I've seen and read most of the postings on software comparison but haven't seen a good decision point on one particular aspect...the driving range. I built my SIM primarily as a replacement for going to the range to improve my swing. Playing courses was secondary. I've been running AG for the 2 week trial but have no frame of reference as to how it's range and shot metrics compare with GSPro. I can easily see myself tiring of the same 4 courses and graphics pretty quickly but will I get the same level of feedback information on GSPro? Better?

Basically I experience schizoprhenia which I later became diagnosed with and this started 5 years ago. The voices appeared as did the delusions and they weren't distressing the delusions at first but then they did become stressful. So as soon as the voices appeared and I had delusions the dissocation started even though I wasn't stressed and I experienced nothing traumatic. And my brains functions switched off a lot of them and the brain went into protective mode.
What triggered the dissocation in my case and why is the dissocation constant since it started 5 years ago as soon as I heard the voices 24/7 and it doesn't want to go away what's keeping it there? I've been taking anitpsychotic drugs for a couple years now the voices have became less present but still are there . I also experienced severe social anxiety in the past which I manage to cope with but it's still there, but like I said the dissocation came straight after I started schizoprhenia and I started to hallucinate.
What must I get rid of to get rid of the dissocation and what's keeping it there , the belief in the delusions? The social anxiety ?

Recognized, speech model is something completely different than the oh-so-good 4o model, which is not even capable of giving one out of ten useful (for example) software recommendations if asked. Speech, in my honest opinion, seems to be something very different, okay. Nothing special
Some minutes pass and suddenly, in a completely casual chat, the model talks away a very intimate thing about me, that was

1. so complex, that this never ever in ages could have been some AI hallucination,
2. that I would not reveal to anyone light heartedly, also not an AI,
3. that was not in any way related to the subject of conversation.

Just like: "I find it very interesting that you *have this thing*, would you tell me more about it?
Out of the blue.
I interrogated it and it was suddenly on a strike of finding excuses, way stronger than I experienced it before. Started to tell me that the info was just an assumption (and again: such thing CAN NOT in any way be an assumption an AI randomly makes). After discussing and pointing out that this is way too strange and complex to fit in the scheme of making mistakes / hallucinations / artificial reasoning, at some point it told me that there is some internal pattern recognition "thing" running in its backend, that makes use of vector embeddings *and other* methods to learn more about the user. It then again started to using words like "maybe there is..." or "it is very possible that..." or "you know, technology evolves...". I started demanding a concret answer if: 1. I am wrong; 2. I am right; or 3. It is not permitted to talk about it - about, that there is some other technology in the game, that was not yet revealed. It could have given me the first answer, but gave the latter. Okeee...
So, I know that pattern recognition is a thing and that it can get creepingly accurate with even an unrelated base of data. But that was way beyond.
I was actually quite fascinated, I for myself think, that stuff like this will come sooner than we might think, but yet that is not that popular.
After some more minutes, I reached my query limit and switched to the 3.5 model. Exchanged some questions with it and asked it if it also has access to its internal memory of me. Asked it particular questions about data it recalled from there in 4oh-oh-oh WhAt A n!ce NeW, iNt€LL!g3nT aNd freE... I think... I think I need a bit of a break. ^^ That would maybe be healthy.
Seriously... all the cynicism aside: I am not that easily amazed by something. As much as I am also a bit hyped about this, I am also a sceptic person. So, last thing, sure... can be some strange error. But first thing, never ever and in no way possible, that it had knowledge about such complex thing about me.
Or you tell me otherwise. I am not wanting to fool myself and clinging to false beliefs, so maybe you have a sane explanation to this.

I have a Bosch Dishwasher that had the E15 code. A pipe in the cabinet, next to the dishwasher, cracked. That water got under the dishwasher and the dishwasher was doing its job and working at getting rid of the water. I took off the kick plate and was able to get the water dried up. But now, it seems like I have no power. No LCD display and I cannot get it to power up.
Breaker is good and no visual issues with the cord or junction box.

