How to hack a tmovil prepaid phone card

I'm in a tough spot and could really use some advice on how to handle a situation at work. There's this guy, let's call him X, who's been engaging in some seriously malicious behavior online. Here's the gist of it:
X has created around 50 fake women/aunty Facebook accounts, all with thousands of people added. On a regular basis, he posts stories and messages in Facebook and Messenger groups targeting individuals, particularly those in second marriage and gay groups. He then shares their phone numbers, inviting others to harass them with unsolicited explicit messages and calls.
What's truly horrifying is the aftermath of his actions. Once he posts someone's number, that person becomes inundated with hundreds of messages and calls, non-stop. It gets to the point where they're forced to shut down their SIM card and remove WhatsApp from their phone just to escape the relentless barrage.
I recently discovered the extent of his operation when he casually revealed it to me, even going so far as to jokingly boast about doing it for two years. He also claims that he has already destroyed at least 300 people, including classmates and teachers. What's worse, he's even targeted me by posting my number.
I'm at a loss for what to do. I know confronting him directly is risky since he's threatened to do the same to me if I speak out. But I can't let this continue unchecked, especially considering the distress it's causing to those targeted.
How can I report this behavior? Should I reach out to the police or seek assistance from cyber security experts? I don't really know anything about what can be done legally to shut him down once and for all. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

This is the third time in a year that someone has broken into my account and locked me out.

1. I have two factor authentication.
2. My password is a random alpha numeric string never shared with any other website. I’ve changed it every time.
3. I live alone and have never shared my devices with anyone. I am the only person to ever touch my phone and my PS5

So I have no idea how someone broke into my account today, locked me out, and bought $250 worth of games before I saw notifications on my credit card and locked it.
Unless there’s something I’m missing, Sony has a serious security vulnerability that they aren’t aware of.

Has anyone been dealing with fraud issue and what is your result? And how was the experience when dealing with the bank? This experience has reached a new low for me.
Weeks ago, an unknown company took $400 dollars from me ( made 8 transactions, $50 each, in midnight ). The next morning I found out I called the bank immediately. During this phone call, the fraud company tried to make more transactions, the bank saw the transaction and stopped it. Then, the bank cancelled my card, said that I have to wait for up to 60 days for the 'investigation' result; said they would ask the fraud to return my money. I asked what can I do to protect my bank account, they said nothing more. And I asked how can I stop anyone to make transaction repeatedly from my account; they told me there is nothing that I can do about it, and this fraud happened because my card details might be leaked via online purchasing.
Then I have waited for about 2 weeks, no news.
Yesterday I was paying my beam trip via BEAM app, the app saved my OLD card details (which I supposed it was cancelled). The payment was successfully made!!!!!WITH MY OLD CARD!!!! I called the bank, they said 'oh yes, the card was cancelled, but the shop has a "token" to make payment repeatedly and they don't need your new card details.'
The problem is, I asked numerous times to confirm if there is anything to prevent this kind of repeat transaction, they said NOTHING.
If I wasn't requesting them to remove all the token, the bank didn't even bring up this matters. I asked them to stop any kind of repeat transactions from a single merchant, they said their system does not have this function to stop it. All I can do is wait for their investigation result. And I asked again what I can do to improve the account security or what the bank can do to prevent this happens again. They suddenly wanted the conversation cut short and said 'I understand your frustration, but if we have nothing else to discuss I will have to end this conversation.'
What kind of response is this? really? nothing to think of to improve the account security? If I did not found out the token thing, they will never explain anything/ bring this up.
Before the fraud, I only leave $50 in the account that connect with my card ( like 99% of time). I always put excess money away. For this practice, my payment to coffee subscription, mobile plan, broadband etc has always failed, because these transaction is over $50. The night that this incident happened, was someone paid me $400 and I forgot to move the money out immediately. The money was in my account for like 1 night. and the next morning I checked it was gone!
My online transactions were mostly big company, like 'Adobe', 'Microsoft', 'Harvey Norman', 'New World', 'Bunnings' etc, and a few smaller businesses for 3d printing and craft supplies, 'Gordon Harris', 'Marvle3D', 'CCG', 'SILICA GEL PRODUCTS' etc.
Now I leave no money in my card account, always have to transfer money before I make any kind of purchase, even for a scone. For weeks I have been worried this could happen again, I'm running out of idea to improve the account security.
I am really surprise that - a 'merchant/ payee' able to charge same amount of money repeatedly in a short period of time, and it does not raise a red flag/warning to the bank. For what I have heard is some fraud will make a small transaction like $1 a few times then they will try to take a larger amount.

