(TSXV: WCU) (OTCQB: WCUFF) (FSE: 7LY0) ("World Copper" or the "Company") is pleased to provide a general corporate update regarding the Company's assets and direction. Zonia Project Update Going forward the Company will be focusing its efforts on the Zonia Project ("Zonia") as our flagship asset, with the aim of working to advance Zonia to a bankable feasibility study and then proceeding into construction and production. Given the current global copper supply deficit, management's belief is that the short-term solution to the copper supply crisis will come from smaller more efficient copper operations, which are cheaper to build and have less environmental impacts. Recent events in the sector have shown that major mining companies are hesitating to take on very large-scale, high capital intensity projects by looking for partners to share the risk and costs, or by targeting smaller assets and innovative or conventional leaching technologies. Zonia fits into these new copper market dynamics perfectly offering a viable smaller scale and lower cost operation that can be permitted and constructed in half the time required on average to develop new larger concentrate mines. Being a past producer, Zonia's mineralization is pre-stripped resulting in a 1:1 strip ratio for our new operations, and it has power and water on site. We recently announced the formation of a Technical Advisory Committee that will play a lead role in the proposed development and construction of the Zonia mining operation. Derek White and Joe Philips have joined us as advisors at World Copper. Derek is an industry leader in the copper sector having developed and built several copper mines. As the former CEO of KGHM International he built the Sierra Gorda mine in Chile and the Carlota mine in Arizona. Most recently he completed construction of the Premier Gold mine in BC. He is a consummate mine builder. Derek will guide the World Copper team in taking Zonia down the path to production. Joe Philips brings a wealth of mine building experience having lead construction on 14 mining operations in 11 different counties. His upgrading and expansion of the SX-EW plant for Tres Valles in Chile will be of particular importance to our Zonia development process. Our seasoned team are looking to put the asset into production within 3 to 5 years and at a quarter of the costs of conventional concentrate operations. Zonia is uniquely positioned with a strategic location in Arizona allowing it to supply the domestic US refined copper market, which is currently in dire need for US-manufactured cathodes, Zonia has the potential to become a net-zero facility benefiting from low energy consumption, favorable energy mix and emission compensation returns. World Copper has adopted a two-phase plan to move the Zonia project down the production track. Phase one would target only the portion of the project located on private land. Phase two will target copper mineralization located on non-private land so that it could be permitted for future inclusion into the anticipated mine plan. To satisfy the parameters of a bankable feasibility study Phase one will move to convert a major portion of the inferred resources in from the PEA to indicated resources. This will most likely entail an infill drilling campaign. Other Phase one programs will include environmental studies, land and water use permits, metallurgical studies, mine planning, engineering, financing modelling and construction planning. Phase two programs will comprise primarily of permitting the BLM land (non-private) that surrounds the Zonia private land, environmental studies, and some exploration drilling. Our BLM lands are 3 times the size of our private land package and have the potential to increase our copper resource exponentially. These phase two programs will be initiated in parallel with the phase one activity as the timeline to receiving exploration and mining permits for these areas are longer. Zonia's historical preliminary economic assessment (PEA) in 2018 concluded that the economics of the project are excellent and gives World Copper the assurance to advance the project through feasibility. The historical PEA outlines an open-pit, copper-oxide heap leach project with a 9-year mine life and favourable economics. The base case uses a $2.00/lb designed pit shell with a grade cutoff of 0.17% total copper. The PEA was prepared by Global Resource Engineering Ltd. ("GRE") of Denver, Colorado, in accordance with the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) NI 43-101. GRE reported on the scoping-level capital and operating costs, and project economics associated with the potential development of the Zonia copper oxide project. The full report entitled "Preliminary Economic Assessment, NI 43-101 Technical Report Zonia Copper Project Yavapai County, Arizona, USA" with an Effective Date of March 22, 2018, and an Issue Date of April 17, 2018, is