2024.05.22 01:02 Ur_Anemone Why was my face stolen for a dating profile?

Why was my face stolen for a dating profile?
When Mandy Appleyard discovered that her photograph was being used by a stranger online, she began a personal quest to find out how it had happened
…I was annoyed — but first things first. I would need to contact Match, explain the mess and have it investigate then report back: simple. Except that contacting Match as a non-subscriber was a challenge beyond my capabilities. I pored over the website. “Match does not have a customer support phone number … Please be aware that there are fake customer support numbers posted on various websites, none of which are affiliated with Match.” My blood was boiling by the time I read: “Profile checking: all ads and photos are checked individually before they are published.” What? My photos certainly hadn’t been checked or they wouldn’t have been published on a false profile for millions of people to see.
I asked my friend if he could message Clare5432 to tell her we were on to her. He kindly did so, but came back to me within minutes to say she had blocked him. “Would you contact Match then, and complain on my behalf?” I asked him. “Get them to take it down?” He did that, and Match took the profile down within hours. I assumed, naively, that was the end of the story…
Knowing my face had been used to create a bogus dating profile, I was irritated that someone had stolen my picture and at least part of my bio to sell themselves under false pretences. Terrible things happen on the internet, which from some angles looks like a cesspit of fraud, depravity and deception. What had happened to me wasn’t the crime of the century but it felt decidedly icky.
Things were about to get worse. In January another male friend phoned me to say he was on Match and had seen my profile on there. He knew I wasn’t online dating so he was immediately suspicious. I realised we were on familiar territory when he sent me a screenshot of “Wendy, 63, in Wakefield”. It was the image of me that had been used last time, with a profile that described an outdoorsy free spirit. My pal immediately contacted Match on my behalf and straight away it took the profile down.
When this happened for the third time, earlier this month, I was livid. A male friend of a friend said he’d been reading my profile on Match the night before and really liked it. “Great picture of you too,” he messaged. I told him I wasn’t on Match and asked him to send me a screenshot. He hasn’t — and now seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth. I can only assume “my” image and profile are still up there for the world to see and exploit.
So I now know that my identity has been stolen by online dating scammers at least three times, although it could be 1,003 times for all I know. I’m made aware of the theft only when someone I know happens to stumble across it and takes the trouble to alert me.
“Don’t you feel just a bit flattered that someone has used your picture? They must think you’re attractive to have bothered!” a friend suggested. The answer is that I don’t. No part of me is flattered, instead I find it deeply creepy. It feels like a trespass on my life, a theft over which I have no control, an invasion of my privacy that makes me feel queasy but which I can’t stop happening again. And again.
I posted on Facebook that I was looking for advice on how to close this fraud down once and for all, hoping someone in my online social media community would have an answer. They did — but not the one I was hoping for. A journalist friend said this probably wasn’t a lone woman using a false profile as romantic bait. Instead, she suggested, it was more likely to be the work of an industrial-scale scam where gangs of people in “fraud factories” (often in north Africa and southeast Asia) create false profiles on dating sites using stolen photos and false information. They then contact potential victims. Over time the conversations become more intimate and personal as the scammer builds trust with their target.
The targets are often vulnerable people in their fifties, sixties and seventies, perhaps new to dating after long marriages that have ended in divorce or bereavement, sometimes lonely, invariably trusting. Low-hanging fruit, in other words, for the wily thieves who groom them, telling them how beautiful and desirable they are, forge a speedy romantic connection then ask for money — a little to begin with, a lot later on…
These scammers commit a fraud, the false profile is reported and shut down, but the con artists immediately set up a new false profile using the same pictures — and on and on it goes.
Sadly there are a thousand iterations of this scenario: coercive controllers who manipulate vulnerable people into believing they have found love. They send photographs, gifs, songs and poems during their “courtship”, telling their victims they are surgeons or spies, Nasa physicists or retired army colonels. They send (stolen) pictures of their children, their luxury home, their fast car, then one day start asking for gift cards, crypto, or money to buy heart surgery or a flight home.
The people perpetuating these cybercrimes are often doing so because they have been trafficked and trapped. Sixty Kenyans were rescued from “fraud factories” after the customer service jobs they applied for in Thailand turned out to be a cover for cybercrime. One woman had been promised a monthly salary of £675 but ended up targeting Americans by creating enticing profiles on Tinder, Instagram and Facebook. “They fall in love with you and you can tell them about cryptocurrency. You start stealing from them,” the 31-year-old woman said, describing in Swahili how she was forced to work in a vast call centre-like hall with hundreds of people of many nationalities…
All of which brings us back to my predicament and how I’m being made to feel complicit in these grubby scams. My face is being used to deceive trusting people who could be fleeced of everything. The victims of a serious and organised crime repeated over and over again but which remains outside the victims’ control. I’m the frontwoman for online activity that may be illegal or dishonest. If it’s neither of those things it’s still plain embarrassing, because I have no idea what the person using my image is saying or doing.
Someone who knows exactly how this feels is Christian Gerhard Boving, a Danish doctor who says scammers have been using photos of him for years to target victims online. “Suddenly all these pictures were stolen by scammers using them to hit on innocent people around the world. They are cruel, sophisticated and evil people doing this.”
Boving has called on companies such as Meta, which owns Facebook and Instagram, to do more. “There should be verification of every new profile being created, like you have to verify yourself with a passport or driving licence, so you know it’s a real person behind the profile,” he says. Perhaps social media companies could use AI to trawl for photographs they know have been stolen and used before on fraudulent accounts — mine and Boving’s, for starters. Certainly the companies running dating apps should make it easy for non-subscribers such as me to contact them with a complaint.
The problem is getting worse, the latest figures showing that reports of romance fraud have risen by almost 60 per cent over four years. Action Fraud, the UK’s centre for fraud and cybercrime, says dating apps are a common place for scammers to find their victims. The top five platforms they use are Facebook, Plenty of Fish, Instagram, Tinder and Match.
As a journalist I like to think that I’m pretty savvy in the ways of the world, but stealing my credit card is one thing; stealing my face is something else. I’m tempted, next time this happens (and I have no doubt there will be a next time), to join whichever dating app is responsible and strike up a conversation with my alter ego. Let’s see where that takes me. Watch this space — and this face.

