Can i mix percocet and amoxicillan

Started in 1960 and it was rough. Heating issues, water cuts, backed up sewers... but I made it to 10k people. In 1968 I had to enable cheat mode for a one time "loan forgiveness". I built up debt into 1980 but finally turned the profitability corner. So here's what I'm going to try to do in my next play:
Macro Layout
Pollution is king. When things ramped up, 400 meters wasn’t enough. Put the edge of housing a full kilometer from industry and waste handling.
Rail is important early. Lay in a single rail line to pull gravel for construction, coal for a heating plant + bricks, and connecting the farm to the industry. Build your construction industry on one side of the border and your manufacturing industry on the other side of it.
City layout
Start with a bus stop and building your residential buildings 200 meters max away from it. Put paths parallel to roads. Create redundant paths to everything so upgrading to gravel, asphalt, etc. doesn’t break things. Build all your housing on one side of the bus stop initially.
Put city services based on vehicles (police, fire, etc.) outside the core of the city. They’ll only be walkable to half of the city compared to the bus stop but the city can be larger. Same with university and schools. Schools, kindergartens, etc. may become overcrowded as the city grows. Build the large hospital in the core as despite having ambulances it is primarily a walking building.
Transfer for big waste (large) should be at the edge of your city and connected to a rail line. Technical services delivers to there. From there, a rail line eventually exports it for handling. Until the rail station is built, use a distribution office to export waste. Sorting is key and should be researched early. Use Stand for big waste containers (small) attached to roads to collect waste whenever possible. Stand for small containers (large) can be used when footpath access is the only option but it’s remarkably less efficient. Citizens produce about 1:3 biological waste to mixed waste so allocate containers accordingly. Within the city only hospitals create hazardous waste and nobody creates aluminum waste.
Build the small party headquarters to start, then the large technical university. You'll need the numbers for faster education and faster tech tree climbing.
Import 3rd world immigrants once you have a minimum educated base to staff your schools. They're way cheaper. Quality housing > dense housing. Dense is great but dense and poor quality = high resource intake and low productivity. Densify in your second city, or rework.
Monuments only get your to 40% loyalty so don't lose your mind on it.
Water and Power
Redundant and parallel. Every time you place a transformer, place a high six way high voltage splitter with it. You will branch your power network to more places over time and need to reroute wires which you can only do while online with open switch ports. Never use the last switch port without building another chained switch.
Similarly, always branch your water and sewer. Unfortunately you can’t have multiple inputs to a line, but you can at least make sure that you can keep branching until the upstream has nothing left to give. Pay attention to pressure. Build the large water tower to supply the town.
Intake water quality is key. Your wells must be placed where pollution won’t reach. Industry should be fed directly from a well so you’re not spending chemicals purifying water. The more polluted the water is, the more chemicals you’ll have to spend to clean it up and that gets expensive very quickly.
Treating wastewater gives a massive reduction in pollution but also takes an expensive amount of chemicals. Best to put your outlet far away if possible instead of trying to treat the water. Drop a sewer switch (remember, always an empty outlet on every switch for infra changes!) before the outlet in case you change your mind.
Roads
Vehicles use the same amount of fuel as long as they’re in motion. If your vehicle top speed is a fraction of your road speed, you’re wasting money. Road stretches of ~500 meters need to be paved and should probably be divided highways. Tight industrial roads with lots of turns can be gravel because you won’t accelerate much anyway. Panel roads are also pretty good as intermediates here. If you’ve got advanced roads on, make sure to set give ways at every highway intersection or your vehicles will drop down to 50 km/h at every one.
Your center of town road probably gets congested and you can help that by banning heavy goods vehicles except supply.
Industry
Focus around one large long warehouse with a train connection at the end and factories directly connected around the warehouse. Central warehouse should have:
Food factory Fabric factory 2x Clothing factory Chemical factory (possibly 2x) Livestock farm
The livestock farm is a bit of a wildcard. It consumes a lot of water and generates a lot of wastewater. Plan for this and consider whether it should be located near your farm or near your factory. I lean towards keeping it with the factory for the sake of concentrating your workforce on one high-throughput passenger line.
Mining
Steel is my highest cost and getting to a steel mill that runs even at 5% of capacity seems highly worthwhile. Find coal, colocate with coal mining, attach to train line. Attach transfer to large waste and manage as needed. General separation on site may be reasonable.
Farms
Grow locally. Farms are basically the one thing that doesn’t require people to produce profit or at least reduce cost. As the input to one of your early money makers (clothing)
Economy
Clothing is a top export and accessible early which is key. Build for it, use your own crops, and fill in the rest of the supply chain as you can (chemical plant). Same for steel after some time: find the iron, move it over… but start with making the plant run even with imports.
The republic runs on steel. Want to move something efficiently? You need rails and steel. Want to store it? More steel. More efficient building or process? Going to take steel.
Find coal, make steel. When you have steel, get the radio station going. Yeah, that's not an industry but the productivity boost from loyalty boost is huge.
Now that you have clothing and steel going, make a refinery.
From this point, find the most expensive import and produce it locally until the most expensive doesn’t matter. From there, climb the tech tree into autos and nuclear power. Expand to new cities.