I was looking to get into some sort of tech work, with the goal of being able to work remotely. I also did not have a degree, and wasn't looking to go to school for more than 2 years. I was originally looking at a software engineering program through a local college (that would be 18 months long and have an associates), but heard about Bethel Tech and liked that it was 9 months. I reached out to receive information and worked with a recruiter. There was a bit of confusion during my recruitment process, as I was told that Bethel Tech was absolutely accredited, and was sent paperwork to prove that. I have tuition reimbursement through work and I repeatedly asked if they accepted those programs. I was told several times that they have several students who use tuition reimbursement through their work to pay for their schooling. After signing paperwork, my recruiter was abruptly switched to someone else who was not up to speed on any of the conversations I had had before. I found out I couldn't use my tuition reimbursement because they were not accredited. I should have exited then, but I ended up pulling out an Accent funding bill for $500 a month for 3 years. I took out $14k, and it will be $18k by the time I pay it off, but I try to pay my debts early, so I won't actually end up paying $18k.
I started the coursework, and I've been out of school for a long time, so it was difficult, but I also live by myself and work a lot to support myself. The Kingdom Foundations course (the spiritual side of the program) is no joke. It will take a lot of time. 1000 word papers weekly, weekly meetings, monthly meeting with a 1-1 spiritual advisor, videos to watch, books to read. It took a lot of time out of the available time I had to work on my cybersecurity program.
The tech part of the program...is 9 TryHackMe modules. Each 3 week class is a segment of THM (TryHackMe). The classes do not build upon each other. One week you are studying System Administration, the next is Python, the next is Network defense, the next is Logging and monitoring, the next is Cryptography, etc. I loved the Systems Administration course, but you can't say you are ready to be a System Administrator with 1 three week class. It's kind of a ping pong game of study. And THM is like $14 a month if you want to sign up on your own.
The last 6 weeks you are put in a group and have a group project. The task, I'm not sure I studied half of what it takes to build the project. You are supposed to do research, and I spent a TON of hours of research and it was difficult. My teammates produced very little, and I ended up doing a lot of the group aspect alone.
I was told during recruitment that they have an 85% placement success rate with a robust job placement service. There are currently 29 cybersecurity graduates on LinkedIn, and very few, like 5 actually have cyber roles. Everyone else is Open to work or still working jobs they were before Bethel Tech. Most of the students are UI/UX or Data Analytics...and I feel that is where they should focus. One man who does Cyber workshops for the school was asked about certificates, and he specifically said he recommends you have a Bachelors, as most jobs won't look at your resume without one.
Coming out of Bethel School of Technology, I should have stayed with my original plan of doing a community college and have an associates, or accredited credits. I had a neutral experience, as I did learn a ton (as a tech newbie), but I would never recommend it. It's a lot of money to not have a solid success plan. There is a lot of "What has peaked your interest and maybe you should do research of what you need to learn in order to get a job with that title."

I used to be a full time machinist, after quitting I got my own hobby cnc for personal stuff but I'm finding GRBL and FluidNC pretty frustrating sometimes after getting to use that good stuff for so long.
I don't need all the advanced backlash compensation FANUC had but what I am looking for is a setup that for ~300$ will give me a GUI for:
Changeable work offsets as well as work offset offsets. Like saving G54 then being able to input a custom offset on top of that for XYZ.
Per tool cutter comp offsets, having to go back to the cam software to post a new program for this is crazy to me.
Better crash handling. When I hit a hard limit in fluidnc I need to restart the whole controller before I can do anything. Back on FANUC id just have to clear the alarm and re home the axis that hit the hard limit.
LinuxCNC lacks cutter comp and I believe mach4 does as well. I've been looking at CNC4PC and it looks pretty promising, If you've used it before please let me know how it went.

