Bought my girlfriend a gravelbike to enjoy rides together, she has roughly 60kms on this bike. Has had issues changing gears from the start and when looking at the front sprocket I see quite a few inconsistencies between the teeth. Is this normal after only 60 kilometers?

I got a pair of sensah phi's last year (10 speed shimano compatible) and they've become more or less unusable due to 2 factors. I suspect this kind of failure probably affects all their models, except maybe the carbon lever ones.

1. Contact area between the brake lever and the shift actuation lever is incredibly small
2. The alloy used in both the brake lever and shift actuation lever is very soft and wears away easily.

As a result, over time and usage the shift actuation lever will round out and the brake lever will completely slip over it while attempting a shift.

Part 2: The Bodge
The right lever is more affected since I use it more and I revived it with 3 steps: 1. While the brake lever was flopped uselessly over the shift actuation lever I took a pair of channel locks pliers and bent the shift actuation lever downwards to give it more contact area- this probably wasn't a good idea since the lever is aluminum, BUT it helped and is holding for now.

1. I super glued a small washer behind the brake lever- further increasing the contact area while shifting.
   
2. I wrapped the shift actuation lever with a couple layers of duct tape using tweezers to try to mitigate further damage.

Final Thoughts: As Brifters, Sensahs have worked just fine at their best. They change gears ok, they feel alright to brake, they do the job for cheap. They look clean on the bike, no flying shift cables or thumb buttons.
I think the only thing holding these brifters back is that the build quailty sucks. The hoods are loose, the reach adjustment screws rattle out the box (bonus bodge: wrap them in plastic wrap like teflon), the levers have so much weight that they can autoshift under their own momentum when you hit a bad pothole, and most alarmingly- THE SHIFT ACTUATION LEVER ROUNDS OUT.
Be ready for some potential bodgery if you decide to run these.