A ticket I bought in march for a flight this weekend. I signed into United’s website and the ticket disappeared from my account. I looked in my phone app and my ticket was moved into a cart with a higher price. WTF?! I checked my credit card just to be sure I wasn’t losing my mind and sure nuff, I paid for the ticket and seat upgrade. I called the airline and they tried to give me a free gift. I said I just wanted to find my missing ticket. Customer service for reservations said she wasn’t authorized for that but she said she would transfer me (she said all of this swiftly like she didn’t want confrontation). I was transferred to another promotion phone call. ??? Eventually I got to an attendant who found my ticket. The only info I had was my name, the airports, the day I bought the ticket, and the date/time I was leaving. No flight number, no confirmation. It took less than two minutes to find my reservation and he said that the ticket was not tied to my account. I never gave him my account number. I bought the ticket while signed into my account. I’m a seasoned flyer and choose United 90% of the time. I bought the ticket the same way I always do: from my account. Both people I talked to seemed…. Off? All I can come up with is perhaps there was a hack of some sort. Has anyone else experienced this today or this week?

This week I've gotten 2 texts from the same number with verification codes that I didn't request. The first time was on Sunday, and I ignored it because I didn't ask for it. That same day I called my bank to change the pin number on my new account debit card, and they told me someone successfully changed it 4 hours earlier - when I got the text.
The text message comes in the same thread as I've received other legit verification codes, and they don't indicate where they are texting from, just that I requested the code and not to give it to anyone, employees won't even ask for it.
I got another one today so I'm starting to wonder if I'm being targeted/hacked. This is a brand new account at a brand new bank with a brand new card that I've never swiped anywhere. How could they successfully change my pin number when even the bank required me to do it at an ATM? I called the bank, they said the account is locked so no one can spend any of it, including me. I called my cell phone company and they are escalating it to their fraud department, but I'm not even confident that the person I spoke to understood what I was getting at.
Could my sim card be cloned? How could they change my pin when I didn't give anyone the verification code? Could someone have hacked my cell phone? A virus? I literally never used that card anywhere, didn't load it into Google wallet, nothing, so I'm just not sure what's going on here... Any advice is appreciated!

In 2019 I was working for a trucking company based out of Houston Texas. To keep it brief... The company was owned by a big time Pastor out of Houston. He hired a man who had multiple million dollar contracts, but he didn't have the trucks or the drivers to fill those contracts. The contract holder was also leasing a truck/trailer at the time, but pretending as though it was his own.