available on SEDAR+ or can be downloaded using this link. The preliminary economic assessment is preliminary in nature and includes inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves; there is no certainty that the preliminary economic assessment will be realized. The updated mineral resource estimate for Zonia (see news release dated February 23, 2023), includes 75.7 million short tons grading 0.30% total-copper (Indicated Resources) containing 450.5 million pounds of copper and 122.0 million short tons grading 0.24% total-copper (Inferred Resources) containing 575.4 million pounds of copper, which is a significant expansion of the historical resource estimate. Further information on Zonia's updated resource estimated can be found in the technical report entitled "National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report: Updated Mineral Resource Estimate for the Zonia Copper Project Yavapai County, Arizona USA" dated December 20, 2022 and dated effective September 1, 2022. Mineral Resources are not Mineral Reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability. Inferred Mineral Resources are that part of the Mineral Resource for which quantity and grade, or quality, are estimated based on limited geologic evidence and sampling, which is sufficient to imply but not verify grade or quality continuity. Inferred Mineral Resources may not be converted to Mineral Reserves. It is reasonably expected, though not guaranteed, that the majority of Inferred Mineral Resources could be upgraded to Indicated Mineral Resources with continued exploration. The Company is also currently reviewing additional assets in the United States. The United States has declared copper a critical metal, and it is a consistently mining friendly jurisdiction. 4 US states were listed in the top 10 most attractive jurisdictions globally by Fraser Institute (that included Arizona with rank #7). Both the Department of Energy and the Department of defence have created funding programs for copper and other critical metals. By shifting focus to US copper markets World Copper will have a new captive and supportive potential pool of interest. Escalones Project Update Escalones remains the largest undeveloped copper oxide deposit in Chile and is one of the most desirable copper projects in the sector. Further drilling at Escalones is needed in order to advance the project, and this drilling will also assist in de-risking Escalones. The Company is currently in discussions with the Chilean authorities for drilling permits and to better understand the next steps in formalizing the directives under the new sanctuary of nature established by presidential decree (see news release dated January 23, 2024). Loan Extension The Company has also, subject to TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") acceptance, entered into a loan extension agreement (the "Extension Agreement") made as of May 18, 2024 with E.L. II Properties Trust (the "Lender") for loans assumed by World Copper in connection with the merger with Cardero Resource Corp. by plan of arrangement in January 2022 in the aggregate amount of CAD $1,958,019.88 (based on a CAD - USD exchange rate of 1.3570 as of February 29, 2024) (the "Loans"). Pursuant to the Extension Agreement, the Loans will bear interest at a rate of 8% per annum compounded quarterly, and the due dates for the Loans will be extended by two years. The Company has agreed to issue the Lender in aggregate 6,419,737 non-transferable bonus common share purchase warrants (each, a "Bonus Warrant"), each exercisable to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of CAD $0.305 per share for a period of two years, subject to acceptance by the TSXV. All securities issued pursuant to the Loans will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day in Canada from the date of issuance. As the Lender is a trust owned and controlled by Robert Kopple, who is a director of the Company, the transaction constitutes a related party transaction pursuant to Multilateral Instrument 61 101 - Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions ("MI 61-101"). The Company is relying on Sections 5.5(a) and 5.7(1)(a) of MI 61-101 for an exemption from the formal valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements, respectively, of MI 61-101, as, at the time the Extension Agreement was entered into by the Company with the Lender, neither the fair market value of the subject matter of, nor the fair market value of the transaction exceeded 25% of the Company's market capitalization. A lényeg, hogy egy kiváló magyar irodalmárt, az őt ért háborús idők megtapasztalásainak leiratát kiforgassák, dehonesztálják, devalválják. Ehhez roppantul értenek a szemita gyökerű, magyartalan, magyar nemzeti érzések hiányától szenvedő emberek és a lefizethető bérencek. A HVG munkatársa inkább a saját pöcegödrébe tegye az irományát, ugyanis oda való az újsággal együtt!