Laying in the hospital bed reminiscing, what a wild experience this has been. I figured I’d share. Of course, all experiences are different… I had a total laparoscopic hysterectomy, pre cancerous cells in cervix, adenomyosis. They took everything but my ovaries! I’m pretty uncomfortable right now.
I woke up with the shakes, I’m not sure if it was shock or the meds, or a mix of both. Doc said probably both. I was super drowsy. The most pain (I said 8/10) was that goddamn catheter. Holy hell that made everything hurt so much worse. I had to get up and walk to prove I didn’t need the catheter so I did and almost fell over. It was a lot at once. Feels like I’ve done sit ups for hours. Finally they took that out and ever since I woke up it’s felt like a dulllll period cramp. It doesn’t feel great, not going to lie.
I have peed on my own twice, that took some getting used to. Felt good once I have. Bladder full = more pressure!
I didn’t have a binder and can’t imagine one to be honesty. Any pressure down there doesn’t really help me. I have been using ice packs though, they feel great. (I have surgical glue btw.)
One thing I wish I had brought with me is a neck pillow. I hate laying on my back and my head lolls so we put a prop up on the sides.
I am bleeding just a little. Couple teaspoons every so often. That’s expected.
Curious to see what else pathology finds, and my weird ass is taking my uterus home with me in a jar. In a couple weeks, had to sign off for it.
All in all, so glad I did this. Just turned off my birth control alarm for good. Woo!

29, AFAB nb. I have adhd, depression, anxiety, and ptsd from childhood abuse.
Ever since I was very little I loved writing and wanted to be a writer. I wrote so many stories. I started getting noticed for my writing at just 14, seriously thought I had the talent to take it somewhere.
But I didn't get diagnosed with adhd until I was 23, and in that time a lot of things fell through in my life. I got my BA in English after honestly destroying my mental health, then I just...couldn't write. Trying to write made me feel ill.
I went and started working doing content editing online, and I had a decent career at it, but I hated it. I'd do nothing all day, come home, and feel too exhausted to do anything. I gained a bunch of weight over 6 years.
Then the pandemic hit, and at first I was thrilled to work at home, and I seriously thought I'd finally be able to write. But I saw how horrible everything was, and how I was still expected to do my meaningless work while the world burned outside, and...I just felt empty. There was nothing I had worth writing. I just wanted to numb myself with mindless entertainment.
Then I lost my job in content work and couldn't find anything for over a year. Finally landed an active job in petcare, shed a ton of weight, honestly really like this job except I'm paid barely above minimum wage. I'm basically having to restart a career all over again when I'm nearly 30 and have bigger bills to pay.
And still I'm too stressed to really write. I've joined a writers group where we just sit and write for 45 minutes at a time and I've been able to pump out 2000-3000 words an hour with that. And that feels amazing! But I can't make myself do it at home, and they only meet once a month.
I'm just so angry at myself for not writing. I keep thinking I could have had some kind of career for myself by now if I wasn't such a lazy piece of garbage.
Basically I don't know what to do. I feel like I've ruined my life. I've tried dedicating myself to all these careers but I'm finding nothing. I dont think I'll ever be able to own a home or start a family. This is bigger than the writing thing but the writing thing is all mixed up in it. Every solution I've seen out there costs money I don't have.
How can I stop hating myself long enough to do something? And can I get some assurance that this isn't the end, that my life isn't completely ruined?