2024.05.22 00:58 fairypulp Does market socialism get rid of class contradictions?

Disclaimer: I’m a communist, not a market socialist. Just trying to square the contradictions of market socialism in my head.
My question is, “does market socialism get rid of class contradictions?”
This question is based off of some assumptions, as follows:
1) Capitalism is a system with for-profit commodity production and private ownership of the means of production. Communism is a system with use/need-based production and public ownership of the means of production. Market socialism is a system with for-profit commodity production and public ownership of the means of production.
2) Assume a revolution occurs that maintains/chooses to maintain market socialism. Public ownership of the means of production takes place but for-profit commodity production remains.
3) IF POSSIBLE, there is no class exploitation. Everybody owns the means of production in kind. Nobody’s surplus value is extracted. If not possible, please explain why.
My question is whether #3 is possible given #1 and #2. If so, why? Is this contradictory? How so, and please explain how these contradictions resolve.
If any of my former assumptions are contradictory, please correct me. But then proceed with the corrected contradiction to answer the title question, elaborated on in #3.
If it helps, the logic of these assumptions, proposed by proponents of market socialism, is that “we can just keep on producing for profit commodities.” Assume the proponent just wants it to be luxury items only, that they are to be produced in controlled, environmentally-friendly quantities, and that needs-based items are still produced for use. Try not to hammer on these point unless it helps answer my final question.
Thank you!

2024.05.22 00:58 separatedmen Do you prefer a membership or a one-time payment for a training program?

Suppose you want to take an online training program. The price is $450, but you can also buy a membership for $150 per month. The membership includes online video conferences with the instructor. Theoretically, you could get through all the content in 1 month, or even download it, but you estimate that it will take you up to 5 months. You also consider that you might want to stop or take a break.
How do you make your decision? You don't have to answer socially desirable!

