Hi Guys, I have always had the dream of buying a High End Gaming PC since my childhood. I never had a PC since my 10th standard, and even back then it was a wooden PC. I have worked my ass off, for the last 6 years and patiently saved up 4.2 Lakhs to finally make it happen.

Minimum tech specs requirement: 2 TB SSD, 16 GB VRAM, 64 GB RAM, i7 Processor, Cooling accessories (not fully aware of these but liquid cooling as I heard that's the best? Not sure, please recommend!), 4 USB-A ports, 1 USB-C Port, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi Support, HDMI, Audio Jack, Speakers and SD Card Reader. Please let me know what other slots might be useful to have, as I am sure I might have forgotten something.
Do you have any specific case preferences?
Not in Particular, I don't really like fancy showcases so I don't care if there is RGB or made out of Glass. I just want everything to be durable and the temperatures to be under sustainable levels at all times. If Coolers are necessary, then so be it, I will prefer them over Software and other upgrades.
Like I have mentioned this earlier, I want this build to last me a long time, hence my reason for dishing out so much into it.
I will be using it for up to 12 - 16 Hours everyday, so please, suggest me proper accessories to consider.

The closest location to where I live, is in Toledo and I was not necessarily thrilled by it. It was relatively small and there were not many crane games. It was still fun, but I was going to try another location for a little celebration day for my little sister.

Unbalanced value of properties
The game is all about building 3 houses on a property set before the other players. If you have a set of properties that earns $400+ and nobody else has that, you are set—you're virtually guaranteed a win in a few trips around the board. Priority 1 is to get a monopoly with 3+ houses, and priority 2 is to make sure nobody else has that.
Since you need to get a big moneymaker fast, the light blue, pink, and orange properties are way more valuable than anything else.
Focusing on anything else is not smart. The utilities and railroads are never going to make enough to be worth the investment, and the more expensive property sets take way more investment to get a decent return.
This issue exists because of the escalation in rent value once you build a third house. When a third house is built, the rent increases by a factor of roughly 3x. Take New York Avenue, the last orange property, for example:

16 unbuilt / 80 at 1 house / 220 at 2 houses / 600 at 3 houses / 800 at 4 houses / 1000 at a hotel.

That jump from 220 to 600 on the third house is massive. It goes from a decent moneymaker to a devastating blow. Taking away $600 from another player allows you to double down on your existing investments; meanwhile, they are mortgaging their stuff, or prevented from building what they want.
It costs $1340 to get your full orange set to have 3 houses, and you have three massive profit avenues.
Contrast this with Pennsylvania Avenue, the last green property:

28 unbuilt / 150 at 1 house / 450 at 2 houses / 1000 at 3 houses / 1200 at 4 houses / 1400 at a hotel.

It costs $2720 to get the full set with three houses. You start the game with $1500—where are you going to get the money for this? Sure, this set also pulls in good money at 2 houses, but it costs $2120 to even get there. You need another revenue stream for this to be viable, and you simply don't have enough time or money to work up multiple revenue streams.
More than half the board is nearly useless. I just put them to auction most of the time, saving my money for the cheaper properties. The "focus on the cheap stuff" strategy wins virtually every single time, and the players compete to see who can do that one strategy more effectively.
Poor bargaining incentives
The game is largely about trading. But, it lends itself to poor bargaining strategies
Infinitely long games
Imagine that the board falls, and nobody gets a property set naturally—all the sets are split. The players know that they need to trade for anyone to win. One player offers another player a fair trade, but that player says no. Being on the winning end of an unbalanced trade guarantees a win, and getting a fair trade could result in a 50 / 50 win probability.
The stubborn player uses his time as leverage. I'm not going to trade with you unless you give me a massive coup, and I'm just gonna sit here all day until you offer me that. The good-faith player must choose: sit here all day, or take the L?
The developers certainly did not imagine that comparative willingness to sit around all day could be the difference between a winning player and a losing player. It's very frustrating.