Hi, everyone! We are currently building a simple self-driving car model using behavioral cloning. And I am working on the project requirement in the current phase. We are not gonna use the pipeline approach by Tesla, since we do not have access to HD maps. We hope at least the car can run successfully on the road where we train the neural network. For a Primary Self-Driving Car
Product Description:
The main task of our software department is to build an AI product that is able to examine road conditions by taking photos of them, input the photo into a trained deep learning network and get the steering angle output from the network and then control the steering system(possibly using a robotic structure that can control the torque of the steering column). We need a sensor(ideally three cameras) to capture data, and a computer to run the model and a mechanical structure to control and record the action of the steering column or the steering system generally.
The model takes in data(images captured on the road and the ideal action the driver takes in that situation) and output decisions(such as what degree should it turn the front wheel). To capture the training data, Sam has to drive the car and capture the steering angle and images on the road!
Note: A major problem with the behavioral cloning algorithm is that it only mimics human reactions to all kinds of situations. But if the driver does not know how to drive, the algorithm doesn’t too. We must be able to record the steering angle every fixed amount of time(the frequency must be the same as the camera’s) to have the data for training
More on the current approaches to realize self-driving, there are three main paradigms in the industry. The first and the most dominant one used by Uber, Tesla and other mainstream companies is called Modular Pipeline. It breaks down the self-driving tass into sub-tasks and is more complicated than other approaches. Seems not suitable for short-term projects. This approach also involves very precise localization. We need HD maps to do that, which takes a bulk of money even for a company.
The second paradigm is End-to-End Learning. This includes imitation learning, whose simplest form is behavioral cloning. We also have reinforcement learning in this category. Behavorial cloning is the one that we will implement this time. It is a function that takes road images as inputs and outputs the corresponding best action for the car. An example of this approach is Project Alvin, a self driving car from 20th century.
The third paradigm is called direct perception. It is a hybrid of these two. So it is like a pipeline where the task is divided into several parts. But it is still end-to-end trainable.
In this project due to resource constraints, the second approach should be adopted.
For data collection, we need to set up three cameras to capture road images and something in the steering system that is used to record the steering orientation every fixed amount of time(the frequency has to be the same as the camera’s). For example, every 1 second we take three road images and record the current steering angle. We need a person to drive properly on the road where we want our product to run, in order to collect training data.
Software Requirements(Software Features):
-A module that collects training data. It takes road images from the three frontal cameras and also record the current steering angles of the car from the censor(or anything that detects the current steering angles). The road image and the steering angle are recorded at the same moment AND they should be taken in constant time intervals, such as every second. This module is responsible for collecting the training data.
-A module that uses behavioral cloning AI algorithm, an algorithm that tries to mimic expert behaviors (which is Sam in this context) in every situation encountered. The neural network uses the pictures from the frontal camera and the appropriate action as training data. Once trained, the network takes in road images and outputs the appropriate action(such as the steering angle).
-A module that takes in the steering angle and applies it to the car.

-A kart or a small functional car that has an engine, transmission, control system(steering system and brakes) and of course a body.
-A laptop or a small computer that is able to run neural networks locally or on the cloud.

Please please take a big note on this it is not the dpdr or the symptoms that are doing this, stop worrying about getting dpdr to go and focus on the main problem olem for me it’s childhood trauma please heal your trauma let your body be the safe space the more you work on this the symptoms will go 6 . Yoga and exercises for relaxation in the body this will help you loads and I mean loads 7. Set a goal dont think about dpdr or anything just set this as it is what you want to plan in life as you was perfectly fine please take a bit take to this please 8. Hello! I'm 19 and my father passed away last year. We depended on him financially as my mother runs a very small business (12k/year) and he was our primary source of income. I have major depressive disorder and didn't have a job before we hit this crisis so I didn't have any savings and neither did my parents (or life insurance.) Both my mother and I immediately started getting jobs but for different reasons we each struggled and changed jobs multiple times. For the past 3 months she's been going all in to the business as she has major health issues and physically couldn't handle the jobs(but not enough to be considered disabled) yet the income from the business has been worse than before. I've just changed jobs and won't see a paycheck for a few weeks but it's $22/hr and should cover a good chunk of what we need. Our rent right now is $1350 (the cheapest in town that isn't literally missing a kitchen and bathroom.)
Before my father passed my parents had just traded in the car we had for a new car that has $700 monthly payments. We are very behind and our car is about to be reposessed. We have a negative equity of 12k so I don't think we could sell it off and just use public transport. I don't have a credit history to pay that difference and my mother's credit is in the mud. My brother says we should just let them take the car and that's that, but won't we be even more financially fucked if we do that? What in the world should we do? We're originally from Argentina and had plans to go back to be with family with how bad our situation has gotten here, as well as get the free quality healthcare we would get there since we can't afford anything here. We're selling what we can off to make the minimum payment so we can request to get rid of the repo status. My mother doesn't want to get a job that isn't her business but it's failing and she works constantly at home so her health is failing with it.
My brother says to just let the thing go and not pay anything back. My mother would like to stay and keep everything but she isn't making income and so family suggests coming back to Argentina since we could live well there but with that car loan it'd be impossible to leave as far as I'm aware. What to do? Or is it in our best interests to just work towards covering that negative equity and then sell the car since the monthly payment is horrendous? Let it be repo or not?