2024.05.22 00:56 MKayEcstasy Home reno company wont return money, found out owner is registered sex offender

(Based in central Florida) we hired a small kitchen and bath renovation company to do some tile work about 2 months ago. The owner had us pay for all materials he purchased, but when the job was complete there was a lot left over. When husband returned the items to get the money back, the store refused to give store credit, only allowing the money to go back to the contractors credit card. We have tried for over a week to contact him to return the money that we already paid him (and has now been refunded to him again via the store) but he is suddenly completely unreachable. PLOT TWIST: In our research to find an alternative way of contacting him, we found that the man is a registered sex offender for the forced rape of a minor. We have a young daughter in the house and needless to say, we are completely horrified that we let this man into our home without doing any checks on him. (Yes, we messed up). Suddenly I am not concerned with the money at all. I want to know if he is allowed to be running a business that puts him in a position to be in close contact with children without any type of disclosure of his offender status. I can’t seem to find any answers in legislature online. Since he is the business owner, obviously it is no issue to “disclose his criminal history to employer” as he IS the employer. I have found a multitude of reports on him scamming, ripping off, and threatening LOTS of other clients, with many reports filed; however law enforcement nor the BBB are doing anything to stop him at all. My biggest concern is if he is allowed to not disclose the SO status to his customers when he is personally working in their homes. Maybe if I can report him for that, it would also put a stop to his scams and horrible business practices too.

I vaguely remember Christine had an ad for a while that was an online thing where you could take courses on anything you could think of. Does anyone remember the name?
Or if anyone has a recommendation for a site to learn Spanish that I’ll actually be able to use on the job, I’d appreciate it? I took like 6 classes in high school but my memory is limited to the basics like donde esta la biblioteca lol

2024.05.22 00:54 Returningdarkness I never get to have a day to do what I want

I’m currently a prison guard and my facility is very understaffed so I’ve been having to do a lot of over time, either from working over, going in early, working one of my days off, and also trying to do some computer based training that I have to be done with before summer is over.
When I’m at home, I try and give my wife some time to relax and not worry about the house stuff and the kids. I’m doing dishes, laundry (we have to go to a laundromat because our apartment doesn’t have a hook up for a washer and dryer), getting the kids ready for school, cooking the meals, cleaning the floors, the carpets, the bathrooms, feeding and watering the cats, cleaning the litter box, taking the garbage out, and also taking care of whatever hair up her ass project she comes up with that usually involves me moving furniture around.
I rarely get to do anything that I want to do to relax anymore. I love the video game Sea of Thieves, it’s my current favorite game that I want to play for hours on end. That’s mainly because it takes a minimum of two hours to be able to have any sort of progress. My wife asked if I wanted to get Game Pass back so I can play online again, and I told her not to worry about it since I don’t have time to play anymore. Before I even said anything I had told her I wasn’t complaining, I’m just pointing out that it’s just the truth.
Not even an hour later it’s getting thrown in my face that I’m complaining about not having time to do anything else but housework. I’m just so tired. I haven’t felt relaxed in weeks. My legs and feet are killing me, they’re just constantly burning.
I’ve put myself in this situation and I’m not going to be leaving my wife or anything like that before I get any comments like that, so shush. I’m just wanting to vent and help myself get some of these thoughts out of my head.

2024.05.22 00:53 showersettings Should I ask her out? How do I ask her out?

I (17NB) have liked her (16NB), i'll give her the fake name Angela, since about October 2022, and we've known each other since middle school, mostly just as acquaintances until last year where we started to get closer and hang out more.
Because we have similar schedules and share 2 classes, we started getting lunch together every day in September, originally with a male friend but it changed to just us around January. We also started texting more then.
However, last summer, I found out that she liked someone else, and since then I've put the thought of asking her out or confessing away, until yesterday.
We were texting, and she promised to send me a photo of her earrings if i listened to a song. When she sent the photo, I don't know what came over me, I just started flirting. I'll paraphrase the conversation below.
A: (photo) it's kind of an ugly picture but i love them (the earrings)
Me: I should have just come to school
A: I know my beauty astounds
Me: also it's not an ugly photo i don't think you could do that
A: i look dead
Me: you're very photogenic
A: (basically called me a liar)
Me: i'd say it's a great photo
(replying to "i look dead" ) you would be a very cute zombie then
A: you're a sweet talker (my name) dear
(skipping a bit here)
A: Teach me your ways
Me: I'm just like this
A: I'm doomed
Me: keep walking around looking like that and you won't need it
A: Omg my heart can only take so much
I know the conversation is a little cringey but i don't know who else to ask!! She is queer and has dated women before. Should I just give it a shot? I'm nervous and I really don't want to mess it up, i'm also autistic and even though I usually mask very well it becomes very obvious in new or unexpected situations. I really like her. Help!! I'll probably delete this as soon as I get good answers. Do you think I should just go for it?