A similar and obnoxious trade strategy is "chicken." Imagine Player 1 gets the orange property set. Players 2 and 3 have split the light blue and pink sets. Player 2 offers Player 3 a trade—we need to start developing our property sets to catch up with Player 1: let's do a trade where we both end up with a set.
The stubborn Player 3 again says no. I'm going to have us sink deeper and deeper into second and third place. Time is ticking and we are on a trajectory to lose, but I can guarantee a win by forcing Player 2 to give me a massive coup. I'm more likely to win by taking advantage of Player 2 than I am to win by making fair trades. Player 2 must choose who wins: Player 1 or Player 3.

I (26F) have (had?) a boyfriend (29M) for 15 months, long distance for the last 6 months.
He works 9-5 pm, I work 1-9 pm. We try to plan virtual dates every week, usually watching a movie together or playing a game together, while texting/facetiming.
Initially, I would schedule them for 11 pm, so that I had time for dinnechores after work, and he agreed. But he would never be punctual. Sometimes his laptop would be dead, or he couldn't find the charger, or his mom calls, or he gets a work call. All understandable.
He eventually joins the game/movie, and we get on with it having fun, texting about the movie and all. Within half an hour, I notice him not responding to my texts, even when i pause the movie (it pauses for him too). Clearly, he has dozed off. I try to call him on all apps, but I guess he keeps his phone on silent. I usually wait for 30-45 mins, continue watching the movie, hoping he wakes up. But nothing.
Eventually I give up, shut everything down. I know it's not really his fault, but I feel very lonely and sad, cuz I didn't get to talk to him about my day (but he gets to, cuz we talk during my break around 5pm).
The next morning (I wake up much later than him), there's always a slew of texts apologising to me, and how he's beating himself up for dozing off, and it won't happen again.
This was fine a few times. Cute, even. Our working hours are quite different, and I sleep much later than him. He's dozed off on FaceTime with me before too.
I also understand that some people just aren't as anal about routines/time as me.
To improve the situation, I asked him to "prepare" his laptop and shit in advance, so that there's no delays (to no avail).
I started scheduling these dates at 9 pm, right after I got done with work. This meant that I had to delay my dinner and chores, but it's okay I like spending time with him. But he'd never actually be ready at 9 pm.
I even started calling him to remind him about the date 30 mins prior and to get his things sorted. But there's always something with him.
This happened almost every date night for the last 3 months. I stopped planning dates, so he got mad at me saying I'm trying to make him feel bad for something he can't control. I'm not, I'm just sick of wasting my time watching 45 mins of movies/games. I'm sick of feeling so hollow and sad when i realise that he's dozed off once again. It hurts that i so willingly move my schedule around for him, but he can't do anything on time for me. So I broke it off.
He keeps saying that I'm punishing him for "just dozing off", and is very angry with my decision. I've tried talking it out, telling him how i feel, and he says he understands but he can't seem to help it. Bc