Well unfortunately I must start out this post by saying I was disappointed by both the PB ice creams I purchased today. I ended up choosing Hudsonville Triple PB Cup and Tillamook Chocolate PB ice cream.
Both were vastly disappointing. The Hudsonville base ice cream didn’t taste a whole lot like PB. The ribbons of PB were nice, tasted a lot like PB (once you melted it in your mouth of course) but the PB cups were small and contained very little peanut butter. Overall, I’d give this one a generous 5.3/10 because the ribbons of peanut butter tasted like salted peanut butter out of a jar, but the ice cream was more like ice milk and not creamy at all.
The Tillamook was also disappointing. The chocolate ice cream was mediocre at best and there simply wasn’t enough peanut butter in it. I was looking for a lot thicker ribbons of it with richer, creamier ice cream. I’d give this one a 4.2/10.
Honestly, I think I’m going to stick with my private selection. Their ice cream is always smooth, creamy and delicious and the mix ins can’t be beat. So I’d suggest if any of you have a Kroger-owned store near you, choose the cheaper, better option and go with private selection.

Howdy everyone! I noticed there's many who's struggling with taking on the current meta as the raider, so I thought I'd share some tactics that helped me rank up to Z.

1. Assess the lobby. When it comes to matchmaking its always good to check your opponents, it'll often give you a heads up of what to expect from the selected survivors. For instance, what transperes fo they have. Often you'll see many switch to specific builds depending on the raider, this sometimes can be expected with S or higher.
   
2. Make the first move. Taking the fight to the survivors makes it beneficial for the road ahead. Catch a few by surprise, and you'll eliminate actives they may have (immortal champion). This also helo with managing their D Change. Make them waste their power, and it keeps them out the fight until they recuperate enough change.
   
3. Deplete resources. Scour for civilians, blow up machines, and hold at least one dragonball. Hinder the survivors options to get more power, it make it easier to handle them in the long run.
   
4. If you more than one change appear, play on defense. One way I do this is rising to the sky and freefalling around the closest survivor. This helps for the survivors who like to melee, and leaves them open if they dash skills. Waste their change until there is enough for you to handle. If they have a second change, repeat until none are left.
   
5. Manage your evasive. Its tempting to get out of being locked when hit by a melee or stun, but the best way to utilize it is when it comes to big damage or for when they all come in at once. If you expect they have stuns, keep a good distance and use freefalling to your advantage, it'll leave you an opening to deal damage. This doubles for the higher ranks since many wait until the evasive is uses, so utilize it sparingly to save more of your health.
   
6. If you're being key rushed there's two ways I usually handle it. Patrol through the air and scope the other sections. If you spot where they are planting the key, snipe it. It'll them for a moment if you want to get close, and vice versa if you want them to waste their change. Defend the last key as best you can, but if they come at once, abandon it and take to the time machine. It gives a head start on the meter, and if your lucky most of the survivors will be out of change.
   
7. Lastly, is for the STM. Try to get the meter to 60%. When survivors come into the mix, use tactics of 4 and 5. Manauver around the time machine as much as possible, keep an eye on it and make sure no one touches it, while fighting those transformed. The best way to go about is to fight above it, it erases the barrier advantage from the machine and leaves them exposed to supers and ki blast. When all are out, head for the machine, and work on it as much you can. But also keep an eye out for supplies, it'll allow you the chance to wither a few survivors, and may make others hesitate or use their evasives.
   