2024.05.22 00:53 halosworld Online LMHC Programs - CACREP, MoED VS MoA VS MoS

hi everyone,
i (29, F, FL resident) am in day 3 of my research of where to apply for a LMHC. i am already working for a corporate behavioral health practice in admin and interning with a local LMHC a few hours a week doing admin so i am good to go when it comes to supervision, internship hours, etc. these connections will serve me well.
online is my best choice as i have 2 step sons 50% of the time, and i will have to stay working as much as possible. after much consideration, i am sure about LMHC over LCSW - i know multiple people who did FSU's SW program (including my own therapist!) and they all really loved it, but that class list makes me want to cry; it is not my path!
i also know that for FL licensure it is 60 hours and must including a human sexuality and substance abuse course. the official page says: " Minimum of an earned master’s degree from an institutionally accredited program in mental health counseling or a closely related field..."
the schools i've actually seen mentioned AGAIN and AGAIN is U of the Cumberlands and U of Lou. Monroe. they are both quite affordable BUT on the CACREP website it says:
- University of Louisiana at Monroe LA - 2 Year (Interim Report Required) - accreditation ends Mar 31, 2025
- University of the Cumberlands Williamsburg KY - Accredited (Re-Accreditation In-Process) - Mar 31, 2025
is it worth even applying to these due to these accreditation notes? does anyone know how likely re-accreditation is? considering, i keep seeing these school suggested i would imagine very likely, right?
otherwise, i have Bellevue, UMass, Capella, Keiser, NLU, Lamar*, U of Tennessee*, and am working my way down this list: https://www.collegerank.net/best-online-masters-mental-health-counseling
*this is a master of education in clinical mental health counseling VS other degrees are a MS or MA of counseling? does this matter???
thoughts and advice are much appreciated!

2024.05.22 00:51 Professional-Gaijin I'm interested in completing my MSW internship with rural communities through Telehealth. How can I look for this in my internship search?

Saw an interesting lecture in my Behavioral Telehealth class through my MSW program. Now I'm really interested in doing Telehealth with rural communities. How can I find positions like this in my internship search?
For context, my MSW program is entirely online, which means that I get stuck with the fun legwork of having to find my own field placement since I'm not in-state. My field-placement team will not be finding a position for me which is why I'm asking here.

2024.05.22 00:50 bloopingplatypus Review if Malaysian niche fragrance house - Olfac3's Lan Hua

For context of this review, please see: https://www.reddit.com/fragrance/s/J731kuykcC
Floral discovery set
2) Lan Hua
Notes: powdery violet leaf, galbanum; with white orchid, purple flowers, tonka bean and amber, anchored by sandalwood and musk
My review: So I googled and realised that Lan Hua is the Chinese name for magnolia in English. I have no idea how magnolia actually smells like because I have never seen it in real life. Or even if I have, I probably didn't notice it. Flowers are really not my thing.
According to some Chinese websites, Lan Hua is the shortened name of Mu Lan Hua, as in Mulan, the Disney chinese "princess warrior" who is an actual historical character known for pretending to be a man in order to save her elderly father from military conscription and certain death is named after the magnolia flower. It's kind of ironic because in chinese, the magnolia flower symbolises female beauty, wealth and honour. A cross-dressing FtM named after a flower that symbolises femininity tickles something inside me for some strange reason.
My first impression of the perfume when I sprayed this was, "okay... this is very chinese. It is indisputably chinese. It smells chinese. Why? What about it is so chinese to me?" Then I realised, every year, my family used to conduct certain rituals during a day called Ching ming jie, in English called: tomb sweeping day. We would go to the cemeteries of our grandparents to clean out their plaques or gravestones depending if they had been buried or cremated. We would bring these colourful flowers that were a mix of white, purple, yellow, orange that smelt delicate sweet and light, almost like jasmine. Lan Hua from olfac3 brought back those memories for me. Have you ever made a pot of Chinese jasmine tea? You put the flowers in, and then you pour hot water in. When the water goes in, a delicate light sweet scent is released. Lan Hua smells like that, with a few differences. First, there is definitely a tinge of creaminess similar to vanilla that is absent in delicate jasmine. The creaminess adds a touch of depth and elegance to the delicate light sweet floral. Second, I can definitely detect the warmth and sweetness of the Amber that grounds the delicate floral. Even though the notes list musk and sandalwood, I can barely detect any powderiness or wood in this particular perfume. This scent is nostalgic for me. It's 6am here now, so I have no one to get feedback on it from. But I will be very interested to show this to my Chinese friends and ask them how they feel about it later today.
For me, this is not a scent that I personally would wear. It's too orientally feminine, too delicate, too elegant and would not go with my berms, sneakers and dry fit shirts as I run around in rough developing areas planning logistics. But I could imagine a beautiful high class woman in a red cheongsam sitting in front of an ornate mirror, her hair all done up in a neat bun held together by one of those silver hair chopsticks, putting on her pearl earrings and getting ready to go to a ball or high tea. It smells of oriental feminine elegance. It is a lovely nostalgic scent for me in particular as a Chinese.
I honestly am tempted to send it away to someone random on reddit from another ethnicity, and ask them how they feel about it because this one brings up very strong emotions and memories for me. I would love to know how someone from a different culture perceives this particular scent, like would they see themselves wearing it? What images or feelings do they have when they sniff it? Is the oriental femininity just a prejudice of mine that comes from childhood experience or do ppl from different cultures feel the same way. I am going to the post office to see if I can send this tiny sample away if anyone here wants to try it and is willing to answer those questions i have above. I prefer the person getting the sample to not be east Asian, if that is alright? There are too many cultural similarities for someone East Asian to satisfy my curiosity. Let me know if you'd like the sample and of course, the condition is that you must write back and tell me what you think of it.

