Hey Tenno, recently just got back into warframe after years due to the cross save. Used to always play with my now passed brother on xbox. Would love to obtain everything from his account that I can and put it on my now pc account.
Would the best way be to merge his account with a new pc account and have a friend login and trade? Are there any new trade rules or anything I’m forgetting? Is trading even a thing anymore? Anything you can think of…?
Also please give me any tips, been atleast what… 4 years? MR9 and have no clue what is happening now lmao.

2024.05.29 05:39 lunovadraws Ambitious (insane) Beginner

Fair warning, this is an incredibly unrealistic goal that might frustrate some people. If you think you’ll be frustrated or want to discourage me, regardless of intent, don’t. This is a goal that I will be achieving. Idk how, but I’m gonna do it though.
So, I’m (23F), 5’10 150lbs (I read somewhere age and size matter) and a beginner skater and by that I mean I’ve literally never seen an ice rink. I have zero experience whatsoever. I danced for 10 years and that’s about all I’ve got. That said, I fully intend to master a triple axel within a year (maybe 2).
Is this unrealistic? Absolutely. Am I insane? Probably. Am I gonna do it anyway? Yep.
So, I wanted to ask, how long did it take you to start getting to triples if you have? Do you have any tips for beginners that you’d like to share? Particularly for off ice practice. I’ll be getting a private coach but I wanna see what the masses have to offer :) Also pls feel free to drop your favorite practice gear, I’m from the south and was not built for the cold 😔
Seriously though, don’t come under here with negativity please. I don’t mean to be rude or disrespectful, but it’s unnecessary and will be a waste of your time. Like, the worst case scenario, I try my best and don’t make my goal. Let a girl dream 💕

2024.05.29 05:37 ieatcows I made a song about charisma in which I share tips on how to become more charismatic

Hi! I recently made a song about charisma and in my second verse I drop some tips on social skills and how to become more charismatic!!
I thought y'all might find this helpful/entertaining! Been a long time lurker on this sub and I can't thank y'all enough for being such a useful resource, so I'm glad to be giving back :D
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FELK4GKc_kc (relevant part starts at the 1:42 mark)
Lyrics:
Alright that’s enough self dick-sucking for today
Imma dedicate this verse to you and spit to you some game
There’s a big rizzla in every single one of us
Hone it, build it, unleash it this what we gotta do
Three key words: open body language
Look people in the eye, see the best in you and I
Social skills are a muscle bro
We wanna use it, train it, talk to literally everybody
On that note, be genuinely interested in everybody
Realize that everybody’s got a story uh
Charisma ain’t so much about getting people to like you
As getting people to like themselves whenever they’re witchu
Confidence, empathy, authenticity
Mix that in with a dash of vulnerability
And never stop workin on yourself you got this bro
Fo sho you’ll grow, before you know it suddenly you are the big rizzla

2024.05.29 05:35 bluemoonfourever Fallout 3 final quest

Well, I took it back. Missed out on many of the extra vaults, 9000 caps for nothing. I didn't blow up megaton. I pickpocketed many people. Ended with good karma. But so many side quests I missed out on. Is it worth the extra hours? I don't know. I feel it's a good ending. I picked the best possible ending even if some didn't agree what others looked like. Any advice, tips or should I move on to 4?

2024.05.29 05:30 Clear_Top_4963 Your Dog Knows When You’re Stressed—Here’s How! by Cassandra

Did you know that your furry friend can detect when you’re feeling stressed? That’s right! Dogs have an incredible sense of smell that goes far beyond what humans can perceive, and they can pick up on the chemical changes in your body when you’re under stress.

How Do Dogs Detect Stress?

Dogs have up to 300 million olfactory receptors in their noses, compared to about 6 million in humans. This powerful sense of smell allows them to detect minute chemical changes in our bodies. When we experience stress, our bodies release a variety of hormones and chemicals, including cortisol. Dogs can smell these changes and can often tell when something is off with their human companions.

