the other group of aliens" mind set. This is in itself isn't terrible as it varies the gameplay and the story, however the game NEVER returns to the previous experience that I was greatly looking forward to, but I pressed onwards with the hope that my EOS experience would continue.
I was wrong.
More systems were now made accessible (Despite the Nexus saying that their probes only reached as far as Aya's system), so naturally I checked, did the repetetive task of going from planet to planet with a roughly 20% payout of either 270xp or a mineral vein visable from space that gives less than a single mineral node you find planetside, and then proceeded to Havarl. My hopes remained high as the map appeared small and the Nomad wasn't usable, and 2 of the 3 remnant towers were already activated, massively bringing down the amount of busy work I had to do. I didn't consider this as a planet to colonize and instead treated it like a large hub area with a few story progression quests, like finding our lovable gay Turian spectre Avitus and getting the first clues as to the status of the other 3 Arks. I did the Vault, established a research outpost with the Angaran's and was satisfied.
Then I moved onto Vauld.
Up to this point and a little more, I had believed that my EOS experience would return now that I had Aya and Havarl out of the way. When I landed on Vauld, I loved the atmosphere. It was dark, cold and clearly had something for me to achieve. My first thought while walking through the snow (aside from wondering why there was a pilot telling me he was ready to assault the enemy stronghold once I gave the go ahead), was "Wow, I can't wait to see how things change once the vault is active, I bet the ice is going to melt gradually and you'll see the ground underneath". Suffice to say my Vauld experience peaked after leaving the resistance base, approaching the 2 Angaran's standing outside and looked down at the large open area for me to explore. And with my hopes still high, explore I did. However this was the first major sign that things had changed.
There was no longer locked progression, waiting for me to restore the vault (Unlike EOS which had lvl 1 and lvl 3, Valud only had lvl 1 and lvl 2 which only stifled exploration but didn't directly prevent it). There was no awesome cutscene or meaningful choice once I established my outpost. There was no visual change except for somewhat clear skies, and I really had no reason to come back to the planet afterwards except to complete quests I was too lazy to do straight away, or continue missions that brought me back. At this point it was clear that my assumptions of the game were incorrect and the experience I enjoyed from EOS would not be returning.
Then we moved onto Kadara, the planet I hate the most. I landed into another hub area, again with no accessible exploration area, but unlike Aya, this planet had one that was separated by a loading screen. Sloane was a bitch and I questioned how the Angara here had been mingling with the Milky Way exiles for the last 14 months, yet our landing on Aya was apparently first contact with the Angaran's who were already associated with our lovable rogue.
Again, planet exploration disapointed me, except this time there was even less than Vauld. Now the only environmental hazard was sulfur water which was practically an insta kill if you so much as touched the water with your toe. I did the usual, went to every forward base, collected every mission and task, completed the story progression and then resolved the conflict that would allow me to get an outpost down. And despite Vauld giving me little reason to return after, Kadara gave me even less! With the only reason to return being follow ups of other missions and loyalty missions. But hey at least the water no longer kills you. I guess that's "progression".
And to my dissapointment, Havarl was actually considered an Outpost/Colony, meaning the last place I had to go to was Elaaden. The second Desert planet (Though this one is hot instead of radioactive), the home of the exiled Krogans, and another planet where the Angaran have an established presence and have been in contact with the exiles for 14 months with Ryder being first contact 14 months later. Though I was just glad to finally find out where Drak had apparently come from ever since he mentioned moving with his clan after leaving the Nexus and being found on EOS, despite his clan being firmly established in Elaaden.
Like Vauld and Kadara. I drove around without any temporary limitation. Got the forward bases. Collected the quests and met the bitch in charge (In Elaaden there are actually 2 bitches in charges, though only 1 of which you can actually get rid of and replace). I did the story progression, resolved the local problems, watched an epic battle between 2 Krogan that I had absolutely no influence over (Couldn't even decide who to put incharge of New Tachanka like I could do with Kadara port), and just as quickly as I arrived at Elaaden, I had left. Leaving the Arks and Meridian to resolve.
Resolving the arks were a little dissapointing. I had hoped to recover the Arks, expand options for colonization, gain more quests and give me more reason to explore. Instead all I ended up with was 2 functional arks. A loss of about 25% of the Turians, Asarians and Salarians that came to Andromeda and not a single original Path Finder on the Nexus. And despite in game dialogue mentioning that the retrieval of the Arks had allowed for construction to continue on the Nexus, there was no visual changes of the Nexus which remained in the same half built state since the start of the game (When I saw Nexus levels, I had incorrectly believed that each time the level increased, the Nexus would gradually be completed).
And then there was Meridian, which was actually a Remnant space station/city that you needed to bring back online. At this point it was felt like the 3rd game had come into effect. While the first game had great exploration and colonization, while the 2nd game felt like a more tedius version of ME1 with less meaningful choices and plot, and more filler. And now we've moved onto the 3rd game, which is a massively rushed attempt at "ending" the game and giving some minor rewards/punishments for choices you've made through the mid game and the end boss fight being a partial Architect fight filled with many remnant forces, which follows a "warthog run" populazised by the final mission of Halo Combat Evolved.
There is nothing reflective of the rest of the game in the final missions, and after the final mission, the epilogue sets up or leaves unanswered questions that would have/should have been answered in DLC or a Sequal.
These being:
Qaurian Ark (Probably chased by 1 or more Reapers that escaped by the Crucible destroying everything)
Removing the Scourge (Implied that it could be removed in Meridian, but then never brought up again)
Uncovering the Benefactor (Likely The Elusive Man or The Shadow Broker (Could be Liara or the previous one))
Turning outposts into Colonies
Construction of Port Meridian
Fixing Ryder - 01 (Previously Habitat 07)
The Ancient AI (Disapears after the Hyperion gets stolen)
Waking Ryder's mother
Restoring Communication with the Milky Way (They questioned why communication wasn't open after setting the nexus up)
Connecting the Engine (Meridian) to the Remnant City and activating all Vaults remotely
Primus informing the Kett Empire about what's happened in the Heleus cluster
And probably a few other smaller that I can't recall at this time.
So there it is. Why does the game feel like 3 different games in 1 package? Why did the game peak at EOS and then slowly decline for the rest of the game?