One final tip, never get tunne vision on one survivor, especially if they have unconscious control. Keep an eye out for where each survivor is and handle them accordingly, but don't overextend and allow yourself to take in too much damage. If it comes to that point, relocate with the raiders unique abilities, and pick them off one at a time. I hope these help you all, and don't give up!

i’m 24 and i just found out my cholesterol is high. this is the first year it’s hit the high mark and i’m reading this sub and freaking out a little. i never considered myself a picky eater but most of the foods that are healthy for low cholesterol are the exact foods i hate. i think it’s mostly a texture thing. any oats, yogurt, seeds, grilled chicken, are a huge no for me. i’m autistic so the texture thing might be a bigger problem for me than others (honestly i never realized how much it affects my diet until today when i read all the foods i should be eating).
i eat mostly carbs honestly, i’m not a huge meat person. i like softer meats, like i love the soggy chicken that comes in premade salads which seems to be an unpopular opinion lol. i also like fish, especially salmon, sashimi and ahi tuna. i really love buttered pasta, i have it like once a week and i don’t think i can cut that out. i can lower the butter (i already barely use any butter on it) but i don’t know what else to do because that’s my main comfort food. i see some people saying i could enjoy a cheat meal once a month, but for me a cheat meal 3 times a week would already be drastically better than what i’m eating. i don’t think i could cut it down to once a month yet.
i do really like avocados, tofu, egg whites, and steamed frozen vegetables. i like whole grain bread if it’s smothered in avocado, so that could be a breakfast. i have trouble keeping up with making myself meals but i eat a lot of prepackaged salads lately, which is much healthier than what i used to bring for lunch. i hate salads but i’ll put up with them. i guess dinner is what i’m most worried about, because that’s when i usually eat unhealthy. i don’t eat a huge amount of sugar, i have dessert maybe once a week or less so most of my sugar probably comes from cocktails. i only ever drink soda or juice to mix with alcohol but i could swap that out for flavored seltzer since i like that anyways.
idk, i know i did a lot of rambling, sorry lol. i can definitely eat a healthier diet but i don’t think i can drastically alter things so fast. i have family with high cholesterol and they eat pretty healthy but still enjoy pasta and pizza multiple times per week so i guess i’m just surprised at just how much i’m expected to alter my diet. my doctor didn’t give me any specific rules, basically just eat healthier and less fast food but of course i googled. i panicked when i looked around my kitchen and realized i couldn’t eat anything from my latest grocery store trip. does anyone have tips for bringing down cholesterol without it being a sudden huge lifestyle change?

Howdy, so I was wondering if this is a 'me' thing or very common among schizoids? lmk your guys' take on this.
Basically, if i get along well with someone, and we become friends, they are emotionally replaceable to me. All relationships (primarily friendships, i've only ever dated 2 people) give me the same feelings/emotions, and though I may care for these people's wellbeing in general as I do most strangers, I never ever have missed somebody or been like "man I loved hanging out with them i wish i could do that again".
Anybody else who is compatable with myself can fill the very small emotional void they filled.
So, I like to describe this as these people 'fitting into a box', and the only 2 or so times I've EVER actively wanted to genuinely be friends with/missed somebody they have been someone who 'goes outside' this box due to something being very remerable about them, something not very easily 'replaced'.
for example- my gf (and this sounds quite stupid) has a very funny way of speaking, voice and vocabulary wise. It would best be described as an 1800s scholalittle creepy child mixed with a modern day 20 year old lesbian, and her voice sounds like if salad fingers had a country accent.

I been on TRT since November 2023. It was amazing at first. Random erections sudden boost of motivation at work. Now at first sex was amazing but now libido is horrible. I can barely get it up. I was wondering if HCG will help. I have been getting mixed reviews on it and I can’t seem to get it back up. Any help would be appreciated even how HCG helped/ did not help with TRT.