The Science Behind It

Several studies have shown that dogs can be trained to recognize the scent of stress. For instance, a study conducted by researchers at Queen’s University Belfast found that dogs could accurately detect sweat and breath samples from people who were stressed. The dogs were able to distinguish between samples taken from individuals before and after they performed a stressful task.

Why Does This Matter?

Understanding that dogs can smell stress has important implications. For one, it highlights the deep bond between humans and dogs. Your dog’s ability to sense your stress can strengthen the connection you share, as they often respond with comforting behaviors, such as cuddling or licking, when they sense you’re not feeling your best.
Additionally, this ability can be incredibly beneficial for service dogs, especially those working with people who have anxiety disorders or PTSD. These dogs can be trained to alert their handlers to rising stress levels, potentially preventing panic attacks or other stress-related incidents.

How Your Dog Might React

When dogs detect stress in their owners, their reactions can vary. Some common behaviors include:

Helping Your Dog Help You

To make the most of your dog’s natural abilities, it’s important to maintain a strong, positive relationship with them. Here are some tips to help:
Your dog’s ability to smell when you’re stressed is just another example of their incredible abilities and the special bond they share with humans. By understanding and appreciating this unique skill, you can enhance your relationship with your furry friend and benefit from their natural empathy and support. So, next time you’re feeling overwhelmed, remember that your dog knows and is there to help you through it!

2024.05.29 05:22 Jayj0171 Malaysian here asking for tips to first time working in SG

Hi guys, first of all, i'm really sorry if any of the below questions seem really dumb and obvious but i feel like asking my questions in reddit because it's the only place where i can get genuine opinion from people in relatable situations. And also, i'm sorry for the long post but i really do appreciate any help! Thanks in advance
So a bit of context, i'm 29M from Msia and i plan to go to SG to work next year, purely just to save money, so i don't plan to be there long (maybe 1 to 2 years depending on stress and living conditions). I haven't done my research into SG jobs yet as i want at least some clarifications so i have a basic understanding and expectation going into it.
1) Rental. I have heard SG rental is super expensive with just very basic living conditions and many prefer staying in JB. But i heard you need to wake up at 4/5am to take the bus into SG and then commute again to work, is this true? And when you reach home, it will be 8pm earliest? (assuming 6pm finish work)
2) Which part of Singapore is considered cost effective place to work / stay at? Like in KL, Damansara is considered high class area, so what about SG? What is the average cost a rental in SG? Heard it was at least 700 for crappy room
3) As Malaysian working in SG, do we need to pay anything to the company or govt? I know Sporeans need to pay CPF but Msians don't right?
4) What job platform is the best place to search for SG jobs? I know Linkedin and Jobstreet SG, then there's Fastjobs for general employment work, but what do you guys recommend is most user friendly to first time Malaysian Spore workers? Or are all of them the same? Depends on company?
5) What kind of items can we bring or not bring into Singapore? Like i got a PC i would like to bring with me into SG if i stay there, is it possible?
6) Are there normally any allowances given? Or depends on the company
The next question is purely my personal problem but would appreciate any help on this too, as it is one of my biggest concerns
7) How stressful is it in Singapore? I've heard many horror stories of Malaysians going there and running back to Malaysia within a year because they couldn't take the stress, the bullying and the discrimination. I also heard that many general employee Malaysians are forced to live in storage rooms, warehouses, and treated like Sh*t by Sporeans apart from the heavy workload. I admit i'm completely lousy at handling stress but i'm working on it (currently working in a SG based company), so what i want to know is how did you find your experience in SG (for Malaysians), is it really that bad? Is it more stressful than working in KL? Is there any tips for Malaysians regarding stress handling in SG? Like are there any type of companies i should stay away from (that is well known for bad reputation / heavy stress?)
Thank you for anyone who took time the answer, i really appreciate it!

