I and presumably others got Tutanota for security. Among other things this means keeping google or anyone holding my phone out of my email. The app used to require a login. Now it's either automatic or the same as unlocked the phone, no other options.
I wanted/had seperation. I've lost that and Tuta wants lots of money for the tiny search adjustment I want. I'm not objecting to you making money I get that you program to eat but I'm not being impressed.

A while ago my email got hacked and they also got my fb account and changed the email. Now I finally got it back via identity ID verification, so new password and I can sign in with my e-mail, but there is a problem: After logging it "your account has been locked" and in order to unlock it it needs to send a code to the hacker's e-mail which is crazy cuz I can login with my e-mail. Is there a way to unlock it or might as well make a new one?

Sorry for posting here, MS doesn't allow support questions, and post on techsupport gets deleted. This is last resort, as I haven't received anything yet from MS Techsupport itself.
About a year ago we purchased our domain (law firm) from a domain provider other than Microsoft (gddy), and initially had set up the emails through the cpanel. At the time about 70% of emails were getting marked as spam. So we contacted their tech support and they updated the SPF, and DKIM records. It helped a lot as the number of emails getting marked as spam reduced to around 20% but was still going to spam folders. As it was still unacceptable, we opted to change the emails from being hosted on godaddy to Microsoft. We purchased a business account, and changed everything over using the microsofts own quick install button, where it opens a pop up window to log in to gddy, and automatically updates the dns records.
The email service itself functions. We are able to send and receive emails. However, every single email sent goes straight to the recipients spam folder. We have tried sending to Microsoft, google, proton, etc, and every single one has landed in spam folder.
Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi all,
I’m currently freelancing on a project. The first section of work is due next week and we have to use a particular platform to do it.
I have not received login details for that platform. I’ve emailed the project managers (twice) - once two days ago and again yesterday - and have had no response. I am concerned that the deadline is approaching and I’m unable to do the work because I cannot access the platform/tool they want me to use.
I am also a bit concerned because it is a paid project, yet no banking information has been taken from me. I’m concerned I will do the work and then not be paid…Now with them not replying to my emails about starting the work, I’m even more concerned that they wouldn’t reply to emails asking about my pay either…
I have signed an NDA for this project. I’m more so concerned about any fallout for if I’m unable to complete the work by the deadline because I don’t have the login details - what would that mean for me?
If anyone has any advice on how to tackle this or what to do I’d be most grateful. It’s really stressing me out.

Hey all - I’ve been trying to login to my PayPal, and it keeps prompting me to receive a text verification. I don’t have my phone atm, so the only alternative option is imputing a card number… they are asking for an old capital one card, which I don’t have anymore.
My password is correct however and I can login to the email.
Can anyone advise how I can bypass this requirement? I’m not seeing any other options to login than the two.

Auth Service : Sign up / login user (jwt)
Gallery Service : Store photos and media for user
Email Service : Send sharing email to other users
So how do I authenticate users created in Auth Service in other microservices ?
Do I use a middleware to hit the verify token api and get user api with the jwt ?
or
Can I decode the jwt in the other microservices and use that information ?
or
any other solutions ??
Also, will be able to get the user model object in request.user of other microservices or will just get the primary key (which is email for me)

May store kami sa shopee that offered free shipping during a campaign, and sobrang mura nung benta namin parang tig 5 lang. Tulong kasi namin yon sa kandidato na sinusuportahan namin last election. So dahil nga free shipping, nag negative yung balance nung seller account.(Totally my fault, di ko na anticipate yung influx ng bibili)
Logically, inisip ko noon na okay sige negative today, bayaran ko kaagad to, magsesend ako ng pera sa shopee pay account ko. Lo and behold kinabukasan pagka bukas ko ng app, banned na yung buong account.
Lahat ng devices ko, iPad, PC, Laptop, Phones na naka login si Shopee naka hardware ban. Meaning, kahit ibang account i login ko, may ban message na lumalabas.
As a person na nagtatrabaho sa customer service and tech support, syempre ni document ko talaga lahat ng error messages, ban message and communication sa Shopee support.
Pano ko ngayon ifu fulfill yung mga orders ko? Pano ko ngayon mababayaran yung negative balance (450+ yata) Pano ko ngayon babayaran SPAYLATER ko?
So I reached out to shopee. Sa hotline, email and in app chat nakigamit ako sa account ng partner ko. Lahat sila may scripted ban messaging lang or sinasabi mag reach out ako using the account of concern. Eh banned nga??? This went on and on for more than 2 months. Tawag rin sila ng tawag, pero pag sinasabi kong naka ban yung account di ako makabayad, wala silang resolution na mai provide. Puro we will reach out soon lang sinasabi. Hinihingian ko sila ng account number to send the payment, pero walang maibigay. In-app daw dapat gawin.
Sa sobrang bwisit namin, nag stop na kami gumamit ng Shopee non. Consequently, damay rin yung side hustle namin. Pero hindi pa tapos. A few weeks after, may biglang kumatok sa bahay namin. 5 people who are looking for me. Mga representatives pala ng isang credit/lending corp na balak ako singilin personally.
So syempre ako naman wala akong takot dahil I exhausted all means on my end to resolve the issue. I talked to their main goon and told him na hindi po ako maka login, tapos etong si koya mo, napaka passive aggressive, pinagbibintangan ako na ino off ko raw yung wifi namin kaya di maka login. At that point, nag iinit na ulo ko dahil sobrang hassle nung ginagawa nila, and they are accusing me of that. Habang chinecheck pala namin yung devices ko, nagpi picture sila without my permission sa harap ng bahay. But at the end of the day, hindi rin nila nakuha pakay nila dahil nag try ako mag login sa cellphone mismo nya para manahimik na sya, and may ban messaging pa rin.
Ayun lang, I'll never ever give a dime to Shopee ever again.
ps. sa pumunta sa bahay namin na pinagbibintangan ako na pinapatay yung wifi pag naglo login sa app, napaka bobo mo po. Di ko alam bakit di mo ma recognize yung wifi icon sa ipad kahit universally recognizable naman yon 🥴