KT is a long time conman/criminal out of the south. He was in and out of jail for several years when he decided to start truck driving. After a while however he needed more money. He wanted to run his own loads, but needed a truck/trailer. That's when he partnered with WC. WC owns multiple tractor trailer setups and he leases them to many individuals all over the country. He met KT and without prying too much into his past, he leased him a tractor trailer. WC would make a percentage of every load which kept him happy for around 8 months. That's around the time KT met FR at a party or some type of event. He was given an email for contact and in early 2019 he sent his first email to FR's company asking to become a partner, or to make a percentage for every contract he gave to FR, considering he didn't have the trucks or drivers to perform all the contracts he had. FR with dollar signs in his eyes agreed and made him a partner by April 2019.
The contract between them was officially made by FR's company Lawyer and signed in late September 2019. KT started using all of FR's company details, emails, business logos in all of his interactions from then on out. He had a problem however. He was still needing to make money to pay for his contract with WC. He would assign loads to WC's truck and find drivers through craigslist. After a few weeks to a few months of non payment however, all drivers would abandon the truck and he would have to find a new driver. Eventually that became me in October 2019.
I posted a craigslist ad looking for Repower work and KT's secretary emailed me the details. I received a phone call the next morning and I was off from Denver to pick up a loaded tractor trailer sitting in the Cheyenne WY Regional Airport parking lot. I was told the driver had a family emergency and the load was already late so I would be paid a handsome amount to deliver asap. I spent 9 days in the truck delivering 3 loads from Washington state, Boise Idaho, to Salt Lake City and then eventually going down to Gallup New Mexico to hit the I40 to drive the truck back to Houston, where I was told I would meet KT, get paid and be on a paid flight back to Denver. I was eager to get home.
On October 29th 2019 I was asleep in the back of the truck at the Pilot Travel Center in Gallup, New Mexico when I was awoken by a pounding on the passenger door. I was dressed in multiple layers as the truck had run out of fuel the day before. The Comdata Cards weren't working to put fuel in, and I was told it would be solved the following day. It was around 8 degrees outside. I was in a tshirt with my hoodie laying on me, and a pair of sweatpants under my blue jeans to keep warm. When I finally crawled to the front of the truck to open the door I was greeted by a Glock pointing at my head and told to slowly exit the truck keeping my hands up. I did as the Trooper commanded. After a brief search of the truck for damage (I had the key fob), and after showing the Bill of Ladings printed with my name and signature on them I was informed I was receiving a Felony for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. After being "Frozen Out" to admit fault (I was ordered to stand in front of the Troopers cruiser for 2 hours in 8 degrees as he was trying to get me to admit to stealing the vehicle) I was then cuffed and brought back to the sub station for further questioning and filing. I was told everything from how stupid I was for taking the job after telling my side of the story, all the way to how I should've made my father (a 33 year retired officer) run the plate on the truck to check if it was reported stolen before getting in. Which doesn't make sense, when the truck was reported stolen THAT NIGHT.
WC was getting worried about his equipment not being insured by him, but by FR's company. He demanded his truck back on October 27th and was told by KT and FR they had NO KNOWLEDGE of any such truck. He reported it stolen the afternoon of the 29th and it was tracked by on star to my location where I was arrested. After being interrogated at the sub station and sitting handcuffed to a bench in a cell for 2 hours while the Trooper wrote his report (which just spoke about how he received a call, went directly to me, arrested me and had me in custody now.) I was then transported to McKinley Country Correctional Facility where I spent a hellish 42 hours locked in with 33 other inmates. The toilet system would backup and flood the cell soaking everyone laying on our mats with feces and urine. The food provided was absolute garbage not fit for any living person. A new inmate stole cuffs off an officer and showed everyone after a couple hours and threatened people. We also had an inmate come down from the pods (a convicted murderer there for another trial) after threatening to kill a known Ped upstairs. He was found strangling him and until they figured things out he was transported down to us. He laid down right behind me. I couldn't eat the food so I gave it to him having tupperware. He actually gave me my only phone call using his key code for the phone in the cell. My Dad told me they were bailing me out very shortly.
My bailbondsman arrived at 11pm Halloween night after taking his kids to get candy. I was taken to a motel room down the street. We stopped for my first real meal... taco bell. I was just happy to be out of there, but I ended up throwing up several time in my room and I couldn't sleep for a few days.
-Fast forward to December. My case was dismissed in pretrial.
-Fast forward to May 2020 the lawyer who took my case in Gallup in December to help me sue the State Troopers dropped me. You can see his bill boards EVERYWHERE in Gallup, NM.
-I found a new lawyer in Denver who believed me and started filing.
-We received correspondence from FR's lawyer saying he never met KT, has no knowledge of WC or the truck in question and to leave him alone.
-2 years later (FR is still saying he never knew anyone) in August 2022 we received partial discovery. FR's email. He was ordered to type in KT's name in the history bar and over 200 emails popped up. Everything from their contract created by FR's lawyer to emails such as...
"KT! You're a very very smart man. Now let's make you a VERY VERY RICH MAN!"
-Early 2023 WC settles with us and says he would be a witness for me in trial. The State Trooper received Qualified Immunity. KT still hasn't been found. FR offers a 10k settlement. We decide to go to trial.
-late 2023 we have another meeting in Houston, Tx to discuss a settlement at the court house. I am met by FR himself who was not supposed to be there. He's limping on a cane. Never made an apology. They up their settlement to 100k. I'm still wanting to go to trial, but the mediator who is the 2nd judge at the courthouse all but tells me I won't win a GD thing if I go, because of the "Good ole' boy" system in Houston. He said no matter how I feel about what happened, I'm a white veteran truck driver who got arrested... Nobody gives a sh*t and they are going to see to that.
-After 6 hours and being literally counted down by the mediator from 10 to 0 I accepted the offer.
-I started making Reno911 style Bodycam footage to help me get over things mentally. Some have received over a million views. I now live in Long Beach California.
-KT was and still has never been found. FR is still a pastor at a major church in Houston. I don't know anything about WC. The state trooper is in the news almost every other week for arresting DUI drivers in Gallup.