I’m really trying not to be a downer because I am very excited for the game but I keep going back and forth in my head about pre-ordering the game because I would like to show my support for the 40k community but I’m actually a little shook about Saber Interactive developing this one.
The thing about Saber is they’ve virtually never produced a game that rates above 7/10 and it’s basically a coin flip that they produce games of that caliber at all. A good portion of their library has middling reviews. Well, I’ve played a few in the mid 2000s and 2010s and looking at their development library as a whole the first word that comes to mind is “derivative”. They make games similar to other games of their time but worse, somehow riding on the backs of giants and producing an inferior product with the advantageous foreknowledge of good game design. That’s not a great sign.
Their only real claim to fame is working on the Halo CE Anniversary and Master Chief Collection which definitely were not fan favorites on release but did eventually get much better. How much of that can be attributed to Saber’s involvement, I don’t know because they were part of a larger collective development team working with Microsoft Studios and 343 Industries. In general, they seem to be a company like Rebellion that specializes in porting games over but when it comes to making original/ licensed IPs they make lukewarm games or just kind of drop the ball.
I can tell they’re using some variant of the World War Z engine to pump out large hoardes of Tyranids on screen at one time and while that looks cool I have to wonder how intelligent the AI actually are because the AI in WWZ was not impressive and the enemy variety was sorely lacking. How much of that is lack of creativity versus engine limitations is kind of what I’m curious and worried about. I’ve also noticed in the 30 minute gameplay demo video they posted that a large portion of the game is combat-interrupting cutscenes/ setpieces. It seems like 5 minutes of fighting consistently gets interrupted by 3 more minutes of cutscene dialogue or forcefully panning the camera over to a point of interest. I felt like SM1 did a pretty good job of letting the levels run their course and maybe having a cutscene or 2. Don’t get me wrong, SM2 looks absolutely gorgeous but I almost think the devs feel that forcing the player to stop and gawk at the marvel they’ve created is somehow enriching the gameplay. It feels a lot more like dopamine edging by having these intense playable moments and completely turning off the adrenaline by having Titus gaze at some large structure or ship overhead collapsing, or having the crew stop to converse with some besieged Guardsman unit. Leave it up to the individual agency of the players to stop and gaze in wild wonder if that’s something they appreciate but otherwise keep your foot on the gas I’d say. What makes games intense is that they often don’t let up. The demo was just a bunch of tension and release in quick succession and I honestly was hoping more for a game with pacing like DOOM Eternal/ WH40K Boltgun. I know this game is not a boomer shooter but I’d like there to be good rhythm and pacing. I’d trade high octane co-op gameplay over visually/ technically impressive sightseeing any day.
I also noticed the game seems to feature the same linearity of SM1, which if I have one gripe about SM1, it is definitely that the game is practically an “on-rails” experience. There is very little in the way of freedom of exploration and almost all the “hidden” servitors and ammo caches were in painfully obvious places because they were often in the only other place the game would allow you to explore. It would be nice to be able to take divergent paths in levels or have larger arena style combat areas with rewards and secrets strewn about. Put a gun in a far-off artillery crater or stash a mounted gun up in bunkers that you can rip off the mount like in SM1. Also I would like secrets to be a little more thought out and rewarding. SM1 rarely utilized using melee weapons to break away barricades exposing secret areas and never utilized switches or levers to open secret pathways. Verticality was also sparsely used not only in general but definitely for the sake of hiding a secret way up top somewhere. I don’t know exactly what I expect from this I just mean to say I would want the levels opened up a little bit, and for rewards to be in places for players willing to take the time to find them. It would also be nice to have narrative setpieces that tell a story in secret areas like the Fallout Universe does. Let a secret path lead us to a scene of carnage or a tragedy or maybe even an ambush. So far we haven’t seen any of that.
I’m not writing off the game just yet but I would really like to be proven wrong about some of the things I noticed from the gameplay video. It’s hard to be excited in the age of modern gaming especially when we talk about preorders. I’d honestly like them to talk more about the beta key distribution date. I don’t even necessarily need to play the beta personally, but it would be nice to see a little more gameplay in the form of a single complete mission from start to finish.

There isn't anything here that's "real", there isn't anyone that's not virtual in this world, there isn't any place that isn't virtual here, there's no one here, there isn't any sky, space, planets, star systems, ground, earth, people, hands, bodies, or any "realness", this world is completely a digital matrix, it's a simulated universe, and it's not any different from creating a world in an engine, there's no one here that exists, there's no one that's capable of moving, hearing or seeing anything, there isn't anyone that constructs anything, all of it is simulated, the world is constructed and built by you, this is "your game" this is the world that you built, there's no one inside the world that you built other than you, there's no time here, there's no people here, there's only you, and your own energies pretending that's it's not you. and the more you hide and run away from your own energies, the more your energies will end up on attacking and pulling you back to the top, you have to be the king of all gods, and there's no one else that can take the crown other than you.. so stop dreaming.

I want to use the windows loudness eq enhancement (yes, specifically this and not third party compressors) but only have it affect a specific application
I'm not very experienced with banana so couldn't figure this out on my own
the eq makes things like youtube videos or discord sound worse, but helps me with game audio, so what I want to do is output the game audio into a virtual playback device, apply the windows loudness eq to it, then merge the audio from that virtual playback device with the rest of my system audio and play the result through my headphones
is this possible with any combination of software?
