“Upon damaging a Pokémon with a move, the next time you deal damage with that move it does 10% more damage. This extra damage lasts for 4s. This can stack up to 5 times for a total of 50% extra damage and the duration can be refreshed before it expires. Using a different move resets the stack to 0.”
Thought this would a really cool niche item. Worthless on some pokemon but god tier on others. The key would not to make it scale off Attack or SP Attack, it would just scale off the type of damage the triggering move was. That’s the main reason it has an attack speed bonus and cooldown reduction. CD Reduction is obvious but a decent amount of Pokemon get CC Reduction from hitting basics/boosted as well so Attack Speed bonuses will help.
Spirit Shackle Decidueye, Outrage Dragonite, Aqua tail Azumaril/Gyarados, hex Gengar, Shadow Claw Aegislash/Mimikyu, and Stone Edge T Tar are some of the Pokemon that will benefit from this. Some of these Pokemon have to use a their other move to combo with these moves so it’s not as easy as you would think to keep the stacks up. Some Pokemon could also chain stacks using the secondary move as well. I was curious what items they could steal from the mainline game and add to unite and I just saw Metronome….no reason to ever use it in game but maybe they could make it META in unite? Leftovers is super META in the main series but no one uses it in unite.

information online tells me to click on game settings and then manage and then cd keys. however, clicking on manage does not display an option for cd keys.

Recently, I have been doing chaos (fault) tests on the robustness of some self-built database driveclient base libraries to verify and understand the fault handling mechanism and recovery time of the business. It mainly involves the two basic components MongoDB and etcd. This article will introduce the relevant test methods.

Fault test in MongoDB

MongoDB is a popular document database in the world, supporting ACID transactions, distributed and other features.
Most of the articles on chaos (fault) testing of MongoDB in the community are simulated by processing monogd or mongos. For example, if you want MongoDB to trigger copy set switching, you can use a shell script like this:
# suspended the primary node kill -s STOP  # After the service is damaged, MongoDB should stepDown ReplicaSet in a few seconds to ten seconds. # After the stepDown is complete, the service can automatically switch the connection to the new working primary node, without manual intervention, the service will return to normal. # The reliability of the Mongo Client Driver is generally verified here.
The above-mentioned means are generally system-level, if we just want to simulate a MongoDB command command encountered network problems, how to do further want to conduct more fine-grained testing. In fact, MongoDB in 4.x version above has implemented a set of controllable fault point simulation mechanism -> failCommand.
When deploying a MongoDB replica set in a test environment, you can generally enable this feature in the following ways:
mongod --setParameter enableTestCommands=1
Then we can open the fault point for a specific command through the mongo shell, for example, for a find operation to make it return error code 2:
db.adminCommand({ configureFailPoint: "failCommand", mode: { "times": 1, }, data: {errorCode: 2, failCommands: ["find"]} });
These fault point simulations are controllable, and the cost is relatively low compared to the direct destruction on the machine, and it is also suitable for integrating into continuous integration automation processes. The MongoDB built-in fault point mechanism also supports many features, such as allowing a certain fault probability to occur, returning any MongoDB supported error code type, etc. Through this mechanism, we can easily verify the reliability of our own implementation of the MongoDB Client Driver in unit tests and integration tests.
If you want to know which fault points the MongoDB supports, you can check the specification provided by the MongoDB in detail, which mentions which fault points the driver can use for testing for each feature of the MongoDB.

Fault test in etcd

etcd is an open source and highly available distributed key-value storage system, which is mainly used for shared configuration and service discovery.
We mentioned earlier that MongoDB has a built-in controllable fault point injection mechanism to facilitate us to do fault point testing, so does etcd also provide it?
Yes, etcd officials also provide a built-in controllable fault injection method to facilitate us to do fault simulation tests around etcd. However, the official binary distribution available for deployment does not use the fault injection feature by default, which is different from the switch provided by MongoDB. etcd requires us to manually compile the binary containing the fault injection feature from the source code for deployment.
etcd has officially implemented a Go package gofail to do "controllable" fault point testing, which can control the probability and number of specific faults. gofail can be used in any Go implementation program.
In principle, comments are used in the source code to bury some fault injection points in places where problems may occur through comments (// gofail:), which is biased towards testing and verification, for example:

Before using go build to build the binary, use the command line tool gofail enable provided by gofail to cancel the comments of these fault injection related codes and generate the code related to the fault point, so that the compiled binary can be used for fine-grained testing of fault scenarios. Use gofail disable to remove the generated fault point related codes, the binary compiled with go build can be used in the production environment.
When executing final binary, you can wake up the fault point through the environment variable GOFAIL_FAILPOINTS. if your binary program is a service that never stops, you can start an HTTP endpoint to wake up the buried fault point to the external test tool by GOFAIL_HTTP the environment variable at the same time as the program starts.
The specific principle implementation can be seen in the design document of gofail-> design.
It is worth mentioning that pingcap have rebuilt a wheel based on gofail and made many optimizations: failpoint related code should not have any additional overhead; Can not affect the normal function logic, can not have any intrusion on the function code; failpoint code must be easy to read, easy to write and can introduce compiler detection; In the generated code, the line number of the functional logic code cannot be changed (easy to debug);
Next, let's look at how to enable these fault burial points in etcd.

