Heya! This is F4M because I'm a tomboy and I have always gotten along better with and always have had more in common with guys than with other girls. I'm not looking for dating, (although that could change in the future, no promises) just friends at the moment please!
So, I've been lonely and spending a lot of time by myself lately and I figured I should try and make some new friends (21+ please, I can't relate with teenagers, sorry)! I mostly communicate on Discord and/or Steam through texting and voice chat, being a gamer and all lol. I'm based in Ohio but I'm totally cool with online friendships from anywhere! If it matters, I'm pale, short, and average weight (5'2" and 115lbs.) I'm not a smoketoker and I occasionally will drink socially, but only if the other person/people are comfortable with it.
I have a fair amount of games, mostly singleplayer stuff like Bioshock, Dishonored, Far Cry, Assassin's Creed, Ghostrunner, Skyrim, SOMA, Metro, STALKER, that sort of thing, but I also do some multiplayer ones we can do together like Deep Rock Galactic, Baldur's Gate 3, Risk of Rain 2, Halo MCC, Project Zomboid, Ready or Not, Path of Titans, Golf With Your Friends, Left 4 Dead 2, Dying Light 1&2, No Man's Sky, Project Ascension WoW (a private server basically), and even Warcraft 3 (a childhood favorite of mine!) I also have some I haven't dabbled much in like Rainbow Six, Titanfall 2 MP, Hell Let Loose, Arma 3, Mortal Kombat X, Pavlov VR (yes I have a headset, I use it maybe once or twice a year though lol). I mostly like narrative/story, RTS, roguelike, horror, survival, and co-op games. Sometimes FPS too. I'm an ex-Riot fan and a ex-Blizzard fan (sad trumpets playing Taps, bweh bwehhh.) There's more games I have I'm probably forgetting about, those are just some big examples.
As for movies, I like pretty much everything! Western films, artsy fartsy foriegn films, detective noirs, action movies, horror, romance, historical fiction, documentaries, whatever. Anything from Life Of Brian to The Devil All The Time! I have a soft spot for classics and monster movies (Alien and Godzilla are some of my favorite franchises and I have posters in my room!) Currently I'm in season 2 of Vikings and am waiting for the next season of The Boys, and would love recommendations for other shows to try out, bonus points if you'd watch them with me!
For other interests, I like creative stuff like music, reading, writing, drawing, etc. but I also like dinosaurs/paleontology and history, especially ancient civilizations. Science in general fascinates me and I almost got into quantum physics but turned a different corner in life, lol. I love renaissance festivals and cosplay/LARP (though I haven't gotten into it myself yet, I just attend events as a normal modern person, but I'd love to go in character someday!) And yes, I'm a rootin' tootin' American that thinks guns are Pretty Awesome and I'd love to learn more about them and maybe someday start going to ranges or maybe even hunting one day! I'm also curious about Warhammer 40k and would love to get more into it. I don't know very much about it but I do know the fanspace is kinda imploding right now because of, erm, recent events. Smh they couldn't just let Henry Cavil do his thing, huh?
I did at one point like anime and manga but I've kind of grown out of it. I'm not opposed to dipping my toes back in every once in a while and I do still have my old manga collections, but it's not a big thing I'm into anymore.
I will say that while I'm mostly looking for friends to game together with and watch movies/shows with, I'd prefer if we weren't too different in morals/values since I've tried making friends with opposites all my life and it never went well and was always tense (I'm right-leaning with conservative/traditional values.) I don't generally like talking about politics very much but I would like to finally have a friend that I can relate to, relax around, and feel the same way about political/social issues with.
Lastly, I have a deeper voice because of my personal medical history (I'm fine now, don't worry!), so hopefully that doesn't bother you too much! You're welcome to ask about it, it's just that this post is way too long already lmao.

-- Before I start, I hope you have discord, would make things easier since I'm not here most of the time. --
Greetings traveler, I hope I make this introduction awkward enough to give you a reason to scroll down because I actually want to filter most people out, I know... I'll be lucky if I even get 1 reply but that's exactly enough. I know you may be a wonderful person but I'm a simple guy with few friends and I can only handle one more atm. Friends to me are precious and require something as (if not more) precious, which is time, so it's totally fine if you don't want to share yours with me but if you aren't sure here's a "short" list of things about me:
Latino, English is not my first language so be patient if you like your grammar, I can do Voice Chat but please bear that in mind or spare us the trouble.
Happily single, idc about race and relationship status, as I mentioned, I just want a friend, you can't choose who you fall in love with anyway but I'd be lying if I said I'm looking for something here, my expectations are: someone to talk to or a player 2 (or player 1 for that matter), that said, if you are taken don't expect me to give you dating advice or anything similar, I'm of the opinion that such things should be solved by talking to your SO, not someone else.
I couldn't care less about appearance, (most) people can choose their own weight but not the face they are born with, it's hard enough to find meaningful connections, I don't want to discard one just because they don't look like a supermodel, I'm no Brad Pitt either but I come close if I say so myself (no I don't).
I also don't care much about age but from experience it would be easier for us to get along if you are 25+ but it's all about mental age, really.
If you are wondering when I'm gonna talk about my hobbies, consider this a warning because I usually send a wall of text and forget about it for hours or a day unless we are having an active conversation and then I repeat the process, which I know is overwhelming to some but on the other hand I don't expect you to reply the moment I DM you, not even the same day tbh, what I do expect is an actual answer.
I like space, science, philosophy and the typical triforce of games, anime and internet debates. Although I rarely watch anime now, I just like the art style.
It would be nice to exchange music recommendations... but expect most of mine to be instrumental, j-music or some sort of electronic mess (no dubstep), I tend to be out of the loop with anime openings for the reason stated above.
Favs:
Game: Harvest moon (rebranded as Story of seasons)
Anime: Hard to pick, maybe Kanon (Clannad's older sis) or Utawarerumono.
All of these are oldies but I guess that's why I enjoyed Godzilla Minus One so much.
Music: Wide range, depends on the mood, if I want something soothing "Wasureji no kotonoha" (DAZBEE's cover in particular) or if I want to draw then "Bassline Yatteru?" (not proud but no point in being ashamed either)
I do play online and co op games but prefer to keep it simple or short, tft, hs battlegrounds, etc, otherwise I'll never finish my backlog. No FPS, I suck, like, wood tier.
Anyway... nothing here is a must, if you don't want to talk about anything just don't, the whole point of this is to have something to look forward to or maybe just a safe place. I could go on but it would be better to ask if you got this far. If you actually read all of that, regardless of what you do next, I want to thank you for your time, hope it was worth it, if not, hope you find something or someone that is.