Egy ember lelkisége, szellemisége nem ez alapján ítéltetik meg. Egyikünk sem Isten, és nem várhatja el embertársaitól sem a tökéletességet, hibanélküliséget. Azt viszont elvárhatjuk egymástól, hogy a halottak szellemét ne gyalázzák.

És van aki örökké végtelen nagy lelki szenvedésben él, mert képtelen szabadulni a tévképzeteitől. Választás kérdése csupán a feldolgozás módja.
Viszont hiába választunk, mert sem a római jogra alapozott törvénykezésünk, sem a többségi emberi moralitásunk nem alkalmas arra, hogy még csak közelébe se menjünk azoknak a bizonyos titkos aktáknak. Helyeslem, hogy lezárták és maradjanak még egy ideig zárva, amíg a közerkölcs, legalább az értelmiségi szintű írás megüti a tőle elvárható minimumot: nem uszít, nem demagogizál és nem dehonesztál. Hanem helyiértéken kezelve véleményalkotásra ösztönöz pro és kontra.

- Lenguaje. No estamos en contra de las groserías o lenguaje florido siempre y cuando sea elegante y no dirigido a ninguna persona. Con "elegante" nos referimos a que no sea un párrafo lleno de puras groserías sin ningún objetivo claro. Hay que tener algo de clase.
- No auto-promoción. Quizá terminaste y has publicado tu obra. ¡Genial!, sin embargo esta es una comunidad de escritura, las obras concluidas se pueden promocionar en libros siguiendo las reglas de auto-promoción de obras que encontrarás en su wiki. Puedes mencionar aquí que has terminado la obra y cómo te has sentido, pero dirige a los usuarios a tu post de libros si quieres promocionar tu obra.
- No problemas complejos. Si deseas hablar sobre problemas técnicos en tu obra como "¿cómo puedo saber cuándo he llegado al final de mi libro?", "¿Dónde puedo conseguir información sobre el tiempo que tarda en desangrarse alguien por una herida en una arteria en la pierna?", etc., por favor crea tu propio tema con la etiqueta "duda sobre escritura", de ese modo será más visible y recibirás mejor ayuda de la comunidad.

Ha nem unom meg az évente tízszer ovoshoz mászkálást és nem állok a sarkamra, akkor valószínűleg még mindig nem tudnánk, hogy mi a gond. Post semi rant per condividere quanto viene fuori da più parti quando compaiono articoli sulla natalità in calo e puntualmente arrivano quelli che "i paesi poveri fanno figli a manetta, dobbiamo fare come loro! Non c'entra il reddito e il costo della vita!". Prendendo spunto dalla mia situazione familiare quando ero piccolo (metà anni 80) ecco una serie di "consigli" per fare e crescere figli in quest'epoca storica del bel paese.
Si presuppone coppia eterosessuale di età attorno ai 30 anni e con almeno uno con un lavoro da 20-30k di RAL (quindi frequentatori di ItaliaPersonalFinance astenersi) e almeno due figli abbastanza ravvicinati nel tempo (dopo spiego perchè), no aiuti dai familiari di grossa entità (affitto o mutuo a circa 1/3 del reddito medio mensile, non coperto da genitori o suoceri perchè poveri come i figli), magari possono fare da baby sitter qualche volta (se non impegnati nel lavoro loro stessi):
Poi oh, magari i figli non saranno tanto contenti di vivere così la loro infanzia e adolescenza ma tant'è, con le loro capacità e studio faranno 40k di RAL in no time e si toglieranno tutti gli sfizi del mondo...Ah no /s

- Budgeting molto accurato: dato che i soldi sono pochi e devono rimanere tali per entrare di diritto nelle fasce ISEE più basse, c'è poco spazio per cazzate: niente pasti fuori, spesa oculata al discount e magari qualche capatina in mense sociali oppure dove distribuiscono il cibo gratis. Fare networking per trovare chi svende articoli per l'infanzia gratis o a poco prezzo (Facebook o altri social hanno gruppi appositi).