TLDR - I’m bitching about my family getting me a surprise pet cat, and having genuine issues with him not grooming. How do I make him clean himself???
My family just decided to adopt a new cat for me, which is a mixed blessing because I had just signed up to start volunteering at a local shelter, so that I could meet new cats. My previous girl Tamio passed in her sleep a couple months ago. I was just feeling ready to get a new friend but I really wish they would’ve talked to me about it before they just told me I now have a new cat. He’s approximately 1-2, and a black little void, and only just got neutered.
I feel so conflicted because they already took him out of the shelter, and from his paperwork I could see the poor little guy was only in the shelter for 2 weeks and lost just over 1/2 a pound in that time. I can’t imagine subjecting him to that again. But I really wanted to “vet” different cats to hopefully forge a connection with one, or even a bonded pair.
As it is within a day I had to bring him to the vet because he immediately had a high fever (104 degrees) and was told he has an upper respiratory infection and gave me antibiotics for him. He was super sneezy and had a runny nose and kept pawing at his face and his poor lil paw was all crusty with his boogies. I just tried to feed him tons and let him sleep next to or on me while he recovered.
He has excellent litter box etiquette, but this young man is not grooming himself. I keep having to wipe poop off his recently neutered balls and out of his tail. I didn’t think he even knew how to groom until I did see him groom his legs for less than 90 seconds. I’ve been keeping a very close eye on him and in a week I’ve seen him groom only his legs for less than 90 seconds at a time, 3 times in a week. My last girl spent like 20% of her day casually grooming and was sooooo clean.
He lets me brush him and will even appreciate belly rubs, but I can’t brush his underside at all. I’ve googled how to encourage cats to groom and it says to brush them and pretty much that’s it. I know that he’s had an upheaval in his life, losing the 1/2 lb while in the shelter for 2 weeks, then he was sick - so I’m really hoping he gets with the program and starts grooming himself.
Anyway there’s no way I’m going to bring him back, and really I just wanted to vent out my annoyance with the surprise cat without saying anything to my family right now. I don’t really have adoption doubt, this is just not how I envisioned welcoming a new cat into my life. It’s all just in my head, I’ve always had girl pets, and like that’s not even really a big deal but ughhh.
In a couple months I’m definitely going to tell them the only people you should ever surprise with a pet is your own children, and maybe someone who has explicitly asked for a pet. But even then that person would probably like to be involved in picking said animal.

I work at a Tier 3/4 store, so most days we're very busy. However it's been raining the past few days so luckily it was slow today for the most part. I was on drive thru today and it was starting to pick up after lunch. I was tending to lane 1 and they had 1 script ready and another in review status for an antibiotic that we needed to get ready. At the same time I was on the phone with a patient who had called prior regarding an insurance issue for their Vyvanse. I had to get my pharmacist to help cause I didn't understand how to navigate it. So with drive thru and the phone call whilst putting away cenfill, I was busy and getting a bit overwhelmed. But ofc, there's always that one person who feels entitled to being tended to ASAP and quickly. They pull up in lane 2 in a truck and automatically press the button even though they see me and the pharmacist in the window and a line of cars in lane 1. One of my coworkers answers the phone and tells them we'll be with them in a moment. They ring again after 3-5 minutes not being tended to because ofc I'm still trying to get lane 1's stuff together, and with antibiotic suspensions, it takes time since you have to mix them as well. So on the 2nd ring I don't remember who got to it as I was preoccupied. However as I'm ringing up lane 1, they ring AGAIN and this point I'm fed up and answer the call and told them I'll be with them shortly however if it's something you need right away you can come inside for it. I mightve said it harshly but I was already ticked because what makes you think that just because you come into an empty lane you're gonna get quick service. Obviously they left not shortly after which I could careless about but the whole interaction itself just reminded me why I dislike manning the drive thru. However despite that, today was really pleasant. Most likely attributed to the rain and less people coming thru pharmacy. We were actually able to get cenfill, pcp calls, and deletions done before those working the evening shift began to arrive.

Today has been a roller coaster a bit. It was good working out this morning. You are a real motivation for me to keep going and to get better. Then I got in my head and I was just a mess for a while, until you messaged me about meal prepping. Idk what it was... but it just got me out of my stupor. We talked a bit and then I started my meal prep work. As you saw... I prepped a lot. Essentially it should be enough for 8ish days. I could stretch it out longer, depending on how I mix in the Salads/Yogurt preps. That part was good, as it kept me going and working on something that I know. Thank you, I needed that. I likely would have just stayed curled up in my chair crying if it wasn't for your message.
I am sorry that I am such a mess at times, it is just so hard to think about everything. To think about you being out of my life. Part me thinks how is it possible for someone who loved me so much when I was broken...undeserving of love, that I can't be loved when I am healing... working on permanently fixing my issues. I can never be that horrible person again. It just isn't in me; something has fundamentally changed in my core. It doesn't matter... I know. I am just trying to say how I feel.