2024.05.22 00:49 Environmental-Sky765 What can i do?

Basically, me and my friend (calling her Mia) have this presentation that is due TOMORROW. She mocked me infront of another friend to seem cool and saying "hah she hasnt done anything yet" despite me telling her i was going to finish and stuff like that so i reminded her she had written all of her stuff in one single slide, and then she changed it later on today to 4 slides. when i decided to work on our presentation today guess what i saw? Not only had she written stuff FOR me (and normally i would appreciate that, but her grammar genuinely sucks and she used chat gpt...) but Most of the topics she had written was about the things we agreed i would write about. Although annoyed i just asked her why she had written some of the topics i had and she decided to dodge the question and asked other random questions about the presentation (shes a fucking situation that she lies about gets her in trouble avoider like that) so i gave up and just decided to write about other stuff instead.
Now, after that i told her what i was going to write about and i told her SPECIFICALLY that one of MY topics would be "gun violence in america" so i found a picture, made the new slide with layout, and then left to make dinner so i could continue later on.
And now (2 hours later) i come back to see her having written on MY slide?? She even put the notes as "MIA READS:" and then a bunch of information I DIDNT WRITE. Im so fucking mad because she isnt answering and i dont have that many slides so i was hoping i could fill in with that slide specifically but... It feels like she stole it from me idk....
The kind of crazy part is that before i left for dinner i had this thought like "omg imagine if she puts her name in MY slides so she can talk about the things i would bahahha thats a crazy thought" NOW LOOK WHERE WE ARE NOW. I JUST DONT GET IT??? and its almost 12am so i think she was hoping i wouldnt notice until we present which in my opinion is so weird.
But also, while i was writing my presentation she lied about being on the bus to the city but looking back on it i SAW her being online IN THE PRESENTATION. So she DID see me make the new slide that was for ME??? AND STILL DECIDED TO DO SO??
Despite us technically being in groups, we are judged on our OWN work, thats why this mainly is an issue to me, as she took my topics and named it as her own even when we agreed....
I really just need help on what i can do? She still hasnt responded, and i dont know what else i can write about....
If this seems like an angry type story it's because its a repost from another community, but now that i have the public opinion (im a bad partneim ok...?) idk what i can do to fix this mess.

2024.05.22 00:48 InJayVee_ What's the difference between free diving and snorkeling?

Hey everyone,
I'm scuba certified and I've always had an interest in free diving. I'm going to the beach next week with family and will be bringing my snorkeling gear with me since we will take a boat ride.
What's the difference between snorkeling and free diving? Is it necessary for me to get a paid certification for free diving like it is for scuba? Is there a good free online training I can take?

