Has anyone else experienced this issue before? Basically, I'm on an Android phone. I downloaded Pocket Arcade Story DX and got stuck on the main menu where it just kept saying LOADING. However, when I turned off the wifi on my phone and went cellular data only, the game loads.
Even after buying the full version of the game, I'm stuck on the loading screen unless I turn my wifi off.

Let me preface this by saying that I will probably not be able to respond or test any comments due to current events I am in. Mainly with work and I am writing this with some of my free time. I am currently running Fallout 4 version 1.10.163 with the correct versions of F4SE and Address library, with the only other mods being Buffout 4, xSE Preloader, and Weapon Debris Crash fix. what happens is when I launch the game without Buffout 4, it insta crashes before I even reach the splash screen. With Buffout 4 it launches and I can even go around the main menu. But starting a new game infinite loads me and an error appears saying "FATAL ERROR, The game has crashed. Would you like to upload the crashlog?" The crash itself reads as "Fallout 4 v1.10.163

There is more but I don't think I should post the entire thing unless needed. I read somewhere that F4EE is looksmenu, or something related to it but I do not have it installed. That is pretty much it, I have done a full reinstall of the game and verified file but integrity yielded nothing. I am sorry if I have made any misjudgments, or mistakes, please point them out so I will not repeat them. So we all know the feeling when you choose a trial, looking for players, it takes 5-10 minutes and when you finally find a group, another player will be the leader and they change the trial.
There are less popular maps where you finally find someone, you're looking for more players to have a full team but it takes time and they leave your lobby during it, to start the process once again.
Or when you find a team, start the game, 3 of you are already in the "loading place" but the 4th leaves and it starts the match. Not the end of the world, but you'd like to play in a full team for a reason.
Then the constant loading screen between all of those.
For example, I really like how you can start the next trial immediately after you leave the previous one just by pressing TAB. Saves you some precious seconds.
How would you change or improve the LFG and lobby/MM system?

Pretty much title. Reapproached the game about 3 days ago after a multiyear hiatus and climbed from floor 2 to floor 7 before being very quickly shut down and booped back down to floor 6. Which is fine, I definitely don't think I'm good enough for floor 7, I think I'm really just looking to understand what makes a floor 7 player.
Also, I'm starting to meet matchups that I struggle quite a bit against. Testament, for example, is genuinely unfun to play against, given that they simply sit themselves at full screen and play pinball with my body using their full-screen pressure. Im a fan of using sandbox for browsing and use multitasking with 3 virtual desktops.
The issue i have run in to this latest windows update is that when i go to the desktop where i have the sandbox maximized(not full screen) and hit the shortcut(CRTL+WIN+LEFT/RIGHT) for switching to other desktops the sandbox thinks im sending that command to it so i have to refocus with the mousepointer to the startmenu on the main windows and then hit the shortcut again.
This issue i had when running in fullscreen, where you get that small top-title bar that looks like remotedesktop but i solved that with running in maximized mode but not thats not working since last patch.
Have anyone of you found a way to resolve this issue to never send shortcuts to the sandbox ?

Ok , I have two external USB drives . Both use the same drive ID when plugged in .
I do a Full Volume Backup and Incrementals to both , at different times, using the same JOB. The target directories are the same .
How is VEEAM keeping track of what changed blocks to save when doing the incremental? Does it look at the last full backup on the USB drive , or does it keep track in the Veeam database on the host drive ?
Just wanting to make sure its handling the incremental without confusion. I assume it is, but there's no real indication of it on screen, It just does its thing without needing input

Major new features: Version 1.2.0 introduces new Game Modifiers, that allow you to spice up the game, and provide additional challenge! When starting a new save (or New Game+), after choosing which difficulty mode you want to play on, you can choose up to five modifiers to enable. These modifiers were made based on some player suggestions or feedback.
The modifiers are as follows:

MASTER LEVELS: Remixes the game's levels to provide more challenge for those who have mastered the game's movement. RUDE ENEMIES: Changes up enemy and boss behavior to make them all, well, ruder. If this is picked in tandem with Hard Mode, bosses have more health. DOUBLE HAZARDS: Makes the game's hazards (spikes, lava, crushing) deal double damage. Ouch. SINGLE CREDIT: Levels need to be beaten in a single go from start, and no restarting from checkpoints via the Pause Menu. Death sends you to the Guardian Corps HQ (or beginning of level if you haven't reached that far yet). It cannot be enabled with Iron Circuit. IRON CIRCUIT: No saves until the game has been cleared, and no restarting from checkpoints via the Pause Menu. Death sends you to the title screen. It cannot be enabled with Single Credit. FLIP WORLD: Walk on... Ceilings? Who's the joker that asked for this? (Note: doesn't necessarily flip everything) 

Game Modifiers become available upon completing the game on any difficulty, or by inputting the following code on File Select screen: LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN, BURST
A legend has it that if you beat the game with any of these modifiers enabled (or when "Everyone is There"), you might even see something a little extra? Only one way to find out! Just make sure Speedrun Mode is disabled!