I am a computer science engineering graduate with a 1 year diploma in analytics. I would like to know which of these 2 courses would be more valuable? How are they different?
I'm receiving a lot of mixed opinions about how MBA is better because it's highly respected while others say MSBA is better as it's a STEM course.
Please advise?

I just got a great haul of Best Bottoms diapers from our buy nothing group. I have a mix of 100% bamboo inserts and 45% hemp/55% cotton inserts. It seems like you can only snap in one insert at a time. Will one insert be enough?

Greetings knaves! I’ve found myself with some time on my hands and a hankering to be creative and to get a long-term RP on the go! I have a few (very rough) ideas that I will post below, but you never know, they might spark something. Also, feel free to bring plots or we can just come up with something together.
A little bit about me:

• Male in his mid-30s
• I’m in EST
• Write roughly 4 paragraphs per post. With that said, I oftentimes get carried away and write more.
• Love to double and introduce side characters, but don’t mind if we want to stick to just our main OCs

Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber have been married for 6-7 years now, and recently, Hailey became pregnant. Now, some people say Hailey is Justin's second choice. However, since they've been together for so long now, and he actually built his life with her: Will she always be considered second choice? Even if he loves her, and wouldn't chose someone else? Obviously, she might not even have been second choice anyway, since we don't know the situation, or how Justin is feeling, I'm just asking a hypothetical question.
Or I watched Love is Blind, and there Zach chose the "wrong" woman. He didn't properly know Irena or Bliss, and he wrongly chose Irena, who was cruel and mean. He ended up regretting his choice, and asked for a second chance with Bliss. They ended up married, and have stayed together. They later talked about being second choice, and Bliss said she felt like she was, but Zach argued he loved her the most, and he would never chose Irena over her if she came back. He basically argued that he wasn't settling. And I suppose what he said was true: I don't think he's settling, but technically, she's still second choice, since he didn't chose her first. Do you think being second choice and settling is the same? Do you think the reasons Zach chose Irina has any relevance, like that he didn't know any of them that well?
I watched Single's Inferno, and there Seulki has to chose between Jongwoo and Jinyoung. It's obvious she's crushing on Jinyoung, and it's him who is her first choice. However, Jinyoung gives her mixed signals, and isn't clear he will chose her, so she ends up choosing Jongwoo instead. In this situation, this sub would say Jinyoung is second choice if they ever dated, because Jongwoo was chosen. But if you watched the series, it was obvious she liked him the most. Does it matter that she didn't chose him, because he was so unclear?
I saw a situation like this: B pursued A. A gave B mixed signals, and treated him like a hookup. They didn't talk for a while, except flirting a little when they saw each other. And then B found someone else, and A said she was interested after all, but B rejected her because he was with with C. B dated C seriously for a couple of years, but when they broke up, he ended up dating A. And now they've been together for a couple of years, and want to get married. Is anyone in this situation a second choice? I've read something similar on Reddit before, and people said either A or C was a second choice, but since he stayed with them both for a long time and was serious. Are they really? A was rejected, because he was with someone else, and she didn't seem serious about him. But does the reasons for the rejection matter? And over time, she could've changed. So possibly, initial rejection decisions (which makes someone second choice "forever"), might change over time.
Also saw a situation where a girl dated a guy, but he ghosted her for a couple of months, but then came back. Here, people would say she's the backup. But now they've been together for many years, and a really serious. Is she still second choice?

Feeling a bit discouraged at the moment. I am blessed and thankful for those around me and the situation that I’m in, ie ok.
I have had many different kinds of jobs except those in the restaurant business like serving or bartending.
I am employed at the moment but it is not full time so I am looking for a second job so that I can stack my hours up in day 4 days. That is until the last few days.
Just like you, us, all I want to do is make music. So gigs of the sort has me thinking.
I think I can mix a solid record. I also love to DJ. I’ve DJ’d 2 or 3 events in college and went on a free mix/master spree actually on Reddit about two years go. Got a few hundred from each DJ gig from what I remember and I mixed and “mastered” like 8 songs for free. Most of the songs I got just had a vocal track and instrumental. So no tracks really to work with. Anyway, I digress.
Are you able to support yourself through side gigs and have enough time to make the music you love?