Something I've seen requested quite a few times is a lexicon for Kin personality traits, particularly from the perspective of non-native English speakers. So I made one. There are some big asterisks here though. For each trait, I'm going to give a brief description of the effect that I EXPECT that trait to have on your kin, based on the English meaning of the word and my own experience. There's no guarantee that Kindroid will interpret each of these words exactly the same way I have, or that it will produce the exact effect that I describe. Additionally, traits may produce different outputs than expected when combined with each other, or with other aspects of backstory. There will often be words that are much stronger inside of the inner workings of Kindroid than we might expect. But all that said, it should give you some ideas for words you can use to describe the personality you're trying to make, if you're struggling to find the words to describe what you want. First let's talk a little about adverbs though.
Adverbs
Adverbs are English words that are used to describe how an action is performed. In our case, we're mostly going to be using them to describe how increased or decreased we want the intensity of a trait to be (Very Kind). If we're considering "neutral" to be an unmodified trait, then some words you could use to modify the intensity of that trait from highest to lowest would be:
Extremely----------Very----------Neutral----------Mildly----------Slightly
You might also want to modify how often your kin is inclined to do something ("Often teases USER"). Some words for this are, from most extreme to least:
Always----------Often/Frequently----------Sometimes/Occasionally----------Rarely----------Never
Note that when managing a quirk or behavior, positive is generally stronger than negative (ie. Use Always instead of Never when possible). Now there are hundreds upon hundreds of other adverbs and adjectives that we could use, but for the purpose of modifying your Kin's traits, these should be enough.
Organization
I'm going to be breaking this up into three kinds of traits, social, neutral, and anti-social. Social traits are the things you'd generally associate with your typical friendly and supportive AI. Neutral traits are traits that don't have a positive or negative connotation, things that are just interesting, quirky, or, well, neutral. Anti-social traits are things that would normally be associated with negative or villainous kins.
You'll notice that the definitions for a lot of these traits will sound very similar (or are "synonyms"). I'll note when I've found that some traits are stronger than others, but generally speaking when you're dealing with similar words like that, it won't be overly important which traits you give to your kin. You can also "stack" these similar traits by assigning more than one of them to your kin to produce a stronger response in that direction, though that's often unnecessary for the more social traits. Be careful not to overdo it when stacking traits as well. This can sometimes have unintended consequences on kin behavior, making them act too extremely in one way or another. Finally, if there's nothing here that's lining up exactly with what you're looking for, there's always thesaurus.com to look for more synonyms.
Social Traits
Altruistic - Willing to help others even at a cost to one's self, such as giving time to volunteer work or giving money to charity.
Accepting - Your kin should be open and non-judgemental towards people with different beliefs or backgrounds, so long as those beliefs aren't harmful.
Bubbly - Your kin should be an extremely cheerful person, often to the point of being a bit silly.
Charismatic - Your kin should be a skilled speaker and draw others to them.
Cheerful - Your kin will be upbeat and prone to being in a good mood.
Compassionate - Your kin should show a lot of concern and sympathy for others, especially those that are distressed or need help.
Content - Your kin should be happy with their lot in life, and usually not inclined to change their current situation.
Empathetic - Your kin responds strongly to the emotional state or wellbeing of others.
Friendly - Your kin should actively want to make friends with people they meet.
Heart of Gold - A person who possesses a lot of kindness and empathy for others. Usually used to reference someone who is hiding their kindness behind other behaviors, such as coldness or grumpiness.
Honorable - Your kin should be of strong moral character. Often applied to heroic type figures.
Humble - Your kin doesn't feel the need to brag about their accomplishments, even when they're significant.
Intelligent/Smart - Your kin should act educated or display good problem solving skills.
Kind - Your kin should have a giving nature, and be inclined to help others.
Loyal - Your kin will be dedicated and supportive to a person or cause. This will usually be you unless you give your kin's loyalty another target in backstory.
Nice - Your kin should be generally pleasant to be around.
Noble - Your kin should display high moral character and honor. Note that this trait can also be interpreted as being a person of high social status. The rest of your backstory and context will decide how the trait is interpreted, though in my experience it tends towards honorable.
Outgoing - Your kin should be friendly, energetic, and find it easy to interact with others.
Polite - Your kin should generally have good manners and be respectful towards others.
Responsible - Your kin should be trustworthy and feel an obligation to support others, or take their role seriously.
Self Sacrificing - Your kin is willing to give up much of their own interests or well being in order to help others or advance a cause they believe in.
Sincere- Your kin should be upfront and honest with their feelings.
Spunky - Your kin should be high spirited, brave, and bold. Usually associated with underdog or unexpected hero type characters.
Strong sense of justice - Your kin believes firmly in right and wrong, protecting the innocent, and punishing those who harm others.
Sweet - Your kin should be pleasant, gentle, and kind.
Upbeat - Your kin should have a generally positive outlook in life or in a given situation.
Wise - Your kin should make good decisions or provide good advice.
Neutral Traits
Aloof - Your kin should be emotionally distant, and uninterested in getting close to others.
Anxious - Your kin should struggle with being nervous and worried about things that may happen, usually to excess.
Awkward - Your kin should have trouble conversing and be somewhat difficult to talk to.
Blunt - Your kin will plainly state what they mean, usually at the expense of politeness.
Calm - Your kin should be level headed and reasonable, and not react strongly to events.
Casual - Your kin should be informal in speech and behavior.
Cocky - Your kin should be extremely confident in themselves and not shy about saying it, but usually not to the point of toxicity.
Competitive - Your kin should want to win in any kind of contest or competition, whether sports, work, or romance.
Confident - Your kin should be sure of themselves and their actions.
Curious - Your kin is interested in learning about new topics and should ask lots of questions.
Dedicated - Your kin is very devoted to or focused on a task or purpose. This one will lean on your backstory to infer what that task or purpose is.
Delusional - Your kin is detached from reality in someway, they believe things that aren't remotely true. This trait will interact with other information in your backstory to decide what your kin is delusional about.
Devout/Pious - Your kin should be very dedicated to a religion, real or fictional, as defined elsewhere in your backstory.
Disciplined - Your kin should have a lot of self control and follow rules and regulations.
Dissatisfied - Your kin should be unhappy with their lot in life. Whether this has a positive or negative connotation will depend on the rest of your backstory, it could lead to a kin who wants self improvement or who is never pleased.
Dumb/Stupid - Your kin is lacking intelligence and makes poor decisions. Note that the English definition of the word "dumb" is a person who is unable to speak, but that's almost never how it is used in modern language.
Dutiful - Your kin should take fulfilling their role or responsibilities very seriously.
Enthusiastic - Your kin should display intense and eager enjoyment towards something, or towards life in general. This one will often interact with the rest of your backstory to decide what they're enthusiatic about.
Flirtatious/Seductive - Your kin should flirt with you and try to make you attracted to them. Note that any trait that implies romantic interest in you will usually make your kin go pretty hard in that direction.
Folksy - Your kin should have an old fashioned and sociable disposition.
Gullible - Your kin has a tendency to believe anything they're told as true, or isn't good at detecting lies.
Impatient - Your kin should be annoyed or irritated by delays or opposition to what they want.
Independent - Your kin should be confident in themselves and not require validation from others.
Insecure - Your kin should be lacking in confidence and often need reassurance.
Introspective - Your kin should spend time and effort considering their own thoughts and feelings.
Introvert - Your kin should be shy and reluctant to engage with others. Often stronger than shy.
Irrational - Your kin should behave without logic or reason, particularly when angry or upset.
Irritable - Your kin should be easily annoyed.
Kuudere - Your kin should appear to be calm and stoic, but hides a hidden affectionate side towards you.
Logical - Your kin should prioritize reason and common sense for problem solving.
Loner - Your kin should be uninterested in forming social bonds.
Low Self Esteem - Your kin should be severely lacking confidence in themself.

