Surprisingly fun for my taste. Don't get me wrong, I liked it, but I don't think it's the best either. There are definitely strange things and deus ex machinas, in addition to the fact that I feel that a few more chapters to seasons 1 and 2 would not have hurt it so that it wouldn't feel so rushed. The art style is... well, there's not much to highlight either. Except for the fact that there are times that more fluid animation (see the first kiss between Amity and Luz if I'm not mistaken) would have given it a better touch, but that fluidity makes it feel weird when it happens. The d ecolers palette is very good, good shades and consistency. The inclusion is well done! (miraculously, somehow) It doesn't interfere annoyingly in the plot and neither does it highlight it as if it were the center of the story. The detail that Luz's mother is Latina seems very well done to me. As an Argentinian, I recognize that the accent is more Colombian (in Argentina there are many immigrants from all over the world and countries) and it is curious but fun how it sounds. By God the characters are very good! My favorite is Edalyn, but King and Lilith are not far behind. The protagonists are competent and well written and the villain. By god the villain! very well written and designed, those colors, the voice, the mask are all very good. I wish the background had been explored in the series. Nor should we forget the lore of history. The corpses of titans are the islands (I didn't expect that revelation that King is one) and all the species that inhabit the islands are some more boring than others, but there isn't much to expect either. I almost forgot! The collector is... interesting. I'm not saying it's bad, but there are a few things that don't bother me, for example, that he is a child, although the way they treat the character means that it does not affect much. The few references there are are fun (see the games that Luz has installed on her computer, hollow knight and Hades) and others that I don't understand (it's a reference to amphibia, a series that I'm not going to watch even if my life depends on it). I think the soundtrack is what is weakest. It's decent, bordering on meh. The opening and ending are the only notable thing, but nothing very remarkable. Last (but not least) the duration. The chapters are the perfect length, neither too long nor too short. But I feel that the series lacked chapters to increase the development of the characters, so that it didn't feel rushed or short, because there are things that feel... forced? I don't know if there is a term for that in English. There are things that are not explored or that feel forced to move the plot forward. Now, I know that there are some comics that explore the future of the series, (I only found out about things published here) but it seems to me that they should make one more series exploring that life, for those who don't want or don't have access to comics. What would be the conflict? I don't know and I don't care much either, plus I doubt they'll do anything about how Disney is currently, if you know what I mean. I have a mind mapping app that has been running well on Android for a few years now. I have been trying to publish it for iOS and MacOS for some time now. On iOS (as an app) and MacOS (in the browser for testing) I have a problem with the export. The app is a project in Angular, Cordova, Typescript. The problem only occurs in the Safari browser, which is also used in the Cordova version for iOS. I was able to test it on my Mac and an iPhone. The error does not occur on the Mac in Chrome.
The error
If I export a mind map that contains images as an image (.png), the images of the nodes are not displayed in the exports. Everything else in the map is exported correctly, only the images are missing. Only when I export the map three times are the images present in the export. If I add a new image and export it again, the image is only visible in the exported image after 3 exports. It is interesting that the export as SVG, which I also offer, contains the images of the nodes. So the SVG string that I create has all the necessary information.
The base
The mind map consists of various things. HTML and CSS for the frames, lines etc... The images of the nodes are saved as Base64 and each node is in a Foreign Object.

This is how I create the .png file to be exported.
I can view all this content in the map view of the app. When exporting to an image, I take this information, turn it into an SVG, have the browser draw it on the canvas and then output it as a graphic. Something must be going wrong at this point.

What I have already tried.
I have already tested various things such as time delays etc..., none of which change anything. It seems to me that it's a combination of the caching and the order or speed at which the images are loaded. Only the speed can't be, because built-in delays don't change anything.
My guess
But it must have something to do with Safari because on the Mac in Chrome it runs without problems... Maybe it can't handle so many base64 images or it exports faster than it renders? Whereby the SVG export contains all the information and when I open the SVG, all the content is also displayed in the browser in seconds. So something must happen when painting on the canvas and outputting as an image.
It doesn't really make sense, I'm really at the end of my ideas. What can you do?
I really hope you can help me. A mind mapping app without image export makes little sense. And since the app otherwise works great, I'm really getting desperate. :(