- Nido e altri servizi e incentivi per la natalità grazie ad ISEE basso, in caso di inaccessibilità del nido causa pochi posti anche con Isee basso, uno dei due coniugi sta a casa col figlio (dato che il nido privato è costoso quanto uno stipendio part time).
- Il figlio più grande fa da balia per il più piccolo. Purtroppo è diventato illegale lasciare soli i bambini fino ai 14 anni (per me fuori di testa come di fatto intere generazioni son cresciute abbandonate a loro stesse da minorenni per settimane intere come me) ma dove c'è una legge in Italia, si trova l'inganno e non penso proprio venga applicata tantissimo in certi contesti, se il giudice dei minori viene a bussare alla porta son cazzi ma tant'è. Ovviamente vestiti e quant'altro passa da un figlio all'altro (se entrambi dello stesso sesso è jackpot).
- Vacanze in 4 bisogna inventarsi qualcosa di low cost (del tipo zero cost). Altrimenti ciccia, le faranno quando saranno grandi e avranno i soldi.
- Sport e attività ricreative: budgeting molto accurato anche qua. Una volta certi sport erano quasi a costo zero. Adesso per tre mesi in età scolare ci va quasi uno stipendio se non di più. Biblioteca e ricreatorio dove possibile e se no attività gratis come studiare per trovare un lavoro a 18 anni. Fare networking con famiglie a basso reddito per tenere a turno i bambini delle rispettive famiglie in cambio di baratti o favori. Gite scolastiche impegnative si declina l'invito e si sta a casa a studiare /s
- Università con borse di studio e lavoretti part time, altrimenti ciccia, si va a lavurà e si contribuisce all'economia familiare che qua non siamo a pettinare bambole.
- Qualsiasi regalo in termini monetari da parenti o amici o altro va nell'economia domestica se mancano soldi per bollette o cibo oppure spese inaspettate (bei ricordi...)
Poi oh, magari i figli non saranno tanto contenti di vivere così la loro infanzia e adolescenza ma tant'è, con le loro capacità e studio faranno 40k di RAL in no time e si toglieranno tutti gli sfizi del mondo...Ah no /s

So a few days ago I (F25) found out that my sister (24f) has been sleeping with my boyfriend (now ex, 25m. We dated for three years) for one year or probably more.
They always had a close relationship but I obviously took it as something innocent, I don't like video games but my sister does so they talked a lot by text and I thought it was about games they like until I found out that no, they talked a lot about their secret dates while I was working and in college, I found pictures, videos and a lot of other disgusting things in the chats between my ex and my sister.
My pathetic sister found pleasure in asking my pathetic ex all the time if she's smarter or prettier than me, she even compared our private parts, wth (We're both pretty, she's actually thinner and prettier than me and even if she's an introvert she has her group of friends so I really don't understand where she got so much venom towards me, our parents never compared us or anything like that and she was always the one asking my ex to compare both of us in the chats.)
The first thing I did was throw all my ex-boyfriend's things out of the apartment, I insulted him in a thousand ways and I kept the PC that I gave him for Christmas.
I didn't speak a single word to my sister for over a week and she didn't contacted me like the coward she is until yesterday when she sent me a message trying to justify herself by saying that it was a mistake (Yes, a mistake that lasted more than a year) and that I should forgive her because we're sisters and blah blah blah at one point I thought "Should I be the mature person in the situation who doesn't let resentment speak for her?" but then I realized that I've never been that kind of person. I took my phone and wrote a long message to my sister that I would love to write here but I am sure that I would break the rules since I called her out in every possible way and I wrote a lot of personal things too, I told her how much of a failure she is and how she has always envied me and that's why she needed to feel what it's like to be me for a second of her sad life.
She sent me a voice massage crying and saying that she's in a very weak moment mentally (but she's still with him, lmao) and I shouldn't make her feel worse and that she regrets it, I just reacted to her message with this emoji 😂 and didn't even heard the long voice message until the end.