But a new member no longer needs to track me down, just login. Tho it's not perfect as they will still be likely thinking they'll get an activation email. (they won't)

Try to login to telegram on a new phone, I noticed that the login procedure is a bit different, first enter phone, then I was asked to enter email address- this is not required in past (I havn't enable two-steps varification), after I enter this email code, telegram still require me to receive a SMS code, and no other option, but in past, if I switch phones, a device code will be send to other device, either phone of windows client, any solution?

Hello Everyone, I am having a strange issue, and I am wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this. I will reach out to CS by chat, but wanted to ask the community about this first. In November 2023, I ported my number from Visible to Tello, a T-Mobile based MVNO. Everything seemed to be in order, and I was successfully using my new service. A few days later, I was surprised to see a charge from Visible for my next month of service. I logged in a few days later to my Visible account to disable autopay to prevent this from happening again. I now want to come back to Visible. To my surprise, I am still able to login to my old account, and it's as if it expects a payment for a line that I assume should be canceled. I figured I would just make a new account with another email address, but then looked at the Check if you're eligible to transfer your number page to see if I could port my number. I was dismayed to see this message "This number already has service with us." This can't be right as I ported it out. Essentially, it looks like I can't come back. Has anyone experienced a similar issue after porting their number out of Visible and later trying to return? If so, how did you resolve it? With the introduction of the new Global Pass, I really do want to come back. TLDR: Ported my number out of Visible, but now want to come back. Number checker says my number is already on the network, which is incorrect. This is making it hard to return.

