I used to be a just generally weird kid back in Middle School but after the years I just became self aware and stopped doing them, after i entered high school I made friends with a few people who didnt know me in middle school and some who knew me with middle school. for the first few months it was great, we became a friend group and i had a lotta fun, but recently they started asking how i was like in middle school, i obviously avoided the question and one of my friends who knew me back then brought up one of the weird shit i did, I told him to stop talking about it but my other friends asked him to continue talking about it. And recently one of them just brought up that one weird shit my friend told him about while we were talking to each other. I told him i changed but he just kept on wanting to talk about it. what the hell do i do? I just dont want to remember the weird shit i did but its fucking catching up I honestly dont know what to do about this.
tldr: i did weird shit in middle school and my friends in highschool are bringing it up, what the hell do i do?

Im a nurse and I work at a school where I need to give 3 months notice to give them time to replace me. Problem is, we break up for summer and my boss/colleagues won’t be in for 2 months from end of June to beginning of September so they won’t be able to recruit/interview for 2 months during summer.
I want to leave by mid October. Should I hand my notice in now to give them plenty of time to find someone new and so things end on good terms?
Also, I’m very nervous about handing in my notice. I work in a very small team, I’ve only been here for a year and I feel like they’re going to be annoyed that I’m leaving so soon. The reason I’m leaving is because I was to immigrate abroad (I have no job lined up yet).
How would you approach this best? Should I hand my notice in now and date it for mid October? Should I talk to my manager about it without officially handing in my notice until the 3 month point? How best to explain to my manager why I’m leaving without her getting angry?

Okay, so I (F20) want to ask out my best friend (also F20) let's call her Emma.
Emma and I have been friends for about 4 years now. We met in high school and instantly clicked. We were into the same music, watched the same shows and soon became literally able to finish each other's sentences. I'd never felt so connected with anyone. Ever.
I feel so conflicted. It kinda feels like we are already dating. We hang out at least once a week. We send each other little "I love you" texts constantly. Whenever we go out drinking we end up making out, we even have kissed every now and then randomly in day to day. We actually recently went on a little vacation to Fiji and slept in the same bed at an amazing resort. Just spent the holiday swimming and being around each other.
We fake dated at high school for a little over a year, we constantly held hands, told everyone we were dating and went out to dinner together semi-frequently. We even spent our classes together planning a wedding. Looking at venues, literally planning. To be honest I think we were both just too awkward for it to phase into real dating. We did end the fake dating and Emma started dating a guy. I admit I was a bit jealous, and I was one of the reasons they broke up. She'd still wanna kiss me during parties we'd go to together so I'd say she had to ask his permission... which he gave. Multiple times. Definitely a little weird thinking back but... yeah.
I've been thinking about it and if Emma started dating someone again I'd be extremely jealous. I don't wanna ruin our friendship, it feels perfect. But I'm in love with Emma. I already know Emma is Bi-Sexual so definitely no problem there. I want to ask her out to dinner and confess my feelings and ask her to be my girlfriend. Lots of people exaggerating when they say they have no friends but for me it's 100%, true. I literally mean I have not one single friend . My phone only has 1 contact which is a family member. I wish i was joking but i am so serious . I don't have anyone to talk to , nobody to hang out with and just like no one. It's kind of insane . There's no one I could call for help if shit happened or I became homeless, no one to call for advice or talk silly crap with , no one checking on me . No body to even call a friend. I have no one. So I am currently studying my bachelors in University of Turin Italy, and I want to enroll in a masters program when I finish it. The bachelor program covers courses ranging from UX research to basic programming (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and some courses in humanities, law, marketing, etc.
I was wondering if my education will be enough to get into a masters program in HCI in europe? I am also learning UX on the side too, so I will probably have a portfolio when I finish school.

I applied for Masters in Management course and got admits for the below colleges 1. France: Skema Business School; it is 23 on the QS rankings list. Although Skema is high in rankings, I'm not sure of the ROI and as a non French speaker people are saying it would be difficult to get a job there. 2. Ireland: Maynooth University, DCU. These don't have much good rankings but are decent unis in Ireland and the course is only 1 year long. Now I'm confused which country to choose. Anyone has any suggestions regarding these colleges? Would be grateful if someone could help me out.

I don't have the worst life. I have a loving stable family life and quite some friends. These people make my life happy, yet why are they the same people who make me want to kms.
Maybe I sound like any other teen that has yet to face many hardships who is complaining about things she prolly shouldn't even be complaining about when people faced harder- maybe cause I am. Hi, I'm a 16F person who doesn't know what she is doing anymore.
I love my family, and they love me too, and that love comes with the cost of me being a good daughter. That's a normal thing- but I'm a human who still feels pressured about their high expectations in me, especially in grades. My grandma recently declined, and same school quarter as that, my grades dropped quite drastically from an average of 90+ to an average of 85. Guess what they felt about that? Ofc they were disappointed. And to top off my issue with my parents, we barely talk especially now that I'm living in a boarding house away from them- and when we call it's always short. Maybe it's my fault for not contacting them. But you know what? I'm jealous of my boardmates who have parents that call them daily... Also.... They're doubtful of the course I want to take....
I love my friends too, not as much as my family, but I suppose they are my support group when my family isn't around here in my new school.... Ya know what I'm tired of typing rn. I already cried while I typed a long apology to a friend of mine earlier and I don't wanna think more of the drama that is making me rant here in reddit... Maybe I'm just an overly sensitive teen....

Hello I’m 20 years old and I’m considering going into the Air Force. I only have two concerns (which people may find dumb) and that is racism and sexual assault. I might get hate for asking but I just would like to know if you will find racist people within the military. I am not concerned if they’re verbal about it. I can handle that, what will start bothering me is if it gets physical and how is it handled?
My next question is sexual assault/harassment. This is very important to me because many don’t take it serious, I just don’t find it ideal to go into the military to better myself and hopefully obtain new opportunities to then possibly get violated in any situation. If I want to get violated I could just go to houses down to my lovely stalker. That’s not what I’m there for, so I want to know how high of a rate is it and how seriously is it taken?
(One other thing, If I do join the military, what healthcare career am I supposed to choose? After the military I would like to be a pediatrician travel nurse)