Was it a low thing to attack her with all her flaws? Yes, but it's lower to betray your sister and believe that she's going to forgive you just because you share blood with her.
Honestly, I feel really good after sending her that message and feel that it was Therapeutic to take out everything I feel to give closure to that.
Btw I've never used a PC for gaming but I'm looking for tutorials on YouTube about how to download the SIMS.
I helped my sister in every moment of her life, I literally fought for her when she was being bullied during High school, I helped her thousands of times to make friends, I even accompanied her everywhere she wanted, it is a betrayal that really hurts and I will never forgive, never. It hurts me that she slept with someone I loved, but it hurts me a lot all the things I read in those chats, how she enjoyed watching him compare me to her or how she asked him about personal things about our relationship just to laugh at it. She's dead to me and my parents knows it.
I don't even care if I'm a bad person like them, this is something I can't forgive and I don't even feel bad for my reaction.

When all of this happened my parents scolded my sister and she got offended and didn't speak to our parents except to ask them for money, she asked them for money to buy things for her career but then my aunt told my parents that my sister actually used that money to buy my ex some sneakers.
My parents never gave her any money from that day on, she's an idiot tbh. My parents started to pay for us to go to a private college and the only thing we have to do is literally STUDY, The only thing she had to do was take her studies seriously but she didn't, so my father got tired and hasn't sent her money for months.
My ex discovered the post because he said it went viral in Facebook and obviously he recognized the story, he contacted me to apologize and said he knows he did wrong by hurting me like that but my sister 'manipulated him' and it was a total mistake, I told him he can shove his apologies in the ass. Meanwhile, my sister and I have only crossed paths a few times, but she always avoids me because she thinks I'm going to hit her (I won't). We're not going to the same career so we luckily don't see each other too much
Anyway, a few days ago she went to our parents' house saying that she broke up with my ex (idk why) And that she felt really sad and had an anxiety attack, I don't know exactly what they talked about since I wasn't there but my mother told me that she told my sister that she knew what was going to happen when she slept with him and my sister justified herself by saying that 'They're in love' so my mother and her just argued again and my sister left. Now she doesn't talk to anyone in the family except our grandmother to ask for money, I know my sister is not going to change her bad habits and she didn't learn anything from this, I even think she will get together with my ex again because they're just toxic with each other but it's her life to ruin, not mine and I don't care anymore.
The bright side: I sold the pc to a guy from reddit that saw my post and that really saved me from having to keep paying the dues, unfortunately I didn't get to play The Sims much but I prefer the extra money. My ex had told me that he wanted the pc back but I told him that then he should pay the remaining dues AND HE SAID NO, so the idiot wanted the pc for free even though he slept with my sister. 🥴
The weird side: There are YouTubers who are literally charging their subscribers to read the post or other reddit posts in their podcast, tf, at least give me a share of the profits.
I'm know it's a boring update and probably everyone wanted that the update was my sister begging for forgiveness and my ex suffering but no, they are just two idiots who deserve each other and nothing more happened but even today I received a message asking me for an update, haha.

I helped my sister in every moment of her life, I literally fought for her when she was being bullied during High school, I helped her thousands of times to make friends, I even accompanied her everywhere she wanted, it is a betrayal that really hurts and I will never forgive, never. Update - 3 months later

When all of this happened my parents scolded my sister and she got offended and didn't speak to our parents except to ask them for money, she asked them for money to buy things for her career but then my aunt told my parents that my sister actually used that money to buy my ex some sneakers.
My parents never gave her any money from that day on, she's an idiot tbh. My parents started to pay for us to go to a private college and the only thing we have to do is literally STUDY, The only thing she had to do was take her studies seriously but she didn't, so my father got tired and hasn't sent her money for months.