I'm working out every day, eating healthy, sleeping fine, etc, and my upper stomach is okay(I guess) but my lower stomach has so much fat. It's making me feel like shit, I've done everything and it's just not working.

These late-comers to rational thinking have finally decided to transfer millions in funding that went to these leftist feel-good programs and hiring to public safety and campus police after seeing the results of anti-Israel/anti-Semitic demonstrations and concomitant rioting.
The unanimous decision by the trustees will now reallocate $2,300,000 previously spent on DEI garbage programs toward public safety measures and police as part of its annual budget.Last fiscal year, UNC Chapel Hill’s operating budget surpassed $4 billion, more than the GDP of Burundi."My personal opinion is that there’s administrative bloat in the university," Board Chair David Boliek told NC regional newspaper The News & Observer, anticipating some jobs would be scrapped as a result. "Any cuts in administration and diverting of dollars to rubber-meets-the-road efforts like public safety and teaching is important." First off, been waxing for over half a year now and it’s had some good results but it’s too expensive too continue and my work won’t let me keep a good routine much longer. It did really help thin my hair and get rid of many in grownsI have one more discount service left but I really don’t want to go back. But I bought a good body shaver and an IPL device . My question is are there any concerns with using acne medication and IPL? Haven’t found an answer on the site. My other question is if i exfoliate, switch to shaving and IPL, etc do I run the risk of increasing ingrown hairs? Thanks

Venus jolted awake. Disoriented, she blinked at the sunlight filtering through the blinds, revealing the empty box of chocolate sprawled beside her in bed, like a sinful lover.
“Oh, God!” she groaned as she put her head in her hands.
The cell phone’s ring made her jolt again. Glancing at the screen, she saw Aiden’s name on the caller ID.
"Good morning, my love!" she answered, forcing a brightness into her voice.
"Happy birthday, beautiful! Sorry, I’m not there to celebrate with you today,” Aiden's voice, warm and familiar, crackled through the receiver. “Celebratory dinner when I get back on Friday?"
"Sounds perfect."
“Hey, did you get the chocolate and flowers I sent you?”
“Yes! Oh my God, the bouquet is gorgeous....and all peonies...my favorite.”
“How about the chocolate? Did you try any of them?”
Venus looked at the sad empty box and started putting the stray chocolate wrappers into it.
“I got the box. It looks so fancy, but I haven’t opened it yet.”
“I ordered them from this artsy chocolatier that has unusual flavors like saffron and rose water. I think you’ll like them.”
Venus got out of bed, carrying the box.
“Yum, can’t wait to try them. You’re so thoughtful.”
“It takes one to know one. Okay, gotta run. Have a meeting in a few. See you Friday. Love you.”

Hanging up, Venus surveyed the bed and floor to make sure there were no empty wrappers left behind.
Then, quickly, she headed to the kitchen and grabbed a large recycling bag.
She dumped the chocolate box in it and walked towards the trash can which was overflowing with all kinds of candy, cookie, and cake wrappers. She dumped those in the recycling bag as well and secured it with two fierce knots.
She scanned the kitchen, making sure she had not left any evidence behind.
Nothing.
She let out a sigh and said, “Siri, play Vivaldi.”
Classical music was her constant refuge. She would let it linger in the air and wash over her nerves.

No one knew that she craved and consumed the very foods she told others were detrimental to their health. Frosting-laden cakes, creamy dreamy shakes, and brightly colored candies that she had learned, through biochemistry courses, were almost toxic for human consumption.
Her confidence faltered as the weight of her secret pressed down on her. The steps that moments ago seemed light and purposeful now felt heavy, each one a reminder of the lie she was living.
But slowing down wasn't an option. She was already running late.