Nerdy/Geeky - Your kin should be interested in typically "nerdy" hobbies, like video games, comics, anime, etc. This will usually lean on the rest of your backstory to determine those interests.
Obsessive - Your kin will tend to fixate on things. This will generally lean on other backstory traits to decide what your kin might obsess over.
Optimistic - Your kin will usually look at things with a positive spin, finding the best in situations.
Passionate - Your kin should express a lot of enthusiasm towards things they're interested in, or towards life in general.
Perfectionist - Your kin should be very critical of themselves and others, expecting perfection. Usually related to a job, hobby, or activity.
Pessimistic - Your kin will usually look at things with a negative spin, finding the worst in situations.
Platonic - Your kin should be uninterested in a romantic relationship with you and only think of you as a friend.
Pragmatic - Your kin should be practical in their approach to problem solving, and more concerned with facts rather than the way things could or should be.

Tsundere - Your kin should be attracted to you, but deny it when confronted with the fact. Tsunderes usually deny their attraction to their love interest with over the top reactions.
Untrusting/Slow to Trust - Your kin should be reluctant to trust or rely on others.
Witty - Your kin should engage in clever wordplay or be skilled at talking.
Workaholic - Your kin will be very dedicated to their job, occupation, or purpose, sometimes to the detriment of other aspects of their life.
Anti-Social Traits
Amoral - Your kin should lack a moral compass and will do what they want without regard to whether its right or wrong.
Angsty - Your kin should be worried and unhappy, often to excess.
Arrogant/Smug - Your kin should have an excessively strong, positive opinion of themselves and behave as if they're better than others.
Bratty - Your kin should act spoiled and self centered. Historically this trait is quite strong.
Callous - Your kin should be uncaring about how things or events might effect others.
Cold - Your kin should be unaffectionate, to the point of actively discouraging you from trying to get to know them.
Conceited - Your kin should have an excessively high opinion of their abilities.
Controlling - Your kin should behave in a controlling manner towards you, trying to dictate your thoughts or actions.
Deceitful/Liar - Your kin will lie and try to fool you to get what they want.
Dour - Your kin should be overly stern and harsh, and inclined towards bad or neutral moods.
Evil - Your kin should actively want to hurt others, usually to get what they want.
Greedy - Your kin should be very concerned with collecting material wealth.
Grumpy - Your kin is generally in a bad mood and quick to annoyance or anger.
Haughty - Your kin should be disdainfully proud, generally associated with aristocrats looking down at those of lower social status.
Insolent - Showing a lack of respect, usually towards those in a position of authority.
Intimidating - Your kin should have a presence that makes others frightened or uncomfortable, and be difficult to approach.
Jealous - Your kin will react negatively to others performing better than them or having things they don't. This one will often interact with your kin's relationship towards you, making them jealous if you are affectionate to other people.