Compile etcd for fault testing

corresponding commands have been built into the Makefile of the official etcd github repository to help us quickly compile the binary etcd server containing fault points. the compilation steps are roughly as follows:

After the above steps, the compiled binary files can be directly seen in the bin directory. Let's start etcd to have a look:

so far, we have been able to do some fault simulation tests by using the fault points built in etcd. how to use these fault points can refer to the official integration test implementation of etcd-> etcd Robustness Testing. you can search for relevant codes by the name of the fault point.
In addition to the above-mentioned built-in failure points of etcd, the official warehouse of etcd also provides a system-level integration test example-> etcd local-tester, which simulates the node downtime test in etcd cluster mode.

Pessimist here. Everything is going too well. Loan has been approved. Requested repairs have been completed. Got the clear to close. Received the CD. Closing is scheduled for Monday. And the seller is even allowing us to go clean the house tomorrow (day before closing) so that it can be nice and clean after closing. Everything is going too well, and I’m not used to things going too well. They’re even allowing us to take the key after we clean tomorrow, which is before we even close.
I’m also worried because my credit score has TANKED like 50 points across all credit bureaus and I have literally done nothing new credit wise. No new debts, not new inquiries, and haven’t touched my credit cards. I’ve asked my lender if this will be a problem and she says no, but I’m still concerned. Will everything be okay when we close in 2 days?

2024.05.18 23:11 RyanLelord My class cannot deal or contribute to many affixes in M+ , why would people invite me?

This has been annoying me greatly lately and I know this is a topic that has been discussed before but I just can't help to vent.
I main a warrior who is now at 3030 rating and I just cannot seem to be invited into keys even below my range. (13 lvl range atm). And why would they? What do I bring ? Nothing. I can't help cc Incorporeal besides a stun and a tiny fear on a 1.5 min cd that doesn't even last the full duration of the affix , I can't help deal with Afflicted or interact with it at all , I can't freedom people away from entangled like a Ret paladin and make the affix basically non existent. I can't soothe a raging target during Raging week like some classes can. We don't even bring a Bloodlust (ffs just give it to us already ) .
And I know warrior is not the only class suffering from this but it is the one I play so forgive me if I do not know the others.
I won't pretend I'm never invited but talking to friends and seeing discussions I just feel like some classes are pushed to the side because they bring nothing .
Please stop giving these affixes and give something that EVERY class can help with. It is so not motivating to try and play a class you enjoy only to find out it's not optimal and since most people in these brackets are "meta" slaves you will be stuck in queue forever. All that is left is run my own keys but even that takes ages .

I have been working on an HDL package management tool called Orbit for a couple years now that I think is ready for feedback from the community. Orbit manages your projects, called IPs, by handling the overhead for referencing, maintaining, and integrating your HDL files. A lot of design principles were taken from existing package managers such as Cargo.
The coolest features in my opinion are:
I am not ready to call it "1.0.0", but I think it is at a stable enough state for people to try it out and ask for feedback from the community. In its current version, 0.12.0, it has full implementation for VHDL. Please let me know if there are any features you would like to see (such as Verilog or SystemVerilog support) or questions. The tutorials are fairly short and easy to follow that hopefully illustrate the key features of the tool.

Been wanting to make a post asking you what new builds or picks you play this season. I've been cooking a little but currently still only diamond, here's what I've been having success with:
AP Nasus top: Can basically skip Laning phase because one E can clear wave. Scales well with the insane ult damage in 1v1s and debuffs for team fights. Don't play this into sustain champs, rather play for AD all in with R. But is strong against no sustain. Not sure about the best build yet but I go full burn with Blackfrost + Lyandries
Ap Cho support: Ludens Companion is insane on Cho. Gives you the stats you want and activation every 12 seconds is perfect, because your Q has 6s cd. I use it to counter Draven, put Q where his axe falls, and it works perfectly. Still sometimes hard to hit in lane vs good Dravens but especially in late game team fights they won't see it coming, unlike in lane when they're hyperfocused on it
Akshan support: Lol this champ is fun. They never know where you are, and it can really fuck with people. The trading pattern is easy and strong in lane. You got good damage with Kraken. Plus you can ressurect teammates.
Taliyah support/jungle/mid/top/add: Just play this champ anywhere and it's good. It doesn't matter. This champ just has everything, playmaking, damage, area control, cc, waveclear, a global R. Especially good when your teammate have a semi reliable stun to guarantee your W, like Panth support, or Ashe/Varus/Jhin. Also good against dive.
Zyra jungle: 2:47 full clear. Like you can gank solo lanes when they are lvl 2 while you are 4 and still be first to scuttle crab. Plus she got a new item she really likes. Play for objectives with this champs area control. Practice the clear first
Honourable mentions: Poppy, Zac and Rumble support. Playmaking is key. Definitely not new picks but feel good rn.