Hi Everyone. I have been encouraged to share my story here, as SA situations are different to those of general affairs. Both incredibly hurtful and traumatic.
I have been with my (30F) SA parter (30M) for 8 years. We have been living together for 7.5 years now. Own a home. Have a dog.
Throuhout our relationship we have one recurring issue: I'm not sexual enough for him. When we first started seeing one another we were incredibly active. I was aroused, in love, and keen for fun. We didn't do anything crazy overly crazy, but it was passionate and frequent.
Fast forward as we move through out relationship. Theres additional work, life and financial stressors. I'm not 23 living at home anymore, and my sex drive has decreased. I was pretty broken. I've been pretty broken since then. Lost on what to do. Unable to eat. Unable to sleep. Completely destroyed. Yet he lies next to me, sleeping soundly. How is this fair?
In his previous relationship he did the same things. He had told me about meeting regularly with one prostitute while he was with his ex GF. He told me about his group sex adventures. Sex with pregnant women etc. Meeting with older men for blowjobs and anal sex. All of this was during his relationship in his early 20s - his girlfriend at the time was who he lost his virginity with.
What an idiot I was to feel that was all in the past, that it was a younger boy exploring his sexuality.
He has been open with me that he loves chatting online, pretending to be someone he is not for the thrill of it. No mention of any meetups, although he had expressed maybe it could be a solution when i was comfortable. Members of Attorney Tom Winslow’s team sent us a statement that legal medical filings surrounding the Mica Miller mental health issues were not legally notarized.
Mica Miller died of what has been ruled a suicide at Lumber River State Park on April 27th. The FBI is now investigating the case.

Despite the fact Pastor JP Miller admitted from the pulpit to being suicidal in October 2023, just two months later JP was able to receive a health care power of attorney from Mica signed Dec. 5. Tom Winslow, of Winslow Law, was the attorney that orchestrated this legal filing.
Texts received by MyrtleBeachSC News show that Power of Attorney documents were supposedly signed by Mica Miller on December 4th at the Solid Rock church. However, those documents were not notarized by Winslow Law employees (Briyana and Tiffany) until the next day at Winslow’s law office.
According to the S.C. Secretary of State, a notary must be present at the actual signing of such documents to prevent fraud.
Two months later, according to the Myrtle Beach Police Department, Mica was “involuntarily hospitalized” on Feb. 8, 2024. But what makes the case even more odd is that JP’s power of attorney documents were not filed until March 20, 2024, despite having been signed and notarized three months prior.

In a written affidavit, Seirra writes, “I know my sister to have expressed the abuse and violence against her by her husband to others, including family members and members of the church congregation. My sister also expressed to me that she was fearful that she would not make it to the divorce and that her life would be taken from her.”

All of this is circumstantial, at best, but it is also very curious.