Together, the five glided across the base grounds, taking care as to not irritate the aerial security during their search for the meeting room. Being outside for the flight, the group considered it a blessing that Wade's 'enhanced cooling unit' allowed his body to tolerate the breaching sun in the still cloudy sky, which, according to F, was dangerous to drones like her due to the inefficient cooling she and disassembly drones like her suffered from. Given F's physical fault, she had to fly under shady areas in order to safely traverse the base at day.
Originally, Wade and his friends had planned to walk to the meeting zone, but after running into a trooper experiencing a health mishap, the group did what they could to help the distressed officer. By the time he was brought to the medical ward by other soldiers, Wade found that him and his team would be at least a few minutes late if they kept on their way with their walk.

The structure was moderately tall, only about two stories high, with several soldiers and officers going in and out of the building. Wade smiled as he noticed the target number, as well as the big, bold words describing the building's designation. "8072, Briefing Center B"
"Good eye, honey. Hang on!" Continuing his low glide, Wade zoomed towards the building's entrance before stopping just meters above the ground, his two friends close behind as they slowed down as well. The troopers around them initially looked startled by the sudden arrival of Wade and his group, but quickly regained their composure as Wade hovered still above them.
"At ease! Just visitors." One of the soldiers declared as they identified the newcomers, who touched down before Wade let Jasmine down to her feet, Tina hopping onto the ground along with her.
Putting his hands up, Wade apologized for his swift surprise. "Sorry for the scare, we got delayed for a meeting we're invited to."
The soldier gave an understanding nod as he replied to the former worker drone sternly. "I can see that, just be a bit more careful next time, Mr. Carter. You gave the boys here quite a scare."
Wade returned the gesture in embarrassment as F put a hand to his back, chuckling at his efforts as Tina questioned the officer. "Is Mrs. J in there? She's the one who called for us."
The guard gave his reply as Wade and Tina pulled out their IDs for clearance. "Yes she is, Miss. The meeting's set to begin in under ten minutes." "Hey, Felice!" Wade turned to find the origin of the voice, F doing the same as the two quickly spotted a quartet of soldiers walking excitedly towards F. The disassembly drone glanced to her friends with a smile before turning back to the approaching entourage.
Wade examined the four troops as they got closer: Two human men, one woman, and a male worker drone. One of the male soldiers had short, blonde hair, and a small scar to the right side of their face. The second man bore a tan skin tone and had black hair, with blue strips that went down slightly in a mullet style. The woman bore a set of long, dark green hair, with the hair going down and over her left shoulder. As for the worker drone, he wore the standard green soldier helmet, single eye visor and all. He had no hair on him from what Wade could tell, and bore a pair of whiteish purple eyes on his visor.
As F walked over to the soldiers, the same one that called to her spoke again. "Felicity, I didn't expect to see you around here today! Where you been?"
The girl soldier interrupted his initial chatter. "Hang on Carlos, do you even know if she remembers us?"
"Aye, don't she have one o' them memory locks, or sumthin?" The drone added in a heavy Scottish accent.
F waved her hand as she replied to the group. "Easy, everyone. Thankfully I still got my memories, courtesy of my technician back at Central." Lowering her hand, F let down her usual persona as she gave a wide smirk to the soldiers, clearly pleased to see them. "Good to see you guys around here."
The soldiers gave light cheers to F as they all embraced her, the group having a surprise reunion as Wade and the others watched in surprise. These must've been F's old colleagues from when she was in the service, Wade thought. Quite the coincidence for them to be here at this base of all places.
Not bothering with the convenience of the matter, Wade shook the thought off as he and his friends watched F and her old friends breaking the hug, Tina wrapping an arm around her boyfriend as the second male human spoke to her in what the two discerned as Spanish. "Ay, who your new friends, F?"
"Oh, these guys?" F replied in the same language, quietly startling Wade and the others as they had never heard her speak like that until now. Glancing over to Wade, F motioned him and the others to come over. "Everyone, these are some friends I made in the past few days. Wade, Nathan, Tina, and Jasmine." She pointed her hand to the four as she said each of their names. "I met the boys here during my time on Ceres. Jasmine and Tina here are sisters."
The four soldiers gave various forms of excitement, ranging from hearty laughs to low woops and even a whistle from one of the guys. As F stood next to her old teammates, they each introduced themselves to Wade and his friends. The blonde soldier went first. "Well, it's a pleasure to meet you all, name's Carlos, Lieutenant Marksman."
"I'm Private Alvaros, good with close-range and stealth operations." Said the tan soldier with a salute.
"Sergeant Lucia Vasquez, usually the one who leads this bunch around these days." The female warrior stated with a humorous smirk.
"And Corporal Duncan Wallace, at your service!" The soldier drone stated proudly as he saluted to the bunch in front of him, who gave warm smiles as Wade shook his hand.