2024.05.29 05:21 sunashigure1 How to perfect Dazzling Devil special enemy hidden boss, in-depth guide. No damage, no items, no Martial Arts, Hard "Twilight" difficulty (useful on Midnight too).

How to perfect Dazzling Devil special enemy hidden boss, in-depth guide. No damage, no items, no Martial Arts, Hard
Another hidden boss/special enemy we can find in chapter two – Dazzling Devil. We can find him in the Kanda region (north of Edo; where the Military Academy and Kanda Medical School are).
He's rather challenging to perfect with restrictions (high Ki damage, sheer power, combos, range, 4 Martial Arts and different timings), but has a glaring weakness we can take advantage of – predictability – his Sky Splitter Martial Art. If we keep enough distance, we'll force him into using that specific and punishable move, in fact. Dazzling Devil has no ranged attacks and his Hoshin-ryu style relies on shortening distance (and using aerial attacks), so all we need is to learn the aforementioned Sky Splitter's exact timing, keep deflecting and punishing it.
That said, at times the AI may choose other moves (mostly 4-hit combos), so it's advised to just block them. Be careful of his ability to block and counter with a fast Martial Art (Grab). It's worth knowing that his other two Martial Arts are delayed (~1 sec). Our every action costs Ki and his high Ki damage means a potential guard break, so we definitely don't want to trade blows with him. Best to keep it simple - keep calm, stay away, deflect those Martial Arts and you'll control this fight.
More tips:
-Dazzling Devil wields the Greatsword, so it's best to choose the Chi style for this fight (better Ki management),
-recommended level for this fight is 30+, so be sure to reach that threshold at least (non-challengers),
-beat a special enemy to get high rarity items + "The Seven Military Classics" (in the treasue chest nearby) - use it to earn one Skill point of each type,
-uses mostly 4-hit combos and deals high Ki damage, but if we are high on Ki ourselves, he won't be able to break our guard with them (all "regulars") anyway. Just be watchful of the unblockable Last Rite and Charged Slash Martial Arts, as he likes to end his combos with them. If you can't read them well, try dodging forwards instead,
-running costs Ki, so don't overdo it,
-Blade Flash (R1; after attacking) to regain more Ki.
Good luck!

2024.05.29 05:17 Iso118 Help me defeat my ladder rival? (Necro vs Norse)

A few caveats: - I'm new-ish - I'm playing BB2 (2016 rules) - I'm very sorry if this is an improper post
I've got a Necromantic team sitting at around 1350 TV and I'm frequently matched with a Norse team of equal value. My wolves aren't murder machines yet, they've got blodge, and frustratingly I've lost my Wraiths over and over, so they're vanilla. Running double Golem, both with block one with MB, and my ghoul also blodge. I have a few stray zombies with Wrestle, and that's about it. So...
I'm having trouble figuring out what kind of game to run against this fairly normal Norse team - do I try to bash and surf early and get stuck in, or do I dash and do my best on defense? I've tried both and I feel like everything I do is the wrong thing. What I've read is try to get your hits in early and you should be able to clear enough linemen that they'll struggle to support their positionals, but Claw doesn't help much and I can't seem to get them off the field.
What am I missing? Any tips?