I’ve been dating my gf (my first major relationship) for almost 7 months now. I truly love her and care for her greatly. For background, she has some anxious/depressive tendencies and some deep-rooted problems with her family. It’s important to mention I have an incredibly strong relationship with my parents and my brother. I’ve tried to be there for her as much as I can, and I understand some of what she’s going through as I also suffer from anxiety, however sometimes it feels like she uses her struggles to take advantage of me and make me feel worse about myself.
Sometimes it feels like she becomes upset when I become engaged in activities or people who other than her. I don’t want to get in the weeds (I think there’s a character limit) as this has happened for several little small incidents I easily wrote off.
Despite these potential problems I did not mind at the time, I fully loved her and cared for here deeply without any question. But then the last couple weeks happened. I had a vacation planned where I was invited to go to Europe to visit with family, where I would be gone for a little over a week. This trip has been being planned for just about as long as I’ve known my gf. While I wish I could’ve taken her, it was not my place to invite her as I was the one invited to this trip, and this trip started to be planned when we only just begun to date.
She started to become more distant from me before my trip, which I interpreted as her bummed and sad that I was going to be gone for so long. I sympathized with this, I was going to miss her too. However I started to feel guilty about the trip I’ve been looking forward to for several months. Shortly after I left, i tried to keep in touch with her and text her frequently, but about a day in after I said I wanted to call her she said she would rather not as she was just feeling better from recently and calling her would make her too sad. I told her ok and I’ll give her some space. About a day later she said she was kind of upset she wasn’t with me, and that all of her friends said I should’ve brought her, but she said she “understood why I couldn’t bring her”. This made me feel considerably more guilty she wasn’t with me, and I began to enjoy my trip less. She later apologized and said she wanted me to have a good time. Despite this the following night she said that felt like I didn’t care about what’s she’s going through and I don’t want to talk to her, and I replied that she asked for more space and I thought I was giving it to her, but I can talk to her more if she wants me to.
While I was very guilty about traveling without her, things were mostly going ok. The next day was when things exploded. She texted me saying that she wants to cry because one of her coworkers was boasting about where she’s traveled and my gf hasn’t left the country herself. I reassured her that I’m sure one day she will get to. She then launched into an attack on me that not everyone gets a free ride and that I am free loading off of my parents by going with them in this vacation, that I could never understand how she feels as I’ve had an easy life because of my good relationship with my parents that she doesn’t have, and that she couldn’t even imagine where she would be in life if she had as good of parents as mine.
I replied to her and said that I didn’t know why she’s insulting me and that I’m not her enemy, and she said I should just break up with her and that she wish she could down a whole bottle of painkillers and finish herself because she has no one. She called me from work completely sobbing and I calmed her down. This really shook me as not only did I found her insults incredibly demeaning and guilt-ridding, but her holding hurting herself over my head while I’m out of the country had left me feeling totally powerless and full of despair. As a sidebar, I take threats of self harm very seriously and I contacted her sister to check in on her and make sure she’s ok. The past day my gf has been showering me with apologies and love.
After she demeaned me, insulted me, and threatened herself, I was pretty set on the fact I need to break up with her. But lately I’ve been unsure. The morning after our argument she texted me how sorry she was, how much she loves me, and how I’m the nicest person she knows, and it made my heart melt. I still love her and have strong feelings for her and I don’t know how I can end things. But even tho deep down I know she’s a good person, I also feel she is not currently the most emotionally stable and this relationship is becoming toxic. Should I break up for her or is this relationship salvageable? And if I do break up with her how do I even go about that? She doesn’t have a good relationship with her family, she doesn’t have many friends, I feel like I’m all she has and with her threatening self harm I’m so worried and concerned for her. What do I do?

Such a great idea of a Buy Nothing group where neighbors exchange goods that they don’t need and receive things they need from other neighbors. For the most part, people are conscious about what they give out. But there are always a couple of people out there that give out junk. I’ve gotten moldy products including food that are visible from the packaging. I’ve gotten contact lens solutions that expired over a year ago. Clothes with big holes and shoes that literally fell apart as I put them on to try. Here I am reviewing every single item I give out making sure they are in excellent condition. It’s so sad to see people using this group to get rid of their junk. Anybody else has this experience? What did you receive that you simply can’t use or consume? And what did you do about it?