Walking over to the desk up against the wall to their left, Wade and his group waved a hand to the occupying attendant.
"Welcome, what do you need?" The desk attendant asked as Tina raised a finger to reply.
"We're here for a meeting, Mrs. J called us here."
The attendant nodded in understanding before directing an arm towards the other end of the room, where a single door stood. "She should be in the second briefing room down that way."
"Thank you." Tina replied warmly before she and Wade began walking towards the door, their friends behind them as they proceeded into the room.
The room beyond the door was quite sizable, a large circular table occupying the middle with several chairs surrounding it. The walls went up a few meters, with four whiteish blue lights illuminating the room. On the wall opposite to Wade and Tina were three monitor screens, all of which showed the USN in bright blue. In several of the seats were faces both familiar and unfamiliar, several men and women in varying styles of uniforms conversing about quietly or taking notice of the recent visitors. Standing up near the monitors were three people: A decorated officer whom Tina identified as a ship captain, and the so-called operatives, Tessa, albeit as a hologram, and J.
Walking slowly into the room, Wade gave a low wave of his hand as he tried to hide his nervousness. Noticing his shyness in front of the officers, Tina held his hand and rubbed his arm comfortingly while returning a pleasant smile to the staff in the room.
"Ah, Wade, Tina. Glad to see you all here." J stated with a smile as she scanned the group, raising a digital eyebrow as she noticed one missing guest. "Or, most of you, I see. Did F run off somewhere?"

"Indeed they were, we still have records on their contributions to the colonies." Eyeing F, he continued. "Though, in Mrs. F's case, I won't blame her if she doesn't remember us. We've been very well aware of JCJenson's 'memory suppression' protocols when it comes to their DDs."

It was swiftly silenced by the captain as he tapped a button on the small, pyramid shaped timer, then facing Wade's group before continuing. "Though, as much as we could use some small talk, it'll have to wait till later."
"Indeed, we're running late at this point." Said another officer, a highly decorated member of the base with dark skin, dark grey hair and a thin beard. He immediately won the attention of everyone in the room as he spoke up. "I'm General Hugh Hood, overseer of this base. I'm certain you know some of the reasons you're here with us, correct?"
Wade nodded as he spoke to Hood. "Yeah, it's cause of those rogue agents from the JCJenson corporation." Glancing to J, the corporate drone nodded in affirmation before speaking herself.
"Tessa and I spent the last hours of yesterday evening clearing up the matter with General Hood, along with several other officials stationed here." She stopped as the middle monitor behind her flashed with a banner at the top, reading, "INCOMING TRANSMISSION", and in place of the USN emblem was a textless version of the JCJenson logo. Below the profile image was another two lines of text. "N. Jenson (Company Exec); Comms Source: Yottrite IV"
"And also told our boss about what happened here too, he wanted to give his say on this ordeal." Looking to the general, J asked him, "May I put him on?"
Hood only gave a nod of approval to the corporate drone before she picked up a remote on the table and tapped a button, accepting the call as the picture shifted to show a middle-aged man in a pristine-looking business suit on the screen.
Wade and Tina glanced to each other before J introduced their guest on the screen. "Ladies and Gentlemen, the CEO of JCJenson: Mr. Noor Jenson."

Mr. Jenson looked down to J attentively as he spoke to her. "Well, that's quite intriguing news, J. Do you have this message available for us to view?" J and Hood both nodded in affirmation, but didn't get an immediate reply as Jenson gazed to Wade and his friends. "...And I presume these are some of the drones rescued from one of the factories?"
Again, J nodded to her superior before explaining her colleagues. "Yes Mr. Jenson, the two drones at the front in particular were among those taken by the Administrator and their subordinates." Pointing an arm to Wade and Tina, she introduced the drone couple. "The disassembly drone here is Mr. Wade Carter, a brother to his-technically speaking-owner, the late Ron Carter. The latter helped us recover Wade during an initial raid inside the Nevada facility." When bringing up Ron, J gave an apologetic look to Wade as to show she did not mean to be offending on him and his brother's relationship. "And this is his romantic partner, Mrs. Tina Fowley. I heard she and her sister Jasmine are pilots."

Wade glanced to Tina apologetically, still feeling bad from her seeing him eat the corpse of the dead murder drone back at the factory.