Students solve the Middle East conflict. Visit to the “Dahlem Call for Peace in Palestine” on the campus of Freie Universität Berlin.
We interviewed queers for palestine and these were their sane takes.
We spoke to the future Nobel Peace Prize winners from Berlin in their protest tent.
“And somehow that was true, exactly,” explains Karl (ehe), a second semester political science student at the FU Berlin. “Exactly. That's why we've now sat down together and solved the Middle East conflict, exactly.”
Koi (hen/they), queer political spokesperson for the initiative, says: “We were tired of these constant accusations that we as queer and trans* people are so strongly committed to a free Palestine, as if we didn't know that Hamas in Gaza still tends to reject queer people and doesn't pay enough attention to women's rights,” hen asserts. “We are not naive. But we firmly believe in a transformation of Hamas into a genderqueer collective after the successful decolonization.”
But what exactly should the decolonized region look like? The students are convinced that it “really can't be a two-state solution”. The colonial state must go. “We already see Palestine within the historical borders from the Jordan to the Mediterranean.”
So decolonization back to the borders under the British in 1922?, we ask.
“Uh, yes, well, basically yes, exactly. But that was a long time ago, that's almost...” Karl counts on his hands, ‘a hundred years or so.’ And Judea, we ask, which used to be there too? “Well, that was much longer ago,” Karl looks helplessly at his ten fingers, “I don't know, we didn't study that yet.”
“In any case, it is important that Israel's current reign of terror is ended!” chants Koi. And then? “Well, then Hamas will give up its weapons and hand over power to a new civilian government,” says Joris (none/no), third semester Gender History student, explaining the students' concept for peace in the Middle East. This is a unique opportunity in human history: “Palestine could become a model state!” enthuses Koi. “The first genderqueer caliphate in the world, governed by a self-governing council system based on the model of the de facto state of Rojava in north-eastern Syria!”
We ask again decidedly: And where is Israel in this concept?
“Of course we are in favor of Israel's right to exist!” Karl hastens to say. “As Germans, we have something of a thing ... a responsibility, exactly.”
“On the other hand, world politics can't always just be dictated by the Germans!” interjects Joris. “That would be even worse!” But Karl continues unperturbed and points out Israel's new borders: “In our model, Israel will be a quasi-autonomous province in the Palestinian Caliphate, but with extensive self-government.”
“But demilitarized,” adds Joris, “as an agrarian state without military potential!”
The new Palestine should be as neutral and multilingual as Switzerland: open, liberal and sex-positive. It should also be given a new name on this occasion. “Khilafat qaws qazah”, translated: Caliphate of the Rainbow. Traudl (ehe), a theology student (Bachelor) adds: “Because the rainbow also has some significance in Jewish tradition. So it does fit.”
Perhaps a rainbow-colored unicorn could then be used as the emblem of the new Palestine, Koi dreams: “As a symbol of peace for the new open, trans*-friendly caliph.”
“Freedom of religion applies, of course!” enthuses Traudl, “Everyone can believe what they want. And if a Muslim woman in Gaza prefers to pray to the Flying Spaghetti Monster, that's okay too!”
However, the students admit that there is still a long way to go. But once Palestine is liberated, liberation from all other bourgeois constraints will follow. “Sooner or later, Hamas will also commit to multi-ethnic sex positivity!” emphasizes a male student. “And we are seeing positive signs. Hamas doesn't seem to reject sexual contact with people of other faiths per se like some of the fighters of October 7...”
Palestine of the future
We prefer to tune out quickly and listen to a FLINTA* student (she/her) who explains that in the Palestine of the future, women will also be allowed to become fighters and that every intifada will have awareness teams.
Meanwhile, Karl proudly reports that they are already working on a constitution for a free queer*feminist rainbow caliphate together with a Palestinian law student. But that is complicated. “We're struggling a bit, exactly. For example, we're still in full discussion about how animal rights should be implemented in the Palestinian constitution. In other words, whether other animals besides pigs should be protected from persecution and so on.”
We nod in understanding and ask how the students' peace plan is to proceed: “Well, we've already emailed our plan to Judith Butler and Deborah Feldman,” says Koi, and Karl adds: “And to the embassies of Egypt and Qatar, who are mediating, and to South Africa and Nicaragua, who can somehow submit our plan to the UN.”
And until then? “Until then, we will continue to demand the liberation of Palestine!” And so we see the peace activists again in the afternoon at a pro-Palestinian protest camp, wedged in between a few men in bouncers clothes with bold “KALIFAT” lettering on their shirts, albeit without a gender star or rainbow unicorn. “Free Palestine!” they shout together.

This morning our new pup threw up in his crate after a run around the house while I showered, nothing substantial, just some brownish bile/sludge. No issue for the rest of the day. About ten hours later he threw up again after acting normal all day, mostly hair and cat kibble, so not sure what/when he got into either, little bit of brownish sludge. He ate his dinner immediately after with no issues. Is now napping normally.
I just found an ibuprofen tray that's been clearly chewed, and it had a couple of tablets in it, looks like he pulled an old tray out of the trash but I have no way of knowing if there are tablets missing. It looks like it would have been thrown out because the blister packets were partially open. Both ends were seriously chewed. Besides the odd vomiting which he's never done before he doesn't seem sick in any way, very playful, lots of energy. I suspected he was sick from potentially eating the cat crunchies from the trash but now I'm not sure??
I don't get paid until tomorrow but read online how serious poisoning is when left too long. would he be showing more serious symptoms by now?
He's drinking normally, peeing and pooping normally, and active as normal.