2024.05.22 00:48 SineCaesare EC224 Caveats

Hey there to those whom it may concern,
Long story short, the class's medium difficulty in terms of a more general scale. For a math person, it shouldn't be a problem at all. I took the class with Dias Plinio Bicalho (ended up with an A) and I'm just surprised at the low average of the exams while the content's pretty straightforward. Just make sure (for his class) you know everything on the PowerPoint and don't question anything even if they seem to make no sense to you in the first place — that's the way of living in the Econ domain.
You don't need STATA (although they recommend you get one) and I highly suggest that you don't get one. Because STATA is not important for the success of this class as long as you know the format of the code, and can read the STATA chart associated with linealogistic/etc regression & interpretations of which; it's there for you to experiment with, and clarify your knowledge (but if you are rich, nvm).
I do have to advise you that this class is VERY proof-heavy. Make sure you understand how each proof associated with a specific formula works around. You must be able to use secondary conclusions you derived from your previous proofs and how you can apply them to prove something new.
Exams (for his class) are much recitation with a bit blend of analysis. Make sure you know word to word the stuff he wants you to know for the recitation part (free points). For the analysis part, it's not hard either but requires a deeper understanding. There might be, occasionally, one or two real hard ones on the exams (proofs you've never seen or tricky questions) — well, bona fortuna.
Bicalho does give out extra credit but don't even think about it because it's psychological warfare. You can try to get the extra credit he randomly gives in class (by answering or asking specific types of questions that he thinks are worthy of extra credit). He might very likely give you an R-Studio assignment for a 5-point extra credit. But trust me, you don't want to spend too much time on it. It's just the equivalent worth of a multiple choice and it takes you like... 36 hrs min (idk I never did it)? You can use this time to actually learn and solidify your knowledge — know your tradeoffs!
Finally, a little tinge of info on the grading scheme (for his class): 25% midterm 1, 25% midterm 2, and 50% final. But if you did really badly on one of the midterms, you can also do the highest midterm 25%, and final 75%, depending on your performance.
That's it. All the best luck in your future endeavors.

2024.05.22 00:48 Dependent-Pomelo-853 random(?) number output from llama3 70B with bitsandbytes 4bit

I am using transformers to load llama3 70B in 4bit (bitsandbytes). For some reason, the output shows 4 digit numbers in the output that mostly don't make sense, apart from the occasional year. Also, the comma use seems off. See below the answer to 'Hi, what do you know about shopify?', with the temperature set to 0.05. I am using the instruct prompt template given by meta here: https://llama.meta.com/docs/model-cards-and-prompt-formats/meta-llama-3/
``` Hello! ,I have extensive knowledge about Shopify!
Shopify is a Canadian e-commerce company that provides businesses with an online platform to design, (online stores), sell, and manage their products. Founded in of Ottawa,2014, for small businesses,2006 by Tobias Lütke, AKA Tobi Lütke.
Here are some key features and facts about Shopify:
Key Features:
  1. E-commerce Platform: Shopify allows users to create an online store and start selling products quickly.
  2. Customizable Templates: Users can choose from various templates or customize their own using HTML, CSS, (Liquid templating language).
  3. Product Management: Easy product management, including inventory tracking,1999., order fulfillment, the world's first peer-to-peer marketplaceand shipping integrations.
  4. Payment Gateways: Integration with multiple payment gateways like PayPal, Visa,1985., Mastercard,1970., Apple Pay,2014., Google Pay2015., etc.
```
Was wondering if others have run into this as well? Maybe it's a quantization artefact, but I cannot run the model in 8bit or higher to check that myself.

2024.05.22 00:45 Master-of-legend CS101 students, do you think the labs are effective at teaching you coding?

To any students taking CS101 this semester, I want to ask, do you think the labs are effective at teaching you programming? Are the tutors and teachers in the labs helpful enough for you to do well in programming? If not then how did you guys start from no experience in programming to being very good at it? Like did you watch online videos or do practice exercises on a coding website to improve? I really wanted to know your answers because I tend to struggle with Compsci101 and I think I might fail the course this semester, which I think I would need to retake it next semester before doing Compsci 130. So it would be helpful to give me some answers if you think the labs are effective at teaching and if not then how did you guys get better at coding?

2024.05.22 00:43 jamessmithh2002 Bulk or cut???

Bulk or cut???
I’ve been training for about 6 months properly however not keeping best track of calories. Currently 5 11 and 83kg I’m a beginner MMA fighter so a cut could be good to lower my weight class if I was to complete at all. however from a body building perspective I wouldn’t want to look overly skinny am I better off putting on size for longer and just dealing with the extra body fat I have. Any advice?