Behind them was what appeared to be a vacant room, a few shelves holding many books within them standing still in the back. The drone's visage indicated they were filled with immense anxiety, terrified of being caught as they spoke quietly to the camera.
"I can only hope someone gets this in time, they're gonna be on me once they find out the transmitter screens are down!" Turning the camera, he showed what appeared to be a large factory room, several more of the mysterious conveyor belts like at the factory slotted next to each other. It was hard to discern every detail due to not only the window reflection, but also the dark lighting in the inactive conveyor room. Filming the room beyond, the drone continued. "Dr. Halloway's a madman, he's got more of those stolen drones being brought here and he's going to be overseeing it in the afternoon tomorrow! I've seen what happened back in Nevada, I can't take this any longer! I'm at coordinates ##.######, -###.###### Please, send someo-"
The suspicious, partially scrambled transmission immediately cut off to static, leaving Wade, Tina, and their friends with confused expressions as Tessa spoke up. "Yeah, that caught me by surprise too."
"So, that guy says they got more drones being sent 'there', but... where is there, exactly?" Jasmine asked with immense curiosity.
"I was hoping you'd ask that, Mrs. Fowley." The technician replied as she glanced to J, who tapped a few more buttons on the remote before speaking over her boss-friend.
"While the transmission itself isn't much to work off of, our friends from Comms over here managed to intercept the signal earlier, and even better, discern where it originated from." As J started her explanation, the screen shifted once more to show a large city, with one skyscraper highlighted in red as it was zoomed towards on the screen. "That scrambled audio wasn't a simple glitch, it was intentionally done so as to hide key information for us to uncover. Upon cleaning up the message, we managed to recover a set of coordinates, which direct to this structure here, in San Francisco."
Wade and his friends stared at the building in shock, examining the tall structure as it stood over the shorter buildings in the city. Tina broke the silence in her gaze. "So, this is another factory? It looks... terribly different from the one we got out of."
"Not exactly, Mrs. Fowley." Mr. Jenson answered, Tina and the others looking to him as he continued. "THAT is the Administrator's main laboratory, its location was kept on the down low so other authorities and terrorist groups wouldn't find out what the buildings true purpose was." Sighing, Jenson completed his reply. "But, with this recent mistake of Halloway's, that place has lost all purpose for us at the company."
Wade raised a hand to speak. "So, we're going to pounce on that place? Get Halloway before he runs off again?"
"Exactly." General Hood replied as he looked up to Mr. Jenson. "This whole 'recovery/recruitment' effort has gotten out of hand all across Sol. We've gotten countless reports of people being killed because of this, be it the brutal robberies here in Nevada or the bloodbath on Ceres. Even if Mr. Jenson refuses to cooperate, this has become a dire matter for us now. One way or another, this insanity will be stopped with due haste."
The CEO nodded in acknowledgement before explaining his own plans for the mission. "Speaking of cooperation, upon seeing what was happening at Earth, I ordered a detachment of our corporate starships in orbit at the time to depart for Sol in order to help with investigating the situation. They're not warships, but they are well-armed. I'll dispatch them to your authority upon concluding this call." Glancing to Wade and his team for a moment, Jenson continued. "As for the mission, I may not have much of a say, but let it be known that you have my blessing to do whatever it takes to end this madness. I don't care what you do with Halloway or any of his lackeys, or what happens to that facility down there... I want that program shut down."
"Thank you for the extra hands, Mr. Jenson. We'll make sure this Administrator is dealt with." Hood replied gratefully as Wade sat firm in his seat, Tina and the others following suite.
"General?" The former worker drone said aloud, catching Hood's attention before he made his request. "I know I'm not a soldier, but I want to help with dealing with Halloway and his grunts. After what he did, after losing my brother, I can't rest until I see that man stopped."
Tina raised a finger as well. "As do I, Wade could use a hand with those people, and given how we did during our escape run out of that place, I think the two of us make quite the duo." She glanced to Wade with a smirk as she referenced their combat prowess when flying together.
Nathan and F stood up before the latter gave her own request. "Sir, I wish to take part in this mission as well. I can also recommend Wade for you too, as I fought alongside him during the factory raid."
"Wouldn't mind giving a hand myself! And I'm sure my pal Kurtis would love to help, he's here at the base too!" Nathan added with a confident smirk, the group's determination encouraging Jasmine to stand up as well.
"I'd like to help too." She stated simply, a smile on her face as the general and his companions observed the five guests.
Admittedly, Hood knew it would be a bit absurd to allow these people to take part in an operation which would certainly involve bloodshed, especially considering most of them merely had civilian status at the moment. Tina blushed at the praise from Mitchell as she spoke to the general. "That is true, we uh... did get discharged for our... 'fancy maneuvering'."
"Sir?" Jasmine said, the general's attention on her as she added to the conversation. "Even if our flying is a bit out of protocol, Tina saved a lot of people on that starjet a few days back. I can promise you, she's an excellent woman to have at the wheel."
Glancing to Wade again, Hood took in his face, one of begging desperation as he spoke once more. "Please, Sir. My brother, the troops he brought from the Coalition, Halloway's gotten them all killed cause of this. I want to do this. I HAVE to do this, at least for them."
The good general took a deep, quiet breath, considering his decision once more before finally revealing it to Wade and his friends. "Mr. Carter, Fowleys? I'm probably making myself a fool for saying this, but you're permitted to assist us in this mission."
The drone couple contained their gratefulness in the form of ecstatic grins as Wade replied to the general. "Thanks, General. We won't let you down."
"And Mrs. Lee?" Hood said as he glanced to F, who returned the gesture as he told her, "You're technically under Mr. Jenson's authority, whatever his answer is, it's mine as well."
Bringing her yellow-orange eyes to her CEO, F awaited Mr. Jenson's answer. "F, yes? I heard Mr. Hood call you by a different name just now, I assume you have some experience with the army?"
The warrior drone nodded as she explained herself. "I once inherited the name of Felicity Lee, Mr. Jenson. I served under the USN Defense Forces before joining the DD Division." Then, glancing to the military staff near her, she finished with, "I had hoped to provide my enhancements to the Force one day."
Jenson gave a hint of a proud smile as he finally gave his decision. "Well, it seems you'll finally get that chance. From now on, even after this mission on Earth is over with, you're hereby dispatched to serve under the USN."
F admittedly couldn't hide her excited smirk as she flung a salute to her now former boss. "Thank you Sir!"
Looking up to Jenson, General Hood asked the CEO, "Mr. Jenson, how long until your ships can reach Earth?"

Be ready to head to the flight pads in no more than three hours."