My ex discovered the post because he said it went viral in Facebook and obviously he recognized the story, he contacted me to apologize and said he knows he did wrong by hurting me like that but my sister 'manipulated him' and it was a total mistake, I told him he can shove his apologies in the ass. Meanwhile, my sister and I have only crossed paths a few times, but she always avoids me because she thinks I'm going to hit her (I won't). We're not going to the same career so we luckily don't see each other too much
Anyway, a few days ago she went to our parents' house saying that she broke up with my ex (idk why) And that she felt really sad and had an anxiety attack, I don't know exactly what they talked about since I wasn't there but my mother told me that she told my sister that she knew what was going to happen when she slept with him and my sister justified herself by saying that 'They're in love' so my mother and her just argued again and my sister left. Now she doesn't talk to anyone in the family except our grandmother to ask for money, I know my sister is not going to change her bad habits and she didn't learn anything from this, I even think she will get together with my ex again because they're just toxic with each other but it's her life to ruin, not mine and I don't care anymore.
The bright side: I sold the pc to a guy from reddit that saw my post and that really saved me from having to keep paying the dues, unfortunately I didn't get to play The Sims much but I prefer the extra money. My ex had told me that he wanted the pc back but I told him that then he should pay the remaining dues AND HE SAID NO, so the idiot wanted the pc for free even though he slept with my sister. 🥴
The weird side: There are YouTubers who are literally charging their subscribers to read the post or other reddit posts in their podcast, tf, at least give me a share of the profits.
I'm know it's a boring update and probably everyone wanted that the update was my sister begging for forgiveness and my ex suffering but no, they are just two idiots who deserve each other and nothing more happened but even today I received a message asking me for an update, haha.

Hace poco vi una publicación en Facebook en la que se hablaban sobre indirectas obvias que no hayan entendido y recordé algo así que quisiera saber lo que opinan, Cuando iba en en quinto grado de primaria tenía una compañera de clase la cual en un principio ni siquiera notaba (De hecho ni siquiera sabía de su existencia) hasta que un día mientras estaba "estudiando" de la nada sentí que algo me golpeó en la cabeza, cuando miré que había sido noté que había una bola de papel en el suelo pero al parecer la bola de papel tenía texto dentro por lo que la abrí, lo que decía era algo similar a "me gustas" según mis compañeros me la había lanzado esa chica, en ese momento no le tomé importancia pues pensé que solo era una broma de alguno de mis compañeros (Físicamente no me considero atractivo e incluso han habido chicas que han dicho que no lo soy por lo que ya tenía otro motivo para pensar que lo que decía la bola de papel no era cierto) por lo que solo miré a la chica y seguí perdiendo el tiempo pero extrañamente con el tiempo comencé a verla atractiva, quizá se podría decir que me enamoré de ella porque incluso comencé a buscar excusas para mirar en su dirección e incluso un día mientras yo iba de regreso a casa ella se me acercó por detrás y me preguntó porqué la miraba tanto, le respondí lo que mencioné sobre la bola de papel y seguí caminando, pasó el tiempo e incluso comenzó a ser habitual nuestros encuentros ya que a veces mientras yo iba de regreso a mi casa la encontraba a ella afuera de la suya y yo fingía no notarla ya que me daba vergüenza hablar con ella, un día mientras yo iba a la tienda la encontré y ella me pidió que le pasara los apuntes de la clase (Ella no había ido ese día) así que acepté y fui a su casa para pasarle los apuntes, mientras estábamos dentro de su casa se acercó su perrito y ella me dijo que lo cargara (Quiero aclarar que siempre le he tenido miedo a los perros pero lo hice ya que me daba vergüenza que ella lo supiera) mientras lo cargaba ella fue por su celular y me tomó una foto mientras estaba cargando a su perrito y justo cuando estaba a punto de irme ella me dijo que le gustaría invitarme en su próxima fiesta de cumpleaños (Nosotros no interactuabamos en la escuela y tampoco eramos amigos así que me pareció extraño) así que quisiera saber que es lo que piensan ustedes.