Mica wrote to her attorney: “Since the day we became husband and wife, I have been abused in every way I can think of. Emotionally, sexually, spiritually, financially and physically. He has harassed me physically and electronically with letters, phone calls, emails and texts, hacking my emails, hacking my personal Facebook and impersonating me. Using my stolen phone to send texts and emails out to church members pretending to be me, texting friends and family saying that I am sleeping with teenagers from our church, and showing up in person at places around town … to having installed three different tracking devices on my vehicle.”
MyrtleBeachSC News learned that JP was in possession of a mobile phone he had stolen from Mica. Anyone who has left an outgoing, “I am not available now” message on their phone, knows that a recorded version of her voice was likely on that mobile phone.
According to the Robeson County Sherriff, at 2:54 p.m., a 911 call was made from Lumber River State Park parking lot.
Miller is calm throughout the call, asking a dispatcher if her phone can be tracked. The operator asks for Miller’s phone number and location, and then why she was calling.
“I’m about to kill myself, and I just want my family to know where to find me,” she replies.

Miller, pastor at Solid Rock Church in Myrtle Beach, told his sister-in-law that he would be arriving at her house at 1 a.m. on November 17, 2022, where Mica was visiting.

A few moments later, he replied: “I’m armed. I’m ready. Mica can fix all of this“, to which Sierra replied: “THIS doesn’t help anything. Threats and intimidation only make things worse.”
‘I don’t care (idc) Driving. I can’t text. Thanks.’ said the disgraced pastor.
In response, Miller replied, “Hahaha” when told cops wouldn’t be called if he stayed home.

So I have been thinking about this, thankfully I do not own any semi-modern car, I stick to good old classics but I do use and think of modern technology.
Isn’t it really dystopian that Tesla (ofc concerns other self-driving cars too), holds database of all owner names, addresses, bank details. And also a network access to each specific car held by each of these database entries. Also contains ability to push uncheckable updates (i.e user has no idea what it is they really are downloading, except whatever it says on screen). So, a hypothetical malicious criminal, could hack (no servers are immune unfortunately), and find out which car belongs to whom. And let’s say they have bad intentions towards one or more people, and have knowledge of tesla software, could be IT/robotics geek or an ex-tesla software engineer. So now there is a situation where they could push a specific update to a car belonging to their persons of interest. Since Teslas are FSD-enabled, they could theoretically gain full control of the car for malicious intent, control where it goes, how fast, whether it stops or not. Moreover, they have access to cameras and see who is in the driver seat on any day! So they could make it accelerate uncontrollably, drive into a wall at a specific location, or even kidnap the person by driving to some dodgy warehouse or whatever. Anything is possible, who knows, maybe there are ways to even cause overload of the battery to make it catch on fire, by applying full throttle and brakes at the same time or something.
How did we get to this dystopian future SO QUICK? Feels like only couple of years ago the phones were size of bricks and internet wasn't cool yet.