2024.05.29 05:16 Environmental_Bee255 Questions From an Incoming Freshman

Hi everyone! I’m an incoming freshman (F17). I applied undecided into the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. I have a few questions about Villanova. If anyone can answer even one of them it would be a huge help. Reddit seems to be the best forum regarding Nova I can find.
  1. CLAS: I know CLAS is gets a bit of a bad rep compared to the business school, engineering school, and nursing school. How significantly does a student feel that on campus?
  2. ASL: I want to take American Sign Language for my language requirement. I’ve taken Spanish from elementary school to junior year, and it’s always been my worst subject. I can’t take another year of it. Has anyone here taken the ASL course? How was the professor? How difficult is it? If I end up hating it- what is a language you recommend?
  3. Professors: Please give me any / all teacher recommendations - who to stay away from , who will give me an easy grade , who makes their class borderline impossible with workload and grading , etc.
  4. Mathematics requirement: I didn’t take any AP/IB classes (my high school doesn’t offer them) but I did take Calculus in my senior year and got a 98.78 in the class (I dropped from AB Calculus and am pretty good at Math). If you are in CLAS - what math did you take? I don’t really understand what some of the options are (discrete math for the social sciences, Mathematics of Fairness, Calculus 1 for Liberal Arts, Calculus 2 for Liberal Arts, Regular Calculus 1, Regular Calculus 2, Logic something or another). First of all if anyone could give me any insights on any of these that would be amazing. Secondly, what is the difference between Calculus for Liberal Arts versus just the normal Calculus? Also, is it worth it to try Calculus 2 even though I didn’t take the AP? Does it matter at all? If I decide to transfer out of Villanova will other colleges care if I take what sounds like bs math courses? What teachers should I try to get for any of these courses?
  5. Housing: I didn’t apply for Communitas, but I was reading a lot of posts and comments here that said you want to be in the South Campus as a freshmen. I’m also not in the honors program. Which are the best buildings for a freshman. I had to rank my choices in the Housing application and said Good Counsel, St. Katharine, St. Monica’s (I think). But I really didn’t have any information and am kind of scared. Any insights?
  6. Social Scene: I’m definitely not going to join a sorority. I’ve seen posts here from like the 2000s that say if you are a girl you won’t have trouble getting into parties. Is that still applicable? Also where do people get alc? I have a fake (or should in abt 2 weeks). Are there any go-to bars or convenience stores to bring drinks back to dorms.
  7. Advice: Any specific tips/recs for succeeding at Nova besides the generic make relationships with your teachers, go to office hours, study, read the syllabus, etc.?

2024.05.29 05:14 BigWhitt120 Pizza Delivery Tip Experiment

  1. $5 Cash Tip
  2. $5fv Silver Dimes best option by far
  3. 1986 Silver 🦅 good option here
I ordered a pizza to my home this evening and when the delivery driver showed up to my door I gave him 1 of 3 options. He took option 1 and of course he did and honestly it made me happy I got to keep all of my Silver and after he made his decision which I told him in was final I told him how much option 2 and 3 were worth and he look dumbfounded and asked how a roll of dimes could be worth over $100 currently and he looked to be about 25 years old so he wasn't a High School student. I kind of felt bad after I told him and that look on his face so I gave him $20 for taking the time to listen and learn. I don't understand in today's day and age how so many people are uneducated on precious metals 😢 .

2024.05.29 05:13 TV_H34d I feel like I'm losing my mind!

For the past week, I've been remembering things from my past that I'm ashamed and guilty of, like big mistakes I made that hurt people that I've apologized to by now and they've forgotten about it, plus just tonight I got a letter from some company I've never heard of saying my info got hacked in a data leak, and I've been deleting/changing passwords to prevent this again bc I checked on "Have I Been Pwned," and I was, which showed that just some usernames and passwords were leaked, but apparently so was my IP, email, and location, though that was on Wattpad, so I'm not too worried about that I think, and now I'm anxious asf that maybe my info like my SSID and browser history could've been/could be out there, even though I'm sure they're not bc I probably would've known, and I'm scared as to what would happen to me of they were bc who knows what would happen then!!?
Fuck, this week has had my anxiety, guilt, and self-loathing almost as bad as the last time I moved! I don't know how much sleep, if any I'm gonna get tonight, or if I'll still be worried about this tomorrow! EVEN THOUGH I THINK I FIXED THE PROBLEM, I CAN'T STOP CONSIDERING THE WORST OUTCOME!!! FUCKKKK!!!!!!!! I wish I could afford a fucking therapist to talk this shit out with, but I can't!