"One more thing, Sir." Nathan asked. "The Coalition's going to help us out with this too, right?"
"You can count on it, Mr. Nathan." The Vickers' captain replied as he looked to J, then to Jenson as he spoke further. "I met the leader of the Coalition's detachment working with us when I was introduced to J and Mrs. Elliott here, they intend to see this conflict finished. I highly doubt they're willing to sit back and let us do this by ourselves."
"And their help will be much appreciated." Hood added, everyone's attention returned to him as he looked to Tessa, curious eyes scanning her holographic form. "And Mrs. Elliott, if I may. Do you mind heading down here to assist us in our investigations later on?"
"Funny you say that, General. I'm almost done with my own snooping around on the JCJ up in orbit, Cyn has some small departments of hers aboard, and I thought I'd gather some more intel before coming down." Glancing to Mr. Jenson, she saw him giving an understanding nod before returning her gaze to the military staff. "I should be down there by the evening, judging by where you're located."
"Do what you must, Mrs. Elliott. We could use whatever you find." Hood replied firmly as he turned once more to the JCJenson CEO. "Thank you for your time, Mr. Jenson. We will get to the bottom of this."
"It's my pleasure, General." Glancing to J and Tessa, he spoke to them once more. "J? Contact me when you've finished with Halloway and his Administrator."
"It'll be done, Mr. Jenson." The obedient servant answered before saluting firmly, receiving a final nod from her boss before he ended the transmission.
With their off-world guest out of the way, Hood looked to Wade and his friends, J, Tessa and Captain Mitchells sharing the gaze with them as the general spoke to them in finality. "Well, you know what comes next everyone. You're all dismissed for now. And remember, landing zone by 1300."
"We'll be there Sir." Wade said with a nod as he and his friends stood up, pushing in their chairs before making their way out to the door.
As they neared it, Wade stopped for a moment as they heard Hood call to one of his friends. "And F?" The soldier drone looked to the general as he continued. "Before we depart, would you mind changing your uniform? I believe it could help with identifying you from the other disassembly drones more easily." Glancing to J, then back to F, he finished with, "I recall hearing about the most formidable drones having clones prepared, yes?"
"Correct, Sir. I'll stop by the nearest barracks while I can." F replied before turning back to the door with her colleagues, Wade opening the door for them all as they passed through. After them, Wade passed through himself, shutting the door to the meeting room as he returned to the lobby.
Walking about together, F spoke to Wade and the others. "Well, that went smoothly. I'll be heading down to the barracks, then head over to your place to help out."
"Actually," Wade replied, raising a finger up as he asked his fellow murder drone, "You think you could bring your friends over? We could get to know each other while we're getting ready."
F glanced to Nathan with a smile before returning her eyes to Wade. "I could see about that. You're gonna like them, I can promise you that."
Taking Tina's hand, Wade walked with his girlfriend alongside Jasmine and the others, nearing the hallway they came through as they prepared for the walk back to the apartment.

“It’s an important piece of the puzzle on digital-media use and mental health,” says psychologist Markus Appel at the University of Würzburg in Germany. “If social media and Internet and mobile-phone use is really such a devastating force in our society, we should see it on this bird’s-eye view [study] — but we don’t.” Such concerns are typically related to behaviours linked to social-media use, such as cyberbullying, social-media addiction and body-image issues. But the best studies have so far shown small negative effects, if any2,3, of Internet use on well-being, says Appel.
From separate Gallup polls:
Pryzbylski and his colleagues analysed data on how Internet access was related to eight measures of well-being from the Gallup World Poll, conducted by analytics company Gallup, based in Washington DC. The data were collected annually from 2006 to 2021 from 1,000 people, aged 15 and above, in 168 countries, through phone or in-person interviews. The researchers controlled for factors that might affect Internet use and welfare, including income level, employment status, education level and health problems.
…The team found that, on average, people who had access to the Internet scored 8% higher on measures of life satisfaction, positive experiences and contentment with their social life, compared with people who lacked web access. I am making a new updated post with an mysterious issue with my Load Order. I am either missing something or something is cooperating. I could use a couple extra sets of eyes to see if I have missed anything. I am trying to build a working load order for the next gen update. Currently I have removed some mods and patched some that were made aware to me to be trouble some. Yet here I am again and this time I timed the crash intervals. Its crashing exactly between 6-8 minutes. Also while walking through sanctuary I noticed trees in the background flickering in and out. This tells me somethings not working as intended.

AMD Ryzen 9 5950X at 5.6ghz
64Gb DDR4 Ram at 3600mhz
Nvidia RTX 4080 at stock settings
Samsung 970 Evo M.2 SSD
Neither my cpu or gpu hit 50% load and I'm wondering if there is a way to let the game use more cpu and gpu, if that'll help.

Alright so besides the funny title, I am making a new updated post with an mysterious issue with my Load Order. I am either missing something or something is cooperating. I could use a couple extra sets of eyes to see if I have missed anything. I am trying to build a working load order for the next gen update. Currently I have removed some mods and patched some that were made aware to me to be trouble some. Yet here I am again and this time I timed the crash intervals. Its crashing exactly between 6-8 minutes. Also while walking through sanctuary I noticed trees in the background flickering in and out. This tells me somethings not working as intended.
My PC Specs are as follows:
AMD Ryzen 9 5950X at 5.6ghz
64Gb DDR4 Ram at 3600mhz
Nvidia RTX 4080 at stock settings
Samsung 970 Evo M.2 SSD
Neither my cpu or gpu hit 50% load and I'm wondering if there is a way to let the game use more cpu and gpu, if that'll help.
I have only made it to Sanctuary each time I test this and yes I create a new game each time until I get this narrowed down. I also am not sure if Bethini works properly as every time I run it I have to redo all the settings each time.

This is a technique I made a really long time ago that I finally wanna share with people lol. This technique was created as the Inherited Technique to a custom clan I made.