This is a long story and if you do read through it and can offer advice it would be greatly appreciated.
I can't find too much if anything similar to my experience. I'm wondering if anyone heard about this and any advice?
About 6 months ago I got a call on my phone from RBC on the call display. It was spoofed but I didn't know it. The person on the phone asked me if I used my debit card to purchase an iphone in Ontario. I said no, and he said it's not a problem these things happen all the time, they will cancel the purchase and send me a new card.
This is not too out of the ordinary for me as I had my credit card have unauthorized purchases several times in the past. The weird thing was this time it was a debit card.
Then he said he can not ask my debit card number but a recording will follow and I should key in my debit card number. This was my major mistake. I know never to give a credit card number, PIN or password but for some reason I never thought of my debit card number to be a major issue. Like what if I lost it?
Anyway after I did that he came back and I asked him to mail the new one to my bank. He said no he would mail it to my home and told me my very old address. I told him no, it's unacceptable mail it to my bank branch like always. He then hung up on me. I didn't give any other info.
Minutes later I got an email from RBC saying my password has been changed! Then another saying my email has been changed. I quickly tried to login and couldn't so I called RBC Security.
As I was talking my email inbox got 1000's of email newsletter sign up confirmations per hour. About 12 000 in total by the next morning. It's a business email so it ruined everything and I couldn't find legit emails but that's besides the point.
The goal of doing that is because it was their hopes I would not see the emails from RBC.....but lucky they came first. it's called a Spam Bomb.
RBC Security said they would help me change my password back and I was able to reset it. Only minutes later while still on the phone....I had logged out and then tried to log back in....And he said this is strange. he put me on hold. He said there was someone on another call with the call centre claiming to be me and getting the password changed! He somehow was passing all the authentication and fooling the agent into changing the password.
So he put a block on the account meaning nobody can call in. Not even me. No passwords or access codes, nothing. The only way I could deal with RBC is going into the branch.
No money went missing. I guess I caught it just in time. Nothing was changed in my accounts. But I still cancelled all my credit cards and got new ones. And I got new account numbers for my bank accounts.
As I had to do this at the branch it took several visits and anytime I needed to ask a question Id have to go in person. I changed my phone number and even to do this in the back end systems beyond online banking I had to make an appointment. Fun fact RBC has to wait on hold forever also, no special access lines.
After changing my accounts I changed my phone number because they kept calling back. Changing your phone number nowadays is a major undertaking as I have 100's of websites many with 2 factor auth that I had to change. I also changed all my passwords unique without any matching.
After all this....I travelled to Japan. In fact I travel 6 months of the year to many countries. I decided to log into my online banking using a VPN. Big mistake. The system thought I was fraud and it locked me out. And I can't call! Luckily I have an account manager who knows me well and we could verify that way but most people don't have this.
Another time my debit cards weren't working anywhere in The Philippines and I couldn't call in. It was Christmas and my account manager wasn't available for 4 days. I had no cash. What a disaster.
So when I got home....I had to take this call block off. It's just not working. It had already been 2.5 months and my computer was factory reset, I purchased a new phone. I had really done everything I could.
I travelled to several countries and no problems, everything is working normal and perfect.
I take security very seriously to the point of paranoia. And I also know all the scams. I don't get fooled easily and used to have a hobby to mess with the scammers heads. But even this I don't do anymore because they probably put me on some sort of list or something.
Since then Ive been very private.
Then yesterday....I get an email saying my email has been changed. Lucky no spam bomb. I tried to log into RBC and it didn't say wrong password, it said account it locked.
I called RBC Security and they said I need to go into the branch with ID and they wouldn't talk to me.
I did so. They said someone called in and passed the verification. And convinced RBC to reset my password for them. This is infuriating because there are notes saying that I am a victim of account take over and to proceed with caution.
Again no money is missing but I need to change all my accounts and cards again. And I'm leaving to Africa in a few weeks.
I now have that call block on the system and can't release it otherwise the scammers will just call back and convince RBC to change my password again. What can I do about this?
I had the idea to change my debit card number. They will change the account numbers and credit card numbers but not the debit card number. Changing this number I think will solve all my problems. But no matter how far I escalated this. They won't do it. Not a chance. To me it seems the most logical way to start fresh as they are using that info to the agent.
So I opened a new account with another bank. I'll use this as a travel account and fund it with what I need. But with RBC I have many investment accounts, business accounts, several high end credit cards. You name it. And TD banks credit card for travel doesn't seem to match the power of RBC Avion which I accumulate tons of points with my business. Which is why I can travel so much! So in other words it's not easy to switch.
But anyway Does anyone know how they are passing the authentication so easy? Nobody knows my 3 secret phrases. Not even my wife. RBC usually have voice authentication, I guess that failed. Or they recorded me?
And also the hacker originally repeated my old address but I never gave a new one. When I do call RBC they usually ask my address and things about my account that I am likely only to know. It's so strange.
How can I get out of this mess?
Does anyone have any success having their physical debit card number changed? Any other advice?
I feel one day if this keeps happening I could be out money.
Would I be protected and refunded?
While I admit I did get fooled into giving my debit card number it wasn't my pin or password and they were the ones who tricked RBC over and over. And Ive taken all reasonable preacuations to secure my account since then.
However having this severely restricted account where I can't call in and since I travel 6 months per year as you can imagine I can't do this long term.

A few criteria in my app make me think building in Bubble could be difficult, they are:
1.creating a test page with 100 questions in the format shown in the video, radial buttons in columns, with the header bar that scrolls down WITH the user as they move down the test (so they can easily see which radial maps to which category.
  1. Having the above test made available by a unique URL, and that does NOT require login - for example, a customer buys an assessment for an interview candidate and inputs their contact info into a form. Then my app should email that candidate with a unique link to take the test. The user should not need an account to my app to take the test.
  2. The unique URL links above should expire after the year is completed, OR expire after a specific amount of time if the buyer selected the 'deadline' option in the scheduling form.
  3. A good way to store 20+ different assessment types, each with 100 questions. I was using DynamoDB for this because a document model makes sense for the type of test (see image).
  4. I need a good way to store the completed assessment results and keep them associated with each unique test taker, and to associate candidates with the hiring manager who purchased them so that I can display data from them in the user dashboards for my app.
I'm on the fence between coding this using a SaaS Boilerplate in React, or using Bubble, so any advice would be greatly appreciated! I'm far from being a good developer so Bubble seems like a great fit but I really want to avoid spending 2 months building this in Bubble only to find I hit a hard blocker...

My account was temporarily disabled due to a “suspicious login”. This is the 2nd time so far and I’ve only had my shop open since march this year SMH. I answered their security questions over a week ago yet nothing. But my question is, is there anyway I can contact my customers who’ve already placed orders? I had multiple orders that needed to be shipped the day etsy security limited my access to the account. I don’t know of any other way to let my customers know what’s going on. I still get the email notifications letting me know that they’re messaging me, but I cant login to reply. I never saved their shipping info because I didn’t expect this to happen AGAIN and so soon. Will Etsy cancel / refund these orders? Also will this effect my seller rating at all since everything is technically “late” now?

Hi ive been trying to make an account for myself yet no matter the email, phone number and username it deletes my account saying I've violated the terms. Now this doesn't make sense as I haven't even gotten the chance to LOGIN TO THE DAMN ACCOUNTS. Instagram help section on the app has been no help as it says it can't get my accounts back and no one else seems to have this problem? Any suggestions?