I've lived here for almost seven years and previously lived in NYC and Chicago. I am not looking to debate the pros and cons of major cities. I like the Southern California climate and I don't see myself leaving the area any time soon. What I am looking for are strategies to cope with the constant traffic.
My commute to work is between eight to ten miles and up to 30-some minutes in traffic. Up until a few weeks ago, I rode a motorcycle. It is LA's greatest hack, but after several close calls, and some gruesome first-hand witnessing of fellow dead riders, I decided to call it quits.
Years of filtering and riding gave me insight into how many LA drivers deal with traffic – mostly they are on their phones. I had to be hyper-aware of the drivers around me to survive on two wheels. Now that I am in a car everyday, I am struggling to adapt. Even in non-peak hours like between 11 AM and 1:15 PM, traffic is there, in your face waiting to eat up your life.
When I mean traffic, I mean, slow 5-20 mph drudge of cars merging, waiting a lights, rolling through stop signs, moving without purpose, etc. Of course, a shout out to those folks who are in a rush and must must must tailgate you while flippantly treating the experience like a video game to defeat. You see them dance about making little to no progress to overcome traffic. From the looks of it, most of them, like 98% of them, don't have the skills to drive like a race car driver. The real kicker is that anyone on the road is liable to turn into one of these rush hour rushers like a disease that spreads randomly.
Interestingly, I feel just as unsafe now in a car than on the motorcycle. It is irrational, I know. I feel trapped without options to pass by the fellow zombie commuters who look like they plan on hitting my rear bumper or the ones merging onto me because – why not. At least on two wheels, I could get away into the crevices as cars trudged along. I spend my time eyeing those around me in short glances, like a CIA secret agent, keeping tabs on everyone and what they are up to, and I do this just to survive on the road for a 20 minutes. Why is everyone on their phones? People can barely walk and talk and swipe up,down, or text, but operating a motor vehicle is fine.
Am I losing my mind here? Who is to blame? Is it your maps app that shows red everywhere and time to distance creeping up every second - tik tok tik tok. Is it your tik tok videos going unwatched? Is it a lack of respect on the road? There are studies that show, traffic as a system requires rational agents who act somewhat selfishly to move the traffic along. Is LA's road infrastructure just badly designed? Too many people?
Either way, I am open to hearing any suggestions on how to deal with the commute and traffic in general. By the way, I have an electric car with all the safety features. I've also lived in several parts of the greater LA and at one point only a few miles from work. Maybe the problem is me. I expect too much and I should temper my expectations. But, I remember the days, the years, the times before pocket computers and I think it was a better commuting era. Who knows, maybe I am just an aging millenial, and feeling that existential angst that comes with not being young and naive that the world can change – and that I have some control.

I am almost done with my degree, with about $15k in student loan debt. This is not super worrying. More worrying is my $3.5k in personal loan debt, plus $1.5k in credit card debt. Being a student, I earn hardly any money. Rent, insurance, utilities, phone, etc. (no car payments, no other lines of credit) totals to ~$2k a month. Adding on personal loan / credit card payments, I need to pay ~$2.5k a month.
With shifts I do get, and financial aid, I'm still in the hole by ~$500 each month. A net of -$500 each month :(
I'm heavily considering another personal loan (my credit is still ~750 or so). I want to consolidate my debt, while also having enough to pay necessities for the next 6 months (like the loan payments for the new loan). I know this is just kicking the can down the road, so my stomach is in knots about it.
Alternatively, I could take out more student loans (better interest rates, better payment options). I feel like this is the best route, and I plan to try this on Friday. However, I'm unsure how well that'll work out.
Should I even consider another personal loan? Would there be a way to work it out? What other options might I have? I'm quite worried that applying for more financial aid won't pan out well, but I'll try.

The other day I signed up to insurance. All it took was a phone call, an email with my name, address, phone number, etc. and my BSB and Account Number. In the past I have donated to charities with just BSB and account number. I have also seen stories of people using a BSB & Account Number to cause a direct debit - someone lost $30K from their account when a form was submitted for a direct debit.
Got me wondering about how dangerous this can be. What can be done about it? IMO, banks should start requiring end-user verification for all proposed direct debits which are set up with the BSB and Acc No (I am not talking about card details). It is stupid that anyone with those details can sign you up to direct debits with no verification whatsoever.
I see these details being handed out quite freely on online marketplaces.. once you give it out you have no idea how that information may be used or shared.

It feels like everyone around me is always going out, making Amazon purchases and buying new things, homes and cars.

I have fallen so far behind, I was out of work on and off for a month during my medical emergency, I had just been let go from a job I was going to be making $6000 a month at because they decided in December they were no longer going to have that position and put it all on the admin. I’m now making $3000 a month and these emergencies, the being out of work w/ no sick time as I just started. It’s crazy. I had to get a pay day loan or else my car was about to be repo’d and I cannot afford that.
I have no idea how to get a handle on this now that I have fallen so far behind. I don’t buy myself anything anymore, I don’t even allow myself a coffee in the mornings. I pass on breakfast and lunch a lot, and never go out with friends anymore. I’m extremely anxious all the time and I cry every night on my way home from work. I have been working so hard since I was 18 years old (now 29) and no matter how far ahead I feel that I’m finally getting I’m pushed right back down and drug even further.