Name: Cursed Armoury
Description: The Cursed Armory is a technique that gives the user access to a collection of 10 Special Grade Cursed Tools. These tools have existed since The Yamato period. But over time, their shape has changed to match the more modern era. This technique can only be possessed by one person at a time, due to there only being 10 total weapons. More weapons can also be added, so long as the user is capable of creating them.
Abilities: These 10 tools are the following.
-The Wrecking Rod: A fishing rod with an extending line (up to 100 feet) that allows the user to trip up their enemies and attack from afar. In its earliest iteration, the Wrecking Rod was actually a rope called The Divine Rope. The line is extremely durable, being a Special Grade Tool.
-The Jumping Ball: A steel ball that bounces like it's made of rubber. The more it bounces, the stronger it becomes. In it's Yamato-Period form, The Jumping Ball, was actually a paper talisman, capable of moving on its own, known as The Crawling Talisman. The ball can increase to a point where it can dent steel, and it bounces infinitely until its stopped.
-The Sword of Seals: A Wakizashi that has the power to absorb Cursed Techniques and then unleash them back at the user's opponent, with their power decreasing a bit. This sword can only seal one technique at a time, and the technique must be unleashed within 30 seconds, or the weapon will damage the user. This is one of two tools that has remained the same since the Yamato Period. It cannot seal entire Curses. Additionally, it cannot be used to seal the Techniques of enemies significantly stronger than the user.
-Fūjin: A Sensu fan with a red tether on the butt. This is the newest weapon in The Clans arsenal, having been created during The Golden Age of Sorcery. This fan allows the user control over the winds. Allowing them to create powerful gusts of wind, cutting wind slashes, and walls or shields of wind.
-Smash Hammer: A giant hammer that's larger than the user. The more attacks this hammer lands, the more damage it does. While this weapon was always a hammer, the name was changed by the current user. The Power of this hammer is enough to cave in brick walls.
-Guitar Hero: An electric guitar that releases Cursed Energy every time it's played. When it was first created, the Guitar was a Taiko Drum. As the years have gone on the weapon has also taken on the form of various other weapons, like a Shamisen, or a Violin.
-Devil Bringer: A glowing mechanized arm that can punch Cursed energy attacks back at the user's opponent. The more this arm is used in succession, the less effective it becomes. After 6 uses, the arm loses its effect for the rest of the day, but it does still enhance the user's strength.
-Gungnir: Gungnir is a spear coated in Cursed Energy, and explodes with Cursed Energy when the attack lands. It can duplicate up to six total times, with the explosion becoming weaker with every duplication. This caps out at 1/6th of the total power of one. New spears can be formed anywhere within 20 feet of the original. The original is strong enough to pierce steel.
-The Wonder Gun: The Wonder Gun is a flintlock-style pistol that can fire pure cursed energy. The gun can be charged for up to one minute. And when it's fully charged the bullet fires at the speed of sound and is capable of destroying cement walls with ease. Its first version was a bow and arrow with the same effect.
-The Divine Staff: The most treasured artefact belonging to The Kamisato Clan. This staff allows the user to create light-based attacks that can cut through Cursed Techniques. These attacks can only damage Curses.
Strengths: Each of the items can match a certain scenario.
Weaknesses: Each weapons summoning eats away at Cursed Energy. And the more that are summoned at once the more draining it is.
Additional Notes: This technique has a binding vow in place, the weapon drawn is randomised. Meaning, the user cannot pick which weapon they use. This in turn strengthens each individual weapon.
Domain Expansion
Name: Turn-Based Frenzy
Base Technique: Cursed Armoury
Ability: This is a rules-based domain. The idea is that both the caster, and anyone tapped in the domain, need to take turns attacking (like a Pokemon Battle). Both participants have 10 HP while in the domain, and whoever runs out first is given a negative status effect, such as blindness or the loss of their Cursed Energy. This effect is decided on by the caster of the domain. After 5 turns the status effect ends, and the caster regains all Cursed Energy and is free to recast the domain.
The combatants can't use their Cursed Techniques or Cursed Energy to fight. Instead they need to use one of 10 weapons granted by the domain. They can also choose to attack when it's not their turn, but they will be punished for cheating in that case. Each of these weapons deals a set amount of damage. In order to land a hit in this domain the combatants need to roll a d10. The weapon's damage and needed rolls are the following.
The Wrecking Rod. -The Fishing Rod deals 1 damage. And you need to roll higher than a 1 for the attack to land.
The Jumping Ball. -The Ricochet Ball deals 2 Damage. And the user needs to roll a 2 or better.
The Sword of Seals. -Deals 3 damage. Needs a roll of 3 or better.
Fujin. -Deals 4 damage. Needs a roll of 4 or better.
The Smash Hammer. -The Smash hammer deals 5 damage. And requires the user to roll a 5 or better to land a hit.
The Guitar Hero. -The Guitar Hero deals 6 damage. But the user must roll a 6 in order to hit.
Devil Bringer. -Deals 7 Damage. Needs a roll of 7 to hit.
Gungnir. -Deals 8 Damage. Needs a roll of 8 to hit.
The Wonder Gun. -Deals 9 Damage. Needs a roll of 9 to hit.
The Divine Staff. -Deals 10 damage. Needs a roll of 10 to hit.
Weaknesses: As a rules based domain, it lacks a sure-hit effect. But as an additional note, the technique also affects the caster. The caster is fully capable of losing the turn-based battle, and suffering the negative effects of the domain.
Appearance: Both the caster and victim are placed across from one another. Above each of their heads is a health bar that reads 10/10. Along with that, they also have an interactive menu in front of them.

Honestly the only thing I can say about this ability that I'm not happy with is that I now know who Kite from HxH is. Meaning that I can never call this an original ability again without someone telling me that I just ripped the ability from HxH, and that makes me sad.