I'm trying to find a game where you play as a kaiju or something and you have to destroy cities or similar things. I know there is the godzilla (2014) but it isn't that good and is only of ps4, I'm looking for something I could play on pc, it can be old or new, but it has to be about you controlling a monster that destroys cities.
Any type of recommendations is welcome, and if you think of thing that might be similar it's welcome too.

Truthfully, I’ll read or watch anything with Monsters and Aliens in it with a compelling story. Which is why I enjoyed Ender’s Game so much, I loved the empathy shown to the Aliens at the end.

Let me preface this by saying that if you enjoy Diablo or the current season, don't let my post upset you.
My biggest gripe with this season is partially self-inflicted, as I chose Necro (Minion build). However, with the addition of Pit endgame and pushing your charactegame to its limits, a lot of cracks begin to appear.
Positives:

• New itemization is a huge improvement compared to what it was before.
• New Endgame.
• New Tormented (Uber) bosses.

Minor Issues:

• Gold: I don't mind Whispers being the main source of it, but everything in the game has such an exorbitant gold sink associated with it. This is even worse for casuals. Also, vendoring your items instead of salvaging them feels like bad game design.
• Scattered Prisms: Usually, people don’t set up timers to be ready for every single boss spawn. By the time you are max level, you can barely add sockets to a few items. This is also bad game design.
• Stygian Stones: Another example of bad game design. Wasn’t the point of adding these so you no longer have to kill Duriel in 1 second, and there's an actual challenge with extra rewards? If you look at the official Discord LFG, most people are doing normal bosses because almost no one has spare Stygian Stones. In 54 Pit runs, I got only 2 of them.
• Pit: This game mode has so many issues I don’t even know where to start.
  • Why do Elixirs like Holy Bolts work there? Especially for minion necros, it's beyond broken, and they refuse to fix it for some reason.
  • Why does the boss have so much HP? Not only does it take too long to kill, but it has like 50 different mechanics, meaning you actually avoid stuff for 10 seconds, do damage for 2 seconds, then avoid stuff for another 10 seconds. Did anyone at Blizzard actually try to push higher pits? I highly doubt that.
  • Why isn't there an increasing reward in items or their quality? Why bother doing 100+ when you get the same reward doing 61? I was getting the same loot in both tiers.
  • If you are not supposed to get better rewards as you progress through it and it's purely to test your strength, why no leaderboards? Nothing makes sense, and it feels like beta version.

Major Issues:

• Walls and Poorly Designed Maps: Why does my character keep getting stuck when running near pretty much any wall that isn't a straight line? I can't even tell how many times I died while pushing high Pit where positioning is crucial, either that or those pillars that elites spawn, and you end up sandwiched in them. Why make extremely tight corridors in many maps and then put 50 Godzilla-sized enemies in them? Not only does it play terribly, but it ruins your immersion by how stupid it looks.
• Queuing Abilities: Why do we have to queue for abilities? Is Diablo 4 supposed to be a turn-based game? I can't even tell how many times I died when locked in an animation.
• Poorly Designed Combat: Did you notice that when you evade/dash or use any abilities that are supposed to make you invincible, they don't, at least not for the first few frames? However, with enemies, it's the exact opposite. They deal damage to you a few frames before their ability hits, meaning you have even less time to react even if you are not locked in an animation. This makes it extremely inconsistent at the higher end where everything one-shots you. Also, the hitboxes of abilities are slightly off in general. Though this has been the case with Blizzard games in general for decades now, so I got used to it and know it’s not going to change.

Additional Rant (Only for Necros with Minions):
I'm not going to focus on how complex and high RPM the build is, but rather the fact that you cannot command your minions like in Grim Dawn/Last Epoch makes me hate minion builds even more. How complex can it be to add it to the game? Not to mention your minions are extremely stupid, not attacking enemies with damage reduction aura, sometimes just running around me not attacking the boss or enemies, ignoring blisters on Lilith, and dying in general on boss fights. It again feels like an incomplete/poorly developed mechanic.