This boy in my class ordered a present for my teacher and we are splitting the price between a few of us. he wants us to transfer the money however I am unsure how to do so. The credit card on my phone isn’t mine so I don’t exactly know how to transfer a few pounds to him. I would have given the money to him in person but I’m on study leave for my alevels so I won’t be seeing my class mates again. How can I transfer the money?

Two nights ago, I was looking through my password manager (I use 1Password) trying to locate a site that my son added recently (I couldn't remember the name at the time). I noticed an entry for a dating site (ashleymadison of all places) which I didn't add, nor did any of my family. They have their own phones, and, trust me, no one is going to ashleymadison. The entry had a user name, password, a local zip code, and profile codes (attached woman seeking man) and a couple of other things saved. It had been added about 10 days earlier. The credentials didn't work when I tried to access the site.
I searched my iphone's safari history (I'm on an 12 Pro), and, there was a google search and two site-related page locations saved on the same day for ashleymadison. They were the last three entries for the day. I was on the latest IOS (have since updated to 17.5).
I can't figure out how someone did this. I had the phone in my physical possession. Could it be someone hacking a security vulnerability and gaining access to my phone? Zero day... blah, blah blah? Why also, would a presumably sophisticated hacker leave a search history behind and an entry in my password manager? My 1Password uses face match to open. Could it be an attempt to get me to freak out, change my 1Password pw, and then need to manually enter it into my phone and then have a possibly installed keylogger nab it? I just can't figure this out. Am I a schizophrenic and have another personality that went to ashleymadison and added it to my password manager?
Went to the Apple Store today, and the tech was dismissive of this idea, thinking I must have inadvertently clicked a popup or something and this triggered the safari activity and then I accidentally got credentials for this site entered into my 1Password. This all to drive traffic. But, this doesn't seem quite right to me. Someone was on my phone's Safari, googled the site, then went to the site, then registered on the site. Then 1Password saved the registration. 1Password shows a creation date/time and a modification of it a minute later.

Helping my mom through the SS/Medicare process the past year or so, since she's in no place to handle it alone. It's been such a massive hassle (for multiple reasons), but I think I've just about had it.
Waited over an hour and a half in my local SSA office, since I can never get through on the phone, just to have a few questions answered regarding the status of two requests: one for reconsideration, another for equitable relief, both filed back in February (in regards to a huge billing error on SSA's end—it's a long story; happy to explain if anyone thinks it's relevant in this scenario).
Number finally got called, went up to the window, was in the middle of explaining why I was there but was abruptly told that, unless my mother is present (at the time she was home sick, as she almost always is) they could not talk to me about anything. I tried to explain that I've actually managed to speak to multiple people about this issue (and others) over the past few months on my mother's behalf, but the agent reiterated they couldn't speak to me and needed to speak to her instead. No elaboration. Just a blank expression.
And then they shut the blinds on me, mid-sentence, as I was trying to ask follow-up questions.
I was flabbergasted. Felt like a punch to the stomach. Granted, in this interaction, I did let my frustration show but not to the extent that I felt I was rude or disruptive—just that I was more than a little incredulous, since (again) I've already interfaced with various people, including those at this same local office, without my mother present on the phone or in person. I have all her information (SSN + Medicare cards) with her consent, and though it's never come to it, I would've been happy to put her on speaker so she could verify that I was acting on her behalf.
I just walked out, not knowing what else to do. It's not like there was anybody else to talk to (apart from the security guards). And I wasn't about to take another number and waste more time there.
Can anyone tell me if I'd be justified in filing some kind of complaint? If that's feasible, how would I do that? I understand that SSA agents are overworked and underpaid and have to deal with a lot of crap from people, but I truly don't believe their response was the slightest bit warranted.
OR am I completely off-base? Even though it felt so incredibly rude and unprofessional, can agents just dismiss people like that? AITA?
